Time for a song to perform, one from which is based off from the new video game which is from many, many months ago, and it came with a "D.L.C." into the mix, and also some small stuff involving the episode called... "Loathe Boat" So, enjoy reading this newly posted chapter everyone.
Spells and Louds.
Chapter 1,052: Dish served cold, and a Loathe Boat.
(October 1. Spellman-Lewis Mansion.)
Time for another recording session, and at the moment we see the group is already down there and setting everything up, but the ones on the recording table are Marcy Wu, and Jordan Rosato. But why? Well, they need Michelle Lewis Spellman for the musical performance they are recording, and they are within the glass recording area of the room, and dressed in... Old timey clothing, it looks like something from the 50's or the 70's or something.
They are also using some old fashioned instruments, and some seem to be wind based in origin, we have: Neil, Michelle and Sergei on vocals. Lincoln on Piano, Luna and Sam on the acoustics, and we have Linka, Leon, Boomer, Sully, Mazzy and Tabby on the trumpets, and other horns, and then we have Pinkie Pie (Human) on the drums and she is ready for this.
Watching this is the Guardian Gyro, and he brought a very special guest: The Radio demon Alastor and he sees how they are dressed and the musical instruments. "Well, Guardian. You were right about one thing, I am suddenly getting very interested in this. I wonder what theme they are playing."
Gyro then explains. "You recall the song I showed you, called Cuphead? And the way it is made?"
Alastor recalls. "Indeed you did, and I recall that it is a combination of video games and old fashioned cartoons, and I loved the way it sounded. Reminds me of the good old days." Then he sees where this is going, and he snickers. "So, I suppose this is a second round, or as the young folks say, a sequel?"
Gyro smirks. "Ya got that right, Radio demon." He then calls out. "So, are you lot ready in there or what?" They all give them the thumbs up, and then Jordan Rosato and Marcy Wu give them the thumbs up, and they are ready to record.
They then start the beat, and hearing the way the beat starts with Lincoln on the piano, this has the Radio demon smiling. "This should be very interesting."
[Michelle Lewis:]
If you rely on the pot of the luck.
No wonder why your dinner party will suck.
You need a genie - give this bottle a rub.
'Cause what good is spirit if it's stuck in a jug?
[Neil Spellman:]
Take a sip of this - I'll give you somethin' to chug.
As if one too many wasn't enough.
Another round on the house for the Cup and the Mug.
Still runnin' and gunnin' like a couple of thugs.
Owed a debt to the Devil, but we settled it.
You know that I love to gamble, but I had to quit.
'Cause I'm an addict - never know when I'm gonna stop.
If I see a glass half-full, then I'll fill it up.
And you can bet I won't ever spill a drop.
If you wanna put a lid on me, then I'm gonna pop.
I'm not a tall drink, but I'm leveled to the top.
You can talk to my bosses - I kill it at my job.
But now that Satan's reign is over.
I won't wager my soul - I'm sober.
Nonetheless Cuphead's back for an encore.
Two heads are better than one - but we want more.
[Michelle Lewis:]
'Cause something's missing, and you need a new fix, perhaps.
Add a feminine ingredient to the mix, and that's.
Just what you want the mostest.
Promise you won't get ghosted
Bottoms up, let's raise a toast.
Give 'em all a taste of our brand new roast.
Mouths to feed - better get 'em all fed.
Don't leave any appetite unwhet.
Trust me, if you wanna break some bread.
Do not double cross Cuphead, Nuff Said.
[Chorus: Neil & Michelle:]
Hell has frozen over, now that I got sober.
I doubt I'm out of dice to be rolled.
Listen death - I'm gonna cheat you since I got a sweet tooth.
This is a dish I've been told is best... Served Cold.
[Michelle Lewis:]
This little dish sure can take a lickin'.
If you don't want heat, then evacuate the kitchen.
Keep your feet movin', don't stop kickin'.
The oven is hot and the clock is tickin'.
Pickin' up steam, gotta work fast.
I've earned my treat, but I'm gonna burn that.
'Cause I'm chuggin' all day, and I can't turn back.
Careful not to get caught in my thirst trap.
[Sergei Spellman:]
Ready for the check? 'Cause you've been served.
That is unless you have room for dessert.
Doesn't matter if you already swallowed your pride.
It don't mean that you won't succumb to your vice.
Your ravenous appetite.
Might leave you wanting more.
I got a recipe for disaster.
And that means - back to the cutting board.
[Michelle Lewis:]
Sorry Chef, checkmate you're done.
I'm stickin' you up with a finger gun.
I could duel the Sheriff, I could move a Mountain.
If you wanna dogfight me, you'll be howlin'.
I'll halt this bootleg operation.
If they get salty, then I'll bake 'em.
Might get dicey, but I'll shake 'em.
Like a bad habit - had to break 'em.
[Neil Spellman:]
I don't just got drip.
I run like a faucet.
My nickname is hothead.
'Cause no one can touch this.
I'm non-alcoholic.
But I'm hella toxic.
Come on, I know you want it.
You'd better swallow all of it.
[[Chorus: Neil & Michelle:]
Hell has frozen over, now that I got sober.
I doubt I'm out of dice to be rolled.
Listen death - I'm gonna cheat you since I got a sweet tooth.
This is a dish I've been told is best... Served Cold.
[Michelle Lewis:]
Three heads are better than two.
[Neil Spellman:]
If you bit off more than you can chew.
[Michelle Lewis:]
But ain't just anyone we let in our crew.
[Neil Spellman:]
You gotta skippity pop bop bowop pop pop biddly diddly doo.
[Michelle Lewis:]
Beep bop beep bop beepity bow beep bop bippity boo.
[Neil Spellman:]
Skippity pap pippity pow chickitty lickitty doo.
[Michelle Lewis:]
Wamalama dam bam bamala dam badam bip bip bippity bee.
[Neil Spellman:]
Deet dot deet dot deedly deet dedee deet deet deedly dee.
[Instrumental.}
[Lincoln, Luna and Sam:]
Do not mess with a Cuphead, Nuff said.
Do not mess with a Cuphead, Nuff said.
Do not mess with a Cuphead, Nuff said.
[Neil Spellman:]
Do not mess with a Cuphead, Nuff said.
[Chorus: Neil & Michelle:]
Hell has frozen over, now that I got sober.
I doubt I'm out of dice to be rolled.
Listen death - I'm gonna cheat you since I got a sweet tooth.
This is a dish I've been told is best... Served Cold.
Marcy and Jordan then gives them the signal, and they finish the record. The others cheer from this, and it all sounded so incredibly and old fashiondly awesome! They all cheer at what they did, and Michelle high fives with the others and she cheers. "Oh heck yeah, I still got it baby!"
The others continue to cheer from what they performed, and then Gyro looks to Alastor. "Well? Anything to say?"
Alastor looks to the others, and then he speaks. "I guess I should say, THAT was very, and at the upmost truly, entertaining..."
(Lake Eddy Dry-dock.)
We head to the ship that has arrived, the S.S. Fun, and the ship is there temporarily and will be departing soon back out to sea, but some folks come down from there, and have some celebratory flower necklaces after having one small ship party before getting off. Who are they?
Gwen A. Spellman, Lucy Loud, and the Young Morticians Club: Haiku, Dante, Boris, Persephone, and Morpheus, and now back with them, and the reason why they are here, the former President of the Young Morticians Club: Bertrand... He has a tan, okay...
Bertrand sighs in relief. "Thank you again friends, for reasoning with my parents into allowing me to get off that ship and return back home with the rest of you, and I still cannot believe that all this time, I have an Aunt Maddeline?"
"And the best part, she raises snakes" replied Boris. "We should come and see her home too."
Lucy nods. "Agreed. But take note, we came here to help you escape, with a set of plans we had prepared, but then again... Getting a grownup to talk to them seems better, and thank you again for helping us, Ms. Spellman."
Gwen nods, and she walks with them away from the ship. "I did what I had to, and Lincoln was the one who informed me after he and Lunes had a small Scourge visit to the cemetery, and the one thing I knew that was right... No one deserves to be placed on some ship such as that, I mean... Wow! That ship gave me back the nasty vibes from Total Drama, and that is a memory I don't wanna bring back."
The other Goth's also agree, then Bertrand asks. "So, tell me my friends. What did I miss while I was away?" He missed a lot, and there is a whole lot to explain to him.
A/N: I loved how the song wen when I heard it, and how it was performed with such old timey musical instruments, and I kinda thought to add the Radio demon from the Hazbin Hotel into this, and welcome back home Bertrand. I hope you guys enjoyed reading this newly posted chapter everyone.
