The next time he caught up with the mundane life he was currently living – though for how long remained in question, considering the way that Empress Rita had been calling on him more and more often lately – Tommy took note of the lowered morale that the Power Rangers seemed to be operating under. He also took note of the way that the Pink and Yellow Rangers appeared to be paying particular attention to him, for whatever reason.

When the Pink Ranger caught sight of him, Tommy offered a smile, all the while wondering just what the Power Rangers thought they knew about him.

School went by without incident, which was rather pleasing, but when he made his way to the Juice Bar with its space he could use for training, honing his skills, and the kind of meditation that could only be truly accomplished when he was working out. As he worked out on one of the weight machines, he caught sight of the Pink Ranger making her way over to where he was sitting.

Flicking his eyes in her direction, Tommy raised an eyebrow as she came to stand beside the machine he was still using.

"Tommy."

"What is it, Kimberly?" he asked, continuing with his rhythm, even as he found himself curious as to just what it was that the Pink Ranger wanted with him.

"Tommy, I know," the Pink Ranger said.

"You know what?" he asked.

For a moment, the Pink Ranger seemed to gather herself. "I know you're the Green Ranger."

"What?" he asked, forcing a laugh that he could only hope sounded more natural than it felt. "Yeah, I wear a lot of green, but you wear a lot of pink, and you're not the Pink Ranger," he paused for a moment, raising an eyebrow as he watched the expression on her face go rigid.

Whether the Pink Ranger was afraid of what he'd just said or not, Tommy had other things to concern himself with, so he quickly rose from his seat, grabbed the bag he'd brought along, and quickly left. Empress Rita had summoned him, as he knew she would.
