The time has come, the time is now. Time to return, but first they need to know the truth about the one which they think is a menace, the one who is already causing trouble in the demon world of the Boiling Isles and that universe too. Enjoy reading this everyone.

Chapter 1,080: The Cipher Journal.
(The Royal Fortress. Not too far, from Isla Cretacia.)
The whole team is here, and they don't know why but it seemed urgent. They all gather to the meeting room and some of them take their seats, and then Lincoln asks. "Alright, so what the heck is going on here? What's this meeting all about guys?"
Martin, Victor and Jack Cyber look towards Gyro, and Pyrrha, and they have a journal with them, and they see the symbol on it, is that of an old friend, Bill Cipher, and that surprises them all.
"Yeah, we're surprised when we saw them come through with that thing" replied Jack Cyber.
Becky then asks. "The Seal, the whole pyramid thing. You guys solved it and got the journal?"
"The seal solved itself, and we don't know why it did that" replied Pyrrha. "This happened last month, and we didn't tell you guys because when we got the journal, there was another lock and the same kind of pyramid puzzle."
All of them remain silent, and they realized it was another of Bill Cipher's lock systems, in the form of a very hard puzzle game. Gyro sighs. "Took me a long while to sort it out. Apparently, the smaller the puzzle, the less problematic it becomes, and I have managed to unlock it. Last night."
"Yeah" replied Lori. "We can literally see that, from the eye bags."
Gyro then sips his coffee and he looks like he hasn't had any decent sleep in a long, long time, and then he sighs. "Alright, so I do believe it is almost time for us to make our return and help save the Boiling Isles, but first we need to know what the hell we are up against."
They are all ready for this, and then Linka speaks. "Guardian, open the journal and tell us what we need to know about the Collector and what he has planned, and why Bill Cipher knows him." Gyro nods, and so he opens the journal and he reads aloud.
"The species of The Collector is known as, Collectors. A celestial race connected with magic and space, therefore giving them abilities that can bend and reshape the fabric of reality itself to their very whim. They are a long lived species, whose goal is to observe the passing of the time and all life within, and to collect and seal up members of each species in order to preserve them forever."
"If they encounter a form of resistance during their collecting, then they have a known policy to... "Clean the planet, and scorch the air." Gyro then lowers the journal, and is horrified. "Planetary annihilation." This horrifies the others, and then Gyro regains his composure and he continues.
"The older members of this race are known as, Archivists. They are one of the most powerful being, with their power only rivaled by the potent magic of another race, or to that of a guardian." Gyro is surprised. "Huh, I guess I can square off against the Collector, considering he seems very sneaky, and conniving. The other race that can rival them, are the Titans."
"They sent a younger member to investigate and observe the titans. They discovered that the Titans magic can cancel out their magic, thus sparking a rivalry between both races. There doesn't seem to be much information on what had gone down during the quarrel between Collectors and Titans, but only drawings, pictograms and other ancient writings which have been long lost through time."
"But, there are some depictions that the Archivists needed to ensure the extinction of the Titans, and they did so, and wiped out every last one, even the young titans. Leaving no trace." gyro sighs. "But I guess, King was the one left hidden, and the last Titan known in existence, and like his ancestors, he will live a long life."
"The outcome of Collector-Titan War, ultimately resulted in the near-extinction of the Titan Race. Whose strewn bodies became landmasses found across the realm, but the current status of the other Collectors remains unclear, as only a young Collector was trapped by the Titans, in the In-Between Realm. As time went on, a group of witches worshipped the trapped collector, and they are known as the Huntsmen of Titans, or referring themselves as Grand Huntsman."
Everyone didn't see this kind of history coming, and then Jordan asks. "Is there any known information on the current Collector that the Boiling Isles is facing?" Gyro then goes through the journal and he finds it.
"Says from the journal, Bill Cipher witnessed everything as he was trapped in his own realm, and could do nothing. He knew the Collector long ago, the child who was more childish than his brothers and elders. They displeased him, and even forbade him from ever making contact with Bill Cipher ever again, because those two cause trouble."
"After they found out about the Titans, they sent The Collector to be the scout, and play with them. He enjoyed being in their company and made friends with the children Titans, and the other Titans liked him, and found him as a good friend. But all of them were deceived and even the Collector himself, as the Archivists came and wiped out the race of Titans."
"Feeling betrayed and lied to, the Titans rallied, and they attacked the Collector and thus they imprisoned him to In-Between Realms, and the one who did so was the last of the Titans, before he too was erased from the face of existence." Gyro then closes the journal, and he looks kinda freaked out.
"That is all there is, from what Bill Cipher had to witness, and he couldn't stop the madness. He didn't want that to happen, he wanted to stop the Archivists to leave the Titans alone, and let things run its own course. The Archivists are not powerful beings of celestial might, they are... Bastards!" He slams his fist to the wall, and the whole Royal Fortress vibrates.
"Are they serious?" said Leni in shock. "They are totes horrible, and the Collector... the poor guy."
"He didn't deserve that, he's just a child and this is what his siblings do to him?!" yelled Sergei.
Pyrrha then looks into the journal. "Says here, the Archivists are gone. They have been removed, and locked away. Wait, what?! Says that, Bill had something to do with that long ago, when someone released him from his prison, and before he was sent back in."
Now that new information shocks them, and Pyrrha continues to read from it. "Bill Cipher escaped from his prison, and did what his worshippers asked for, and then he started his reign of chaos, but then he recalled an old friend, and so he traveled to the Demon Realm and went to avenge what had gone down with the Collector. So, he battled the Archivists."
They all gasp and are feeling suspenseful hearing this.
"Bill Cipher confronted them, and he went on a rampage and began destroying them all, one by one. When he was going to finish off the last Archivist, before he could end his life, he was teleported away to... To the place where he would be imprisoned, and where he would lose his sanity, and become... the Lord of chaos, and cause havoc and destruction, as he has done to Gravity Falls."
This surprises them, and some of them have tears. They see now, why Bill Cipher is who he was before, and they feel like Dipper, Mabel, Stanford and everyone else in Gravity Falls, needs to know the truth on why Bill Cipher is like this.
Gyro looks out the window. "Bill Cipher, the God of Chaos, and currently the Guardian of Chaos, all this time he wanted to avenge what had happened to the Titans and to his friend, and then he became who he was before and now... He's still there, and trying to ensure the Collector doesn't spread his power and personal might to the rest of the realms."
They all didn't like this, and all of them need to do something. Lincoln then stands up, and they look to the Commander of their team. "Guys, we're going back to the Boiling Isles, we're going to save Bill Cipher, and we're going to help the Collector... To understand."
(Later in the day.)
They are now mustering everything they got. Linka then speaks to the others. "The Aegis will be ready to warp to the location, once the Guardian heads there and seeks out where Cipher is sealing the other world."
Neil then speaks. "Just finished speaking with my army, the Swarm will come along. Also, same with the Protoss. They wish to help in case we need some actual backup this time."
They then see Gyro, looking to the sunset, and he doesn't look happy. They all go over and stand with him. "Guardian, it's going to be alright. We will get to them, and we will aid Bill Cipher, and free the Boiling Isles, and help the Collector."
Gyro sighs. "I know, I know. I have informed Shang Tsung, Charmcaster and Raven, and they too are coming along and will help us." He then looks to the journal. "It has been, a long time since we last have seen him and soon... We will see him again, reunite with an old friend, and save the Boiling Isles. Whatever it takes."

A/N: Next chapter, it will be time to go in and save the Boiling Isles, and the real bad guy will be revealed, and it's going to get bad real fast. But what will happen to Bill Cipher? I hope that you all enjoyed reading this new chapter guys, it's almost time to end this story.
