"Die, Arc!"exclaimed a Beast Pirate soldier as he tried to cut Jaune down, only for himself to be cut down instead by Jaune's superior speed, power, and technique!
Several more Beast Pirates ran in soon after, and they were all cut down by Jaune with swift efficiency, as many were on the ground crying agony from the pain of the deep/marks the Golden Tiger inflicted upon them.
"Ha...ha... there's no end to these foot soldiers!"said Jaune, as no matter how many seem to be cut down there always seem to be ten more to take their place.
"Ahhhh! There so many of them, and the top brass still hasn't shown their faces yet!"said Jaune as he pulled out a flintlock pistol from one of his armpit holsters and fired into the crowd of Beast Pirates, mowing them down one by one as he knew the battle was far from over!
"Just keep advancing! Follow, lord Oden!"exclaimed Kin'emon as the Red Scabbards continued to advance on the enemy!
Meanwhile in a nearby tree lineup sniper was aiming at Oden with his rifle!
"Your dead!"exclaim the sniper as he prepared to fire his rifle as soon as he aimed it at Oden!
But before he even had a chance to a kunai struck him in his chest, taking him out instantly before he had a chance to fire his weapon!
"What happened?"asked another member of the Beast Pirates before they were taken out by kunai as well
"Who are you?"asked Oden, as he noticing the trees was a young looking attractive female wearing what could be described as a ninja outfit.
"I'm taking the liberty of backing you up. Lord Oden, I'm sure you don't remember me, but back when lord Sukiyaki was still alive..."said the female ninja as Oden recognized as a child he saw many years back.
"Shinobu from the ninja legion?!"said Oden, recognizing the woman from all those years ago when she was a little girl in the ninja legion!
"Yes! That's me!"said Shinobu, happy to see that Oden remember her.
"Why are you here all by yourself? What happened to the others?"asked Oden, wondering why Shinobu was here by herself.
"Kozuki's ninja legion...Fukurokuju sold out to Orochi."responded Shinobu, as a current leader of the Ninja legion sold out to Orochi, despite the fact he at one time served under Shogun Sakiyaki.
"That bald headed bastard!"said Jaune, as he couldn't believe someone who once served Oden's father could turn traitor on him so easily!
"Those who couldn't trust their silly lord can't be blamed."said Oden, as at least Shinobu was still loyal to the Kozuki Clan!
Soon Oden continued his charge towards Kaido with Shinobu, Raizo, and Jaune in tow!
"I've always wanted to serve you one day. Im still Kozuki's Ninja!"said Shinobu, as her loyalty was to the Kozuki family, not Orochi!
"A tough journey lies ahead of us, Shinobu!"said Raizo, as the battle ahead was still far from over
"Yes, I know! I'll accompany you to the end!"said Shinobu, as she was sick of Orochi's tyranny as well and wanted it to end!
"Let's go, you guys!"said Oden as his warrior spirit became ignited!
"Take this!"said Oden as they continued their attack!
Meanwhile at Oden Castle, Toki was worried about her husband as she made preparations for the chance if Oden lost. Lord Yasuie the hedgehog visited her earlier and told her exactly what to do in case Oden lost, and it involved Momonosuke!
'Oden...' thought Toki with worry.
Back on Onigashima, Kaido was simply laughing at the onslaught of his troops, as he never expected much out of them in the first place!
"This is the first unit. We've been taken down."reported one of the Beast Pirates threw a den den mushi, infuriating Oden.
"Kozuki Oden is way stronger than we imagined!
"Tsk! How pathetic. Ahy does it take so much time to finish twelve samurai? We have a thousand throops."said an extremely obese man wearing white and black striped overalls.
"I can bear to watch."said a man with large dark wings, covered head to toe in leather armor like clothing.
These were the number two and number three persons in the Beast Pirates, King the wildfire and Queen the plague! Both are members of Kaido's All Stars, his strongest subordinates! King is also Kaido's right hand and the first person to ever join his crew! Queen on the other hand is in charge of the weapons manufacturing, specifically deadly weaponized viruses!
"I'll go!"said Kaido, as Oden and his samurai peaked his interest.
A bolt of lightning struck across the sky as Kaido opened his mouth and begin to create a large blast of flames!
"What the?!"asked Cat Viper as soon as he noticed.
Kawamatsu meanwhile was taking down several members of the Beast Pirates before he noticed as well!
"What is about to happen?!"asked Kin'emon, as something told him it wasn't going to be good!
"Blast Breath!" exclaimed Kaido as he fired a blast the flames from his mouth!
The very grown he fired upon became engulfed in flames as he smiled at his suppose victory over the samurai. But that cocky smile quickly dissipated as soon as it was revealed that Oden was still alive, as the flames barely did any damage to him!
King and Queen was shot by this as it's very rare that someone was still alive after being blasted with blast breath, let alone only have a few scratches!
"Why are you giving up already?!"asked Kaido, as most would have given up over the overwhelming odds long ago!
"You think just twelve of you can take down this many troops?"said Kaido, as more Beast Pirates approached over the horizon, with King and Queen directly behind Kaido.
"If you want to fight me, come up here!"challenged Kaido, wanting to see Oden was made of!
"Yeah, here I come!"said Oden, as he began charging towards Kaido.
"Charge!" ordered Queen as the lower level subordinates began making their way to Oden!
"Get Oden's head!"
"Let's collect on his bounty!"
"Get Crescent Moon as well for extra payment!"
"Let's stall the underlings!"said Kin'emon, as Kaido was their main priority.
"Keep the underlings at Bay! Oden and Kaido must fight!"said Jaune, as Oden was the only one who would be able to defeat Kaido!
"Yeah!"agreed the other Red Scabbards!
"I won't let you!"said Queen as he jumped into the fray, in front of Kin'emon and Ashura Doji!
"I'll fight you guys!"said Queen as he towered over the samurai.
"Fine by me!"said Kin'emon as he raided his swords.
"Kin!"said Denjiro, as he and Kawamatsu started running towards their friends to act as backup!
But before he could do so King quickly charged in and started attacking them!
Meanwhile Raizo, Kiku, and Shinobu started attacking Queen, who was using the torch he was holding to the fend himself from the relentless attacks!
Meanwhile Oden cut down the Beast Pirates who got in his way as he made his way over to Kaido!
"Kaido!...All I want to do... is cut off your head!"said Oden, as without Kaido backing him up, Orochi had no real power!
"What a funny man!"said Kaido, not afraid of what was happening before him.
"Paradise Waterfall!"said Oden as he struck Kaido with his signature attack!
Kaido managed to withstand the strike from Enma and Ame no Habikiri as Oden and himself continued striking each other with fierce clashes! Oden struck at Kaido's teeth, putting so much power into his attack that Kaido's head was pushed back!
Kaido in response wrapped his mustache hair around Oden and tossed him away into, into a nearby rock formation! Oden shot through the formation like a bullet before going through another one, and another! Before he landed on the ground, hard!
"Lord Oden!"said Kin'emon with worry.
"Don't worry, Kin'emon! It's going to take a lot more than that to kill him!"said Jaune, as he was currently fending himself off from King's attacks.
Kaido meanwhile approached Oden, as the man on questions stood up with the help of Enma, injured but not down for the count!
"Kozuki Oden! I've been waiting for a guy like you!"said Kaido, as he finally found an opponent who is Worthy of his time!
"I won't let you have free reign in the Land of Wano anymore!"declared Oden, as Kaido and Orochi's tyranny must come to an end!
Kaido merely laughed"Interesting."
Oden and Kaido let out of battle cry as Oden surrounded his arms with Ryou, sending more of his energy into Enma and Ame no Habikiri! Oden then proceeded to charge at the large lizard before sliding down Kaido's large body like a slide!
Kaido fired several more blasted flame but Oden cut through them like butter!
"Oden two sword style: Paradise Waterfall!"declared Oden as his whole body became surrounded by fiery energy as he seemed to be pushed back!
"Lord Oden!"said Kin'emon, Ashura, and Jaune at the same time!
"I can't lose now!" said Oden as he began with counting on all the people who depended on him to save Wano from Orochi and Kaido!
"I can't lose!"said Oden as he was surrounded by even more energy!
"What?!"said Kaido, as he was honestly confused.
"Paradise Waterfall!"declared Oden as he struck Kaido, managing the cut into the King of the beasts extremely tough skin, leaving behind what would surely be a massive scar!
"Yes!"said Jaune, as Oden is the first person ever to pierce that extremely tough skin!
Kaido let out a yell of pain as he fell to the floor
"Yes!"said the samurai, as Queen looked on with worry.
"Did he wound the invincible Lord Kaido?!"asked Queen, as up until now Kaido has never been cut, let alone wounded!
Kaido meanwhile returned to his regular form, which consisted of a giant of a man with long greasy hair, long mustache, and large horns on his head! Kaido look like he was pissed as he let on a roar, releasing lightning and creating massive gusts of wind that destroyed the very Earth beneath him!
"That is it!"said Oden as he charged at the governor general the Beast Pirates, who was preparing his attack as well!
"Don't ever come back...to the Land of Wano!"yelled both combatants as they started charging at one another!
"HELP!"yelled a familiar sounding voice as Oden turned around to see his son being held at knifepoint by a beast pirate!
"Father!"yelled Momonosuke as he was yelling for help.
"Momo!"yelled Oden as he turned around.
"Lord Oden, no! It's that old hag using her devil fruit ability!"said Jaune, as there was no way Momonosuke would be in Onigashima!
But before Oden could realize the deceit, he was struck by Kaido from behind, knocking him down instantly as the old hag just left before turning back to her original form.
"It's me!"she declared with a wicked smile.
"You damn hag!"said Jaune as he pulled out a flintlock pistol and shot her!
"Gahhh!"exclaimed Higurashi as she felt the bullet pierced her chest!
"Lord Oden!"declared the Red Scabbards as one by one they were knocked out by the top brass of the Beast Pirates!
Kaido meanwhile looked on with extreme displeasure, as he didn't want to win like this!
"I did it, Lord Kaido...the Kozuki Clan is finished."said Higurashi through her panting as she was trying to stop the bleeding.
"Do you realize what you've done!"said Kaido with anger, as Higarashi look down with confusion and fear as he approached her.
"I help...you win."said Higurashi with fear as Kaido raised his kanabo.
"I don't like winning like this!"said Kaido as he swung down his weapon, striking the old hag over and over again!
'At least I know you're going to hell, you black-hearted old hag.' thought Jaune as he passed out, after getting struck from behind by King.

Five days later the fire in Udon finally died out after a massive rainstorm! Toki looked on with worry as everyone across the Land of Wano we're reacting to the fact that Oden and his ten samurai were captured and now held captive!
Shinobu was the only one who managed to escape. Oden and the Ten Red Scabbards were held in the Flower Capital, waiting for the verdict as rebels against the Shogun! The common people didn't know the reason, so they treated them with cold contempt...
Many mocked Oden's name by saying they would miss his naked dance while others thought it was too late to save the country from Kaido and Orochi!
Shinobu began to rethink about how she was indeed captured but later set free after Oden lied to the Beast Pirates and said that she was there to assassinate him, but her thoughts were interrupted when she heard that someone was declaring the verdict!
"The verdict against the samurai has been passed! The eleven evil samurai who recently raised the rebellion against Shogun Orochi...are sentence to public execution by boiling three days from now!"declare the state official as the retainers to be seen with their injuries treated, waiting in their jail cells.
All of them stayed absolutely silent as they awaited their ultimate fate! Jaune just looked out the window of his cell through his bandages, as he waited for his ultimate death, having no regrets as he did the best he could do!
[Three days later]
A huge crowd gathered around the execution site of Oden and tge Ten Red Scabbards! Many we're surprised by how rare it was for someone to be boiled alive and wanted to see for themselves with their very own eyes!
Toki meanwhile was trying to act strong in front of her children, as she told Momonosuke that the hope of the Kozuki Clan now laid on his shoulders as he was the oldest child, meaning all hope for Wano now rested on his shoulders. Momonosuke then begin crying as he worried about his father!
Meanwhile at the execution site, there was a large boiling pot of oil filled with flames as Oden and his samurai were led to the execution block in iron cuffs. None spoke a single word as they looked at the place that would ultimately end their life!
Oden was just silent as Orochi drank sake without a care in the world.
"All right! It's time for the execution!"declared the Shogun with a malicious smile.
Kaido just watched on as well from the Shogun's side.
"Now we begin the public execution of Kozuki Oden and his ten retainers!"declare the judge as the crowd began mocking Oden.
Shinobu meanwhile watched everything from the sidelines with her anger growing, as the people had no idea how much Oden had done for them over the last five years!
"Walk!"declared the Executioner as he moved Oden along the walkway that led to the boiling pot!
Oden just calmly walked towards the boiling pot filled with as Orochi laughed with his malicious smile. Oden stopped just short of a few inches away from the pot.
"Get in the pot already!"ordered Orochi, with a cocky smile as now his reign was secure!
"Give me a chance. I must live!"declared Oden with vigor.
"Don't be ridiculous!"yelled Orochi with anger.
"Stop making me laugh by begging for your life! Just get in!"said the Executioner before he slipped on some oil on the walkway and fell into the pot!
The executioner was quickly killed by the boiling pot of oil! He managed to crawl his burning body out of the pot before it fell to the ground next to the pot, continuing to burn until there was nothing left.
"Cut it out! Why should I give you a chance?!"said Orochi with anger.
"Kozuki Oden! What are you up to?!"asked Kaido, curious to see what Oden what's up to.
"We'll get in the pot at once. Set whatever time you like and if any of us survived that long...Set us free!"declared Oden, as it was clear his warrior spirit has not been extinguished, not by a long shot!
""You idiot! It'll kill you instantly!"said Orochi as he began laughing at the idea of Oden's suggestion.
"Are you going nuts, Oden"said Orochi as Kaido appeared to be interested with this idea.
"Hey, bring me a watch!"ordered Kaido as one of his subordinates quickly started going for a watch.
"What?! Hey! Kaido!"said Orochi with worry, as unlike everyone else Orochi couldn't act arrogant with Kaido, as the pirate was the reason he was in power in the first place!
Kaido meanwhile ignored Orochi as he began drinking some sake from a large choko .
"Should be fun!"said Kaido as he began laughing.
"It'll be a big moment for you! I'll watch it to the end! I'll give you an hour! Try to survive! That long even in a normal bath would be dangerous!"said Kaido, as Orochi just begun to laugh as he thought the idea was funny.
"You won't go back on your word?"asked Oden, as he wouldn't be so trusting a second time.
"Of course not!"replied Kaido, as Oden began making his way into the pot.
"Wait a minute, Lord Oden!"yelled Kin'emon, but Oden ignored him.
"Lord Oden!"yelled Kiku!
"Lord Oden, no!"yelled Jaune, but he too was ignored.
Oden just took a deep breath as he jumped into the pot! His samurai and loyal retainers looked on with worry as his body entered the boiling oil, with Oden screaming in pain from how hot it!
"We must follow our Lord!"said Kin'emon as Oden continued to dash around the boiling pot, as he was clearly in pain, a lot of pain!
"Let's go!"yelled Jaune as he and the others began running into the pot!
"Seen you and the other world, you all!"said Kin'emon, accepting death!
"Yeah!"said everyone else as they jumped!
Oden notice this and quickly grab the plank!
"Stay on the plank, you guys!"yelled Oden as he stopped his samurai from jumping into the pot by pulling the plank underneath their feet and holding it high in the air!
"What are you trying to do, Lord Oden?!"asked Kawamatsu, wondering what his lord was thinking!
Oden meanwhile appeared to be struggling to hold the plank keeping his samurai out of the boiling oil while standing in the boiling oil! His screams of pain were evident that the pain was unbearable!
"Don't do it, Lord Oden!"said Kin'emon, who didn't want the man he owed everything too, to suffer any more than he already was!
Oden didn't listen as he held the plank high in the air, with his samurai still on top!
"This is like living in disgrace!"said Kin'emon, as it felt like they were failing there Daimyo by not dying in an honorable way!
"We must switch places, Lord Oden!"said Cat Viper, as he thought it was them who should be holding him up from the boiling pot!
"Let us hold you instead!"added Denjiro.
"Lord Oden, you are the hope of this country, not us!"said Jaune, as Oden was the only hope left for Wano.
"Lord Oden!"said Kiku and Raizo, worried as well.
"Shut up and stay there!"ordered Oden, wanting his samurai to stay on the plank.
"It is our duty to protect you!"argued Kanjuro.
"That's my order!"countered Oden, as he wanted them to stay on the plank no matter what!
"What's going on?!"asked Orochi with anger." His damn retainers aren't in the oil!"
"All eleven of them are certainly in the pot! That's fair enough, Oden."said Kaido, as Oden never said anything about his retainers having to be in the oil, only that they were in the pot!
"Now, let's start."said Kaido as he began the timer.
Everyone watched on as Oden was struggling to keep the plank away from the oil as many of his retainers were yelling at him to let them down, so he wouldn't suffer any more than he already was!
"What's wrong? It hasn't been even a minute yet."said Kaido and I'm mocking voice.
"How can his skin endure it?!"asked Fukurokuji, head of the Ninja legion.
"I feel like I'm going to die just from the heat..."said Raizo, knowing full well that his Lord is probably suffering even more than he was, much more!
"If you act like a loser one more time, I'll beat you up, Raizo! We're just sitting up here!"said Cat Viper, as their pain was nothing compared to Oden's!
"Don't move, cat! It makes it harder to hold!"scolded Denjiro, as moving made it harder for Oden to hold them.
"Damn!"said Jaune as he glared at Orochi and Kaido, angry at the two people who are making the man he owed so much to suffer!
Shinobu meanwhile was barely holding back her tears as some of the crowd was starting to complain about how long the execution was taking. Some were complaining that it was taking too long until one person in the crowd began saying that they didn't have all day and that Oden was a silly lord.
"Silly Lord!"said Shinobu, who couldn't take the insults any more so she grabbed the man who called Oden a silly lord and threw him through the fence!
She than got on top of him and pinned him to the ground!
"Who did you call a silly lord?! If you say it one more time, I'm going to kill you!"said Shinobu as she pulled out the sword she was carrying and held it against the man's neck.
The crowd quickly became distressed as they saw she had a sword and by the look in her eyes she was ready to kill the man, who at this point was begging for his life!
"Captain, that's Shinobu!"said one of the Ninja legion to Fukurokuji.
"Why is she running amok?"asked Kin'emon, wondering what Shinobu was thinking.
"How could you insult Lord Oden?! You don't know anything! It's you all who are the silly ones!"said Shinobu as she let go of the man, before turning around to face the crowd to correct them on their false assumptions.
"Who do you think worked hard so you can live in peace?!"declared Shinobu, confusing the crowd.
"If we lose Lord Oden... everyone will realize! Exactly how much suffering was prevented!"said Shinobu as Oden was struggling to keep the plank away from the oil.
"Orochi is not the Shogun or a dictator! Becoming a leader wasn't his purpose!"said Shinobu as Orochi just began laughing, as it appeared the cat was out of the bag, but it didn't matter now!
Orochi then begin to recall the conversation he had Oden five years ago. He told Oden that every single citizen of the country Wano is a sinner against the Kurozumi family, and he didn't care if they all die! He didn't become the Shogun because he wanted power, he became the Shogun because he wanted to destroy the country as revenge for the persecution of his family!
'This is what unwarranted violence against innocent people does, it breeds monsters like Orochi!' thought Jaune, as Kurozumi Orochi was brought into the world because of the unfair prosecution of the Kurozumi family, all because of the actions of one member of the family!
And because of this unfairness a monster was born! And said monster won't stop until the whole country and its citizens are destroyed! The actions of so-called "heros of justice" brought this all into fruition! What would have happened if the so-called Purge of the Kurozumi family never happened, who knows?!
Orochi then began to recall the deal he made with Oden! He began to tell him what happened to his family after his grandfather was forced to commit seppuku for his crimes! The family fell from grace, but that was tolerable until what happened next! Soon vigilante groups from all across the country began killing any member of the Kurozumi family! Orochi told Oden how scared he was by those vicious idiots, angry at the persecution of his family even after the one who committed the crime was long dead!
He then told Oden that the whole country deserves retribution for what they did against his family, before showing Oden the citizens he "conscripted" to work in the weapons factories!
"In the other room was a pile of weapons, and hundreds of people who had been kidnapped! Once they were handed over... they're human lives were over! They were all... tributes for Kaido!"
Shinobu then went on to reveal that night Kaido and Oden got into a fight! And in order to stop them from destroying his castle, Orochi propose the deal where Oden will dance in nothing but his underwear in the capital every day, and in exchange the citizens wouldn't be kidnapped!
Orochi also pointed out that even if they went to war, that there would be huge losses on both sides as Oden began to see the faces of his wife and children, and realized that if they went to war or that they would inevitably be put in the cross hairs as well!
So Oden reluctantly agreed to the deal as Orochi and Kaido agreed to leave the country in five years, but now it was obvious they never planned to live up to their end of the deal!
"He was just a man seeking vengeance and had no interest in the country from the start! So it's obvious that the country would be devastated even if we won. That's why Lord Oden accepted the offer...If he dances naked to express his apology to the Kurozumi Clan every week at the appointed time, even though he would lose everything, he could save a hundred lives with each dance! They said once the ship they were building was completed they would leave the country, and he believed their words! At the same time, he traveled to each region every week to make sure nothing went wrong! Lord Oden had...Lord Oden had always been protecting this country! Now, who is the silly Lord!"yelled Shinobu as tears fell down her face.
As the citizens were still shocked by the revelation that Shinobu yelled at them, the ones in the pot were still struggling as even the ones not directly in the oil were starting to feel the heat as many we're gasping for air as they could feel the fluid in their bodies leaving them!
Oden continued to hold the plank that held his samurai his blood squirted out of his body! Kaido and Orochi watched on with glee, as they didn't care if the truth was out of the bag now and there was nothing the citizens could do anyway!
"So Lord Oden has been protecting us all this time?!"
"It's unbelievable!"
"Even if you tell us now, what's the point as it's too late".
"It's not too late! You must know the truth about lord Oden!"yelled Shinobu, as the truth was the most important thing at this moment!
"Enough, Shinobu!"yelled Fukurokuji as he appeared behind Shinobu.
Soon the rest of the Ninja legion appeared behind her and held her.
"Truth only creates turmoil!"said Fukurokuji, not fazed that the truth was out
"Let go of me!"exclaimed Shinobu, but Fukurokuji pulled her back.
"The silly Lord who rebelled against the Shogun dies. That's what people will think, and the execution will be over soon. That's what does execution is all about. How could you interfere?"asked Fukurokuji, as the truth was surely going to cause trouble in the future.
"You knew the consequences, right?!"said Fukurokuji, but Shinobu didn't care.
"I'm already sharing the same fate with them! I'm Lord Oden's retainer! You guys became Orochi's dogs, so I'm not going to obey you!"said Shinobu, who'd rather die than serve Orochi.
"If anything happens to Lord Oden and the others, I'll die with them!"said Shinobu, surprising Oden.
"No! We'll all survive and take you guys down!"said Shinobu, vowing to make the ninja legion pay for their crimes someday!
"You're dreaming!"said Fukurokuji, not believing that for even a second.
Many citizens started pleading for Oden to be spared, but Orochi just ordered them to be executed. Soon archers who at the ready shot them without any hesitation as Orochi called them all scum!
Soon word spread on the real reason why Oden danced like a fool every week at the Capital! Many realize that they were alive because of him while others regretted mocking him! Soon everyone began making their way to the execution site, as the realized that the one who had been keeping them safe all those years was about to die!
The citizens soon pleaded for Oden to survive, apologizing for how they acted for all those years, where they did nothing but mock him!
This of course infuriated the Ten Red Scabbards!
"It's too late!"yelled Kin'emon, as the citizens realized their mistake too late!
"They're such brown nosers!"yelled Kawamatsu!
"Lord Oden, never mind..."began Denjiro, before he was interrupted.
"Thanks! I'll try my best!"said Oden, as he held the plank more securely.
As time continued to move on, Kaido and Orochi's men started to surround the plaza as word about the incident spread all throughout the regions of Wano! Many began to cry and apologize profusely for the way they treated Oden all those years! Many began to realize that if it wasn't for Oden, they would have died long ago working in a weapons factory from over work or getting executed by the cruel guards!
Time passed and the oil got hotter and hotter!
"Guys!"said Oden, getting his samurai's attention.
"Lord Oden, what is it?!"asked Kin'emon.
"If I managed to survive this boiling...I...want to open up this country!"said Oden, shocking his retainers.
"They're talking about something..."said Orochi, who didn't hear what Oden said.
"You were talking about opening up before...You said that the isolation is deeply tied to the Kozuki...What did you find out at sea, where you traveled with Rodger and the others, Jaune?"asked Kin'emon to the individual who is with Oden through it all.
"I didn't go to Laugh Tale with the others so I have no idea what he saw."said Jaune, as Oden knew something he didn't.
And and involves someone known as Joyboy.
"Those responsible for isolating this country from the rest of the world a long time ago...were the Kozuki Clan! To protect the Land of Wano from an enormous force! The Land of Wano, I mean, the whole world.. await a certain figure!"said Oden, shocking his retainers.
"When that figure shows up after eight hundred years, this country must be welcoming and cooperative!...Let me be clear... Today, they'll... definitely kill me! "said Oden, much to a samurai's shock!
"No! But if you really survive this boiling...! One third of the time has already passed!"said Kiku, hopeful that the man who saved her and her brother's lives and gave them everything would survive.
"Kikunojo! Let's hear what Lord Oden has to say!"scolded Kin'emon, as their Lord was speaking.
"On behalf of me...Open up the Land of Wano!"said Oden as he continued struggling.
"We can do it with you..."said Denjiro, before Raizo covered his mouth.
"Your dream is our dream!"said Raizo, as that's what he vowed when he chose to serve Oden.
"We can accomplish your dream!"said Jaune, as Oden meant a lot to him and he didn't want to lose him, but knew it meant more to Oden that they fulfilled his dream!
"Well said!"said Oden as the half way mark arrived.
Oden continued to cook as Orochi was displeased that Oden was still alive! He ordered more wood to make the oil boil even more! Soon multiple Beast Pirates and men loyal to him started throwing fire into the wood to make it hotter! The oil began to boil more as Oden continued struggling! He could feel his muscles wanting to give out, but he refused to let go!
Soon thirty minutes turned to ten minutes, and it was clear that Orochi was becoming more and more pissed that Oden was still alive! Oden meanwhile was struggling to keep the plank above the oil as he could feel his body getting destroyed!
'Lord Oden...' thought Jaune with worry, as he did his best not to cry as he did not want to show signs of weakness in front of Kaido and Orochi!
As Oden continued to struggle, he began recalling all the memories he had on the ocean. Meeting Whitebeard, meeting Toki, meeting Roger, all the adventures he had on the ocean, all the laughing and singing he did with his friends, Jaune and his other retainers who came with him by his side!
Oden then looked at the clock and saw that it was almost an hour, but he didn't trust the word out of Orochi or Kaido anymore so he quickly thought of a plan to make sure his samurai survived, so they could one day save the country and achieve his dream of opening Wano to the rest of the world!
Soon the citizens began counting down the last seconds as the clock struck an hour! Oden had successfully boiled for an hour!
Everyone was cheering us soon as they heard the ringing from the clock! Everyone but Jaune and Oden, as they knew all too well what was going to happen next.
"Lord Oden's name has been cleared."said Raizo with joy.
"And now, the whole country is on our side again!"said Kanjuro, as Orochi was biting his lip with anger.
"Get ready for it, Kaido!"said Cat Viper in a mocking tone.
"Don't tease him, stupid cat!"said Dogstorm, as they weren't out of the woods yet!
Soon a bunch or Orochi's men pointed rifles at the samurai! As the crowd looked on with surprise while Orochi just laughed.
"What's going on?!"asked Cat Viper, not understanding what was going on.
"You promise to set us free if we survived for an hour!"said Dogstorm, wondering what the heck was going on!
"Did you honestly think that pathetic coward would have kept his word! He lied once, meaning there wasn't no reason to trust him!"said Jaune, as he knew all too well what a liar looks like!
"I conceived of the idea of changing his sentence from boiling to shooting a minute ago! Golden Tiger is right, there was no reason to trust me at all!"said Orochi in a mocking and confident tone.
"And we'll execute not only Oden...but also all his family members!"declared Orochi as his eyes started to take on a reptilian appearance!
"What a childish excuse!"said Ashura with anger!
Soon some people voice their objection but they were quickly shot by the Beast Pirates, who started shooting into the crowds indiscriminately!
"I'm counting on you guys!"said Oden as his samurai looked at him.
"Open up the Land of Wano!"yelled Oden as he threw the plank holding them as far away as he could from the pot!
Oden smiled as all of them descended and began making their way back to Kuri!
But Jaune landing next to a beast pirate who he quickly grabbed by his back and pointed his rifle at the execution site, specifically at Orochi!
"Hey Orochi!"said Jaune, getting the shogun's attention.
"Something to remember me by!"said Jaune as the Beast pirate struggled but Jaune managed to pull the trigger!
Orochi could only look on with fear as he was shot just a few inches away from where his heart should have been, causing him to bleed and scream with pain as he rolled around on the floor!
"Argh! Damn you Golden Tiger! I will make sure your death is a slow and painful one, for this crime you just committed against me!"yelled Orochi as the ninja legion quickly brought over some doctors to treat the Shogun's wounds
Jaune meanwhile just head-butted the Beast Pirate before running with the others back to Kuri!
"Run! To Kuri!"ordered Kin'emon as the Ten Red Scabbards began running as fast as they could out of the Capital!
Shinobu meanwhile used the chance to escape as well as she quickly ran with the others just as Jaune catched up.
The samurai quickly tore their chains as Kin'emon told them not to look back!
Soon all of them begin recalling how they met Oden with tears in their eyes!
"Kill them! Go after them! Eliminate the name Kozuki! And bring Golden Tiger to me alive, I want him to see him suffer for his crimes against me!"said Orochi as his wounds opened up and the ones treating him wrapped more bandages around him.
Meanwhile Kaido was just sitting quietly as he finished his drink and began laughing at Oden.
"I know your body is already "dead" anyway...This I is the least I could do for you... I'll shoot you!"said Kaido as he pulled out a flintlock pistol.
"Kozuki's era will end here! You're all going to die!"said Kaido, as he pointed his pistol at Oden.
"Don't underestimate my samurai retainers!"said Oden as his retainers continue to run away from the capital and not look back, as looking back would be too painful for them!
All of them begin recalling how they all meet Oden, and how he managed to make them the warrior there all today! They owed everything for him so they least they could do was to fulfill his final wish by opening up the Land of Wano to the rest of the world!
"Hah! The only real threat out of your foolish retainers is Crescent Moon. He's been with you on your journey until the very end, meaning out of all of them he is the strongest. The only samurai who poses a risk."said Kaido, as Jaune was the only one whose name meant anything both in Wano and the rest of the world as like Oden, he was an infamous pirate!
"He will be a fine warrior some day, being the greatest samurai during my son's time!"said Oden, as for once he and Kaido could agree on something.
"Finish him off already!"said Orochi, as he wanted at least one thing to go right for him today, especially after getting shot in the chest!
"Even if you die miserably now, people will talk about how heroically you died for generations..."
"I don't mind... being forgotten! But... my spirit will live on!"said Oden, as his retainers carried on his will!
"Sorry about the old bag! I killed her... although she probably would have died after Crescent Moon shot her."said Kaido, as Oden was honestly surprised.
"Huh, so you did...That's so upright of you"said Oden, sounding glad that the old hag was dead.
"Build your strength while you can. I'm happy... if people talk about me over a drink...My samurai retainers...Toki... Momonosuke...Hiyori... I'm off..!."said Oden, ready to pass on to the next life.
"Oden wouldn't be oden..."said Oden before Kaido fired a shot into his forehead, killing him instantly as he fell into the boiling pot of oil!
"...If it wasn't boiled."finished the citizens of Wano as Oden passed on with a smile on his face!
Happy to know that his spirit will be carried on by his retainers and his family, and hope was not lost. Not as long as his retainers and family still had breath in their lungs!
He was sure Wano would be saved one day, and opened up to the rest of the world!
Now he can only watch on from the sidelines, in the afterlife!
