A crossover which I have been planning since I saw the series this year. An anime, which I never knew existed and is just so damn awesome! Time to prepare, for an epic Tank action! Enjoy reading this newly posted chapter guys, this is gonna be good!

Chapter 1,067: Tankery Inbound!

(The Royal Fortress. Somewhere not too far from Japan.)

Here, within the meeting halls where the team would normally be, we see the Guardian is speaking with the four guys in the room. Martin, Victor and Jack Cyber, oh and also Leon. Leon then asks. "So, what the hell are we doing here again? Why am I in this?"

Gyro then explains. "I have come across another world, and there doesn't seem to be any issues with their dimension, and I spoke to someone whom is in charge of this very unique and interesting sport which you need to be aware about."

Martin then speaks. "What does sports have to do with us four?"

"Is it some sort of extreme space football or soccer?" asked Victor.

"Everybody calm down" replied Gyro. "The sport they have has nothing to do with balls, or any of the matter. The sport they have, involves Tanks."

This surprises them, and Leon speaks in German. "Was ist dieser auf Panzern basierende Sport, von dem Sie sprechen?"

Gyro then explains. "The Senshado Tankery League. An organization that goes through Tank Combat as an international sport, which the best all-girls High Schools have the best and well-trained tankery players or athletes to show off what they can truly do."

"Apparently, a woman being in the power of a tank makes them better, kinder, stronger, more determined, a better wife, a better mother and a better worker to the masses. Some weird style propaganda which I didn't think would even exist, and also shocks me."

The four are surprised. "Yeah, we're kinda shocked to hear that too" replied Victor.

Gyro then continues. "There are many High Schools and it involves all girls and Tankery, but there are some chosen which would be good for competition. I spoke to the Senshado Federation and they wish to test the following Tankery Schools to see how well they're athletes have been ever since, and one of which is the school that brought back Tankery and saved their school from being shut down. Ooarai."

"So, we have talked and even to the two women who maintain control of the Nishizumi and Shimada Style of Tankery, and they wanna see how strong their schools have been ever since their last conflict when several schools banded together against one University class team. So, my question is. Are you lads in?"

This is something they didn't see coming, and then Leon speaks in German."Wir werden sehen, wie wirklich geschickt sie sind und als Veteran des Zweiten Weltkriegs und als Ass in der Panzerkriegsführung und den gefürchteten Blitzkrieg-Taktiken … Lass es geschehen, aber wenn wir das geschehen lassen wollen, müssen wir es schaffen sicher gibt es einen Preis für die Sieger der vor uns liegenden Schlacht."

Martin then speaks. "Perhaps, their schools will be funded by FutureTech. How does that sound?"

"Now that sounds like a plan" replied Victor. "Also, I recall Sergei has a massive Tank collection, and we can use the tanks for us to face these other schools. That is, if Sergei is up to it."

Leon speaks, in German. "Ich werde mit meinem Bruder sprechen und sehen, wie er sich fühlt, aber Chancen wird er unter bestimmten Bedingungen seiner Wahl akzeptieren."

Jack Cyber nods. "We should also make it more interesting. Perhaps, an all-out free-for-all Flag Tank Match?"

Gyro smirks, and sees the others agree. "Alright then, I shall head back to the other world and inform them about this. Also, make sure you four get the tanks needed, and teammates who can come along with this." He then hands them each a folder. "These are the schools we will be facing, and information about them."

Gyro takes his leave, and the four guys look to the files and are reading what they know. The following High Schools facing them are:

Ooarai Girls Academy, St. Gloriana Women's Academy, Kuromorimine Girls Academy, Saunders University High School, Pravda Girl's High School, Anzio High School, Chi-Ha-Tan Academy and All-Stars University Team.

The members of the Senshado Federation are: Shichiro Kodama - Director of the Japan Sensha-Dō Federation, Ami Chōno - member of the Strengthening Committee. High School League instructor, referee, and match announcer. Shiho Nishizumi - Chairperson of the Pro League Committee and Chiyo Shimada - head of the University Sensha-Dō team.

"Apparently, Jatkasota High School will not compete, and they don't know why" replied Jack Cyber. "The other schools haven't fully showed that they can be worth this fight, and one of which is called B.C Liberty Girls Academy, a French-based school."

"So, we're facing the elite ones who have fought hard and strong" replied Victor. "This is kinda insane, and the rules here seem simple and alright. No use of lethal rounds, just not so dangerous tank rounds and submachine gun harmless tracers."

Leon sees the last names of the Commanders from Kuromorimine and Ooarai. 'Nishizumi? Looks like some very interesting competition.'

Martin then sees some information that is shocking. "Apparently all the High Schools and the local towns and cities neighboring the schools are located on Massive Aircraft Carriers."

The others look to Martin in shock. "Wait, what?!"

(Later.)

The rest of the team are here, but they have chosen these specific people and even those who aren't part of the Royal Defenders.

We have: Lincoln, Linka, Jordan, Stella, Simon, Sam, Luna, Peter Sharp, Ember, Boomer, Sergei, Neil, Gwen, Loona, Dana, Becky, Bobbie Fletcher, Michelle Lewis and Carol.

They don't know why they are here, and then Gyro arrives with Leon, Martin, Victor and Jack Cyber. "Alright. We are glad you guys arrived, and thanks for coming" replied Victor.

Luna then asks. "Dude, what the heck is going on here? Why did you have us come here?"

"Also..." Sergei then asks. "Why did you ask me to bring the Tanks from this list?"

Leon looks to the others, and they nod and hand each of them some folders, and they contain files about this world where Tankery is a sport and there are rules and regulations and other necessary needs for safety to the athletes and that this world has all girls schools, located on Aircraft Carriers that can fit an entire town and city onboard, now these files are surprising.

They also see the files of each school, well the chosen schools which they will be facing and Lincoln speaks. "Alright so the schools we're seeing here are: Ooarai Girls Academy, St. Gloriana Women's' Academy, Kuromorimine Girls Academy, Saunders University High School, Pravda Girl's High School, Anzio High School, Chi-Ha-Tan Academy and All-Stars University Team."

Jordan then asks. "What the heck is this all about guys?"

Leon then explains, and he is wearing his old German Tank officer's hat. "We are going to this world to accept the match which we have been offered, a match to test the skills of these tankery athletes and see if they can beat us. We have made the agreement, that the grand prize is FutureTech funding to keep their ship and school going."

"And that is why you are all here, I have chosen those who could be trusted, those who are skilled and are capable of doing a lot of incredible and talented things. Though, some of you are not part of the team which have been through many dimensional travels, you still hone skills which can be useful for what is to come."

They are surprised to hear this, but then they have looks of determination and then Linka asks. "So, which tank are we driving?"

Leon then looks to Sergei. "The list, please." Sergei then hands him the list which he requested earlier, and so he reads to them. "As usual, I will be the Commander of the Team and within my Panzerkampfwagen VI, Tiger Tank. The driver will be Neil, the gunner will be Gwen, the loader is Dana and the Radio Operator is Michelle."

This surprises them and then Dana speaks. "Wait, what?"

"Next, we have the T-34-85 Medium Tank, and the Commander of that vehicle will be, well Sergei. Boomer will be the driver, Loona will be the gunner and the loader and radio operator is going to be Victor." they liked the sound of this, mostly Sergei and Loona.

Victor is surprised and he looks towards Leon. "Excuse me, what?"

Leon then continues. "The next one is a Sherman M4A2E8, and the Commander shall be Peter Sharp, with his wife Ember as the driver, Stella as the loader, Sam on radio operator and Simon as the gunner. I have noticed his skills when his father takes him to the gun shooting range."

Peter and the others liked this one, and they high five each other.

"Then, we have the Comet 1 (A34) Cruiser Tank, Martin will be Commander with Jack Cyber as the Radio Operator. Bobbie fletcher will be the driver, Carol on the gunner and Becky will be the loader."

They loved the sound of this, but Martin is surprised that he would be picked for this.

"Then, we have the best for last. A Panzerkampfwagen V, Panther Medium Tank. Lincoln, will be the Commander for this one, with Linka as the gunner, and Jordan as the loader and radio operator, and Luna will be the driver."

The four of them liked this idea. Leon then speaks. "We have our teams, we have our tanks." the platform next to them opens, and they see the five tanks, which will be known as the FutureTech Tankery Team, or FTT for short. Panzerkampfwagen VI Tiger 1 Heavy Tank, T-34-85 Medium Tank, M4A2E8 Sherman Medium Tank, A34 Comet 1 Cruiser Tank and a Panzerkampfwagen V Panther Medium Tank.

The group look in awe and Sergei is proud of the tanks he restored and modified with better armour. Leon then speaks. "Now, all we need to do now is train. The instructions on driving these things are inside the designated vehicles... Now, all teams get to your tanks!" they all head to the tanks and get ready for their training.

Leon looks to the guardian and he nods, and Gyro nods as well and he watches as Leon joins the others and they begin their training and Gyro smirks. 'Tomorrow is going to be epic, and also broadcasted live so that everyone else can see this. A new form of sport, Tankery.'

But then something else comes to his thoughts. 'Chances that right now, the other schools we are facing are now aware, and are preparing for our arrival and the battle ahead.'

We head to the Saunders High School Aircraft Carrier named: USS George Washington and they're commander, Kay speaks. "Alright guys, we got ourselves one big and epic match, and this is to help us with the funding..."

Then the vice Commander Naomi speaks. "Even though we have planty of cash to keep in service." The students are confused and surprised to hear this, and the last epic match they had was helping Ooarai stay afloat and standing.

Saunders University High School.

Members: Kay, Alisa and Naomi. Several others who are aces in the art of the Sherman Tank warfare and firing doctrine, but they're commander plays it fair when the battles get into action.

Tanks: M4 Sherman, M4A1 (76) Sherman, M4A2 Sherman, Sherman VC Firefly, M4A6 Sherman and T7 Combat Car.

Now, we go to the Aircraft Carrier named Kiev at the school named Pravda, and Commander Katyusha speaks to Nonna and Klara. "So, there is this other group of folks who are strong, and tough and they wanna test our skills? Well, they will be nothing before us and we will win no matter what! They are beneath Katyusha, and Pravda!"

Nona and Klara nod and speak in Russian. "Da, konechno."

Pravda Girl's High School.

Members: Katyusha, Nonna, Alina, and Nina, Klara, Ekaterina, Olga, Pola, Natalya and Lisa. Strong, determined, and unwilling to be brought down, their commander can be stubborn and yet she is tactical and always wants to look down on others and have her foes look up to her.

Tanks: KV-2, KV-1, IS-2 obr 44, T-34/76 obr 1943, T-34/85 obr 194, T-70, ISU-152 and BT-5.

Now, to another Aircraft Carrier called the Akagi, and it belongs to the Chi-Ha-Tan Academy, and they're Commander Nishi speaks. "We have fought hard, learned from those who we have fought and befriended before, and this is the chance we have to prove ourselves and perhaps prove that we are strong and true women warriors. Now tell me, what shall we do when we face the opponents?"

All of her Tankery Team mates shout. "We charge into them!" But one of them is not quite sure about them using this strategy, since it always ends with them taking a beating and a lost.

Chi-Ha-Tan Academy.

Members: Kinuyo Nishi, Tamaki Tamada, Shizuko Hosomi, Haru Fukuda and many other members who are always wanting to... CHARGE!

Tanks: Type 97 Chi-Ha, Type 97 Shinhoto Chi-Ha, Type 95 Ha-Go and Type 2 Ka-Mi.

We go to the Aircraft Carrier known as Aquila, and this is where the Anzio High School is located, and their Commander, Duce Anchovy speaks to them. "Girls, listen up. We have been called many things, and have fought many battles, and some which we have never won before. But we managed to pull it off when we aided Ooarai at their darkest hour!"

Carpacio then speaks. "Technically, it was just the three of us who competed."

"And we did an amazing job, thanks to our illustrious Duce" replied Pepperoni.

The other girls are confused, then Anchovy continues. "But things have changed, and before the summer cup tournament begins, we have a special match and this won't just prove that we are strong, but this will help us with the low budget we have and ensure that we are the best there ever was and ever will be! We got spirit, determination, but most of all we got Anzio's strength!"

They all cheer. "Duce! Duce! Duce! Duce! Duce! Duce! Duce! Duce! Duce! Duce!"

This makes Duce Anchovy smile, and she knows that they will win this fight.

Anzio High School.

Members: Duce Chiyomi Anzai "Anchovy", Pepperoni, Carpachio, Amaretto, Gelato, Panetone, Balogna, Roboloa and Ricotta. They go in, with a plan and show that they are not weak, I mean that they are strong and cannot be beaten so easily! Avanti Savoia!

Tanks: Carro Armato P26/40, Carro Veloce CV.33, Carro Veloce CV.33 (with Solothurn S-18-1000), Carro Veloce CV.35, Carro Veloce CV.38, M13/40, M14/41and Semovente da 75/18.

We now go to where the All-Stars University Team are located, and here we see Alice Shimada the commander of the team and she is inside of her bedroom, and she is speaking with her mother over the phone.

"Yes, yes I understand. I know that this is a very important match, and though many more will compete, I will do my best and show them the true Shimada Style. Also, mother. Thank you, for still continuing to help me save the Punchy Bear Amusement Center. It means a lot to me."

She then hangs up and smiles, she then looks to her other Punchy Bear plush toys. 'This next match, this match against folks who are veterans and well-trained, this will be a true challenge. I should inform Azumi, Megumi and Rumi of this.' She leaves her room, to speak to her vice commanders.

All-Stars University Team.

Members: Alice Shimada, Azumi, Megumi, Rumi, and many other tank operators from their school, the best they got. Azumi, Megumi and Rumi are known as the Bermuda Triangle. This is known as an elite school with a small rivalry with the Nishizumi last name.

Tanks: M26 Pershing, M24 Chaffee, T28 Super Heavy Tank, Centurion Mk.I (A41) and Karl-Gerät 040.

We now see, the larger than any other Aircraft Carrier, known as the HMS Ark Royal, and at the school of St. Georgiana's, we see Commander Darjeeling reading the letter and she smiles, and then places it back down onto the table. She is joined by her team and Vice Commander.

"This is going to be an interesting battle, a battle of endurance and skills."

Orange Pekoe sees the letter. "So, we're going to be up against a team composed of strong and determined veterans, and why does it speak of that they are not from this world?"

"We have yet to know more of the analysis on what we are facing" replied Assam. "Therefore, this will be a near unidentified battle. We know how the other schools in this match work, but this FutureTech bears to beckon many logical questions."

Rosehip sips her tea and she asks. "Do you think we could stand a chance? There are others involved, especially the ones we aided, Ooarai."

Darjeeling then sips her tea, and then she looks to her Tankery associates. "Remember girls, strength and superiority doesn't favor in the form of who has the most of what we don't know, it all decides on how the others can coordinate and show their true determination of what they can be. The battle ahead, will be a truly unexpected one. But then again, we have all faced unexpected events."

St. Gloriana Women's Academy.

Members: Darjeeling, Assam, Orange Pekoe, Rosehip, Vanilla, Cranberry, Earl Grey, Ruhuna Nilgiri and Rukiri. Elegant and strong, they can maintain their composure and fight onward without even spilling any tea.

Tanks: Infantry Tank Matilda, Infantry Tank Churchill , Cruiser Tank Crusader, Cruiser A27M Cromwell , Light Tank Tetrarch, Light Tank Harry Hopkins and Light Tank M3 Stuart.

We go to the School Carrier, known as Graf Zeppelin, and the Commander here is Maho Nishizumi and she checks on all the Tanks they have and she prepares for what it come. As always, they will have 1 Tiger Tank, 2 King Tigers, 4 Panther Tanks, 2 Panzer III's, 2 Jagdpanthers, 2 Jagdpanzers, 1 Jagdtiger, 1 Elegant and they're super heavy tank, the Maus.

Maho does have some second thoughts. 'Should the enemy school bring their super heavy tanks of the Karl-Gerät, perhaps we should bring something else bigger, and stronger.'

Then Erika goes over, and stands next to her. "The teams are ready and assembled commander, we are ready for further orders and instructions and the training."

Maho nods, and she speaks to her Vice Commander. "Very well. Remember this Erika, we are not just facing this new competition, but we are also facing several other schools, most schools which we have teamed with previously, and another which we have fought against."

"But, we have learned from them and their tactics and we can use this as an advantage to get the win, and our rematch with Ooarai and not lose" replied Erika.

Maho knows how she feels. "And yet, at some point it might be necessary to side with one team, for a temporary truce to wipe out the real threat."

Erika understands. "Yes, of course." they both head off to begin the training. Maho on the other hand, she looks forward to seeing her little sister again, and perhaps they can team up and knock out the FutureTech team, and then have their rematch.

Kuromorimine Girls Academy.

Members: Maho Nishizumi, Erika Itsumi, Koume Akaboshi, Sheska, Emi Kojima, Mauko, Sangou, Geshiko, Ren Maaru, Natsumi, Bauer, Leila Rou and Anna Iruma. Top school who once had an amazing winning streak. They stick to their own Sensha-Dō, but now they have learned that they do not need to always stick to the same strategy, and they await a rematch against Ooarai.

Tanks: PzKpfw 35(t), PzKpfw 38(t) Ausf.B/C, Ausf.J, PzKpfw.V Ausf.G "Panther", Ausf E "Tiger", Ausf.B "Tiger II" (Serien Turm), Ausf.B "Tiger II" (Porsche Turm), "Maus", Jagdpanzer 38(t) "Hetzer", ( .162/1) Jagdpanzer IV/70(V) "Guderian Ente", ( .173) Jagdpanzer V "Jagdpanther", ( .184) Panzerjäger Tiger(P) "Ferdinand/Elefant", ( .186) Panzerjäger Tiger Ausf. B / Jagdpanzer VI "Jagdtiger" and Sturmgeschütz III Ausf.F.

Now, to the SchoolCarrier known as Zuikaku. The three members of the High School Student body speak to the team, and President Anzu Kadotani speaks. "Alright girls, two days from now is going to be a big match and we have managed to finish a lot of hard work and training."

Momo Kawashima then speaks. "It has been nearly three weeks since the fight to save our school, and the help from the other schools. But we can handle this match and the grand prize that awaits us at the end."

Azusa Sawa asks. "So, what is this other team we're facing?"

Then Yuuki Utsugi asks. "And what is the grand prize?"

Momo Kawashima responds. "The team we are facing is known as FutureTech, and we do not know much about them, but they will arrive in range of Japan soon. We will be informed more about this."

"The winning prize, is school funding from the FutureTech Company" replied Yuzu Koyama. Now that does surprise them.

"Whoa! Wait, money for the school?" asked Taeko Kondou. "Now that's what I call a big prize!"

"But wait, we don't have any information about this school, how do we know if we can beat them?" asked Taki Momose ("Momoga")

"And that is where I will come along!" cheered Yukari Akiyama. "All I gotta do, is wait for the FutureTech to show up and I'll handle the spying." They all liked the sound of that, and then they look to Miho Nishizumi, they're Tank Commander of their team.

"So, you think we can win this one, Nishizumi?" asked Anzu.

Miho is surprised and a little startled. "Huh, oh I think so." she then gets serious. "But the ones we're up against, is gonna be something we have never ever faced before. So, whatever happens and if Yukari can manage to get some information, then we can plan our strategy and see how we can win this."

They all cheer hearing this, then Erwin asks. "Hey wait, what kind of match are we doing anyway?"

The three leaders of the student council can see, it is time and Momo answers. "For the first time in Tankery, we're going to have a Flag Tank Battle Royal Match." They all gasp hearing this.

"Wait, a what?" asked Nozomi Konparu.

So, Yuzu explains. "From what we were told. This match will have several schools involved, all of the schools which have been listed all in one epic and massive match. There will be a flag tank, and if we knock out the other teams flag tanks and be the last ones standing, then we win." They have never heard of this, but it surprises them to hear that the other schools are involved.

Mako looks a little sleepy and she speaks. "This is not gonna go so well."

Saori then asks. "Wait, who are the other schools?"

Anzu has the list. "We have Kuromorimine, Saunders, St. Gloriana's, Anzio, Pravda, Chi-Ha-Tan, and the All-Stars University Team involved, all of them with us including in an epic Battle Royal Flag Tank match, with the newcomer rival team, FutureTech."

They are surprised to hear this, and also confused as to why Jatkasota is not listed there, but Miho knows she will face her sister Maho, and the girl she became friends with, Alice.

"This is going to be a deadly game of warzone, kind of like the battle of North Africa" replied Erwin.

"Or the siege of the Ardennes Forest" replied Oryou.

"You mean the battle for Monte Casino" replied Caesar.

"No, it is definitely the Battle in Midway" replied Saemonza.

This makes Oryou, Caesar and Erwin point to her and yell. "That's it!" They're History Buffer Club, this is kinda what they do.

"This reminds me of the many Battle Royal Video Games we have faced, and we have seen tougher teams from other online folks" replied Mai Nekota ("Nekonya")

Then Keiko Hoshino asks. "Can we even win this match with the other schools involved?"

Miho then speaks to everyone. "Everyone, calm down. I know that all of you are scared to be part of this first time new match, but the other schools are also facing this match for the first time as well. Because we might not be team mates with them, and yet there is a chance that they will want to team up with the other to take down the opposing teams."

"Oh, so we can team up with another school and then when it's over we can face them" replied Hana. "Sounds smart, and also a little cruel at the same time, but then again this match is an all-out flag tank match. Like how chaotic it is when a flower arrangement is not setup properly."

Miho nods. "Exactly. If we keep calm, and figure out how the new opposing team works, then we can find a way to make a strategy, and win it all. Our school has endured so much, and almost got shut down. This is our chance, to ensure it never does in the future, and with all of us working together, it's bound to work."

They all feel motivated hearing her speech, and they all have determination inside and they all cheer to this plan. Miho looks to Anzu who nods, she is proud of Miho for her words to help calm down the others, and they all continue to cheer and look forward to the match ahead of them.

Who is this team and school?

Ooarai Girls Academy. They managed to save their school from shutting down and are the school to bring tankery back to their classes. They are composed of:

Anglerfish Team. A group of girls, each one with different talents, skills and have their own life styles and choices and help lead the whole Tankery Team as the command tank. They operate a German Panzer IV Ausf.D, which is later converted to the F2 variant.

Members: Tank Commander: Miho Nishizumi, Gunner: Hana Isuzu, Loader: Yukari Akiyama, Driver: Mako Reizei and Radio Operator: Saori Takebe

The Turtle Team. Includes the leaders of the student council. They operate a German/Czech Panzer 38(t), which is later converted to a Jagdpanzer 38(t) Hetzer.

Members: Tank Commander/Radio Operator: Anzu Kadotani, Driver: Yuzu Koyama and Gunner/Loader: Momo Kawashima

Duck Team consists of members of the currently-disbanded volleyball team, which then reinstated as the Ooarai Volleyball Team. They operate a Japanese Type 89B I-Go.

Members: Tank Commander: Noriko Isobe, Radio Operator: Taeko Kondou, Driver: Shinobu Kawanishi and Gunner/Loader: Akebi Sasaki

Hippo Team are so-called "history buffs" who tend to speak of history during a conversation or during a tank match, and they have also named themselves after some historical figures. They operate a German StuG III Ausf.F.

Members: Tank Commander/Radio Operator: Erwin, Loader: Caesar, Gunner: Saemonza and Driver: Oryou

Rabbit Team is a group of first year students to which one of them is always distracted and they are also drama queens when it comes to gossip. They operate an American M3 Lee. They are Ooarai's largest team. The M3 Lee is often confused with the M3 Grant, which is a slight variant of the same tank, employed by British forces via lend-lease.

Members: Tank Commander: Azusa Sawa, Gunner and loader: Ayumi Yamagou (75mm), Aya Oono (37mm), Driver: Karina Sakaguchi, Radio Operator: Yuuki Utsugi and Loader: Saki Maruyama (37mm.)

Mallard Team are three members of Oarai's Public Morals Committee. Mallard Team was formed and joined the Ooarai senshado team midway through the tournament, before the Pravda match. They operate a French Char B1 bis.

Members: Tank Commander/Radio Operator: Midoriko Sono (Sodoko for short and she hates that shortened name), Gunner/Loader: Nozomi Konparu and Driver: Moyoko Gotou.

Anteater Team are a group of three online gamers. They operate a Japanese Type 3 Chi-Nu. Together with Leopon Team, Anteater Team was one of the last to join the Ooarai senshado team, only joining in time for the finals and the first time to be eliminated in the finals.

Members: Tank Commander/Radio Operator: Mai Nekota ("Nekonya"), Gunner/Loader: Aoi Hiyoshi ("Piyotan") and Driver: Taki Momose ("Momoga")

Leopon Team includes members of the automotive club. They operate a German VK 45.01(P) (simply called a "Porsche Tiger").
