Neb: I do not own Beyblade, Beyblade Burst, or any other titles of Beyblade. This is a fanfic staring my own OC Hiyomi Nokura. I hope you all enjoy.
Sin laid back in her bed the next mourning, lacking the will to get out of it. She looked at the broken Rotation Spriggan and sighed. Well, it wasn't Rotation Spriggan anymore, because the rotating disk and the sword driver were both broken as well. She thought back to the moment it happened and then sighed. "Of course it happened," she realized.
"Domori was a blade dork!", she remembered Wasuke calling out.
Her brother Domori used the same disk and driver for his Quallity Drake, so his old teammate knew to strike down the middle instead of attack from the sides. "I'm sorry Spriggan," Sin apologized. "I came to that club to get a few fights in, not get you wrapped up in my Brother's drama." She got out of bed and then sat at the desk. She still had Quallity Drake and Arrow Stag, so she could go back and fight if she wanted, but she didn't feel the same motivation with those blades. Not to mention, they were from an older generation then Legend Spriggan. "Generation," she repeated her thought. "I could evolve Spriggan, but into what?" She remembered that Shu tossed aside Legend Spriggan for Requiem Spriggan. "I don't want to use that blade, I want to battle with Spriggan... but a version of Spriggan that I like."
"You've barely bladed," a voice spoke within her mind. It wasn't Spriggan's voice, it was her intrusive thoughts.
"So what?", she argued. "Lots of people evolve their beys before getting any real experience in."
"So you want to be called a blade dork like your brother?"
"Domori isn't a blade dork," she growled. "I watched him train, he cared about more then parts."
"You lack experience," the thought reoccurred.
She remembered a time when her brother was still in Japan. This took place after the tournament that Wasuke referred to. The tournament where Domori cut ties to the Beyblasters. He lost, but he was happy.
"Sin this feeling is amazing," young Domori spoke up. "Lui is a great blader. I actually got stronger, because I faced someone who wasn't in my old club." Domori looked out the window as he kept his hands in his pocket. "It's a shame it'll be a while before I can blade again."
"What did he mean by that? Why did he go to Spain?" She remembered when he started bringing two knew friends over. The ice skater and the body builder.
"Sin, if you want to get some practice in, I'm showing these two how to blade," Young Domori called out.
"No thanks," young Sin called back as she was getting ready to go on her routine jog. "I care more about track now than I do about Blading."
"I can't believe I said that," Sin grunted as her hands covered her face. "I've been crying about my brother leaving me behind, but I did it first!"
"You don't like this game," her intrusive thought pointed out. "Your not Shu or Red Eyes."
"No you are right," Sin admitted. "I don't like this game and I'm not Shu. I am Sin Venger and I love this game. I was getting bored in the beginning when I was battling the Doomscyther twins and the blonde kid, but when Noza and Facia came out it was different." She headed to her brothers empty room and put Legend Spriggan's broken parts, Arrow Stag, and Quality Drake onto a work bench and opened her laptop. "I'll evolve Spriggan into what I liked about my battles, as few as they were. Dropdown Grilla was a heavy defense type like Quality Drake and Darkness Fey was a lightweight attack type like her Arrow Stag. It was funny how similar the blades were. There was one difference however.
The hidden blades of Darkness Fey, and the thick layers around Dropdown Grilla. Uproar Defense vs Darkness Crash, attack vs Defense. Well Spriggan is a balance type Bey, so both qualities should be considered. That being said, she still liked the rotation feature from her last blade. "It won't be in the disk this time, it'll be a feature from the layer itself. That being said, the hidden blades of darkness fey was running through her mind.
"No, I only need one blade like a..." Sin begun to work on her new Bey. She took apart each of the beys piece by piece and begun mixing the qualities. Sparks were flying as she begun reshaping the blades to fix the former Legend Spriggan. The shape of the axe was the top energy layer just like with most Spriggan variants, however the bottom layer had the rotation parts of Quality Drake in it. It was a metal ring designed to slide everytime it makes contact with another blade. That being said, preventing damage wasn't her only plan, because the top layer of the axe looked like it had a spike sticking out the top of the axe that held the hidden blade. Once the blade is close to bursting, this blade will be release and the defensive balance blade will turn to attack mode. The next part to it was the metal god chip that kept this blade together and put extra weight onto the blade. "Like a Halberd," Sin finished her sentence.
"Behold Halberd Spriggan!"
"Sin, I feel different," Spriggan spoke up.
Sin smiled at her work and took a simple forge disk instead of the roation one and a flat iron tip driver. "These will work just fine." She needed to find a new opponent since she wasn't allowed to go back to the Beyblasters. At least she didn't plan to go back until she got stronger. "My brother fought a blader who was miles ahead of him and was happy. It was a quick way of getting stronger. I need to face someone who is just as Strong as Lui in order to beat Norman and Wasuke." She scrolled through her laptop until she found a blader she knew would be the perfect challenge.
A man with white long hair who's eyes were purple and green. This man became world champion by defeating Aiger Akabane. There was no last name on his profile, but he went by the name Hyde.
