SCP-001 resides in a mansion that looks bigger on the inside than on the outside that was created on his own personal island near the Pacific Ocean. SCP-001-2 or 048-2 resembles to Kaguya Ōtsutsuki from the Naruto manga while SCP-001-3 or 048-3 resembles Rias Gremory from Highschool DxD light novels while showing sometimes ten gold colored glowing fox tails as Dr. Buck stated that she knows who they are as they are thought to be based on fictional characters. However, they are real but they don't have objective of destroying the planet due to the lack of "Chakra".

When he was first brought into containment, he had high levels of radiation but didn't show harmful effects from it. As he grew they extracted the source of his radiation which caused his to go to hibernation for a week from taking out Kaguya and his "Imouto" Rias when he was 13 thought the subject has been secretly in contact with them since he was younger and shown that they have an interest for Naruto as Rias calls him "Onii-chan" as he doesn't mind.

Note to readers is that SCP-682 never made another containment breach and Naruto stated that no more attempts to kill SCP-682 when he deducted abnormal behavior on the researchers with Naruto sensing their emotions, something which shocked 682 who doesn't consider Naruto disgusting despite looking like a human.

It's demonstrated that he is also a reality warper as his imagination is limitless, can manipulate any element in existence. He is very hyper adaptive that surpasses SCP-682 since he won't forget said ability he adapted to. SCP-001 is completely immune to lava, fire and lightning. He can also created chains made of "Chakra" from various parts of his body in order to subdue and nullify other anomalies' powers as demonstrated on an incident when the chains wrapped around SCP-4885 or Find Him as it tried to enter an MTF's body by phasing a wall but failed to do so as SCP-001 then [REDACTED] SCP-4885, which resulted it being declared Neutralized.

SCP-001 can teleport anywhere he desires except for places he hasn't been or can't visualize in his mind.

SCP-001 has demonstrated psionic abilities such as reading minds, controlling them as if the things they are doing are by their own free will especially during and incident when SCP [REDACTED] and SCP [REDACTED] were shown to [REDACTED] on [DATA EXPUNGED]. This resulted 049 to finally tell about "The Pestilence" thought he has to wear special gloves as he is aware that his touch can kill humans and started to help the Foundation as a proper doctor.

Even SCP-963 has no effect on Naruto, Rias and Kaguya that it was added on the list that Dr. Bright is not allowed to do in the Foundation and it took 343 to resurrect Dr. Bright.

There is a debate if SCP-001 can actually die since they have used various Safe, Euclid and Keter SCPs that either Naruto destroyed, killed, absorbed their anomalous properties by [REDACTED] or spared them since they showed potential to help the Foundation and in turn the world.

He was found during a raid where MTF Alpha-1 "Red Right Hand" found a baby Naruto after a massacre of 500 members of the Children of the Scarlet King cult killed by unknown means as they tried to bring the Scarlet King, unaware that they succeeded.

Naruto had a normal childhood until Dr. Bright did the most moronic thing ever as to leak on Naruto being the Scarlet King. It only lasted for two years even if Naruto was feared (which he likes) as he met his "sister" and Kaguya when he was three in his mindscape until the age of 13 when they used the Soul Extractor (SCP-158) to extract the two from him, after that, the machine won't work on him anymore.

After the capture of SCP-096 aka Hachishakusama or the Shy Gal in which Dr. Dan tried to use a young Naruto as a way to destroy 096 but the unexpected happened as Naruto's very presence calmed 096 down to the level that she regained most of her humanity and reasoning that she wanted to raise him that she developed feelings towards him due to being the first person to look at her face without going to her rage mode. After the 096-1-A incident which left 096 traumatized for eating a baby that the O5 Council demanded his death in the hands of 096 (who willingly accepted) as was replaced by Purah, Impa and her granddaughter Paya as head researchers of SCP-096 and other anomalies such as Abby (053), Anantashesha (3,000) and other humanoid and object anomalies as the three are a race of humanoid beings called Sheikah.

He briefly met the former Administrator while having lunch at the break room alone as the Administrator took Naruto's hamburger that Hachi (096) made for him.

However, the former Administrator notice the amazing feats of Naruto as he helped six of his seven brides give birth safely (1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7) by making them anomalous beings (thought they met their parents who kept the secret as their daughters now work for the Foundation as part of a special group ironically called the "Brides of the Scarlet Emperor".

He trained Naruto that even the Ethics Committee agreed with him as his final test that was given in collaboration of the Administrator and the Ethics Committee is by killing the O5 Council with help from the anomalies since it was because of them that they caused the Chaos Insurgency from being created (Naruto learned that from the Engineer herself), the SCP-008 pathogen due to seeing Victor (049) creating his zombies and the worst one was Project PNEUMA (Naruto reformed the Entity into SCP-9121 named Vidia the Shadow Girl because he sensed her and reasoned with her).

Even learned every information taught by Ms. J as he recognized Sanna as she forgave him since she was aware that he was manipulated since birth.

On the way, he still proved to the Foundation that he is not a threat to the world and the he accepted his darkness and merged with it that he made amends with Dr. Camille Anafabula (SCP-2747) who became a researcher after the retirement of Dr. Charles Gears (the oldest known researcher of the SCP Foundation) and with Vidia (SCP-9121) who was created by the Brothers Death for the purpose of making breaking the human souls' minds for easy reaping with no distractions and to spite the Scarlet King because they can.

The old one retired as Naruto became the new Administrator before the old one got a huge memory wipe about working for the Foundation as he died on his bed a week later due to old age.
