"DUEL!"
Luna (?): 4000
Bastion: 4000 LP
Bastion readied himself as "Luna" practically ripped the first card off her deck in anger, anger that was directed solely on him.
"I summon Witchcrafter Potterie in defense mode!" Luna cried out before, to the surprise of both Bastion and Chumley, a small little girl appeared.
The little girl that appeared seemed to be looking around nervously while holding on to what looked to be clay-doll toys she created.
Witchcrafter Potterie [Type: Effect Monster/Sub-Type: Spellcaster/Attribute: EARTH/Level: 2/ATK: 0/DEF: 2000]
"I end my turn with that." Bastion and Chumley were expecting the rage of a Shadow Rider. Although, their opponent spat out with venom, was that all she was going to do?
Turn 2: Bastion. Cards: 5.
The Ra Yellow Ace was understandably confused. (What? Including the Dark Scorpions, all Shadow Riders so far have shown incredible and unexpected decks and monsters! I've certainly riled up Luna, but this is the monster she sends against me? ... Wait, is she still stalling for time!? I know I usually need to caution myself, but I cannot risk losing some of our best duelists from Luna's attack!)
"I draw!" Bastion looked at his card. "I normally wouldn't condone child violence, but I'm left with no choice! I first activate Card Destruction! This allows us to discard our entire hand and replace them with a fresh new set of cards!" The two duelists did so.
Bastion saw the new hand he got and continued his turn. "I activate the five Elementsabers in my graveyard! I'm allowed to change their attributes to the Light element!"
Chumley pumped himself up. "Whoa! You're summoning that on your first turn!?"
Bastion took a card from his hand. "I special summon Phosphorage The Elemental Lord!"
The sky around them started to change. In a strike of thunder, a powerful creature appeared behind Bastion that cackled with power.
Phosphorage The Elemental Lord. [Type:Effect Monster/Sub-Type: Thunder/Attribute: LIGHT/Level: 8/ATK: 2800/DEF: 2200]
"When he's special summoned, I can destroy all monsters on the field!" Bastion threw his hand out towards the small child. "Phosphorage, strike with Wrath of Thunder!"
The Elemental Lord screamed with cackling thunder as it gathered energy. The little girl on Luna's side started to tear up.
"I activate Potterie's ability! By tributing her and discarding a spell card, I can summon another Witchcrafter monster from my deck!" The little mage disappeared into a bubble. "I choose to special summon Witchcrafter Madame Verre in defense mode!"
Witchcrafter Madame Verre. [Type: Effect Monster/Sub-Type: Spellcaster/Attribute: Light/Level: 8/ATK: 1000/DEF: 2800]
Chumley didn't know what to expect, but he certainly didn't expect to see what looked to be an old Loli-witch with a smug smile on her face.
However, Bastion remained undeterred. "That's not going to stop my Monster's effect! It's not a target ability!"
"I know," Luna answered. She also pointed towards her monster. "That is why I activate Madame Verre's Special effect! By discarding one spell card, I can negate all of my opponent's monster effects!"
"What!?" Bastion cried out as the small witch twirled her staff with unexpected expertise to create a magic circle. With a snap of her wrist, an energy beam from the magic circle nailed Phosphorage right on the head and disrupted the violent energy about to explode from the Elemental Lord.
Bastion saw this and paled. However, he had a feeling that an effect like that could only be used once. So he continued his turn. "I now normal summon Element Saber Malo!"
Elementsaber Malo [Type: Effect Monster/Sub-Type: Spellcaster/Attribute: FIRE/Level: 3/ATK: 1700/DEF: 200]
Bastion's monster appeared on the field in a fiery entrance. But Bastion wasn't done yet. "I then play Terraforming! This spell card allows me to pick a Field Spell to my hand!" Bastion picked the card from his deck. "I play Palace of the Elemental Lords!" As he exclaimed this, the area around them started to change. The familiar but still powerful temple rose behind the Ra Yellow student. Its presence even made Luna wince.
"Licious! Bastion's epic field spell is up!" Chumley gripped his fist.
"I activate Malo's effect! I can send one more monster from my deck to my graveyard! And thanks to my field spell, I can change the price of the activation straight from my deck instead of my hand!" Bastion sent two more cards to his graveyard. "Now, with three attributes in my graveyard, my monsters gain 600 defense and attack points!" (ATK: 1700 → 2300/DEF: 200 → 800) (ATK: 2800 → 3400/DEF: 2200 → 2800)
Bastion pointed over to Madame Verre. "I'll have Phosphorage attack your defense position monster!"
"And that is your next mistake, Bastion!" Luna pointed back to him. "Madame Verre has a second ability! During the battle, I can reveal any number of spell cards from my hand, and for each I reveal, the spellcaster monster gains 1000 extra attack and defense points!" Luna picked up two cards. "I reveal these two spell cards: Blustering Winds and Witchcrafter Bystreet! That means Verre gains 2000 extra points!" (ATK: 1000 → 3000/DEF: 2800 → 4800)
"What!? 4800 Defense points!?" Chumley panicked. "Bastion, you gotta call off the attack!"
"It's too late for that now!" Luna declared as Phosphorage attacked Madame Verre. The small witch erected a barrier that blocked the thunder lord's attack and sent pieces of it towards Bastion.
"AAAAHHHH!?" Bastion screamed as he was hit by his own attack. The shock of the blow made him fall to his knees.
Bastion: 4000 → 2600 LP
Luna (?): 4000 LP
"Bastion!?" Chumley cried out.
Bastion struggled to stand back up, but he shook his head as he did so. "I've heard the stories, but feeling the pain of a Shadow Game is something else altogether."
"This is only the beginning, Bastion." The one who was known as Luna screamed with a clenched fist and eyes of fire. "I am going to make you suffer!"
"M-My turn isn't done!" Bastion struggled to stand. He looked to his hand. "I play one card face down and end my turn. And with the end of my turn, all my monsters in my graveyard turn to normal. Now, I have six different attributes in my graveyard, which gives my monsters an extra 1200 points." (ATK: 2300 → 2900/DEF: 800 → 1400) (ATK: 3400 → 4000/DEF: 2800 → 3400)
"You are not the only one who has special effects at the end phase, Bastion." Luna motioned to her duel disk. "When you forced me to discard earlier, I had Witchcraft spells discarded! They have a special effect when they're sent to the graveyard and not used: I can return them to my hand! Along with the effect used to summon Madame Verre, I can bring back three more Witchcrafter spell cards to my hand! This adds a total of four cards back to my hand!"
"There's gotta be something against that!?" Chumley cried out. "She has 8 cards in her hand!"
"There is," The witch shadow rider exclaimed. "Since the hand limit is still six, I can discard two cards to the grave." She did so. "But none of them will be the spell cards."
Turn 3: Luna(?). Cards: 6.
"But do you know which cards are in my graveyard?" Luna asked with a smirk after drawing her seventh card.
"Let me guess: they are cards that special summon a powerful monster from the deck?" Bastion winced at the thought.
"You do pick things up fast, Bastion." The witch picked up a card from her hand. "I used only two monster effects, and you already can guess the style of my archetype. A shame that it will no longer do you any good." The witch motioned to her duel disk. She took a card out of her hand and placed it on her duel disk. "One of them is Witchcrafter Genni!"
Unlike the two, smaller girls, the spellcaster that appeared was more mature in body and wore glasses. The witch did a magical-girl-esuque spin before she winked at Bastion. Now, Bastion wasn't sure if it was the damage from the attack, but was his heart racing faster?
Witchcrafter Genni [Type: Effect Monster/Sub-Type: Spellcaster/Attribute: WIND/Level: 1/ATK: 300/DEF: 500]
Luna's voice snapped the duelist back to reality. "She has an effect that allows me to tribute her and another Witchcrafter spell. Then I can special summon another Witchcrafter with a different name on the field!"
As the one called Luna raised a card to the air, a bright light blinded the human duelists that came from the card. "Come forth, creature born of multiple masteries! Let your splendor blind and purge those that go against their creators!"
"I special summon Witchcrafter Aruru!"
As she exclaimed this, the light exploded to painful brightness. Bastion and Chumley had to shield thier closed eyes to prevent themselves from going blind. As it died down, the noticed what entered the field.
Or rather, who was on the field.
"Witcrafter Aruru," Bastion gulped. "So that is your true identity." He had seen the Black Scorpions duel previously. While the Dark Scorpions were... the Dark Scorpions, there was a rather menacing atmosphere that Aruru gave off despite the colorful and bright magic.
Witchcrafter (?) Aruru [Type: Effect Monster/Sub-Type: Spellcaster/Attribute: LIGHT/Level: 8/ATK: 2800/DEF: 0]
"I am ending this farce, right now." The Witchcrafter pointed to Verre. "I activate my other monster's effect! During the battle phase, by revealing five spell cards in my hand, I can choose to give a monster 5000 extra attack points!"
"What!? Since when could a monster card negate an opponent's monster's effects and increase the attack points by that much!?" Bastion cried out.
"What part of having power beyond your understanding do you not understand!?" Aruru hissed that statement before raising her hands in the air. To the surprise of the two students, a pair of scissors and a hammer both appeared in each hand and exploded with a powerful aura.
(ATK: 2800 → 7800/DEF: 0)
"7800 attack points!? Not good! Not good!" Chumley started to panic.
"Goodbye, Bastion. I'll remember you when the Sacred Beasts are brought back to the world." Aruru gathered magic into her hammer. She then slammed it down on the ground, causing a miniature earthquake. The ground opened with a crack that snaked its way towards Bastion's Elemental Lord before the ground beneath the Thunder creature exploded.
"GAAAHHH!?" Bastion screamed as he and Chumley were absorbed by the light.
Bastion: 2600 → 0 LP
Witchcrafter (?) Aruru: 4000 LP
[Tag Force: Heroes and Villains]
"Come on, Chumley, pick up!" Syrus looked at his phone.
"Now, Elemental Hero Flamewingman, attack directly!" Jaden cried out as another female duelist was defeated. However, four more came through the doors and opened their duel disks. "Man, I've always dreamed of having the ladies coming after me, but this is ridiculous! Sy, is anyone answering!?"
"No!" As he screamed this, the two Slifer noticed an explosion in the distance.
[Tag Force: Heroes and Villains]
"Damn it!" Chazz cursed as even Level 7 Armed Dragon and Light and Darkness Dragon were taken down by Wilona's Monarch monsters. "Why does she even have Skill Drain in her deck!?"
"You're complainin' about one card!? I gotta deal with three ritual monsters here!" Jesse shouted out while he and his monsters faced down some of Alexis's strongest monsters including her new Vrash.
The mind-controlled beauty pointed over to Jesse and his Crystal Beasts. "Attack!"
"Well, this is going to suck!" Jesse shielded himself before he was hit by a storm of attacks.
"Jesse!?" Chazz started to sweat. This was turning harder than he thought. "Zane, Bastion, you both better hurry it up!"
It was at that moment the former Obelisk Blue noticed the even bigger explosion a distance away from the auditorium.
[Tag Force: Heroes and Villains]
Zane didn't have time to even look at the explosion he heard as Seika brought out the full extent of her new deck.
"This is much worse than I expected. She didn't just get a new deck; her entire style of dueling's changed!" Zane gritted his teeth as he was forced to launch a killing move to defend himself. Of all his opponents, he never expected to use offensive plays defensively.
As the dust settled, Zane saw a Ritual Based Trap Card revealing itself. "Bastion, hurry!"
[Tag Force: Heroes and Villains]
Witchcrafter Aruru saw the cloud of smoke rise from where she launched her attack. She sighed and raised her hand out. As she did, Bastion's key flew out of the smoke and started flying towards her.
...
...
...
"What?" Aruru put more pressure into her hand to magically call the key towards her. However, try as she might, the key was frozen mid-air, just beyond her grasp! Frustrated, Aruru attempted to grab it. When she did, the key started to fly back!
The dust parted, and the key flew right back into an open hand: Bastion's hand! The Ra Yellow was heaving for air and had dirt all over him, but he was still standing!
"What!? But I won the Shadow game!" Aruru threw her hand out in anger. "Your life points hit zero!"
"Yes. Yes, they did," Bastion gasped. "But luckily, this trap card proved to be what I needed." Aruru's eyes widened as she looked over to where Bastion pointed. "The Trap Card: Second Wind! When my life points hits zero, I can activate this trap card, and the duel will not end! Instead, I will regain 2000 Life Points!"
Bastion: 0→ 2000 LP.
"However, the drawback entails that my life points can no longer go higher than 2000." Bastion gasped. However, he gripped his fist. "I'm not out of this yet!"
Witchcrafter Aruru grunted and raised her hand with her duel disk. "With the end of my turn, my attack points return to normal!" (ATK: 7800 → 2800/DEF: 0)
Turn 4: Bastion. Cards: 1.
Bastion looked to his right to see if Chumley was alright. Thankfully, he was unharmed, but he was knocked out from the force of the last attack.
Yet, this was the point that Bastion started to put together things he noticed.
"Witchcrafter Aruru." Bastion began. "That's still not your real name, is it? Or rather, it's not your complete name?" When Aruru's eyes widened, it only confirmed Bastion's Hypothesis. "It's been bothering me this whole duel. Your archetype name, Witchcrafter, is that not a name that combines both witches and crafting? When I saw those previous monsters, I could guess at what craft they dabbled in: toys, books, perhaps glass?" Bastion looked over to Aruru. "What is your craft?"
It was such a simple question, but Bastion noticed his opponent didn't answer.
"... You don't have one, do you? Or rather you're the product of all the other monsters." Her silence and anger at Bastion's question practically confirmed it. That, and he payed attention to her summoning chant.
"H-How did you come up with this?!" Aruru finally asked.
"The 12th Edition." Bastion came back to that topic. "Eisenstein's most philosophical edition. I recall he had something called a Golem Poem. It was dedicated to teaching potential artificial life about the emotions of ours." He looked at Aruru. "If you wish to feel the color blue, stick your hand into the water, feel the cool rush slip yet hold your fingers. If you wish to know green's true nature, lay on the grass and feel them tickle your skin."
"Do not let red's fierceness fool you." Aruru continued the poem. She closed her eyes and said, "Although fire may burn, its intensity represents passion. It is as brilliant as it is dangerous..." She opened her eyes. "Yes. I know them by heart."
"Your real name: it's Witchcrafter Golem Aruru." Bastion had noticed something off with the card when it was placed down. His Duel Disk read the card being with a longer name, but he couldn't see it properly. Everything clicked into place while he was dueling Aruru.
"You truly are smart, Bastion." The being narrowed her eyes before shouting, "I will use the power of the Sacred Beasts to turn myself into a real person! Not some... cheap imitation of life! It's not fair! I have more power than your entire race can ever hope to achieve, yet I am the one feeling envious!?"
"I'm sorry." Aruru's rage faded as she snapped back towards Bastion. He inhaled and straightened his stance. "I admit, unlike most of my companions, I lack any natural talent. Most of my skill comes from rigorous equation writing and practicing, yet I'm still seen as lesser than the likes of Jaden, who takes every opportunity to slack." He sighed. " I understand you, Aruru, but I am not letting you destroy my world for your wishes!" Bastion put his hand on his deck. "You have shown me what happens if I give up and take the easy way out, and I refuse to do that! I draw!"
As Bastion drew, the air blew away from the Ra Yellow's hand motion. The Ace of Ra Yellow saw what he drew and declared, "I play two cards face down and end my turn!"
Turn 5: Aruru. Cards: 6.
Aruru stared before she gripped her hand into a trembling fist.
"Are you mocking me? That's all you can do?!" She shouted. "You did not even place your remaining monster in defense mode!"
She didn't expect Bastion to smirk, of all things, at her. "Oh? Don't tell me even with all your power, you're afraid of a few face downs?"
If Aruru was a real person, more than several veins would pop on her head. "I'll show you!" She drew her card without looking at it. "I once more activate Verre's ability to increase my attack points to 8800 thousand this time!"
The light show returned, and soon, Aruru's power skyrocketed again.
"I'd like to see you try and stop this attack! I play the quick play spell: Unstoppable Force! For the rest of this turn, attacks cannot be negated, and the battle phase cannot be skipped! I doubt your face downs can stop me now!"
"Stop you? I must say, for someone who claims to be a fan of Eisenstien, you're rather dim despite the light show you're putting off." Bastion pointed down. "I play Ring of Destruction! This trap card allows me to choose a monster, and we both take damage equal to its attack points! I choose you, Aruru!"
"What!?" The witch cried out as a ring of fire attached itself to her neck and started to shine brighter. "Wait, that other face down!?"
"Indeed, it's Ring of Defense! This quick-play card prevents me from taking damage from a trap card!" The card appeared in front of Bastion and rotated to the point it became a solid shield in front of the Ra Yellow Ace.
When it did, the choker around the spellcaster's neck shined just as brightly as her not to long ago. Before the light enveloped her, Aruru closed her eyes, almost as if she was feeling relief after a long nightmare.
Bastion: 2000 (Winner!)
Aruru: 4000 → 0 LP.

All around the school, the girls were stopping at what they were doing. Some were confused as to why everything looked pretty bad. Some wondered why they were on the ground and in some pain.
"Huh?" Alexis realized her hand was stretched out, and Jesse was in front of her with no monsters on his field and only 200 Life Points left. "What? What am I doing here? Jesse? ... Wilona? Why are you dueling Chazz?"
Wilona blinked before she noticed she had just activated Soul Exchange. "I... do not know?" She looked at the duel field and her hand. "I think I'm about to win against Princeton?" She asked in confusion.
"Like heck you were!" Chazz screamed out.
"Well, if you could stop me from sacrificing your XYZ Dragon Cannon, so I could summon Caius to attack you directly, then you're right." Chazz winced at the mention of the move she was about to do. The only reason he had such a hard time with Wilona was because he wasn't used to her summoning monsters on his turn! Chazz promised himself he wouldn't make that mistake again! Meanwhile, Wilona continued, "But seriously, why are we here?"
They canceled their duels. The two students from North Academy sighed in relief when they realized they were both one move away from losing their Keys.
Jesse shook his head and pointed "We gotta get to the Gymnasium! Zane and the others are probably battling the Shadow Rider!" Jesse cried out.
"Shadow Rider!?" Alexis cried out before the boys started running. However, Chazz and Jesse bolted ahead, making the other two girls race after the guys.
When they arrived, they saw Zane helping Seika stand up.
"I should have acted sooner." Seika held her head. "She was right there, and I didn't get to react in time."
"You didn't know. If she did it to us, we would have fallen for it as well." Zane told his friend.
"Still," She hissed. "I should have acted sooner. Even though these Shadow Riders had weird powers, I should have expected Shift-shaping to be one of them." She looked to the others. "Where's the Ra Yellow kid?"
"I sent him to face the Shadow Rider." Zane looked over in one direction where he saw large explosions while he was dueling Seika. "Thankfully, he managed to defeat her in time."
"Why?" Seika's smirk returned. "Was I about to win at last?"
"No."
That answer did little to remove the smirk on Seika's face. However, the school President motioned a thumb over to where Zane mentioned. "Come on, guys, we need to check up on our Ra Yellow rep."
[Tag Force: Heroes and Villians]
Bastion didn't know why, but he found himself making sure that Aruru was resting under the tree he first met her after he made sure Chumley was well. He had to admit, out of all the possible chances of victory in that duel, he wasn't expecting the combo that got him into Duel Academy to save him. He supposed it was poetic.
"... I lost." Aruru's voice made Bastion look down. To his surprise, he started to see cracks across her body. As time passed, the cracks only grew, and light started to leak out of them.
Bastion looked at his opponent with confusion. "I do not understand. What is happening to you?"
"I gambled much to win here. That duel tied the energies of not only our duel but the duels around your island." She sighed. "The spell has feedback. All the injuries spread by my spell are being inflicted on me instead. Your injured humans will all heal, and most will simply think of this as some dream."
"What will happen to you?"
"Hmm, can a thing that never truly lived die? Perhaps the proper term would simply be returning to nothingness where I am better off." Aruru gave a soft but miserable laugh.
"You were alive. Very much so." Bastion told her. "Your anger, your passion, your drive. All of that was so very very... human." His face became soft. "I don't think you needed the Sacred Beasts at all. A shame, really. I would have loved to have someone else to talk to about Eisenstein's works."
Aruru stared at Bastion, her eyes full of surprise. However, her face fell to a gentle smile that did not fit a Shadow Rider. "That sounds nice." However, her smile fell. "Bastion, I must warn you of the last 4 Shadow Riders. I knew I had to make my move before they did because they are not just monsters. They're all apex predators."
Bastion wanted to ask how she knew this, but a piece of him believed her every word.
"There are still seven of you. Promise me that none of you will face the last four alone!" She reached for his collar and grabbed him closer to her.
"I-I promise! They will not get a single key!" Bastion declared. A few seconds passed before he realized that Aruru did not let go. "Umm, why are you not letting go?" Was it him, or was she closer than he thought she was?
"Just a last wish. 'To journey through life is one's greatest adventure, but to find a partner makes it all the sweeter'." Aruru quoted Eisenstien before she closed in and kissed Bastion on the cheek.
For a Ra Yellow, Bastion was currently putting Slifer to shame with how red he was. "W-Why did you do that!?"
Aruru giggled even as her legs started to crumble. "What, can I not have a death wish? Call it a good luck charm." As if to tease him, before her body faded, she winked. Her dust sparkled before flying into the air like stars in the night.
"Whoa!" Bastion's heart and mind sank as he heard a voice behind him. "Did ya just get kissed by a Shadow Rider?! I gotta admit, she was one fine-lookin' witch!"
Bastion started to sweat as he turned around.
"What the heck, Bastion!? We're out here getting our butts handed to us, and you're flirting with the enemy?!"
"So you do admit to me almost beating the North Academy Champ?"
"No, you didn't, Witch! I had a counter!" Chazz snapped back at Wilona.
"My my, Mr. Ra Yelllow, you're quite the ladies' man!" Seika giggled.
"Whoa! I can't believe I woke up to Bastion getting a kiss! I gotta tell J and Sy this right away!? Hey, J! Bastion got kissed by a Shadow Rider!"
"Whaaaaaaaaaa!?"
"... Good dueling, Bastion." Zane tried to offer, but his comment was drowned by everyone else.
Bastion wanted to die as he heard more comments.
[Tag Force: Heroes and Villains]
Bastion was sitting on the roof of the school, holding one of the books he wanted to lend to Luna before the debacle started. He sighed and leaned into the bench before looking to the sky. "Of course it was too good to be true. The chances of a cute girl being interested in the same things I was astronomically low, to begin with."
"Glooooriiiiaaaa?" Bastion looked to the stairs as he saw, of all people, Grace Tyler walking up to the roof. She spotted Bastion and waved, "Oh, hey, Bastion! Like did ya see my sister?"
"Ah? I seem to recall she, Wilona, and Alexis heading down to request a duel arena." From what he recalled, Gloria and Alexis were arguing over something again, and they were going to settle it with a duel.
"Thanks! I gotta..." The silver-haired twin paused as she spotted the book in Bastion's hands. "Hey! Is that one of Professor Eisenstein's Theory of Dueling Mathematics?"
Bastion blinked slowly as his mind processed Grace Tyler, who sometimes was seen as a walking valley-girl-stereotype, knew about Eisenstein's works.
"Um, yes?"
"That's so cool! Which volume is that?" She walked closer to the Re Yellow Ace.
"The 12th volume." Bastion explained slowly.
"The 12th, huh? I'm more of a fan of the 9th volume!"
Bastion looked to the silver-haired girl. "Oh? The 9th one focuses more on the historic origins of Duel Monsters, even talks about the Egyptian Gods."
"I know, right!? It's cool to learn that a bunch of guys that made triangle buildings, made some of the coolest game in the world!"
Bastion and Grace talked more that afternoon.
One day, they'd handle the last four of the Shadow Riders. Until then, Bastion set aside the book and talked with someone who did share his hobbies and interest... and wasn't secretly evil...
Right?

(A/N) This chapter came out after a while simply because back in Duel Links, I didn't have any decks that beat Witchcrafters. They aren't meta as of this moment, but I found them much harder to deal with than I thought I would. I ran into a lot of them before, and it stung more than it probably should have.
Also, Bastion Misawa, everybody! Give the guy a warm round of applause cause the poor guy needs a win. (Granted, many writers give Bastion more credit in their fics, but I still think he deserves those wins!) I don't know why, but I've had a soft spot for Bastion. Maybe it's also because I too get ignored by people in real life and want to stand out, but I'm not much of anything. Even the things I work hard on just seem to fall short of the myriad of infinitely talented people around me. (Also, try not to think about comparisons. Those are not good for a strong emotional and mental self.) Overall, I want to give Bastion a bigger role, even if that means changing him up a little.
Anyway, I'm excited about the next Shadow Rider. Just like the Black Scorpion and Witchcrafter Golem Aruru, it's also going to be another monster from an Archetype! This one is my favorite archetype, and when he does appear, I hope you all enjoy him. But that doesn't quite mean we'll see him yet. The next chapter might tackle some of the fillers I wanted to tackle because I saw a fun idea out of them. (That and I'm putting the Keepers on a break. Poor guys.)
So, see you guys then! Good luck.
[Made up Cards/Edited Cards]
The two made up cards here are Second Wind (based off a Duel Links gem/item.) and Unstoppable Force(Just made up to prevent Battle Phase shenanigans.)
I am also not sure exactly how the Witchcrafter Monsters work. So I'm iffy on if that is really how Madame Veirre's ability works. It's hard to understand chaining and such when Duel Links and deeper TCG introduced me to timing and activation speeds. (Sigh. Yugioh, I love ya, but you do everyone dirty.)
