The other bots had filled Parts and Service as Saphira finished working on Freddy. She explained to them the reason why Darren was there and they were all surprised that she would be teaching him. She told them she would explain the reason why she won't be able to it eventually, and it won't be forever, it would be just until she had the baby. Of course, the animatronics wanted to know sooner, but Saphira insisted on performing the maintenance and begin instructing Darren on what to do. Bonnie, Mr Hippo, Pigpatch, Freddy and Foxette were accepting of it, but the others were not as happy about it as they believed they should know now. Saphira wouldn't give in of course, so she and Darren went ahead with the maintenance. It took a bit longer than it usually would as Saphira began teaching Darren on what to do. She was happy he picked up on it quickly, of course, it wasn't like her way of maintenance, but she knew by the time she was too big to maintain the animatronics, he should be decent enough.

When they finally finished the maintenance on Happy Frog, Saphira was relieved. She walked out of the cylinder with Darren, letting him to finish the log so he could become familiar with the routine of that once the diagnostic is a success.

"So, Saphira…" Mr Hippo began and she turned her head slightly when he spoke to her. "I guess we are going to be educated. Should we begin?"

She nodded silently for a moment and took a breath. "I guess we should…um…" She looked at the computer and saw Darren had finished the log. "I left my notes in the office. Can you just grab them for me? It pretty much is needed to show the animatronics."

"Alright, I will be back," Darren said with a smile. "Take a seat. Do you want water or anything to eat?"

"Um…water please." Saphira walked over to a chair and took a seat with a sigh. "I will probably need it."

The man chuckled as he ran to the door to head to the office. Mr Hippo stepped closer to Saphira curiously. "Are you not able to explain what will happen during the pregnancy without your notes?" He asked curiously. "We hardly know anything. We have seen a few pregnant women before, but that is it."

Saphira shrugged as she grasps both hands together. "Well…the notes have visuals to help you understand. I can easily talk about it, but it is easier to sort of see it…if it makes sense."

"I suppose it does," Mr Hippo said with a shrug. "Though you will find that we will believe you. I don't believe you would lie to us about it. Especially since it is something we will never be able to experience."

Saphira smirked slightly at that. "You should be glad you won't ever have to experience it Mr Hippo. I think when I tell you about it, it might scare you a little. Though, to be fair…" She glanced down at her hands as her smirk fades away. "I am scared. I've…I now have a fear of going through the pregnancy process…the birth…it…I had considered sterilizing myself when I have the money."

"That is a surprise to me, I have seen how happy some women are while pregnant," Pigpatch said softly. "Although, I suppose with this particular circumstance, I can understand why it is less than thrilling for you."

Saphira nodded at him. "If I do decide to have a child, I would likely adopt. There are many children out there who don't have families for a variety of reasons. So…at least it isn't like I'll forever be childless." She smiled at them before glancing back at her hands, scratching a little at her thumbs nervously. She knew it was stupid to be nervous about telling them, but she knew it was just the fear of this pregnancy that was getting to her. "I hope I am not worrying you all. I will try not to worry…stress is not good for me anymore."

"Really?" Mr Hippo was surprised by that and hummed softly. "Hmm…I did overhear once stress is bad for the baby from someone. I don't really understand that at all. I suppose we will do our best…or…Freddy will do his best to keep you stressfree."

Freddy smiled slightly at that. "I hope that isn't thrown on me entirely."

Saphira looked up and smiled slightly. "I guess that will depend on how things go." He was about to ask what she meant when Darren returned with the notes. "Ah! That took longer than necessary just to get the notes, Darren."

He chuckled at her. "Sorry, I didn't see them at first. But, they look good."

"Thanks." He walked over to give her the notes and cup of water, and Saphira shuffled them to make sure they were in order. "Alright…well…I guess we got to start."

Darren took a seat and relaxed in it, he was curious on the reactions of the animatronics when Saphira would speak about what they may or may not witness from Saphira. She used a couple tools to act like a stand and turned the notes facedown for the time being. She took a deep breath, almost hesitating at first.

"It's alright, Saphira," Chica encourages gently. "We will listen to everything you tell us. We are not going to bite."

Saphira smiled at her. "Alright. Well…um…I apologize if I seem…nervous. But, I will explain it as best as I can. I am not a doctor, but pregnancy is well known among humans. Anyway…I am almost a month into the pregnancy. It is only recent that one of the known symptoms of pregnancy has shown its ugly head. Anyway, I did go over it briefly, but there is a bit more to it."

"It would be nice if it was just mood swings, nausea and cravings," Freddy commented sarcastically, making Saphira smile at that. "I am sure you wish for that too."

She nodded. "All of us do. Anyway, before I go over the symptoms, I have a diagram of what is happening inside my body." She placed one of the pages on the stand, on it was each monthy stage of a normal, human fetus growth. "So, during the months ahead, my body will be working harder than it ever has to grow this child. As you see, it starts very small, and the baby is fully formed by nine months. I am not sure if nine months is the length of my pregnancy yet, but we will find out of course." She points to the diagram as the animatronics observe closely. "See this attachment, that is the umbilical cord, it is connected by a placenta that is attached to my womb wall. It delivers nutrition and oxygen to the baby."

Freddy stepped closer, looking at the diagram curiously. "Ohhh…I now see why you won't be able to maintain us. Your stomach will get so big."

"Yes, but that is only part of the reason," Saphira said with a smile. "And, I am not a tall person, by any means. Which means I could have a harder time. Pregnancy will make the back hurt, a lot."

"Yes, I can see that." Mr Hippo was also very intrigued by the diagram as he observed it. "I supposed the baby and fluid within the womb is heavy it pulls a bit on the spine. And with the stomach in the way it makes it hard to bend, sit, lay down and pull themselves up onto a chair to fix us." He nodded as he understood that. "Good, good. I think we can stop complaining about Darren. He's going to be doing us a good service. Though…when do you think you will be unable to maintain us properly? I do not see anything on the chart to suggest when."

"Honestly, I can't really answer that until I start showing." She gets some weird expressions from the animatronics when she said that word. "Oh, that just means my stomach will start to grow and you'll be able to see."

"Oh, right. Sorry for being awkward about it." Freddy smiled at her apologetically and stepped back slightly to allow everyone to look. "Hard to believe a human can even fit inside of you."

"Hmm…at least it is a single. Some people have had twins, triplets or more." All of their eyes went wide upon hearing that, Darren chuckled softly at their reaction. "Although, of course, it is a lot riskier, and they are often born by c-section."

"What is that?" Mr Hippo asked curiously.

Saphira grits her teeth a little before responding. "A c-section is a procedure of cutting the woman's stomach open to retrieve the baby from the womb." Their faces all quickly change to horrified upon hearing that. "Yeah…it isn't pretty. But, it is often for the benefit of the mother and babies."

Freddy shakes his head as he thought of that. "I hope you won't need it."

"Me too…after all…no one here is a doctor." Saphira placed a hand on her stomach and shuddered at the thought. "Anyway, onto the next thing. Morning sickness." She placed the next note up with dot points explaining why it happens and how long it can happen for. "So…morning sickness isn't fun. Most women get it when pregnant. The reason why we get it is due to a hormone that is produced by the placenta. Unfortunately, it's not something that can be controlled. I could have very light sickness like I am now, it can get heavy and it can also last the entire pregnancy." Saphira dreaded that idea of that. "And…yeah, it makes it very difficult to eat. Because I am not eating for another person growing inside of me."

"I don't understand that at all," Happy Frog said softly as she read the notes and listened to Saphira. "Human bodies are so strange. Pregnancy seems wonderful, but it causes you to be uncomfortable. I suppose we should get some vomit bags to bring down to Parts and Service for Saphira, just in case."

"Good idea," Mr Hippo said with a smile. "We don't want her to be rushing out and not making it back to the toilet."

Saphira smiled at them, they were so sweet to think of that. "Thank you. I would appreciate it. Alright, next one." She placed the next note up and the animatronics were surprised by it. "I will probably be going to the toilet more often. Mostly because the baby will be putting pressure on my bladder, so it will be weakened a bit. Plus, when the baby's big enough to start kicking…"

"Wait? Babies move inside your wombs?" Bonnie asked with wide curious eyes. Saphira nodded with a slight smile. He shakes his head at that. "Does that not get annoying?"

"I am sure it does. But…you can't really stop the baby from moving, no matter how much you wish for it." Saphira hoped that if the baby did move and kick, it won't hurt, though if it is part metal it might be that way. "I will warn you, you will all hear about it if the baby does annoy me."

"Can't wait," Monty huffed sarcastically, he stood listening with his arms folded and his glasses over his eyes. "What about these mood swings, hmm?"

"I am getting to them. Sheesh, so impatient." Saphira placed the next note up, it wasn't about mood swings on this one. "So, the next one might sound strange. But my sense of smell will be changed a little bit, and it can sometimes trigger nausea too. Thankfully, that has not happened yet. But, I am prepared for it. So will my sense of taste…which leads to the cravings…" She placed the next note up with a diagram showing different foods that were not usually meant to be together. "Now, cravings are subjective for every woman. I could easily crave for something and I have no idea what it is until I eat it. I could crave for something as ridiculous as chocolate on pickles…"

"Pickles and ice cream," Darren adds casually, smirking slightly as Saphira frowned him. "What? I am just helping." He chuckled softly at her and spoke again. "Pineapple on pizza."

She blinked and rolled her eyes. "I'll have you know, I actually like that." He chuckled again, but he said nothing. "Anyway, these cravings can come like a bullet. So…if I happen to stay overnight and such…Darren and Freddy might get the strange requests to get me certain things."

"Why?" Freddy asked with a frown.

"Because if you don't, she'll probably never talk to you again for a week sulking until you bring her the food she is craving," Darren responded sarcastically, making the animatronic's eyes widen with worry and he chuckled at him. "I'm just kidding! You actually might get something thrown at you. That really, really depends on her mood and how bad the craving is. I will say you should just do it when she asks."

"I had no idea cravings could bring out that," Orville said slowly, not believing what he was hearing. "Mademoiselle will have us all scurrying on our feet. That is not nice."

"He isn't wrong or right with that. Pregnancy does strange things because we are so full of hormones because our bodies are going through something massive and providing for another life growing inside us." Saphira hoped the animatronics were not worried about her cravings, but she hoped her cravings will be reasonable. "I suppose I will touch a little bit on the mood swings as well now."

Roxy was amused by this, though she too was very unsure about it all. "Will it be as bad as my mood swings?"

Saphira looked at Roxy and shakes her head, the wolf seemed to be proud about that. "I would say the mood swings will be worse than yours." The wolf blinked in surprise and rolled her eyes slightly, not really believing that as Saphira put the next note up. "Anyway, mood swings really can be…anything. I can become extremely emotional for absolutely no reason, I can become very clingy…you already have seen that, I can become very angry as well or something sets me off to become very angry…and so on. Mood swings, again, are because of the hormones. So…all I would say for you all…be understanding. Fighting back may just make things worse. I'll apologize ahead of time, and I will apologize after the birth."

"Anything else we should be aware of?" Mr Hippo asked curiously. The way he, Pigpatch and Freddy were standing showed how intently they were listening. "I assume there will be physical changes to you too?"

"Um…yeah…but…I'll be discussing that with Freddy later." Saphira glanced at Freddy who seemed surprised by that. "There only other symptoms I can think of are…well…I'll be more hungry, so expect that I will eat a lot more than I normally do. Umm…oh yeah, my feet will swell as well. That's mainly due more blood production, the baby presses on veins that may prevent some blood flow returning to the heart and the hormones softening the veins…so…" She looked at Freddy with a smile. "Good feet massages are definitely going to be a must. Along with back and shoulder massages." The animatronic chuckled softly, not arguing with her about that. "And, of course, I'll be more tired. After all, I am working even while I am sitting right now." She glanced at the rest of her notes and sighed. "Well…that is all the symptoms to be aware of right now."

"Aside from whatever else you have to tell Freddy." Monty winked at her with a grin, making Saphira roll her eyes. "Still…is there more we should be aware of?"

She nodded and placed a note that showed miscarriage on it. "Yeah…the one thing that could happen. Miscarriage. It is…something that can't be stopped once it begins." She glanced down as she spoke about it while the animatronics read the notes. "It is when a baby dies, usually before twenty weeks, and it is expelled from the body."

"Expelled?" Freddy looked closer at the notes and widened his eyes. "Is it…painful? It looks like…you would be broken…"

"Yeah, it is." Saphira swallowed a little, she knew she had to talk about it. "You'll know it when I start to…respond to something hurting a lot from inside. Um…though if it does happen…I'll probably just lock myself in the bathroom to pass it and place it inside a box or something."

Darren frowned at that. "But you will need help if it does happen Saphira. You know that. There's usually a lot of blood."

She grimaced at that and the animatronics were immediately worried about that. "The only reason why I even tell you guys about it, is because we still don't know if the baby will survive. It is flesh and living metal, I don't think anyone's done that before. Let alone grown one inside a human womb. So…I tell you to be prepared. It is not pretty."

"Hmm, you have given us a lot to think about." Mr Hippo rubbed his chin thoughtfully, glancing up at the ceiling for a moment. "We will be there for you. Should we now discuss what to expect with the birth?"

"Uhhh…" Saphira bit her lip for a moment and shakes her head. "No…we…we'll worry about that later…maybe when I am further along in the pregnancy and it seems like I am not going to miscarry."

"Oh, I see." The hippo animatronic was disappointed by that, but as Saphira seemed to be quite upset about thinking of the birth, he assumed it was not going to be pretty for them to witness. "Just know that we will be with you all the way."

Saphira nodded slowly. "I know. And thank you. I really am going to appreciate it." She gathered her notes and stood up from the chair. "I am going to go back to the office. I'll let you all go and think. We have been here for too long anyway."

She glanced towards the camera for a moment and walked towards the door to her office. "I'll come with you," Freddy said gently, she felt his hand grab her arm gently and she smiled slightly. "I figure I should know more since we have to talk about it."

She nodded silently. Darren decided to take the stage lift since he was not needed now. Saphira knew the next things she would tell Freddy might be uncomfortable for him, but he had to know. They enter the office and Saphira sipped her water slowly as she walked towards the monitors. She looked at them, the pizzaplex was empty and she couldn't see anything unusual.

"So?" She turned towards Freddy when he began to speak. "What other symptoms will I need to be aware of that the other animatronics don't need to know? I feel like they should know all of them."

She smiled at him and placed the cup down. "Well, that would be true if some of the symptoms were something they needed to know. For one, the hormones will affect me in other ways."

"How so?"

She felt herself blushing at that and she looked away shyly. "Um…well…you might find…I will want to be intimate. The drive for that can increase, and I probably won't take no for an answer."

That definitely surprised Freddy, it had not occurred to him that she would feel like that. He didn't know if he should be amused or not. "Right…but…is that even safe?"

"We were intimate last night, Freddy," Saphira said with a chuckle. "You obviously were not worried than."

"I mean for when you're further along. Is intimacy safe for the baby?" Freddy was genuinely worried that he would harm the baby and face consequences for it. "Could it cause a miscarriage?"

She smiled at him and walked over to him, sliding her arms around him and kissed him gently. "If it was harmful to the baby, I would have told you. People have been doing it for thousands of years. Sometimes, it can even help with the birth when close enough."

He grimaced slightly at that. "Ehh, I don't think I'll be comfortable enough for that."

She understood that, after all she knew Freddy did not want her hurt anymore than she is. And she also knew she had a lot of work to do during the time of her pregnancy. The world did not need a monster to go out into it. If Springtrap succeeds, she knew he would kill more people. He was doing that through other people he has seduced with the virus he had created.

"I won't force you, don't worry. By that time, I'll probably be so irritated the thought of it will disgust me enough that it will make you happy." She grinned as he was amused by that statement. "Anyway, I will also go through a few physical changes. My hips will widen, the pelvis has to in order to allow the baby through safely."

Freddy glanced down, surprised that was able to happen. "Oh…that never crossed my mind."

"I…I will also gain weight…I may end up keeping some of that weight after birth." She glanced down slightly to keep her eyes from his. "Would…would you still love me even if my stomach is…a little loose?"

Freddy was surprised she asked that and kissed her head gently, sniffing slightly at the rose scent of her hair. "Of course, super star. Your appearance might be what made me curious, but…I could not go on like I had before without you now. If you feel…bad about it, I won't stop you from doing something about it. I believe you are allowed to be able to feel beautiful."

"I hope you're right. I guess we will see when it happens…" Saphira also knew the next subject to speak of. "And, the other thing to talk about is stretch marks. I will probably get them during the pregnancy on my stomach and thighs. It's a bit hard to describe, but…I will use stuff to help reduce them…"

"Saphira, are you that worried about the strange things that will happen to your body?" Freddy asked curiously with a slight tilt of his head. She took a deep breath and nodded shyly. "I never understand humans in that way. You pride yourselves on your appearance. I understand you want to be beautiful…but do you ever look in the mirror without makeup and using creams and call yourself beautiful?"

Saphira never really thought she would hear those words from Freddy. She thought about them and nodded. "I have before. I have always believed I was beautiful…maybe that was why I was outcast from my family."

"That's not the most positive thing if you connect your beauty with a negative past. Saphira, I love you, and nothing will change that. No stretch marks, no swollen stomach, not even that child growing within you…" Tears begin to well in her eyes as she listened to him and she tried to hold them back as he kept talking. "Nothing will make me stop thinking you are beautiful. And when you get old and frail, when your hair is strands of silver, I will still think you are beautiful. Me being an animatronic means my outward appearance does not age, but I do in wisdom. Just like Mr Hippo. And I know that when you do pass away at the ripe old age, I will want to be deactivated permanently too. Just to be with you."

Saphira couldn't let the tears stop flowing, her heart was fluttering as his words hit her hard. "Oh, Freddy!" She kissed him passionately, pressing her hips against his and grinding slightly. "You make me feel like the luckiest girl in the whole world. I am so glad I took this job."

Freddy grinned, hearing her say that filled his body with warmth. "Me too. And don't ever call yourself ugly. If Roxy says something…that's just Roxy."

She nodded and chuckled, that she already knew. She sniffled, wiping away her tears. "And I wasn't even done."

"There are more changes to your body?" Freddy chuckled softly and nuzzled her cheek gently. "Saphira, you worry too much."

"No, no, it's actually something that I might have to tell the others eventually too." He leaned back slightly, intrigued on what she had to say. "My breasts will swell too." He blinked and glanced down at them briefly. "They probably will get sore. But, that's because they will fill with milk for the baby. And…I might leak…which isn't something I can control. So…if I get two wet patches on my chest…just, let me know and I'll deal with it."

Freddy blinked as he wondered about the milk. "Why do babies need milk? Or, milk from…uh…you know…I don't want to be awkward about this."

She giggled softly, she knew it was awkward, but it needed to be said. "Breastmilk has nutrition needed for the baby's immune system and growth, especially in the first week. It has everything the baby will need to grow. Of course, if I need to, I will swap to formula…at least with formula I won't need to use a pump. That way you can help feed the baby."

"You want…me to help with the baby?" Freddy asked in surprise.

"Oh…um…I guess I should have asked first. After all…the circumstance of the baby's creation…" Saphira felt stupid for saying that. She did want them to help, but she didn't want to force them. "Sorry…I shouldn't have said that."

He hummed for a moment and smiled at her. "I would love to learn…I just worry…" He lifts his hands, turning them slightly as he looked at them. "Is that even a good idea? A baby would fit in my hand, my claws might cut the skin. To me, that seems like a bad idea. But I will try."

Saphira looked at his hands. She was not intimidated by them anymore, but he had a good point too. "Hmm…I might have to think on that one. Darren at least could help if he wants…but…if this baby is born healthy…I am going to be very busy. Don't expect much attention to you when that happens."

Freddy chuckled softly. He knew he still had a lot to learn, though he understood that a new baby needed a lot of attention. He was not sure how much attention they need, but, if what Saphira was saying was true, she would not just be working now but afterwards too. It didn't take him long to realize raising a baby is a lot harder than it looks. He has seen how the kids come up to him, observed how their parents discipline them when needed and it never occurred to him it was more difficult than it appeared. And he would get to see it. Even if the child wasn't his, he would not hate it. He just hoped Saphira could figure out how to deal with Springtrap and the virus.
