Supernatural 2

life changes

While Dean was alone, he was attacked by an old demon, Azazel, Dean had a hard time believing it when he saw his brother Sam before losing consciousness.

He woke up in an old house.

"Hi Dean".

Dean couldn't believe his eyes. Was he dead?

"I was kind of expecting, a hug, I don't know, holy water in the face, something" Sam said.

"So, am I dead? Are we in heaven? Azazel killed me?" Dean asked.

"The yellow-eyed demon? Did you see him?"

"What?"

"You were poisoned, so everything you think you saw is not real".

"Okay, but are you real? Where am I?"

"I am real, I will prove it to you".

Sam slashed his arms with a silver knife and drank salt water.

"Samy?"

"Yes it's me".

Dean then hugged his brother, and Sam hugged him back.

"So what poisoned me?"

"A Jinn".

"A Djinn? I thought they lived recluse in caves"?

"Not anymore. They fit in like ordinary people. All they have to do is touch you to spread a toxin in your body, you end up dying of an overdose." Sam explained.

"Then why am I not dead?"

"I have an antidote that I administered to you".

"An antidote? Wait, how long have you been back?"

Sam hesitated to answer.

"Sam?'

"It's been a year".

"A year? Almost immediately after you left? And you didn't think to contact me? I can't believe it!"

Dean was crazy.

"Dean, calm down" Amenda Sam.

"Calm down? Sam, I've been crying for a year! I've been looking for a way to bring you back! And you don't even call me? Why?"

"You were happy, a wife and a son, it's the life you wanted, you had the chance to stop hunting and have a normal life!"

"Sam, I have a Djinn in my living room. Do you think it's normal? I didn't want to hunt anymore because you were dead! But I was wrong, I put Lisa and Ben in danger, I should never have come back to them".

Dean's phone rang at that moment.

"Lisa? I'll pick you up, stay inside the cinema."

"Dean?"

"Ben?"

"Mom has fallen, she's not moving! What do I do?"

Here we go Sam.

"Don't touch her. Her eyes? What color are they?"

"Dean, I'm scared!"

"His eyes Ben!"

"They are white."

"Ben, listen to me, leave it there and go inside the cinema".

"No, I don't want to leave her!"

"Ben!, you're not saying 'no' to me!" Dean said sternly, turning Sam's head at the sound of this authority, that of his childhood.

"You will obey me! where I promise you the spanking of your life the second I arrive, even in front of everyone in the middle of the cinemas!, do you understand me?

"Yes sir." Ben obeyed.

"Good. Stay where there are a lot of people until I arrive".

"The Djinn got Lisa! Do you have an antidote for her?"

Sam had tears in his eyes.

"It must be administered within five minutes, it's too late, I'm sorry."

Despite the pain, there was no time for self-pity, Ben had to be recovered first. Dean was in hunter mode.

Arriving there, they found Lisa behind the cinemas, on the ground.

"Sam, inject him with the antidote."

"Dean, it's too late."

"I don't care! Do it! That's all! It's an order! Obey me!"

Sam injected the antidote, but he was right, it was too late. Lisa was gone.

Dean and Sam wrapped Lisa in a blanket before putting her in the trunk.

Dean entered the cinemas looking for Ben, the child was nowhere to be found.

Dean was crazy.

Then the boy emerged from a broom cupboard behind the counter. Dean hugged him, before turning him around and giving him a harsh smack on his jeans. The child twisted to avoid the assault on his buttocks, but two more followed, just as hard.

"Did I tell you to isolate yourself in a room?"

"No Dean, to stay where there are people." Answered the child with tears in his eyes.

"So, what were you doing in there? Where can a monster have you quietly?"

"I beg your pardon. Did you find mum?"

"Oh Ben, she left us." Dean said hugging the boy to him as he cried.

"What are we doing Dean?" Sam asked.

"I'll take Ben to Bobby's, can you handle the Djinns on your own?"

"Yes, don't worry and take care of your boy".

"Okay, I'll call you when I'm back, please avenge Lisa and make Djinn soup."

"I promis you".

"Dean? Where are you taking me? What will become of me?"

"I'm taking you to my uncle Bobby, he's like a father to me and he's an excellent hunter, you'll be safe."

"What about my stuff? I don't even have a picture of mom."

"When the monsters are killed, we will go get your things."

"Well, your mother's sister was in a car accident eight months ago, is there anyone else you could live with? A cousin, an uncle?"

"No, there is nobody. I want to live with you".

"I know. But I have to go back to hunting, it's no life for anchild".

"Did you do it well? Your father was a hunter, and he had two children, smaller than me!"

"You have a point. But if you think I'm harsh, you have no idea what obedience is needed on the road."

"You can spank me every day if I disobey you."

"It's not about spanking, if you disobey me, you can die, and you're not the king of obedience, are you?"

"I will obey you! I promise you. Keep me Dean."

Dean had tears in his eyes.

"Listen, let me avenge your mother first, then we'll find something, I promise you."

"Yes Dean".

Meanwhile Sam was hunting the Djinns, he had already killed three of them.

"Hello Bobby, this is Ben".

"Hello Ben, nice to meet you."

"Here is your room, for as long as you stay here." You go where you want, but you don't touch the guns, they are loaded."

"Yes sir".

Dean went to hug the boy and hugged him until he fell asleep. What life could he offer her? A hotel room? Changing schools regularly? Yet he had loved this life with his father.

While Ben slept, Dean burned Lisa's body.

"The next day, Dean informed Ben that he was leaving to join Sam, two, three days, and he would be back."

"You behave and you obey Bobby, he has the right to punish you as he sees fit, if he has to punish you, you will have another turn when I return".

Bobby recognized John in Dean's steely voice.

"I'll be good, I promise you." Answered the child.

Dean then hugged the boy to him. "I love you".

"I love you too Dean".

Ben was a good boy, although he was a little mischievous, stubborn and disobedient, he was kind and adorable. He currently had a lot of anger inside. The child had just lost his mother.

"Come with me" Bobby ordered.

The man leads him in his race where tons of car wrecks rise up. Bobby hands him a baseball bat.

"You have to vent your anger boy or you're going to explode. Hit that car all you want".

"Really?"

"Really. Punch until your arms get tired."

Besides soothing the anger, it strengthened the muscles, Dean had spent hours relieving his anger, and Ben was his spitting image.

That evening Dean calls Bobby. "Sam and I have had the Djinns, there is only one left. How is Ben? He obeys you?"

"Yes, no problem, you raised him well. Are you sure he's not your son? Honestly Dean, he's your clone! It's disturbing, his resemblance, his gestures, his expressions, it's you".

"I know. I had the same reaction as you, from the first time I saw it, but Lisa said it wasn't mine, her father is a biker, whom she knew in a bar. He killed himself when Ben was two years old".

"I don't know, I'm puzzled. Did you do a DNA test?"

"No, never, I trust Lisa".

"I have to leave you Bobby, we'll talk about it later".

"Okay, be careful boys" and Bobby hung up.
