Chapter 24

Davis rides on his motorcycle. He felt her arms wrapped around his waist, and he couldn't help but smile. It had been too long since they had spent any time together. As they rode through the winding roads, Kari's fingers started to trace patterns on his chest. He could feel the warmth of her breath on his neck as she leaned in to kiss his cheek.

"I missed you so much," Kari whispered, her voice barely audible, over the roar of the motorcycle engine.

Davis turned his head slightly, his eyes meeting hers in the reflection of the rearview mirror. "I missed you too," he replied, his voice low and husky.

They rode in silence for a few more minutes, the only sounds coming from the wind and the engine. Davis couldn't help but feel content in this moment, with Kari's arms wrapped around him and the open road ahead of them. He knew that it wouldn't last forever, but for now, he was just happy to be with her.

As they pulled up to Ken's apartment building Kari reluctantly let go of him. "Where's TK?" she asked, looking around for their mutual friend.

"I left him asleep," Davis replied, leading her inside. "He'll be up soon enough."

Kari smiled, her eyes lighting up as she looked around the familiar surroundings. It was good to be back, she couldn't shake the feeling of wanting to be with Davis and TK again, alone and away from the rest of the world. It had been a day since they had last been together, and the longing had only grown stronger with each passing day.

She closed her eyes and let out a deep sigh, trying to push the thoughts from her mind. But they kept creeping back, invading her every thought and desire. She knew it was wrong, that she shouldn't be feeling this way, but she couldn't help it. Davis and TK had awakened something inside of her that she never knew existed, and she craved their touch like a drug.

Davis parks his motorcycle in the designated spot and helps Kari off. Her legs wobble slightly as she steps onto the pavement, but she regains her balance quickly. Davis, on the other hand, is steady as a rock. He's used to the weight of his bike, and he's been riding for years. Kari, however, is new to the experience of how fast he rides, and she's still getting used to the adrenaline rush that comes with it.

They make their way to Ken's apartment building, Kari takes Davis's hand as they enter the elevator, as they walked into Ken's apartment, they were greeted with the sight of their friends sitting around the table, eating breakfast with their Digimon.

Ken, Yolei, TK, and Izzy all looked up as Davis and Kari walked in. They were surprised to see them, but happy at the same time. The Digimon were even more excited to see their human friends and rushed over to greet them.

TK quickly walks over to them, he saw Kari standing there, tears streaming down her face, and Davis with a bruise forming on his cheek.

"What happened?" TK asked, concern etched on his face.

Davis signed, pointing to Kari, "Joe disrespected Kari, so I had to do something about it."

TK hugged Davis and Kari tightly, feeling their warmth and comfort. TK stood there, feeling the heat rising in his cheeks as he looked at Davis and Kari. He wanted nothing more than to make love to Kari and Davis again, to feel their body pressed against his, to hear them moan his name. But he couldn't do it with Ken, Yolei, and Izzy sitting just a few feet away at the breakfast table.

They joined the others at the table eating breakfast, He tried to focus on the conversation at the table, but his mind kept drifting back to Davis and Kari. He could feel their eyes on him, the heat of their gaze burning into his skin. He knew they wanted him just as badly as he wanted them.

Finally, unable to resist any longer, he leaned in and whispered in their ears. "Let's go Sam's room," he murmured, his voice low and urgent.

Kari's and Davis's eyes widened, and they glanced nervously at their friends at the table. But TK could see the desire in their eyes, the hunger that matched his own. A knock comes from Ken's front door. Ken, Yolei, Izzy, TK, Davis, and Kari paused eating breakfast and looked to the door.

Ken got up from his seat and walked towards the door, wondering who could be visiting so early in the morning. As he opened the door, he was surprised to see Tai and Sora.

"Tai, what brings you here?" Ken asked, a smile spreading across his face.

"I came to speak with Davis." Tai replied, looking worried.

Tai's heart was racing as he stepped into Ken's apartment with Sora. He knew that his sister Kari was in there with Davis, and he couldn't shake the feeling that something was wrong. As they made their way to the table, Tai's eyes darted around the room, looking for any signs of trouble.

When they finally reached the table, Tai saw Kari sitting there beside Davis. But before he could even say hello, he rushed over and grabbed Davis, pulling him away from his sister. "What the hell do you think you're doing?" Tai demanded; his voice filled with anger.

Davis looked surprised and confused as he stumbled back. "What's the matter?" he asked, his eyes darting between Tai and Kari.

Tai's grip on Davis's shoulder tightened as he spoke, his voice low and dangerous. "Matt told me what you did with my sister," he growled.

As TK and Kari pulled Davis away from Tai's grip, the air was thick with tension. Tai's face was contorted in anger, his fists clenched tightly at his sides. Kari stepped in front of her brother; her eyes locked onto Tai's. She took a deep breath before speaking, her voice strong and unwavering.

"I love Davis and TK," Kari said, her words echoing through the silence.

Tai's expression softened slightly, but his anger still simmered just beneath the surface. TK placed a hand on Tai's shoulder, trying to calm him down.

"Dude, you can't keep doing this," TK said, his voice low and urgent. "You can't keep trying to control everyone's lives."

Tai shook his head, his eyes still fixed on Kari. "I just don't understand, all three of you," he said, his voice laced with frustration. "I thought you; TK and Davis were just friends."

Kari took a step forward, her hand reaching out to touch Tai's arm. "We were," she said softly. "But things have changed. Davis and TK make me happy, Tai. Can't you see that?"

Tai's shoulders slumped, his anger deflating. He looked at Kari with a mixture of sadness and resignation. "I guess I just don't want to get hurt," he said, his voice barely above a whisper.

Kari smiled gently, her eyes shining with warmth. "You'll never lose me, Tai," she said. "But you have to let me live my own life. And that includes loving who I want to love."

Davis sat back in his chair, his eyes locked onto Tai and Kari. He could feel the tension in the air, the weight of the accusation heavy on his shoulders. He took a deep breath, trying to calm his racing heart. He knew he had to speak up.

"Joe was the one who took advantage of Kari this morning, not me or TK," Davis said, his voice firm and steady. "What your buddy Matt didn't tell you about that?" he asked with a snarky tone. He could see the surprise in Kari's eyes, the disbelief in Tai's. He knew it was a bold claim, but it was the truth.

Sora looked at Tai with a soft gaze, her eyes filled with a sense of calmness. She knew he was anxious, but she also knew how to soothe him. She reached out her hand and gently took his, feeling the warmth of his skin. Tai looked at her and smiled, feeling a sense of comfort wash over him.

Daemon's Dark Digimon walked into the house, emerged from the shadows, their eyes glowing with an ominous red light. Matt, Mimi, Joe, and Cody were caught off guard, their Digimon too far away to help. The air was thick with tension as the group braced themselves for the impending attack. The Digimon lunged forward, their sharp claws and teeth glinting in the dim light. Matt and Joe tried to fight back, but their efforts were in vain. Mimi and Cody were quickly overpowered, their screams echoing through the house.

Some of Daemon's Digimon make their way to the basement quickly opening the door to Dark Ken and Dark Yolei. As they stumbled out of the basement, their eyes adjusting to the dim light of the room, they felt a sense of relief wash over them. They had been trapped in that dank, musty space for what felt like an eternity, and they were finally free. But as they looked around, they realized that they were not alone. Daemon's Digimon stood before them, as they heard screams come the living room.

Matt and his friends huddled together on the living room floor, their Digimon partners bravely fighting off the evil Digimon that had invaded the home. The air was thick with tension and fear as they struggled to keep the monsters at bay. Suddenly, a loud crash echoed from the bedroom, and they all froze in terror.

But to their surprise, The Dark Digimon appeared in the doorway, its dark form towering over them. Its eyes glowed red with an otherworldly energy, and its presence seemed to fill the entire room. Matt and his friends instinctively shrank back, unsure if this new arrival was friend or foe.

But as the Dark Digimon moved forward, they realized that it was protecting them from the other evil Digimon. Its massive claws swiped through the air, sending the evil Digimon scattering in all directions. Matt watched in awe as the Dark Digimon fought with fierce determination, its movements fluid and precise.

As the last of the evil Digimon fled, the Dark Digimon turned to face Matt and his friends. Its glowing eyes seemed to soften, and Matt felt a strange sense of comfort wash over him. He knew that this new Digimon was on their side, and he couldn't help but feel grateful for its protection.

Matt and his friends were surrounded by the evil Digimon, who had suddenly appeared out of nowhere. The bigger Digimon who was protecting them was doing its best to fend off the attackers, but it was clear that it was struggling. Matt, Joe, Mimi, Cody, and their Digimon partners knew that they couldn't just stand there and watch.

With a sense of urgency, they quickly made their way out of the house, dodging the oncoming attacks as they went. The sound of destruction filled the air as the evil Digimon continued their relentless assault.

Matt felt a wave of panic wash over him as he realized his friends had abandoned him in the house. He had been so focused on helping the Digimon that he hadn't even noticed when they slipped out the door. Now he was alone, with only the Dark Digimon and the two twisted versions of his friends for company.

As he turned to face Dark Yolei, he could feel his heart pounding in his chest. The girl he had known for so long was now unrecognizable, her once-bright eyes now dark and cold. She grabbed him by the hair, her grip tight and painful.

"Where is my laptop?" she demanded, her voice low and threatening.

Matt tried to think, but his mind was a jumbled mess. He had no idea where her laptop was, or even if it was still in the house. He had been so focused on helping his friends that he hadn't paid attention to anything else.

Dark Ken stepped forward, his eyes gleaming with malice. "You're lying," he said, his voice dripping with venom. "You know where it is. You're just trying to protect your precious Digimon."

Matt's heart sank as he watched the Digimon dissolve into nothingness. He couldn't believe what had just happened. Dark Ken had killed the very creature that was protecting him. Matt had always known that Dark Ken was a formidable opponent, but he never thought he would stoop so low as to kill innocent creatures.

Matt looked up at Dark Ken, who was now standing a few feet away from him. His eyes were cold and emotionless, and Matt knew that he was in grave danger. Dark Ken had always been a bit of a mystery to Matt, but now he realized that he was dealing with a truly evil person.

"We're done playing nice," Dark Ken said, his voice low and menacing. Matt felt a shiver run down his spine. He knew that he had to act quickly if he wanted to survive.

Mimi ran with Joe, Cody and their Digimon partners, Mimi's heart raced as she realized they had left Matt behind with Dark Ken and Dark Yolei. She turned to her Digimon partner, Palmon, and signaled for her to stop running. The others stopped as well, looking at Mimi with confusion.

Dark Ken and Dark Yolei step closer to Matt, Dark Ken says, "We know your little friends have our laptop, we are going to get it."

Dark Yolei escorts Matt out of the house pushed him towards the back of the van. As she shoved Matt into the back of the van, she could see the fear in his eyes. Dark Ken got into the driver's seat of the van, and Dark Yolei climbed in beside him.

"What's wrong, Mimi?" Joe asked, concern etched on his face.

"M-Matt," Mimi stammered, "we left him behind with the Dark Digimon."

Cody's eyes widened in realization. "Oh no, we have to go back for him."

Mimi, Joe and Cody were walking down the street, back towards the house when suddenly a van zoomed by them, almost hitting them. The three friends were startled and shaken, but what they saw in the back seat of the van made their hearts skip a beat. It was Matt,

Mimi was the first to speak. "Come on, guys. We have to do this. We can't just let them get away." Her voice was firm and resolute, and Joe and Cody knew that she was right. They had to follow the van and find out what was going on.
