Chapter 8
"Let's just not worry about cleaning up, we'll spend some time with Noah before his bed time and then we can worry about it," Trevor told Olivia, coming to the kitchen sink where she was trying to wash some dishes. He reached around her and pried her hands off a pot, brushing his lips along her neck. "Okay?"
She instantly let go and pushed back in to him. "Okay," she murmured in a whisper.
"As much as I would love to have my lips all over you, our favourite little boy is sitting in the living room waiting patiently for one of us to play Trouble with him."
Olivia laughed. "Did you promise him that?"
"Yes…" he laughed too, planting another soft kiss at her neck, "you bought him a game, how could you not expect he'd want to play?"
"True, true…" she replied, "Okay, we'll go play the game," Olivia wiped her hands on the dish towel and abandoned the dirty dishes in the sink.
Noah was sitting on the floor in the living room with the TV going, looking at the little game pieces and the bubble for pressing in the middle of the board.
"Are you excited to play your new game, honey?" Olivia asked him.
Noah looked up, "Uh-huh and Mommy look, I took the instructions for you to read!," he told her helpfully.
She smiled and took them from him before slowly lowering herself down to the ground. "Thanks honey, here," she took got comfortable and pulled him in to her lap, "how about we look at them together?"
Noah nodded excitedly.
She pretended to read them, not wanting him to think his gesture was empty. She already knew the rules, it was a spin-off of a game she had been playing since she was a child. "Okay," she spoke loudly as if it was an announcement. Trevor sat down too, stretching his legs out. "I think I've got it. Babe, what colour would you like to be?"
She knew Noah would choose green, it was his favourite.
Without a word he leaned over and picked up a green board piece.
"Okay," she smiled, "what about you, Trev what colour are you going to choose?"
"Hmmm," Trevor thought for a second.
"Daddy wants to be blue because it's a Daddy colour," Noah told them both. Trevor had to hide his smile.
"You have to let Daddy pick himself, babe, just because you want him to be blue, doesn't mean that's what he wants, we have to be patient."
"Hmmmm," he repeated as if he was thinking hard about the choice, "I think…." He stroked his beard pensively, "I think I want to be … blue."
Noah burst in to giggles and both adults couldn't help but to laugh with him. Olivia kissed his temple.
"I'll be red…" Olivia announced. Noah climbed off of her and began to take all the little pieces and Trevor showed him how to slot them all in to their home base. Olivia explained in the most simple way possible how the game worked to her son.
"Mommy will show you how to play as we go," she promised him.
They let Noah go first. Olivia smiled as he used both hands to pop the dice bubble. He seemed to enjoy it, so Trevor told him to give it a few goes to get it out of his system.
"Okay you got 5…" Trevor told Noah. He pointed to the spot that his first toggle was sitting, "you get to move this five spaces," he held up five fingers. "So one," he counted slow, pointing to each consecutive slot, "two, three, four, five… and then you place it here." He tapped the spot, "and then it's Mommy's turn and the person who gets all of their little toggles back to here," he pointed to the base, "wins the game."
"Awww I wanna win!" Smiled at Trevor.
"Well, we have to play fairly. It's always nice to win but you can't always win, you have to be kind even if you really want to win and you don't."
"Speak for yourself," Olivia muttered half-joking. She hated to lose.
They played a few games, both of them silently agreeing to let Noah win the first game with some miscounts and short changing themselves of moves. Olivia won the second game and Noah won the third fairly and squarely.
Since it wasn't quite his bedtime, Trevor sat on the floor with him and played with his cars. "Which one is your favourite? Mine is Lightning McQueen!" Noah told Trevor.
Trevor picked up the older looking car and smiled back at Noah. "I like Lightning McQueen but Mater is my favourite. He looks about as old as me, doesn't he?"
Noah started to laugh, "You're so silly, Dad."
Trevor laughed too.
There was a knock at the door as Olivia pressed play on some music that she had queued up through the smart TV. She walked past the two on the floor and answered the door. Trevor felt a slight bit of panic knowing that he was about to be absolutely mercilessly teased for wearing matching pajamas with his girlfriend and son.
He braced himself for it.
"Come in, Joe…"
Trevor dared to look behind him as Joe closed the door. He looked from Olivia to Noah and back at Trevor and pursed his lips together as hard as possible, crossing his arms smugly. "Wow….those pajamas look… snug, little bro."
"Joey, why are you here? If you have no reason to be here, go home, please." Trevor replied trying his best to sound bored, turning back to Noah, trying to remain as polite as possible for Noah's sake.
"Mommy got us our pajamas," Noah replied nonchalantly.
"Nice, Liv, now you have two children."
She couldn't help but to smile, noticing Trevor's face was a shade of crimson. "Listen, I know Trevor doesn't want to be in his pajamas, but he is being an incredible sport and he's making me and my kid very, very happy."
"Yeah, maybe you should take a leaf out of my book, loser."
"Hey, no name calling," Olivia glared at Trevor warningly.
"Why don't you like wearing your pajamas? Don't you like them?" Noah asked, looking a little trouble.
"No, I do…" Trevor replied quickly. "I love them and I love that Mommy bought them for us."
"Mommy said you don't want to wear them, don't you want to match with us?," he asked in a smaller voice. "Mommy and I like to match our pajamas, its just fun," Noah insisted, almost like he was disappointed.
Trevor could have kicked his brother.
"I know, kiddo. I like to match with you too, you're right it's just a little thing to do for fun, don't worry, I'll wear matching pajamas with you guys anytime you want," he smiled, scooping Noah up in his arms, kissing his cheek.
"I just came to drop off some c-a-k-e."
"Oooh thanks." Liv took it from him, "Jen is the best."
"Actually I made it, so there…"
Olivia laughed, "Well, she's still the best. She doesn't come here and torment my man and my kid over pajamas."
"No, that was kind of asshole-ish of me, sorry," he replied softly. "It's actually kind of sweet… it's just funny to see a grown man in pajamas to me."
Olivia just shrugged. "Anyway…"
"Oh, so you and Jen are heading out tomorrow night to dinner and the bar?," he asked Liv, curious to see if Jen was more in to the idea than Liv was.
"Yeah!" Liv exclaimed, "Trev said he'd come and pick us up regardless of the time as long as you were okay to hang out with the kids."
"Yeah, for sure. Maybe Trev can come to our place and bring Noah and we'll get p-i-z-z-a and play games and keep the kids entertained. Please, please take care of Jen though," he smiled gently, "she just is so excited for a night out."
"No, I know, I get it." Olivia replied, "I won't let anything happen. No one effs with Olivia Benson and tells the story."
Joe smiled. "Follow me to the kitchen, I made some Mommy & Daddy coffee cookies late this afternoon," she told him.
Joe followed after her, "Wait, what makes them only suitable for Mommies and Daddies, did you lace them with pot?," he joked.
Olivia turned around and faced him and stared blankly at him, "Yeah, is that okay…. Or do you have like a … weird hang up about pot?"
She saw the smile disappear from Trevor's brother's face and it took everything in her to not start to laugh.
He stammered for a second, "uh… Trevor is okay with that?"
"Okay with it?" Olivia lifted her brow, "Trevor gave me the recipe…" She gave him a look that mocked confused.
"Liv, you're a cop, where do you even get pot from?," he asked, his face was awash with disbelief that he was trying so hard to cover up. He looked worried and Olivia did her best to continue tormenting him.
Olivia frowned at him, as if surveying him with judgment. "I have a friend in narcotics, he brings me all the seized stuff, some of it is great…" she placed the cupcakes nonchalantly on the cooling tray where the cookies had been and started to collect a stack of cookies to replace them.
"Oh, no, I don't really think Jen would be comfortable, thanks though, I appreciate the offer," he tried to smile but it was more of a grimace.
"Don't be crazy, I told Jen earlier I was making them and she said she would love to try one with you… but," she told him as she covered up the cookies on the plate and passed them back to Trevor's bewildered brother, "just a tip, if you have two each that's fine but probably hide the rest of them cos when you get the munchies, you'll be want to eat the others and then you'll be too stoned to function, don't ask how I know."
Trevor looked up, giving Olivia a funny look, feeling his brother staring daggers straight through him. "What's wrong with you?," he asked Joe, "your eyes look like they're about to fall out of your head."
"I was just telling Joe about my friend from narcotics who helped me with a little ingredient for the Mommy and Daddy cookies."
He looked confused for a second and then glanced at the plate of cookies that his brother was holding and realised that Joe believed his girlfriend, hook, line and sinker.
"Oh, Jim from narcs? Yeah… we love Jim. Enjoy them, bro."
Joe mumbled a thank you and headed for the door. Olivia pressed her lips together so hard that it began to hurt. As he reached for the door knob, she let out a peel of laughter, "I'm sorry!," she exclaimed, laughing as Trevor was set off by her glee, "I can't-"
Joe turned around, confused, "Joe, come back I'm just messing with you!," she chuckled, "oh wow, I was not expecting you to be that gullible. Trev, did you know your brother was this gullible?" She let out another loud peel of laughter to an irate looking Joe.
"Ha-ha, very funny," he rolled his eyes.
Trevor cracked up at his brother's sullen glare. "You fool," Trevor remarked, as Noah looked around confused. "As if Olivia or I would ever take evidence from anyone and as if we'd be hanging out with laced cookies…"
"She was so straight-faced! She looked at me like I was a narc! She told me Jen told her she wanted to try them! I was thinking, holy crap, do I even know my family!?"
Olivia was done, she fell in to the couch, laughing at Joe's incredulousness, proud of herself for getting him back for all the straight-faced foolery he had engaged in — for making her believe he thought the kitchen was a woman's place, for making her believe that he thought Jen did nothing with her time.
"To be fair, you've been messing with us since we arrived," Olivia told him chuckling, "you deserved it."
Finally Joe smiled. "Olivia, I could have expected this from my little brother, but I thought you were much, much nicer and sweeter than that."
She shrugged with a grin, "guess now you know the truth…"
He laughed, "So these are not just adult cookies?"
"Well, I mean, you can give them to your kids but they have quite a bit of coffee in them so unless you want the kids up all night bouncing off the walls, probably don't give them any," she explained as her laughter.
"Okay, thanks…"
"Aww sorry I tricked you, Joey, I feel bad," Liv told him with a little smile.
"No you don't," Trevor interjected.
Olivia laughed, "Trev's right. I don't, actually."
"Yeah yeah yeah! Good night Noah, your Mom and Trev are crazy!" He told the little boy who was a little confused.
"No!," he shook his head, "its my Mommy and my Daddy!," he corrected him. Joe smirked and glanced at Olivia and back to Trevor, lifting an eyebrow.
"Well. I guess I was just told. Goodnight Mommy and Daddy."
/
"So…. How do you feel?" Trevor asked Olivia as he took a bite out of the most delicious vanilla cupcake with a perfect swirl of sugary, sweet frosting.
"About?" Olivia asked as she finished with the dishes. Trevor held the cupcake out to her so that she could have a bite. She leaned forward and took a little in her mouth. He smiled at her and reached over, wiping a tiny bit of frosting from just above her lip.
"Noah suddenly getting very liberal and correcting Joey when he called me Trevor earlier."
Olivia shrugged and finished what was in her mouth. "I don't know, it is what it is, I guess."
"Are you sad? Worried? Annoyed? Happy?," he pushed, wanting her to share her feelings with him.
"A little worried, but… after talking about it with you and Jen and even Amanda…" she spoke slowly and deliberately, watching him finish the cake, putting the liner in the trash. "honestly, it's okay. Noah seems so happy to call you that, I feel good about us. Jen put a different perspective on it for me earlier today and the more I think about it, the more it makes sense…"
She leaned back against the kitchen counter and faced him.
"Which was what?," he asked curiously.
"I guess just that… in a perfect world I'd have the perfect timeline. But I'm a woman who works long hours, struggling to be at the top of her game every day and to not let anyone down. Then I have this beautiful boy waiting for me at home and this beautiful man that is just waiting for me to throw some scraps of time and I don't want that. I want you both to have the best of me which is why it's been so hard to keep you both separate."
He nodded, listening to her. "And the guilt…" she sighed, "there is always so much guilt and I don't want to feel it. I don't want to feel guilt because you're not getting my attention when I desperately want to pay it to you and I don't want Noah to miss out on seeing his Mommy…"
"In a perfect world, what do you think would have done different?" He stepped closer, letting his hands rest upon her hips.
Olivia shrugged, "I don't know, I've never had to navigate this type of thing." She thought for a second, "maybe I wouldn't have let you spend time with Noah straight away… I would have let some time pass. But it's hard to say how long I would have been able to compartmentalise my life…"
She sighed, "are you very okay with it?," she asked, changing the subject, "because if not, you can't dally around telling me, you have to be totally okay with it…"
"I'm okay with it," he said gently, gripping her waist just a little firmer, "I promise you, I am very, very okay with it."
"Okay," she took his answer for honesty. "This means you can never leave me," she managed to joke.
Trevor laughed, "I know it's a milestone and there's a lot to consider and you might feel back and forth about it, but I just want you to know that you can talk about it with me."
"Thanks baby," Olivia murmured, slipping her arms around him, stepping closer. "I love you."
"I love you too. And hey, great job on freaking my brother out, I loved that."
He felt the vibration of her laughter against his chest. "I thought so, he's not the only one who can be funny."
"He's not… you were very funny and very convincing. His face was priceless."
Olivia broke away from him. "Okay buster, please pour me a red and we'll hang out on the couch and listen to some music, what do you think?"
"I think that sounds lovely and romantic," he agreed.
/
"Ooh, I love this song so much," Trevor smiled, letting his head fall back with a look of bliss as Olivia was surprised by the country sounding guitar. She didn't pick Trevor for the kind to be in to country music. She pictured him to be in to classical music, or something far more refined.
"Really? I never picked you for this…" she took a mouthful of her red wine and let it wash down slowly. It was so good, the first sip was always good but the second sip was always much better.
"Oh are you kidding me?," he grinned, "country music is some of the most romantic…" he informed her. He watched her take her second sip of wine before holding out his free hand.
She gave him a quizzical look. He took the wine gently from her hand and placed it with his own on the side table next to the couch.
He took her hand from by her side, "Dance with me…"
A smile spread across her face and she couldn't help but wonder how many glasses of wine he had had already. He had told her once before that he wasn't a great dancer and that he was a little embarrassed to dance in public.
"Okay…" she couldn't help but feel a little gooey on the inside with just how romantic the gesture.
He slid an arm around her waist and held her other hand, suspended in air beside them. She put an arm around him too.
In case you didn't know, baby I'm crazy 'bout you and I would be lyin' if I said that I could live this life without you…
She closed her eyes and sank in to him, chest to chest, hips to hips. She felt his cheek resting upon her head.
Even though I don't tell you all the time, you had my heart a long, long time ago, in case you didn't know…
"I put this song on my playlist awhile back… months ago maybe before I plucked up the courage to ask you out properly," he informed her, "I was already falling for you…"
It started out as casual dinners, just between friends and it became weekly thing and then he called her more, checked in with her sometimes after work and randomly brought her coffee. When she started catching feelings she did the same, finding reasons to call him, or reasons to invite him to her house for dinner or to discuss a case… if she was honest about it, she probably liked him for a lot longer than she had let on too.
"Really?," she asked, "it's a nice song…"
"Every time I hear it, I think about you… it kind of … it conveys how I feel about you."
The way you look tonight, the second glass of wine… that did it… there was something about that kiss, girl, it did me in, got me thinkin' I'm thinkin', one of the things that I've been feelin' and its time you hear 'em…
Olivia couldn't stop smiling, she couldn't remember a time when she felt happier. She had everything that she ever wanted and longed for; a beautiful man who wanted to be her equal, who wanted nothing more than to make her happy and lift her up. He wasn't at all intimidated by her or her job or anything that she had told him about her past, he just loved her unconditionally and he loved her son just as much unconditionally.
"I love you so much," she managed to squeeze out, not wanting to become emotional.
"I love you so much too," he replied, his lips against her temple as they both swayed gently from side-to-side.
In case you didn't know, baby I'm crazy 'bout you and I would be lyin' if I said that I could live this life without you… Even though I don't tell you all the time, you had my heart a long, long time ago, in case you didn't know…
"I'm so lucky to have you and this song is so beautiful…" she added. "Thank you for loving me."
"What?," he pulled away so he could see her face. "Please don't say that like you don't deserve it or like you're second to me. Thank you for coming in to my life and making me your partner and … if I may, a father… I won't let you down in either one of those capacities, I promise you."
She looked up at him, a half smile still dancing upon her lips and a starry look in her eyes. Maybe it was the alcohol, but he was perfect for her and she didn't believe for a second he was ever talking shit. She clung to his every word because everything that had ever come out of his mouth for as long as she had known him had merit and was never without deliberateness.
You got all of me, I belong to you… you're my everything.
When the song ended, Trevor sighed happily. "Come on, let's see what else is on this playlist." He pulled her on to the couch and passed her her wine. She took another mouthful, the liquid made her feel warm and languid.
"I wanna sit close, can I sit there?," Liv asked, pointing to his lap.
He smiled, "Absolutely, I'd love it if you did." He held her wine as she got up, repositioning herself on his thighs, side ways with her legs outstretched over his so that she could see his face. She leaned back on the uncharacteristically high couch arm.
"That's better," she told him as she took her wine, "that feels more intimate, how's my ass on your legs? I hope I'm not cutting off the blood…"
He laughed, "don't be silly, you never do that and also, your butt is barely even on my legs, youre in a little groove there," he nodded to the space between beside his thighs and the back of the arm of the couch. "I'm comfortable, love, are you?"
"Very," she replied.
"I know this might seem like a dumb question — but would you consider us to be in a serious relationship? Like… committed?"
"Yes, my kid wouldn't be calling you Dad if that wasn't the case, Trevor, I know you know that." She was aware that the question was for his own self-assurance.
"Yeah, I thought that would be your answer, but I didn't want to assume anything," he smiled. "Okay next question, for the sake of being on the same page. Are you open to getting married?"
She felt a grin filling her mouth. She took a drink of her wine to try to hide how much his question made her want to burst on the inside.
"Yes," she murmured, "yes I am very open to that."
"Okay…" he smiled, feeling as happy as she looked, "and what kind of wedding? Big wedding? Small wedding? Traditional or casual? What does that look like to you?"
She giggled like a little girl and he could see the blush rosing up her warm cheeks, partially from the wine, but mostly from the picture in her mind that she had always tried her hardest to deny herself. But, it was happening, she realised that perhaps getting married was in her future.
"I don't know… I guess maybe somewhere in between, but I don't really want to involve half of Manhattan. What about you? Do you want all those things?"
"Yes…" he smiled, "I want all of those things with you. You're the only person that has made me feel like I want those things…"
"So what kind of a wedding do you think you want?"
He shrugged, "I think I'd love to see you in a beautiful white dress, but I don't know that it needs to be traditional… it could be something here on the farm…"
"Oh," she grinned, "that actually would be so beautiful. I would love to get married here."
He put a hand to his chest and grinned, "that actually makes me so incredibly happy… and can I share something really … I dunno," he paused and smiled, averting his eyes, "I don't wanna sound wimpy."
"Shut up Trevor, you are never wimpy."
He laughed at her bluntness. "I kind want Noah to standing beside you when you walk down the aisle with me, because it's not just you and I, it's him too. I would love to make a vow to him too, obviously it'll be it'll be different to what I have to say to you, but… you know."
Her eyes were a little glassy with pride. "That would be a dream come true for me…" her voice trailed off as she wiped the corner of her eye, "And… so meaningful, Trev."
He smiled, "I think it's important that he knows I'm not just marrying his Mom, but I'm committing to him too, through all those same things — sickness and in health, in happy and bad times, when he's being super well behaved and even when he does things that I'll be frustrated with…"
"You need to stop," she laughed, choking back a sob, "I'm going to cry for real."
"Aww baby," he leaned over to kiss her cheek. She turned her head and caught his mouth, letting his lips linger against hers for a moment.
Slowly, Olivia pulled away.
"I have a couple more questions before I stop with my interrogation," he murmured, pausing to kiss her one more time.
"Shoot…"
"Babies… we talked about this but… would you be interested in going down that road with me because I would love to have at least one more child, just to give Noah a brother or a sister and because I want to experience having a baby with you."
She nodded, "Yeah… I want that too. I mean, I don't know how possible it is for me physically to get pregnant, but if that's not a viable option, I'm happy to look at other ways."
"Okay…" he smiled, "and lastly, are you a practical kind of woman where you want to be with me when I buy your ring or do you want it to be a surprise?"
She cocked her head to the side and laughed, "Trevor, I want it to be a surprise. I don't care if you got me a ring from a coin prize machine, I would love it."
He grinned, "Lucky for you I can do a little better than that. Bonus question - if I proposed tomorrow would you say yes?"
She laughed, "Probably… wait you're not proposing tomorrow are you?"
He laughed, "No baby, not tomorrow."
She finished off her wine and put the glass up. "Okay, well… I'm just that right amount of drunk to go upstairs and get a little snuggly in bed, what do you think about that?"
A smile crossed his lips. "That sounds like a great idea… why don't you go upstairs and get ready and I'll just take the glasses to the sink and seal the wine?"
"Okay…. Love you baby."
He kissed her, "I love you too."
/
He spat the white foam of toothpaste out of his mouth and began to floss. Olivia appeared in the entry and made her way over to him. He smiled at her in the reflection of the mirror. She was wearing a thin tank and a pair of plain black cotton briefs. She looked cute, he thought.
She wrapped her arms around him and rested her head upon his bare muscular back. She knew he was glad to be out of the pajamas he wore to amuse them all night. He stood at the basin wearing only his own black boxer-briefs.
He felt her hands snaking their way around him and almost gulped as a hand slowly began a descent down south to the elastic of his waist band. Immediately he felt an erection begin to form. She knew what she wanted and she knew back downstairs that what she was going to do for him.
She ran her hand over the mound beneath the fabric just as he had finished with the floss, putting in to the small trash basket beside the basin. He tried hard to concentrate; trying to act nonchalant but he was slowly losing it.
"Ugh, Liv..." he choked the words from his throat, "that feels nice." a hand gripped the edge of the sink as he watched her explore his penis, teasing it in to a full erection. They caught eyes in the mirror. He didn't miss the intent in them, she knew what she was doing to him and she was enjoying it.
"Yeah? I think I really want you naked..." her voice trailed. She didn't wait for an invitation or for his help. She simply pushed the waistband of his pants down.
"Wait, not here..." he managed to squeeze out despite the fact that he was already feeling the temptation that her touch was causing.
She let go of him for a moment and lifted her own top over her head, setting her amazing tits free. With his erection sprung to life, free of the constraints of the fabric that encased it, she could see how ready he was for her.
She pressed her hard nipples in to his back, pausing to kiss his muscular shoulder, letting her tongue run along his slightly salted skin. He let out a groan when her hand explored his length with the softest touch that she could.
She leaned in close, her breath hot against his skin as her eyes sparkled with mischief, "do you want me to do this to you in bed?"
"Yes," he nodded, watching her hand explore his length. He was about to turn and sweep her up, but she had other plans. She took his hand and dragged him out of the bathroom. She gently urged him toward the bed, he backed up slowly until his calves hit the back of the bed base. "Wait... let me see you..." he murmured before she was about to make the move to push him back.
She didn't say a word; she stood, surveying his eyes sweeping over her her swollen chest. He took a step closer to kiss her softly, gently and slowly. He broke away and made contact with her beautiful eyes, "I really want you, Liv," he informed her in a low, voice. He reached down to the elastic of her underwear and slid them down her shapely legs.
She gasped as she felt his hands exploring her bare skin with a touch as soft as the one she had treated him to. He lowered his head, covering her breast with a hand and taking her nipple between his lips. Olivia's relaxed back in pleasure, completely and utterly forgetting her own plans for a moment.
She could feel his tongue teasing her hard bead as his lips and hot breath made her crazy. He managed to distract her, sneaking a hand between her legs. Olivia let out a groan of pleasure as he caressed her. She was already wet for him.
"Stop it," she told him with a little laugh, "this is about you, I want you... I want to please you."
He chuckled too, "this does please me, love..."
She ignored him and pushed him gently back on to the mattress.
Trevor stumbled back until he sat on the edge of the bed. Olivia stepped out of her underwear that had pooled at her feet. He was a delicious sight to take in, she thought as her eyes spilled over his form. He was so very tall and broad, his thighs open and his hard penis sprung free. And then there was his muscular arms which were built from all the farm work he did and his muscles filled him out just perfectly without being over the top.
"You turn me on just by how fucking good you look..." she told him with a disbelieving laugh.
"If you come over here, I can turn you on some more..."
"No need, I'm good..." she told him. A nervous intention overtook her, but she decided to go with it anyway, after all, she was looking to please him this time, to bring him undone the way he had done for her.
She made eye contact as she slid her own hand down between her legs. His eyes slowly peeled away from hers as he was drawn to what she was doing. He let out a puff of air that could have been construed as a gasp as he watched her slip a finger inside of her wet folds. His breathing changed as she moved in and out, increasing the pace by adding another.
"Fuck, Liv..." he swore. "you look like you're enjoying that..." He found his erection, sliding his large hand over his penis, watching her with great pleasure and admiration.
"Mmmm," she murmured, "I am..."
"And I'm enjoying the show, but I think you should come over here and let me help..."
Olivia removed her fingers and took a step toward him. She reached out for her but she got to her knees. Instead, he took her hand and ran his tongue over her fingers and then leaned over to kiss her mouth. "You don't have to if you're not comfortable..." he told her, knowing what she was about to do.
"Oh," she smiled, kissing him back, "I want to."
She had already pushed his hand away from his erection and taken over. Her fingers ran along the thick length of his penis. She involved her other hand, sliding beneath him to pay attention to every bit of him. He let out a moan, transfixed as he watched what she was doing to him, exploring him.
He sighed and moaned and made enough noise for her to know exactly what he was enjoying. She took her time, trying to get a feel for exactly what he liked the most by paying great attention to his reactions. She lowered her head to the tip of his head and ran her tongue around the rim. She lifted her head again and let her thumb spread his oozing precum over the soft skin.
She felt his fingers in her hair, gently urging her head toward his erection, letting go before she got there, not wanting her to feel like he was being too forceful.
She watched his eyes as she lowered herself over his erection and taking his head in to her mouth. She watched his stomach muscles tensing and relaxing as she took him a little deeper in to her mouth. She let her tongue do some of the work as her lips tightened around him, enjoying the slightly salty taste of his precum.
Her cheeks became hollow as she sucked, flicking her tongue against him. He groaned loudly, from the back of his throat, leaning back on his hands, trying hard not to thrust his hips forward as she took him as far as she could, bobbing up and down with a firm grip around the base of his shaft.
She pulled his cock out of her mouth with a soft popping noise which was almost enough to do him in. He watched with great affection, keeping his hands to himself, letting her control what was going on. She kissed her way down his erection in a slow, lingering path. She licked him, flattening her tongue and not leaving a tiny bit of his sensitive skin unexplored.
Once again, she parted her lips and submerged him completely inside of her the cavern of her warm mouth. Trevor groaned again, taking hold of her hair. She gripped him and slid him in and out of her mouth, sucking leisurely at first but then picking up the pace. Each time he entered her mouth, she pushed it a little further; he met the back of her throat as he felt like he might burst with pleasure.
"Fuck, Olivia, fuckkkkk..." she had never heard him swear so much that she almost giggled, but she knew he was delirious with pleasure. She let her hands and mouth work together.
"I am so fucking glad you insisted on this," he let out euphoric laugh.
She smiled - as best as she could with his cock taking up residence in her mouth. She glanced up at him to see him gesturing to come forward toward him. She let go of his cock in her mouth. "I think you're enjoying this..." he murmured, kissing her hungrily, "a little too much."
Olivia let her hand take over for the moment, sliding it firmly up and down his shaft, letting her thumb flick over his head, each time watching him jump just a little. "I guess I can't help it," she grinned playfully, "it's a turn on when you're so turned on... now..." she glanced back down before looking back up in to his eyes as she kissed the tip of his penis, lingering long enough to let her tongue circle it, "how do you think you taste?" she asked with another mischievous smile. She slid her tongue along the underside of him and watched him fall back on to the mattress with a bounce, a laugh and a groan erupting from his mouth at once.
She worked him deep in her mouth, pumping him fast and enjoying the distant feeling of a cock filling up her mouth. She hollowed her cheeks again and sucked, her lips closing firmer around him, bobbing up and down and quickening her pace.
"I'm gonna-" he announced so weakly that his sentence was clipped and his thighs convulsed beneath him. "Liv-"
"It's okay," she told him, "I'm prepared," she chuckled, knowing he was concerned for her.
He gasped as her hand slid beneath him, paying special attention to the sensitive skin at the base of his penis, he groaned again as a warm, jet of fluid filled her her, coating the back her mouth, threatening to spill from it.
She groaned too, it had been awhile and she almost hadn't been ready. She was in bliss, taking the bitterness of him, not minding at all. She drew him out, cleaning him off with his tongue as he moaned over and over, coming hard, the shock of it sending tingles all over his body, spreading warmth throughout him as his nerve-endings were on fire.
She made sure not to leave a drop as she released him from her mouth.
His penis glistened with saliva and Olivia felt satisfied. She got to her feet and climbed over his body, her knees on either side of his waist. She felt his hands gripping her backside. "Mmmmm," he murmured, looking at her drunk on love.
She kissed each cheek and then his nose and then kissed his lips. He caressed her backside, running his fingers up the dip of her spine and back down again. "That is the first time I've had a blow job in long while and it was … best of the best…"
She smiled happily. "Good…"
He felt her tense as he slid a hand between her legs. "Mmmm," she murmured, giving him a smile. He caressed the softness of her, one hand gripping her backside as she straightened up, she leaned back a little, resting a hand on his thigh behind her to allow him better access to her.
"That looks way too uncomfortable…" he told her with a smile, ignoring his legs still tingling beneath him. He circled an arm around her and positioned her down beside him. He turned to his side and smiled, propping himself up on his elbow so he could see her body. She felt his hand on her outer thigh, caressing her skin with the tips of his fingers.
"It really makes me instantly hard when I watch you touch yourself, Liv…" he told her, "that nearly tossed me over the edge before you even did anything…" he smiled, resuming his position back between her thighs.
"Mmm, tell me more about that…" she smiled.
He planted a kiss on her collarbone. "Well, I liked it when I saw you do this…" he slid a finger between her folds. She gasped inaudibly, her breath catching in her throat as her sensitive area felt every single movement he made. He moved in and out slowly at first, moving deeper and deeper. "And then another…" he added, as he slid a second finger within her.
She moaned.
"But you missed out on the important part…"
"Mmm what's that?"
She felt his thumb circle her clitoris, "ohhh…" she murmured. "Yeah… I forgot that part…" she managed to strangle out from her throat.
"Don't worry, I never forget…"
He kissed her jaw and let a small trail of kisses find their way to her neck.
Suddenly Trevor stopped.
"What?" She asked.
He held up his hand for a second, sure enough, footsteps along the floorboard. "Noah's up…" he whispered.
"It's okay, I locked the door, he'll take himself back to bed."
"Olivia!" Trevor laughed. Sure enough the doorknob rattled.
"Mommyyyyyy…" the whine came through and instantly there were tears.
They both sat up — the mood instantly killed. Trevor handed her her underwear. He went back to the bathroom and gave her her top. She pulled it over her head and went to the bedroom door and unlocked it.
"Hi baby," she greeted him, "you should be in bed…"
/
"Honey, what have I told you?," she sighed, "you can call out to me, but you need to stay in bed."
"I wanna come and sleep in your bed," he whimpered.
"No babe, that's not happening, we've been over this…" she told him gently, about to pick him up and take him to his bed.
Trevor emerged from the bathroom. "Here, you go have a shower if you like, love, I can put Noah to bed…"
She glanced at Noah, "would you like Trevor to give you a cuddle and take you to bed?," she wondered.
Noah's cries turned more in to whining that she was very used to hearing when he wanted to get in to bed with her — it was a habit she was trying very hard to be firm about, but sometimes she wanted the cuddles and comfort too. Instead, she tried to only go to his room and get in to his bed with him when he needed the attention to keep her own private space for herself and … well, now… Trevor.
Her four year old nodded. "And you, Mommy…"
"How about Trevor takes you to your room and Mommy will come in and say goodnight in a moment."
Trevor swept Noah up and brought him close to his chest, wrapping his arms around the little boy as Noah reciprocated and rested his head on his shoulder. Trevor lived for the warmth of the child needing him and being okay with his comfort. He and Olivia shared a smile as he rubbed his back soothingly. "Its okay bubba, come on, let's go back to bed…"
"Thanks love, I'll be there in a minute," she told Trevor.
/
Trevor got comfortable on the bed where Noah slept, "are you comfortable?," he asked the little boy, trying to get him to lay down beside him.
"I wanna cuddle," he whined. Trevor knew that there was absolutely no way he and Olivia would be resuming anything intimate. "Daddy…" he grizzled. There it was, he thought, the title that meant fatherhood that he knew would weaken his knee any time Noah assigned it to him. He lifted him on to his lap and cuddled him closely, pulling the covers up around them, realising it was a little on the cold side in Noah's room. Perhaps he was waking due to being cold at night. "Bubba, are you warm enough?" Trevor asked him gently, rubbing his back.
"Yes," Noah answered and he knew he probably would have just agreed that he was warm even if he hadn't been.
"Okay shut your eyes for Daddy… and take some big, slow, deep breaths," he coached him. Noah wearily mirrored Trevor's example until he finally sighed with resignation.
Noah yawned and buried his face in to Trevor's neck. He leaned back against the bed head and closed his eyes. "Love you, munchkin. You're my best boy…"
He knew Noah was asleep only minutes later when he felt his body get heavier. Trevor knew he needed to put him back to bed but was enjoying the warmth of the little boy draped over him, needing him.
/
Olivia smiled when she found her son and Trevor both asleep. Trevor was snoring lightly looking incredibly uncomfortable. She scooped Noah up, careful not to wake him. She gave Trevor a little shake. "Honey, go to bed…" she whispered.
Trevor startled awake. His eyes had to adjust to the dark. He realised where he was and that he surely hadn't been asleep too long. He got out of Noah's bed and let Olivia place Noah back down, pulling his covers up over his shoulders. She kissed his forehead and waited for Trevor to do the same. He took her hand and guided her back toward bed.
"Sorry, I think I'm tired, those kids tired me out today…" he sighed.
"Don't be sorry baby, get some sleep…. I might watch TV for a little while if that's okay with you."
They got in to bed, Olivia disrobed down to her underwear and got in to bed, turning off her lamp. She propped herself up on a pillow and turned the TV on, using her own password to log in to a TV streaming service. "I guess we've been dating long enough now for you to have my Netflix account…"
He laughed, "Wow, your son commits by calling me Dad, and you commit by logging in to Netflix."
Olivia chuckled, "And I'll contemplate logging back out before I leave," she joked.
He drew her closer and kissed her lips. "Good night, sweetheart. I love you."
"I love you too."

"When Mommy goes out with Auntie Jen, are we going to Uncle Joe's to play with the other kids?" Noah asked.
"We are," Trevor smiled as he watched Olivia thread a gold hoop through her ear before doing the same at the other. "Look how beautiful Mommy looks, doesn't she look so beautiful?"
Olivia stared back at her son and her man in the reflection of the mirror. They sat on the edge of the bath tub watching her put her make up, perfume and straight her hair out til it looked so perfectly parted and sleek.
Noah nodded in agreement, "you are beautiful, Mommy…"
"Thank you my sweet hearts."
"We'll leave Mommy to get dressed and you and I can build something fun with your blocks and then when she comes downstairs she can surprise us with just how perfect she is."
Noah nodded, "Mommy's a perfect Mommy," he parroted Trevor.
Olivia chuckled at her two boys watching her. Noah was grinning and climbing all over Trevor who didn't seem at all bothered by it. He had been sitting quietly but was getting bored with Trevor's oggling.
Trevor stood up, dangling Noah over his shoulders until he shrieked, "come on, let's go!"
Olivia laughed and followed them out of the bathroom to put her clothes on.
She watched Trevor fussing about with him shrieking and giggling. She took off her robe and put on a white silk camisole and a pair of dark blue skinny jeans. She pulled on a pair of black heeled boots over the jeans and took out some of her jewellery from her little travel pouch. She chose a gold layered necklace and a simple diamond band that her mother had given her as a graduation gift so many years earlier.
She glanced at herself in the mirror and felt satisfied with her smokey eyes and her make up. She felt a little sexy but still casual enough to end up in a dive bar if that's where the night took them.
She grabbed her handbag and dropped her lipstick and compact mirror. She tossed a few other things in, her little purse and her police pocket book — she never went anywhere without it.
She grabbed her phone to text Jen to find out how far away she was from being ready but she saw that there was a text from her.
"This blue or black?," she asked, accompanied with a picture of her in blue jeans and then black jeans.
Olivia smiled, loving her navy blue tunic top which had sheer sleeves fitting to her long slender arms. "I have dark blue jeans, I dont mind if you wear blue too, but I think black with blue would look nice, btw, that top is super hot, you look beautiful! I wish I could pull of a red lip!"
It was true, Olivia didn't really believe that she suited red lips, but Jen, Jen looked absolutely stunning with her porcelain, flawless skin with a sweep of red over her pouty, perfect cupid's bow mouth.
Jen's beautiful long blond dresses were looking full of volume in waves that tumbled down her shoulders. Olivia knew that Joe would go wild for his wife's look. "I'm ready when you are, let me know when and we'll head over and Trev will drop Noah off and take us in to town," she added.
A few seconds later as Olivia was making sure she had everything, Jen replied. "Black jeans it is! Joe thinks he's gonna get lucky tonight, ha, ha, I'll be too drunk, at least that's the plan."
Olivia laughed. She got another text, "When you get here, I have a shot ready for you. When we were a LOT younger before any party, Joey, Trev and Trev's girlfriend Shannon used to do a shot. Joe has made us his famous one. Trev might have to forgo if he's driving. Sucks to be him. You guys can come on over, I'm just about ready."
Olivia cracked up. "Okay, I'm curious and also alarmed if we are letting Joey pour our drinks… please let him know that if he gets us too drunk we won't be allowed in to a bar. See you soon, beautiful!"
Olivia descended the stairs feeling happy. She pulled her small handbag across her body.
"Hey guys," she greeted them, "Mommy's ready to go see auntie Jen now!"
"Wow! You look gorgeous," Trevor murmured, getting up from the floor where he was playing with Noah.
"Thank you," she smiled happily.
"Your eyes look … I don't know," he paused, "I love it when you have no make up on, but … this is special too," he informed her. He went to kiss her but she halted him.
"As much as I would love to kiss you, I don't want to smudge my lipstick."
Trevor chuckled. "Okay, okay," he held his hands up in surrender. He turned back to Noah. "Bubba, time to put your blocks away, we're going to go to play with the kids now."
"Don't let him stay up too late, Trev, if I'm hung over, you're going to be dealing with a tired, cranky toddler."
"I won't, I am responsible, you know that, right? I can be the firm guy if I need to be."
"Good, don't be afraid to be, he will have you wrapped around his pinky so fast if you don't…"
Trevor smiled as they headed in to the living room and he helped the little boy clean up the rest of the mess.

"I'm jealous that my girl is being taken on a date by your wife!" Trevor told Joey as the girls chatted to the kids gently, preparing them for their night out.
Joey laughed, "Would have been nice to go with them…"
"Trevor just shrugged, "Oh well, it's nice that they seem to be getting along so well."
"Agreed, Jen made me make them both a Mind Eraser shot."
"Oh fuck, they're going to be not only drunk by the time they get to dinner but also wired!"
Joey laughed, "I was just asked to do it, they'll be okay right? Olivia can hold her own right?" He asked, a hint of concern crossing his face.
"Yeah, that woman has taken down a random guy for telling her to smile and getting a lil in her face, she's fierce, I wouldn't worry and she has a glare that can scare any man off."
Trevor's brother laughed, sipping on his beer, "been on the receiving end of that, have you?"
"Not for many, many years… and hope never to be again. That look will turn your blood cold, man."
Both of them laughed.
"Okay," Jen pulled Olivia's arm toward the kitchen. "Come on, I've got our drinks ready."
"Heeeeelp!" Olivia joked, glancing at Joey and Trevor, "I am being peer-pressured, you guys know how much I hate alcohol."
"Ha! Yeah right!" Trevor laughed. He followed them in to the kitchen, really wanting to see Liv's face when she tried the shot that they all used to go crazy for when they were in college. It was almost enough for Trevor to take his girlfriend to a party with enough zing to come back to his apartment afterward and continue studying.
"Oh,…" Olivia glanced around the kitchen to make sure the kids were out of earshot, "fuck that's a pure coffee shot, Jen!," she lifted the shot glass and glanced at Trevor who smirked, amused. She glanced at Joey and shook her head, "You used to serve these? How many would you guys drink a night?"
"I'd max out at three, but it was great for a big night of drinking and studying later," Trevor laughed.
"Three?!" Olivia was incredulous, they chuckled at her.
Finally she shrugged, "Okay, here goes nothing…"
"Wait, I need a before and after photo," Trevor told them both. He pulled his phone from his pocket and looked to both women who held the shot glasses poised, smiling together for the photo. "Okay, one two, three, drink!" Joey counted them. Olivia looked unsure but sank the shot anyway.
Trevor laughed watching Olivia and Jen's face both sour in unison. "Wow, that's been a long time coming…" Jen laughed, as the vodka warmed the back of her throat.
"Wow, that was… something," Olivia widened her eyes. "I guess it's gonna be a late night," she remarked.
"I'm sure Trevor won't mind," Jen smirked at her.
"Oh jeez, she's drunk already," Liv joked. They all had a little chuckle. "So Joe, what the heck was in that…"
"Pure vodka, a full shot of espresso and some soda to the rim," he smiled. "Want another?"
"No. I want to be able to sleep at some point tonight," she told him.
"Okay, we should go… line our stomachs and all of that."
"Don't eat anything that you don't want to vomit later," Trevor advised them both.
"Gross, Trev, I don't plan on getting that smashed," Liv shot back.
The two mother's went to kiss their children goodbye. Trevor and Olivia gave Joey and Jen a moment while they went to wait in the car. Already, Olivia could feel the vodka hitting and blamed it on not having an afternoon snack.
"Are you excited about going out?" Trevor asked.
Olivia laughed, "Trev… I'm not five."
"I know, but…" his voice trailed, "I think as long as I've known you, you don't do this kind of thing ever… you just never have time to yourself with female friends that you can let your hair down with and not talk about work."
She understood what he was getting at, "I guess its nice to have someone who is as lovely and as sweet as Jen see something in me and want to befriend me and I do feel at ease enough to share myself with her — and if I'm honest, its not something I've ever found to be easy, but you guys, you all make it feel easy."
Trevor smiled. He couldn't resist, he reached over to the passenger side and stroked her hair. "I want this fierce female friendship for you. You two are both warriors and two of the strongest, most wonderful women I know and you, my love, are the warmest, loveliest, kindest soul I have ever, ever met…I want you to have deeper connections with others, to have you have as much love bestowed upon you as you always put out there. It's everything you deserve."
Her smile grew and she averted her eyes briefly, embarrassed. "Thank you. I love you so much."
"I love you too," he murmured as Jen went to get in to the car. "I wanna kiss you…"
She shrugged, "So do it, you're gonna end up with pink lips…"
He smiled and shrugged too, leaning over close to her and pressing his lips upon hers lingeringly.
"Am I going to have to wrench you both apart?" Jen asked as she got in to the back seat.
"No, don't be crazy," Trevor replied, "a wrench would never get that job done, you need more of … crow bar."
They laughed.
He leaned out the window and waved at his brother. "Okay ladies… let's get going."
