"Right you two I need you to pop over to Sirius' for a day there are a few thing I want to look into on my own for the day, please." The Doctor said to the other two.
"Pere?" Harry asked looking at him.
"Please son just one day and I'll be back." The Doctor explained as he looked at both Harry and the Master but something passed between the older two.
"One day Theta then you come back no messing around." The Master spoke.
"It will all work out you'll see just please go to Sirius' for me!" The Doctor asked them both deadly serious.
"Come on son let's go visit your godfather!" The Master decided at last speaking to his son, Harry gave the Doctor one final look and nodded then used SATURN to take them to Sirius's house.
They arrived around lunch time into the living room and there was Sirius sat wating for them.
"I thought I would see you two today. I took the day off these came for you yesterday in the post!" Sirius explained showing them two envelopes very distinct blue envelopes.
"Oh, what has he done this time?" Harry asked in a pained voice taking the envelope for him and opened it.
"SATURN time space coordinates including a time. He's studied SATURN I'll regenerate him." Harry spoke in Gallifreyan at the end outraged.
"No, the TARDIS will have when your Pere took it off you when you first lived with us. I've got to go with you and back you up in everything you do and protect you at all costs." The Master replied not happy reading his own letter speaking in Gallifreyan also.
"Sorry Sirius. Pere has pulled a bloody fast one on us!" Harry explained in English sitting down in a chair.
"Time at least for a brew and catch up?" Sirius asked hopefully.
"For you always, we can go whenever we want today and get there on time, but it will have to be today, sorry go and get your diary and tell me where we are up to." Harry spoke explaining. Sirius just nodded and went to make them all a brew and get the diary he kept so he knew where he was up to in his godsons life.
"He's taking a risk crossing back over his own timeline to do this, as would we, he never said when to come I could have come straight here instead of my correct day to see Sirius." Harry explained to his dad.
"Something happened in this one day he must have jumped all around in time to do this like he has. Who else has he invited though?" The Master spoke back to his son. Harry gave him a funny look.
"It's not going to be just us if it was, he wouldn't have asked for the day on his own he could have taken us with him so he wants more than just us there, but we can't find out in case they haven't been invited and decide to turn up anyway because of us. He's left his entire timeline blank somehow!" The Master explained.
"No, he's jumping around in Time as I said crossing back over to get it all done that's why we can't track him, what is he up to and why would you need to protect me? Did you ever tell him what Father made you agree to what he is now held to?" Harry answered then asked explaining what he thought was going on with his Pere to his dad.
"Sort of, not fully, he's scared out of his mind after meeting your Father HE is bloody fighting we spoke in general terms he knows he is safe from dying that is about it." The Master told Harry.
"So, he specifically wants you to protect me? Why? I'm immortal as anything can be even the destruction of my body wouldn't kill me." Harry asked then explained back to his dad.
"Yes, but he knows if you change it will upset Sirius, we agreed to ensure you lived out his life as you are, so it may mean I will have to regenerate but if so, you can top me back up remember you hold my soul now, so I am safe to watch over you, maybe we tell him fully or something during this." The Master replied explaining it as he thought what would happen.
"Well let's catch up with Sirius and then go and see what mess he has caused now, why does he keep pulling these stunts on us just up and disappearing without a reason why he's doing it?" Harry answered then asked in an annoyed voice to which the Master nodded and took a seat he knew it was a rhetorical question the Doctor was always doing it to them.

To their shock Harry and the Master arrived at the opening of bus doors which had been done to let Amy and Rory to step off.
"Howdy!" The Doctor shouted from behind them.
"Don't you do that! What is going on? One day and we arrive to you vanished? And what in my Father's name is on your head you look stupid Doctor." Harry demanded speaking to his Pere only for the hat the Doctor was wearing to be shot off the Doctors head.
"As soon as I saw it, I knew the Arbitrator would say that to you!" River Song spoke with a colt forty five to shoot the hat off the Doctor.
"What are you up to now Doctor?" The Master demanded still not impressed the Doctor had pulled one of his missing stunts.
"I've been running... Faster than I've ever run, and I've been running my whole life. Now it's time for me to stop. And today, I'm going to need you all with me." The Doctor explained to them all.
"OK, we're here, what's up?" Amy asked as well.
"A picnic! And then a trip. Somewhere different, somewhere brand new." The Doctor answered.
"Where?" The Master asked.
"Apollo Eleven... nineteen sixty nine." The Doctor explained to all of them there.
"I've seen it, Doctor!" Harry answered he had gone to see it launch when he was on his own with Sirius.
"Yes, I know, don't worry you were only at the viewing sight to see it launch, then you left you'll be fine." The Doctor reassured his son.
"Come on picnic time!" The Doctor ordered to the five there with him.

They were sat on a beach drinking wine well everyone except Harry he had a can of juice even though alcohol didn't bother him or do anything to him the Doctor and Master wouldn't let him drink it until he was an adult. They had talked for about thirty minutes telling funny stories to each other each one trying to make it funnier until it came along to Harrys turn to talk about one.
"Did I ever tell you the time the Daleks tried to destroy the TARDIS by killing her with her defences down? Anyway, so there we are surrounded by thousands of pure true daleks, but months before Pere had ordered me to find the TARDIS with SATURN and as his son I had no choice but to follow the order off him, so it's now programmed like speed dial two buttons and I'm in the control room. So, I thought better save her. I appear thinking Donna's going to be panicking and freaking out as the TARDIS bounced around in Z-Neutrino energy, only for me to see a naked Doctor running around the console unit trying to get the TARDIS out of there. I jump in and we escape causing everything to go up in flames with how the Doctor drives. So, I quicky implement my new design for the TARDIS the new Doctor gets dressed while it was all being changed and once we re-entered the control room the Doctor asked her what she thinks? She screams at him telling him he bonkers only for him to shout back at her in the exact same voice, it goes on for minutes for him to do nothing but insult her to the point she actually begs him to stop only for him to be his oblivious self and carries on going ripping her apart only to find out he's an exact copy of her he nearly passes out when he realises he is a male version of her in total then she going on about Time Lords having to be loomed not grown out of a cut of hand and the new Doctors trying to explain that it was a metocrisis for him, to then only carry on insulting who she was to the point she was nearly in tears so I ended up just telling him to shut up we had had enough of him and he had only been alive half an hour that is how annoying Pere can get honestly less than thirty minutes and we both had had enough!" Harry burst out laughing with the others.
"I'm not that bad!" The Doctor denied. The five with him all looked at each other then turned to the Doctor.
"Yes, you are!" All five of them said together back at him.
After a few more stories off the others the Doctor waved at someone and spoke to them all.
"Ah! The moon, look at it! Of course, you lot did more than look, didn't you? Big silvery thing in the night sky, you couldn't resist it. Quite right." The Doctor said while drinking from the bottle of red wine.
"The moon landing was in sixty nine. Is that where we're going?" Amy asked.
"Oh, a lot more happens in nineteen sixty nine than anyone remembers. Human beings... I thought we'd never get done saving you, well the Arbitrator at least he took over for once." The Doctor stood up as he talked.
"You all need to stay back Now. Whatever happens now, you do not interfere. Clear?" The Doctor asked, he especially looked at Harry.

"That's an astronaut. That's an Apollo astronaut in the lake. Look." Rory exclaimed pointing as they all stood up to watch as the Doctor walked down the beach to reach the astronaut.
"What is he doing?" Amy asked to the other four with her.
Then they saw it, the Doctor turned to the astronaut, less than twenty seconds later and he was shot so Harry reached his hand out, but the Master held it. Then as the Doctor started to regenerate, he was shot again and again before he dropped.
"Arbitrator!" The Master demanded shouting at his son.
"Something is not right all of you stay back or I will put you all down just watch!" Harry told them and they did the astronaut went out into the water submerging.
"Excuse me I'm sorry Sir, I know this is hard, but he said you would need this?" The man the Doctor had waved to spoke addressing Harry.
"Thank-you for your kindness, may I ask who you are exactly please?" Harry asked the gentleman.
"Sir, Master, Professor Song Amy and Rory that is the Doctor, I can assure you and I am Canton Everett Delaware the third. I won't be seeing you again. But... You'll be seeing me." The man now identified as Canton explained.
"Thank-you for your confirmation of it really being the Doctor, may I make one request of you Canton?" Harry asked Canton.
"For you Sir anything!" Canton replied coming to attention and saluting him. Making Harry feel uncomfortable.
"Would you please do me and the Master the honour of returning the Doctor to the heavens his body must never be found again the Earth would be torn apart to get the hands on a Time Lord as old as him. Put him in the boat over there and set it alight and float him out onto the lake the gas will do the rest." Harry explained to Canton pointing to the boat that was off to the side of the beach, half in and half out of the water.
"It will be as you asked Sir! Master take care of the Arbitrator now and always back him up no matter what, you support him from now on all life on the Earth depends on him saving us." Canton spoke after again saluting Harry and then he walked down to the water and the five of them stood watching Canton. As they watched, Canton picked the Doctor up and placed him in the boat, then poured the gasoline all over him and set it a light throwing a lighter on it then pushed it out into the lake as the Doctor was burnt.
"Arbitrator why did you not grab his soul, where is it even?" The Master demanded of his son, Harry turned to them making them focus on him.
"The envelopes you all got, on the top left there is a number read them all to me one by one!" Harry demanded to the other four.
"Two." The Master said after looking. The other all doing the same as him to find their own numbers.
"Four." River said.
"Five and six!" Rory answered for them both holding the two envelopes up.
"What does that matter Arbitrator?" The Master demanded.
"If you knew you were going to die and you told your son not to interfere no matter what, yet I hold his soul like I do yours so it always comes to me, and he knew he would die here leaving us all alone who do you contact?" Harry answered with an explanation and a question also.
"Your family!" The Master answered immediately to his son's question.
"So, who has envelope number one?" Harry asked the four that were with him.
"No!" The Master exclaimed shocked the timeline was coming into focus.
"Come on let's find the nearest café, number one will be there and yes Amy and River, you can slap him for being an idiot and putting us all through this thinking he's dead." Harry said turning and walking off the other four following him.
They found the nearest cafe and had just ordered drinks when the Doctor entered from the back door, he was shocked when the Master Amy and River got up and received two slaps and one punch to the face.
"Are the drums back?" The Doctor asked shocked at the end.
"I just watched you bloody die!" The Master told him through clenched teeth.
"Did I, how?" The Doctor asked.
"Doctor sit!" Harry spoke in no uncertain terms pointing to the seat opposite him. Harry waited for the Doctor to collect himself and stand up off the floor then take a seat at the table with the others taking their seats again also.
"So, I've just watched my Pere die, something that is impossible, what is even stranger when I went to grab your soul to bring it to me gently rather that it come forcefully to me hurting you, I felt four hundred and twenty three different souls in your body including your own Doctor and you are here number one!" Harry explained tapping the envelope the Doctor had with him that he had placed on the top of the table.
"Oh! Erm…. I just got an invitation a few days ago before we ended up on that asteroid and came here it's why I asked for the day away it gave me a date, a time and the name of the café we are in so I thought I should check it out." The Doctor explained to his son.
"Yes! I know you've recruited us you bloody idiot Doctor and the letter is in your own handwriting if you can't bloody tell! You've been crossing both the Masters, mine and your own timelines. Something to do with Apollo Eleven, the moon, nineteen sixty nine protecting the whole of humanity and a man called Canton Everett Delaware the third." Harry explained annoyed with him.
"Who?" The Doctor asked.
"Oh, you thought this one out great Doctor! Where is sexy, and you have best not messed with her while I was away!" Harry demanded of him really annoyed now.
"She's out back I only just got here came in through the back door to find you all here the instructions never said anything about you lot being here." The Doctor answered.
"Okay let's go, there can't be that many men with his name to do with the actual space program who work for the FBI!" Harry told them all standing up so the others would follow.
"How do you know he has something to do with that?" Amy asked also standing up with him and the rest.
"Because at least Pere was kind enough to tell me I wouldn't come across myself because I'm watching the launch which means we don't need to but it's to do with the moon landing." Harry explained to everyone there.
"How do you know though?" Rory asked next.
"His cap he was wearing it was real it was a genuine NASA launch cap only given out to personnel who were involved with the moon landing. But he's ex-FBI he used to work for them. Right sexy can find him for us and hopefully the timeline will become clearer." Harry explained leading the way to the back of the café.
They all trudged out to the TARDIS and got into her. Then they imputed all the information they had into the TARDIS.
"Your right son he is an ex-FBI agent. What do the FBI and the moon landing have to do with each other?" the Doctor explained then asked.
"You set this up Pere, and you actually hid from the both of us to do it so set the bloody navigator and get us to where sexy says!" Harry answered annoyed even more.
"You're testy son!" The Doctor spoke while he looked at Harry to see he looked really annoyed.
"I have an agreement with your soul, which means you can't die yet I've just watched you get shot so many times you didn't have time to regenerate. If I find out you've let yourself pretend you've died without explaining it all to dad and me first! You will meet my Father who will be pissed off with you! Now where are we?" Harry told him calming down again, after having yet another go at his Pere.
"Erm…. Oval office Nixon time nineteen sixty nine actually!" The Doctor answered Harry.
"Right, River, Rory and Amy you three stay in here we will go and talk to him. You three listen to the outside with the speakers. River, you know how to work this console unit anything I need doing I will tell them and then you do it for me." Harry explained to River, Rory and Amy to stay in the TARDIS before giving River the instructions needed.
They left the TARDIS silently and stood at the back hearing the girl on the phone the Doctor had his note pad out writing what was said, they had found out a man named Canton was at a private meeting with the President and they were talking to the child with Canton listening in. then they carried on talking about how it happened every night wherever the President was no matter where he was, he got a phone call off the girl asking for help it was pitch back outside it seemed the calls only happened after dark.
"I think we may to be able to help you a lot over this problem, Mr. President and Canton." Harry said to both men, the President looked towards them, and Canton quickly turned around to see who it was.
"Who the hell are you and how did you get in here?" Nixon demanded as he pressed a button suddenly the room became filled with secret service. All had guns pointing at them and both Harry and the Master looked unconcerned, but the Doctor did a bit he didn't like guns all that much. As soon as they had stormed in Harry froze them down the different timelines, he did not fancy being thrown to the floor with the guns pointed at his head like it showed in the timeline he was seeing.
"Mr. President, I am the Arbitrator, this is the Doctor and this is the Master, Sir. We are Lords of Time and you have a serious problem also you can't attack us or shoot us as I am holding your men in position down the timelines I see to keep them from getting to us." Harry explained pointing out the other two when he said who they were.
"How do you know my problem?" Nixon asked.
"We've been recruited. Something to do with this period of time, nineteen sixty nine, and a man called Canton Everett Delaware the third. Or should I perhaps say the man in front of you who I know is called Canton as I said, I can see it is a young girl ringing you constantly yet you can't work out how, it's not your government you can relax about that, well at least over this particular problem, you'll have plenty of others to worry about with your government but this is a problem and along with Canton here we can help, however the Doctor hates guns so could we get them put away and the room cleared please?" Harry explained to all the people in the room then asked the President, the President just looked flummoxed.
"Leave us!" The President eventually said to the secret service.
"Mr President they just appeared in a highly secure room how?" Canton demanded next.
"Oh, sorry my bad she's out of phase so she doesn't scare you, but I'll make a deal I'll show you how we got in here we will even take the case with Canton and we will have answers for you in five minutes he can have a gun the others leave please but I want an agreement we won't be attacked before I release the secret service men." Harry told them all.
"Show him what?" Canton asked.
"This!" Harry said then gestured behind himself pointing his forarm and hand over his shoulder and behind him River Song shifted the TARDIS so she could be seen, a new feature Harry had added to hide her while not phased out and locked down.
"What is that?" Canton asked shocked.
"You three can come out, were safe, we have a few others with us Mr. President we just didn't want to crowd your office!" Harry said this while still looking at the men in front of him the doors to the TARDIS opened to let the other three out and they came and stood behind Harry the Master and the Doctor but the door to the TARDIS was left open.
"Dear God!" Canton said seeing it.
"My Father actually, only not the creator the opposite to HER nice caring being well to me anyway HE doesn't have emotions for others, so HE probably doesn't really care about this happening other than watching me." Harry said then shrugged unconcerned.
"I don't think that's helping them Arbitrator!" The Master spoke with some humour.
"No but it is showing them how serious the problem the President has is!" Harry replied to the room at large.
"I remember." Amy whispered.
"What?" Harry asked turning to look at Amy, but she turned to him.
"Nothing sorry what? Erm I'm feeling sick I need the bathroom!" Amy asked then explained before she ran back into the TARDIS. Harrys eyes widened when he realised why she need the bathroom but kept quiet. But then he spotted it out of the corner of his eye.
"Mr President maybe five minutes wouldn't hurt even I'm worried now!" Canton explained.
"I give my word you won't be attacked or the people with you…. Leave us, give Canton a gun Simon please!" The President spoke first to Harry then to the secret service that guarded him as soon as the president had said that Harry released them.
"Mr President?" The man who had been called Simon by Nixon asked he was obviously in charge of the secret service.
"Do what you want but I want this office empty of you and your men now! Give Canton a gun he will protect me!" The President replied in a no-nonsense tone.
"Yes Mr President!" Simon said handing a gun over to Canton who took it and then he pulled another gun out of a holster and ushered his men out telling them were to position themselves on his way out to cover all the exits.
"Right, we need all the maps of Florida please oh and coffee even after five minutes with you we are going to be needing it to stay awake this could take a while to sort out!" Harry explained to the two men left in the room once the secret service had left. The President reached for his phone and demanded all the maps of Florida they had available and coffee.
"Hello you, why did I forget you? What are you?" Amy asked from behind Harry, he turned and saw what she did.
"Amy, get away now!" Harry demanded of Amy keeping his eye on the alien.
"So, the others can only see you if they look at you as soon as you move or they do they forget you, why do that to them?" Harry explained then asked of the creature, the others in the room were all looking at it now.
"What the hell is that?" The President demanded. Suddenly the creature vanished and everyone bar Harry forgot him. He watched him move around the room and the creature felt worried now, suddenly he disappeared.
"What's going on where are the maps?" The Doctor asked.
"Oh! We really are in trouble here I know why I take the lead now! Mr. President, I need you to listen very carefully to me, I want all your secret service men to search this building other than this office in fours one covering each side like a box looking out and around any creature that doesn't look like an adult human kill it immediately and report it to you straight after! Can you do that for me please?" Harry explained and then demanded before asking the President what he needed doing he was not happy over this.
"Why?" The President asked back to Harry not understanding having all so forgotten the alien.
"Because everyone else in this room has just seen and forgot an uninvited guest and can no longer remember him, he was trying to get to one of the three behind me. I can still remember but even the Doctor and the Master have just forgotten what's just happened." Harry told the President with all the other listening in.
"Why what's just happened?" The President asked confused not knowing what was going on.
"As I said we have aliens running around, this room is now clear let's clear the rest of the building at the same time by killing any that are inside of this building, so we don't have to worry about forgetting them and then post men at all the entrances and exits to keep them out." Harry explained to all those with him as well as the two in front of him Nixon and Canton.
"If he's right Mr President then he makes sense but how come you remember?" Canton explained then asked to the teenager between the two older gentlemen who had first appeared in the room.
"Because as I said I am special hence my coming here with the others. The other two Time Lords with me are not me." Harry explained to Canton but again everyone with him was listening in.
"Mr. President trust the Arbitrator with your life and that of your country." The Master told the President in a very serious voice.
"Why? You all look older than him? He looks like a teenager!" The President asked then explained.
"Because I am actually older than both these two combined in my natural flow of time, it's just I can enter the inbetween and live a thousand years in a second and yet still live that thousand years added onto my life I am called the Arbitrator because I arbitrate the emotion the Deity DEATH has for me hence HIM being my Father, I am the SON of DEATH. I am not restricted to the flow of time like these two I can stay still never moving forward or backward in time or as I said a second can become a thousand years it is just that I live within the universes exploring them and helping out when it is needed like now." Harry explained to the President but everyone was listening in.
"Now do you want our help or not?" The Doctor asked to the President and Canton.
"How old are you then tell us that and I will go along with you leading us all." Canton said. Harry looked at his dad and the Master nodded.
"I stopped counting after I got to over a few hundred thousand years old, I'm truly immortal nothing can take me not even the whole of realty, so after asking my Father once just how old I was, I decided to just stop, there is no point in years any longer for me they have no meaning so what's the point in numbers this reality will go on for more years than you have in your own language only for me to live on to see the next one born and all those that will come after it and I will still be alive seeing the beginning and ending of them!" Harry answered honestly.
"What?" Five people shouted luckily his dads weren't two of them.
"Hence why even though we look older we defer to him are you starting to understand the gravity of the situation he's already asked for the maps that was your biggest clue?" The Master spoke using his emotions to scare the two they need to convince.
"Florida? The moon, the space program NASA?" Canton asked.
"No! You asked the right question to the girl what did she see? Anyway, we have another problem that we have to deal with. All of you surround the President looking out as soon as you spot the alien point it out to all of us!" Harry explained and went to the desk and turned around, the others following his lead surrounded the desk so that they could see everything suddenly River and Canton had their guns up and all were looking at the alien.
"I'm giving you one chance leave now or these two will shoot you in the head!" Harry spoke comminglingly and as they all watched as the alien left the room.
"Right, that's this room clear once we leave get men in here, either side of the door as well as blocking the door from outside along with the windows you don't go anywhere on your own you instruct you secret service to surround you on all four sides and alien that doesn't look like a human adult, as I said kill it immediately before you forget about it. You might as well cancel the maps and coffee we never did get them and the police box will provide everything we need! However, we have our work cut out for us, come on Canton you are coming with us! Everyone back inside the police box, we have a lot to do." Harry said then turned around and lead them all into the TARDIS the rest followed.
"Rory, take care of Canton for me please!" Harry told Rory what he wanted doing.
"Why me Arbitrator?" Rory asked nearly begging, knowing what was coming.
"You're the newest and the Doctor likes that particular line in the police box!" Harry replied in humour he went straight for the console unit and pulled up a glowing map of Florida for this time period he started to go through the area with his finger looking for where he thought the phone call had come from tracing the streets, he found out the most likely place and set the TARDIS to go there.
Canton's reaction was as expected, and the Doctor got to smile, while Rory explained everything to him leading him slowly over to the console unit pointing things out.
"So where are we going?" Amy asked.
"Where did the girl say she was?" Harry asked right back to everyone one who were now stood around the console unit.
"She didn't she just mentioned names!" River explained.
"And where do you find those three big names together in Florida? I'm going have to be very careful here, I've already visited the actual area in this timeframe but were not going right there, no there is no phone to call from, but the President asked the girl where she was and she answered as best as she could. We should be here I think if I'm right then this is where the phone call was made from!" Harry explained as he worked the controls on the console unit as the TARDIS rematerialized inside a warehouse building. Harry left first with his hand held out in front of him a shield in front of that hidden to the naked eye. The others followed him out.
"It's a warehouse!" Amy exclaimed looking around wondering what they were doing there.
"Look out the window as the little girl did, the President asked her where she was, she answered giving us the street names all joined together in one place. That window there actually the one will the blinds partially separated!" Harry explained pointing to the window with blinds on it that were partially separated as though someone had looked through them, the four none Time Lords made to look out the window.
"Very clever. Okay you're in charge I'll follow your orders sir!" Canton spoke up really impressed.
"Then please call me Arbitrator Canton, I hate the sir as much as the Doctor and the Master do." Harry explained to Canton then he turned around and looked at the desk there was a phone on it and so he pointed it out to River and she picked it up.
"It's dead?" She spoke and looked at Harry confused.
"I know, it's a trap and we have to walk into it, someone or something wanted us here. Canton, River arm yourselves with your guns, Doctor sonic out, Master borrow River's spare gun she is carrying, now Canton to my left River to my right Master to the back Doctor next to me, Master I'll put a Magical tether on you then you won't lose your footing. Amy, Rory in the middle of us all and don't get bloody shot, Amy and Rory one of you look to two o'clock the other look to Eleven o'clock if you see the alien again keep it in your sight and warn us all no one shoot it dead through I want to talk to it if I can!" Harry spoke first resigned at what they had to do and then giving out his instructions. The group did as they were told and they all walked forward slowly following Harry who still had one of his hands out and a shield formed in front of him with the Master walking backwards guided by Harry through his other hand using it as a tether as he said he would, so his dad didn't fall. River was looking to one side and Canton to the other Amy and Rory were in the middle of them doing as they were told. Harry wanted them safe knowing why Amy was feeling sick and so was keeping them in the middle of the group plus they were unarmed.
River found a passage and wanted to check it out Harry let her but sent Rory with her to cover her they all found it strange when Harry threw River and Rory thick marker pens and told them to write down anything they found as they found it. The rest of them carried on walking forward while River and Rory went to check the passage out.
"Erm guys there something I need to tell you and it really important can we just stop for a moment please?" Amy asked to the group she was still in the middle of. The Master was still to the back, the Doctor was still in his place as was Canton.
"There is no need Amy, I am the SON of DEATH I already know, as it's in my timeline so do the Doctor and the Master, congratulations though!" Harry spoke with humour.
"How Arbitrator?" Amy demanded an answer off Harry not fully understand what him being the SON of DEATH meant.
"You've got morning sickness although it's not actually morning, but your body thinks it is because of the timeframe we are in don't forget you've crossed the Atlantic, the soul is also already formed inside of you all souls are detectable by DEATH and as I am HIS SON I can detect them as well I have all the same powers as my Farther does which is as vast amount what you have seen me do so far is nothing compared to what I can do with HIM being my Father! However, you've been gone longer than the day we dropped you off!" Harry explained more about his powers and with some interest wanting an explanation of how long they had been gone.
"A month, nothing for a month then two letters telling us a time, date and GPS co-ordinates which turned out to be in bloody America it's a good job we have savings the flights cost a bloody fortune and now we are having a baby!" Amy spoke up cross as they carried on walking forward slowly.
"Better than fourteen years and you're married now with a child on the way our family is…. Growing." Harry explained but just stopped and waited for it the others also stopping with him.
"Help me!" A little girl's voice shouted.
"Stay on your toes, this is the trap." Harry told them all, only Canton went to investigate the little girl shouting out Harry swore, then started to run after Canton the others all ran after him, but it was too late when Harry got there Canton was unconscious on the floor.
"He's fine but unconscious, someone gave him a hell of a whack though!" The Doctor spoke checking Canton over. Suddenly River and Rory came running up from the sewers and shouted at them they were being invaded Harry saw the timeline play out and made everyone run for the TARDIS lifting Canton up and taking him with them by using True Magic he didn't have the time or power to do what he needed. He got them all into the TARDIS and took her out of phase locked down so no one would be able to enter her or know what was going on inside of her to anyone outside it would have looked like they had moved Harry then woke Canton up once he had come around Harry told them all what he needed them to do they all looked shocked at him.
"I'm going to implant the information into you, so you don't forget this is important the TARDIS is on lock down and out of phase so nothing can get at us or see what is going on, on the Earth at the moment although you all know that my Father always watches over me so HE will be seeing this as well I can't hide anything from HIM! However, I need this time totally alone, hence us being sealed out of phase…. Canton, you are taking the Doctor and the Master with you I'm leaving them in your care take them both to Nevada where area fifty one is to start off with you have to get them to build you the perfect prison or at least let them think you are you're all going to forget certain things but the Master will be with you I'm going to implant the information into your mind Canton about the Master and him being there with you to investigate all this the Doctor will act as your prisoner and come across as dangerous and deranged hence the prison you are building you will tell anyone who aks its for him. Doctor I need marker pens for Rory and Amy, you two as soon as you see an alien, other than Canton and the Master who will work with Canton explaining and designing the prison for us no one in and no one out Canton and Master, both of you mark it down on your bodies somewhere where it is easily countable and for you to see the marks I need a count of the aliens you are all forgetting, it doesn't matter if it's the same one always check your arms, hands, wrist and faces those are the best place to put the marks and always check your arms wrist and hands if they are full find a mirror and check your faces, River use your scanner I want you in New York go all over the city and count them there, Amy I know but I want you in the valley of the gods, Rory the Hoover dam. Canton as I said you're my man on the ground you will set everything up for me with the Master, I need a dead space a total empty zone built so we can re-talk in three months with no one the wiser what is going on in there, it will take you that long to build it I need you once it is built to get all the others to that prison but they will need to be moved in body bags however you do not kill them or hurt them they need to be there well and alive and even though you will be chasing them for three months you will let them escape until the prison is finished every time you see them during those three months you take pictures of them with all the marks all over them. Doctor the marks on Amy and Rory's body, Canton will ask you about them as they keep escaping from him, tell him all of it if you want Earth is already occupied and has been for a while, they have a network of tunnels under America crossing everywhere Earth has become occupied by aliens you are all forgetting." Harry told them.
"Arbitrator, I know who they are, and we are in real trouble." The Master Spoke up looking at his son. All turned to him.
"Who?" They all asked including Harry.
"There is only once race that does as you have said but I've never seen offensive off them and they should be all under control…. Confessional, it's the bloody Silence, they are a species that you confess your sins to and then forget you've unburdened your soul to them or even what they look like you forget it all, but feel better for it for some reason. They should all be under control of the Papal Mainframe in the fifty and fifty first century." The Master explained.
"And silence will fall!" Harry exclaimed putting it all together.
"Oh yeah we really are in trouble!" Harry explained not at all happy over what he had worked out so far.
"Right, it's now more important than ever Canton get that place built for us I'm giving you three months to put it together and get these three to you. I'll take the TARDIS you can do what you want to them, but no physical violence or injury and the Doctor must be fed even prisoners are entitled to proper food is that understood, I need all of you alive still in three months and in that new cell sealed shut!" Harry explained. It was the most serious they had ever seen of him.
"Yes sir!" Canton spoke standing to attention without much thought. Harry walked over to Canton and placed all the information he would need into his mind so that he would remember that he and the Master were working on a project for the President with authorisation off the President to look into it and that the Doctor was their prisoner, he also knew that they were building a prison to house the Doctor in as he was too dangerous to be left in an ordinary one this was what the Master was designing for him. While that was going on he was to try and capture Rory, Amy and River but without any physically damage and get them to the new cell within three months the length of time it would take to build it and get them there in body bags but perfectly healthy as all others needed to think they were dead. While he was doing that the Doctor went and found marker pens for both Amy and Rory to use, so they had a couple each in case they needed more than one as well as Rory, Amy and River all going to get some change of clothes for themselves as three months was a long time to spend in the same clothes River used the TARDIS wardrobe to collect clothes from. They all met back up in the control room for Harry to sort out the instructions he was putting int o their minds as well as where he was dropping them all off.
It took Harry twenty minutes to drop them all off at the four different area and three months as he had said it would to put the place together that he need them to, but Canton and the Master had done it and managed to find Amy and Rory as soon as they both sealed the cell with the others all in there bar River Harry teleported into the cell fading into the room from the feet up until he came into full focus, they were all in the sealed shut cell now safe to carry on talking and do what they needed to do.
"All ready?" Harry asked to the six now there with him.
"These bags could do with air holes and cushioning underneath I'm bruised!" Rory said getting himself out of the black body bag he had been put in to transfer him to the cell.
"You had better have taken care of me I'm pregnant." Amy told them coming out of the body bag she had been put in to be transported there.
"They did Amy, I assure you!" Harry promised her still feeling the two souls.
"What about Doctor Song she dove off a roof top?" Canton exclaimed in shock as he looked at Harry.
"Oh, she does that, Master, did you get the space and time co-ordinates for me when and where she jumped so we can catch her in the fall?" Harry requested of his dad.
"Yes! But were sort of trapped in here now Arbitrator!" The Master told his son as though this was a real problem.
"Exactly no one now knows what's going on in here as far as they are concerned you are all in here either dead or tied up except the men on assignment from the President. Canton, please untie the Doctor for me he looks a mess with a long beard, in a straight jacket who spoon fed him? He is thin enough. Anyway in answer to your statement Master I left a gift to sort us getting out of here as soon as you had laid the floor for this place to be built around that will solve our being stuck problem out." Harry spoke to them all then as he leaned sideways and sexy phased into sight in front of them, at the side of Harry. Canton untied the Doctor out of the straight jacket he was in.
"Everybody in, Amy and Rory do me a favour before you all go and wash up open the doors straight through to the library and the swimming pool I'll catch River in the fall then once she has changed we can all swap notes." Harry explained coming around to the front and entering holding his hand out to his dad for the time, date and space coordinates. He set it in to the navigator released the breaks and was off. Once River was picked up, she showered then dried herself and changed. The Doctor had gone and had a shower and shave with the Master following him at the same time Rory and Amy had also gone and showered and changed then they all met back up in the control room where Harry was waiting for them he was still in the same clothes but he just washed and refreshed himself with True Magic for both his clothing and body.
"So, we have an occupying force all over and they have been her a long time, and no one notices because they forget them as soon as they look away from them or they move out of your line of sight! Lucky for us, I have a secret weapon, but first what do we know?" Harry explained then asked while going around injecting everyone with air injection gun on their palm.
"It's an invasion force they are all over America!" River spoke in shock.
"Not just America, they are all over the world, in three months you've been running around America I ran around the world using SATURN they are everywhere and have been for a while as I said. Now I've just injected you all with a telepathic nano scanner, these things are your first line of defence if you see a creature that you know isn't human stare at them and then you tap with a finger once and describe aloud what it looks like then tap it again to stop it recoding you!" Harry explained to them all.
"Why didn't you tell me all this?" Canton demanded.
"I did you forgot some of it they work on the optical centre in your mind making you forget them and things to do with them it's why I implanted the information about the Master being Harold Smith your co-worker and you needed to capture the others alive and healthy but pretend they were dead…. Canton, look at your hand!" Harry explained then told him seeing it flashing as he intended it to.
"What?" Canton asked lifting it up for all to see it flashing.
"What did I just say your flashing hand means you've had an encounter you don't know what they look like you all keep forgetting play it back for us tap it twice with your finger." Explained Harry so they all could hear the recording and understand.
"My God! How did it get in here? what is it even?" Came from the palm of Cantons flashing hand.
"Canton turn around and straighten the Masters suit and tie when you look away." Carried on in Harry's voice coming out of the transmitter.
"I've extrapolated it out of my mind to show you all what they look like these are the Silence according to the Master. They have invaded the Earth and I don't know why! What I do know is we need to stop them. Now then Master, Amy and Canton I want you three together to check out children homes and orphanages especially around here in Florida according to the president she seems to keep calling form this area so she will be in one from around here I would have thought either way start looking through the ones around here that has closed down it won't be one that is still open here in this state and if you have to work your way out do so again the orphanage will have been closed down but still occupied, look for something strange an anomaly they got the child from somewhere and are keeping her safe most of the time and she is part of all this and will be in one but as I said it won't be an open one and be careful in case it has the Silence guarding her, Doctor I'm going to drop you off at the NASA launch site for Apollo Eleven I want you to place a live transmission broadcast receiver inside the landing capsule for me I want it so all of humanity can see the Silence and hear what I want them to hear when I want them to, don't worry I'll pop the President a message to get you out when they catch you and if you could please tinker, it has to land Doctor so make sure it can before you are found but ensure that the live transmission broadcast receiver is well hidden and tied into their live transmission recorder. We are about to lead a revolution. Never fear about the United Kingdom government Amy I'm bringing down the world tomorrow…Once humanity sees what I want them to they will start to look for them once they do that I can kill them by linking with humanity to see them through their eyes and kill them" Harry didn't get any further before the Master stepped in.
"That is killing down the timeline something we all agreed you would never do Arbitrator!" The Master spoke to Harry in no uncertain terms.
"Iswaswillbe…. No, the agreement was if either the universe was at risk or if it was family I could kill down the timeline this is both and it will be done it has to be it is the only way to ensure we get them all!" Harry told both the Master and Doctor seriously looking at both of them after giving the passphrase.
"Master let him do it, we agreed we would always support him with that, also he is right that was the agreement even I said when we first found out for it to be done only if it was absolutely necessary, plus we have the other agreement he now leads us we do as he says!" The Doctor told the Master.
"Fine but I would like to know why afterwards please!" The Master explained gently this time.
"I promise you, you will, but this has to be done and it will be when the time comes. However, I need other things done first like where they got that child and where is she staying as soon as you find out let the TARDIS know you all know how to contact her! Hence the children's homes and orphanages, as I said look around Florida she will be staying in one from here I think, if you find it and it's strange do not stick around longer than you have to remember you forget these creatures I don't. So, get out if you see them leave yourself a message where they are and what they are doing, record every encounter. Doctor you take River and the TARDIS to drop everyone off and lave her with River at the launch site, River if you need me type in find SATURN and the TARDIS will tell you exactly where I am come straight for me, I have other things to do at the moment." Harry promised his dad then explained what he needed everyone else to do. then made his way to his room he had prepared for this but first he needed conformation.
"Hello Father." Null spoke to DEATH appearing in the inbetween.
"Null, I see you you're starting to put it together. Yes, you will need your amour sorry it is the only thing that will hold you in this form with what you want to do you know what will happen otherwise as I explained to you, but Null this is armour made by ME it is armour of DEATH it will scare them all forever once they see you in it, Theta was scared when you spoke words of power if they see this, they will both be scared of you, as I've said Null, maybe it would be better to do it without and then talk to them afterward about why it happens now you have aged and can do more with what you call your extra powers." DEATH explained to HIS SON.
"I don't want them knowing that Father hopefully they won't see the armour with a bit of luck and timeline obscurity even dad and Pere shouldn't see it if I'm lucky if not I will have to lie to them and use the Doctors rule number one." Null answered not happy at hearing his thoughts were right.
"If they do and they are scared of you or it bring them to me and I will explain it to them gently and why you use it at the moment also why you have it, it will be fine in the end I promise, but it will scare them if you use it again if you don't want them knowing, I know why you want to wear it I will go along with you but you will eventually have to tell them your powers will continue to grow SON and what they do to you when you use them now it will always happen to you now you are at the age you are. Also go to the young child you know where she is and that the Silence are protecting her, take her what she wants to see most of all, the most important man in the world who she has been phoning and promise her you will put it all right give her that memory to hold onto until you do, and you will I will ensure you put it right for her with the help of the other Deities!" DEATH explained then told Null what to do and Null ran to his Father to hug HIM, he got one in return, he stayed like that for ten minutes before he went back to the TARDIS a microsecond later.
Placing his hand on the left side of the wall in the TARDIS, Harry asked sexy to release his private room to him when he need it but to move it closer for easy access.

It took a lot and a visit from the President to get the Doctor out of trouble for Apollo Eleven and then there was a discussion with him after he had cleared the room of the security Harry had told him to post around the room.
"You said you would be discreet! Carlton asked about NASA and you said No." The President shouted at Harry.
"I had no choice we were being watched by one of the aliens and I didn't want to tip our hand we only get one shot at taking them all out. From now on you record everything in this room, not one second passes in this room without it being monitored until this is over apollo Eleven has to land and I can't afford for them to take you out before it does and postpone the mission as awful as that comes across, so this room is to be wired with live recording equipment and you are always to be listened in on with the guards back in here." Harry explained to Nixon.
"They are already doing that, I'm sure!" Nixon replied to Harry.
"No they aren't, but they need to from now on until I say otherwise, this room gets wired with live transmissions set up in another secure room for you to be listened in on, with three security at each door and along the windows like I ordered last time only more, at least until the landing is over and the three astronauts and Apollo Eleven are back on Earth then you can consider removing it if you don't hear from me once the problem is over you will know it is as soon as you have seen the landing but it stays as I've said until they are all." Harry only got so far when he was interrupted. And the TARDIS came into land in the Oval office.
"Arbitrator, Amy and Canton and the Master are in trouble!" River shouted to him from inside the TARDIS with one of the doors open.
"Get the Doctor collect Amy. Rory, the Master and Canton, back up an hour pick the Doctor up and get there now River take them all to the prison afterwards you will understand!" Harry turned to her and shouted back giving River the instructions on what to do and River was off using the TARDIS to do as she had been told.
"Now then while they do that, we have places to go sir while your office is wired with live listening devices and the security is increased by the secret service. Arrange that now and I will protect you until it has all been arranged and they have brought enough men in to cover what I've asked for you to arrange as soon as the orders are given we have somewhere to go as I said." Harry explained then waited for the President to pass on the instructions.
"We are taking a little trip. You remain calm and collected at all times! You are the President of the most powerful country on this Planet! You are going to live up to that this night you are the. Most. Powerful. Man. on this planet! Your rule this world! You will tell the little girl that you have ordered me to save her! You will not fail me! It is that serious! Understand?!" Harry told the President in no uncertain terms that he would show he was in charge of the world and then waited until Nixon calmed down and got a head nod off him.
"Yes I understand I'm in charge of the world and I tell the little girl you will make it so she is safe!" Nixon spoke so he understood what he had to do.
"Thank-you sir, you do not know what this means to the universe! Come on Mr. President we need to go they will be there now." Harry explained and with that Harry walked around the desk while using SATURN and they were off, off to a little girl who just needed help, his help and for this little girl he would give her everything.
Harry and the President arrived to find a little girl hiding he knew what would happen, so he threw up a silencing charm and let his aura out but not visible.
"Help me!" The little girl shouted, Harry bent down going onto his knees so she could see him and held her on the shoulders.
"Hello sweetheart, I know you don't know me I'm called the Arbitrator, but I've done as you've asked, I brought the most powerful man on the planet to you this night child. This is President Nixon, he can't help you little one, but I will, for you I will do anything, it's going to be hard now until I put this right. Be brave for me you can do it I know you can, I will always be there for you if you need me, you only need to call me, I'm placing something in your mind it will give you comfort, it will keep you going until I can really save you from all this. Can you do that for me?" Harry explained then asked to the little girl.
"You will help me?" The little girl asked him desperately.
"Yes, little one I will, it will take a long time and you will have to be brave throughout it all till you see me again when you are much younger, but I will get you to your real parents to bring up lovingly as a child even younger than you are now. I promise you this, we can't stay much longer they will find us again. Please, be strong for me. I will make this right! I promise you this child, no matter what it takes I will make this right!" Harry explained to the little girl just who the other man was and what he intended to do then Harry kissed her forehead and put all the information in there for when it was needed. The family secret was also placed in her head with other instructions for the future.
"Child, listen to the Arbitrator I am the President of the United States! I rule this planet, and he will help you! It will take time as he said, but he will do it! I will make him! you've rang me every night I've come to get it sorted and the Arbitrator will help you! I am a good man and he will do as he is told child as he said he will put this right!" The President spoke commandingly but with care to the little girl and with that Harry stood and realised the girl, then pulled his aura in and inputted the recall into SATURN to return them to where they had come from, with that done they were both gone.

The Doctor, Rory and River had found a space suit and were theorising, A child had ripped themselves out of the suit and it had more alien tech than it should, they realised it would even keep her alive, they worked out that the communications faulted to the highest powerful person hence the President, River commented that obviously the child that was ringing Nixon had ripped herself out of this suit. The Master had Canton help him interrogate the injured Silence they had caught. Then humanity as a whole watched as Apollo Eleven started to lift off from planet Earth.
Suddenly Harry appeared in the TARDIS with the others.
"I take it you've back tracked Amy's com by now and programmed it into the TARDIS? Are you ready to collect your wife Rory and before you say it to her, she has to know the Doctor is coming for her to bring you, you fell out of the sky like a miracle to her. You idiotic plastic headed centurion! You cared for her for two thousand years never once letting her down she doesn't expect you to start now! Come on, let's go get her and stop the Silence then. Doctor grab the old TV out of the second room on the left as you enter the living quarters then send us to where they have Amy without the breaks on they cannot know we are coming! Once there carry the TV out and put it on one of the channels showing the Apollo Eleven landing but let me talk and if I suddenly change and you all scream!... I apologise it is the only way. If that happens none of you look at me again run for the TARDIS and do not look back!" Harry spoke as soon as he appeared. The Doctor nodded and set the Console unit to where they needed to go before setting her off into the Time vortex he went to go and get the TV that Harry had told him to collect.
"you're going to wear it?" River demanded knowing what he obviously meant.
"You know about it?" Harry asked trying to confirm his theory.
"Yes, so this is where you first wear it?" River explained then asked.
"Yes, Father said I would need it, they have been manipulating history for a long time and we've never noticed well today all of humanity will see and notice, the universe is going to see just want a Magical Time Lord can do with the ability to pull on the power of my Father!" Harry told them all they waited for the Doctor to return and land the TARDIS then all four of them left the TARDIS now it had landed with Harry in the lead.
"Oh! Interesting. Seen one of these before. Abandoned hmm, wonder how that happened. Oh, well! I suppose I'll eventually find out I always do. Rory, River, Doctor, keep the Silence in your eyesight at all times…. Oh, hello, sorry. You're in the middle of something that we seem to have interrupted. Just had to say though, have you seen what's on the telly? Hello, Amy, are you alright? Want to watch some television with us and our hosts? Ah, now! Stay where you are! Because look at me, I'm confident and I've already scared more than a few of you and I'm sure it has gotten around your species. You want to watch that, me, when I'm confident and able to scare you. Oh, and this is River. Nice hair, clever, she forgets you but there enough in here she's not going to forget this, has her own guns too and like me, she really doesn't mind shooting people, lots of them. I shouldn't be like that. Kind of do though I blame my Father and dad it's the chaos I'm sure. Now Rory free the wife, River how may can you take?" Harry spoke explaining things to the Silence before telling Rory what to do and asking River, winding the Silence up as he went.
"For you darling at least half." She replied to Harry pulling out her guns.
"Really! I might get the rest! Cool!" Harry spoke still confident and still enjoying winding them up they would die for this atrocity.
"Or maybe you could just listen, because all I want to do is accept your total surrender and then I'll let you go in peace…. You've been interfering in human history for hundreds of years. People have suffered and died with what you have been up to. But what's the point in two hearts and being immortal if you can't be a bit forgiving now and then! The Silence. You guys take that seriously, don't you?... Oh, I'm lying! I'm not really going to let you go! Nice thought, but it's not Confessional. Guys, sorry. But you're way out of time! Really out of it and you're going to stay out of it now! Now, come on, a bit of history for you. Aren't you proud, because you helped? Do you know how many people are watching Apollo Eleven land on the moon live on the telly?" Harry explained then asked as the Doctor fine-tuned the TV showing Neil Armstrong coming into land on the moon with sound.
"Half a billion, and that's nothing, because the human race will spread out among the stars, you just watch them go, galaxy after galaxy. Billions and billions of them, for thousands and thousands of years. And every single one of them…. At some point in their lives…. Will look back at this man…. Taking that very first step…. And they will never…. Ever…. Forget it." Harry spoke still angry but holding his temper for now he ended up at the TV with the Doctor, he flipped a hidden mick down past his ear where it was hidden in his hair.
"Ready?" Harry asked to Canton and his dad on the other end. Canton and the Master had injured a member of the Silence and then caught it and put it in the cell they had built, then they had interrogated it to get the footage needed for this to work out for him. The Silence had been injured through being shot but with the help of an air force doctor they had manged to ensure it didn't die although the officer wasn't happy about the fact that they would only let him treat it in the cell however like everyone else as soon as he turned around, he forgot about his threats over the treatment of it and left the cell none the wiser as to what he had been doing all the others thought he was there for the Doctor and couldn't talk about it.
"Ready!" Canton replied from in the cell, the Master was with him, it was the Master who had managed to get the recording that Harry needed. The landing on the moon played on the TV then as Neil Armstrong went to take his first step on the moon it turned into the injured silence on a loop.
"You should kill us all on sight!" The Silence Spoke and it repeated over and over on the television.
"You've just raised an army against you the whole of humanity can now see you and are looking for you…. But what is worse is you can't even run now as I said you're out of time!" Harry waved one hand at Amy, suddenly she was released as Rory was having trouble getting her out of the chair she was strapped to.
"Doctor, Rory, get Amy into the TARDIS me and River have one last bit to do." Harry ordered the other three. Always Keeping them in sight the three of them ran for the TARDIS as soon as the door shut the only Magical Time Lord left in reality and the SON of DEATH prepared, they would burn for this.
"You've seen it, River?" Harry asked for conformation.
"Yes!" River said to Harry looking over to him before focusing back on the Silence.
"Can you cope with it?" Harry asked her next.
"Yes!" River replied she actually sounded excited to see it again lining both her guns up getting ready to shoot all the Silence in the room she could.
"Very well." Harry replied and just like that Harry started to take a step forward and started to change, as he finished walking into the middle of the room, he wore all black, but the armour looked strange as though it carried power and presence and fear, horror even, it flowed over his body as he walked away from the TARDIS and Harry started to draw on his Father's full domain.
"I would normally say run, and allow some of you to get away, but I know what you've done. unfortunately, that will be for those not on Earth to answer and redress, I have you all on Earth now within my grasp…. Goodbye!" Harry told them then he shut his eyes to make it easier on him and like that all the Silence around the world either fell to Harry or the Humans with guns. The anger poured off him as he killed them, but he didn't let them go peacefully like the daleks, they didn't deserve that mercy Harry was doling out justice, justice for a little girl he would save. He ripped their souls out of them burning up their bodies killing them ensuring the Silence went to purgatory for what they had done, then Harry set the Silence on fire they went up in flames they didn't even have time to scream out they died that quickly.
They all died all around the Earth and River covered him as he did so, his concentration was at full power, so was his mind and his sight and his anger was over boiling, the whole of this moment in time on the Earth, opened to him and he used the million timelines he saw to do it all. He looked at over three and a half billion timelines to do what he needed to do. It lasted around thirty tense seconds he ran through the timelines that fast killing all the Silence anyone could see River was shooting those in the room while he carried on and killed the rest this way ensuring he got them all once he was sure he had, Harry breathed out and reopened his eyes River and him were alone she had killed all the Silence in the room as he killed the rest on Earth.
"You got way more than half River!" Harry announced impressed.
"And how many did you get?" Was her comeback.
"All the rest on Earth at the moment, there is going to be a lot of forgotten fires they went up in flames." Harry explained and just like that Harry sent his armour of DEATH back into the hidden room in the TARDIS and then he slowed his mind and temper down.
"Let me go and sort Canton and Nixon out then I need to do something that is awful!" Harry said to River now feeling down.
"What?" River asked.
"As you say River Spoilers! But it will work itself out life always does free will is important if I ever teach you one thing River, free will is important everyone should always have it. To take it away from you is the worst thing possible." Harry told her gently.
They entered the TARDIS to Amy and Rory kissing each other and the Doctor at the controls.
"Oval office Pere tomorrow morning please! Then loop back in Time to the prison and pick dad up for me then come back for me straight away!" Harry ordered and he then turned around and waited until the TARDIS stopped and with that, he was out into the oval office.
"Mr. President sir, as promised all done, every Silence on Earth has gone up in flames and the humans will remember them." Harry told him.
"So we're safe again. We saw the broadcast!" Nixon asked, he had, had with him all his national security service around him on the sofas watching the TV of the moon landing.
"Safe? Of course, you're not. There are loads of other aliens out there, waiting to burn your whole world. But if you want to pretend you're safe, just so you can sleep at night, Okay! You're safe. Canton, till we all meet again?" Harry spoke to them both.
"Looking forward to it. Sir!" Canton spoke saluting Harry from where he was stood standing to attention first.
"Canton just wanted to get married. Hell of a reason to kick him out of the FBI." Harry told Nixon.
"I'm sure something can be arranged." Nixon replied Canton had gone above and beyond the FBI remit in everything he had done for the President and the Earth over this.
"Oh, you'll do more than that for me Mr President you will arrange for his job back or something very similar and for him to live with his partner, they are black and male hence the throwing out find him a decent job where his skill is useful and well paid and you're not so bloody homophobic the Doctor and Master have loved each other longer than Earth has had a civilisation become civil and do something good for once!" Harry explained to the President not impressed his dads had loved each other since they were tot's as Harry had said they had loved each other longer than the Earth had had a civilisation.
"Er… Okay! Yes, I will sort something out but probably not with the FBI he has done a lot for this country. Erm…. Arbitrator... Canton here tells me you're... From the future. Hardly seems possible, but I was wondering." Nixon replied then explained looking concerned when mentioning the future.
"I don't answer many questions. Causality is a big problem to much information on the future can change it in ways no one can foresee if I tell you it will have to happen." Harry told him.
"I'm a President at the beginning of his time Arbitrator. Dare I ask? Will I be remembered?" Nixon asked Harry.
"Oh, Tricky Dickie. They're never going to forget you!... Have a good Presidency Sir." Harry told him with a smile and with that Harry turned and walked into the TARDIS.
"River how are you getting home?" Was the first thing out of Harrys mouth, when he entered the TARDIS shutting the door behind him.
"I was counting on a lift from you three actually!" She answered, the Master had joined them again he had sent him with Canton as undercover knowing his dad was good at that.

Inside Stormcage prison in front of the cell that belong to River, they let her out, the Three Time Lords coming out with her. As she went to her cell door.
"You could come with us if you like River." The Doctor told her.
"I escape often enough thank you, but we will see each other again. And I have a promise to live up to." River explained.
"Okay then. Till the next time River?" Harry asked knowing he would put this right.
"You three take care of each other, yes?" River requested of the three.
"Don't worry River, you'll see us sooner than you think, till next time and keep safe even in here!" Harry spoke again as the three Time Lords started to move over to the TARDIS.
"What, that's it?" River asked stopping them all in their tracks.
"What?" Harry asked her back.
"My hug goodbye?" She asked as if it was obvious and Harry moved to her to hug her like he had wanted to since he put it all together, the other two did also but looked uncomfortable especially the Master.
"Why do you look bothered by that what's wrong?" River asked the older two Time Lords.
"Nothing, nothing it's…. never mind there's a first for everything, but I shouldn't be hugging other people with the Doctor as a partner and all, you know I get jealous of him hugging someone else!" The Master spoke feeling uncomfortable turning around he dragged the Doctor back to the TARDIS.
"And a last." She whispered back devastated, Harry hearts broke this would not stand, but his dads were already heading for the TARDIS he nodded to her then turned around and followed them in.
"Son, what were you wearing?" The Doctor demanded looking at his and the Masters son wanting an answer.
"You saw me in the room where we found Amy how?" Harry asked a little shocked he thought he had managed to hide it from them all.
"Through the monitors, but that…. Amour what was it? It was wrong!" The Doctor explained shaking a little as he remembered what it had looked like on his son.
"Who saw me wearing it?" Harry demanded.
"Just your dad and me son, when you started to transform, I cut all monitors in here on the console unit bar the one I was watching through, your dad saw it via my timeline as it was happening!" The Doctor explained. Harry in the end after a minute of staring between his two dads spoke.
"Rory and Amy wait in here for a few minutes in the control room please. Pere send us into the Time vortex, and I will explain in private to you two." Harry informed the three deadly serious Amy was going nowhere else on the TARDIS.
"Our living room, Rory and Amy can change in their room while we talk." The Doctor countered.
"No!... I want them to stay in here for this bit! It will only take five minutes at the most, then we will be back and we have other things to do still!" Harry counteracted the Doctor shocking both his dads he had been deadly serious.
"Okay, Rory Amy you stay in here for five minutes were in the Time vortex don't touch the controls on the console unit!" The Doctor spoke. Then the three left for their living room only to find it at the beginning of the corridor now. They entered into their main living room and Harry through up his blue shield and pressed the crystal to block anyone coming in then he sat down on the sofa his dads sat down opposite him.
"What was that thing Muklo?" The Doctor demanded once they were all sat down.
"You have to understand my power is growing and it is not totally precise yet, I still have to grow more into them they were released slowly for a reason... What I did today was stand on a planet and using all the timelines I see I killed off all the Silence but only them to do that I had to separate all life forms on Earth from them that showed up in the timelines as well, something at this stage I can't do, as you saw with the daleks you were all around me, I could kill everything else it's why Davros and Caan originally lived. That armour is amour made by Father it is called DEATH armour it's my armour for entering battle at the moment I needed the power within it to boost my own so I could do what I needed it to, I needed to use it to pull on Fathers full domain I used it and the timeline I see to remove the souls out of the Silence and send them all to purgatory and then burnt up their bodies! As I grow and age a lot more I will be able to hold more power that suit won't be needed to protect me, River has already seen it she admitted to me and as it couldn't protect me because I was using it for something else today she protected me, I had hoped you two wouldn't see it, Father thought you would be fully scared of both it and me now if you saw it." Harry explained using the Doctors rule number one keeping the bond blank.
"We're not scared Muklo just shocked it looked terrifying to behold you in it, you looked like an angel of death on Earth ready to do battle." The Doctor answered honestly.
"It was a battle hence the need. I had to kill all the Silence on Earth through the timeline as I said I would using the Power Father has to alter their souls no matter what they had done in life they would not go to the beyond I altered them sending them to purgatory for what they have done there were thousands of them on Earth I ripped their souls out of them altered them and set their bodies on fire but only the Silence, doing this saved the universe and our family Pere hence the reason for using the timeline to kill, but I didn't want to kill anything else on Earth and especially not you two, River admitted to seeing it before it's why I kept her with me. She took the ones that were trying to get to me in that room, as you must have seen they have offensive weaponry, they can electrocute you at a distance…. I didn't want to lose this form sorry." Harry explained to his two dads gently twisting the truth.
"What do you mean Muklo?" The Master asked gently back.
"If I did what I did without the amour I would have changed, and you want me to stay like this for Sirius. So, it was necessary even Father told me that." Harry explained to them both twisting the truth again.
"So to do it without you would push yourself to regeneration?" The Doctor asked.
"Yes." Harry answered lying again but not letting them know keeping the bond blank as he had done, they would forget about it soon anyway with the other problem he had noticed.
"Then you wear it whenever we run into trouble until we are out of it, if you see in the timeline, you need it, we will cope with you in it. Even if you only see it in an off shoot, you put it on until were back in the TARDIS, whether needed or not! But no killing down the timeline without a discussion." The Master spoke seriously to him.
"I hopefully will never have to do that again you must have felt down the bond the anger I was feeling while doing it making me do something I said I wouldn't unless it was to save the universe or family this fell under them both hence doing it!" Harry told them both.
"Can we go back a lot to the few hundred thousand years old at least answer?" The Doctor asked in slight shock.
"No Pere it wasn't rule number one, if I aged in the inbetween, then as I said I am a lot older than you two put together. I would have to actually ask Father just how old I am now he will be the one to know and give an honest answer, but I won't ask. Our minds can hold the information and memory for a very, very long time, as you know regeneration energy shouldn't have had a restriction on it the High Council imposed that rule and because they did it for so long it became so you can't hold more like I do. You should have the same as me, or more than thirteen lives, also it's an unlucky number on Earth where we seem to spend a lot of time and pick our companions from. Plus, as you now know I am a Deity the second highest in reality my mind is made to retain all the information I want I can only have information blocked off if I ask Father to do so for me and he hides our time together from you unless you are with me. Anyway, if you both okay with the armour as you seem to be there is one last thing I need to do before we finish this adventure." Harry explained to them honestly again.
"We both are but what do you need to do now?" The Doctor asked.
"Follow me and you will get to see why killing down the timeline was necessary and then we will need to sort it out." Harry answered then stood up and releasing both his shield and the shield in the room then Harry walked back to the control room the Doctor and the Master following him. He really wasn't looking forward to what he was about to do, but they had to take care of this and do so now.
