The injuries to Saphira's body was thankfully not too severe. Darren was relieved as he did not need to request professional help for her injuries. Freddy was also relieved about it. But Darren did warn Freddy and the animatronics that because of the amount of times someone has put pressure around her throat, she might not be able to talk very well. As Saphira remained unconscious, bruising form on her neck from having her throat stood on, and Devin holding her neck throat tightly with his hands. He told the animatronics her vocal cords were likely swollen, so talking was not going to be easy for her.

Freddy stayed by Saphira's side during the rest of the night. He wanted to not even deal with his normal duties during the day because he knew she would want him by her side. But Darren couldn't cancel Freddy's day as there were a lot of birthdays he had to attend to. He really did not want to. He was less caring about the guests right now as he wanted to remain by Saphira's side. Even if it meant the pizzaplex lost guests because of him. He didn't care, but he listened to Darren anyway.

When Saphira finally woke up, it was four in the afternoon. She opened her eyes slowly with a groan. Her whole body felt like it was aching. Her back was still stinging from the open wounds on her back. She felt her throat was throbbing painfully from the bruising, and she was certain that her vocal cords were swollen. She swallowed some saliva and grimaced. Yep, her throat was definitely swollen inside. She was not happy about it at all.

"You are finally awake." Saphira jumped and tensed as her eyes widened suddenly. Standing beside her bed was Springtrap. He was glaring at her. "You had quite the busy night, I see." Saphira moved to alert Darren, but she was stopped. Springtrap placed his hand around her mouth roughly and forced her arm to the bed, making her shriek loudly. "You are lucky that the twins are still alive, and are getting stronger inside. Otherwise, I would have every intention of killing you. Especially since because of your stupid, vile family caused me to lose something valuable." She frowned in confusion and Springtrap leaned down with a growl. "You know what I am talking about. Yes, I now know Glitchtrap sent them information. If I had known, I would have destroyed my virus self a long time ago. But you should have taken care of them before it got to this." Saphira realized Springtrap was talking about the kid. The hit to the boy's head must have severed the brainwashing. "Vanny will get what I want back. But you will stay out of the way."

Saphira nodded slightly to show she understood. Tears fall from her eyes as she trembled as Springtrap kept his strong grip around her mouth. She wanted him to let her go. Partly because he was hurting her, and because she was struggling to breath. And she could smell the horrid odour coming from Springtrap's body. It was not something she wanted to smell, and it was making her nauseous.

Springtrap grinned at her as he saw her fear. "I want you to remember this, I have every right to cut these twins from your womb and have them watch as you bleed out. I hope you can be a good girl and stay out of my way. It will all be over very soon." He removed his hand from her face, letting her take a deep breath. He placed his hand on her stomach, making her jump in surprise. "You have done a good job so far. I will be back soon to collect what is mine." He let's her arm go as he turned away and walked to the door with a huff. "Do not disappoint me."

With that, he walked out of the office to head back downstairs. Saphira took deep breaths as she stared at the door before she began to sob. She did not need this as the first thing to deal with upon waking up. She did know that Springtrap was aware of what happened last night, but she didn't expect him to actually come to her with a threat. She hated how she was treated by him. But now it seemed he's lost an advantage. That kid needed help too. If they could get him before Vanessa does, then they could save him.

Saphira would have to talk to the animatronics about it as they would be able to find him with their new eyes. Well, only the animatronics with the new eyes. She didn't know how they would catch the kid though. She knew they also had to be careful. Vanessa will likely dress up as the rabbit more often now to search for the boy, and she will probably mock the bots and Saphira while she does that. Things really got a lot more complicated.

Saphira did notice as she got up carefully to head to the bathroom that she was in a new dress. She smiled as she grateful that they didn't leave her naked. She knew she had lost all of her dignity, but she was glad the animatronics and Darren made sure she was clothed. She was still very upset about it, but she was at least no longer fearing her family. They were all gone.

She only had to worry about Springtrap. She knew he was not going to mess around, and she will have to let the others know he had been here. But as it was only four in the afternoon, she would need to wait to tell the animatronics. But she could see if Darren was available as she definitely wanted to tell him as soon as possible. Plus, she did hope that the new place that was being built for her would be done sooner than later.

Once she finished using the toilet, she walked over to the kitchenette and opened the fridge to get out some apples and Nutella. She didn't feel like anything heavy at the moment, so she just wanted to slice up some apples and dip them into the Nutella. She did hope that it would not be too hard to eat though. She would have to eat in smaller bites.

Once she had the slices cut up, she walked over to the desk to sit down and watch the cameras casually. She was not watching for anything unusual right now, as she felt like she did not care. She took her time eating the apples. It was hard to eat, but she had no choice. Soup and ice cream was not going to cut it. If she was not pregnant, it wouldn't be so bad. But being pregnant did mean that she had to eat solid food.

She lifts her Fazwatch to see if Darren was here. "Hey, Darren," She managed to say in a very dry, croaky voice, which made her eyes tear up. "Uh, sorry…my throat hurts…"

"Well your vocal cords aren't as swollen as I thought they were," Darren responded in relief to Saphira. "But it does sound painful. I am here. How about you type something to me. We can use the staff email now without interference from Glitchtrap. It might be easier than talking over the Fazwatch. Save your voice."

"Okay."

"Good. Just tell me what you want to say, alright? I hope you are feeling okay. I bet you are feeling very sore." She nodded as she typed on the computer to bring up the emails. "It is going to nice to speak freely now."

Saphira couldn't agree more. She definitely was glad that with Glitchtrap out of the system, it will mean they could speak more freely. She figured a private chatroom would be better though than using email, and was able to connect with Darren just fine. She waited to see if Darren saw her reaching to his email, and it didn't take long for her to see the alert light on his end. With that, she began to type to him.

'I am feeling quite sore, Darren. My whole body feels stiff and my back stings. But I am okay, and I am sure I'll be okay. I worry that it might impact the birth though.'

She sent the first message to Darren and waited for him to respond. She did not want to say that Springtrap had been in the office first thing, as she knew it would be a huge drop to say. But it was still important. Saphira saw that Darren was typing in return. She smiled as this was somewhat amusing to her, but it was still a great idea.

'I dare would hope that nothing that happened last night would impact your birth. Your hips were undamaged, as that was my main concern. If they were, then I would be more worried. But I am relieved your family did not go for that part of your body.'

Saphira smiled as she read through the message and began to type her response. She was happy too that her hips were not sore. She could move her limbs just fine, but if she struggled with her legs, she probably would have something wrong with her hips.

'I am happy about that too. I do hope my throat is healed by the time I give birth. I really do not like the idea of trying the scream bloody murder, while my own throat feels like it is being sliced up. I would probably lose my voice doing that.'

Saphira chuckled a little after sending the message. She reread it to herself and she found it very amusing. She knew that Darren was going to laugh when he reads the message she sent. Though she wasn't exactly lying about it. She really did hope her throat would be healed by the time she gives birth, but she knew it could easily be wishful thinking. She waited patiently for Darren to respond to her.

'Ha, ha! I can fully understand what you mean. While I'll never experience the feeling of my inner muscles cramping and contracting like they are ripping apart inside, I can fully sympathize with what you are saying. I did let the animatronics know that you might not be able to talk very well due to the injury of your neck. They understand, but Freddy will likely still feel very guilty about it all.'

Saphira knew that he would feel guilty. But the whole thing was not his fault. If he felt guilty because he needed to go to Parts and Service, then it was silly. He had to, there was no question. Saphira knew he felt guilty because he didn't reach her as quickly as she should, but she would easily forgive him. She hummed gently as she began to type back to him.

'I think I will have a hard time reassuring Freddy that is was not his fault. I feel bad he feels bad. I am curious too, Darren, about the apartment. How much longer until it is safe enough for me to live in? Since there was only a little bit left when I saw it last, I would like an update.'

Saphira knew she mostly wanted the kitchen to be done. If the floors in the spare bedrooms weren't quite finished, she did not really care much about that. She just wanted the kitchen to be finished mostly. That way she could properly move into the apartment. But she did also want to start decorating the nursery. She would have to see if Sun and Moon wish to bring her the bassinet cribs, even though the night before was completely spoiled by her family.

'You will be pleased to know that you should be able to move in within a day or two. I just want to ensure that the fumes within the apartment is completely removed before you go in. There are a few things that still need to be done, but everything is fine. I made sure there is furniture in there for you to use, and Freddy will be able to sit on the chairs without destroying them too. I made sure of that.'

Saphira chuckled softly as she read through the response she received from Darren. She knew that Freddy probably wouldn't sit on a regular chair. He would sit on a sofa, as they seemed to hold his weight just fine. But it was nice to know that Darren was thinking of her. She couldn't help but dream of the day she could have breakfast with Freddy sitting opposite from her talking away while she ate. Maybe that will happen when the twins come. She sighed and typed her response to Darren.

'I thoroughly appreciate the thought and effort that you have put into accommodating Freddy when he is in the apartment. I know he may not sit on normal chairs, but I'll let him know that he can. I am very pleased to know I can move in very soon. It will make life a lot easier for me. I am tired of waking up in the office everyday. I need a change of scenery. And somewhere away from Parts and Service. I am afraid I had an unwanted visitor when I woke up before.'

Saphira knew that Darren was going to be shocked by the revelation. She glanced towards the door with worry as she did not know if Springtrap would come back to get her. She knew his patience was low, and she didn't want him lashing out. But with things really starting to heat up, Saphira did not know what to expect anymore. She could only expect the worst, if she was honest, and she really was terrified of the next few weeks. She had a really bad feeling at the moment.

'An unwanted visitor? The kid? Don't tell me Springtrap or Vanessa was there when you woke up? That would not be good at.'

His response was short, but Saphira could read his worry through that short response. She fully understood why. She rubbed her hands together at she thought about how she would response to him. She took a deep breath and began to type. She was glad that tonight did not have a big show, so the animatronics will be able to spend time with her. Especially since it was a Monday night.

'I am afraid Springtrap was standing by my bed when I woke up. He is not happy. He is not happy that because of my family, I could have lost the babies. He knows Glitchtrap is at fault, but he is still not happy. Plus, the incident must have caused that kid to break free from the brainwashing. I only know this, because I did see the kid getting backhanded quite hard last night. So I do believe that could have woken him up. Not the best way to wake him up, honestly.'

She shivered as she thought back to waking up with Springtrap standing by her bed. It was the definition of waking up to a nightmare, and she knew it. She grabbed another apple slice, dipping it into the Nutella to take her time eating. She made sure to chew the fruit that it was mushy enough to swallow. She could see Darren was typing, and she knew he could end up having quite a big response. She also knew he could talk to her through the Fazwatch, but he chose not to.

'Really? I guess I should not be surprised that he would do that. He did send up his nightmare bots as well, so I think he became aware of what happened very quickly. But the fact he is angry at you is not good. I am afraid I cannot get you into the new apartment any faster, Saphira. As for the kid, I think he is still in the pizzaplex. At least in the darker parts of the building. I thought I saw him a few times already, and he seems very scared and confused. Plus, I am certain I saw Vanessa earlier. I thought I saw her go through a vent in Mazercize, but I am not sure, honestly.

However, it is good to know the kid is free, but we also should do what we can to find him before Vanessa does. She will only take him back to Springtrap, and he might not survive. Especially if Springtrap is angry, he will take it out on the poor kid and he will suffer so much before he passes. So we need to keep him away from Springtrap. But I am unsure of what we can do to draw the kid out. He seems very smart and aware of his surroundings.'

Darren had a good point. They needed to somehow draw the kid out without using a heap of energy. Saphira rubbed her chin thoughtfully on the idea. She did not know if the kid liked the animatronics though. She knew, from her own experience, that the animatronics were more intimidating than they actually were. It is only their size that makes them scary, plus because they are an animatronic and have their own thoughts due to the extremely advanced AI running their system. She thought of something for a moment before typing to Darren.

'Maybe we can see if Sun and Moon can help. Sun did say he has seen the kid before, but he can get through the pizzaplex in ways the others cannot. He could find the kid and maybe talk to him. I know he might potentially scare him, but it could be an idea. Plus, Sun could maybe hide him behind the day care as there is room.'

Saphira read the response she had written and she didn't know if it was a lame idea of not. She didn't know what else to come up with though. It was an idea to explore, even if it was not the best. She also knew that the kid was stuck here like her. If he were to leave and try to return to the orphanage, they would bring him back, and he would still be killed. Taking him under her wing was the only thing that could save him.

'That is an interesting idea. I know the clown's eyes are different to the other animatronics, but while I think he's affected by Vanessa's distortion disc, he sees things differently. He might be able to reach the boy, but there is no promise as a portion of the kids who meet him are terrified of him. Plus, the boy is probably terrified already. Still he could have a head injury that could be bothering him too. If you, you can suggest the idea to him later when he is free.'

Saphira did consider checking out the blueprint for the clown animatronic at some point to understand him better. He was a very unique animatronic after all. She was glad that Darren seemed to think the idea is something that they could explore. It was one of many options, and she knew that. But she did know that Sun and Moon are able to swoop in and grab the kid from above, making it easier to get him. She typed back to him with a smile.

'If you wouldn't mind telling him for me so I can save my voice, I would appreciate that. But I am glad you think it could be a good idea. But I was also thinking of the animatronics pretending to be indifferent and act like he isn't there, so he might end up confused and get close to them. I don't want to scare the kid, but he needs to be under our watch.'

She did not know if the animatronics would do that though, it was asking them to do something they haven't done before. But it was a way to protect the kid, and she definitely wanted to do anything to get him. Even if it was a bit drastic. She did want to search up the boy's name. She was certain she can find out through the orphanage website. They had a page for recently adopted kids. She smiled when Darren responds.

'That is another good idea. But I was also thinking about having midweek shows on Wednesday. I actually spoke about the idea to the animatronics last night while we were tending to you, and they seemed okay. I actually announced it today on our social media about it. The kid might get drawn to it. I know it means we have tonight and tomorrow night to try and get him, but you never know. Something might happen.'

Midweek shows? Saphira sighed as she was a little annoyed he didn't tell her beforehand. She liked it when she had time to spend with the animatronics. Having midweek shows would only give her less time with them, especially Freddy. But she did also know that she could not be selfish. If this was already organized, she couldn't really do much to stop it. But that didn't stop her from being mad about it.

'I would have appreciated being informed this was being planned, Darren. I assume it was planned before you informed the animatronics. I would have appreciated being informed, however you are probably right this could draw the kid out. With a big crown like we have at the shows, he could certainly sneak in. After all, when people enter the atrium, the pizza buffet is included in the price, so no one would question him eating the food. But I personally would not be mad since he would only eat to survive. You might have to order a bed for the kid, Darren. He needs a room of his own.'

Saphira did know she wanted to protect the boy. She didn't know if she would be his mother, as she knew he was old enough to think of her that way if he wanted to, but protecting him was definitely the mother side of her that was coming out. Darren would probably see that in her response. She chuckled to herself as she waited for his response.

'You are very much a mother already, Saphira. I do apologize for not including you in the discussion, but you have had so much to think about, Saphira. It wasn't something that was serious, so I do believe it will be fine. And I agree with the food part. And water too. There are water fountains around, so he might make use of them.

I am afraid I'll have to cut this short, Saphira. I am getting a message from Mr Miller…or, Springtrap really. I need to respond to him or I'll get punished. I'd rather not go through with that, you know. I will talk to later. Take it easy today.'

That was concerning if Springtrap was reaching out to Darren right now to speak to him. Springtrap has not done that in months, but the fact he was reaching out now said he had something in mind for Darren. Saphira hoped it was not bad. But given that Darren could not exactly refuse Springtrap, he had to endure whatever Springtrap had in mind for him. She hoped he would not get turned more robotic, but she knew it was possible.

The last thing she needed was for him to be brainwashed as well. He's been a good friend, and she needed him to help her with the birth. But if he did somehow come under Springtrap's control, a hit to the head might work like it did the kid. It was not ideal, but she knew Monty would probably do it without hesitation. So there was something that could be done. If it didn't work, then they would definitely have a problem.

Saphira finished off the apples she had cut, even though she was still very uncomfortable. She got up to have a shower, even though her wounds on her back would sting from the water. But she needed to feel better, and a shower would help her do that. She stripped off her dress once in bathroom and stepped into the shower, turning it on. Goose bumps covered her skin when the water hits her skin. She smiled and sighed in relief as the water poured over her body. It felt wonderful. She decided she was going to spend an hour in the shower so she could forget about everything for a short time.
