Chapter 6: A Tender Bite (3/3)

In the middle of a poorly kept house that belonged to an unfortunate redhead girl. Stood two individuals about to engage in combat.

"Mind telling me who exactly sent you to kill me now?" The boy holding a katana asked.

"It doesn't really matter, I'm to fall here, you'll meet him soon enough." The teenager holding dual tonfas replied.

Both of them stood in front of one another on fighting stances, until a loud storm was heard by the two of them which both took as a sign to attack one another. Seiryu immediately delivered a horizontal slice at Gen'yūmaru, who blocked using the tonfas. But the moments that his blade connected with the strange metal tonfas, Seiryu felt a strange sensation, which resembled the attention of being shocked. That distracted the Senju heir enough for his opponent to push his blade away and swing the tonfa on his right hand, rightward into his face before he hit him in the stomach with the tip of the tonfa on his left hand, followed by a jumping spinning back kick into Seiryu's chest. Sending the white haired boy sliding backwards, but he was capable of keeping himself from falling into the floor.

What the hell! Seiryu immediately thought as he recovered from the blows he just received. Then he observed Gen'yūmaru's tonfas in order to understand the cause of that sensation he just felt. Only to notice a detail that he didn't pay attention to before, which was barely noticeable sparks surrounding the metal tonfas. It's definitely a Lightning Release technique. Lightning was one of Seiryu's natural affinities, but sadly, it was the one he had the least amount of knowledge of. So he cannot identify what kind of technique he's using. Lightning is my mother's natural affinity but she hardly ever made any use of it, and my father doesn't have much knowledge on it, so I'll have to find someone else to help me improve it. It was his last thought on the subject before he returned to battle.

Another loud thunder came and the two once again engaged in combat, but Seiryu was much more careful this time, performing feints to trick him, but while his blade didn't make contact with Gen'yūmaru's tonfas, neither did it with his body. Dammit, he's fast.It only took a single dodge of his blade for Seiryu to realize that Gen'yūmaru was faster than him. He is a Taijutsu specialist. He immediately identified it as Gen'yūmaru easily dodged his attacks, until one of his dodges was followed by him striking Seiryu's wrist with a mental tonfa, which caused him to drop his katana. Gen'yūmaru then followed by delivering a double strike with the tips of the tonfas into Seiryu's chest, causing him to slide back once again but fall into one of his knees due to the electric shock he received upon impact. Only for him to follow it with a kick to his face that caused him to fall on the floor.

Dammit! What the hell was I thinking? Seiryu cursed himself internally for being so careless in trying to fight a Taijutsu specialist at close-range. Honestly, Seiryu's Taijutsu wasn't that good, mainly because he doesn't really have a Taijutsu style. Making him more of a Brawler than anything, not that it was his fault, his mother taught him Taijutsu but there was a severe problem with her teachings. According to my father, although grandpa did teach her Taijutsu, mother always did whatever the hell she wanted in a fight. Which was basically abandoning all technique and just hitting as hard as she could, not that I can blame her considering that a single punch from her is enough to send most people into oblivion. Seiryu thought as he got up. Although mother is a styleless brawler, she's been in a lot of fights, so she has a lot of in-fighting experience to make up for her lack of finesse. He got into a fighting stance with a memory of his mother actually beating a Taijutsu Master with decades of experience by literally just punching him with her left arm until he fell over. Sadly, I lack that in-fighting experience, so I end up relying too much on my strength. He acknowledges his weakness in Taijutsu, but he plans on improving that later.

But right now, he had to focus on fighting his opponent. Gen'yūmaru was faster than him and those tonfas will cause damage upon any type of impact, so he has to maintain his distance. I was hoping to preserve my energy in case of having to do a drastic escape from this joke of a village, but I guess it won't be possible.

The punch that he gave me at the hospital was the hardest punch I ever took and that was when he was partially incapacitated by poison, he has his full strength, so I can't take unnecessary risks. Gen'yūmaru thought the Senju Heir was a very dangerous opponent. I'm clearly faster than him, so speed is my advantage.

As the two stared at one another, both calculated their next move. Which was initiated by Seyru, when he performed lighting speed hand-seals "Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu" With that, Seiryu expelled fire from his mouth, but he did not aim at Gen'yūmaru, instead, he aimed at the ceiling.

"What the-" Gen'yūmaru responded in deep surprise as the ceiling of the house was engulfed in fire. Which distracted him enough for Seiryu to reach inside one of the pouches on his utility belt and pull a handful of Senbon needles from it and launch them all at once, giving Gen'yūmaru a split second to react. Which he did by rolling to the right and lifting Karin's bed up in order to use it as a shield. It worked as all the needles got stuck at the solid under the mattress.

But Seiryu wasn't expecting to hit him, instead, he just wanted to use the distraction to recover his katana, which was laying on the floor behind the spot where Gen'yūmaru was standing. Once it was in his hands again, Seiryu simply put it back on the scabbard on his back as it was clear that it was useless against him.

Gen'yūmaru then pushed the bed down once again and charged at Seiryu. But the white haired boy delivered a hammer fist into the floor of the house before he got close enough. The impact of Seiryu's fist, caused the ceiling that was already weakened by the fire to collapse on top of the two. But Seiryu once again performed hand seals at a lighting speed. "Water Release: Water Shield" And launched a ball of water out of his mouth right above which turned into a shield capable of keeping the collapsing ceiling from falling on him.

Gen'yūmaru, however, didn't have the same luck and the ceiling collapsed on top of him.

Once it collapsed completely, Seiryu jumped through the water shield and jumped away from the destroyed house. Wait for it... He had the right thought as it didn't take long for Gen'yūmaru to emerge from the rubble and jump away from it. Standing in front of the now collapsed house, both prepared to battle once again while being soaked by the rain, but Gen'yūmaru had visible cuts and bruises from what just happened.

This kid is very good, his skills are exceptionally sharp. Gen'yūmaru was impressed by the Senju heir. I have to get creative too.

Normally, I would be glad to be under rain, because I would have the advantage with my superior Water Affinity. But Water is weak against Lightning. He thought as he calculated his next move. I need my distance and attack him from long-range. Seiryu then decided to use something that he hasn't trained with in a while. He reached for the kunai holster that he had on his leg. Most people honestly see me having one as pointless considering that I could easily store a kunai in one of the many pouches on my utility belt. But many people don't understand that he keeps a very special kunai there.

What is that? Gen'yūmaru thought as he saw the Senju Heir pulling out a strange looking kunai from his leg strap.

The kunai had the shape of a spear head, with the symbol of the Senju Clan engraved on it. Holding the kunai in a reverse grip on his left hand, he prepared to engage.

What does he expect to do with that? Gen'yūmaru thought in confusion as he doubts that he will have more success against him with a kunai.

Come on... Just like I practiced...I just need an opening. Seiryu thought as he was about to engage with his assassin.

The Senju heir did by foolishly launching his kunai at Gen'yūmaru, who despite his confusion, easily evaded the kunai by moving his head to the right. What? He thought in confusion. What does h-AAAH! While he was asking himself, what was that about, Gen'yūmaru felt a pain on his cheek, which was due to a cut caused by the kunai that Seiryu tossed at him. A kunai that came back to the boy's hand. "WHAT?!" He was in deep confusion as blood started to come out of the cut on his cheek.

Unknowingly to Gen'yūmaru, that kunai was actually a special kunai that Seiryu possessed. One of its special properties was what Seiryu just did.

Upon looking closely, there was something on the ring in the bottom of the kunai, it looked like a strange rope of chakra tied to the blade. What? Gen'yūmaru thought as he saw the strange rope made of chakra that was on his hands.

The string was actually a modification of the Chakra Threads, a common technique used by the puppeteers to control their puppets, but instead of controlling a puppet, Seiryu is able to control the kunai. Though only partially, in a similar fashion to a rope dart. It requires a lot of attention and concentration to maintain the rope of chakra and lots of chakra control, which Seiryu luckily had in abundance.

Seiryu starts to spin the kunai around using the chakra rope as he watches his opponent prepare himself for the upcoming attack.

It looks like a Rope Dart, but clearly more dangerous. Gen'yūmaru thought as he prepared to evade the next attack. I need to evade the attack and then charge at him. He thought as his opponents performed fancy maneuvers using the strange kunai.

Seiryu then jumps and spins in the air, swings the kunai at him in a leftward motion, which Gen'yūmaru easily evades by rolling on the ground, only for Seiryu to easily change direction by moving the kunai the other way. Gen'yūmaru was foolish enough to try to block the blade with his tonfa, rather than evade it. He found out it was foolish once the blade made contact.

What the?! Once the kunai connected to his tonfa, Gen'yūmaru was sent towards a nearby tree, which he passed through causing the tree to collapse into place. "Aahh!" He grunted in pain as he forced himself to stand up. It felt like I was being hit by a train! Gen'yūmaru thought the impact of the kunai was unbelievable.

"Before you ask, the kunai is very heavy." Before Gen'yūmaru could react, the white haired boy appeared beside him and stabbed him on his left leg.

"AAAAAHHHHHHHH!" Gen'yūmaru immediately fell to one knee as he felt the pain of the stab. He tried to fight back by hitting Seiryu with the tonfa on his left arm, but the boy countered his attack by delivering a punch on his extended elbow with his right fist, which completely broke his elbow and caused it to bend in a way that an elbow isn't supposed to. "AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!" Gen'yūmaru couldn't help but scream as he felt an intense pain. Sadly for him, the Senju heir decided to continue by grabbing his bicep with his left hand, pulling it with considerable strength and delivering a downward elbow into his shoulder. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Breaking it upon impact.

Senju Seiryu then moved in order to stand in front of Gen'yūmaru in order to ask him. "Who exactly sent you?" He asked calmly.

Gen'yūmaru was on his knees, only keeping himself from falling down with his right arm. Dammit! This kid is very tough, skilled and unpredictable. It was his opinion on the Senju heir. Taking a deep breath, he spoke . "You certainly live up to your clan's reputation." He praised the Senju heir.

"Not yet, but I'm working on it." Seiryu told him. "Your Taijutsu skills and Lightning Release were certainly impressive, but you failed to expect the unexpected."

Gen'yūmaru chuckled in response, as it was a little funny. "Expect the unexpected? I don't think anyone expected you to have a kunai like that." He commented.

"It's just a very heavy kunai, the chakra rope can be used with any kunai." He explained. "I simply made a small modification on the Chakra Threads, a common technique used by the puppeteer's to control their puppets." Seiryu actually saw someone using a puppet during one of his trips with his father. What called his attention was the chakra threads that he used to control the puppet, making him wonder if he could use them in other ways. It took a lot of trial and error but he managed to find another use for them, basically being able to create a chakra rope, which is basically a more potent version of the threads.

"Mmm," Gen'yūmaru made a sound as he heard the boy's explanation. "It doesn't matter, just get it over with, I ain't saying a thing." They told me that they would spare my people if I die, but they would not be freed, pity, but it's better than nothing. He found comfort in that. "AHH!"

Seiryu pulled the kunai off of him and cleaned it with the rain water, before he placed it back inside his leg strap. "As you wish..." Seiryu then extended his hand forward and decided to do something. Which was from the Rasengan. I still didn't get the hang of it but let's check the amount of damage that it can infl- Suddenly, Seiryu noticed that the spinning ball of chakra was perfectly formed on the palm of his hands. What? How? He asked himself as he literally didn't do anything different from before. It doesn't feel different from the unstable ones that I created earlier. He couldn't help but observe that detail.

"Where did he go?!"

"I'm afraid we lost him."

"Idiots, find him right now!"

"Yes, Zōsui."

Unfortunately, while Jiraiya was investigating the trace left by the individual named Gen'yūmaru. The Toad Sage ended up getting ambushed by the Shinobi of Kusagakure, led by a man named Zōsui. He was forced to make an abrupt escape, he managed to use the Toad Oil Bullet to trap them into place temporarily in order to give himself enough time to escape. It didn't catch some of them, so Jiraiya had to take cover as he was trying to avoid combat at all cost. I have to find the brat and get the hell out of here. He thought as he hid in a corner as the Shinobi passed through. The loud thunder coming from the sky indicated that the rain won't cease for a while longer, so they'll have to make their way home through this big storm. Jiraiya let out a smile because the heavy rain, kind of reminded of the day Hanzō dubbed him, Tsunade and Orochimaru as Konoha's Legendary Sannin. Can't believe it was that long ago... Minato was still alive and I didn't even dream about Seiryu being born... He let out a nostalgic smile... Before it turned into a deep sad face that was followed by him bashing his head on the wall next to him multiple times as he had done thousands of times before. "WHY CAN'T I REMEMBER THE NIGHT THE BRAT WAS CONCEIVED, DAMMIT!" Jiraiya has to admit that, not remembering the night that he finally partake in the fruits of Tsunade's heavenly bosoms was the worst type of punishment that could ever be inflicted on him. Part of him kind of wished that Tsunade was mistaking it as it would make the whole thing just wishful thinking for him, but Seiryu is the proof that it did happen, which makes his lack of memory about it nearly unbearable. Even twelve-years later, he was still trying desperately to remember.

After sighing, Jiraiya decided to check if the coast was clear. Luckily, the Shinobi of Kusagakure were out of sight. So he took the opportunity to quickly climb into the roof of one of the houses in front of him and quickly jump through roof to roof in order to make his way back to the inn that Seiryu and him were staying in. Not that Jiraiya was worried as he was confident that they could handle the village's shinobi, he would actually prefer not to cause problems for Hiruzen, as he would probably be forced to invent a reason to why there was a Genin of Konohagakure in their village, as Jiraiya could just easily pass as a hermit as he always did, but they were still trying to avoid the revelation of Seiryu's identity as the secret heir of the Senju Clan for a long as they could .

Jumping between the roofs, he eventually arrived at the inn where they were staying. Immediately, rushing inside completely ignoring the person in the front desk trying to tell him something, but once he arrived at the room that he and Seiryu were staying in, he was greeted by a surprise. Upon entering the room, Jiraiya immediately caught the sight of someone inside the room, a girl sitting on top of the bed Seiryu used, hugging her knees and looking at him frightened.

This must be the girl that Seiryu spoke about. Jiraiya thought. Damn, the Uzumaki red hair is almost identical to Kushina's.

"Umm... Are you... Seiryu's father?" She asked him with uncertainty. Seiryu did say that his father had white hair like him and that he gives a pervert vibe, which this old man kind of does.

Jiraiya smiled and gave her a thumbs up. "As a matter of fact, I am."

"Oh, great!" Karin immediately stood up from the bed and approached him. "Listen, Seiryu and I were in my house and when we were about to leave, this guy appeared and Seiryu stayed there to fight him." She explained to the older man in hopes of him helping Seiryu.

Oh, no... Does that mean- Before Jiraiya could finish that thought, someone opened the door.

"Sorry for keeping you waiting." Luckily, it was Seiryu, covered in bruises and soaked with rain water.

"A-are you okay?!" Karin approached him in concern once she saw the bruise on his face.

"Well... The other guy is worse, trust me." Seiryu informed her while attempting to make one of his father's poses.

Not quite there yet, but he's getting the hang of it. Jiraiya couldn't help but think that as he sees his son attempting one of his signature poses.

Seiryu then turned Karin around to face his father and wrapped his arm around her shoulder. "Karin, this is my dad, Jiraiya." He introduced her to him. "Father, this is Uzumaki Karin, the very unfortunate girl that this village has been exploiting for their own gain that I told you about." He introduced her to him while bluntly confirming his suspicion to him, and Karin responded by looking down sadly. "And my distant cousin." He decided to add that detail which caused her to give a weak smile.

I'm not even going to argue with that, with the little information we actually have about the clan, it might as well be the case. "Good to meet you, Karin." Jiraiya told her with a wave.

"Likewise, sir." She awkwardly waved back.

"Sorry for making this a little abrupt but... we have a problem." Jiraiya decided to get serious.

"What kind of problem?" Seiryu asked as he removed his arm from Karin's shoulder.

"It turns out that the Village noticed the two of us snooping around and are now after us, we got out of here, right now." Jiraiya told him as he went to retrieve some of the stuff that he left in the room.

"Dammit." Seiryu also moved to retrieve some of his things and place them on his utility belt and pockets.

Karin just stood there awkwardly as she waited for them to be done with their gathering. Making her actually regret not bringing anything from her house, but she didn't have much to begin with, so there was no big loss there. She simply stays there observing the duo as they quickly gather their belongings to go. As they did, Karin wondered what this new village that she was going to was like. Just hoping that it's a much more pleasant place to live in.

Seiryu then approached Karin. "Umm... Sorry but I kind of set your house on fire." He informed her in an apologetic tone.

She just stared at him with her crimson eyes. Ummm... I'm not really going to be living there anymore anyway. "It's okay..." Then she stared at her supposed cousin and couldn't help but notice the bruise on his face. Dammit, who was the bastard that did that on his perfect face! She thought angrily as that bruise looked completely out of place. "Does it hurt?" Karin touched Seiryu's bruised cheek as she asked.

Seiryu held her hand as she did. "Not really, but your gentle touch is more than welcome."

Karin smiled after hearing that.

Hahahaha! That was a smooth brat. Jiraiya thought proudly as he saw his son using the natural charisma that he inherited from him on the red head girl.

Sadly, Seiryu and Karin's little moment was interrupted by someone kicking the door open. With Karin turning around and immediately recognizing some of the people on the other side of the door frame. Which turned out to be some of the Shinobi that she has healed before.

Seiryu and Jiraiya were already prepared to fight, as there were five Shinobi of Kusagakure at the other side of the door.

"What the hell?!" One of them said once saw Karin there. "What are you doing here?!"

Seiryu immediately grabbed Karin's arm and gently pulled her to stand behind him before he responded for her. "She's just waiting for us to finish packing so we can take her to her new home."

""Her new home", hah!" The Shinobi of Kusagakure laughed. "She ain't going nowhere, you brat." He spoke smugly at the Senju Heir. "You girl, take your sad face to the hospital, Zōsui will deal with you later." He ordered Karin.

"Her name is Karin and the only ones going to a hospital here are you and your friends." Seiryu warned them as his patience with this joke of a village was at his limit. "But, if all prefer to go to the morgue like you bastards did with her poor mother, I'll gladly send you all there instead."

Karin only looked down sadly at what Seiryu said as it brought back the memory of her mother's corpse.

The five Shinobi of Kusagakure simply laughed at what the Senju Heir just said, with Jiraiya simply finishing the gathering of his belongings as he waited for one of them to actually learn the hard way that they messed with the wrong brat.

"I had enough of this," One of the Shinobi with a shaved head spoke as he passed through the door frame. "You stupid brat can't possibl-AAAH!" He tried to approached Seiryu, only for the white haired boy to deliver a very powerful cross at his manhood. The Shinobi fell on the floor immediately vomiting as he hit the floor.

"What the?!" Another Shinobi passed through the door frame and tried to attack Seiryu, who simply delivered a powerful haymaker to his face as he got close enough. The haymaker sent him flying into the wall, passed the door frame and collided with it.

Before the three remaining Shinobi could recover from their shock. Seiryu passed through the door frame and knocked the three out by punching them in the face hard.

"Wow..." It was Karin's immediate response as she sees the white haired boy easily beat up the five Shinobi.

"Believe it or not, his mother actually hits much harder than that." Jiraiya informed as he finished gathering his belongings. "Come on, we gotta get out of here." He told her, as gently pushed her towards the door.

Once she passed through the door frame, Seiryu immediately grabbed her hand as his father led the way as there were probably more of them around. As they passed through the doors of the other rooms that in order to get to the exit, Seiryu just wondered if they'll be able to find another inn on the road or something and maybe stay there until the rain stops as he doesn't really want nor think they should walk all the way back to the Village.

Once they arrived at the main entrance, they realized that the front desk was empty. Which could not be a good sign.

"They're right outside..." Karin told them.

Jiraiya and Seiryu looked at her after hearing that. "How do you know?" Seiryu asked her.

"Besides healing through bites, I can...I can also see people's chakras." She revealed it to him. "I can see it through the wall."

"How many?" Jiraiya asked. The brat and I will have to discover more about this girl's capabilities later. He thought as this girl had some unique abilities.

"A lot of them..." Karin spoke in a fearful voice.

Ironically neither father nor son seemed bothered by the information, Seiryu simply looked at his father and asked. "Should I handle this or would you like the honors?"

"Nah, do whatever you want." Jiraiya waved off lazily at Seiryu's question.

"Alright." Seiryu spoke before turning his head to face Karin. "Do you trust me?" He asked her as he squeezed her hand gently.

"Umm..." Do I...? I mean, he is nice and all, and he's been nothing but polite with me? Despite going so far, part of Karin was still a little doubtful about all of this as all just seemed too good to be true. As she looks at the people standing outside, part of her had an urge to surrender and just give up before things got worse. But... Karin just kept on looking at Seiryu's chakra and it just made her feel like she could trust him for some reason. And if Seiryu was right, they were indeed cousins. The more she thought about it, flashes of every single bite she ever received passed through her mind as she considered. "Yes." And that was enough for her to make up her mind. Wherever he takes me, it cannot possibly be worse than this place.

"Good, because from now on, you're a member of my family." He announced it to her with a big smile. "Alright, cousin?"

Hearing that , made Karin widen her eyes in response. But she immediately responded with. "Alright..." I actually want to be his cousin. Karin really missed having a family.

"Sorry to interrupt this beautiful scene, but we really need to go before they manage to gather all of their forces." Jiraiya told his son as he stood in front of the door.

"If they do that, just summon one of the toads." Seiryu pointed out the obvious. "Speaking of which, when are you gonna let me finally sign the summoning contract?"

"Maybe the next time I pass through the village." Jiraiya told him. "Though, your mother actually wants you to wait a little more."

"Wait for what? I'll take either the Slug or the Toad contract, or both if that's allowed." Seiryu spoke.

Karin just stood there clueless about what exactly they were talking about.

"You'll have to get permission to sign two contracts at once, but we'll discuss the possibility next time you, your mother and I are together." Jiraiya told him.

"Maybe you'll finally convince her to give you the details about the night I was conceived." Seiryu pointed out with a smirk.

Jiraiya immediately looked down sadly as this was the type of subject that made him depressed. Which always made Seiryu chuckle as his father genuinely believes that his mother actually remembers that night. In reality, she always thanks every single existing divine entity for her lack of memory about it, while thanking them for not letting Seiryu look like Jiraiya. Despite the fact that he inherited both his hair color and eye color.

After a little laughter at his father's expense, Seiryu finally decided to open the front door but before he did. "Stay close, okay?" He told Karin.

"Okay..." The nervous girl replied while nodding.

With that, the white haired boy opened the red door. Only to be greeted by the sight of a considerable number of Shinobi surrounding them. He could see them on the street, on the roof of some of the houses and even some hiding in secluded spots. The rain kept on going strongly with the loud thunder coming from the sky. Everyone stood there, unmoving, just waiting for something to happen.

That something came in the form of a man stepping forward and standing in the middle, right in between the Shinobi of Kusagakure and Seiryu, Jiraiya and Karin. "It seems we entered in a bit of impasse." The man spoke to them.

Karin touched Seiryu's shoulder and whispered in his ear. "That's Zōsui." She informed him.

Upon hearing that, a frown immediately appeared on Seiryu's face. As that man was the one responsible for the death of Karin's mother and the one who made Karin take on her duties despite her mother's wishes. "There is no impasse here, tell them to walk away and get your ugly face out of my sight or you'll see how much that fancy looking hospital of yours can actually handle your injured without her around." That was the only thing he had to say for that man.

The man chuckled in response to Seiryu's threat. "Listen boy, enough of this game." He folded his arms. "Karin, go to the hospital, a group returned from a mission and is in need of healing, I'll discuss this pathetic stunt of yours later." He told Karin in an apprehensive and threatening matter, that actually made Seiryu completely angry. "And the two of you, come quietly or I'll have you two brought in by force."

Seiryu had enough of this, he didn't even bother to respond to Zōsui's threat. What he did instead, was take five steps forward, which was still five steps away from Zōsui. "Shadow Clone Jutsu" Then he created four shadow clones of himself, two of each standing at each side of him.

Zōsui just stood there unimpressed as the fool didn't know what was about to happen.

What is he doing? Karin asked herself as she watched.

Oh boy..., I think I know what he's about to do. Jiraiya could tell.

Seiryu and his clones all made the Elemental Hand Seal of Water Release, which is a flat hand with all fingers extended except the index finger, which is put under the thumb. "Should have listened." He informed him.

Stupid kid, I'm a fully trained Jo- Before Zōsui could finish that thought. Seiryu launched his attack.

"Water Style: Tri-Water Dragon Jutsu." To the shock of every single Shinobi of Kusagakure that were scattered around the area. The Senju Heir almost instantly delivered an exceptionally complex Water Style Jutsu, which conjured fifteen giant water dragons that were formed from the rain water by him and each of his shadow clones. Everyone around widened their eyes in complete shock, everyone but Jiraiya, who already expected him to do that. This brat became so enamored with the story of Senju Tobirama actually conjuring a hundred water dragons that he became obsessed with being capable of doing the same due to their shared Water Affinities.

"Woah!" It was Karin's reaction to what her possible cousin just did. He's way stronger than I thought. She was already sure of that when he easily defeated those five guys earlier but she did not expect him to be able to do that.

Wasting no time and sending all of the water dragons towards every single Shinobi scattered around the area, except for Zōsui. All of them immediately made very futile attempts to escape the water dragons, but none of them was fast enough and the water dragons crashed through them in a frightening speed that all that could be heard were the screams of the Shinobi of Kusagakure, as they all got mauled by Seiryu's attack.

Karin and Jiraiya only stood there and watched Seiryu's amazing display of Water Release.

Jiraiya simply stood there waiting it to be over while observing his son's single handedly dealing with what appears the be all of what Kusagakure has to offer, though Jiraiya can't exactly say that he feels sorry for them, as he can see some of the bite marks on the poor girl that they have been exploiting. I guess they did that to her mother until she died from it and are now doing it with her too. The Toad Sage did hear his son saying that they sent Karin's mother to the morgue, which basically means that they killed her, and he was certain that it was from the whole, "biting to heal" thing.

Karin on the other hand, is actually enjoying what Seiryu is doing with them, as she actually recognizes most of the people getting mauled by Seiryu's water dragons, people that Karin was forced to heal against her will on multiple occasions. There were times when she was guilt-tripped into healing them and made feel like she was in the wrong for not helping. And after all of that, she was still treated like an outsider despite every single person she saved. Is it wrong that I'm enjoying this? She asked herself with a bit of shame.

After practically mauling each and every single Shinobi of Kusagakure that was in the area, the water dragons dispelled into regular water and fell on the ground, mixing with the rain water. Zōsui, who was paralyzed on the exact same spot that he was, only moved his head around to see every single one of the Shinobi that were accompanying him, scattered around the area completely unmoving. Moving his head slowly to stare at the white haired boy, who was now standing in front of him by himself after dispelling his shadow clones. Zōsui was shaking at the sight of him and would be sweating profusely if they weren't under very cold rain water.

Seiryu just smiled at the high-ranking Shinobi from Kusagakure. "Don't think I'm sparing you," He spoke in a very menacing voice that frightened the man much more. "I just wanted to actually test something and someone as despicable as you is the perfect target." He extended his hand forward while staring at the man with pure and raw hostility. Before he actually conjured the Rasengan right in front of him. The truth was, he didn't really use it on Gen'yūmaru as he collapsed while Seiryu was trying to understand what he did differently, so the Senju Heir just left his assassin there. So he was still curious to see the amount of damage he could cause with it, and he found the perfect target for it.

Zōsui, who was still paralyzed only stared at the ball of chakra on the boy's hand, but was too frightened to even move after seeing what he did with all the others. Suddenly, he noticed that right behind him was Karin, staring at him with a stare of pure hatred.

The hate was the result of the memory of Zōsui actually dragging her away from her mother's corpse and then forcing her to be bitten more than a hundred times only minutes afterwards. She may have felt ashamed for enjoying what Seiryu did with the other Shinobi, but she certainly doesn't feel ashamed for enjoying what he was going to do with him.

The brat actually did it. Jiraiya didn't really care about what was about to happen to that guy, he was much more interested in the Rasengan that his son was able to make.

"W-wa-AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Zōsui attempted a very futile attempt to argue with Seiryu, but was immediately shut by the white haired boy delivering the Rasengan into his stomach, which grinded into its target and propelled him along the trajectory of the attack which sent him away from the Seiryu and into the house behind him which made him pass through the house with an unbelievable force until he collided with another building that was on the other side, when he did, it bursted, causing severe damage into Zōsui.

Wow. It was Seiryu's reaction to the potency of the Rasengan. And this is an incomplete jutsu? Suddenly, he received a slap on the back.

"You did it!" Jiraiya spoke to him.

"Yeah, but I don't really know how," Seiryu decided to ask. "Earlier, it would come out pretty unstable, but then I tried to do it earlier and it came out perfectly and I don't really know what exactly I did differently." He expressed his confusion to his father in hopes of getting an explanation.

"It doesn't really matter, the important thing is that you actually got it right." Jiraiya reassured him but Seiryu wasn't satisfied.

"But, what if it starts to come out unstable again?" Seiryu asked him. "I would like to know what I did differently just in case."

"Well, maybe concentrate a little more or maybe you actually took the time to let it form." Jiraiya presented his theory.

As father and son discussed what Seiryu did differently in order to make the Rasengan correctly. Karin decided to slowly approach the hole that was caused by Seiryu's attack and passed through and through the next until she arrived at the other side of the house, where she saw a very damaged wall, with a fallen Zōsui right in front of it. The redhead girl approached him slowly in order to take a good look at him, only to catch a glimpse of a barely conscious Zōsui that was covered in blood and bruises, probably from the impact that he had to endure. The high-ranking Shinobi from Kusagakure could barely move, but he moved his head to look at Karin, who was right next to him. But even in this position of pain and complete misery, he just couldn't let go of a futile attempt of saving himself. He attempted to roll around in order to crawl towards Karin, who barely moved as he did, and after a major struggle to just get near the girl that was embarrassingly close to him. But once he got close enough, he tried to grab Karin's ankle in an attempt to bite her to heal himself.

But by doing that, he managed to awaken something in Karin. A fury, an almost uncontrollable fury that she never felt before. As he tried to approach his teeth towards her leg, the redhead girl pulled her ankle off his hand and kicked his face as hard as she could. The kick hit his mouth, which ended up knocking some of his teeth due to how hard it was. But then, the furious Karin mounted Zōsui and without any type of restrain or control, started to punch his face as hard as she could with both of her fists. As she remembers the last time she saw her mother before she went away with Zōsui to that cursed hospital. "YOU BASTARD!" She screamed at him as tears fell from her eyes at each punch. "HOW MANY BITES DID YOU FORCE HER TO GO THROUGH BEFORE SHE DIED!?" It wasn't a question, but she knew that it must have been many as she couldn't see a single clean spot on her mother's body the last time she saw her. "HOW MANY!?" Karin's fists were getting bruised at each punch but she didn't care. "HOW MANY!?" She kept asking him without expecting an answer. "How many..." Her punches started to lose strength and the tears in her eyes were getting uncontrollable, but it was completely unnoticeable because of the rain. Until she finally stopped and just looked at Zōsui's bloody face while crying.

But as she did, she heard steps coming from her side. Moving her head, she saw Seiryu standing there, looking at her with a sad face. He immediately kneeled down and touched her shoulder affectionately. Karin's only response was to launch herself at him and wrap her arms around his shoulders into a very tight hug and cry even harder on his shoulders.

Jiraiya only stood there, watching the two with his arms crossed. Despite this mess... You did good, brat. He thought as he watched his son comfort the poor girl.

"Wait, there's something I need to do first."

After Karin cried for a bit on Seiryu's shoulders, the trio finally decided to move out of the Village Hidden in the Grass. But while they were on their way to go, Seiryu informed them that he had to do something before moving out of the village. Which confused both his father and Karin. But they were unable to stop him before he ran into the opposite direction.

"What the hell is this brat doing?" Jiraiya asked himself but Karin thought he was speaking to her.

"Maybe he went to use the toilet?" She suggested.

"Couldn't he just hold on a bit longer, I'm sure we could find a bathroom, preferably away from a village filled with hostile people." Jiraiya spoke as he waits for his son to return.

"Yes, I agree with you." Karin agreed since she couldn't wait to be away from there.

Almost twenty minutes passed by, until Seiryu finally returned to them. "Sorry for keeping you waiting."

"You better be, more of them could be coming after us at any second." Jiraiya scolded him. "Where did you go anyway?"

"Well..." He made an embarrassed smile before reaching on one of the pouches of his utility belt and pulled out something. Then moved towards Karin and gave it to her.

Karin widened her eyes once she saw what it was. It was a photograph of her mother, precisely one that was taken of her on the day she and Karin arrived at that village. "H-how did you-" She was about to ask how he found it, but Seiryu responded first.

"I remembered seeing it inside one of the files when I was investigating the hospital's files to discover... their method of healing their patients." Which turned out to be Karin. "I thought you should have it, but to be honest I was honestly thinking that I-" Seiryu was about to say, that he was afraid that he actually destroyed when he set the room where the files were kept on fire, but luckily, it was one of the few files that were intact. But before he could say it, Karin launched herself at him a second time.

"Thank you, cousin!" Karin immediately yelled in pure happiness as she had no idea that there was still a photo of her around. Yes! Yes! Yes! Seiryu is my cousin and that's final."I love you!" She told him in pure joy.

Seiryu was a little embarrassed after hearing that, but he immediately returned the hug and said. "I love you too." From now on, Uzumaki Karin is my cousin.

Jiraiya only laughed a bit at the very cute scene that the two were making but he had to put an end to it. "Once more, sorry for ruining this beautiful scene, but it's raining and we giving this village too much of a chance for a retaliation."

"Yeah, you're right." Seiryu spoke while still embracing Karin. "There's also the fact that I-"

Suddenly and out of nowhere, a very loud explosion was heard by the trio. Only for Jiraiya and Karin to move their head to the direction of it, and realized that the explosion came from the hospital. Where Seiryu just came from.

...

...

...

...

"Brat...?" Jiraiya spoke with a very large sweat drop on his head.

"Yes, dad?" Seiryu asked while looking away embarrassed with Karin still holding him tightly.

"Why...?" He already knows that it was him.

"That hospital came at Karin's expense, so..." Seiryu informed him. "Don't worry, it was empty..."

A very high number of village were starting to come out of their houses to see what caused that explosion.

"Move out, slowly..." Jiraiya spoke as he grabbed the two cousins and pushed them towards the exit of the village in an exceptionally unsubtle matter.

Thanks everyone for reading my story, your support means everything for me.

Been meaning to say when Tsunade becomes Hokage can Seiryu have a moment with her when he tells her don't go the way of all the previous Hokage and die for the sake of the village pointing out that literally every Hokage has gone and got themselves killed in battle

By the way since there won't be a timeskip when it comes to Seiryu learning from the Jonin to be perfectly honest aside from Kakashi and Guy I don't see any of the other notable Jonin having anything worth while to teach Seiyru especially since he's already learnt under his father and let's be frank by the time what would have been the timeskip Seiryu will be stronger than pretty much everyone in the village bar his parents

Like with Kurenai alright neat he learns some Genjustsu off her lovely but that can be done in the background frankly and Asuma yeah pretty much a discount Kakashi anything he could teach Kakashi likely could

Also hope Kakashi in this is actually worth a dam as a teacher don't get me wrong love him but you can count the amount of things he taught Naruto on one hand and one of those things was just bloody teamwork haha

At that point Seiryu might be better served polishing his skills under Tsunade as with the years Jiraiya has had to teach him and again being a much better teacher in this story than he arguably was in canon bar Kakashi and Guy don't really see any of the other Jonin having anything to teach Seiryu

Random point but I hope by part 2 while still living in what has to be the large Senju compound I hope Seiryu has essentially a mansion of his own on the estate

A mansion that he pretty much shares with Hinata, Hanabi, Ino, Sakura etc and that Temari stays there when she's in town etc

It won't really be necessary.

Don't underestimate Asuma, he has some really interesting techniques (Like the Thousand-Armed Murder.)

Of that I agree with you, Kakashi was the worst Jonin sensei of the four.

They are especialized in some aspects which makes them somewhat better teachers. (Like Guy with Taijutsu, Kakashi with something like Lighting Release, etc.)

The Compound was burned down, and many suspect that it was the Uchiha Clan's doing.

During the exam you have duplicate text

Great beginning

Sorry about that.

WAIT!

"Seiyru would never forgive himself for chasing after his uncle Minato's wife. He would shamelessly chase after his daughter if he had one though."

Are foreshadowing the possibility of Fem/Naruto joining the harem?

Maybe...

So glad we got Seiryu finding out what the deal with Karin was and that him being the one to bite her is something Karin is completely fine with

Enjoyed Seiryu crushing all the bones on that guys hand to and bless Karin for where her mind immediately went to after Seiryu said he wanted to visit her

Now I liked how in the talk with Jiraiya when the fact that people in the Grass are likely to suffer after he takes Karin away Seiryu for one didn't care that much and had a perfect counter argument already

On a less serious note really though we'd have to wait longer till girls where stripping down in front of Seiryu haha

But seriously liked the scene with Seiryu getting Karin's full story and the sheer rage this caused in him but it was great also getting him offering Karin the chance to come back to the leaf with him and how happy she was about this

Okay I think there shouldn't really be a "fight" with Gen next chapter with the state he's in Seiryu should kill him fairly quickly like with a solid punch

Then it can be Karin packs anything she wants to bring along then Seiryu levels everything between them and getting the hell out of the Grass village

Hm alright Seiryu taking the curse mark and making it his own could be interesting

Seeing either Tsunade or Jiraiya help Hiruzen in his fight with Orochimaru would be awesome even more awesome if say Tsunade killed Orochimaru there and then

Okay fingers crossed for the Boiler Toad and actually with the Toads can they address Seiryu as either Boss or Young Master and this is regardless of their size haha

With getting the mists seven ninja swords all melded into his Katana exactly like what Xenovia did with all the Excalibur fragments and Durrandal in DxD Hm not sure what to think of that I mean id question if Tenten's dad would be even able to do that in the first place especially with such unique blades… okay I know one is literally just a sword with a hammer tied to it but thinking more the likes of Hiramekarei and Samehada I get her dad is a good smith and all but to be able to do something like that not to sure about that

In particular not sure if something like Samehada could be reforged into something haha

I mean he could keep them sealed and then summon which ever one he wants and he could keep them all in one seal still cool to learn he'll eventually take the Samehada from Kisame and the Hiramekarei from Chojuro

Seiyru is gentle, unlike the other who bite like Zombies.

Karin is a bit of a pervert, remember?

The village basically exploits her for their own benefit, and it pisses Seiyru off.

He would enjoy that...

The only reason to why she hasn't run away from there yet, is because she had nowhere to go and they woudn't let her leave.

Don't underestimate Gen, he was picked as Orochimaru's host for a reason.

She doesn't really have much to pack and Seiyru can easily buy her new stuff if she wants {Jiraiya's Icha Icha Books sell very well and Tsunade's gambling is more successful with Seiyru around, so he has lot of cash to spare.}

Let's just say that, Seiyru teams up with a former student of certain snake to do it.

Or both, I mean, why wouldn't they show up to watch their son compete in the exam.

Maybe...

That would be awesome.

Explanation: Ten Ten's father was actually the disciple of a smith that happened to be the one that forged the Seven Swords, so it is possible.

Good story I really enjoy seeing this I don't think there's enough senju stories. SI or oc always seems to be a freaking Uchiha. I feel bad for him it got it suck to be in the same team as Kakashi and Sasuke. My personal opinion two of the shittiest characters in Naruto. I just hope that he doesn't allow Sasuke to feel like he's so great also doesn't go out of his way to help Sasuke. My hope is that he has a indifferent attitude towards Sasuke if he doesn't dislike him. I mean one of the things that he says that he doesn't like his people who think that they're better than others and traders two and one.

Yup...

no narutoo!

For now at least.

This team formation has zero logic.

The council altered the results because of Seiyru's presence, I thought I made that part clear. (Hinata's grandfather got her on the team through a favor from the other elders and Sasuke through Danzo's manipulation.}

I recently made an account on after watching all 700 episodes of Naruto and immediately fell in love with you're fanfiction. I noticed in an earlier passage that you're co-righters quit and wondered if you wanted a new and experienced co-righter. When I say experienced I mean that my mom is an English teacher and English was my best subject in school. I am also practically flawless at grammar and punctuation, as well as a bit of a perfectionist. Anytime you want to contact me my discord tag is (ConnorCrimson#2313). I am also guessing that you either didn't read the websites strict sounding rules on grammar or that your first language might not be english because there are many writing mistakes I would love to proof for you. I use a text to speech program and it sounds off here and there. Please add me on discord I would love to help you with the making of these stories.

I don't have discord, so...

Yes, English is not my first language {it's my third} which is the main reason and cause for the grammar mistakes {writing on a shitty phone also contributes.}

Yes, this story used to have a co-writter that took care of the Grammar mistakes and wrote a few aspects of the story. But I kicked him to the curve when I found out that he plagiarized the parts that he wrote from another story {Hope for the Senju Clan} and posted the story on another site as his.

Preview with Shippuden era Hinata?

Just a small one:

{

As the Senju Heir decided to take the whole day off in order to recover his energy. He'll let the others deal with the damage caused by the battle. I'm gonna certainly get scolded for what I did, so I'll relax as much as I can in order to be prepared to face mom's wrath. Certainly, relaxing wasn't going to be a difficult task.

"I'm sorry for asking you to do this..." Seiryu ended up apologizing.

Senju Seiryu was currently laying down on a bed inside one of the biggest rooms in the building. But he wasn't alone there.

"It's... Okay." Hinata was there with him, laying on her back with Seiryu on top of her, using her chest as a pillow as she caressed his head gently. "I'm just glad you're okay.." She told him while her cheeks were slightly red.

Seiryu was only wearing a white T-shirt and white boxers, while Hinata was wearing her pajamas.

It's the least I can do... Hinata thought as she gently caressed his long white hair.

"Hey, Hinata...?" Seiryu calls her as he enjoys her touch.

"Y-yes?" Hinata responded.

"I know you say it's okay but... If you want me to do something... Anything... Just ask..." Seiryu was feeling very lazy at the moment but he would do anything she asked.

Hinata considered for a bit because she really, really, really wanted him to do something. Sh-should I ask? No! No! I couldn't ask for something like that!? B-but, he did say anything... Should I? I... I... I... Want... I... Want... "I... I... I..." She was struggling to say it.

"Just say it... Don't be afraid..." The boy with long white hair who was about to fall asleep asked.

"I... I WANT YOU TO KISS ME AGAIN!" She forced herself to say it, only for her face to turn bright red afterwards.

"Hmm..." Seiryu barely responded to that request.

No! No! No! I can't believe I asked that! I'm gonna die of embarrassment! Hinata honestly felt like she was going to die of embarrassment. She closed her eyes just waiting for him to say anything in hopes of ending this horrible silence.

"Hey..." Suddenly, Seiryu called her.

Hinata then opened her eyes, only to catch the sight of Seiryu's face, which was dangerously close the hers. With his dark eyes staring deeply into her featureless white eyes. "Seiryu..."

Without any warning or sight, Senju Seiryu pressed his lips into Hyūga Hinata's lips, giving her the kiss that she requested. Her lips are so soft... The boy with white hair thought as he tenderly kissed his teammate.

Hinata was in bliss, as she cannot believe that he actually did it. He kissed me again... She thought in disbelief. Part of her wondered if she was dreaming or something, but that wonder was denied when Seiryu grabbed both of her arms and wrapped them around his neck. Hinata's body automatically responded by hugging Seiryu tightly as they kissed.

One, two, three, four, five. Five minutes passed by, but none of the two seemed to plan on ending it just yet.

She smells so nice. Seiryu thought as he sensed her sweet smell.

His kiss is so... Sweet... Hinata thought as Seiryu kept on kissing her.

They continued for another minute, until Seiryu finally pulled back. Both were breathing heavily and Hinata's face was flushed, they kept staring at each other's eyes while Hinata was hugging him tightly by the neck. Until Seiryu smiled and said, "You only had to ask..." It was true, if Hinata wanted another kiss, she just had to ask him. Hinata, although still embarrassed, smiled back at him. "But, we should stop before... I end up taking things too far..." He informed her, a little embarrassed to admit it, but Hinata's wonderful bosoms was pressing against his chest. And it was becoming exceptionally difficult to resist them.

Hinata widened her eyes in response to what he just said and her face became even more flushed, but she refused to pass out from it. He w-wan-wants to take things fur-further? S-should I... She was having exceptionally conflicted feelings at the moment, but sadly for her, just like before. "I... I d-don't mind..." She ended up saying despite her conflicted feelings about it. WAIT?! WHAT AM I SAYING?! I'M NOT READY FOR THIS! I-I-I C-CAN'T DO I- Suddenly, Hinata's out of control thoughts were interrupted by something. Which was Seiryu caressing her long hair with his gentle hands.

"I don't want you to feel obligated to do this, I care for you and I certainly don't want this unless you're completely certain." Seiryu stated to her as he gently caresses her face with his thumbs.

I...I...I...I... Hinata's mind went into a complete blank after hearing him say that. I... I want... Her doubts about it were completely erased from her mind, both because she trusted Seiryu and because she really, really, really wanted this, despite her fear about it. "I... I want to... take things further..." She finally said it.

Seiryu didn't respond or said anything in response, he just stood himself up and stood on his knees right on top of Hinata. Who was just staring at him with a flushed face. Only for it to get much more red due to Seiryu taking off the T-shirt that he was wearing which revealed his muscular torso.

There, I hope you enjoyed it.
