Hey there, sorry for the super massive delay. I tried I really tried to update this. However, I got distracted, I thought of another projects and things went out of hand. But here is the first update, I got another one in the oven and pretty much near. This chapter is going to be how the interactions between the three main characters its going to be. This is going to be really fun and let the carnage start soon.

Gon and Killua got some ride towards the capital of the mysterious city that they have been sent to. They weren't at the front gate but they were near, the driver of the carriage need it to pass at some villages nearby and then go to the capital.

''Thanks mister.' Said Gon.

''Don't worry boys, make sure to not cause any trouble.'' Said the driver.

The two were now very near the capital, about 5 miles of distance and they would start their new adventure there.

''What do you think your father has for you here?" Asked Killua.

''I don't know, knowing Ging he won't make things easier.'' Said Gon

''Maybe he wants you to eat a ton of live rats just pass a test. Knowing him that might happen.'' Said Killua.

''don't be like this Killua!'' Said Gon in shock.

''Whatever, but let's get inside and get to know this place.'' Said Killua.

''Sure.'' Said Gon.

Killua was walking alongside Gon, while he was always up for what´s next for them, he felt one problem…once Gon found Ging than what was for him? Would Gon stick for him to save Alluka and kill his parents, sure he might help but this isn't his goal. He felt maybe he was getting to depended on Gon, so he need it to find a good enough balance. Maybe in this place he would know what was going to happen to him while looking for Ging.

''As long I am in this mission, I won't let anything happen to him.'' Thought Killua.

The two then felt a little earthquake happen bellow them and they knew this wasn't something to scoff about.

''What is this?" Asked Gon.

''I don't know.'' Said Killua activating Nen.

Soon a huge creature came out of the ground. It looked like a large centipede, however it was the size of a magical creature and looked like wanted to eat some young boys.

''AAaaaaah!" Scream the guards at the gate of the capital.

''What is that?' Asked Killua in shock.

''it's a first-class risk species, Earth Dragon.'' Said a guard.

Gon felt this creature won't be that easy to take out on hand to hand combat. Maybe using nen would be the best fit for combat.

''Can you use your yoyos?" Asked Gon.

''Maybe, if you use your jajaken it would be for best use.'' Said Killua.

The two were ready to use their attacks when suddenly a random person appear and use some kind sword to attack the creature.

''Hiya!' Scream the mysterious fighter.

''Hey what are you doing?" Asked Gon

The mysterious fighter said nothing, but by the looks he was young. Not Gon and Killua age but just a bit older. While he was fighting it appear that his attack didn't pierce much of the skin of the creature.

''His skin must be solid as rock.'' Said Gon.

'Maybe if use a combo we can…'' Said Killua with an idea but the new guy charged at first.

''Leave it to me!' Scream the other guy.

''Huh?" Aske the two

The new guy soon charged at full force again, using his sword and he soon realized the hit the head to kill off the creature.

SWING

The two saw the monster soon fall to his death. Blood everywhere and the violent creature was out of harming anyone.

''Wow!'' Said Gon.

''What was that?'' Asked Killua.

Then the guards of the capital went to check on the three boys and see if they were ok, specially the one that ok out the creature by himself.

''Hey kid, are you ok?" Asked the first guard.

''You took out a risk specie with no problem.'' Said the second guard.

''Yeah, are you ok?' Asked Gon

Then the very cool mysterious fighter turns his true colors.

''Well obviously I am ok. For me, something like that is a piece of cake.'' Said him with a smirk killing off all the cool that he was showing.

''I already hate this guy.'' Thought killua.

''Wow you are very cool.'' Said Gon

''Yeah, monsters like this are nothing for me. I am Tatsumi by the way, a name that is going to be very famous very soon.'' Said Tatsumi very cocky.

''Judging by this monster look it's like a beginners, if my father had come here I would have those things around in my garden.'' Thought Killua.

''I am gon and this is Killua. We are going to the capital looking for my father.'' Said Gon.

''What! Don't tell me you three are planning to going to the capital.'' Said the guard a big scared.

''We are planning to good sir.'' Said Gon

''Yes, what is the deal?" Asked killua.

''The Imperial capital is not the dreamy place that you three think might be. Its lively, but there are a lot of monsters more vicious than that earth dragon.'' Said the guard making the trio be a bit confused.

''What are you saying?" Asked Gon

''Is there something worst than the risk species in the capital?" Asked Tatusimi.

''people, there are people worst than any monster that you might come across.'' Said the guard.

''Well its true. The human race is on the top of the food chain. There are bastards that are worse than the apex predator.'' Said Killua all cold. It's true, when he was an assassin he saw all kind of scumbag that deserved to have its limbs detached an have be just a pile of guts.

''I am grateful for those words, but I have my own ambitions. I need to accomplish my goals.'' Said Tatsumi putting his sword back.

''don't go there! It's dangerous.'' Said the first guard.

''He is going to die.'' Said Killua all cold.

''Hey, don't be so morbid kid.'' Said the second guard.

''He might have a good chance with some low-level monster, but against peoples he will be eaten alive, he too much easy going.'' Said Killua.

''Hey Gon, I was thinking since you and me have some missions here how about we team up for a while?" Asked Tatsumi.

''Sure, more people are the best.'' Said Gon

''Good, I would like to have some sidekicks around to help carry my gear.'' Said Tatsumi.

''I am nobody sidekick!' Scream Killua ready to beat this guy up.

''Kid calm down, at least let him pass the gate.'' Said the first guard a bit scared of killua.

''So ready to explore the capital?" Asked Tatsumi.

''Yes, I can't wait.'' Said Gon.

Gon and Tatsumi started to chat like good pals, while Killua looking annoyed just stood there. He didn't expect having to meet a cocky idiot like Tatsumi, he was already missing Greed Island corruption and killer traps.

''Hey Killua, aren't you coming?" Asked Gon.

''Yeah yeah I am coming.'' Said Killua catching up.

''Killua, you look like someone that might be good to carry medicines. Are you a healer?' Asked Tatsumi.

''Listen here, I am not your friend. I am here for Gon, if you ask me to do something I won't do until you got my respect. Understood?! 'Asked Killua serious.

''Alright, jeez kids are the worst.'' Said Tatsumi annoyed.

''Its ok, you will get used to Killua.'' Said Gon with a smile.

The trio soon got closer and closer to the capital, they were ready to achieve their goals there and see what would happen there.

''what are you planning to do?" Asked Gon

''Well I plan to make it big to earn money and send to my friends at my village. I want to be a hero in their eyes.'' Said Tatsumi.

''that's a nice goal.'' Said Gon.

''Yes, I will meet some of my friends later tonight. We can meet and greet later.'' Said Tatsumi.

''Sure, I can't wait to meet them.'' Said Gon.

''I hope they have more brain than you.'' Said Killua.

They soon arrived at the capital; it was bigger than anything that Tatsumi has ever seen. Gon and Killua had to admit this city was closer of scale of York New, however still looked impressive.

''Wow! It's so big.'' Said Tatsumi.

''I seen bigger.'' Said Killua.

The trio went to the main plaza and saw the buildings around. This place looked like it was the gate of so many adventures.

''This might be the place that Ging was thinking to send me.'' Said Gon excited.

'Whatever your father think I am just glad this is the last stop.'' Said Killua.

''Hey come on guys! We need to move.'' Said Tatsumi.

The trio soon walked in the capital; they were about to learn the horrors that this nice-looking city has hiding beneath the shadows.

So yes, this is the chapter. Next one will be bigger and while its not going to be a meeting with Night Raid, we will be close to them. Next chapter is to establish the relationship between the trio and how they act, I have to admit writing Killua mocking Tatsumi cocky attitude is really fun. I can't wait to write some more.
