Sullivan walked in to greet his lovely grandson with a wake up call, having gone another whole month with barely any contact. But now he could finally, once again, begin doting on his lovely grandson. After all, the rest of the year was relatively free. "Good morning, Izuku-kun! Ready to get…" He was greeted by not the happy expression of a cheerful Izuku, but by a stressed little boy constantly looking over a chart connecting several maps and pictures with yarn, the boy looking like he hadn't slept a wink.

"Alright, if I take a left in hall six I'll be able to avoid the usually constant gathering of gossip." He wrote out a spot. "Then if I manage to leave and enter class with two spare seconds I should be good there. But that just leaves the Magical Apparatus Battler, which doesn't require mandatory access, and Ameri, who I'm still unsure how to avoid."

"Ah...Izuku-kun, are you alright?" Sullivan asked. The boy lost his train of thought, turning to him.

"Oh, hey Grandpa." The wave and smile would have been wonderful if he wasn't so concerned at the moment. "Do you have a layout of the school's vent system?"

"Well, yeah, but I'm worried that you're asking. Shouldn't you still be celebrating with the rest of your class? Not everyday three demons rank up to He(5)." It was with his closest friends too, everything was working out so well for him!

"Grandpa, I had three girls confess to me on the same day." He spoke worriedly. "And apparently everyone but myself knew. Now I have a multitude of questions and anxieties bubbling in. What if they argue and fight, what if I ruin everything? I have no dating experience! What if someone asks me out!?"

"I think there are worse problems to have, Izuku-kun."

"Grandpa, I can handle giant monsters and run from my life no problem. This is much much worse." Ah...how much was the therapist again? And could they trust them not to eat his grandson?

"Izuku-kun, this would've happened eventually sooner or later. You're aiming to be the Demon King. Do you know how many people Derkila seduced? I stopped counting after the five hundredth concubine."

"And who did he get together with romantically?" Izuku asked innocently.

"..." Sullivan looked back … and back … and back … "The man was never much for romance." He was always more concerned with partying than actual relationships.

"I don't want that! I..I was so afraid of playing the red carpet before because I couldn't imagine a girl liking me without some ulterior motive! But, I know them! I know...I trust them not to hurt me...but...I…" Izuku slammed his head against his bed. "Ignorance truly is bliss." Izuku-kun grabbed his bag. "Well, there's only one option I have."

"Enjoy the fact you have the affections of three girls and date one of them, or all of them at once?"

"Heck no, run away from all women and hopefully never ruin anything, or somehow deal with more than three." He stated before making his way down the hall … how would Inko deal with this?

Dosanko huffed heavily, kneeling on the ground as the usual trio walked by. "What's up with you?" Azuki asked. "You look like you've been running a marathon."

"I might as well have been … the Love Bunny is particularly slippery today, barely any sightings other than class and a fraction of time in the cafeteria." Not to mention he was willing to jump out windows whenever she got close.

"Yeah, such a shame." Haruna pouted. "I was trying to finish the conversation I had with him awhile back, but he used fractal and ran the other way on the ceiling. Guess being He(5) comes with a lot of weight to bear. He may actually be out of our league now. Such a shame."

"That or Mad Oni sunk her claws into him already. That song was beautiful." Konatsu shed a single tear. "Dedicating the entire performance just to say she loves him, so moving!"

"Yes...she out did me, she claimed him, performed an act of love...that's it!" Dosanko shouted. "I haven't shown him how much I love him enough! My efforts so far have been too small! The World needs to know!"

"Why don't you just try and hang out with his group, and wait there like a sane person?" Haruna asked.

"Nah, they've been without the guy too. I saw Valacsaurous scream in frustration before grabbing a net and cage, then run fast enough to leave skid marks on the ground." Konatsu replied. "So much danger in such a tiny package."

"Danger...DANGER THAT'S IT!" How could she have missed it! "He's still the school Danger-Junkie and a hero! I'll just put myself in danger and he'll come running to me! Now where's the nearest cliff?"

"Three miles west, near the valley." The other two girls turned to Azuki. "What? Off chance she actually goes splat would be hilarious." Dosanko would thank the girl later, now was time to meet the love bunny once more!

"Starting to see why you like bad boys."

"Don't worry, Love Bunny! I have faith in your divine intervention!" If Mad Oni could do it, then so could she!

Clara was really mad. Izuku-kins was running all day, barely talking at all. She was supposed to seduce him, what was he doing avoiding her!? "I'm gonna punish him badly, he's gonna … gonna … have to play the bad guy!" Yeah, that would do it!

"Or you could just not play with him at all." Dragon Lady spoke up. Blasphemy! "You kissed him almost immediately after Eiko sang a whole dang song about how much she loved him."

"I'm never going to forgive you for that, by the way." Eistring has her arms crossed. "You took away the perfect opportunity for me!"

"You tried to seduce him, Izuku-kins is mine to seduce!" She shouted back.

"And you're all being morons." Azz-Azz spoke out. "The problem is it was too much at once and now he's scared to stay in one spot at any moment. He's gone out of his way to avoid every girl all together."

"Wait, so you'd get scared if a bunch of girls tried seducing you?" Clara asked.

"Not me, him specifically! Any time a girl came up to me before Gaako I just ignored them or threatened to burn them." Dragon Lady blushed at that. "You know he can barely believe people like him as a friend, so what would it feel like to you if you suddenly realized that it's possible to have more than that when you believed you deserve less?"

"..." She shrugged. She deserved Izuku-kins, because he was a friend she was gonna seduce to keep around. "I'm going to be his happiness! I'm doing everything I can to make him smile! He won't leave me as long as I keep seducing him!"

"You-Are you really that childish?" Dragon Lady slapped her forehead. "Do you have so little faith in your 'best' friend that you think he'll stop being your friend the moment he looks at another girl?"

"But he was hanging around Lady Red Hair for so long, and Sabro Mountain said he'd hang out with me more if I seduced him." She really thanked him later with a magazine cover she saw of the Demon King. For some reason everyone looked really … angry.

"Alright, I'm going to kill Sabnock. Does anyone object?" Azz-Azz asked the group.

"Nope. Make him suffer, sweetie." Dragon Lady patted him on the back.

"Wait, let me get the plasma rifle. It's unstable, but it should serve its purpose." Eistring handed Azz-Azz the fun toy.

She looked really confused, not understanding anything at all, but it seemed they were gonna play a new game. She was gonna ask to join before a very familiar scream took hold. "Come back here, love bunny!" Clara saw Izuku-kins running past them from a grey eyestalk lady. "I haven't finished thanking you!"

"I'm a hero, I don't need thanks!" Izuku-kins continued to run.

"Your humbleness only makes you more sexy!"

"Please stop saying that!"

"Never! I'll match your seduction with my own eventually!" Izuku-kins screamed louder, running into a janitor's closet and locking it.

"... First, let's kill the eyestalk." Eistring grumbled.

"You all do that, I'm going to talk with Izuku." Azz-Azz spoke.

"Because you're scared of that chick right?" Dragon Lady asked.

"Absolutely."

As the shouting from the girls started to get farther and farther away, Asmodeus made his way to the closet. "Izuku, it's me. The cost is clear now."

"I'm not getting out of here till the end of the school year." Izuku insisted. "Just slide the rest of my school work underneath the door."

"... I'm not going to be able to slide food in, you'd have to open a hole." He spoke up, waiting for the door to crack.

"I mean, if you tried hard enough, we might be able to shove a slice of baloney or two through it."

"Izuku, open this door or I burn it down, your choice." After a few seconds a click was heard. "That wasn't so hard." He entered, closing it behind him as he watched the boy huddle himself in a corner.

"Yes, yes it was. You're not the one with all the rumors surrounding him, barring 'you know what'." Izuku kept his voice muffled. "Eiko's been in love with me since day one, Clara's playtime is her way of seducing me, and I'm half certain I've been dating Ameri for months without realizing it. Doesn't that sound insane?"

"Izuku, every time I say 'Demdoll Forbidden Dance'." Thunder and organ music occurred. "That happens, we have gone far beyond insane … Plus Ultra even."

"More like Beyond Insanity Plus Confusion." Izuku laughed weakly. "It really isn't the same as before for me. I was all set to just disappear into the background when I started Bablys, but then Grandpa had me take your place for the speech."

That was going to be another bulletin point on the 'reasons to kill the Chair Demon' chart they had going on. "But you adapted, and are now a He(5) in the center stage of everyone's eyes."

"Yeah, I am. I have a crowd that follows me to lunch, actual merchandise of my face people are willing to buy." Izuku slowly began to smile. "I think the Shop-Keep is thinking about starting a whole cooperation now, he's rolling in dough."

"Probably." Asmodeus took his own seat on the floor, he could worry about the dirt later. "Ironically I've got very little in terms of popularity, no matter how much I cared for it originally."

"What was your ambition anyways? You seemed so set on making that speech."

"Originally it was just striving towards being the best. Physically, mentally, socially."

"What for? Was there a reason, or someone you were trying to prove yourself towards someone or.."

"Not really. I thought that's what I had to do in order to gain respect. My mother may be a crow, but her reputation is.." Both of them shivered. "It leaves a lot to be desired to say the least."

"It's probably why you and Gaako are such a stable couple though." Izuku smiled. "At least I don't have to be nervous around her …" He was quiet. "You're usually honest, is there anyone that inexplicably has a crush on me?"

"Hm..lets see, we've already covered Clara, Eiko, and Ameri. The eyestalk for sure, one or two of that trio of fangirls, Elizabetta pretty much likes everyone romantically according to Gaako, maybe that Nafra person from the council..." He counted.

"I'm not going to be able to survive …"

"Izuku, if you can survive an abomination of a magical beast attack and several body transformations, I'm certain you can live with a few girls that like you a little more than just platonically."

"I can barely handle platonically!" He shouted. "How the heck am I supposed to deal with this … what if Eiko or Ameri gets mad if I choose someone … what if.."

"At the very least you're not going to have to worry about Eiko, pretty sure she wants a threesome between you and Ameri."

"Azz i'm having a breakdown over a potential one girl, two is going to kill me."

"They've been at this long before you were aware of this. They've argued, they've fought, yet they still get together for tea with the other Calamity Cult girls. Liking you is just ONE thing they have in common. Their lives don't revolve entirely around you." Azz reassured him. "If you want my advice, just continue being friends with everyone. You're still a first year student. You don't have to worry about crap like this so soon if you don't want to."

"And … everything will be fine? Just like it was before?" Izuku asked tentatively.

No, that would not be the case, in fact, Asmodeus was certain things would be even crazier than before. "Yes. Regardless of how MUCH they care about you, they still care about you. If you just want to have fun with your friends for now, then we'll go back to that. No need to bring romance into the equation at all."

"Having fun...yeah, I'd like that. It'd be nice to just have normal fun without worrying about school for once." Izuku got up. "We should head back to the Battler. I'd like to see all my friends again."

Eiko sat down against the wall, tailing her feet as Izu entered the room. She held herself back, he needed the space and she would give it … no matter how much she wanted to glomp him. "Izu! You're..are you alright?"

"As much as i'm going to be." He shrugged. "I'm just going to take Azz's advice and put off romance until later in my school life." … Thank … you … Azz … She never wanted to hug and strangle someone with the same ferocity at the same time. "I'd just want to spend time with all my friends now, we can finally all hang out together."

"Yay! Izuku-kins stopped playing hide-and-seek!" Clara resorted to her usual tactic of climbing on Izu's back. "Now we can play something else!"

"Ye-yeah, of course we can." He blushed and shook in place. Well at least it was some improvement.

"So, this is it, huh? You guys got your whole class ranked up to Dalet(4) and got to keep Royal One." Gaako gave a small laugh. "You guys never slow down for a second."

"Need I remind everyone again that I'm He(5). I feel like people are willingly ignorant of that fact." Azz retorted.

"Yes, my little He(5) and his fire are never out of my mind." She gave a purr that actually set the boys hair on fire. Wow, she was taking those lessons from Raim-sensei down pat.

"We're all He(5) buddies now! All three of us!" Clara brought Azz and her crush into her arms. "We're in the same club now! I won!"

"I'll catch up!" Eiko shouted. "Just you wait, I'll reach your level!" Now she had mild regret for losing the Harvest Festival … only mild though.

"I still can't believe it, all three of us, US, reached He(5) in our first year." Izu chuckled as he looked at his badge. "It's like we're the three musketeers or something."

"Three muska what now?" Eiko and everyone else asked.

"... Not even going to bother with that one." Izu muttered. "You know, we did so much at the start of the year. Cause chaos, stop a terrorist, get high marks, learn my ring is somehow alive …" He blinked. "Actually Lizzy has been really silent since the Harvest Festival."

Smoke suddenly boiled out from the ring, far more than usual, as Lizzy formed some sort of garb one would see in the desert...While being the size of the clubroom "Ten thousand years …" The dramatism immediately stopped as she went down to demon size. "Will give ya such a crick in the neck."

"Lizzy! You're back...and taller?" Gaako asked. "How the heck does that work?"

"After Izuku-kun reached Dalet(4), I fell into a deep slumber, like a sleeping beauty." Everyone nodded.

"Oh come on, how do you get that but not the three musketeers!?" Izu's cluelessness to the world would always be adorable to see.

"Then I got woken up with a loud roar of emotions, and next thing I know, he's He(5), and I've got all sorts of new skills up my sleeve." Lizzy cackled. "I amaze myself, would you like to bow?" She asked Gaako.

"I'm an Empress now, so you better be bowing to me." Guess Gaako decided to own it now. Good for her. "Although if you're demon sized now, it's going to be harder to keep you hidden from everyone else.

"No problem." She waved her hand. "Big." Size of the room, pushing them to the wall. "Tiny." Shrunk to the size of a finger. "Medium." Returned to normal. "Now I'm actually LIKE mount Lady."

"Oh joy, just what I always wanted, a giant pile of crap. I didn't miss you at all." Azz rolled his eyes. "Why couldn't you have stayed in a coma?"

"Guys, be easy on her." Izu defended the shadowy abomination he was forced to live with. "It..it's nice to see you okay Lizzy. Glad you're not hurt or anything."

"Of course I am! You'd be dead if I wasn't." Lizzy cackled like a maniac. "No joking, we're past the point of no return here. If either of us die, then it's game over. We're not friends, lovers, teachers and students, or family. We're just life and death bound by the string of my tail."

"But you don't have a tail shadow-kun." Everyone blinked, looking down.

"It appears that my shackle is gone …" Lizzy stated. "... Vegas here I come!" She made a break for the window...and was met with a sudden poof that dragged Izu to the ground where she was now sitting.

"Yeah, we're still chained together." Izu concluded. "Guess you'll get more freedom the more I rank up, so don't start slowing down on helping me."

"Of course mister Demon King." She said condescending. "Besides, you need at least one lady in your life if you're still too dense to realize it." She saw his blush. "... Oh my god, they did it." She flew up to Clara. "How'd you do it!? How'd you finally break down that wall of density?"

"She didn't tear down the wall, I did! I sang a heartful song for him during the Music Festival!" Everyone stared at her. "What, just because Clara kissed him doesn't mean I didn't play my part."

"So you put in all the work and Clara took all the credit …" Lizzy patted the little girl. "I always knew you were my favorite."

"Alright Azz, start the fire. We'll see how much light it takes to hurt a shadow."
