April 24, 1945, Berlin, Germany

Kaiser Arthur, or rather known by his real name Robert Edward Hogan, was looking for his love, Fräulein Hilda. He had loved her with his heart and was hoping to marry her and make her his Kaiserin. Hogan regardless, would understand if Hilda refused. Arthur continued, asking many where Hilda was, stating she was a Fräulein that had worked at Stalag 13. Finally, Arthur would get the answer on where Hilda exactly was, but it wasn't exactly a good answer, in particular, not a GOOD answer at all.

He had hoped though that Hilda wasn't dead, nor was Helga assuming this was the case, but Helga likely is married if she is alive and survived the chaos in Berlin during the 1944 Coup d'etat. Arthur was told to go to a certain address, and..he ended up in front of the hospital. Going inside, he'd ask where Hilda was. They saluted their Kaiser and showed him the way. There Hilda was, laying in a hospital bed, critically injured. He wondered who the monster was that had done this to Hilda. He came over to her, and sat down next to her. He was going to cry. Someone had done this crime to her.
A year had passed since China had been conquered by Japan with the help of the United States as well as Germany following a treaty signed in December of 1944. The ROC survived in the eastern territory of China. Emperor Puyi of Manchukuo remained in power, going on to become puppet Emperor of the Second Chinese Empire. Mao Zedong was publicly executed alongside many soldiers of the People's Liberation Army after they were captured in an ambush. The Communist Insurgency is still ongoing at the moment, but the insurgency is suffering several defeats.

"Hilda…please..wake up..who did this to you…" Hogan pleaded with Hilda, who wasn't conscious."And then..slowly but surely, Arthur began weeping. Hilda wasn't waking up. Arthur, plopped a full-fledged huge kiss down on Hilda's lips, doing whatever he could to bring her back and out of the coma. Suddenly, something happened. A huge wave of energy blew Arthur/Robert E. Hogan into the hallway, to the shock . Klaus. Klaus had not been engaged in any war crimes or supported any for that matter, and so he kept his position.
Arthur got up, and his eyes widened as he saw Hilda get out of the hospital bed. "H-Hilda? H-how are you…alive?" He wondered. Was it his kiss? "You saved me, Hogan..your kiss..you resurrected me with that..very passionate..kiss..I'd have to say. But..you want to know who did this, right?" She asked him. "It's Hochstetter, isn't it-" Hilda cut him off, shaking her head, immediately vindicating him, much to the surprise of the young Kaiser.

"No, General Hogan. It isn't Major Wolfgang Hochstetter. Besides, he'd never physically hurt women anyway... He'd leave it up to the others. No, Hogan, it's not him..but..one of your own allies. Someone you don't really like, yourself. He replaced you right before you helped get that woman out of the camp via that plane shortly thereafter."
Arthur began piecing things together. "No..it couldn't have been…no….Rodney Crittendon? Why would he do this to you? He just..didn't seem..like the type to do that." Arthur said to Hilda. He clearly didn't get angry at her for calling him "Hogan", as he much rather wanted to be president, rather than an emperor. "Hey doctor, can you look Hilda over? See if she is still injured from before?" He asked him, then he went to wait in the lobby. Everyone saluted him, owing to the fact that he is the country's Kaiser. The monarch eagerly awaited the results or the outcome of what had just happened.

"Your majesty! Hilda..has been completely healed, somehow! It is a..miracle!" Dr. Klaus said to Arthur, who knew it was, and smiled. "Yes, yes it is, Dr. Klaus." Arthur didn't want to tell Klaus the truth about the Polaris Extremis he supposedly had, which was faked in order to accomplish his mission in the Underground during the time it was going on. After all, Arthur wanted Klaus to remain proud of that faked Polaris Extremis case being his first one. In the meantime, Hilda was finally able to leave the hospital after several days. He'd take her back to the Berlin Palace, which had been fully repaired by this point. From there, he'd ask Hilda the truth, about what really happened.
By the end of it, Arthur was shocked. This had happened a few days after his coronation at a gaia. What Crittendon had done to Hilda was truly, truly, truly horrific, to the point where he almost thought Crittendon had been much worse than Hochstetter. Crittendon did it to Hilda because she proposed the repeal of the Act of Settlement 1701 to England's monarch, George VI, who would then abdicate in favor of Arthur/Robert Hogan, a devout Roman Catholic, if the act was repealed. Crittendon was a hardcore believer in the Act of Settlement 1701, an act of discrimination still in existence, and he vowed to protect it as much as possible.

Arthur was angry. "The Act of Settlement, huh? I didn't hear much about it, but I was told by someone years ago why every monarch has seemed to be Anglican and not any other religions. And boy, that makes me angry that legislation still exists." Arthur sighed. Now it was his chance. He didn't really have a concrete relationship with her during WW2, as she was Klink's secretary during WW2, but..he loved her.
"Hilda..during these past few years, we've known each other..you helped me and the underground out a lot..and.." Hilda was giggling inside, knowing what Arthur/Robert Hogan was about to say. "And you..are a diamond in my eyes…and now..I have something to ask you." He said to her, as he got on the ground, pulling a ring out. "Will you..marry me, Hilda?" Arthur/Robert Hogan asked, hoping she would say yes to him.

"Y-YES! I will, General!" Hilda kissed him. She knew that his name was now, officially, Arthur, as it was his regnal name, but she still referred to him as Hogan. The two made love all night as Hilda was set to effectively become Hogan's Kaiserin. Crittendon knew what he had to do as he was secretly listening in on Hogan and Hilda. Crittendon was very angry and hateful. "If I don't get you now..I will get you another day. This is like Caledon- heh...no it isn't. But I will bring you down, Arthur. I will make sure it is brutal and VIOLENT." Crittendon thought of himself as a hero, believing that if he gets rid of Arthur and Hilda..then Germany will be looking for a new Kaiser and Kaiserin, and I'd take that opportunity to become Kaiser..even if I have to kill Anneliese and her father Wilhelm Klink, if Arthur made them the heirs to the throne."

"So, Kaiser..you think you've found love, eh? I ought to take it away from you..you ruined me and caused me to go down all the way back to private." Crittendon took out his gun, as he prepared to assassinate the Kaiser and his Fiancee Hilda. He knew what to do. However, aiming through the window, the gun misfired, and quickly, Crittendon ran off with his gun, in order to escape any prosecution, assuming someone saw what he had attempted. Arthur and Hilda had heard it, but by the time they went to see what had happened, Crittendon was long gone. Arthur and Hilda married a few weeks later, and Hilda was crowned Kaiserin of Germany. Arthur had finally married her, whom he was in love with. Hilda's coronation was attended by Wilhelm Klink and Anneliese Klink, as well as Hans Schultz and the rest of his family that was there.

May 2, 1945, Carter's Drugstore, Muncie, Indiana

It was another successful day for Andrew Carter at his business. Having racked up a lot of profits, he had just put the closed sign on the door when a woman entered the building. "Well, we're closed, whoever it is, you're just gonna have to come back another-" When Carter turned around, it was Mary Jane, his ex-girlfriend. She had come back to talk to him, with her hoping to get together with him again.

"Hello, Andrew." Mary Jane said to him. "I've come back to talk to you…" She further stated. Carter scoffed at this as he was getting his drugstore closed up for the night. "Andrew…look…I..did not mean to do what I did." Carter looked at her. "Well, Mary Jane..don't think you and I will be together again-" Mary plopped a huge kiss on his lips, interrupting him. "Shhh…..Andrew..I still love you..in fact..I'm..sorry for all of the sadness I've caused you. I want you back..Carter." Mary Jane was trying to get back with Carter.

"I know..I haven't been greatly loyal and loving to you..considering the Dear John letter crap I pulled..but..I want another chance..Carter..will you…marry me? I truly…love you..and..I want to be yours again." Mary Jane said to Carter, waiting for his response. She hoped that he would take her back, after all..they were in this relationship for a very, very long time. Carter didn't quite answer yet.
"Well…Andrew..I know you'll probably say no, but..I am truly sorry." Mary Jane sighed, having been completely honest with the Colonel. She began walking out the door, when suddenly, Carter pulled her back and plopped a huge kiss on her lips. They kissed back and forth for the next couple of minutes, until finally, Carter let her go. "Let's..start over..we'll have a stronger relationship than before..my love..Yes…I will marry you." He said to her, smiling.

Mary Jane and Carter were finally back together. It had been a few months, and Mary Jane had decided to come back to her beloved Carter, whom she had given up under a blatant lie. The two were now set to formally marry, and the Carters and the Janes would finally be united as a family. Carter headed to the phone, to call Kaiser Arthur, to see if he would be able to attend the wedding which they were set to begin planning.
Kaiser Arthur had accepted Carter's invitation, and would ultimately attend it, as did his wife, Kaiserin Hilda. The wedding was held in late May. Group Captain Newkirk, as well as Brigadier General Kinchloe, attended. General Louis LeBeau, promoted by Arthur himself as Arthur also ruled over France, accepted, although he had to fly back quickly afterwards because of a few matters he had to attend to. In the meantime, Arthur was having the time of his life. He enjoyed his reign, certainly, although he wasn't expecting to be pressured into this position of power.

June 5, 1945, Stalag 13, Hammelburg, Germany

Kaiser Arthur entered the gates of the camp and was driven to the administrative building for Stalag 13. He was going to grant Colonel Klink the promotion he had wanted all of these years; Klink was still serving in Arthur's army, of course. Arthur would never make Klink go to combat, though, of course, especially since war was not on Arthur's table.
Arthur walked inside. At Klink's secretary desk, where Hilda once was, well, Klink's wife Lottie was now secretary. "Hello, Lottie." He said to her, "Is the Kommandant in?" Arthur asked her. She'd respond to him. "Of course, mein Kaiser. Go right in." Arthur would go inside the Kommandant's office. He was filled with paperwork, of course, but was surprised when Arthur had entered the room as he looked up.

"Your majesty! I had no idea you were coming!" Klink said to Arthur, who just sighed. "Yeah, yeah, well, I'm here. I had to arrive at Stalag 13 for something that I need to give you, Colonel." Arthur simply stated to the Kommandant. He took a name plate out of his pocket, at the sametime opening a briefcase containing a German General's uniform. "Congratulations, General. You've finally achieved what you've always wanted." He said simply to a teary-eyed Wilhelm Klink.
He then saluted Klink, and left. This left Klink really, really happy afterwards. He told Lotte to deliver a message to Anneliese, that he (Arthur) was sorry. Anneliese ended up forgiving Arthur. Arthur's reign has been troubled for quite some time now, and he'd be dealing with this for a couple of years, at the latest.
There were growing calls for Arthur to either stop trying to gain absolute power over Germany, or to abdicate the throne. Arthur did not listen, though, however

NOVEMBER 4, 1948 - JACK WILLIAMS WINS IN UPSET; DECLARED PRESIDENT-ELECT

"Republican nominee Jack Williams has won the presidential election, after years of hiding in Marion, Ohio, after he escaped a fate which would have seen him killed for trying to expose an operation at a POW Camp run by then-Colonel Hogan, who later became General Hogan and then after that, Kaiser Arthur, despite his insistence that he'd run for the Presidency instead."
Walter Hobson continued to type the section for the newspaper in the early hours of November 4th, as President-Elect Jack Williams celebrated at home. "Williams won the election with 274 electoral votes, to Democratic incumbent Harry Truman's 223, whereas Dixiecrat J. Strom Thurmond had only 33 electoral votes. Jack Williams has celebrated his victory, telling everyone who voted for him and to those who didn't: "I promise to be the best president of America then anyone else before me." This is Walter Hobson, correspondent.
Arthur hit his fist on the table, after finding out what had happened. "Why the hell did he have to become President?!" He said to General LeBeau, who was in his presence. "I had that man taken to London. I was sure we were done with him. At the moment, these riots need to be quelled. General LeBeau, I never thought about asking him for advice, but..where is Wolfgang Hochstetter currently, at the moment?

General LeBeau was surprised. "You want to talk to him? After everything he put us through?" LeBeau asked Arthur. "Sure. He was born December 1, 1900, in Aurich, Germany. He was nearly 18 when Kaiser Wilhelm II abdicated. He's the only one that could help me solve this problem, as insane as I am and crazy as this may sound." The Kaiser/French Emperor Arthur sighed.
"He's in Colditz, Germany, your majesty, in Stalag 14. He's doing time of course, for obvious reasons." Arthur nodded at him, saluting the French General. "Good, good. After this parade in France, I'm flying back to Germany, to go talk to Hochstetter. I wonder though; does he think of me as Germany's most dangerous leader now?" Arthur smirked at LeBeau as they would head outside to go join the parade.

Meanwhile..at Stalag 13, General Wilhelm Klink was currently getting ready to leave his office to head to his quarters in order to go to sleep. Anneliese Klink was helping her father get his papers sorted when..suddenly..BANG! Anneliese fell to the floor, severely injured. "FATHER! LOOK OUT!" She said to him as Crittendon stormed the office as further gunshots were heard. A thump could be heard outside as Crittendon barged in, shooting at and hitting Klink. "I WILL KILL YOU. And she shall DIE NEXT." Wilhelm Klink was scared and horrified. "Rodney Crittendon..NO! PLEASE! You don't have to do this!" Crittendon came closer. "Your FRIEND Papa Bear Robert E. Hogan..now Kaiser Arthur..got my rank demoted to private, and Hilda? She loves him, so..I have to eliminate the two..after I eliminate you and Anneliese."

Wilhelm Klink wasn't going to let this happen. He fought back against Crittendon as they struggled for the weapon. Ultimately, it went off, hitting Klink in the abdomen as Klink fell to the floor, unconscious. "You'll join him soon, looking at your injuries. And especially your mother Lottie. I made sure to eliminate her first." Rodney Crittendon looked at Anneliese, who saw evil in his eyes for everything he has just done. Crittendon ran out of the office, past Langenscheidt, who didn't stop him not knowing what had happened, as Anneliese screamed for help. Langenscheidt came into Klink's office, horrified, finding out that Klink and his daughter were wounded, while Lottie laid on the floor, her condition unknown.

"Oh my Zeus...what the heck happened here? Anneliese, what happened, exactly?" Anneliese was weak, though she managed to get out a response to him. "Crittendon came in..that was the one running you saw, right? He shot both my father Wilhelm Klink and me...he's sick..pure evil...he was even willing to kill me, a child." Anneliese then collapsed into unconsciousness. "MEDIC! MEDIC!" Langenscheidt yelled out as several German soldiers ran to get the medic. This was really bad. Arthur did not know what had just transpired.
