The SCP Foundation's goal is to secure, contain and protect the vast anomalies they have captured, but also experiment on them in order to better understand them of what they are capable to do even if sometimes we have to destroy them in order to protect humanity in the shadows.

Dr. Buck said while showing pictures of various dangerous and humanoid anomalies specifically SCP-173, SCP-076-2, SCP-239, SCP-166, SCP-106, SCP-049, SCP-682, SCP-1155 and a drawing of SCP-096 to avoid her wrath just in case.
"Not all of the anomalies are fit to interact with humanity as of yet unless with proper supervision as they tend to listen to SCP-001 or Naruto." She said with a serious expression.

Site 19, the largest SCP Site known, location to some of the most dangerous and iconic SCPs known to the world as if you see SCP Explained, The Rubber or even Dr. Bob., well looks can be deceiving.
A beautiful woman with a slender and voluptuous body, reaching a height of 170 centimeters. Her large purple eyes and light purple hair tied into a ponytail, and her skin is fair. Wearing a purple business suit and light green shirt. She leaves the jacket unbuttoned, allowing a generous portion of her cleavage to spill out.
This woman is SCP-187 or by her own name Shion. A humanoid anomaly that can see the present and future at the same time and formerly had no control of it until Naruto did surgery on her with Dr. Sarah Veers (SCP-4197) and Dr. Victor Haselhurst (SCP-049) in order to adjust Shion's eye similar to a Dojutsu so that she can easily eat without being blindfolded.
"At least I can finally roam the site without being paranoid of everything I see before Naruto-kun." Shion said happily while next to Naruto.
Even if she saw Naruto as the Scarlet King, she felt safer around him than SCP-999 or Hope as Naruto calls her.
"No problem Shion as I was glad to help more efficiently without wasting your potential." Naruto said as all her life Shion considered her power as a curse since it led her to suicide watch until Naruto saw her plead and actually helped her instead of experimenting her constantly (just to makes sure that her eyes were adjusted) that she can at least act normal without being paranoid of everything she sees.
If you may ask why most of the Foundation is now aware of Naruto being the Scarlet King as it involved yet again Dr. Jack Bright that it took SCP-343 just to recreate the amulet containing Jack's consciousness to a D-Class. Even if Dr. Bright hasn't learned his lesson.
New things that Dr. Bright is not allowed to do were updated due to certain female anomalies are part of Naruto's harem as SCP-682 wants a word with him.
Even a list of things that Dr. Clef cannot do to Naruto due to a certain SCP who may or may not be his daughter being involved in certain activities like Naruto having a threesome with SCP-166 and SCP-336 inside Dr. Clef's office.
Naruto had to kill the old O5-Council due to certain clashes of ideals and that they wanted to weaponized Naruto when they tried to use SCP-999 on him due to the prophecy (Naruto hates prophecies, especially which involves him) which will be explained later.

"Hello SCP-001 and SCP-187." Dr. Buck said with her usual tone.
"Sheesh Amelia. I have told you to call us by name. We are dangerous but only when provoked." Naruto told her.
"We have to interview her now?" Shion said pointing the door to 056's containment cell.
"Afraid so in order to learn if the anomaly can try to transform into a better version of Naruto." Amelia answered as Shion rolled her eyes as Naruto entered the door.
As Naruto entered seeing that instead of a normal humanoid containment cell, it resembles like a 5-star luxury hotel with the anomaly in question on her bed while looking at Naruto with confusion, as she can't transform into a better version of him at all but sensed something familiar about him as if she has met him before long ago.
Contrary to popular belief, SCP-056 or Natasha has existed since the beginning of everything when SCP-343 or God caused the Big Bang to create the Universe as she was the second atom in existence as she has seen the rise of Khahrahk emerging from the Tree of Knowledge to his death at the hands of his daughters who sacrificed their immortal lives to save their father from himself (unaware that he was a puppet to a former crueler being).
Thought the Foundation were lucky that they contained her first. If their enemies caught her first it would create an XK-Class End of the World Scenario since unlike 343 she doesn't slack off as her ego would never let her.
Naruto has seen various entity in his past and current life like Keteru Yamiko being the Darkness Primordial in physical form, The Hanged King who now works for the Foundation as a doctor under a new name and even Lilith.
"Do I know you from somewhere?" Natasha asked curiously and sensually since she sees Naruto as handsome and she had heard from female researchers about him especially about him killing off malevolent SCPs and even change SCP-682's views on life.
Naruto was watching the clock on the wall, blinked, or that if his vision briefly blurred if Natasha would try to shapeshift into a better version of him but nothing happened.
Maybe is because Naruto is better than she is in every way is or that she has the instinctual fear that he would kill her if she does something stupid on being better than him.

"Why is everyone thinks that I want to destroy the planet?" He said irritated since it was like his childhood again, from when the Foundation feared him that even most anomalies were scared of him at first, even when he tried to prove them that he doesn't wants to cause harm.
Natasha looked saddened for making him uncomfortable, which is an alien feeling to her since her existence literally relies on her making others feel bad, while Dr. Buck was writing about SCP-056 since the anomaly never talked about where it came from nor her past while realizing a connection involving Naruto was a discovery for the Foundation.
Naruto left the room unaware that Natasha was looking at him like a cougar as she was rubbing her hands evilly.
"Soon. Very soon." She said licking her lips sensually.
"Is weird that Gustav wasn't here since he would been asking questions about certain SCPs especially the Euclid and Keter ones." Shion said in sarcasm since the only time she seen Gustav he made the notion that he wouldn't be in the same room with her as he is suspicious of her knowing his secret agenda, which Naruto told the new O5-Council as he told them to act normal so that the spy from the Chaos Insurgency won't get any ideas for countermeasure as Naruto likes his enemies to have a false sense of security just to make them feel worthless at their efforts.
Agent Lawrence compared Naruto as worse than SCP-106 since he has been on mission of killing dangerous SCPs that even the Ethics Committee wanted gone and Naruto does it so efficiently than SCP-096 without collateral damage nor unnecessary killing civilians like Dr. Alto Clef.
From Dr. Alto Clef tried to kill Naruto just for interacting with SCP-166 or Meri ever since he helped her with her hypersensitivity and her ability to degrade artificial material to not be a nuisance towards the Foundation just in case the Global Occult Coalition ever tried to kill her by exploiting her former weakness.
She even befriended The Coffee Machine (SCP-294) as she got permission to roam the facility safely despite being classified as Euclid.
The researchers were amazed at the development of SCP-166, as she also has shown reality warping abilities, which explains the flora growing where it shouldn't grow.
"Why must he always seduced the female anomalies like that?" Dr. Buck stated towards Shion.
"Oh please Amelia I also know that you have a life size body pillow of Naruto at your home." Shion said teasingly as Amelia blushed.
