Chapter 19

The living room of Dark Ken and Dark Yolei's newly taken home was filled with tension as Matt, Cody, Joe, Izzy, Mimi, Ken, and Yolei discussed who should stay and watch over Dark Ken and Dark Yolei locked in the basement. Matt, Izzy, and Joe had their eyes fixed on Yolei, each hoping to have her to themselves. However, Ken was fiercely protective of her, not wanting any harm to come her way.

Matt looked at his friends as he stepped closer to Yolei and said, "Hey guys, why don't you guys head back to Ken's place, Yolei and I can watch over the house."

Joe and Izzy stood in front of Matt, both of them with a determined look on their faces, as looked down at Yolie. "I should be the one to stay with Yolei," Joe said, his voice firm.

Matt raised an eyebrow. "And why is that?" he asked, crossing his arms.

However, Ken was fiercely protective of Yolei, not wanting any harm to come her way. She watched with him as Matt, Izzy and Joe argued about her.

"Well, we're both more tech-savvy than you," Izzy chimed in. "She can help me with the hard drive on their laptop. Joe goes with Matt and others back to Ken's place."

Joe shakes his head in disagreement. "Know, I will stay here with Yolei, and you both leave with them."

Ken in front of Yolei facing them lashing out, "Yolei is not staying with any of you guys, I will protect her from you all."

Ken's outburst took everyone by surprise. The room fell silent, and the only sound that could be heard was the soft ticking of the clock on the wall. Joe, Izzy, and Matt looked at each other, unsure of what to say or do. They had never seen Ken like this before. He was always calm and collected, but now he seemed to be on the edge of a breakdown.

Yolei took his hand and looked him in the eye. "Ken, their actions must have something to do with Daemon, do you think that's why they are acting this way?" she asked.

Ken took a deep breath and looked at Yolei. "I'm sorry," he said. "I didn't mean to lash out like that. It's just that I care about you so much, and I don't want anything to happen to you."

Yolei smiled and squeezed his hand. "I know you do, Ken," she said. "And I appreciate that. But I will not be stay with any of them, I want to be with you."

Joe, Izzy, and Matt stepped forward, and Matt put his hand on Yolei's arm. "I am sorry, I believe you should leave with Ken now. Something in me my wants to be with you, I don't know what it is."

Ken's heart was racing as he watched Matt's arm wrapped tightly around Yolei. She tries to remove herself from him reaching out for Ken. "Ken, I want to leave now."

Ken leaped into action, with a fierce determination, Ken charged towards Matt, his fists clenched tightly. He knew he had to act fast before Yolei was hurt. As he closed in on Matt, he could feel his adrenaline pumping through his veins. He had never felt so alive.

Without warning, Ken launched himself at Matt, his body colliding with his former friend's. The impact was brutal, sending them both tumbling to the ground. Ken quickly scrambled to his feet, ready to continue the fight.

Matt, however, was not so quick to get up. He lay on the ground, stunned by the force of Ken's attack. "Ken, I am sorry."

As Matt slowly got off the floor, Mimi couldn't help but notice the way Matt was looking at Yolei. It was as if he was lost in thought, imagining a world where it was just the two of them. She felt a pang of jealousy and sadness. She loved Matt, but she didn't want to be second best to anyone. She stormed out of the house, feeling hurt and betrayed by Matt's behavior.

Matt quickly cashes after her. "Mimi, Wait!"

Mimi stopped on the porch, unsure of what to do. She had never seen Matt so flustered before. "What do you have to say for yourself?" she asked, her voice trembling with anger.

Matt took a deep breath before speaking. "It's Daemon he did something to cause this, but I swear I wasn't trying to do anything with Yolei. I just...I don't know, I guess I was just admiring her beauty. But I love you, Mimi. You're the one I want to be with, I will tell Ken to take her back to his place."

Mimi looked at Matt, her heart racing. She wasn't sure if she could trust him, but she wanted to believe that he was telling the truth. "Okay," she said finally. "But you need to promise me that you'll never do anything like that again."

Matt nodded earnestly. "I promise, Mimi. I'll do whatever it takes to make it up to you."

Matt leaned in to kiss Mimi, his heart racing with anticipation. As their lips met, he closed his eyes, savoring the softness of her lips. But as he deepened the kiss, something felt off. He opened his eyes and was shocked to see Yolei's face in front of him instead of Mimi's.

Matt's heart skipped a beat as he realized what had happened. He had been so lost in his thoughts that he had imagined Yolei in Mimi's place. He quickly pulled away from Mimi, his mind racing with confusion and guilt. He couldn't believe he had made such a mistake.

Mimi looked at him with concern, sensing that something was wrong. Matt tried to compose himself, but he couldn't shake the image of Yolei from his mind. He knew he had to tell Mimi the truth, but he didn't know how to explain what had happened.

As he looked into Mimi's eyes, he saw the hurt and confusion in them. He knew he had to be honest with her. "Mimi, I love you," he began. "Let's me, You, Joe and Cody stay, I think Izzy, Ken and Yolei need to leave right away."

Dark Ken approached Dark Yolei, who sat huddled in the corner of the basement. He could see the sadness etched on her face and the pain in her eyes. She cries out, "Why did Daemon create me with the craving for yearning for to be others beside you? I don't want to keep hurting you, but I crave dark pleasures from others in different ways."

He sat down next to her, not saying anything at first. He just let her know that he was there for her, that he understood her pain and that he cared. Dark Yolei looked up at him, her eyes filled with tears, and he could see the fear and vulnerability in her.

Dark Ken took her hand in his, giving it a gentle squeeze. "I know what you're going through," he said softly. "I don't know why he created you this way, maybe a cruel joke for me. Or he wanted you to distract the team so we can complete his mission. "

Dark Yolei looked at him, her eyes wide with surprise. She had never heard anyone speak to her like this before, with such kindness and understanding. She had always been used and discarded by others, never valued for who she was.

Dark Ken continued, "I know it won't be easy, but I'm here to help you. Maybe, it time I will be enough for you. I saw the real versions of us Yolei real only loves Ken and feels the same. You could see it when they are together."

Dark Yolei lays her head on his shoulder. "I think I feel love for you, or maybe it's her love for him. What if we are connected to them in some way?"

Dark Ken thinks about it for a moment. "Well, Daemon created you from one drop of her blood, so we might be. Maybe, we can use your ability to get them to let us out."

Dark Ken extended his hand to help Dark Yolei off the cold, damp floor of the basement. She looked up at him, unsure of what to do. They were trapped, with no way out. The only thing they could do was find a way to let them out. Dark Ken smiles at her, "Call them down here and seduce them."

"Um, I don't know if that's such a good idea," she said tentatively, trying to hide the tremble in her voice. "I don't want to do that in front of you again."

Dark Ken narrowed his eyes, his expression growing dark. "Know you care," he growled. "Just call them down here. Or will be stuck down here, while they try to hack your laptop."

Dark Yolei simply nodded and turned away. "Very well," he said. "But remember, you asked me to do this."

Matt watches from the window as Yolei rides away with Ken on his motorcycle, Izzy and Cody follows behind them in his car. Mimi pulls him away from the window, she hears Dark Yolei calling for help from the basement. Joe, Matt, Kari, and Mimi exchanged uneasy glances as they heard the muffled cries of their captive, Yolei, from the basement.

Mimi was the first to speak up. "We have to see what the want, they can't be harmed until we figure out to return them to the Dark Ocean World."

Kari and Mimi descended the creaky wooden stairs that led to the basement. The air was musty and damp, they made their way to the door. Dark Yolei voice comes from a locked down. "I need uses the restroom."

Mimi steps closer to the door, "We can let you out right now." She see a bucket in the corner, she takes tosses quickly into the room locking the door back. "Use that for now."

Dark Yolei voices from the room. "Is Izzy still here?"

Kari hits the door and yells, "No! Only, Me, Mimi, Matt and Joe are here."

Dark Yolei's voice "Can you send Joe down? I want to finish are conversation from earlier."

Mimi rolled her eyes. "We're not here to play games," she said. "We know you're up to something."

Kari and Mimi emerged from the basement, joining Matt and Joe sitting on the couch. Joe sits up, "What did she want?"

Mimi sits next to Matt and looks at Joe. "She said she want to finish the conversation she had with you earlier."

Joe's mind was racing as he remembered the intimate moment, he shared with Dark Yolei in the van. The smell of her perfume still lingered in his nostrils and the feel of her body against his was still fresh in his memory.

Matt oddly looks at Joe, "What conversation did you have with her?"

Joe shook his head, trying to clear his thoughts. "We didn't have conversation, but I was the only who did with her Izzy did it first."

Mimi, Matt and Kari sat in stunned silence as Joe's words hung in the air.

Mimi was the first to speak, her voice low and shaky. "Joe, how could you?" she asked, her eyes filling with tears. "She is Daemon's creation. How could you betray her like that?"

Joe hung his head, looking ashamed. "I don't know," he said softly. "It was a mistake. She sucked me in somehow, now I want even more from her."

Kari spoke up next, her voice firm and resolute. "Joe, you need to make this right," she said. "You need to think about the real Yolei, she does of any of you in that way. She loves Ken."

Matt sat there jealous and angry the thought of Joe and Izzy having sex with Dark Yolei. Joe started describing detail what he did with Dark Yolei in van. He started feeling a rush come over him, he imagined himself with Dark Yolie in the van.

Mimi shoves Joe. "Okay, we got it. It was amazing. Stop talking about it, let's think of what we are going to do for the night."

Matt phone beeps, pulls reads the text from Ty, "Matt we just boarded the plane, I am fucking kill Davis."

Matt sighs, "Shit, Ty and Sora are coming back early."

Mimi smiles, "That's good we need more help."

Matt looks at Kari. "He coming home to Beat up Davis for sleeping with Kari."

Kari wide eye, "Why would you tell him anyways? It's none of his business."

Matt, Mimi, Joe, and Kari sat in the living room, The night was still young, and they were all eager to find something to do. They had already tossed around a few ideas, but nothing seemed to stick. As they waited for the others to return, they couldn't help but feel a sense of restlessness.

Matt was the first to speak up. "I can go check on them," he suggested. "Maybe, I can find out what Daemon is planning."

Mimi shook her head. "No way," she said. "She already had her way with Joe and Izzy, she does not get her hands on you to."

Joe chimed in. "What if we order food? he suggested. "I haven't eaten since, this morning."

Kari shrugged. "I'm up for anything," she said. "But we might need to get them food as well."

They all fell silent, each lost in thought. Suddenly, Matt sat up straight. "What kind of food do you think they like?" he said. "I can go check."

Kari grinned. "No," she said. "I will go check."

Kari made her way down the creaky stairs, the dim light from the living room slowly fading behind her. She felt a chill run down her spine as she reached the bottom of the stairs. She could hear the faint sound of Dark Ken and Dark Yolei talking in the room near the stairs.

Ken's grip on the motorcycle handlebars tightened as he felt the familiar pang of jealousy and anger rise within him. He couldn't help but remember Matt, Izzy, and Joe flirting with Yolei, trying to spend time with her alone, so they can have their way with her. It was as if they didn't even care that Ken was standing right there, watching it all unfold.

Yolei noticed the change in Ken's demeanor and placed a gentle hand on his shoulder. "Hey, are you okay?" she asked, concern etched on her face.

Ken tried to shake off the feeling of betrayal and anger that had settled in his chest. He didn't want to ruin their ride with his negative emotions. "Yeah, I'm fine," he replied, forcing a smile. "Just lost in thought."

But Yolei wasn't fooled. She knew Ken well enough to sense when something was bothering him. "Is it about Matt, Izzy, and Joe?" she asked, her voice soft and understanding.

Ken nodded, feeling a weight lift off his shoulders at her words. It was comforting to know that Yolei understood how he felt, even if she didn't share his jealousy. "I just don't understand why they have to act like that," he said, his voice low. "It's like they don't even respect our relationship."

Yolei leaned in closer, her arms wrapping around Ken's waist as they continued to ride. "I have only ever wanted you Ken, Daemon did something to cause them to act like that," she said, her voice barely above a whisper.

Ken felt a warmth spread through his chest at her words. He knew that Yolei was telling the truth, that she loved him and only him. It was enough to ease the jealousy and anger that had been eating away at him. "I know," he said, pulling her hand over his heart. "I love you too."

As they continued to ride, the wind whipped past them, as they followed behind Izzy's car. As they rode down the street, she noticed her family's store up ahead. "Ken, can we stop at my family's store for a minute?" she asked, pointing towards the storefront.
