A/N: You know what time it is~~~ Omake time~~~
As usual, proofreading comes later.
Omake for Crisis of Infinite Cyclops Daughters
In the heat of battle
Ruby scratched her head. It wasn't like Elle to skip out on training. Even more confusing, it wasn't like Scott to cancel training so early in favor of getting himself plastered while having a video conference with Wanda Maximoff, of all people.
And Ruby really didn't want to know why it seemed Wanda was actually consoling her dad, if the stray thoughts she was picking up from him as she passed by the common room was any indication.
She had half the mind to ask her own mother, but neither of the two of them had their morning tea, yet, and Ana had deemed to monopolize Emma's time whenever the little brat wasn't hanging around Scott.
Ruby's brows bunched up.
Right. Too early in the morning to even consider making sense of her family situation.
What was she doing again?
Oh, right. She was looking for Elle for an explanation- and not because she was hiding from Illyana. Ruby didn't retreat; she only advanced.
Even if it meant advancing away from the unsettling Queen of Limbo.
She spotted a familiar muscular brunette in the dining room.
Ruby paused at the doorway. If there were still any lingering doubts that Elle was Scott's kid, it was dispelled by the sight of the normally stoic brunette uncharacteristically hunched over a bowl of soup.
Ruby casually approached Elle with her usual swagger and plopped down on the seat beside her.
The motion drew Elle's attention, who glanced up at her with distant eyes before they drifted back down to her soup.
"You alright there, champ?" Ruby casually asked.
There was a moment of silence that fell upon the two sort-of-sisters before, with a deep sigh, Elle placed her spoon down and looked up at Ruby.
"Ruby… do I have an Electra Complex?"
Ruby nodded without pause. "That's putting it mildly. You did go psycho on your mom when your dad died."
Elle buried her face deeper into her hands. "Just kill me now."
"Why?"
"Because Scott found out."
"Eh, Scott isn't the sharpest claw in hand." Ruby pointed out. "You'd have to be very blatant for him to know."
Elle eyed her morosely. "Would shouting 'yes, daddy, hit me harder!' during training count as blatant?"
Ruby slowly blinked. And then, just as slowly, nodded her head.
"Yeah." Ruby grimaced as she replayed the incident by reading Elle's mind. "That… that would do it."
Elle groaned, and Ruby reached a hand to pat her sort-of-sister's back comfortingly. "There, there. I know you were only trying to get him to recharge your discs. Just—next time, read the mood."
The normally stony Elle actually sobbed in response.
Ruby never was any good at consoling people.
But, hey, at least she figured it out.
A/N: Quick recap:
Anastasia "Ana" Summers is Scott and Illyana's kid, who decided to travel to the alternate-past just to escape Illyana's hellish training. Currently, she busies herself by bonding with Emma.
Eleonora "Elle" Summers is Scott and Wanda's kid, who travelled to the alternate-past after Scott died to the Celestials. Currently, she's consuming a liter of soup in despair.
Ruby, er, "Ruby" Summers is Scott and Emma's kid (from PAD's run, therefore, canon) who travelled to the alternate-past to guilt Scott into stopping hero work. Currently, she's running away from a suddenly amorous Illyana who has set her sights on her.

Omake for Baby, It's Cold Outside
Solar Power
There was a knock to his side that drew the young Scott Summers' attention.
"Hello, beloved." Koriand'r greeted cheerfully from beyond the ruby-quartz tinted glass.
"Hi, Kori." Scott flashed her a small smile.
Koriand'r beamed and continued, "I have been searching for you for the past 30 Earth minutes to enquire if you wanted to partake of a most-delicious cake with me." Then she tilted her head. "Why did you not inform me beforehand that you would be in the generator?"
"To the former, after this." Scott then scratched the back of his head sheepishly. "To the latter, well, you were still asleep and I didn't want to bore you."
Koriand'r floated up to level with him. "I appreciate your kind sentiment but would like to be informed next time."
"I'll leave you a note." He promised.
"Good." She placed a hand on the glass as if to cup his cheek. "And while you may think otherwise, I enjoy this chance to see your eyes."
Indeed. With the glass absorbing his optic blasts and turning it into energy, Scott was allowed to quite literally put his glasses down. So long as he moderated his output properly, of course.
"Thanks." Scott replied, albeit lamely, in his opinion. He was embarrassed and unsure how to respond to Kori's compliments. "I like seeing you, too."
"I do have a suggestion." Koriand'r began in a curious tone while she floated around the large cylinder.
"Yes?"
"Would this ship not charge faster if there were two providers of solar energy?"
Scott thought about it. "Maybe?"
There's probably an upper threshold to the energy conversion. Diminishing returns, and all that. But, at the least, he wouldn't have to expend as much energy if the transducer could also convert Koriand'r's starbolts.
"And there is plenty of space right next to you." Koriand'r continued, stopping at the entrance.
"That is tr—wait, Kori, what are you doing?"
"Joining you." Koriand'r gleefully said as she pressed the button to open the chamber.
"W-wait!" Scott stammered before quickly turning away so he couldn't blast her through the ship. His gaze immediately settled to the vastness of the galaxy—even as his heart raced in his chest.
And then it abruptly stilled when he felt her arms drape across his chest; her cheek nestling against his nape.
She smelled fragrant and beautiful.
And that was not all he felt.
His heart once more thundered, confused, but in eager anticipation.
"Wh-what are you thinking, Kori?" the flustered Scott asked. Internally, he shouted at his hormones to stop. "There isn't much to do here while the ship recharges."
"I disagree. There's always spending time with you." She answered before sighing happily. "It is, after all, most pleasant."
Scott silently agreed.
He supposed he wouldn't be so cold anymore.
A/N: Silly idea that came to mind when CRUDEN wrote "Sign me up aboard for this new Starship, Cap'n. Now that I think about it their powers are pretty comparable both are solar powered" in their review of Baby, It's Cold Outside. I tried to turn the idea into a 4Koma instead, but my drawing skill is even more subpar to my writing. Needless to say, so many wasted pieces of paper. So, here it is.

Omake for Random Set-Ups for Adoption
Put a ring on it
Scott checked himself in the mirror.
Appearing in this world—this reality—had been a last-second gambit for him. As he felt his mind slip during the Avengers' final assault on him and Emma, Scott willed the Phoenix Force to transport him to a world that could stop him.
And it did.
His memories were hazy and it was difficult for him to distinguish what was real and what was a Phoenix Force-induced hallucination, but he remembered being flown into the Sun where he had duked it out with the Kryptonians before, finally, falling—with the Phoenix Force lying dormant inside of him, recovering.
The Justice League had had him under lock-and-key for a week after he had nearly ended the planet as the Mad Avatar of the Phoenix Force. It surprised him that it only took that long to convince them, but he supposed having two of the three members of their Trinity helped.
As well as their rich history with reality-hoppers, possessed friends and metahumans, apparently.
That he spent most of the time wrapped around Diana's lasso of truth while the Batman questioned him helped convert the skeptical man into a partial-believer, at least.
Regardless, he had been released. On probation, of course, with several volunteers of their superhero community taking turns watching him.
Honestly? Scott just wanted to find a way back. He didn't want to willingly dip himself into their affairs, but he had also conceded that the best way to repay all the damage he had caused, as well as find his way home, was to join them.
Which lead him to his image reflecting back at him.
Cleanly shaven and hair trimmed, with a new suit, Scott gave a mighty sigh.
He knew the uphill battle ahead of him. Getting back home would be no easy task.
Fortunately, he was nothing if not stubborn and determined.
He just had to make sure he didn't have too many distractions.
"Just focus on the task at hand, Scott." He muttered to the mutant in the mirror.
He made a mental checklist of the things he had to accomplish:
Step 1: Find a way home.
Step 2: Help the League.
Step 3: Avoid all distractions.
Satisfied, he made his way to the door to this brave, new world, and opened it…
…only to immediately find himself face-to-object with a floating yellow ring.
[Scott Summers of Earth. You have the ability to instill great fear.] The glowing ring declared. [Welcome to the Sinestro Corps.]
Scott stopped.
Scott groaned.
Scott palmed his head.
Well, he just failed step 3.
He was definitely off to a promising start.
A/N: And then, Scott and Soranik Natu have kinky patient-doctor sex that calls into the question the ethics of a patient-physician relationship. Among other things.
Hey, it was a toss-up between this and pairing up Scott with Mercy from Overwatch!

A/N: I'm not an entirely superstitious person, but I do hold a few irrational beliefs. Hope this doesn't say anything about starting the New Year with an omake.
Happy New Year, all! And thanks for your continued support! You're all amazing—each and every one of y'all!
Gawd, can't believe I've been typing for 16 years already while still griping on my usual hang-ups. Is that not the definition of insanity or what?
Here's to another decade of supporting the odd crackship!
