Saphira woke up at three in the afternoon feeling a lot better than she had in a while. However, when she realized she was alone and the office room was dark, she nearly had a complete panic attack before she turned the lights back on. And to her surprise, there was another large, Freddy plushie by her bed. She smiled, it must be a gesture from either Freddy or Darren to try and keep her company while Freddy goes about his day as usual. However, seeing the plushie only made her upset. She checked the monitors to find Freddy in his room, he was scheduled for a birthday party later so he was taking a break.
"Freddy…" Saphira spoke to him through the Fazwatch. "Do you think you are able to come up to my office?"
"We have already agreed that I stay away from the office until the start of your shift, Saphira," Freddy responded in a quick, yet calm voice. "I am not going to disappear, you can see I am in my room resting for the next party."
"Yeah…but…I miss you…and I am scared that something will happen," Saphira said nervously, she bit some of her nails as she spoke. "Can't you make an exception?"
"If I do that, you will ask again whenever you think I am going to disappear. Just hug the plush, I got it for you to keep you company." She glanced at the plush and shakes her head, it was not the same. She heard Freddy sighing through the Fazwatch and she thought he was going to agree to come to her. "I am needed in five minutes Saphira, I can't just get up and come to you right now. Sorry. Maybe when I am finished, I will come to you. But please do not disturb me. I am sorry you are scared right now, but I can't leave. You know I can't."
Saphira knew it, she still wanted him by her side. She groaned a little before speaking. "I guess I have a couple hours before you can come at most…I'll do my best to remain calm."
"You can always ask Darren for some company," Freddy suggests.
"He isn't you!" Saphira responded quickly. "He's a friend. He isn't you. But…we will see…I will be waiting impatiently for the time to pass so we can be back together."
Freddy chuckled softly. "I know you will. Though I assume you just woke up, so maybe you will feel better after you have had a shower and something to eat. Plus, you will need that to feel better."
"I surprisingly feel much better today…well, physically anyway." Saphira was happy about that at least, she felt as though she had more energy, but she had not really gone far from the bed yet so she might be wrong too. "You're right though, shower and food sound good right now. I will do that."
"Good. I better get going. I will see you soon, super star," He said cheerfully before cutting off the communication.
Saphira sighed, watching the monitors to see Freddy leave his room to make his way to the party rooms in the daycare area. She really wanted to leave the room and follow him, but she knew it would probably look very strange to the guests, so she had to keep herself controlled. Nonetheless, she forced herself to look away from the monitor and grab some fresh clothes before heading into the bathroom to shower.
While she stood under the shower head with the warm water falling onto her skin, she noticed her skin was reacting to the warmth of the water more than usual. It was a strange, yet pleasurable sensation. She was confused by it, especially as the water ran down her body to her core. She didn't know the reason for it, however, the longer she stood in the shower the more she felt her need and desires grow. She felt nervous about this onset of feelings, it didn't seem normal, and yet…she found it very hard to ignore. She sat down in the shower, rubbing her hands over her stomach gently, pressing her fingers into her flesh to feel any kind of pain like she had felt from the day before. It was as if she never had any pain. But she moved her fingers to her core and she flinched them away because it felt intensely sensitive, it wasn't like that before. Even after her first time with Freddy.
She did not know if she should be scared or not, but she touched her core again, rubbing her fingers along the lips gently and she bit her other hand nervously. The intense sensitive made her heave her chest as the pleasure coursing through her wasn't like anything she's felt before. She moved her fingers to her entrance, she rubbed the rim and shuddered at how sensitive it was before pushing further and moaning softly. She moved her other hand down to rub her core while she pushed her fingers in and out of her entrance. She began to imagine Freddy's length deep within her, and how good it would feel inside her.
She smiled to herself, closing her eyes as she pushed her fingers further into her entrance while rubbing her core furiously. She moaned as her body shivers in delight from the sheer pleasure she was in, and she was stuck between loving it and being confused by this overly sensitive feeling. She did not feel this way before. She felt her climax already rising, quicker than usual given how overly sensitive she was. But she was in a way glad because she didn't want to be doing this in the shower for very long, or at least, that is what she wanted. Her body on the other hand felt like it could keep going. She moaned loudly and arched her back once she reached her climax, shuddering and pressing her back against the wall of the shower and huffed. It definitely was not like her climax with Freddy, that she definitely knew sent her over the edge. But it was enjoyable. The sensitivity did not go away though.
Saphira sat there, allowing the water to wash away what just happened as she thought about it. She figured this extra sensitivity had come from the injection that was given to her. But whatever the purpose was, she did not really know. It seemed strange that the virus would target her this way, and Saphira did not believe his plan would work anyway. So, for time being, she felt as though this sensitivity was temporary. It should go away soon. At least, that is what she hoped for. She knew Freddy would resist intimacy for a while, so she wasn't going to even bother asking him about it. Although, sex sounded good at the moment. She knew it was a stupid idea, but she might ask about it towards the end of the week, even if she expect Freddy to refuse.
She finished her shower after washing her hair and body and dried herself before getting into a pair of jeans and blue blouse as she didn't wear her work uniform in the office while she remained there at the moment. She stepped into the office and made herself a coffee and an omelette, deciding that was a simple option to get through the day. Once she had the omelette cooked and on a plate, she grabbed her coffee and took a seat on the couch to watch some TV. She rarely watched TV, but she didn't have anything else to do.
However, the elevator dings and she looked to the elevator to see Darren. He was wearing a suit with glittery, aurora colours on it, red, orange, yellow, green and blue, which made her chuckle a little. "Good afternoon. I figured you would be awake."
"Or Freddy told you I am. Nice to see you." Saphira smiled at him as she began to dig into her food. "What brought you here?"
"I got the sense you could use some company. Plus, I imagine you need someone to talk to." The man walked over to sit next to Saphira, looking at her as they relax on the couch. "I heard your first night with Vanessa went okay. Nothing happened from what I hear. That is a good thing. How are you feeling about it?"
"The same, I still don't trust her," Saphira said, she looked at Darren as she spoke to him. "Plus, the cameras acted weird when she left this morning, I did not see if she left the building or not. But I guess that is something to find out."
"I can assure you Vanessa is not here in the building, her Fazwatch is no where in the pizzaplex either so you don't need to worry," Darren said in a reassuring tone. "Though, I understand that you distrust her. I think she seems nice, but I am going to keep an eye on her so she does not end up more trapped like we are."
"To be honest, I think she has been trapped for a while. After all, she did speak with Mr Miller before she came here, so I am going to assume she already is trapped." Saphira did not know if Vanessa was aware of it or not, but if she was already brainwashed, there wasn't much she could do about it. "Honestly though, I don't really want to talk about her…"
"Okay. But…something has happened already." She raised an eyebrow at Darren curiously as she continued to eat her omelette. "A young girl has gone missing."
Saphira gasped in surprise and coughed as a piece of omelette was breathed in wrong from being shocked with the news. She drank the coffee a little big to soothe her throat before she rubbed her neck, looking at Darren with a frown. "What do you mean?"
"There is a man and woman claiming they came here with their teen daughter…" Darren explained, pulling out an Ipad to show her the profiles of the man and woman. "However, I cannot find information about the girl in our database at all. I can't even locate her on the cameras when I went back through the recording. Although, strangely enough, the two do look like they are talking to a child in the recordings. Still, there is no evidence of the child in the system."
"Well, what did she look like? And did anyone else see her?" Saphira asked with a frown, placing a hand on her hip.
"She has chestnut hair, face freckles and she was wearing a pink, floral dress," Darren responded. "And yes, apparently other staff had seen her. I am not sure though, there is a couple younger girls wearing pink, floral dresses…"
"Don't tell me you think those parents are making it up," Saphira interrupts with a frown and he shakes his head. "Because if you are thinking that, I would definitely call you foolish. We can ask the animatronics if they have seen this girl too, I think they would be a lot more reliable than the pizzaplex system."
"I had thought of that too, we can't ask them though until the end of the day," Darren said softly, he knew it sounded ridiculous, but he couldn't find proof of the girl. So he didn't know if it was real or not. "The only thing we have done is refunded the family and told them we would investigate. The police have been notified too, though they are saying they don't see the child on the cameras. But, the family have photos of the girl, especially from this morning."
This definitely did not sound good. However, Saphira was surprised that if this is the case, on how quickly disappearances had began to occur again. But the fact that the evidence of the girl was gone from the system was interesting. That did not happen before. She suspected a new feature was happening, and Saphira knew that someone with good IT skills could manipulate the camera system to their advantage. Of course, it was too early to say, but it was pretty suspicious that it happened around the same time Vanessa arrived to the pizzaplex. Saphira would be on the lookout for anything that connected that woman to any disappearances.
"I know what you're probably thinking, but we don't know if this has anything to do with Vanessa. So just keep any accusations to yourself." Darren was also suspicious, but with no evidence right now, he did not want to throw accusations. "Mostly because if you don't, Mr Miller will make you pay."
Saphira sighed deeply, she did wonder if that man would protect her, and it seemed that he might do that. Yes, she had to be careful. That still did not mean that she won't be suspicious of Vanessa. Saphira finished off the rest of her omelette and held her coffee to sip from, she barely paid attention to the TV, it was just background noise at the moment.
"Did the parents say where they last saw their daughter?" Saphira asked curiously, standing and walking over to the monitors to see areas of the pizzaplex being cornered off. "Oh, I suppose they saw she was last seen at Foxy's Pirate Adventures."
"Yes, that is where they last saw her. Apparently, they were supposed to meet up at the lobby at three. It is after that now, so they are just worried. I am worried too. We don't need another string of disappearances." Darren followed Saphira to the monitors, he knew there was nothing that she could do, but he understood she was still a security guard so knowing all the details was necessary.
Saphira pulled up the monitors to go through the recordings to replay times throughout the day. She watched the cameras in the lobby first, humming softly until she spotted the couple walking in. She slowed the recording and she saw that the man and woman were speaking to someone, the man had his hand rubbing on an invisible person. She hummed and paused the recording.
"What are you doing?" Darren asked curiously.
"I am checking to see if the camera view has been masked by something," Saphira responded, she grabbed out cords to connect the computer with the camera system directly. "It is obvious to me that the couple came in with someone else. They wouldn't be acting like that if they were not. I am sure the guys in the customer service desk saw them."
"They said they don't remember, they do see lots of people during the day," Darren said, he knew that the employees should try to remember every customer. But he understood that they don't since they see so many people everyday.
"I would expect that, people are the same in retail," Saphira said as she turned to the computer and opened up a program she hoped would tell her is the cameras had been masked. "I will find out if something has been done to the cameras. This kind of masking is often done by an expert. I am not one, but someone who has great IT skills could do that. There are lots of employees here who have that skill."
Darren didn't want to agree, but she was right. Although, he did know that she was talking about Vanessa when she spoke about employees with good IT skills. He just didn't think Vanessa was responsible. But, it took him a long time until he was suspicious of Dave so she could be the culprit. He watched as Saphira ran the program to scan over the camera view.
When the scan revealed a yellow, green watercolour shape of a human with the couple, Saphira folded her arms. "Yep, someone is using a masking program in the camera system. Where is the main camera system?"
"It is near the day security office. I can go see if it has been tampered with." Darren turned to leave before Saphira stopped him.
"We can find out what happened go the girl if I run this program over the camera views where the couple last saw their child," Saphira said as she connects the monitor views with the computer, changing to the camera that looks at Foxy's Pirate Adventures and playing it. They could see the watercolour shaped human with the couple, Darren couldn't believed that this was happening. "I cannot remove the masking completely unfortunately, I can only uncover a little which is why we are seeing this instead of the girl properly."
The camera view shows the teenager going into the attraction and Saphira sped up the recording so they could see her walk out of the attraction after playing. She walked away from the attraction and heads to the bathroom. Saphira changes camera views to follow the girl. The girl entered the bathroom and comes out minutes later. The teenager then heads up to the third floor and enters Fazcade. Saphira hummed, changing the view to the Fazcade to keep following the girl. When she arrived, she bought tokens to use on the machines and she explored the area to find an arcade machine that would catch her interest. She seemed to notice an arcade machine, Saphira frowned as she noticed the arcade machine looked new. It was golden with a princess on it.
"What game is that?" Saphira asked, pointing to the arcade machine curiously.
"Oh, it is the newest arcade game," Darren responds with a smile. "We put it into the Fazcade last week. It's called Princess Quest."
"That is the only one that has nothing to do with Freddy and his friends," Saphira said with a frown. "That is an odd choice Darren."
"It is, but apparently it's a lot of fun, so I don't think it's bad," Darren said, he did not think that it was a problem.
However, as they watched the teenager, it seems when she finished the game, or lost it, she stepped away and seemed to look around before she ran. Saphira watched curiously until she saw the girl was heading to the back area of the Fazcade. There were only cameras in the staff bot creation and repair lab, not in the warehouse area with old and new arcade machines. Saphira was able to track the girl entering the back area and not coming out, even as Saphira sped up the recording to see if she would come out.
"Looks like the back of the Fazcade is where you should look," Saphira said sternly. "There is no way for the girl to go, though if there is no evidence of the girl...I would be worried about hidden pathways in this building."
Which Saphira would not be surprised after the incident with the Music Man revealed there were hidden tunnels for him to go. She knew DJ Music Man could go through the tunnels in Fazcade, but he was playing music on the dancefloor so he didn't do anything. But...it was strange that the girl went to the back of the Fazcade after playing Princess Quest. Saphira wonders if the machine was hacked with the virus or something.
"At least we have a lead now," Darren said, he smiled at Saphira as he was impressed. "I didn't think you had the skill to figure out if the cameras are masked."
"I have a little bit of IT experience due to working with robotics, however, we now need to ask the question…" She rubbed her chin thoughfully, staring at the computer screen as she wondered where the teenager could have gone. "Why would the girl stay at the back without being noticed? Something has happened. We need to find out or more will probably go missing too. And I would suggest that we check that new machine. I feel it has a connection."
"Why do you think that?" Darren asked curiously.
"Easy. The virus." Saphira looked at him with a stern look and he widened his eyes for a moment before nodding as he understood what she was saying. "The fact the girl went into the back after playing the game on that one arcade machine is strange to me. Is she the first one to even play the game?"
"Uhh…the first guest, but the first ones to play it were the people who make the arcade machines for us," Darren explained after thinking about the question. "They did have a few dozen people test the game and nothing was really sported, other than some of the people seemed to be less friendly than before, distant or a couple of them had disappeared. Though they managed to find them, so…maybe you are right. I am not sure."
That did not sound good at all, Saphira felt that machine needed to be removed. "If that is the case, we need to remove it."
"And the one in Superstarcade too, right?" She blinked in surprise when Darren mentioned the other arcade and she folded her arms, frowning at him. "There is another Princess Quest machine there, no one has played that one yet, as far as I know."
"Yes, get rid of that one too." Saphira didn't really think he should have to ask if people start acting strange after playing that game. "As unfortunate as it is, we all should know that people can get brainwashed through many different methods. Internet, TV and even games, and this is no different."
"I just worry about what happens if we try to remove the Princess Quest, Mr Miller himself told me they must stay in the arcades unless they malfunction," Darren said with a worried expression. "I think removing them would bring a bad result."
"They are malfunctioning!" Saphira shakes her head in disbelief. "It is not a lie that they're malfunctioning. It is obvious the root of the cause came from where they were made, and it was dealt with there. At least, alert him that we have discovered a malfunction and that they should be removed for inspection."
Darren was hesitant about it, he knew Saphira was right, but he was afraid of what would happen if Mr Miller discovered that to be a lie. "I will let him know. I'll go and investigate the back of the Fazcade. Try and see if you can find out which of the animatronics had seen her, that way we can at confirm she was actually here."
Saphira nodded as Darren entered the elevator to head to the atrium. Things just got more complicated. Saphira sighed, staring at the computer, not knowing what more she could do. She wasn't sure if she should just go through the recordings or just ask the animatronics directly. She figured asking them directly was better. She disconnected the computer from the monitor system and pressed buttons to let it run as normal.
As she did that, she noticed the computer goes blank with a white cursor ready to write. She raised an eyebrow and realized the virus was going to speak to her. She couldn't help but roll her eyes, of course it would after what she had discovered.
I underestimated you
That was a surprise sentence from the virus. Saphira did not know if that was a good thing or not, however, she responded to it anyway.
What is the reason for infiltrating a gaming system and brainwashing children?
Saphira was not interested in playing games with the virus, however, games seemed to be it's favourite method of getting things done. Dave himself used a game to try and get to her and the animatronics, so it made sense that idea came from the virus.
I never infiltrated. They built it for me, they did a wonderful job too!
Oh…so the arcade machines were created by people who work for the virus, that was interesting. Perhaps they were brainwashed too, though she wasn't entirely sure about that. However, she still wanted to know the reason why it killed children.
Why do you kill children?
There was a pause as always before the virus responded.
It keeps me satisfied.
That was a weird answer, but Saphira didn't really know how to unpack that one at the moment.
I am glad that your body has taken to the antidote so well! It seems my plan is back on track!
She frowned at that and placed a hand on her stomach for a moment as she thought back to the incident and shakes her head.
I will never bear you another body for yourself! You can't force me!
There was another brief pause before the virus responds.
You are correct, I can't force you. I will patiently for nature to do it for me. Make sure you take good care of it.
Saphira yelped when the lights of her room suddenly go dark and she heard the door leading to Parts and Service open. She held onto the backrest of the chair and stared, there were a pair of bright eyes glaring back at her, there was a foul stench coming from it and she gagged at the very stench of that smell.
"Make sure to come visit me in a week's time." A cold, raspy voice spoke to her from this being at the door. She recognized it almost instantly. Mr Miller! He was at her door! "I'll make sure that you do, one way or another. And no, those machines will stay where they are. I'll make sure there is a nice, warm, reception for you in the second basement. Do not disappoint me!"
Saphira flinched when the door slammed shut and the lights come back on. She stood up and ran to the door, yanking it open and gasped loudly. There was black fluid on the ground, a lot like old blood, mixed with some fresh blood and mucus. She gagged again, but she stepped over it carefully and ran down the stairs, slamming the door open into Parts and Service. The line of the fluid led out of Parts and Service and she followed it, running and slamming the doors open to find the line led to the warehouse.
She stared at the shadows and she saw the pair of lights looking back at her. "Don't stress yourself, it is bad for your body and it will never succeed in making a new body."
"Why do you need a new body?" Saphira asked with a frown. "It was just the virus…"
"You already know the reason," He interrupted with a cold chuckle. "If only you allowed yourself to listen to the whispers and songs of the virus, you would be swollen will a babe right now…but, you're stubborn. The most stubborn person I have met. Yet, that is why I like you."
Saphira clenched her fists angrily at him. "I am not afraid of you."
"You will be." He began to laugh loudly and turned, the sound of heavy footsteps from him was a surprise. And it sounded like he was limping. "Oh, and be gentle with Vanessa. She is a good girl, I need her to have no scratches on her body. We have work to do here, so don't interfere!"
Saphira wanted to chase him, but her fear of the warehouse kept her from chasing him. She was frustrated and she suddenly felt as it her body was on fire again. Just as she was in the shower, she did not know why and she stepped back towards Parts and Service. She did not know why he was convinced he will still get a new body from her. She was not pregnant, right? The tests came back negative…but…she could only assume either her body could now get pregnant from Freddy even if he has no fertile seed, or the virus will find a way to get the fertile seed into Freddy and they both unknowingly create this child the next time they have sex. The very thought scared her, to the point she felt tears in her eyes. She had thought about how nice it would be to have a baby with Freddy, even if it was not possible.
But the fact is now it could be possible…and that this monster was after this child like it was an empty puppet…that frightened her. She did not like that at all. And how her body was like earlier…that meant with a little convincing from Freddy, it would almost be impossible for her to refuse sex based on her mental and physical capacity right now. Saphira hated the virus and Mr Miller. She looked at the fresh drops of blood on the ground, she couldn't help but think that was the teenager's blood. But why?! Why does he kill other people? Was he a cannibilist? Or was there another reason? Whatever it was, it was sick and Saphira had to get to the bottom of it somehow.
