Spells and Louds

To those who know this. Then you all know what this is about. This all takes place after the events of "Spell Luck" Where we now see how the lives of the former louds are, as they soon become something they did not expect to see coming, a hero group known as the Royal Defenders. This was originally made on 6/25/2019.

1077. Ch1,077: To Save Etheria

This is it, time to end this fight and bring down the forces of Horde Prime, free the Heart of Etheria, and save their universe from destruction. It will get very emotional for some others, and will wake up what they have been missing, and what they never got to do for the past 4 seasons. Enjoy reading this guys.

Spells and Louds.
Chapter 1,077: To save Etheria.

(The Rebels Camp, in the deepest parts of the Whispering Woods.)

They are all gathered together, and even the Guardian. Then they see She-Ra arrive, and they are glad to see that Adora could be able to summon her once more, but Gyro is concerned on how long she can remain as She-Ra.

"Everyone, Prime is getting every step closer into figuring out how to access the heart of Etheria. If he succeeds, then worlds won't be the ones in danger, but the whole universe and those beyond." That part doesn't seem to make Gyro and the Royal Defenders pleased. "The Failsafe is our only chance at stopping him. But Prime still has our friends, and his hold over them grows stronger every day that they are chipped, if we don't free them now then we lose them forever."

"Prime has every advantage in this fight, but we have a plan. Entrapta..."

Entrapta and Victor go over and she explains. "I finally succeeded in tracking down Prime's signal pattern, if I can get into the spiral network, I can use it to broadcast the jamming frequency to every chip in Etheria, and freeing everyone all at once!"

Victor speaks. "Saves us the time in taking them down one by one, but they will also have it heavily guarded since he might know that spire is going to be one major target."

She-Ra then speaks. "We need the rest of you to go and help Entrapta get inside and jam the signal, the guardian will be escorted by myself, Catra, Melog, Lincoln and Luna to ensure the failsafe is brought to the heart of Etheria, and then Horde Prime will be defeated, but should something happen, then I will bring the staff there."

Gyro speaks. "We don't know what else might be hiding inside the sanctums that lead to the heart. Chances, I could end up getting separated from the lot of you, and that is why the staff has to be carried by She-Ra, all the way through." Catra is hoping, that Adora doesn't have to do this.

She-Ra then speaks. "We cannot let Horde Prime claim the heart, we are ending this for good." They all cheer, and then she looks to the guardian. "Inform the others, tell them it is time to create the diversion."

Gyro smirks. "The time for battle, has come."

(Above Etheria.)

The fleet of Horde Prime continues to form a blockade, but then something breaks from warp jump and pile drives through the ships, and that something is the Aegis Battlecruiser, and with Linka at the helm. "We have arrived to the location, deploy all fighters and let's give them a run for their money."

The horde ships see the incredibly large spacecraft, and it is headed for the main location of Horde Prime, known as the Velvet Glove orbiting above Etheria and so they engage the Aegis.

The Aegis deploys all fighters into the fight. Vikings, Wraiths, X-Wings, A-Wings, N-1 Fighters and Protoss Phoenix and Scout fighters. This turns into an epic space battle, but the forces of Horde Prime can't seem to do some damage to their opponents, not when they have shield generators and skilled pilots.

Linka then gives the word. "Alright, bombers you all know what to do."

The hangar bays then deploy their strike force, composed of Banshee's, Void rays, Y-Wing bombers, and several other bombing space vessels, and they are escorted by new space battle ships, called Corvette's, and Destroyers.

"Launch the new stuff!" called Linka, and the rear hangar opens, and reveals two new vessels, a long ranged space vessel known as the Artillery Class Cruiser, and another one which is a danger when it pulls a broadside, and they are called, Dreadnoughts.

The entire fleet engages, and even the Aegis itself bombards all hostile spacecraft, and the bombers reach the Velvet Glove and they commence the bombing run, and they do some damage and shut down its weapons systems and some of its power.

Horde Prime sees this from his screens and he is enraged, his area of the ship shakes and he punches the screen. "Send everything we have, and destroy them all. I will not be denied my prize!"

(Somewhere across the waters.)

The Royal Fortress has arrived, and with a large fleet of ships and other vessels, and Martin is onboard. He sees the coasts, and he can see the Fright Zone. "Alrighty then, commence the attack and barrage them!"

The main guns and artillery weapons on the Royal Fortress redirect their positions, and they barrage the coasts, and some parts of the Fright Zone, thankfully the citizens have been evacuated thanks to a secret rebellion, and they have been told of the whole plan.

Martin then gives the word. "Send in the Seventh, and Tenth fleets, head to Bright Moon and aid in occupying and retaking the shores there. Bring them down!" The two fleets sail off, leaving the Royal Fortress and the other fleets to handle this one.

Aircraft from Horde Prime appear from the Fright Zone and they head for the Royal Fortress, but this doesn't intimidate Martin. "Alright, let's knock them dead."

All aircraft leave the Royal Fortress and they attack these hostile aerial forces, and even Jack Cyber is among them in his Harrier Jet form, and then he turns into an SR-71 Blackbird and attacks with impunity. "Take them down, take them all down! We're going to retake this land and stop them!"

(The Spire of Control.)

The bots and clones guard these areas, but then they hear this loud sound and then they are struck by explosions from a rocket barrage, a lot of rockets. But the rockets stop and a lot of ground bots have been destroyed, and then Spinnerella appears, and she makes a tornado, and then Frost shoots some ice shards to destroy the remaining drone ships.

The rest of the rebellion jumps out from the Tornado, and they are joined by Jordan and Dominic, Lori Volcana, Leni Ivy, Victor, Leon and Sergei in their Tiger Tank, Neil, Gwen, Sunset Shimmer, Sam Livewire and Peter Sharp.

They all engage these robots, and destroy them all, but more robots are coming and Sergei yells. "BM-13 rockets' launch the barrage and all artillery forces, saturate and launch an indirect fire barrage around the area of where we are, do not let any enemy enter the zone we are protecting!"

Castaspella sends some bots into the air and down to the ground. "Oh, this is so much fun!" she then helps in fighting off the rest of the bots alongside Netossa, Spinnerella and Frosta. Leni Ivy makes a wall of vines, and Lori Volcana summons some lava golems to help.

More bots are coming, but they cannot go near since the area around the battle zone is being bombarded and shelled by artillery which they haven't been able to find. Perfuma then yells. "Entrapta, get in there and free our friends!"

Wrong Hordak manages to knock out two Horde Clones, and this allows Entrapta to go inside, and accompanied by Bow and Victor, and they need to ensure she can be able to shut down the chips.

Then they see Mermista show up, still under the control of Horde Prime. "This is not good" replied Gwen, and she shoots an arrow, but she grabs and destroys it with water. "Not good at all."

"Her weakness is fire, just as Netossa said!" yelled Leon, and he readies a flamethrower.

"Or, I could handle this" replied Sea Hawk, and he tries to intervene and speak to Mermista, only to end up getting nearly getting beaten up by her, and yet he avoids this and is just annoying her.

"What the literal heck is he doing?" asked Lori.

Perfuma then realizes. "Diversion!" she makes some vines, and they wrap around Mermista, and seeing the plan. Gwen fires one arrow, and it strikes the chip at the back of her neck, and the chip falls off. Mermista blacks out, and Sea Hawk checks on her.

Then some dark energy is made, and Glimmer realizes who it is. Her father, and King Micah appears, and with some more clones and bots teleported into the fight. "Hello there, my daughter." They all get ready to continue the fight.

Then Pyrrha comes in from above, and she clashes with Micah. Seeing no choice, Castaspella joins her as well, to hold off his shadow magic and the others charge in and continue to hold them off, whatever it takes.

(Within the chambers of Etheria.)

The group are now down the technological halls that lead to the Heart of Etheria and they have had to bypass so many obstacles and other crazy things. Catra has a bad feeling about this place, but then Adora as She-Ra looks to her. "Hey, we're going to be alright."

Gyro then looks to Lincoln. "We need to know the status of the others."

Lincoln nods and he contacts the rest. "Guys, how're things going out there?"

Linka. "Horde Prime keeps sending more and more ships, well we're not gonna go down so easily. We're doing the best we can, and we also have backup. Purifiers have arrived, and the Zerg Swarm."

Martin. "The plan is working, and we are driving the Horde out of the Fright Zone, even the rebels here are coming out of hiding and aiding us. This is going out quite well. When we're done here, we will try and liberate the next island location."

Sergei. "They just keep coming and we are still taking them all down but we did free Mermista, even if she is still knocked out. Holding the line, and the artillery team is taking fire from enemy aircraft, but the defense with them is holding them off. What the heck is taking so long in that spire?"

Victor. "We have a problem guys! Entrapta is gone, we believe that she has been captured, but her gear is still here and we might be able to hack the tower ourselves."

Bow. "Bad news, Scorpia is here!"

Boomer. "This is Boomer, I spot something odd. A large drill of some sort at the distance, it looks like some kind of weapon, and judging by the coordinates... good lord, that thing is no drill! The scanners can sense, a viral system. Horde Prime is going to infect the heart of Etheria with a virus!"

This horrifies them. "No, we have to get to the heart, quickly!" replied She-Ra, and they try to look for the path, but She-Ra knows where it is, but then they see some green veins growing around the halls, and that means it is the virus trying to process through.

Boomer. "Guys, the structure is already deploying the virus. I am going in, and bombing the area! Head there fast, I will try and slow them down!"

They all rush through and She-Ra knows where to go, but then Gyro trips. "What the hell?!" He then sees what grabbed him, a tentacle made of metal. "Oh sweet jeez." They all go over to help, but Gyro makes a barrier around him. "Guys, go!" he manages to break the tentacle and he sees this cyborg tentacle beast. "First Ones security measures, god damn it. The virus has triggered and twisted the security guards here."

"Guardian!" yelled the others.

"No, go!" yelled Gyro, and his hands glow blue. "I'll be fine and Adora..." He looks to them. "Stop this madness, and save your universe." He then charges in, and attacks this cybernetic monster.

She-Ra nods and she still has the staff with her strapped to her back, and so they all race off. They need to be careful of what they will encounter, and then they fall down a hole, and land someplace hard.

They all get up, but Catra sees She-Ra, staring at nothing, as if she is seeing something in her head. "Adora?" But then something with tentacles attacks and this hurts She-Ra, and her powers fade and she becomes Adora. "Adora!"

Lincoln and Luna go by their side, and even Melog and they have their weapons ready, and they see what attacked them. They see the beast with tentacles and five glowing green eyes, and so Lincoln and Luna attack and hold it off.

Catra helps Adora to her feet. "What happened? Why were you doing nothing? Adora?"

Adora takes this moment to catch her breath and then she tells Catra. "I don't know why, but I saw Mara and she... She asked me, why I was doing this when she sacrificed herself so I wouldn't and then...Horde Prime, he was there and... I lost She-Ra, again."

Catra didn't like the sound of this, and the monster they are fighting is about to muster some form of energy, and so Lincoln and Luna deflect it with Mjolnir and Frostmourne. Catra leaps, and with her claws she breaks the center eye of this thing.

Then Adora sees she still has the staff, and then Shadow Weaver helps her up. "Shadow Weaver, what are you doing here?"

"Making amends for all I have done" replied Shadow Weaver, and then she makes some shadow energy, and she throws it to this monster, and it hits the wall. Lincoln and Luna send some ice shots, and they freeze the tentacles in place, allowing Catra to land a large swipe to break the other eyes.

Catra lands down next to the others. "This thing is not going down. How the heck do we fight this thing?"

Then they hear a transmission, from Bow. "Guys, we did it. The broadcast is working, and everyone under the control of Horde Prime are free. The chips are gone, and I was close to dying, and wow Scorpia is dangerous. Where was this Scorpia when we fought her?"

Then they hear Scorpia talking. "Oh my gosh, I am so sorry. Did I hurt you guys?" They don't know, Scorpia is hugging both Victor and bow, tightly and her hugs are painful and too tight.

The others are glad to hear this, and even Catra. Her friend, Scorpia is free. Hearing this, makes Shadow Weaver happy as well and she feels like this fight will not be over, unless they make it to the heart of Etheria, and save this world, and stop Horde Prime once and for all.

So, she engulfs herself in shadow magic, and she sends some blasts of magic to fight this thing. Catra is surprised. "Shadow Weaver?"

"Take Adora, and run!" Shadow Weaver continues her attack on this thing, and she looks to the others. "Did you all not hear what I said? Go!" she makes a shadow barrier, and she pushes them through the main hall that leads to the heart. She then blocks them off from coming to help her.

The others are confused, and concerned for her. Catra then speaks. "Shadow Weaver, what are you doing?!"

Shadow Weaver binds the monster with shadow whips. "Please Catra, take Adora to the heart. The magic must be set free." The beast breaks free, and attacks Shadow Weaver. But she makes a shadow barrier to deflect the attack.

Catra yells. "Shadow Weaver stop, it's going to kill you! Let us help!"

"No, it is too late for me" replied Shadow Weaver. "But it is just the beginning, for the rest of you... But you, I am so proud of how you have come and changed, Catra."

Catra sheds some tears, and she wants to go and help her, but then Adora holds her hand, and she has tears as well. "Catra, please..." Lincoln and Luna also have tears seeing this, they then look to Shadow Weaver and she removes her mask.

Revealing her true face, almost shattered and maimed from her mistakes long ago, with the spell of Obtainment. "You're welcome." And then, she finishes things off with the remaining essence and knowledge of the Obtainment spell, but making it unstable and creating a self-destruct force of energy, destroying the monster... and herself, Shadow Weaver is gone.

The others are in tears, but to Adora and Catra, they are truly heartbroken since Shadow Weaver is the one who raised them both and even if she made mistakes and lied to them, she still cared for them.

The shadow barrier is gone, and the smoke clears and there is nothing left but the shattered remains of Shadow Weavers mask.

Luna then speaks. "Guys, I know we should... We should do something but..."

"We have to go." Adora tries to get up, but after her encounter with Horde Prime, she has green veins on her, as if the virus is trying to consume her, and Catra helps her there. Lincoln and Luna keep an eye on their surroundings to make sure nothing is coming for them.

The group arrive, and they see what is above and in front of them. "The heart of Etheria..."

The large object looks as if it is a cube within several other cubes, and energy coursing through itself, which is the magic sealed within, and with some runes glowing onto it.

Adora then heads closer, and she has the staff of the guardian ready. She moves closer, with the staff in the left hand and her right hand, she tries to summon the sword of protection to bring forth She-Ra, but it isn't working and she screams in pain and steps back.

Catra helps her. "What? What is it? What's wrong?"

Lincoln and Luna also check on her. "This is not good."

"I... I don't know..." Adora has tears. "I can't transform." This surprises them. The area around them shakes, and the green energy is already entering. "Prime's virus, it's keeping me from becoming She-Ra."

Lincoln looks to them. "We're gonna go planet side, and try to stop the machine. Catra, watch over Adora and help her." Catra nods, and so Lincoln and Luna head out, by Luna summoning Sindragosa, and they take off and break through the ceiling, and it almost helped in slowing down the virus traveling.

Adora looks to the staff glowing. "This will work, but I need to... To ensure this does get released, whatever the cost may be." That is something Catra doesn't wanna hear. "Get as far away from here as you can. I think I know what to do, I have to do this next part on my own."

"Adora, what is going to happen to you?"

Adora takes a few steps forward. "Without the power of She-Ra, the staff will be destroyed... From the magic, along with me..." She then sheds some tears. "I'm sorry, Catra. I'm so sorry, but there's no more time. It has to end here. I can still save everybody."

Adora goes over, and she closes her eyes, and she leans her forehead onto Catra's. "It's okay, I'm ready." Deep down, that hurts Catra to hear.

Adora then walks away, but Catra holds her hands. "No."

"C-Catra..."

"No, I am not leaving. Whatever happens, I am staying with you."

Adora smiles hearing this, they then look to the heart and Adora has the staff ready, the staff glows and she closes her eyes and she readies to release it, but then she screams in pain at the virus that is inside of her, and she goes down the ground.

"Adora! No, no. No!" Catra tries to help her, but the area shakes and some cracks show, as the virus is beginning to consume and control everything.

Catra and Adora see, a green energy blast hits the heart of Etheria, and it is now under the control of Horde Prime.

(Back on the surface.)

Everyone still fights off the bots and clones, and they are at the Virus Drill Spire, and are trying to take it down. The Royal Defenders and the Princess Rebellion try to land a direct attack and destroy it, but it is not working, and this makes Lincoln realize. "It's already done, we're too late!"

But then the Velvet Glove enters range and is now above all of them and then someone warps from afar, and it is Hordak but he is controlled by Horde Prime, and he has Entrapta with him and he snickers and laughs. "Rejoice Etheria, for your end has finally come!"

"You have chosen darkness, and so it is in darkness that you shall be plunged. The world will end in fire, and when the ashes scatter, at last there will be peace!"

Gyro then breaks from the ground and he sends a pulse of arcane energy to seal the cracks on the ground. "Not while I draw breath, Horde Prime!"

This angers him. "Guardian."

Gyro continues to hold off this attack from beneath the planet. Lincoln and Luna become Reforger, and they too use their magic to seal it off. Gyro then asks. "Where is Adora? What happened?!"

Reforger looks to him. "She's trying, and with Catra."

(At the Heart of Etheria.)

Adora tries to stay awake, but she can't and she soon blacks out, and Catra tries to get her to wake up and calling her name over and over again. She doesn't know, Adora is trying to fight back to wake up and return, but she is being consumed by the virus from Horde Prime, losing every hope to escape.

And, just as Adora is about to enter darkness, she hears Catra call to her. "Adora, please. Don't go, don't do this! Come back, please! You have to wake up, you can't give up. You never do give up. Don't you dare start now. You haven't failed, I've got you and I am not letting go!"

Catra growls and yells in tears. "I love you, I always have! So please, just this once, stay!" She then whispers to her. "Stay." She hugs Adora, and is going to keep her safe from whatever happens, and then a bolt of energy from the heart is about to hit them, but then a shield of light and the staff deflect it.

Catra sees this and she is surprised, the staff is now floating and glowing like the shield of energy.

Catra then sees Adora waking up, and the green veins are fading. Adora is surprised, and she asks. "You love me?"

Catra smirks and she smiles. "You're such an idiot." she then sees the smile on Adora's face.

"I love you too." That stuns Catra, she then holds Adora close, and they both share a passionate kiss, a long time coming for the both of them.

The Guardian's staff glows, and the runes on it start to send energy to the heart of Etheria, and both Adora and Catra glow as well, and Adora's ponytail unravels and her hair is becoming long, and everything is now engulfed in light.

(Back outside.)

Outside, Gyro and Reforger continue to hold off this attack, to save everyone and keep them safe. As Horde Prime inside of Hordak's body yells. "Cry Etheria, cry for mercy! There will be no comfort for you."

But then, it stops and the green energy from the ground is gone, and goes back in. "Wait, what?" said Swift Wing.

Boomer is in his airship and sees this. "What the heck just happened?"

They all see these glowing lights everywhere, coming from the ground of the planet and flying around as if they are fireflies. Horde Prime sees this and he is angered and confused as his eyes are now yellow and not his usual green. "What is this?"

Then the control drill spire is destroyed, it collapses onto itself. The ruins then shake, and something emerges through, and that something is walking through this immense glow of light, and everyone sees, it is She-Ra with the Sword of Protection and the Guardian's Staff.

Seeing this, Gyro yells with excitement. "SHE HAS THE POWER!"

They all look to Gyro, confused and annoyed. "Dude, not the best time to say that" replied Sam.

She-Ra's every step, makes plant life grow, and this makes everyone happy to see her again. She-Ra then looks up and she sees the Velvet Glove, and she yells and uses the staff and her sword, and she sends a lot of magical energy to the flag ship of the horse.

The Velvet Glove is now consumed, by plant life and roots, and what is left is now a giant tree, floating above the planet. "That is awesome, and also kinda weird" replied Leni, but this makes Perfuma super happy.

Linka and the fleet ships don't even know what to make of what they are seeing.

She-Ra slams her sword, and the staff to the ground, causing a large growth of flora to grow everywhere, along with magic. The princesses can sense this, and the lands of Etheria are now filled with the magic freed from the heart.

Even the Fright Zone is covered with plant life. The Magic is now free.

Horde Prime backs away and hisses and snarls at this. Then She-Ra appears and approaches him and the failsafe runes are now seen on her chest, they have transferred to the She-Ra, he falls to the ground and looks up to her and growls.

"Though all is reduced to rubble, Prime shall rise again. So it has been, and so it always shall be."

"No." She-Ra goes down to his level. "You're wrong, it's time for you to go." she holds his face, and has him look towards her. A bright light is shown, and that is all that Horde Prime can see, and this causes the real form of Horde Prime to leave Hordak, but the true form gets eradicated by the light.

Through this, Hordak wakes up and he remembers, something... A memory, of when he found a baby, left in a grassy field long ago.

Hordak sees the eyes of She-Ra, and he realizes this. "I remember, you...You are the ones, and... I am sorry, I am so sorry."

She-Ra nods, and she knows that he regrets all he has done. Entrapta sees this and she realizes. "Hordak!" She goes over, and hugs him, and he hugs her back. "We have so much to catch up on, and I have so many things to tell you!"

She-Ra sees Gyro. "You did good kid. You did it, She-Ra, Princess of Power. Guardian, of Etheria."

She-Ra smiles and she hands him back the staff, Gyro accepts it and he smiles. "A good and honorable purpose, and a burden of a dark past, no longer to hassle with." Deep down, he feels that Medivh's past has been fully redeemed, and all he has done, is now undone.

She-Ra then looks to the others, and sees all of them reunited and free from this treacherous nightmare and war that they have had to endure. Glimmer reunites with her father, Micah and Castaspella is glad her brother is free.

"Glimmer, I just..." Micah then tries to play it cool. "Hello, I'm your dad..." Glimmer just hugs him, and he hugs her back. He has a lot of father and daughter time to catch up on.

Even Perfuma and Scorpia reunite. Scorpia does see Catra, and she goes over and she hugs her. All the Princesses join in, Mermista helps Sea Hawk back to his feet, and then they see Entrapta speaking to Hordak, the real Hordak. "So, are we like okay with this?"

Reforger returns to Lincoln and Luna once more, and Luna hugs Sam. Lincoln chuckles. "Pretty much, I mean he was never the real villain."

Sergei and the others contact everyone else, that the battle is over and the enemy has been defeated. Time to send everything back.

She-Ra then walks away from everyone, and she turns back to Adora and sees the lands are now at peace, the wildlife is returning and the magic is back to everything that seemed almost lost. This sight, amazes her and Adora smiles.

"Adora." Catra approaches Adora, and they both hold hands, close their eyes and lean their heads onto each other. "It's over, right?"

"Yeah, it's over. He's gone."

This makes Catra smile. "Good riddance." They then share a small kiss.

Seeing this makes Bow and Glimmer smile, and even Luna and Sam and he rest of the Royal Defenders.

Then Glimmer and Bow tackle Adora and Catra, and they laugh and lay on the grass, and they look to the sky.

Bow then looks to the others and he asks. "So, what are we gonna do now?"

Adora smiles, and she looks to the stars. "We bring magic back to the universe." She then looks to her friends. "What do you guys say to one more best friend's squad road trip?" This makes them happy to hear.

Glimmer. "I'm in!"

Bow. "Obviously!"

Catra. "Of course I'm going with you."

Adora. "Then let's do this, together."

Etheria, and the entire Universe they live in, is free.

A/N: The battle is over, and though they have lost an ally, what matters is that what they have done is accomplished and Etheria is free. Now, the magic is saved, and Horde Prime is gone. As for Gyro, he's glad he gave them their aid, to ensure this world doesn't fall to destruction. I hope that you all enjoyed reading this new chapter guys.
