Chapter 24

Getting Freya Back

Bakugo paced the hospital room. He was already dressed and ready to go. Recovery Girl had already come to heal him. They were waiting on Mr. Aizawa to get them. Kirishima watched his friend looked aggravated and annoyed.

"Your going to put a hole in the floor if you keep pacing like you are." Kirishima said.

"Shut up, Shitty Hair. I'm not in the mood to put up with you." Bakugo said.

"Calm down, man. Freya will be fine, and we'll get her back." Kirishima said. Bakugo didn't answer him. He knew they would get her back. Aizawa wasn't gonna leave his daughter in a mad man's hands.

The door opened and Aizawa stepped in. Bakugo and Kirishima turned to look at him.

"I got the location where to meet. We need to move now." Aizawa said.

"What's the assholes quirk?" Bakugo asked as they headed out of the hospital.

"He can sprout blades from his skin. He's a well-known assassin." Aizawa said.

"So he's the one that killed Freya's mother?" Kirishima asked. Aizawa felt anger flare through him.

"He did." Aizawa said. Bakugo and Kirishima share a look as they headed for the meeting place.

Freya stirred as she woke up from the tranquilizer. She felt woozy but shook her head as she woke up. She laid on cement floor and she discovered she wasn't tied up. The man must have thought that she wouldn't wake up quite yet. Freya sat up slowly and grabbed her head as the room seemed to spin. She looked around and discovered she was in a building. Freya's last memory was Bakugo getting a blade in his stomach.

'Please let him be alright.' Freya thought as she used the boxes for support as she walked. A voice was coming from one side of the boxes. Freya froze.

"The father is willing to trade places for the daughter. You'll get one of their quirks, All for One." Blade said.

"Good." The voice made Freya's blood run cold. It was sharp and sounded evil. "I would prefer the girl, but I wanted Aizawa's Quirk for a while." Freya knew she had to get out of there. Freya goes to move and nearly falls. Freya knocked over the boxes.

'Shit.' Freya thought as she heard a yell. Freya stumbled to get into a run to find the exit. Freya felt pain hit her in the back as a blade hit her shoulder. Freya grabbed it and pulled it out. She gritted her teeth in pain. She tossed it to the ground and tried to put up a forcefield, but something in the tranquilizer was stopping the forcefield from coming up as a blade hit her in the leg, making her fall. She pulled herself up as she felt blood sipping from the wounds. She pulled herself into the shadows.

"Your causing quite the problem little girl." Blade's voice said. Freya knew he was close.

'Damnit.' Freya thought.

"You are most prized possession that my Master wants your Quirk. He wanted your mothers and fathers, but I killed your mother before I could take her. He settle with you, but your father is willing to take your place instead." Blade said. Freya knew that wasn't going to happen. Her father was going to get her out before he was taken. "There you are." Freya nearly jumped when the man's face appeared in front of her. Freya kicked her foot out, hitting Blade where it hurt. He grunted in pain and Freya crawled away. She cried out in pain as a blade comes into her back, barely missing her spine. "You're a fighter just like your mother was. I like them when they fight..." The door exploded off the hinges and Freya recognized that explosion.

"Bakugo!" Freya cried out. A shadow comes and hits the man, knocking him to the ground.

"Freya." Bakugo said as he ran over. He gritted his teeth. Blades were in her back and she had blood coming out of her leg. Aizawa was pounding Blade's head into the cement.

"Bakugo. She's badly hurt." Kirishima said, kneeling next to her.

"I'm fine." Freya said. Kirishima grabs the blades and pulls them as Bakugo stormed towards the villain. He pulls the blades out. "SHIT! Warn me next time." Black spots appear in her vision. That wasn't a good sign. Aizawa stands up as Blade lays at his feet bloody.

"Bastard. I'm gonna kill you." Bakugo growled as explosions come from his hands. Freya felt blackness starting to come. Kirishima was trying to stop the bleeding and was able to, but it was soaking through the rags he had found. Aizawa grabbed Bakugo.

"Don't. Freya needs you more then you being stuck in jail. Get her out of here and let the police deal with her." Aizawa said. Bakugo stared at Aizawa as he put a handout to Blade. A blast hits Blade as Bakugo looked straight at Aizawa.

"One blast all I ask." Bakugo said. Then he walks over to Kirishima. Aizawa shook his head at the two as Bakugo picks Freya up, who was now out cold as Sirens fill the air.

"Get her to the ambulance and have them take her back to UA. Recovery Girl is waiting." Aizawa ordered as cops storm into the warehouse.

"Yes, sir." Kirishima and Bakugo said. They step out and Paramedics take Freya from Bakugo. Bakugo told them what Aizawa had said as they look her over on the stretcher.

"She has a weak pulse. Let's get her to UA. You two can ride with." The Paramedic said. Bakugo and Kirishima get into the ambulance as Freya was rolled into it. The door closed and the ambulance rolled away.
