"We should split up for now. If you follow this path, you'll be at Riverwood. My sister Gerdur runs the mill. She should help if you tell her I sent you. Take care."
With that, he ran off. I waited until I was sure he was out of earshot. and then a little longer.
When I was sure I was alone, I mentally prepared myself.
"Tiid Klo Ul." I intoned, focusing intently on the meaning of the words.
The world obediently twisted to my whims,

Skill: Slow Time: LV. 01
A boy shouts, and the world ignores him. A man shouts, and the world watches. You shout, and Time kneeled.
The progress of time is slowed by 90% for 16 seconds when using 3 words of power. You can move at 70% your normal speed while time is slowed.

Title: A Memorable Man
You have proven you weren't just a man who's read a brief description of the world you've decided to live in, you are a man who knows secrets. By displaying that knowledge, you are now more likely to be remembered for your noteworthy deeds.
You have gained 2 INT and 5 WIS
I smiled. So, there was an advantage to his previous life beyond having a peculiar perspective and some insider knowledge. Though, there was something worth noting...
My Intelligence and Wisdom were increasing, which should make him think better and be able to apply judgement easier, but there was no noticeable difference in his mental faculties, and the statistics he started the game with didn't take any reference to how smart he was beforehand.
Assuming he was average, he'd be at least a 12 in intelligence assuming it was as basic as a DnD system, but it wasn't, so why werent his mental stats set to his actual level? It could only mean that the game could only affect how quickly he processed information and retained it, the physical components in mental acuity.
That meant, therefore, that at a high INT and WIS, he should be processing the information around him so fast that it was as though he was using the slow time shout as a baseline.
For making a deduction the system has not accounted for, your INT has risen by 10.
Perk added
Perk: Processing Speed LV. MAX
Your perception of time is accurate to the power of your mind. Higher INT and WIS increases the rate your mind processes information, therefore giving you heightened reflexes and time to think. This perk can be turned off in order to allow you to understand speech and conversation without needing to relearn it.
"Now we're getting somewhere." I muttered with a wry grin. "But what's some more? You know, if I really have a Gamer's body, and can't be chopped up, and it was so easy to change my race at the beginning, then clearly my body is just a physical connection to my spirit, and can be changed at will."

Gamer's Body: LV. MAX
You are the Gamer. While currently appearing as a Breton from the Elder Scrolls, your existence is not one defined by race, but by feats. You can freely shapeshift between any humanoid bipedal races, but it takes practice to maneuver unusual body parts. By choosing Breton originally, you have locked in your progression path for your first racial bonus. You may shapeshift into inhuman races at an increasing cost of Magicka, though the transformation does not revert unless you change back yourself.

New Message
(1) For displaying uncommon knowledge and logic, I will grant you a boon upon your answer to this question. What do you desire this power for? What is your end goal? Where do you see the end of your path?
I consider it seriously for several minutes.
"What I want...? I want to experience everything I can until I am satisfied... I want to be able to reach out and ensure that my view of the world is correct. The end of my path is either a dissatisfied satisfaction or an eager acceptance of my failure.
(2) You want to be wrong?
"I do. I want to see everything a living thing can experience, and learn that I'm not correct, and how."

Skill: Creation of All Things LV. 01
To create something from nothing is an ability of deities. What you have is the ability to create anything from just one thing, Magicka. Objects created by this ability are permanent, and cost rises with complexity, power, and size. Cost decreases with skill levels.
Creation of All Things has been reclassified from Ninjutsu/Ninshu into Conjuration magic.
Skill: Creation of All Things LV. 10
Introspective, and losing some of the persona I had been cultivating, I wandered off towards Riverwood, richer in ability, but lacking in spirit.
