Finding himself invited back to the Power Rangers' Command Center – after he'd already been there once, though not under circumstances that anyone would have remotely called good – along with the rest of his friends and fellow Animorphs, Tommy quickly found himself seated on what seemed to be an examination table. Looking up as Billy – the Blue Ranger he'd been briefed about when he'd been forced into Rita's service but hadn't interacted with much beyond that – ran some kind of scanner over him, he turned to Jason as the Red Ranger started speaking.
"I hadn't expected to find that there were more aliens trying to take over the world," he said, as Billy went over to one of the computers, either entering more data or recalibrating the scanner he was using.
"Yeah," he said, barking a humorless laugh. "I didn't expect to find anything like that, either."
"That was one of the things that didn't make sense, back when the Ellimist showed us the future," Jake said, making his way over to where he, Billy, and Jason had all gathered together.
"Zordon, had you ever heard of this Ellimist before?" Jason asked, looking up at the projected head floating in the tube standing above them all.
"No, Jason, I must confess that I am unfamiliar with such an individual," Zordon said, and Tommy found himself wondering just how many things that he and the rest of the Animorphs had seen and fought weren't familiar to what seemed to be the Power Rangers' advisor.
It also reminded him of what had happened to Elfangor, and everything that had happened to him.
When Billy asked him to demonstrate the Animorphs' specific morphing so that they could have some sort of a baseline to work from, if they needed to find him or any of the others in the future. Jake wasn't particularly in favor of the idea, of course, since information security had always been their best hope for survival. Considering who they were dealing with, the Power Rangers and Zordon both seemed to understand.
