Smoke began to fill the Room, and soon everyone standing in the Cotta Arc home began to be enveloped by said smoke. As everyone began to look around wondering what was going on, the smoke began to clear and soon they found themselves standing in some place different from the place they once stood.
"Locked away by her cruel father, Salem was a girl that desired one thing. Freedom."said Jinn as an image of a normal looking Salem walked through her room.
Ruby and Pyrrha watched on...
"She lived in a time when kings and their kingdoms were plentiful. When Men and Women were capable of greatness, and magic was a gift from the gods that all could wield."continue Jinn as Salem conjured up magic.
"And yet there she sat within her Tower."said Jinn, before smoke began to fill the room once again and the image changed.
"And yet one day, a legendary hero came to brave the challenges within the tower's walls, the people of the lands knew him as...Ozma."said Jinn as Qrow approached Ozma and tried to get his attention by waving his hand in his face, but the image of the hero just walked through his hand like it was never there.
"Unlike those who had come before, this warrior was not driven by the prize of the young maiden's hand. He fought only for righteousness, and his pure heart and courageous soul prevailed."said Jinn as the image began to change again, this time showing Ozma making it into the tower, and meeting Salem for the first time.
"They escaped the wretched fortress, and yet something bound them together. Ozma had been ready to give up his life for justice countless times, but now saw a woman worth saving it for, and Salem found her freedom not in the outside world she had yearn for, but in the eyes of the man that had saved her."said Jinn, as Ozman and Salem looked at each other with Love struck eyes.
"So, where should we go now?"asked Salem, wondering what was next.
"Wherever you'd like."responded Ozma as the scene began to change.
"The two fell deeply in love, planned Adventures around the world, and lived happily ever after. Or at least, that's what should have been."said Jinn, has the image changed to show Ozma lying on his deathbed with Salem by his side.
"Ozma, the infallible hero of legend. Fell ill, and where all the beasts and the blades of the world had fallen short, a single sickness prevailed."said Jinn, as Ozma turned into a puff of smoke at Salem continued crying, all the Weiss and Nora watched on.
"How could the gods let this happen?"Salem ask herself.
"The gods, Brothers of light and darkness, creation and destruction. Salem prayed they would see the injustice that had befallen her love and make things right."said Jinn, as Blake watched as two energies of darkness and light collided, creating a new image.
"The domain of light was a sacred place. It was here that the elder brother resided with his fountain of light and creation. It was here where mankind would fall to ruin."said Jinn as Weiss watch Salem approach the sacred fountain.
That is when the brother of light approached Salem and she asked of him to bring back her beloved. That is when the brother of light told her that he understood her pain, but he told her that she demands of him that that he cannot make so. He explains that life and death are part of a delicate balance.
"So... you won't do it then."said Salem in disbelief.
The brother of light try to explain that disrupting the cycle would have unintended consequences, but Salem interrupted him before he could continue.
"But that's not fair."said Salem, before she repeated herself more angrily.
"Let him rest."said the brother of light before he teleported Salem out of his domain.
"No!"said Salem, determined to be with her beloved.
"The brother of darkness. None dared to enter his home, as men knew what monstrosities emerged from his blacken pool of annihilation. And so you must understand the dark lord's surprise when a lone woman kneel before him."said Jinn as the brother of darkness emerged from his pool of annihilation to meet up with Salem.
"Salem understood it well."said Jinn, before Salem began to tell the brother of darkness about her loss and only how he could answer her prayers.
All the while making sure she did not mention his elder brother.
The brother of darkness appeared to be amused and told her to rise as her faith in him would be rewarded. And with a wave of his hand he brought Ozma back from the world of the dead.
Salem quickly ran towards her beloved and held him as he woke up confused, wondering where he was.
Salem tried to comfort him until the brother of light approached... and he clearly was not happy.
"What have you done?"asked the brother of light towards his brother.
"I have done what I please, brother. You may bask and the powers of creation but you do not own them."said the brother of darkness arrogantly.
"This is not creation."stated the brother of light.
"Do not lecture me."stated the brother of darkness as his Grimm approach the brother of light.
"I will do what I must to maintain order?"said the brother of light before he made Ozma return to the Departed realm.
"You dare enter my domain and show such disrespect."said the brother of darkness, before he brought Ozma back.
"I am abiding by the rules we agreed upon."stated the brother of light.
"Rules that I now see work ever in your favor. And yet when a mortal comes to my domain to pray before you own, you decide to cast your judgment on me."state of the brother of darkness as he took on a more fearsome form.
The Grimm then ran towards the brother of life before he took on another form, that of an azure dragon.
"I know we have our differences, but I have not come here with the aim to control you. The same however, cannot be said for her. This woman only came to you after I denied her pleas. Pleas that have disrupted the balance that you and I created, together."stated the brother of light.
"Then it seems I owe you an apology. Allow me to correct my mistake."said the brother of darkness before he Ozma back to the departed realm.
"You... you monsters. Give him back to me! Give him back!"shouted Salem as she began to activate her magic.
That is when the brother of light approached her and teleported her back to his realm, or more specifically his fountain of creation.
Salem found herself emerged in the water before she was teleported back to the surface.
"When you first came to me, I did pity you. But it is clear that your selfishness and arrogance have led you astray."said the brother of light as he and his brother face Salem.
"What did you do to me?"asked Salem, noticing she was glowing with energy.
"I have made you immortal."stated the brother of light.
"immortal."said Salem with dread.
""You cannot die, you cannot be with your beloved. So long as this World turns, you shall walk its face."stated both brothers.
"You must learn the importance of life, and death. Only then may you rest."said the brother of light, before teleporting Salem out of his domain.
"Salem was a prisoner once again. Her fruitless attempts to reunite with Ozma eventually became nothing more than spite in defiance against the gods."said Jinn, as Ruby saw images of Salem trying to kill herself, but because she was immortal nothing worked.
"But perhaps the gods were not as powerful as they seemed. She had lied to them, turn them against one another...They...were fallible. If she were to turn humanity against light and darkness, she could rid herself of their curse, or at the very least, she could make them suffer."said Jinn, before Salem through the sword she tried to kill herself with away, scaring Ruby in the process.
"Salem traveled from one Kingdom to another.nTelling tales of how she stole immortality from the gods, welcomed any swordsman to cut her down, and demonstrated her powers. The King ms and Queeens in awe, she pulled them deeper into her scheme. She painted them a picture of a time when they would no longer have to watch their loved ones wither and die. When they could claim the powers of their creators for themselves. And in turn perfect their own desires."said Jinn, as images of Salem tricking Kingdom after Kingdom could be seen.
"All they needed to do was destroy their Old Masters."said Jinn, as the armies of man stormed the sanctuary of the brother of light.
"The gods had hoped that Salem would learn from her eternal curse, and she did. She learned that the hearts of men are easily swayed."stated Jinn as the brothers approached their creations.
"Who has led you down this path?"asked the brother of light, as Salem approach them
"You!"state of the brother of darkness as humanity began attacking him with all of their magic!
But their a tax proof fruitless as the brother merely caught all of their magic and held it within his palm, shocking humanity.
"My own gift to them, turned against me."said the brother of darkness with calm anger, before he used his power to destroy all of humanity!
Salem was the only one who remained.
"No...no.."said Salem, before the brother of the darkness approached her.
"You thought there was no perfect punishment we could bestow upon you."said the brother of darkness with pride.
Salem defyingly said that she would come back and build a new army.
"You do not understand. There is no one left. You are all that remains of humanity."said the brother of darkness, shocking Salem.
"This planet was a beautiful experiment. But, it is mearly a remnant of what it once was. We will learn from this failure, I hope you will learn from yours."said the brother of light before he disappeared.
Salem told him he couldn't leave and ran towards him, demanding that he come back.
"Still demanding things of your creators."said the brother of darkness before he left, shattering the moon in the process.
The remnants of the Moon began destroying the land.
"Once again, Salem was alone. She cursed the gods, she cursed the universe, she cursed everything, everything but herself."said Jinn, as Grimm was all that remained.
"She wonder the face of the planet awaiting a death that would never come, until Fate let her back to the land of darkness. This was it, this had to be it. The brother's Grimm, the pools of black that continued to give rise to horrific nightmares. If the fountain of Life granted her immortality, the surley the pools of grandma Charlie take it away."said Jinn as Salem jumped into the pool of the darkness.
"She was wrong. This force of pur destruction could not destroy a being of infinite life, instead it created a feeling of infinite life, with the desire for peer destruction." said Jinn as Salem emerged from the pool, in a new form.
"And in time, she would find her adversary."said Jinn, as Ozma reappeared to the group.
"Ozma."said the brother of light, getting Ozma's attention.
"Where am I?"asked Ozma.
"We are the between realms. I'm afraid of tragedy has befallen your home at the hands of my brother. We have chosen to depart this world, but in our absence I would like to offer you the chance to return to it."said the brother of light, confusing Ozma.
"I... don't understand."stated Ozma.
"Mankind is no more. Yet, your world remains. And in time, your kind will grow to walk its face once again. However, without our presence, they will be but of a fraction of what they once were. Creation, Destruction, Knowledge, and Choice were the ideals that humanity was made. Now, I leave them behind with hope that you may remake yourselves. If brought together, these four relics will summon my brother and I back to your world, and humanity will be judged. If your kind has learned to live in harmony with one another, and set aside their differences, then we will once again live among you, and humanity will be made whole again. But if your kind is unchanged, if your demand our blessings while still fighting amongst yourselves, then man will be found irredeemable, and your world will be wiped from existence."stated the brother of light calmly but firmly.
"Until your task is complete, you will reincarnate, but in a manner that ensures you are never alone."said the brother of light as Oscar wathce on.
"I'm sorry, but that world isn't as dear to me without her."said Ozma, referring to Salem.
"If I may, I rather return to the afterlife to see Salem."said Ozma without hesitation.
"You will not find her there."calmly replied the brother of light.
"You mean, she isn't gone?"asked Ozma.
"Salem lives, but the woman you hold dearly in your memories is gone. Head this warning, where you see comfort, you will only find pain."said the brother of light, knowing that Salem wasn't the person she once was.
"So, will you?"asked the brother of light.
"I'll do it!"said Ozma without hesitation.
"Gery well, our creation rests within your hands."said the brother of light, before he reincarnated Ozma.
"And so, Ozman was reborn."stated Jinn, as Ozma's soul was transferred to a random farmer.
"Ozma had found himself in a world completely different and unfamiliar to him. Citys looked different, creatures known as the faunus bore fangs and claws, and we're locked away in cages. And without the blessing of the gods, no one could perform magic like mankind was once capable of. No one but himself, and a woman known as, the witch."said Jinn as Ozma approached a house deep in the woods.
"During his years of travel, he heard the same same frightened whispers that spoke of a terrifying sorceress who commanded dark powers in the wilds, among the beasts and monsters. Ozma was convinced that this witch was Salem. And decided to see what she had become."said Jinn as Salem opened the door, and quickly recognized her beloved.
"Call it magic or call it something stronger. But in that moment, the two new exactly who it was that stood before them."
"What do we do now?"asked Ozma.
"Whatever we like."stated Salem.
"As Ozma and Salem recounted the events that brought them back together, each withheld parts of their story. Salem, fearing that Ozma would reject her, blamed the end of the world on the gods. Ozma, still unsure of where the truth lay, kept his task and the relics a secret. Though time passed and all seemed well, Ozma's conversation with the brother of light still lingered in his mind. He had found happiness but humanity seem to be more divided than ever before."
"Are you surprised. This world is quite literally godless. These humans have no one to guide them. Perhaps that's all they need."said Salem over a cup of tea.
"What are you saying?"asked Ozpin as he put his cup down.
"We could become the gods of this world. Our powers surpass all others. Our souls transcend death. We can mold these lands into however we want, what you want. Create the old Paradise the gods could not."said Salem, swaying Ozma.
"The hearts of man are easily swayed."said Jinn as images of grim attacking a city appeared.
Until Ozma and Salem stopped the attack, making the nearby people worship them.
"The two amas a following. That following grew into a prosperous kingdom. And at the head of that Kingdom blossomed... a family."said Jinn, as images of the four daughters of Salem and Ozma appeared, playing around as children do while their parents watched on.
"Are we sure this is right?"asked Ozma to Salme one day.
"You said we needed to bring humanity together. In order to do that, we have to spread our word, and destroy those that will deny it."said Salem with no remorse.
"What are we doing?"asked Ozma's image, scaring him.
"This isn't what he asked of me."said Ozpin.
"What to you say?"asked Salem.
"Mother. Father. Look."said one of their daughters as they showed that they could use magic.
"It was a miracle. Their children could perform magic. But what should have been a joyous occasion was short-lived. Ozma told Salem everything. The true reason the God of light had brought him back. The relics they scattered across the world. And the day of judgment he had been told to prepare for."
"Don't you see, none of that matters anymore. Why spend our lives trying to redeem these humans, when we could replace them with what they could never be."said Salem as she extended her hand to Ozma.
That night, Ozma try sneaking himself and his daughters out of the palace.
"Mommy."said one of the daughters.
Salem realize what her husband was trying to do and tried to stop him! This led to both of them fighting amongst one another! And unfortunately it appeared that their daughters were caught in the crossfire...
"We finally have freedom."said Salem as she kicked Ozma under her heel.
"I..."said Ozpin, before he was destroyed.
"Thus began a long and painful cycle of death and rebirth for Ozma. Some live were spent in morning, many were spent trying to forget it all. But no matter what, his mind would eventually turn back to the task he had been burden with. And as the centuries went on, Ozma began to learn to live with the souls he had been paired. But no matter where or how he lived, her presence was always felt. If humanity wherever to stand a chance of being united, one thing was clear."said Jinn as Ozma ran towards the destruction to defend the people.
"He had to destroy Salem."stated Ruby.
"Knowing that he could never rid of her through any mortal means. Ozma sought out the power of the relics. Armed with my knowledge, he believed he could fulfill his promise to the god of light."said Jinn, as Ozma began to ask his questions.
The last question he asked is how to destroy Salem..
Jinn calmly answered that he can't.
This revelation shocked everyone who was in attendance. Ozpin, or Ozma, or whatever had been lying to them all this time. He knew Salem was immortal and practically impossible to get rid of, but still he persisted with this endless game of chess.
"Now for the young samurai."said Jinn, before the group was surrounded by a puff of smoke again.
"For a young man willing to sacrifice everything in the name of those he cares about, sometimes the universe has unexpected consequences for those willing to take the plunge of death in the name of defeating their enemy."said Jinn as the images of Jaune blowing himself up to defeat Cinder was seen.
Pyrrha looked away in saw that a tear appeared out of nowhere and Jaune was sucked inside before being caught in the explosion.
"It seems his plan to explode a bunch of different Dust crystals at once had an unintended side effect. Soon this would be huntsman found himself in a world different from his own."said Jinn as Jaune landed in Wano and meet Cat Viper, Dogstorm, and Kawamatsu.
"But to truly understand Jaune Arc, one must understand the man he swore his loyalty to and was willing to die for, Kozuki Oden."said Jinn, as images of the Flower Capital appeared before the people who had never been to the Flower Capital before.
"Woah..."said Ruby, amazed by everything she had seen before her.
The others pretty much reacted the same upon seeing the Flower Capital for the very first time as the cherry blossoms fell, and a man Cat Viper and Jaune thought they would never see you again appeared.
"Kozuki Oden is back!"

Oden was just walking through the streets without a care in the world as everyone looked at him, specially those of the opposite sex.
"Hide the livestock!"shouted a farmer as he and his assistant started taking the pigs away.
He failed to set sail again!"

"There was a very popular man in the capital. He stood tall and define to the natural order of the Land of Wano as he wanted to see the rest of the world when it was forbidden to leave. With his swords Enma and Ame no Habikiri as his only allies, he walked through the capitol without a care in the world. But all that would change for a rambunctious stranger."said Jinn, as the smoke began to clear on the scene changed.
The scene changed to show a teahouse not to far away from the Capital.
"You got away from I'm moving mountain?!"asked Tsurujo, Kin'emon's wife to some local merchants.
"That's right."
"It was groaning."
"Maybe the mountain god we came angry!"suggest Tsurujo, before I smile appeared on her face."Just kidding. Anyway, you all look so happy."
"We finally caught it!"stated one of the bandits, before they decided the show Tsurujo what they had captured.
But it was in a box but it was clear there was something inside as the box began moving, before a cute looking white boar came out of it.
"What a splendid boar."stated Tsurujo as she held the creature.
"If we take it to the Capital, will get one platinum coin!"said one of the bandits.
"What? That's enough to build a decent house."said Tsurujo in shock.
"Yeah! The Kurokoma Boss is looking for a legendary white boar to display in his storefront. So he posted a reward for one."
"Tsurujo was a young waitress out of tea house not too far away from the capital. While she did her best to stay out of trouble, the same couldn't be said for her childhood friend, Kin'emon."stated Jinn as Kin'emon, who had bleach blonde hair began looking for something.
'So that is what he looked like when he was younger...' thought Jaune as he continued watching everything silently as he already how everything was going to play out.
"He shouldn't display it! White boars are Divine Messengers."said Tsurujo, before the sound of Kin'emon trying to get away with her money was heard, alerting the girl.
"Tsurujo and Kin'emon have known each other since they were little. But while Tsurujo tried to stay on the straight and narrow, she at times found herself in trouble because of her childhood friend and his reckless nature."said Jinn as Tsurujo opened the door to see Kin'emon trying to pocket her money.
"Kin'emon!"shouted Tsurujo, as she immediately knew what her childhood friend was up to, before grabbing the young man by his pinky!
"Ow, ow, ow...!"sajd Kin'emon in pain.
"You stole money from our store again!"said Tsurujo as she held down her thug of a childhood friend.
"Miss Tsuru! We've known each other since childhood! I'm like your big brother and I need money!"said Kin'emon, pleading for his friend to let him go.
"That's because you gamble! Do you know how much you owe me?!"said Tsuru as Kin'emon tried to run off with the money, only to be stopped as soon as Tsuru stabbed a kitchen knife into the ground.
"The next time you put your hands on my money, I'll sell your organs!"said Tsuru with a scary look on her face.
"If you cannot pay me back, leave all your clothes!"said Tsuru, before she stripped Kin'emon of the clothes on his back, leaving him only his loincloth and his sword, making the young thug run away.
"Damn Tsuru! She really stripped me naked! But I got to hear a money making idea."said Kin'emon, before the scene changed.
To Oden cooking oden on top of a burning skeleton...? Before said man began eating said oden while it was still piping hot...?
"Oden meanwhile was honoring an old friend of his by deciding to cook oden on his friend at his very own funeral..."said Jinn, as even she herself wondered why he was doing this...
"Granpa Katsuzo!"said a young girl among the crowd.
"Don't cry. I mean... it's a funeral so you get to cry..."said one of the people in attendance before a guard approached him.
"What's the matter?"asked the guard.
"The cremation is finished, so we were about to gather his bones. Then, that man...!"said one of the people in attendance as he pointed to Oden.
"We found him cooking oden with the flame that burned my father's body!"said the son, clearly upset that his father was being disrespected in such a way at his very own funeral.
"Oden did this because he was upset that he was not able to set sail from Wano as he had no skills necessary to operate a ship. His father, the leader of Wano, Shogun Sakayuki didn't know what to do with his rambunctious heir."said Jinn as the images of the Shogun speaking to one of his close confidants was shown.
"Ever since Oden was little, he was born with imaginable strength. When he was only an infant, he threw his nanny. When he was two, he caught two rabbits at once. When he was four, he threw a boulder and knocked out a bear. When he was six, he spent all his time in the pleasure hall wasting the castle of money. When he was eight, he went to a gambling parlor by himself, and started up all with some hot blooded gamblers. When he was nine, he was blacklisted by Yakuza and repaid them...by setting their gambling parlor on fire, instigating a gang war. Then, he got arrested for assault at the age of ten. While serving his time at quarries, he showed his ability as a master stonemason. He then came back to the street as a better person...When he was fourteen years old, the capital suffered a drought. Wells dried up and he cannot stand watching the people suffer. So he changed the river's course and made it flow to the capital with a giant boulder that he threw himself. But in the end it caused a massive flood, and another arrest warrant was issued."said Jinn, as many of the people listening couldn't believe that Jaune would follows such a person.
"Oden tried to flee from the country through the channel... but he ended up failing quite miserably. When he was fifteen, he strong armed amount Temple master and stayed hidden there. He brought back women from the capital every night and formed a harem..."said Jinn, who was sounding amused.
"He must be some kind of monster." stated Shogun Sukiyaki, cuz he couldn't believe his son was so rambunctious.
"It should be noted that the women were always free to leave, but chose to stay of their own free will. But some people became furious and stood up. They were the woman's boyfriends, parents, and husbands. Even the strongest Yakuza group in Wano had to get involved to stop the fighting...all how this happened before he was even eighteen years old."said Jinn, sounding amused and impressed that someone managed to do so much in only a few years of life.
"But regardless of bloodline, even his father could only take so much and even sent a notice of disavowal to be delivered to his son."said Jinn as the scene change back to the funeral, where Oden was still eating oden over his friend's bones...
Oden just calmly ate his food before drinking some sake to cool his mouth. The people continued looking on as he finished his food by drinking the remaining broth from the hot pot, holding it with his bare hands.
"Katsuzo."said Oden before he began putting out the fire with the sake he had with him.
"The next time we drink together, it'll be in the afterlife."said Oden as the fire was put out.
"Take it easy."said Oden before he put a flaming match next to Katsuzo in honor of his deceased friend.
This shocked the crowd as Oden stood up to leave.
"Now, if you excuse me, ladies and gentlemen of the bereaged family."said Oden before he began to leave.
"This must be the Oden speech people talk about!"said someone from the group.
"But as Oden was leaving the funeral, the Thug known as Kin'emon was up to no good."said Jinn, before I was shown that Kin'emon had beaten up the people holding the white boar.
"Now I am in luck. This is like winning the lottery. If I give this to the Kurokoma boss, I will..Come on! Give me all your clothes!"said Kin'emon, before he stripped one of the bandits and took all of his clothing.
"What neither Kin'emon or the bandits new was that they had just messed with forces beyond them."said Jinn as Kin'emon was running away from the debt collectors that were after him for his gambling get to the Hyogoro family.
"But as Kin'emon was running away from the Hyogoro family, his friend and fellow orphan Denjiro was up to his no good tricks."said Jinn, as images of Denjiro tricking a man out of sixty silver coins by doing a pot switch was seen.
"Easy money!"said Denjiro with confidence.
"Hey, Denjiro."said Kin'emon, getting Denjiro's attention.
"Oh, Kin-san!"said Denjiro, as his friend scared him.
"Shh...Look at this!"said Kin'emon, revealing that he was hiding the white boar in his new kimono."I got a pretty valuable thing!"
That is when the alarm bell for disaster was wrong for the capital!
"You came to arrest me?"asked Oden, wondering if it was about the whole funeral thing.
"Yes...But it's not like I really want to arrest you, so you can bribe me..."said the guard, before he was interrupted by someone running for dear life.
"Now why isn't anyone avoiding me?"asked Oden, as normally people would stay away from him as far as they could.
"Oden would have no way of knowing the danger Kin'emon had brought to the capital until moments later...as a giant White boar made its way to attack the capital, looking for its child."said Jinn, as Denjiro removed his sunglasses to see what Kin'emon had done.
"You don't know, Kin!"said Denjiro with shock."You shouldn't bring that! "
"What? You mean this white boar?"asked Kin'emon.
"Kurokoma boss it's trying to destroy the Hyogoro family by using it as a decoy!"stated Denjiro.
"What do you mean?"asked Kin'emon, as Ruby, Weiss, Blake, and Yang watched on.
"I mean wherever that little boar is, its parent boar will come charging any minute!"said Denjiro, wondering how his friend was so stupid.
"It was at that very moment the parent decided to attack the capital to search for its child."said Jinn as a giant white boar attacked the flower capital.
Oden meanwhile got on a nearby rooftop to get a better look.
"It's parent boar?"asked Kin'emon.
"According to an ancient document, it's a massive white boar the size of a mountain! That's why they call it the mountain god!"said Denjiro, knowing that the capital was in danger because of this little Kin'emon and the little white boar.
"What?"said Kin'emon with shock.
"One story tells that several centuries ago, it destroyed the whole region in one night. I thought it was just a myth, but... since the white boar really exists..."said Denjiro as stared at the little white boy.
"That gave the capital learned that the mountain god, a boar the size of a mountain really did exist."said Jinn As Qrow, Nora and Ren watched as the capital was set on fire by the destruction.
"It will swallows and kill us! It's already here! Run!"shouted many people from the crowd as they ran for dear life.
The mountain sized boar meanwhile continued its rampage as it looked for its child!
"Oh, no! It's my fault that the capital is...!"said Kin'emon, not realizing that a certain someone was listening.
"Now understanding what was going on, Oden decided to reveal himself to take the boar."said Jinn as Oden revealed himself to Kin'emon and Denjiro.
"Ko..."said Kin'emon
"Ko..."said Denjiro.
"Kozuki Oden!"said both young men with shock.
"That was an interesting conversation."said Oden, shocking the pair.
"I don't know who you are... but give that white boar to me!"said Oden with confidence.
"Oden had a plan to defeat the mountain god, but he needed a little white boar first."said Jinn, as Kin'emon was contemplating giving the boar to Oden.
"Just on account of this little one the capital will really be...!"said Kin'emon, as he couldn't believe all this damage was because of one little white boar, who started squealing.
Oden stop the creature from squealing by pulling on it.
"That's why I said give it to me!"said Oden, who hated repeating himself.
"No, wait! This boar cost one platinum coin! That's a lot of money! I can pay back on my debt and use the rest as capital to make more money!"said Kin'emon, being really stubborn about giving up his prize.
'Kozuki Oden! It's really him! I look down on all stupid adults. He's the only person I respect!' thought Denjiro.
"Young Denjiro respected Oden more than he did any other adult."said Jinn, as the giant boar continued its rampage.
"The only time the mountain god comes near human dwellings is when someone kidnaps its child!"saidna male geki as he waved his gohei.
"The people quickly realized that someone brought the child to the capital and that's why all of this destruction was going on."said Jinn, as team RWBY, JNPR, Qrow, Oscar, and Maria looked on.
"We must placate the mountain god! Find a small white boar! If we can't send the white boar back to the mountain, the capital will be destroyed!"said the geki, knowing that that was the only way to curb the anger of the mountain god.
The giant boar meanwhile we're starting to eat nearby buildings, with people inside of it, not caring who got in its way.
"While all of this destruction was going on, Hyogoro the Flower, the most respected Yakuza boss in all of Wano ordered his men to evacuate the citizens."said Jinn as Hyogoro's men were leading people to safety.
"Those who are prepared to die, follow me!"said Hyogoro as he held his sword at the ready.
"While this was going on, the bandit who Kin'emon stole the white boar from in the first place located the young man by complete chance."said Jinn as the man said he had been looking for Kin'emon.
"You're the boar kidnapper!"stated Kin'emon, as they were the ones who started this.
"But you took it from me!"said the bandit in his defense.
"Send it back to the mountain already! That monster will come straight for us if it catches a width of the little one!"said the bandit, knowing that the giant boar was following the little one's smell.
"We didn't expect any of this...My to accomplices whose clothes smelled like the boar were swallowed by the mountain god! Along with your friend Otsuru!"said the bandit, shocking Kin'emon.
"Why her?!"asked Kin'emon with concern.
"To get back the white boar from you, we took her hostage and were going down the mountain... Everyone got! It's all your fault!"shouted the bandit.
"Despite what their relationship appeared to be earlier, Kin'emon and Otsuru really cared about each other. So without a moment of hesitation Kin'emon through the board down and went after the mountain god."said Jinn as Kin'emon ran towards the direction of the destruction.
Oden meanwhile picked up the bag holding the little white boar.
"As Kin'emon readied himself for battle, he recalled the many times his childhood friend was the only person who ever cared about him.. Whenever he stole something, she repaid the person so that they wouldn't go after Kin'emon. When Kin'emon stated he didn't care if he died as no one would shed a tear for him, she hit him out of anger as she would care."said Jinn as Kin'emon put a Tasuki sash around his sleeves to hold them back as he pulled out his katana and charged at the mountain boar.
"Give me back Tsuru!"shouted Kin'emon as he charged at the boar and managed to pierce his nose with his sword.
"The would be thug managed to cause damage to the mountain god, no longer caring if he lived or not as without Otsuru, he had no reason to live."said Jinn as Kin'emon was thrown off the boar.
"Stop it, kid! If you harm the mountain god, the Land of Wano will be ruined!"shouted the geki, but Kin'emon did not listen.
"I'm going to cut that belly open! You call yourself a god?! Give me back Tsuru!"shouted Kin'emon as he charged at the mountain boar, before he was knocked back in the process.
"Despite his best effort, Kin'emon was simply no match for the mountain god."said Jinn as Kin'emon fell to the ground, unable to get up.
"He has guys."stated Oden with interest, as the capital continued to burn, and many suffered at the hands of the boar.
'If Tsuru guys because of me... I want to die, too.'thought Kin'emon, trying to reach for his sword to continue fighting but he was simply too injured.
"Kin'emon began the close his eyes with shame before he heard a voice speak."said Jinn, as Oden held the little boar up high in the air.
"Isn't this what you're looking for, boar?"asked Oden, having drawn Enma.
"Kozuki Oden! The proginal son! It's him again! He must have caused all of this!"shouted the geki, placing the blame on Oden.
"It'll make a good boar hot pot."said Oden, completely ignoring the accusation against him.
"Kin'emon could only watch as the citizens blamed Oden for what was happening at the Flower Capital and began throwing rocks at him, but Oden merely ignored them as there was no way mere rocks could hurt him."said Jinn as everyone watched Oden getting pelted with rocks.
'No... it's a misunderstanding... I brought that white boar here! It's my fault that the capital got into this mess.' thought Kin'emon as Oden put the board down and took out Ame no Habikiri.
Oden then took out a fighting stance as he coded his hands, arms, and swords in Ryou.
"Oden two sword style..."said Oden as the White boar charge towards him.
Oden disappeared within a blink of the eye and before anyone could tell what was going on, he had already bypassed the boar, slashing the creature in the process!
"Paradise Waterfall!"said Oden as everyone watched with shock, except Denjiro, who looked on with admiration.
Kin'emon couldn't believe what he had just saw, neither could Ruby and her friends.
"He's something. Let's go home."said Hyogoro as Oden landing on nearby building and took a stance.
As the boar fell to the floor, it was revealed that everyone who was in its stomach was still alive somehow! Otsuru appeared out of the mess, causing Kin'emon to run towards her.
"Otsuru!"said Kin'emon as he hugged his childhood friend.
"Kin-san!"said Otsuru, glad to see Kin'emon again as she began crying.
"They said the people and houses that got swallowed... could have formed a new town in the boar's stomach. A quarter of the capital was destroyed, but miraculously, not a single person had lost their life."said Jinn as the citizens of the Flower Capital reunited with their families and loved ones.
Oden meanwhile watched on from where he landed.
"Many wanted to thank Oden for saving the lives of their loved ones and the capital, but they still believed he was the one who caused all the destruction in the first place despite the fact he was completely innocent. Kin'emon tried to take the blame, knowing he needed to pay for his crime, but Oden would not let him."said Jinn as Oden hit Kin'emon to keep him quiet.
"Don't even think about it."said Oden after hitting Kin'emon in the head.
"Oden was used to people hating him, but knew Kin'emon would most likely face a punishment worse than death should he have fessed up to his crime. Oden decided to spare the young man who impressed him with his guts by taking the blame for the whole incident involving the mountain god."said Jinn, as Oden was given a letter that officially said he was disowned by his father and he was to leave the capital immediately.
"I see. So I'm disavowed and expelled from the capital. This is laughable, Lord Shogun. I guess you and the Flower Capital cannot handle me anymore. I accept the disavowal. I'm leaving! When night falls, wherever I am is where I'll sleep!"said Oden as he began to walk out of the capital.
"The mountain god incident in the Land of Wano happened when Oden was still young. Kin'emon and Denjiro, impressed by Oden decided to follow him out of the capital and go wherever he goes."said Jinn, as Kin'emon was telling his childhood friend that he would die for Oden, all the while Otsuru was telling him that he was crying.
"Me, too. I would die for him! "said Denjiro, before he and Kin'emon began to leave the capital, following Oden, all the while arguing who would follow him first as they left the capital.
"Many wished they were as free as those men. They say because the man took a step forward, but restrain themselves from following Oden, Capital lean slightly forward..."said Jinn as Oden, Kin'emon, as Denjiro left the capital.
"Not long after Oden went to see his unofficial uncle, the Daimyo of Hakumai, Shimotsuki Yasuie. Never knowing he would run into one of the greatest enemies he has ever known."said Jinn, as Jaune notice the man he shot before he officially left Wano, Kurozumi Orochi.
Jaune created his teeth as he wished he had aimed better that day.
"Why would I wait to see a fool... who was expelled from the capital."said Yasuie, as stern as ever.
"What do you want, Oden?! With those followers, you think you are someone?"asked Yasuie with sarcasm.
"Hey, uncle."said Oden like it was no big deal.
"Don't speak to me like that."said Yasuie, as Orochi made himself look like a pathetic weakling.
"Oden had no idea that the bumbling fool was in front of him would be one of his greatest adversaries."said Jinn, as the image began to change again.
"The next day Oden and his followers left Hakumai, as Oden was interested in a monster living in Kuri, The forbidden domain. The monster i question had a name, his name being Ashura Doji."said Jinn as Yasuie tried to stop him from going, but Oden left anyway as he said that he would explore the Land of Wano.
"Later Yasuie would learn that Oden destroyed the room he was staying in and that Orochi saw him steal money. But Yasuie doubted this claim as he knew Oden would have just taken the money in broad day light without a care in the world. Yasuie then suspected Orochi from that day forward."said Jinn as the scene began changing.
"As Oden and his followers left Hakumai, they kept causing trouble all throughout Wano on their way to Kuri. Oden once asked Kin'emon and Denjiro how long they were going to follow him, to which they replied forever. This answer annoyed Oden."said Jinn as Oden made an annoyed expression.
"With time Oden began keeping a journal, writing about his journeys as his followers began to grow in number. In Ringo, Oden feed two young orphans named Izo and Kikunojo, sons of a dance master."said Jinn, as many began questioning if Kikunojo was really a guy.
"She's a woman at heart."said Jaune, knowing that Kiku was a woman despite what many believed.
"Soon for some reason Kiku and Izo began following Oden as well, as he was the first person to ever care for them and even feed them his famous oden. In Kibi, a crave Maniac was making hair brushes out of the hair of women and the Dead. Oden would later learn that this man's name was Kanjuro."said Jinnas Kanjuro tried to take Oden's hair, resulting in him being beat up.
"Kanjuro quickly surrendered and decided to follow Oden as he didn't prosecute him in the past like others. In Udon, Oden heard talk of a notorious mountain bandit. They said woman would be abducted and men would be badly beaten. Oden would later learned that this so-called bandit's name was Raizo, a former member of the shogun's Oniwabanshu, before a female ninja broke his heart."said Jinn, as Raizo literally fell towards Oden while crying his name.
"I don't want to live my life hiding anymore!"said Raizo at Oden's feet, making the young warrior annoyed.
"Meanwhile in Kuri, the monster known as Ashura Doji soon heard of Oden. He soon ordered his men to capture Oden as he wanted to execute the son of the Shogun himself."said as everyone watched Ashura drink something that involves snake blood...?
"The people in power... we hate them the most!"said Ashura after he finished his disgusting drink.
"As Oden's followers were busy eating, Oden was nowhere to be seen. It wasn't unusual as many believed he went to go to his business in the woods. And it wasn't unusual for him to disappear for one or two days on a whim. That is when Denjiro remember there was a gate to Kuri south." said Jinn, as Oden's followers stopped eating and ran in the direction of their hero, as they quickly realize what Oden was up too.
"Oden on the other hand arrived at the gate of Kuri and let himself inside, pulling out his swords as he knew that he had a fight on his hands."said Jinn as Oden rated himself for his battle against the bandits of Kuri.
"I'll lop off your head, Kozuki Oden!"said Ashura Doji with malice.
Oden on the other hand smiled at the upcoming battle.
"As Oden's followers ran towards Kuri, Oden faced a little army on his own, but not once did he take a step back."said Jinn as Oden faced Ashura Doji and his followers.
"Your Kozuki Oden, right?"asked one of the bandits.
"I've been disavowed, so I no longer have a name!"responded Oden.
"Anyone can enter, but those who try to leave will be killed! Especially samurai!"said Ashura Doji as he revealed himself.
"It is so restrictive!"replied Oden, causing Ashura to make a questioning sound.
"How can anyone live in a place like this?!"asked Oden, as Kuri was to small for his liking.
"That's hilarious. You'll never be able to get out of here! I mean, don't even try to get out!"ordered Ashura Doji.
"What Ashura Doji didn't know was that Oden hated when someone told him he couldn't do something."
"Don't try to get out? That's my least favorite rule!"said Oden as he was surrounded by a red Aura and his eyes began glowing red.
"I make the rules in this area! cut him!"ordered Ashura Doji, as his forces began running towards Oden.
Ruby instinctually got out of the way despite knowing that this was all just something that happened a long time ago.
"Try as they might, the bandits of Kuri were no match for Oden and his swordsmanship."said Jinn, as Ode. quickly defeated the foot soldiers and went after the leader himself.
Ashura Doji quickly managed to pull out his sword and block the attack! The clash of the two great swordsmen created a shockwave so powerful that it made everything nearby blast away! Soon the land began raining as Ashura readied himself to cut down Oden.
"Oden... I'm going to kill you!"said Ashura.
"Try your best."said Oden, holding Enma and Ame no Habikiri at the ready.
"Meaning, outside of Kuri, Kin'emon and the others made their way to the gate."said Jinn as Oden and Ashura Doji continued their fierce exchange of blades.
"You fools who grew up pampered in the capital... can't understand what it feels like to live in hell!"said Ashura Doji in anger.
"Is that what you want to say?!"asked Oden, as the two swordsmen broke their stalemate.
Ashura Doji was soon surrounded by a fierce red Aura as he charged at Oden!
"I'm going to kill you all!"shouted Ashura Doji.
"Stop barking a small yard like this!"said Oden as he too was surrounded by a fierce red Aura.
"Oden two sword style! Samurai Great Spirit!"shouted Oden as he used one of the strongest attacks in his arsenal.
"Both Ashura Doji and Kozuki Oden swung their blades and wanted another with their respective attacks, but Oden was the one who managed to land his first! Meanwhile Kin'emon and the others saw worthy fight was going on just as the rain began stopping. And soon, they arrived just as the battle ended."said Jinn, as Jaune and Cat Viper saw moment only their comrades told them about.
"Lord Oden! We're here to back you up!"said Kin'emon, as he couldn't believe what he saw before him.
There he saw every single bandit that it controlled Kuri lying on the floor, completely unconscious.
"Sorry. I've just finished it all. It took me a whole day, all through the night. "said Oden as the fog around him began to clear, revealing that he was literally sitting on top of Ashura Doji.
Oden's followers couldn't believe it as they saw Ashura Doji, alive and beaten wake up, just as the sun began to rise.
"Kill me already! I know what the future holds anyway. I have no regrets!"stated Ashura Doji, although some people who are watching could tell that what he had just said didn't appear to be true.
"He's the infamous Ashura Doji?!"questioned Kin'emon
"Hey, guys! Do you still love me?"said Oden as the sun began to shine.
"Help me with your wisdom and strength. I've decided to head up these helpless scum... as their King!"said Oden with such charisma that his followers couldn't say anything.
"A short time later all of Wano would learn that Oden had conquered the lawless land Kuri, and that he somehow got the infamous Ashura Doji to become another one of his followers."said Jinn as every famous person in Wano saw the newspaper article.
"Oden soon led the roughnecks of Kuri by using their abundant energy and turn the wild land into a habitable place. In reaction to his accomplishment, Oden's father, the Shogun, dropped the disavowal, and gave his son the title of the Daimyo of Kuri."said Jinn as the seat begin to change again.
"With time, Kuri prospered until one day, four individuals far away from home soonmeet Oden face to face."said Jinn, as Ruby, Pyrrha, and the other saw the portal that led Jaune to Wano open up and release him onto the beach.
"What happened?"Jaune asked himself before noticing three humanoid animals in front of him.
"Who are you?"asked Cat Viper, who was caught off guard.
"I'd like to ask the same thing."countered Jaune, before he was poked by a stick again courtesy of Kawamatsu.
"You are all strange."said Kawamatsu, not noticing someone sneaking behind him.
Jaune didn't even though he was not in his best condition, he intercepted the attack with his arm, causing him pain before he was struck in the head by another assailant with a large wooden club, knocking him out instantly as he fell to the ground.
Pyrrha and all of other Jaune's friends watched on with shock.
"OOII!"said Kawamatsu, before he too was knocked out buying an assailant who hit him in the head with a large club.
Cat Viper try to do something, but he was knocked out as well, along with Dogstorm, who didn't even get a chance to look up before he was hit in the head with a club as well.
Soon several men in kimonos approached the group after they were sure that they were knocked out.
"What the heck are these things?"
"Who cares, let's tie them up."
"What about the kid?"
"Tie him up as well as he tried to defend these monsters!"
Soon Jaune, even though he wasn't conscious could feel well being tied around him and was frustrated that he was so helpless as he couldn't do anything since he was unconscious!
Soon Jaune and the others woke up to see that they were tied up to posts.
"Damn! The Land of Wano it's the worst!"shouted Cat Viper with tears as he, Dogstorm, Kawamatsu, and Jaune were tied on a bunch of wooden poles with a bunch of wood underneath.
"Dammit! Get us down!"shouted Dogstorm, with tears as well as he was struggling to get free.
"I'm a Kappa!"said Kawamatsu with tears as he wanted nothing more than to be let down.
"What did we ever do to you to deserve this!"shouted Jaune with anger as he couldn't believe that these men were actually going to burn them just because they felt like it.
The men that tied them up just started laughing at their useless whining.
"I wish we never set sail."said Dogstorm, as he thought the treatment they were going to receive from the citizens of Wano was going to be much different.
"I wish we didn't come here! Screw this Sworn Ally crap!"yelled Cat Viper as the Minks and citizens of Wano were supposed to be allies.
At least that's what the Duke of Mokomo Kingdom told them in Zou when he showed them the Road Poneglyph.
"A cat monster, a dog monster, a kappa, and some traitor."said one of the men as they looked at their prisoners with disgust.
"At please let them down! They're only children!"shouted Jaune with rage as he couldn't believe these grown men were picking on people who didn't do anything to them, let alone children!
"Is this beach cursed?"
"Let's burn them alive!"said one of the men, shocking Ruby and the others.
"Wait! At least let them go! For goodness sake they're only children! What the hell is wrong with all of you! Shouted Jaune, as he couldn't believe that these men were such barbarians to burn children alive!
"Shut up, traitor!"said one of the men as they proceeded to throw lit torches on the wood below, causing them to burn!
Ruby, Pyrrha, Weiss, and the others watched on with horror as the flames grew more intense!
"Jaune and the others could feel the heat as Jaune hope that someone, anyone would stop this madness before he and these innocent children he just met we're burned alive. Luckily for them, their savior was closer than they thought."said Jinn as Oden came out of the water with a giant koi fish.
"Now I have enough ingredients for today's Oden."said Oden, before he noticed what was going on on the beach.
And was disgusted at what he saw as seeing as Jaune and the others could feel the flames getting closer to them. Oden the. heard the man on the ground laughing at their misfortune which and testified his anger as his eyes turned red.
"You bastards!"said Oden as he through the giant fish he had just caught at the men!
The vile men meanwhile continued their laughter until they noticed the giant fish falling from the sky, and they could only panic before it landed on them, knocking them out!
Oden then proceeded to put out the flames before lecturing the evil men for their evil deed!
"Shame on you all! You fear those who are like you because of your ignorance. How could you bully these young ones."said Oden as he pointed to Jaune, Cat Viper, Dogstorm, and Kawamatsu, who will relieve that someone came to the rescue.
"Jaune thanked his savior along with the others. Before Oden began to leave while they were still tied up, causing the four of them to shout for him to come back."said Jinn as the seen changed.
"Cat Viper, Dogstorm, and Kawamatsu quickly grew to Oden, but Jaune maintained his distance."said Jinn as everyone could be seen enjoying Oden's oden besides Jaune.
"That night Oden asked Jaune what was wrong man he ended up hitting Jaune as soon as he told him everything."said Jinn, as Oden was seen hitting Jaune, causing a lump to appear on his head.
"Ow! What the hell was that for?"asked Jaune with anger.
"That was for acting like the saddest person on the world just because you miss your friends. You we're ready to sacrifice your life and you're seriously upset that you're still alive! Get over yourself!"said Oden.
"You don't know me!"retorted Jaune.
"I don't know you and I don't care. But I won't have a multi little piece of shit like you roaming around my castle acting like the most depressed person on the world. You honestly think your friends would want to see you like this!"said Oden, striking a nerve with Jaune.
"No...I..."said Jaune, before he was interrupted by Oden.
"The answer is no! You willingly sacrificed yourself to protect your friends and now you have to live with yourself now that you're still alive! You have to live on for your sake and their sake as there's no way your friends and family will want you to act like a little depressed baby your whole life! Jaune, you need to live on and fight on as I know you have a lot of potential in you. Your skills with a blade need some work but I can tell you have a lot of untouched talent that could be extracted with the right help. Give me your strength, Jaune Arc, help me rule Kuri as one of my samurai."said Oden, as Jaune honestly did not know what to say.
"It took time, but Jaune soon found himself with a purpose again and a reason to live. Within time he grew close with the other retainers under Oden, particularly the ones who are not from Wano like himself. Jaune was weaker than the others but trained himself rigorously in order to keep up with them and eventually catch up with them! Jaune felt like he owed Oden and a measurable debt for taking him in when he had nowhere else to go and putting up with his nonsense when he didn't have to. To Jaune, he felt like that that won't be repaid.. ever."said Jinn, as Jaune and Cat Viper decided to leave the room and head outside to catch some breath.
"We already know what's coming next so there's no need to stay there and watch,"said Jaune, as he couldn't watch those fond memories of Oden without breaking down.
"I know what you mean... I can't stand watching what happened a second time."said Cat Viper, knowing that by now the others were learning about Whitebeard and possibly Roger.
"Ozpin has a lot of explaining to do when this is over... and I have a feeling I will as well."said Jaune, knowing that him and his former Headmaster had a lot of explaining to do.
Especially with all of their dirty secrets out in the open!
