Saphira hummed the theme song to herself as she stepped onto the stage to press the button to head down to Parts and Service. She was feeling a bit more refreshed now that she had something to eat and drink. She was not yet finished her soda yet, but she had the cup with her as she waited for the lift to reach the bottom. She was looking forward to seeing Freddy, she probably was genuinely wanting to see this time, unlike simply wanting to see a familiar face. When the platform shutters as it reached the bottom, Saphira walked down the ramp towards Parts and Service, sipping her nice cold soda and continued to hum the theme song. She pushed open the doors and she widened her eyes when she saw Chica, Bonnie and Freddy standing right in front of the doors. She gasped, swallowing the soda the wrong way as seeing them suddenly scared her again. She began to cough, she covered her mouth as the soda stung her windpipe and throat.

"Are you okay?" Freddy asked, stepping forward, frowning with concern. He had not expected her to take a sudden gasp with the straw in her mouth, he saw soda sputtering from her lips as she coughed and rubbed her throat. "I guess…we scared you again didn't we?"

Saphira nodded, tears spring from her eyes and she breathed in deeply, coughing gently and taking a drink to wash away the discomfort. "Somehow I think you're doing it on purpose." Her voice was raspy as she spoke, but with a another cough her voice returned to normal. Freddy shakes his head and she smiled at him. "I am just kidding." She stepped forward and hugged him around the chest, making him smile at her. "And let me just say, I had a lot of fun tonight…well, the show I mean."

"I am glad you enjoyed it. It was a hard task to find you." She giggled as she stepped back from him as he spoke to her. "I had not expected to see you in a different outfit. I suppose you wanted to be as hidden as possible."

"Yeah…I didn't want anyone to know I was the security guard. After all, I was not clocked on." She turned to Bonnie, he was standing back from Saphira as he knew she was still scared of them. "Great job on the bass Bonnie." She glanced around to see if Monty was in the room. "Is your boyfriend still here?"

"Pfft…why do you care if I am?" Came Monty's gruff reply, Saphira got on her tippy toes slightly to see Monty leaning on a pillar, he was frowning slightly at her as he was irritated by her. "You are still a wimp at least. Getting scared of Freddy and then hugging him, that's pathetic."

She frowned and rolled her eyes at him. "I wanted to tell you that were amazing on stage." He blinked and his eyes twitch in surprise, but kept his composure as he listened to her. "You really looked like you were having a lot of fun with the way you pranced on stage. It was great honestly. You must feel like a new you."

Monty clenched his jaw slightly, he actually appreciated that Saphira noticed how much fun he had on stage. Normally, he did not have such enthusiasm on stage, even while he danced to the music. But this time, he had gone all out, and he would do that all the time now with his new claws. He huffed and glanced away from Saphira, she chuckled a little and turned to Bonnie.

"I suppose you were like that when you got your new claws for the guitar too right?" She asked curiously.

Bonnie smiled and nodded. "Of course. It really does feel like a new you when you can actually play the instrument properly. For Monty, it has been a long time coming. It was a shame you weren't able to help apply them. But you got to see the end result."

"Indeed." Saphira smiled, she glanced at Chica as she was waiting patiently to be addressed with her hands clasped together. "And of course, your guitar skills were amazing too Chica. It was thrilling to hear to my ears."

Chica squealed loudly and grabbed Saphira suddenly, pulling her into a hug, it was a little tight and Saphira was a little tense from being hugged this way. "Thank you so much! It was the best party of your life right! I hope it will always be the best party each week!"

"Yes…yes it was…" Saphira responded with a smile, she wincing slightly. "Can you let me go…you're a lot stronger than me Chica." She widened her eyes slightly at her words. "You're kind of crushing me a little."

"Oh my gosh!" She exclaimed, releasing Saphira quickly and stepping back, looking extremely guilty and scanned her to see if she was terribly hurt. She sighed in relief and wiped her forehead like she had sweat. "Woo! I thought I broke you…sorry. I just love hugging you…I'll be gentle next time. I will be aware of my strength from now on."

"I thought you were always aware. Anyway, don't feel too bad Chica. You didn't mean it. Sometimes you do get carried away. That is something you need to be aware of too." She nodded, knowing that she was right. Saphira turned back to Freddy and takes his hand in hers, he glanced down slightly in surprise. "I hear you wanted me to help you again tonight. And with pleasure, I will."

"Of course, you need as much practice as you can get super star." He winked at her and she glanced away, the wink got to her a little and she almost blushed from it. And he's an animatronic! She must remind herself! "I suspect, dancing like that was something you've never done before now. Right?"

"Yeah, even when I am alone at home with music going, I don't dance like that. You brought it out of me." She hugged him again, tightening her arms slightly and sighed deeply. "I wish it was something to enjoy at the end of the night though…I am already so tired after tonight. You would not believe the people I had to put up with."

"Oh really?" Daisy's voice asked, looking at Saphira as she stood by a table with an endo chest piece. She had finished testing the joints of the animatronics and had moved onto something else. "I do not envy you. People can be sooo annoying."

"I can't argue with that." Saphira smiled, walking towards the cylinder to see Roxy's face plate had been removed. Roxy glanced towards her and she waves at the animatronic. "But I have no choice but to deal with them."

"Yeah…even us." She grimaced hearing Dave's voice and turned head slightly to sideeye him. "What? It is true. You'll learn to like me. After all, I have been a long time, and lots of women learn to like me."

She knew that was a lie. "Keep telling yourself that." Saphira looked away from him as she did not want to look at him for much longer. "Keep tinkering with your toy."

He grumbled a little as he was still working on the bot he had and looked down to focus on it. She had expected him to say something in reference to the bot from the night before, but she would rather not mention anything. She glanced around, she noticed Foxy was not in Parts and Service. She was surprised, she thought he would be here.

"Did Foxy go back to his room already?" Saphira looked at Freddy curiously. He was standing by her and he had been gazing at her silently when she turned to look at him. Although she did not seem to notice his gaze and blinked as he focused on her question. "I would have thought he'd be here. I want to let him know what I thought about the performance."

"He felt by staying he would be an added discomfort to you. Even though Monty decided to stay…" He turned to glance at Monty with a frown. "Why did you decide to stay? You don't like Saphira, so you are not here for her are you?"

Monty shakes his head with a huff. "I want to stay because I like to keep observing things. You got a problem with that Freddy?" Freddy was not sure if he believed Monty or not, but the last thing they needed was for him to on a rampage. "Besides…I want to keep Bon Bon company."

Bonnie chuckled at him and shakes his head. "I have plenty of company Bonnie. But I know…you want to go back to your room. We can soon if you would like. But…" He glanced at Saphira who was watching and listening quietly. "I have barely had anytime to spend with Saphira since she has started here. Freddy has been hogging."

She widened her eyes slightly at Bonnie. "No he hasn't."

"Oh? Well, if that is the case, you won't mind that I stick around huh?" Bonnie asked sarcastically and Saphira shakes her head. "Oh by the way, did you know that on Sunday night you can help the technicians with the attractions?"

Mason, Dave, Jack and Daisy look at Bonnie in surprise when he spoke to Saphira. She shakes her head. "No. But what do you mean by help with the attractions? Like…testing them when the place is closed?"

"That is exactly that!" Bonnie smiled at her with an affirmative nod. "It might be your chance to try bowling. After all, we have to ensure the pin machines work, and the bowling balls return to you. It is an important job."

That sounded like a lot of fun. Saphira was actually glad she would be working the weekends now. Sure, she would be working everyday practically, but there seemed to be perks to that. At least it won't be horrible everyday dealing with guests like tonight, and she would not be exhausted by that. She smiled at Bonnie and stepped up to him, the animatronic actually stepped back from her this time, worried she would still be afraid of him. But when she wrapped her arms around his chest, Bonnie widened his eyes in shock. She hugged him finally! His mouth hung open in shock, Monty gazed at them silently as he did not know if he liked that or not.

"I would like that very much Bonnie." She stepped back from him, gazing up at his kind, pink eyes. "I am definitely going to look forward to it. But if we get to test the attractions…" She gasped with a smile and looked at Freddy. "Fazerblast is your game isn't it?"

Freddy smiled with a nod. "It is. However, I cannot play. The lazers from the blasters blind using for a few minutes, it is incredibly unpleasant. But you already know that, just as the cameras blind us. I am thrilled you are excited about it. I am sure Roxy will enjoy racing you on the raceway."

"Oh yeah! I bet she would!" Saphira exclaimed excitedly, thinking about testing the go-karts on the raceway. "It is going to be very good. I am going to look forward to Sunday. Usually I don't because it's the day before Monday, but I guess that is going to change."

"Yes, everyday will be a good day. Not including the guests you have to deal with of course." Freddy chuckled lightly as he was well aware that Saphira got tired dealing with unruly guests. "At least you now know the usual week of the pizzaplex for night staff. Next week shall be a lot easier for you, that I am sure of it. And many more weeks to come." She nodded, that was definitely an agreement as she has improved a lot in just a few days with how she's overcome some of her fear of the animatronics. "It brings me happiness you are less afraid of us now."

"Yeah. I can't say the same for some other animatronics though."

Saphira's thoughts were lingering on Music Man when Monty scoffed and began to stomp away, causing her to jump in fright. "You don't have to it in pest! I am going back to my room! You being scared of me just shows how much of a wimp and a loser you are."

"I was not talking about you Monty!" Saphira snapped, placing her hands on her hips and making the bot stop and turn, looking at her in surprise. "I was talking about DJ Music Man." She glanced at the technicians curiously. "And when was anyone going to tell me about the mini Music Man in the vents?"

"Huh? You saw one?" Mason asked Saphira in surprise. "Umm…no one has actually noticed them before until now."

"There is more than one of those things in the vents…?" Saphira was shocked to know about this. She figured it was another security measure to keep unsuspecting intruders out, because hearing those feet scurrying through the vents is scary as hell, but she thought she would be told since they were other animatronics to maintain. "Why did you not tell me?"

"We did not think you would find out about them. Honest. Those things are creepy honestly." Jack shuddered a little. Oh great! They think those small bots are creepy, making Saphira feel so much better about them. "It was Darren's idea. Some teenagers ended up sneaking into the pizzaplex after close by hiding in the vents a few years ago. So we came up with the idea of animatronics to guard the vents at night, and along came those Music Men. This was way before DJ Music Man was created."

"I can definitely confirm they work. I heard the music from the vent at the Bakery when I got the slice of cake Cliff told me about." The technicians look at Saphira curiously when she mentioned the cake and she smirked at them. "What? Not my fault you did not get to try the cinnamon and strawberry cake. It is delicious!"

"It looks delicious," Daisy said, thinking about the cake and imaging its taste and texture. "I am jealous. You're the first night employee to taste it!"

Saphira giggled at her. "A perk of being a night guard and not stuck down here right?" She glanced at the cylinder as Roxy's face plate had been put back on and it seemed her maintenance had finished. "Oh finally. I can talk to Roxy now."

Cliff and Marian step out of the cylinder to complete the maintenance log on the computer. Roxy sighed loudly, tossing her hair as she was relieved it was all over. She walked out of the protective cylinder, swaying her hips and turning to face Saphira with a smirk and a slight frown of the eyes. Saphira was a little uncertain by what that meant, given she knew Roxy was a little hard on her too like Monty.

"So kid, what did you think about my performance tonight?" Roxy asked curiously, she raises an eyebrow when she was referred to as kid. "Was I not perfect and beautiful? Everyone loves me, I am the best!" She chuckled softly and stepped closer to Saphira, making her flinch back slightly. "I heard you were dancing away tonight. I am glad my performance was perfect so you could dance and enjoy it."

Saphira chuckled at Roxy, her narcissism was showing, but she did wonder if she lacked self confidence too given how she spoke. "It was spectacular Roxy. I definitely had a lot of fun. And be ready for Sunday." She winked at the bot and Roxy tilts her head slightly. "Because I am looking forward to seeing you on the track."

"Nobody has ever beaten me! So good luck trying." Roxy chuckled slightly before huffing and brushing back her head. "I've had enough of tonight. I am going to my room. See you later losers!"

Roxy walked away to make her way to the stairs. Monty stepped aside, he had not left as he had listened to Saphira talk about the Music Men in the vents. He was feeling unsure about his actions. He was certain Saphira had referred to him as the certain animatronic she was still very afraid of. Perhaps he still was, and she was not admitting it.

"Okay, Roxy is finished now." Cliff turned away from the computer screen, looking at Freddy and Chica. "Which one of you want to go next?" Chica raised her hand quickly, dancing on the spot with a smile. He smiled at her and gestured for her to get into the cylinder. "Very well Chica." He glanced at Saphira for a moment. "This shouldn't take long Saphira. We just need to oil her wrist and ankles, they're a little stiff."

That might have explained Chica's firm hug before, but Saphira did not hold it against her. "Alright. I shall be waiting with the other animatronics." Cliff nodded to Saphira and waited for Chica to enter the cylinder and take a seat before he and Marian reenter the cylinder to continue the maintenance. Saphira stepped closer to Freddy to lower her voice to speak with him. "Will you come with me back into the utility tunnels after the maintenance is finished?"

"Of course super star, you know I will." Freddy placed a hand on her shoulder and she tensed slightly upon contact before relaxing slightly. "After all, dark places is not your favorite thing, and I will be there to keep you company."

Saphira heard Dave snicker slightly and glanced at him curiously. "Is something funny?"

"No, not really. Just that you need a teddy bear in the dark is pretty funny." She frowned at him, she was not amused and Freddy frowned too, he did not see that as a wrong thing. "Oh come on, you are a little too old to need a teddy bear."

"No one is too for that in my opinion Dave. Nothing wrong with someone helping. Would you say the same if I asked Monty or Bonnie?" She gestured to the bots with her thumb and Dave simply gazed at them for a moment before looking down. "That is what I thought."

"I suppose…dark places is the perfect place for something to happen right?" Dave's voice was slightly cold as he spoke, not lifting his gaze. She listened to him, not knowing if he knew about the incident on her previous shift. "You should take a trip to the second basement. It is full of surprises."

Definitely not! The second basement was not a place she needed to sweep for anyone hiding. As far as she knew there was only one way down there, so Saphira doubted anyone would be down there. But the idea of it definitely was not something she wanted to imagine. She looked away from Dave to watch Cliff and Marian, she saw that the casing for Chica's arms and calves were removed, and they had cans of oil to lubricate the joints. She did not know if anything else would be discovered while they were working on Chica.

"You know what else is great for dark spaces?" Saphira groaned as Dave continued to talk, she heard Daisy and the other technicians grown as well. "Getting naked."

Freddy turned his head slightly to the word, frowning slightly. He has heard that word before, but he did not know what that actually meant. Bonnie and Monty also glance at Dave curiously, they too had no idea what the word meant. However, they saw the visible disgust on Saphira's face and the other technicians as they glare at Dave who chuckled and shook his head.

"You're an asshole Dave," Jack commented, glancing down at the scent receptor he was working on. "And very disgusting. Only you could ever make a statement like that!"

"Meh…you are all just over sensitive," Dave mocked and jumped a little when the staff bot sparked suddenly and it seemed he had felt a jolt of electricity. "Fuck…that hurt!"

Good, you deserve it!

Saphira could not stand this man! She wanted to get out of Parts and Service and ignore that she was there to do routine maintenance on Freddy. But she did not want to disappoint him, so she put up with Dave's presence for now. She did hear her Fazwatch go off suddenly and saw she had received a message. It was from Freddy. She glanced at him curiously for a moment before reading the message. She was shocked he was asking her what the word meant and she felt her cheeks heat up as she read the question. Why did he want to know? But it seemed like an innocent question as she doubted Freddy or any of the animatronics have actually seen a human naked. It probably would scar their minds if they saw someone naked.

"I…I'll tell you some…other time," Saphira whispered to Freddy, keeping her voice low enough so no one else could hear her. But loud enough that only Freddy could hear.

He tilts his head curiously at her as he pondered. He noticed her cheeks seemed to be pink in colour, he has seen human cheeks do that before. He did not know what it meant, he knew it was called blushing, but what that meant he was not sure. Seeing Saphira blushing stirred his inner feelings again. He actually wanted her to blush more! He rubbed his forehead, frowning slightly as he did not understand his feelings.

Monty sighed loudly and turned, walking towards Saphira, making her straighten up suddenly and glance at him with wide eyes. "Eh…I…I acted like a fool before didn't I?" She glanced away for a moment before her eyes looked back at his sunglasses with a slight nod. "But you are still scared of me…hmmph! Wimp. You might as well include me in your little list of animatronics that scare you."

"I mean…y-y-you are very big and have a temper…that makes you scary in that way." Saphira figured explaining it that way would make him less angry at her for being scared of him. "And…well…you don't come across as friendly…to me you don't anyway."

Monty listened to Saphira and glanced away from her. "Like I said, you're just a puny, little wimp! Don't ever ask me to accompany you to some dark place here. Because I'll just be the one to scare you in the dark anyway."

He turned and stomped away from them to head back to his room. He did not glance back and Bonnie watched him leave. He was still sad Monty still did not like Saphira. He was not as rash tonight, but he knew Monty will try to scare Saphira deliberately to get her to leave the pizzaplex. It worried him that Monty won't give Saphira a chance.

He looked at Saphira who seemed relaxed again. "I keep trying to convince him Saphira. He does not understand why I want to be friends with you, but he will understand someday. And he will definitely try to scare you if you go with him to any place dark."

"Hmm…I suspect Gator Golf isn't part of the test runs on Sunday?" Saphira asked, looking at Bonnie curiously as she thought of a way to try and bond with Monty. Bonnie shakes his head at her and she grimaced slightly. "That is a shame. I would not mind playing it. But it is a mini golf…not a mechnical attraction."

"Yeah. Monty does not mind. He tends to ignore us when Sundays are on anyway. Foxy too, although Foxy's Pirate Adventures does get tested. It is literally a game where you shoot pirates using a fake cannon while he tells a story." Bonnie turned to glance at the door to Monty's room. He contemplated on going in there to keep him company, but he did not know if Monty would want that. "Would you like me to give you a hint at what you could do with him?" She nodded. "He has his own private performance stage in Monty Golf. He will now be putting on solo performances with his new claws. He will play everyday, although when it is showtime he won't be in Gator Golf. But at least two hours before close, when he is not going through maintenance, he puts on a final show. I think he would enjoy seeing you there."

That sounded like a good idea. Saphira did not know if Monty would like that or not, but Bonnie giving her a hint was good. But there might be something else she could bond with him with. She glanced at Monty's door behind the cylinder, wondering if she should talk with him alone at some point. That could be a bad idea, but maybe it was needed. After all, Monty's resentment for night guards was understandable, and yet misplaced. She hummed to herself for a moment as she thought about it. Freddy himself would be happy if Saphira and Monty did become friends, seeing his friend angry at Saphira and saying mean things upset him. Sure, it was Monty's attitude, but that did not mean it was nice at all. Freddy was also happy Monty could put on the solo performances he has gone on about doing for so long. Now he could, and Monty could play and sing any song he wanted that wasn't the main theme song. Freddy had pondered about having something similar, but given his popularity compared to Monty, it probably would be a bit unfair. But singing something else besides the theme song was fun when they could do that. Freddy wondered what songs Saphira liked, and if he could sing them to her at some point. And would she even like that? Freddy did not know, but the idea of it seemed like an excellent idea to him. But right now he was more excited about having Saphira help with his maintenance. Sure, she has hugged him, but being able to gaze at her silently without being caught was a privilege. However, Bonnie and Monty had both seen Freddy rubbing his forehead earlier with an expression they both recognized, because they too had gone through the confusion phase of their feelings. And yet, they did not realize it was because his feelings were for Saphira, not for an animatronic.
