Chapter 22: The Power Of Fusion

The action and complexity didn't cease last chapter. In it, Don Thousand revives and recruits Yappa Yappa after having already recruited the former Director Of Sector Security in the Synchro Dimension's Neo Domino City, Jean Michael Roget. Now, the fight was on to defeat Pmurt Nedib after he tried to kill Swiftdrawer. Herbsalvin came and saved the knight before telling them about a liquid that would fix their gear. It was inside a beaker inside of the pocket of the saddle Herbsalvin wears. After applying it, their gear is fixed and Swiftdrawer read instructions to destroy the beaker for a surprise. The surprise called every BRAINS member to Beach City. Now, the fight was ready to be taken up 10 notches as they all headed there to fight. Swiftdrawer and Herbsalvin even agreed to work together to annoy Pmurt Nedib and free Steven along with his mom who still lives on in him somehow. The pegasus used their power to send Swiftdrawer's consciousness into Steven's. There, they freed him and his mom and had a lot of help in defeating the numbers who corrupted Steven. After that, the battle intensified more as the knight and pegasus started fighting too. Duel monsters and gems from all over also joined the fight. To sum it up, they managed to deal critical damage thanks to a relic Strag expanded and used alongside one of Bray's super healing spells. This was enough for Judai to activate Defusion, splitting Pmurt Nedib from Steven only for him to briefly control him again by using the Mind Transfer Technique from Konoha's Yamanaka clan. The power of hugs kicked him out and he left to destroy Homeworld. Swiftdrawer was then made to suffer by picking up those numbers but insisted on not focusing on it. They said to not worry about it and urged everyone to move on. They all got to Homeworld soon after that. An exchange between that mysterious figure and Pmurt Nedib also occurred due to a fail by the mysterious figure earlier.

The fascist wanted all the villains they've collected but they said no and killed Pmurt only to bring him back with a seal. Pmurt is now a unknowing puppet of the mysterious figure's. After that, Swiftdrawer destroyed Pmurt Nedib possessed SDL who appeared before them after everyone was split up before Dominic, Maya, and Steven helped heal the bleeding knight and cured them of the possession. Together with an increasing group of others, they helped some others defeat other possessed villains such as Titan and Dark Princess Isabelle. Now, they're at the palace on Homeworld and have joined in on the fight. Now to resume the story from where it left off. "Arrow Shower! Iruga, back me up, will ya?" "I'm on it. Sonic Blow! Venom Strike!" There is far too much to focus on to write more of what was going on. But then, it hits me. We're doing no lasting damage to Pmurt Nedib. No, this cannot be. This is really bad. I cannot let myself be distracted by what the others are doing. I have to get in the groove and fight even harder now. "Damn it! None of our attacks are denting him! How powerful is he right now! Has he been committing sacrificial rituals secretly for months? We should be defeating him right now but we aren't. Something is amiss here. Dominic, are you near me? Can you hear me?" "I can hear you Adam thanks to my sound focus device! I'm just field testing it now. It's working. I heard everything. And I'm running on scan on Pmurt Nedib's power level right now. Give me a few seconds and keep fighting. I have no time to be focusing on my want for a nap now!" A few seconds pass as I fight as hard as possible to the point of sweating but I don't care. Thanks to Bray, I have a chance to go wild for a while. Dominic finished scanning: "With my new class, I am able to detect power levels easily as you know. No big deal. I can't wait for a nap but it will have to wait. My analysis has concluded that Pmurt Nedib was going easy on us earlier. He was planning on making us feel hopeless over and over today." "Of course he was." The both of us fight as hard as we can with the others and that keeps going on even as Pmurt Nedib laughs: "You freaks! I have you right where I want you! You will be punished for disobeying me, your god! I am the creator of everything, I am your god! Your lord!"

"That is a foolish statement to make. You did not create anything. Otherwise, you would know everything about all that exists. You cannot create a utopia by destroying the lives of those around you." "I concur with Playmaker. Your delusions are foolish. Borreload Dragon, keep on the assault!" "And my monsters and I will follow right behind you, Master Revolver! Sunavalon Daphane! Keep attacking with all the others!" "Galaxy Eyes', we will crush this maniac and bring peace back to this world! I fight for my friends and my brother!" "You tell 'em, Master Kaito!" "Not now, Orbital! Your commentary isn't necessary!" "Grand Cross! Even if you want to move, I won't allow you to move, false god!" "Watch your words carefully, defiant freak and worshipper of Odin! For now on, I'll make them obey by force with more than just threats of firing and replacing them! You deviants and groomers will not live to see another day!" Pmurt Nedib suddenly grows immensely in size: "That's more like it! Now, I can just crush all of you from up here! I am above all of you because I am God! And there's nothing you can do to win, I will ban and kill freaks like you out of existence once I become president of all existence! America's glory will lead me to total supremacy!" We all keep attacking but nothing we do is having any effect whatsoever. Damn it all! We thought we were beating him but instead, we're tied with him. We can't hurt him and he can't hurt us for long. This goes on until Bray's spell wears off and she collapses from exhaustion. I see this happen and stop attacking to help her. Pmurt Nedib sees this and laughs again, sending a small ball of energy at me. I gasp as it hits me and breaks through my armor and some of my skin. I start trembling and still resist even as more attacks are sent out to eliminate Bray and I: "I won't let you hurt her! She's my friend and you won't touch her as long as I live! Do you hear me, Pmurt Nedib?!"

"Sinners like you should have stayed quiet and in hiding. It's time for your lord and ruler to punish you for your sins! You are a sin just by living and now, I'll show you that!" My body is broken. I think some of my bones are cracked. Holes in my armor and cape reveal wounds that run deep. I breathe heavily as he starts taking the others out too: "Bray.." The Great Sage slowly gets back up after collapsing: "Adam.. Why didn't you save yourself? I can't cast any spells anymore. I'm so exhausted. I shall live but I worry for you." "I couldn't let myself see you get hurt! Bray, you know how much we care about each other as friends better than anyone besides me. I want to make Pmurt Nedib hurt where it really hurts. I want him to experience the pain he is causing and see what kind of tyrant he has twisted himself into. This is my vow." "I have enough magic to heal you. Giga Cure! There is no redemption for a tyrannical fascist like you. I won't be all sweet or nice to you. Not when it is people like you who are making life hell for so many when it doesn't need to be hell. Maya jumps in on the idea too: "Poi Poi! Let's show them our newest move! I can't make explosive potions yet but we can do this! Cart Shield!" She uses both of her hands to carry it amd uses it to block and reflect various attacks. A few minutes later, everyone fighting Pmurt Nedib has adopted defensive measures. We will stand together and resist instead of attacking. To become a mighty shield. That's the plan. A wall of defensive power that will hold until we can find another solution to beating Pmurt Nedib. Suddenly, time comes to a stop. All of us are free to move but Pmurt Nedib and everything else is frozen still. Acheron, Kaito, Timegazer Magician, and others must have secretly planned this out in order to pull it off. Indeed, Acheron says once the shock silences us: "Friends and comrades, we have finally succeeded in stopping time to come up with a plan to defeat Pmurt Nedib. He is bigger and more powerful than we ever expected him to be. Let us all begin brainstorming immediately." We all talk amongst ourselves and some ideas are thought up. One of them was time traveling back in time long enough to prevent Pmurt Nedib from ever forming his company in the first place. Besides, what other choice do we have? We could use the Pen Of Physics but it wouldn't work. Clearly, there is a solution to defeat Pmurt Nedib today. But it's not that pen. It would wipe us all out from existence if we tried to use it to solve the problem of our enemy." Pirate Blaster notices that time is starting to move again: "Yar! We have no more time to discuss this! Let's just use fusion and make that landlubbing money licking good for nothing pay for all that he's done!" His statement gets no objections from anybody. It is settled. That's what we're going to do. We all get ready to defend again as time resumes. Our foe is very confused: "When did you freaks move? What have you done to sin even more?" "I activate this card, Artistic Fusion! In the same vein as merging layers together, this card will merge several artists into one! Watch as they disappear into the portal and unleash a terrifying nightmare. Jammer, you will be resurrected from the dead with new power! There's no need to use the summoning chant. We know him well. They have a crazy weapon that looks like a merging of every weapon used by anyone involved in the fusion. "What kind of monstrosity are you, freaky mutant?" "I am and am not what you wish to call me. I am colorless. I am the Ultimate Gem, a fusion of many gems and other life forms with this very world. We will fight until one of us isn't able to fight any longer." "And why should I fight you when you were made with sin?" "Sin or no sin, I am here to defeat you. My knowledge spans countless eras and universes." "Knowledge? How sinful! Knowledge only belongs to those who deserve to rule everything as God or in some places as my subordinates as leaders of foolish countries who have fallen for my manipulations! I will use and hurt anyone to get what I want! As long as it doesn't cost a lot of money, I will do it! Money and power are everything! I am the only true God in all of existence! Pmurt Nedib tries to step on them to end it but the Ultimate Gem is unfazed. They pushed against the villain's foot and knock him back, causing tremors all over the planet: "Dirty and hasty tricks have no effect on me. I will not be defeated by a beginner move. You would do well to know that and fight me at your best instead. That's most optimal for your survive should I defeat you in our battle." "There's no breaking you, is there? Fine, I'll just take my employees' souls temporarily so I can become far superior to you! Soul Absorption!" Pmurt Nedib opens a portal and from it comes thousands upon thousands of souls that flow right through into him: "There is no winning for you, only death and punishment for being a creature made from sin and nothing more! Money Mountain!" A huge mountain of money comes out of nowhere and begins burying the Ultimate Gem: "That will not be effective against me. I have already released your employees' souls. Attack engage. Scorching Crimson Flare! Meteor Storm! Burning Uppercut! Magnum Break!" The mountain of money burns into ash. Pmurt Nedib groans: "When will you just give up and tell me that I'm the real main character and God in the story of existence?" "That will not happen for there is nothing for me to reveal to you." "Fine! I just have to do everything for myself like always! You will rot in hell for your defiance, creature!" "If that is my destiny, I will take it without much trouble. There is no inevitable end. There is only change." "I've had enough out of you! I will make your mouth swollen shut! You sinner deserve nothing but agony for being who you are! Heaven's Curse! His attack involves a energy form into what looks like the gates of Heaven except dark energy bursts out of the gates and heads straight towards the fusion who cut the energy with ease by just moving their fingers around. "I see no need to attack you myself when you extend so much on attacking me already. You are too impatient."

"I am not too impatient! You are! Heavenly Wrath!" Dark energy bursts from a holy looking portal in the sky and strikes the Ultimate Gem. But they block with their weapon at the last second: "Your attacks aren't enough to hurt me. To harm me, you must try much harder than that level of attack. The difficulty rating for defeating me is extremely high due to my being a product of so many individuals." "Then I will just break you personally since nothing has hurt you! Die, sinner and go to hell! Great American Punch!" A silhouette of an American flag is displayed in his hand as Pmurt Nedib unleashes a really big punch that emits red, white, and blue. However, the Ultimate Gem grows to be the same size as Pmurt Nedib before blocking with a punch of their own: "To be patriotic to a country that hurts anyone that is in the way or needed to be for its ends. That is not a very good way of bringing happiness or freedom. That I will state but nothing more." The ground below shales violently as the two begin fighting hand to hand style. *punch* *punch* *kick* *kick* *headbutt* *headbutt* *squeeze* *squeeze* "How are you countering me move to move? Not even the entire community of groomer freaks was able to stand up together against me in my Earth at this level!" "Your confidence appears to deprive you of the ability to better gage the abilities of your opponents. That is a mistake that has doomed many countless times in just a single multiverse. And the fight ramps up right after that. Pmurt Nedib throws several punches which are easily blocked and countered with some kicks. Those kicks are responded to with a few headlocks. The headlocks are broken apart by the Ultimate Gem simply blinking. "You sinner! I thought I could get rid of you for the love of America without using all of my power! But now, I judge you and sentence you to execution by my full power as all reality watches!" Suddenly, video screens pop up and show individuals from all sorts of worlds looking confused. "This fight must remain private. Connection Disruption." The screens vanish and don't return even when the Nazi tries to bring them back. He's not happy and punches the Ultimate Gem in the gut. They stagger back and fall to the ground: "Now do you see? I am superior to you! I am your God and I'm casting my judgement on you by executing you! Sinners belong in hell! They must be removed everywhere! I bless America, the freest country in existence." The fusion gets back up and heals their wound: "America, according to the definition of free is not in fact free. The Urban Dictionary definition *says the definition*. Your claims about America are not founded in fact. This can result in a number of negative outcomes."

punch rampage* "It feels so good to be a true man and beat you to a pulp, sinner! Beliefs over facts always! As God, I command that beliefs be more important than facts! I am also the messiah who will save existence from filthy sinful freaks like you who never belonged anywhere but somewhere miserable!" They shake off the damage and respond with their own punches. At this point, the two get so focused on their fighting that even Pmurt Nedib forgets to be a vocal piece of crap with words. The energy generated by their clashes is enormous but Pmurt is clearly winning slowly but surely. Upon noticing the Ultimate Gem started to stumble, he laughs: "I'm going to win! What were you saying about me? Oh right, eliminating me as your only focus and mission! You're the one who's going to be killed! And once you die, all of my enemies will finally be dead! I will be free to spread freedom and crush all dissent so I can be the God of all existence!" "To put things in more human terms, I am determined to kill you. You must be killed for the continued survival of all life forms who remain in existence at this time." "Take this, then!" "I feel pain. It doesn't bother me." The Ultimate Gem punches Pmurt Nedib in the face. Some cracks are heard due to that and Pmurt's counter with a kick to the crouch area. The action against that is to hit Pmurt with eye lasers: "Hahahaha! I am all mighty! Nothing you do hurts me and my cracked bones are healing! The founders of my great country will be so proud of me for I am God!" Pmurt Nedib uses a Soaring Dragon Emperor Bite Strike but that is hit back with a Cosmic Flare. *punch* *punch* *punch* *kick* *stab* The Ultimate Gem calmly pulls out their weapon to use it again and stabs Pmurt's hand with it. In turn, the villain rips the weapon out of his hand before countering with a energy blast meant to destroy the weapon. The weapon is not destroyed: "An organic life form such as yourself must try harder to kill me. I feel pain but it doesn't affect me. My arm can be broken but still be usable. Cease underestimating me. You are holding back. Do not expend time holding back now that you have committed to using everything you have."

"You are too complicated! I hate complicated! Things should be simple so I can easily rule all and destroy any freaks I don't like! Freaks like you must be discriminated against, vilified, hated, and excluded in every way possible until you die miserably just like Yappa Yappa did earlier today! Since I can't use them to be stronger, I am streaming this battle to my employees. You can't stop that! They're watching and learning to never disobey or fail me again! I hate having to do things myself when I can just have the, do it for me as I sit in my office and plan how to destroy all freaks even more! I have replaced the God billions worshipped in my world for I have exposed him as false because I am the true God!" No more dialogue is shared for a while besides dialogue involving attacks. "Darkeye Slash. You will not win so easily as you claim. I am not perfect. My mission is perfect but I may still fail in it. I have created a backup plan in the event I should lose." "Your slash won't do anything! I know all about it and it's use by many sinners! Punishing Pitchfork!" "I observe you. You are using Yappa Yappa's attack because he is dead. Countermeasure ready: Rising Sun Chaos Slash." "Fine! Act like that, freak! Envious Anger!" All attacks counter each other out and this happens again 8 more times. Following that, Pmurt laughs: "You're getting tired! There's no way you can defeat someone superior to you! And my hits aren't being healed. Are you weakening so soon? I should have expected nothing more from a filthy freak like you! You freaks are all the same! You destroy the social order, tell people that there are better ways to live than being dominated by alpha men like me, and so much more. It's abnormal and such behavior must be corrected! If that doesn't work, it must be punished!" "I will not respond with much. I simply will keep fighting until which point I cease to live. My mission is a failure. I am dying. Deploy backup plan immediately." The weakening fusion blocks another series of punches from Pmurt before failing to choke him. This gets them a lot of kicks along with a disarmment as revenge. But still, the Ultimate Gem isn't the least bit emotional.

They just keep attacking whenever Pmurt isn't attacking even after one of their arms is literally blasted off and they begin to leak out whatever fluids sustain their life force. "Hey, robo freak, aren't you scared of your death? You're almost dead!" "No. I fear nothing, not even death. I will keep fighting to eliminate you even as you lose. Not doing so would end my mission in failure sooner." "You're so boring! Just die!" Pmurt Nedib blocks every attack coming his way with his hands before literally blasting at different parts of the fusion to cut them into piece. First, their head falls off. The rest separate by force after it. Suddenly, the fluid stops leaking from the different parts of their body. In fact, the holes made due to all the blasting close up: "What are you, freak? You should be dead!" "My sociological programming indicated to not disclose this information until I began to shut down. Final defense procedures have been activated. This will prolong my death and your efforts to kill me by error code: missing vital information. Now calculating vital information. Results are in. You will be delayed by 5 minutes, enough time for the backup plan to arrive to our location before my fate is sealed once and for all." "5 minutes?! That's it! Die! DIE ALREADY, JUST DIE! I'm sick and tired of you making me wait around to finish you off!" The Ultimate Gem continues to counter every move made by Pmurt Nedib despite taking even more damage every time. This in turn makes the Nazi even angrier and be determined to kill them. "Just die!" "As long I have function, I will resist. This is the only action left except lying on the ground, being ineffective at everything I was meant to do. I have failed but your opposition isn't over. Beat me as much as you wish. It will not change our circumstances." "Oh yeah?! Do I look like I trust anything you say? You're just like a scientist, your facts ruin freedom and America!" And with that, Pmurt Nedib just keeps beating them up in hopes of finding pleasure in killing them.

However, this does not speed up the Ultimate Gem's death. It only causes Pmurt Nedib to get angrier like a spoiled rich kid. "Your heart rate is increasing just as my pain increases. I am succeeding in ways I didn't expect. Your anger is leading you to making more rash decisions. Your chances of dying because of your own emotions are skyrocketing. This is based on some calculations I performed a few seconds ago in the past." "I don't care about what you have to say because I have the freedom to say what I want even if it makes someone lose their life! And don't get me started on those pronouns all you freaks use because you're all being groomed by other freaks!" "You are using pronouns to refer to people. Pronouns are not a threat in your world of origin. It is not wise to claim such. Alert, my death is in t minus, 2 minutes. My resistance will continue at 100% efficiency until the plan arrives from another universe. While I remain here, all damage to this world will be reversed in an instant. All creatures require much to live and continue the circle of life." Almost 2 minutes of Pmurt Nedib beating the Ultimate Gem up and them countering as many attacks as possible passes. And then, the backup plan arrives. A annoying bird robot flies on through a portal with a letter attached to it while saying: "You have a message! You have a message! You have a message! You have a message!" "I recommend that you do not destroy the bird. It contains a bomb with the power to destroy this universe. You and I included." Pmurt Nedib glares at them as they start short circuiting before noticing the letter. "This letter must be for you. I'll read it instead and then destroy it so you never get the chance to read it. I am God, you do not have the authority to do something instead of me when I want to do that something." He opens the letter and reads it aloud as if to mock the dying fusion: "Dear not the Ultimate Gem, you have fallen for an elaborate rouse designed by an emotionless life form. Take these surprises! You'll enjoy them! ..Wait?! Noooo! What does this mean?!" The bird self destructs, spraying water that is freezing into ice all over him.

Additionally, silly string covered him from head to toe before that happened and a sealing spell traps Pmurt Nedib in the ice. The Ultimate Gem reassembles back into one piece and starts short circuiting: "Do you like this surprise? I used my mental library of knowledge. With it, I determined that this was the best way to fool you in case I couldn't defeat you with only 20% of my full power." "Curse you! You tricked me! How can an inferior freak fool me?! This is impossible!" "My mental library of knowledge indicated that I would only require the use of 20% of my full power to kill and terminate you. It was incorrect. My backup plan ensured my survival in case the knowledge failed me because of being filled with errors even I didn't originally spot until now. Recalibrating mind. Complete. My calculations and restructuring have shown that I must be emotional to have the drive necessary to kill you. I have a neural emotion button. I press it now. Emotional processing installed into brain. Pmurt Nedib, let's finish our fight without either of us holding back! I predict that it will only take a few seconds longer until you break free of my trap! In case you were wondering, I built it as we first started to talk! You were just too confident to notice. I would suggest you stop being cocky but I know how much of a bastard you are very well, Nazi scum!" The enemy does in fact break free: "You freak! I will make you regret ever messing with my mind and freedom! For America, you will die for sure this time!" "Try your luck! It will be amusing and so awesome to see you try to quickly kill me! I may not have a 100% chance of winning but my odds are slightly better than yours! I will crush you! Prepare to suffer and scream in fright while I smile in delight as your misery reveals how your hatred makes you trapped in a sad little bubble! One For All, Shoot Style! Infinite Pain! Crimson Hellfire! Dark Magic Attack!" "I won't lose to someone like you, a freak of science who only exists because freaks of nature decided to come together to defy my divine rule and superiority! Patriot Pummel! Dark Destruction!" "Our fight is going to be so much fun! More so for me though because you must be punished and utterly killed as you suffer immensely!"

The two constantly launch attacks of equal strength and keep pushing each other back thus being force to sprint forward to clash again over and over. Additionally, the Ultimate Gem picks their weapon back up in time to block an attack by Pmurt Nedib's newly revealed automatic gun that shoots a lot of bullets: "Woohoo! The sound of freedom! This gun makes this so much easier for me! You won't be able to defy my superior self for much longer! I'm glad you forced me to reveal and use it! It means I can punish you with it too for all of your sins! I am superior! There's nothing you can do to stop me now from killing you! You're done for good this time!" "You are so cocky. Like, come on. Stop being boring and unoriginal. Nazis like you are all so much alike. You all must change immensely or die painfully!" "Says the freaks whose personality is now changing a lot! I hate change! It hurts my feelings!" "So what? Change is change. I guess you just like being a victim. I'm going to enjoy your suffering so much! Actually, forget that. I only do this because you need to be stopped! Holy Light! Mauling Mandible Charge! Starblast Attack! Quantum Overdrive! Twin Dragon Judgement! Kamehameha! Black Hole!" "How dare you continue to defy me?! I wish the cops would help me with you! But they'd stand no chance against even someone as inferior as you, mutant! Ultimate Obligatory Obedience! Soul Pierce! Heavenly Wave!" "Coppers cause a lot of harm. No one should have to rely on or trust them. Knights are where it's at! Now where can I get some candy? I know! Candy Blast! Crazy Cart Revolution!" After a while, they realize that that's not getting them anywhere so they start fighting hand to hand again. However, they're still getting nowhere: "I have a meeting with my shareholders in 5 minutes! I thought I would kill everyone and conquer this universe long before it! Now I'll have to reschedule it all because of you and the freaks who came together to create you in some freak experiment!" "I won't let you go to that meeting alive! You just die. You hurt too many and I want to cry. However, I will kill you or fall before you while trying to! It will leave me in tears but it is my duty to get rid of you!"

"Stop sounding like Adam! Why can't I hurt you?!" "We're evenly matched. Evenly matched. What a drag. Where's some food when you want it? I hope to after this never see you again real never soon. Yar! I will make sure that your company is plundered with you gone and out of the way! I'm just glad that my hair isn't on fire for our duel will end soon! Let destiny determine the winner! I will crank up the heat and use all that's inside of me to fight you with all that I got! I will not hold back any longer!" "You little! My shareholders won't be pleased about this! I'll go bankrupt because of you! How much power do you have? Freaks are useless miserable creatures who have no hope of killing me! And you're no exception, bow down to your master God, sinner!" "I was using 90% until just now. Now, it's all of it." The tide of battle turns in the Ultimate Gem's direction. Pmurt Nedib is no longer able to attack as his gun is destroyed and his enemy becomes too fast for him. Punches and kicks just keep flying: "I'm losing! How can a God lose to a freak? *gags* *coughs* How?! I'm supposed to be winning! America is blessed by me and I get strength from Uncle Sam and every other great American tradition!" "No one is superior. Stop being dumb, it's not a good look for you. But nevermind. I will kill you in the name of everyone you have ever hurt! I will make others smile and give them new hope!" "Your personality keeps changing! Arg! I'm getting a headache from it!" "It's a good thing that you are going to die and it's going to be so satisfying to watch your body go lifeless! I never knew what emotions could be when we first thought in terms of benefits. But now, I will use them to fuel my ambition. It is clear that you cannot hope to defeat me after all. It's intriguing how long that took to figure out." "What power is this?!" "As I keep beating you relentlessly, I'll tell you. THIS IS THE POWER OF FUSION! Now, hurt! Hurt! Let me see you squirm in pain and suffering like you have forced others to do! Perish! You don't deserve to live because there's no way you can be changed now! Your harm can only end if you die!"

After enough hits, Pmurt Nedib is coughing and breathing heavily as sweat and blood drip from his body. He reverts back to his normal size as does the Ultimate Gem. I'm the only one who remembers what the Ultimate Gem did of us all but I only remember now because of my growing power. The victor stands over the villain: "Do you give up yet?" "Never! I'll punish you, sinner! I am God!" The Ultimate Gem brandishes their weapon and stabs him in the knee with it: "I won't give you any mercy beyond your death. It'll be so relieving to have you gone because you are a drag. With you gone, smiles will return to so many! I'm so hyped yo! But seriously, you will be punished for your actions now since you refuse to be at a point of redemption." The other knee is stabbed: "Go ahead and kill me but I'm not the only one who hates freaks like you! I admit it, you've won! Now go ahead! But make it quicker and less painful, I want to die in glory serving my country!" "You won't get any glory. Artist's Eye activates to allow me to see how you die as I stab you over and over as only death will stop your cruelty." Many areas get stabbed very quickly and to add insult to injury, cuts are even made into the Nazi's skin. "You could have chosen a more peaceful means of battle and I wouldn't be killing you right now. I have cast a spell to prolong your death. It slows down a body that is dying greatly. You'd be dying quickly otherwise, not slowly." No more things are said before Pmurt Nedib takes his last breaths. But before he does: here's what Pmurt Nedib experienced as he died. Dehydration from constant tears of pain flowing silently from his eyes, soreness from battle, migraines, burning and stinging pains everywhere, body aches, chills, nausea, disorientation, shock, extremely and unnaturally high heart rate and blood pressure, labored breathing, shortness of breath, fear, rage, sadness, and joy. He collapses and the Ultimate Gem has a solemn expression on their face as Pmurt Nedib speaks his final words: "You.. I will punish you one day. This isn't over! I will be back and better than ever! No bonds or alliances will be enough to stop me when I return! My valued employees already have notice of finishing my homunculus body. That body will be far superior to this one! I promise you! I hate freaks like you so much, all you deserve is death and punishment!"

Pmurt Nedib's body goes silent. It is a mangled mess. The Ultimate Gem sighs: "He is no longer a problem, for now. My form is breaking apart as the fusions begin to reverse. I must leave a message behind. One that those who gave me existence need. It is the most optimal final action. *blasts a message in rocks near Pmurt Nedib's corpse* There we go. I hope they interpret it how I wish them to. I'm fading away now. It was nice to exist, this is it for me for now." They disappear and we all return to existence with no memory of what the Ultimate Gem due to Pmurt Nedib. Instead, we see Pmurt Nedib's mangled body with a message reading: "Greetings, my creators. I am the Ultimate Gem. As I'm writing this, I am fading away. Thank you for bringing me into existence. By the time you are reading this, I am gone. Celebrate your victories of today. I have dealt with Pmurt Nedib for now. But he will be back. Have fun tonight but be alert for anything. He promised to return in a new and far stronger body. My time is running out. Thank you for reading. Farewell." Within minutes, all of us have read it or been told what it says by someone else. I sigh: "I don't want to celebrate this victory. Christmas and Christmas Eve with my family left an uncomfortable thing in me. I just want to explain everything that needs to be explained and go back to Miitopia. *sends Pmurt Nedib's corpse to the lab in Miitopia* There we go. That can be looked at later. At least the Midgardians were revived and returned to Rune the day after that adventure ended. If any of you want to celebrate, you can go ahead once explanations are done because we need to do those first. All of us from BRAINS must stay here to explain everything to one individual here. There are so many inhabitants of this universe here together." Soon enough, we do in fact do that explanation stuff. I decide to personally explain everything to Pearl. It takes about an hour. "So that's what's going on? Alright, I'll join your group if the other gems agree to doing so." "Thank you for being patient as I explained everything. I'm so glad you understood it all easily. I'm just not feeling alright right now. I'd stay and talk more but there's much to be done."

"You're welcome. What else do you need to take care of?" "Seeing if the other Crystal Gems are on board with joining. *phone buzzes* Hold on, give me a second. *checks phone and puts it away* Oh, I've been informed they're cool with joining. Steven's entire social circle is joining except most of the human civilians in that circle. This is great. I needed to hear that. Well, I have some things to give you then. We planned ahead and had some of those bands I told you about made. *gives her one* Take this, it's yours now. Use it well outside of when the teleported you have won't get you to your destination. But be careful, don't visit other universes for vacation unless you're really really good at having almost 0 impact on its timeline if you visit it for a vacation. I'm so glad we don't have to do paperwork crap for this stuff. We document who's in BRAINS and our allies using lists now but nothing more. I'll say goodbye to Steven and the others before I and most of us leave. Those of us who stay will help clean Earth and this world up or join your celebration, whatever and wherever it is. Come join us for the goodbye. It'll be nice and calm." "Yes, I will. Thank you for all of this and helping save Earth and Homeworld." "Please don't ever go out of your way to thank me again. There's no need. Thank yous are nice but I don't need everyone's thanks or approval. As long as someone's not trying to hurt me or use me, I'm okay. I'm just doing what my heart desires and my brain uses some form of logic to justify. I also got some other stuff needing to be done in Miitopia anyway." I walk with Pearl and get to know her a little bit more as we looked for and found the others ready to say goodbye. Steven waves us over: "Hey! Come on!" We head on over. I look around: "Are we waiting for somebody else?" "What a causation to want a nap! I'm running late to the goodbye! But I finished the repairing! Oh, I really need a nap now. I got a killer headache to deal with. Ugh." He catches up to us and we say goodbye. We couldn't do one on one goodbyes because that would have taken too long. The goodbyes were more broad as a result.

When it was my turn to say goodbye and leave, I said: "Hey everyone, it was great to meet all of you and fight right alongside you. I'm feeling down at the moment. I'm going to talk to somebody about it in Miitopia when I return there. Don't let my mood bring you down. Stay strong, be as happy as you can be, be serious when needed, do not give in to cruelty or hopelessness, and keep connecting with each other and so on. Take care of yourselves and know that you can count on the likes of me to help. Those who spread pain and misery to others selfishly and/or manipulate them must be crushed or given the opportunity to change if they are still redeemable. Thank you for listening. "That's very good news but it's not often we're that lucky. If it weren't for Bray, we'd have lost thousands of comrades in this war. In my world, revolution will be much harder. We don't have magic there. If we die, it's game over. We're fortunate here by comparison because the flames of revolution are much harder than they used to be in my world. Here, it was still hard but we actually managed to help do it."

"Let's go to the library to talk. I haven't been there in a while because I mastered all of the spells found in some of the books." "That's a great idea, friend." Once we go to the library in the base, we sit down far from the entrance to it at a nice table: "I love being here. It's so quiet and feels so safe. I wish I were this safe in my world.. I'm not. I'm scared, angry, annoyed, chill, content, a little happy, and more! Covid is getting even worse." "Thats awful." "Yeah.. XBB.1.5., one of the latest and nastiest variants. It can evade the vaccines. Vaccines have saved a lot of people's lives from Covid but not everyone's. I'm so angry at society, my family included. I had a little thing happen 6 days ago I'd rather not talk about. I was given a false sense of increased trust in my family. But then I thought about it and learned more about Covid. I'm torn. I want to get away from them but at the same time, I don't want to leave them. I've known them all my life or practically all their lives depending on their ages. Family is the first major source of socialization. But how can I let myself be around people who don't do enough about Covid? Most are vaccinated and I give them props for that. But they don't wear masks or do much else to be Covid safe. Some are even going on trips out of the area to places with lots of people. What do I do? I feel like nothing I do will be enough to get them to see the errors in their assessment of Covid. It's a level 3 biohazard and I just.. I just don't want to catch it, pass it onto someone else without knowing, or contract Long Covid because of it. Some risks are worth taking but Covid? Without many precautions, if any? No. Long Covid messes up people big time. Millions have become disabled by it. Millions. In not even 3 years. People are moving on without a care as if just getting vaccinated and acknowledging that Covid is not going away anytime soon is enough. It's not." "I'm sorry to hear that. I love my family, I trust them with everything. Please, keep going. I'm not sure what I can say to help you. This is something we've never really had to deal with."

"I used to love my family without a doubt. But now, I have mixed feelings about all of them. I don't really trust any of them with my life or health. Not anymore. But I don't want them to suffer because of their reckless actions regarding Covid either. There are better less harmful ways to teach them that Covid isn't a small problem nowadays. The only reasons I've felt comfortable going to MFF and iFC twice is because of the mask and vaccination requirements. It also helps that besides in the sky bridge at MFF, ventilation is always generally good at their venues. I wouldn't go to a convention that doesn't have those requirements. Not unless the pandemic truly ends and people stop suffering so much from it. Here in Miitopia, the illnesses going around are hurting a lot of miis but thanks to Dominic and other scientists, we have so many things that can help save miis from this misery. It puts what we have on Earth to shame. The ultimate universal vaccine that gets updated every so often to account for more diseases and variants of those diseases for example. We better employ them more when we liberate more and more of Miitopia. The Realm Of Fey is safely under the peoples' collective control but we need to liberate all Miitopians from fascism. I wish that peace and wishing illnesses away was enough to get rid of pandemics and fascism but they just aren't. In fact, they make things worse because they really don't work." "You want to keep talking about it? You look like you feel better about this." "Yeah, I do but I won't ever truly feel better unless fascism and Covid are stopped. And things aren't looking good at all in either regard." We keep talking for a while before taking care of important matters such as the good old mission reports and training. The day ends with everyone at the base, safe and sound and ready to take on more Nazis tomorrow. We have a nice dinner. It was what I needed. What we all needed after dealing with Pmurt Nedib.

Outro: Thank you for reading! This chapter was a little difficult to make. I used to be more detailed with the fighting months ago. I want to be more detailed in the future. But at the same time, I like how I write it now though not completely. My heart aches because of what Covid is doing and how people are barely acknowledging it as a problem. That has to stop. At the very least, I wrote a Nazi getting destroyed in this chapter. That's always good to write because fascism must be crushed. In my stories, it will get crushed many times for now on. On a less serious note, Dominic being late to saying goodbye is not really him even though he's extremely laid back! I enjoy writing him a lot, he's just a staple in my stories now.
