Time to continue the matches, let's see how each member is going to try and knock out the others and what trouble they will be encountering from the opposing schools and the strength and determination from each of their formidable and well-trained commanders! Spells and Louds.

Chapter 1,069: Tankery in motion!

Across the plains, we see the team of Saunders and their Sherman Tanks are advancing, and the Flag Tank is the Sherman Easy Eight, and commanding that one is Alisa. She is concerned after what they heard, that Chi-Ha-Tan was taken out, and following behind her is the Sherman Firefly, commandeered by Naomi. The other Sherman Tanks maintain formation and defend the flag tank.

Commander Kay, in her Sherman Tank speaks to the others. "Alright, so Chi-Ha-Tan is not gonna be a problem. But, we all knew that would happen. We need to stay on alert, and once we see an enemy school, we knock them down and go with the Saunders style!"

Then she thinks about this. "But then again, we got more tanks than them, and yet they managed to knock out the entire Chi-Ha-Tan team. They must be some truly skilled tankery experts, almost like the All-Star University Team."

Naomi chews gum, and then she speaks. "This is a match with way too many unexpected issues, and we don't even know if the Karl is gonna show up."

Alisa remembers. "That big gun tank and its blast is something I don't think we should encounter. I hope we can manage to win this." but deep down, she is hoping they win so that the guy she liked will notice her. Yeah, she is filled with drama with this guy and it's been going around for a long while.

Just then, they spot something coming out from the Tree line. "Wait, is that another Sherman?" Kay looks closely, and indeed it is. A Sherman M4A2E8, and the commander of the tank sees them and he gives commands to the others.

"Saunders spotted, hard right turn!"

The Sherman tank turns hard right, and Kay gives the order. "It's a scout, and it might mean they'll signal the others. Let's take it out, all tanks open fire!" they all engage, and even the Firefly. The blasts try to hit but Ember maneuvers the tank with ease, and they dodge the rounds, some hit but bounce off.

Simon then yells. "Dad, do we engage and aim for the flag tank?"

Peter smirks as he sees out from the tank scope. "Load a Willy's Pete and smoke em'! Blind they're line of sight, then after firing more than ten rounds, we deploy smoke charges and vanish!"

Sam loads the rounds, and Simon fires the smoke rounds, and they don't hit Saunders Team, but the blasts between make smoke, and they keep firing as many rounds as they can.

"What the heck? Smoke rounds?" Kay then sees, the enemy Sherman tank deploys smoke canisters upwards, and they make a smoke cloud round the Sherman tank, but then her vision is blocked by another smoke round. "Whoa! What the heck? Naomi, can you see them?"

"Dang it, I don't see them!" said Naomi, and she can't see through her periscope anymore, and as soon as the smoke clears, they see that the Sherman Tank is gone.

Kay is surprised, and she looks around. "Huh, where the heck did they go?"

Alisa speaks. "Maybe they didn't wanna get caught, and the smoke attack was to escape? Kinda like, ninja's. I mean, Ooarai did that too, sorta."

They look around and Naomi makes sure she is panning the area around them, for any signs of the Sherman Tank that attacked them, but Kay on the other hand realizes, that something is not right and then it hits her, and she turns around and looks to the rest of the Sherman Tanks on her team.

Kay counts the Sherman tanks on her team, but then she realizes they are one added tank, and they didn't requisition one more Sherman Tank for this match. "Guys, the enemy is in our ranks!"

Naomi and Alisa are surprised to hear this and so are the others. "What?!"

But before they know it, the Sherman Tank next to Alisa's flag tank changes turret course, and before they can counter, the enemy Sherman tank fires and knocks the flag Tank over, and thus it is immobile and the white flag has been deployed.

Referee: "Saunders Flag Tank has been eliminated."

This surprises Kay, and the others. They did not see this one coming. They all stop and Peter Sharp opens the hatch and looks to Kay. "Gotta say, you girls sure know how to stir me up and make some choices which sound kinda dumb. Well, this has been fun. See ya'll around. Alright, let's roll out!"

The Sherman Tank drives off, to reunite with the rest of the team. Alisa feels saddened that they lost, but Naomi is impressed. "They managed to sneak into our ranks and catch us by surprise, smart move."

Kay smirks. "Wow, and I thought Miho Nishizumi was the one who made a lot of unexpected surprises with matches. Well then, let's hope that Miho and Ooarai can beat these guys and win it all."

Meanwhile... A T-34 with an 85mm gun travels across the hills, and tracks down for any enemies, and the one commanding this vehicle is Sergei. They continue the recon, and then Boomer asks.

"So, where the hell are they?"

" Zakroy yego " replied Sergei. "My dolzhny byt' nacheku i osoznavat', chto mozhet proizoyti. Vozmozhno, my sobirayemsya poyti za «Pravdoy», no v etom matche uchastvuyut drugiye komandy, i oni, skoreye vsego, pytayutsya nayti nash flagmanskiy tank. Kazhetsya opasnym, chto Leon sdelayet eto i razluchit nas, no u nego bol'she opyta v tankovykh boyakh, chem u menya kogda-libo bylo…

"Guys..." replied Loona. "Do you all hear that?"

They stop and hear this. "Sounds like, singing? Some sort of marching song?"

Sergei realizes this. "Voz'mi nas za kholm, seychas!" Boomer does so and the T-34 is now on the top of a hill, and Sergei opens the hatch and so do the others and they are surprised by what they see. "Bozhe moy."

At the distance, they see the Tankery Team of Pravda, and there is this chanting theme song starting, and the girls in this team all sing, but mostly the Commander and Vice Commander. So, hit it!

But before they can chant the next verse, Sergei rides alongside them and he sings, and hearing him perform their song alongside them makes them feel confident and they perform with Sergei, and also the two other members Victor and Boomer.

As soon as the song is over, they all chant. "Hurrah!"

"That was fun, and nice of you to drop by and feel the spirit of Pravda!" said Katyusha,

Sergei smirks. "For the little girl who doesn't speak much in Russian, I am impressed by your singing... A damn shame I have to knock you all out of this match."

This makes them realize, they are still in a match and before anyone can do anything. The T-34 hits the brakes and the other tanks try to open fire, but because this tank is in the middle of the team, they end up hitting each other, and the enemy T-34 is dodging, and hitting the brakes and avoiding their attacks.

Katyusha then yells. "Everyone concentrate fire, and aim for that Tank! Knock him down, and we're going to be having Borsch tonight!"

Klara, in the Flag Tank tries to engage Sergei, but Sergei is surprised when he sees one of the tanks from Pravda. "Tyazhelyy tank KV-2! Ostanovka, a zatem polnyy revers!!"

The KV-2 Heavy Assault Tank has its large gun pointed at Sergei, and it fires. But Sergei's tank stops and then goes full reverse and avoids the shot, and the round misses, but instead it hits... Their own flag tank, and the flag Tank with Klara inside is knocked over, and smoking. A white flag pops out and everyone is left speechless.

The students inside of the KV-2 realize what they have done, they knocked out one of their own tanks, the Flag Tank and it means...

Referee. "Pravda's flag Tank has been eliminated."

Katyusha is at a loss for words, and even Nonna, Klara and her crew are fine, but they didn't expect that to happen. Even Sergei and his crew are jaws dropped by what had gone down. That was something they didn't expect or even plan to happen.

Sergei on his tank ride and stop next to Katyusha. "Ummmm... We didn't do that and that wasn't even our intention, and not even close to being the plan I had in mind, so... Sorry about what had happened, and I am truly grateful and honored to have been part of that chorus... Well, we should be going. See you Piroshky."

The tank drives off and the rest of Pravda watches them drive away. Katyusha has some tears and she wipes them, and then Nonna and Klara are next to her, and hand her a tissue, and this annoys her. "I'm not crying, okay?!" She does take the tissue.

Katyusha sighs, and she realizes at what that guy can do. 'He is strong, determined and yet... That wasn't even a match I expected, but one of these days, we will have a rematch against him and his team.'

At another area, Martin is on the drive in his Comet and he looks out the hatch and is on recon. "Nothing yet lads, nothing yet." Then they hear a transmission on the radio.

Peter Sharp: "Hey, we took down Saunders and they didn't see us coming. We're headed to the Rendezvous point."

Sergei: "My sbili «Pravdu», i khotya my ne sbili ikh namerenno ili na samom dele, no vse zhe eto byla pobeda. Krome togo, my byli v luchshey teme Tankovogo khora, v kotoroy ya nikogda ne uchastvoval so vremen Stalingradskoy bitvy.."

They all remain silent by what he said.

Leon: "Warte, was zum Teufel meinst du damit, dass du in einem Tank-Chorus warst?"

Lincoln: "I honestly don't know what the hell is going on, but we chased down one of Ooarai's Tanks, the Type-89, but it got away. Man that thing was fast. We'll meet you guys at rendezvous point, and we have seen no sign of the two super heavy vehicles or the Karl."

Jack Cyber speaks. "We haven't seen anything. We're gonna do another recon sweep, and then join you guys soon so we can replay what we need to plan out again." He then turns off the radio. "Anything yet, commander?"

"No, not a single..." Then a Crusader Tank drives by at full speed. "Oh, bloody hell me! What the heck?!" The tank drives off, and this makes Martin a bit annoyed. "Follow that thing, and knock two shillings of that bloody thing!"

The Comet Tank also picks up speed, and tries to catch the Crusader, but as they try to attack, two more come from the sides. This is noticed by Carol. "They seem determined. Do we engage?"

"No, they must be up to something" replied Martin. "No way to hell am I going to let some speedy little stove toppers try and send us down the merry way and off to the kitchen." The others have no idea what he just said, except Jack Cyber. "We evade, and maneuver. Shake them off, rattle their pedals and knock them bloody hell silly."

"I don't know what that means, but you had me at evade and maneuver." Bobbie Fletcher gets the Comet to go serpentine, and this makes the Crusaders evade its hard turns and some are knocked away, but try to come back.

They then race over the hill, but they are encountered by the 3 Matilda Heavy Tanks, and the flag Tank, Darjeeling's Churchill Mark IV Heavy Tank. "Bloody merry hell onto me" said Martin. "This is a bloody trap, they're trying to lure us into their crosshairs and knock us two ten shots of a yesterday."

"Can you please speak properly?!" yelled Carol, she then fires the main gun and this hits one of the Crusaders, and then the Churchill and the others advance onto them and prepare to fire. "We need to do something!"

Becky loads another round. "They're gonna hit us!"

Martin then realizes. "Wait, full throttle and don't spare the answers. Drive around, cause some trouble and along the way rain down some bad times on those little bastards!"

Now that they do understand. The Comet Tank drives fast, and avoids so many attacks, the Crusader Tanks try to catch up and shoot, but the Comet halts and then the tank shoots and takes out two Crusader Tanks, then it hits the throttle and full speed, and then hits the Crusader Tank of Rosehip.

Darjeeling sees this as she sips her tea. "It seems our guest of honor is a roughian in nature, that or perhaps they have a well-knowledgeable integrity that truly shows how determination and integrity are to be followed. They seem quite persistent. Rosehip, please..." They watch as Rosehip's tank is knocked out. "Nevermind, it looks like we'll take action now."

Assam uses her laptop. "Data analysis shows, that they're tactics are an unpredictable rate, but if we manage to try and counter each unexpected encounter. We might be able to win this match against one Comet, and it might cost us two more tanks in the process."

"This is turning intense" replied Orange Pekoe.

Darjeeling sips her tea again. "All Matilda's defend the Flag Tank." the Heavy Tanks form a circular blockade, but before they do, The Comet Tank rams through and blasts at the Matilda Tanks, and then strikes the side of the Churchill and rams it hard. The heavy tank is then pushed hard and fast.

"Ram it down all the way to kingdom come! Just like skittles going down!" yelled Martin.

The Comet Tank continues to Ram the Churchill Tank, and fires as well. But the armour of the Churchill is tough and strong, and the rounds bounce, and the Churchill turret is pointed to them, and so the Comet stops, and aims at the treads and shoots them off. Rendering the Heavy Tank immobile but still fighting.

The Churchill is about to shoot, but the Comet dodges, and then moves out of the way as a Matilda accidentally hits the Churchill but does no damage, then the Comet shoots the Matilda, and then rams the Churchill again, and this time is shoots the ground raising the Churchill on one side, and it falls down and stuck on the right side.

The Churchill Tank then shows its white flag, it is unable to move, or shoot or do anything.

Referee: "St. Gloriana's Flag Tank has been rendered inoperable."

Martin and the others couldn't believe it, they knocked over and defeated a Churchill Heavy Tank and they cheer. Darjeeling does come out, with her team and they have tea, and Martin nods and he has some tea as well. "Good match, and one hard battle too."

Darjeeling nods. "Indeed, but the match is not over until one is left standing, and you're tactics were odd and yet effective. From where are you from good sir?"

"Born in Britain, but raised in America" replied Martin. "Learned a lot from so many things, and put everything I learned, even tactics from World War 2. When this is done, let's have some tea and discuss about a many of other things."

Darjeeling nods. "That sounds wonderful." The tank team's wave to the Comet as it drives away. Darjeeling then speaks. "But the real set to the match, comes as to who will stand tall and take the true victory from those who would come upon them. They have yet to encounter Ooarai, Kuromorimine, and the All-Stars Team."

We now go to where Leon is, and his Tiger Tank is on the patrol and tracking down anything that might be within its range. "Nichts, keine Anzeichen von Feindseligkeit und auch keine Rauchzeichen. Irgendetwas scheint hier nicht zu stimmen." Leon then uses his binoculars again. "Wir gehen nach Norden, und wenn wir dort nichts finden, dann kehren wir zu den anderen am … Warte …"

They spot a Tank. "Von Anzio wird der Carro Armato gesichtet, der Flaggpanzer und auch der Kommandantenpanzer ist in unserem Sortiment! Wir können es abbauen, bevor ..." Leon then looks closely, and it fires, but the shot bounces off the front of the Tiger Tank. "Sie scheinen auch ziemlich hartnäckig zu sein"

But then he hears Duce Anchovy yell. "Commence Operation Cannoli!"

This confuses Leon, and then he spots several CV Tanks inbound. "Oh Scheiße!" He takes cover inside, and these small tanks start to circle around the Tiger, and they open fire as well, and the Tiger Tank can't get in range with these micro tanks everywhere and swarming."Wir sind festgefahren! Wir müssen es versuchen und …"then they hear a loud clanging sound. "Was war das?"

Outside, the Carro Veloce tanks are piling up on the Tiger Tank. They pile on the front, some on the side and one on top of the head, trying to keep it pinned down. The one leading, is Pepperoni yells. "Here we go!" They continue to pile up and make sure the turret doesn't move.

This makes Anchovy smirk. "This is it. We're going to actually take down their veteran tiger tank, which is also their commander tank and flat tank! All Semovente's prepare to fire!"

"Got it Duce!" replied Carpacio, and she is leading the Semovente Tanks.

Leon is confused, and he peeks through and sees what is happening. "

Es scheint, als hätten sich die Mikrotanks über uns gestapelt, und ich weiß nicht, was zum Teufel sie davon haben wollen."He then goes back in, and he instructs the others. "Fahrer, stoppen Sie den Motor und übertragen Sie die gesamte Kraft auf den Turm."

"Got it." Neil turns off the switch and then he diverts all power away from driving. "Motor at more than 400-PS, and to the turret. What are you gaining from this?"

Gwen asks. "I can't shoot anything, the CV Tanks are blocking my line of sight."

Leon grins. "Drehen Sie auf mein Kommando den Turm, halten Sie nicht an und halten Sie sich fest." They stand by. "Jetzt!"

Gwen then turns the turret and she doesn't stop, and the whole Tiger Tank Turret spins around at full 360 and doesn't stop, this causes all the Carro Veloce tanks to get knocked away, and this confuses Pepperoni. "What the heck is going on here?!"

Inside, Leon, Gwen and Dana hold on as the turret keeps spinning like crazy. The Carro Veloce tanks are knocked off, and one of them hits the Flag Tank, but Anchovy ducks. "No, they got past our tactics! But they are occupied with this roundabout move, all tanks, Avanti!"

All the tanks advance and shoot, but then one of the Carro Veloce on the Tiger is sent towards the Flag Tank and this causes the turret of Anchovy to spin as well. She screams and tries to stop the turret, but her tank hits the front of the Tiger, and the Tiger Tank shoots as it spins, and the shots manage to hit the Semovente Tanks, knocking them out.

The Carro Armato finally stops spinning, and Anchovy is dizzy. "Whoa, what the lasagna just happened?" she then sees, the reason why they stopped is because their turret cannon has been stopped by the Tiger Tank cannon, and she realizes where it is pointed.

The Micro Tanks race over to help, and before Anchovy can give the orders to fire, Leon comes out of the Tiger and he yells in Italian. "Feuer!"

The Tiger Tank shoots, and the Flag Tank of Anzio is knocked away, and knocked over to the side. The white flag is deployed, and that means it is out.

Referee: "Anzio's Flag Tank has been deemed inoperable."

Anchovy comes out from her tank, she looks ticked off and then she falls to the ground and faints. The others also come out and realize what just happened, she then comes to and she sees Leon wave to her. "That was a very good strategy, girl. But, not effective when facing a large tank classified as heavy. Still, you tried and I am impressed." Then he speaks in Italian. "Addio e grazie per la battaglia."

They watch as the Tiger Tank leaves and Anchovy sighs. "I hope the others can take them down."

Watching from where the other folks are, they cheer at what had happened, and Gyro smirks. "This is turning out quite the fight, impressive and astonishing and a true battle to witness, wouldn't you agree Shinobi?"

The Shinobi sighs. "Let me get one thing clear, what Chi-Ha-Tan did, sucked and was kinda dumb. I mean, Charging tactics are used when you see the right time to engage and when the hard hitting tanks are knocked out. They went in, and didn't even have a damn plan."

Where the Jatkasota girls are. Aki is surprised. "Wow, they took down Chi-Ha-Tan, Saunders, St. Gloriana and Anzio. They are truly veterans and they used tactics which seemed powerful, intimidating and somewhere new. You think Ooarai, Kuromorimine and the All-Stars can actually beat them?"

Mika strums on her instrument. "One must know, that when someone has experience in the field of tankery, to expect is what is needed. We have yet to witness if their strength and strategy alone can be able to hinder the others. Tankery is a way of life, and it seems the commander of the veterans team, has learned how tanks are a way of life in understanding."

Back to the match!

The Tiger Tank continues on its way and then Leon gives confirmation."In Ordnung, alle Streitkräfte machen sich an den Kreuzungspunkten zum Treffpunkt von Norden nach Nordwesten auf..." but then a blast is made, and it hits the top of the turret, but does little damage. "Feindliches Feuer!"

Leon and the rest of his crew see who it is, and they are surprised, and a theme song can be heard, a theme song called: Senshado March! Panzer Vor! It's the Ooarai Team!

The Angler Team - Panzer IV, The Turtle Team - Jagdpanzer 38(t) Hetzer, The Duck Team - Japanese Type 89B I-Go, The Hippo Team - StuG III Ausf.F, The Rabbit Team - American M3 Lee, The Mallard Team - French Char B1 bis, The Anteater Team - Japanese Type 3 Chi-Nu and the Leopon Team – Porsche Tiger.

This does surprise them, and Gwen speaks. "So, can we take them down ourselves? Because, they are many and it's a mix of different tanks!"

"They got Heavy Tank killers!" yelled Michelle. "Stug and M3 Lee, sighted!" The tanks engage, and Miho leads them to advance and yet be cautious.

Leon didn't like this, but then he smirks."Das klappt besser als ich dachte. In Ordnung, wir werden sie aufhalten und ihnen einen Burst geben." He then uses the radio. "Alle Panzer, alle Panzer. Beratung zur Hilfestellung, ich sende Ihnen Koordinaten." He then instructs Michelle on the location and she sends it to the others. "In Ordnung, bereiten Sie sich auf das Feuern und Manövrieren vor und zielen Sie auf den Panzer IV, den Flaggpanzer!"

But then more rounds are shot, but it is not from Ooarai. "What?!"

Miho sees this, and Yukari asks. "Ms. Nishizumi, what the heck was that?"

They then spot who fired, and it is Maho and her team of Kuromorimine, and they are advancing and ready to engage, but they do notice that they lost 2 panthers, and 1 Jagdpanzer, which means they had a battle earlier with someone and lost three tanks in the match.

"All tanks, engage the hostile tiger. Do not engage with Ooarai, we will deal with them once we finish off the veterans team" replied Maho.

"Right!" replied Erika and the others. They all open fire and let loose the rounds, and even the Jagdtiger attacks and the Elefant Tank Destroyer.

Miho sees where this is going, and both Miho and Maho look to each other and nod, and then Miho gives the word. "All tanks, fire at will." They all comply and open fire on the Veteran Tiger. They all team up with the other team, and it feels like what they went through last time.

"Take them out!" yelled Momo and the Hetzer shoots.

"Fire!" yells Erwin in the Stug.

"Here comes the big shots!" yells the First Years in the M3 Lee, but Saki seems distracted, again.

"Ready, and serve!" yells the Volleyball Team in the Type-89.

Leon's Tiger Tank is now taking a beating but barely some damages as it rocks back and forth from each attack, and he didn't see this coming. "Also beabsichtigen sie, das Team zu markieren und uns zusammen zu Fall zu bringen? Das ist jetzt eine Herausforderung. Wir haben es mit zwei Nishizumi-Mädchen zu tun, und doch unterscheiden sich beide in der Taktik. In Ordnung, kreisen und ausweichen, und mal sehen, wie beeindruckend sie sind!"

Leon then yells. "Bereiten Sie sich darauf vor, das Feuer zu eröffnen und... AAAARGH!" The Tiger Tank and the others are knocked away as something big has landed and made a massive blast. "Oh, was zum Teufel war das?!"

The dark dust cloud from the blast can be seen over the horizon and by the crowd watching from the screens, and dirt rains down on the battle field where the tanks are. The blast is huge, and this alarms Miho, Maho and their teams, and they realize what did this and Leon knows as well and they all yell. "Es ist das Karl Gerät!"

They all try to back away, and await for another blast, and they can't see where Leon's Tiger Tank is, but they know it is not knocked out because the referee didn't announce it. Leon didn't like this and he makes the command. "I want all tanks to come to where we are now, they can see it from the blast that was made!"

Peter Sharp: "We saw the blast, and that is huge as hell!"

Sergei: "My ne pozvolim im vzyat' verkh nad nami. My v puti tovarishch komandir!"

Martin: "We're coming to you, hold on tight lad!"

Leon's Tiger Tank drives out from the debris and smoke, and passes by the tanks teams of Ooarai and Kuromorimine, and drives away from this scenario. Leon then speaks. "Lincoln, Sie und Ihr Team. Finden Sie diesen Karl und schlagen Sie ihn nieder, bevor wir alle außer Gefecht sind!"

Lincoln: "We're on it!"

Miho and Maho heard Leon yelling the commands on his radio, and so they give orders as well.

Miho. "Duck Team and Turtle Team, please go and track down the Karl and aid the Veterans other tank."

Maho. "One Jagdpanzer and One Jagdpanther go with them, they will need assistance."

The vehicles head off, while the teams follow Leon away from the blast zone, but another round comes down and it nearly knocks over the Jagdtiger, and this alarms Maho. "They seem to be targeting all of us, this is definitely from Alice as a way of a rematch."

"Then we have to try and split up, otherwise..." Miho then ducks down, as a blast from a tank almost hits her Panzer, they all see the Pershing Tanks coming in, and that means the All-Stars Team is in the area. "This is not good. All tanks, move at full speed and engage as we move."

"All tanks, advance steadily and watch out for incoming threats, should you encounter one then open fire" replied Maho, she then spots some Chaffee Tanks inbound and chasing them. 'It seems this match is already turning into something else. We won't be able to win if we are taken out.'

Leon then contacts the others. "Wo zum Teufel ihr auch seid, kommt jetzt hierher! Ich stecke zwischen zwei Teams und einem massiven schweren Angriff von einem anderen fest!" Another massive blast is made, and they maneuver and get out of the area, as dirt and smoke come down everywhere.

They all continue to advance and get out of there, as the blasts from the dreaded Karl Gerät continue to reign down, this match is already turning out dangerous and with only four teams still remaining and fighting.
