"I know," she murmured; the shining blue light in the distance had strengthened her faith in him.
"Then why are you… sad?" She didn't respond. Her gazed remained on her hands; she was holding something. "Did he give that to you?"
She nodded, "I don't know how to feel," she admitted. Finally meeting his amber eyes, "I'm confused."
Realisation struck him, and despite himself, he smiled at her obliviousness; amused.
"No, you're not," Zuko stated surely, smiling as he stood up and left.
She observed the flower-petalled necklace. Clutching it close, she smiled brightly.
Katara wasn't confused.
