Trini exited her Zord as tears welled up.
"P-Peter?...is it really you?"
She'd had dreams like this; he'd be in front of her, smiling. But when she touched him, he'd vanish into Dust again.
"About as me as i can be?" Peter said with a smile as Trini hugged him, sobbing without a care. "Whoa, Trini it's OK...I'm here now, its going to be..."
Trini pulled him downwards.
"Frankly my dear? I don't give a damn!"
She then slammed her lips onto his. Peter's eyes widened in shock, but he melted back into the kiss, relief filling him as well.
Alita held back tears as well, before she remembered that they weren't alone.
"AVERT YOUR EYES! Give them some space!" Alita hissed. The four brothers turned around and did just that just as a portal opened with Wong, Dr St ranges' loyal ally stepped through.
"Young Par...Oh wow! Okay, I will come back later!"
He stepped back into the portal just as the kiss ended.
"...Never mind then. Sorry to break this up, but Parker and company, please come with me...there's something you need to see" Wong said as the reunited group stepped through, but not before Alita turned back.
"You might wanna go home now before someone sees you. turtles!"
"No problem Ally! We actually have somewhere we need to be" The blue masked turtle said as the four turtles jumped into the sewers closing the manhole cover.
A few hours later at the sanctum sanctorum
"OK so let me guess this straight, there are four mutant turtles that do ninjitsu? That live in the sewers of Manhattan?" Peter asked.
"Yes that is correct" Alita says. "And...as for your acquaintances?..."
The two lovers, the android and Wong were not the only individuals in the room.
"Oh when i got all dusty i was in a void...all I could see was black and everyone else who got snapped and i was visited by Dr Strange and this other guy...I can't even explain it, he had on a gold helmet!, anyway this guy whoever he is said he mustered up all the magic he could to get me unsnapped and i took at least seven other people with me...these are them and he said he even brought a Zord to get me out...not sure where it went though..."
"Speaking of... thank you...that was pretty scary" The young man in a baseball cap said with a southern accent.
The rest of the group shook their heads in agreement.
"So who are you guys?" Alita asked
"Well...there were seven of us and whoever these guys were said they're heading up state...said he needed to meet someone." the blonde haired girl with a heavy Russian accent said.
"Well that explains where numbers six and seven are but with all due respect that didn't answer our question...who are you?" Trini asked
"Well since no one is being cooperative here i guess I'll go first, I'm Sam, pleasure to meet you" The young man in the baseball cap said whilst shaking Alita's hand.
"Alright...Sam, Can you tell us what happened before the snap?" Peter asked
"Well...its kinda a long story and one i don't think we should get into right now" Sam said with the girl with dark hair looking down.
"Understood" Trini said
"So...whats going on Mr Wong?" Peter asked as the rest of the group walked around the Santorum.
"Mister Parker, i have brought you and your company here because something or someone brought you here for a reason and with that i have an explanation. For eons three magical entities reigned over what you call the multiverse, and protected it with their combined power. one was an alien sage named Zordon. the second my former master The Ancient. The third a being known as Nabu although he was known as Dr. Fate. These beings were capable of stopping these foes and protected three parts of the multiverse. However fate had other plans and the protectors disbanded. Mister Parker, you have crossed paths with Doctor Fate. It seems he chose you as this multiverse's protector. therefore you have been granted a new life and were resurrected as if the stones never affected you at all." Wong explained.
"Whoa...that's..." Peter struggled to find the right words. "Pretty awesome! But also kinda scary at the same time. I don't think im ready to do something like that...i mean i failed protecting my friends...i let everyone down...i cant do that a second time."
He was not prepared for what happened next: Trini slapped him
"Peter Benjamin Parker! Don't you dare blame this whole thing on yourself! You did the best you could!"
She then took a deep breath and cupped her boyfriend's cheek.
"know you feel bad now but you have a chance to make this right...we have to go to the compound"
"Well Mister Parker...as i was saying...destiny brought you here for a reason...what are you going to do?" Wong asked
"I think I gotta help whatever of my friends I have left." Peter said.
"I think that's a good idea." Alita smiled "And you five are coming with us"
"I was just about to say the same thing...the guy we need right now is upstate." The blonde Russian woman said.
"I'm sorry but we never got your names." Peter asked.
"Illyanna" The blonde Russian said while putting on a puppet of a purple dragon "and this is Lockheed."
"Ok I won't ask...Alita can I speak with you for a moment?" Trini asked, dragging Alita into a corner. "Are you sure that's a good idea? We don't really know these people and dragon puppets kinda not helping"
"Yeah, if we take them to the compound we can help get more answers about who our mystery people are." Alita said as the rest of the group introduced themselves
"Robby, pleasure to meet you...Peter" Robby said while shaking Peter's hand.
"I'm Rahne...Rahne Sinclair, pleased to meet you all" the young gingered haired woman with a Scottish accent introduced herself smiling.
"Dani, it is a pleasure to meet you all." The black haired woman said as Wong opened a portal.
"Your journey awaits, stay safe Mister Parker." Wong said as the group walks into the portal.
"Thank you." Peter said as the portal closed.
Avengers Compound
"So is this it?" Dani asked
"Yes, we're home…Parker you stay here while I break the news to them" Alita said as she entered the compound.
"Where'd you wander off to?" Nat asked not looking up from her reports.
"Uh there's something you should see…" Alita said
"Whats going on?" Steve asked
"Something unexpected happened...something you and Nat should see" Alita explained. "OK bring him in…"
Peter and the rest of the group entered the room as everyone gasped.
"Is...that?" Steve asked
"Yeah...we were just as shocked as you are...but there's an explanation to it that we can kind of explain." Trini said as Peter sat down
"And these five?" Nat asked
"People that Peter managed to help bring back. again we'll explain but it leads us to a question for y'all, did anyone stop by other than us?" Alita asked
"No why?" Kim asked
"Because there were seven of us…and two of them said they were heading upstate so we figured they'd be here already." Illyanna explained
"Well we'll save that for another time but for right now we need Peter to rest and explain himself" Steve said
Two hours later
"OK Peter, what exactly happened...how are you back?" Steve asked
"Well...long story short magic was involved and this guy who wasn't the wizard me and Mr Stark were with said he mustered up the magic to bring me back along with someone else and i managed to bring back a few people but i didn't see who i brought back til later." Peter explained
"A man named Wong said Peter was chosen to protect part of the multiverse and the first thing we thought of was coming here...i assume Tony isn't here yet?" Alita asked
"No he isn't here yet. We were on our way to convince him to help us" Steve said.
"Why….?" Trini said
"Because thanks to Scott, we may have a way to bring everyone else back but we need Tony's brain or at least A brain if Tony doesn't want to" Nat explained.
Scott Lang, AKA Ant-Man/Giant Man, had appeared at the mansion not too long ago, having been pushed out of the Quantum Relam and approaching the two lead Avengers with an idea.
"I'm gonna take a wild guess and say time travel?" Alita guessed
"Yeah, how'd you figure that out?" Jason asked
"Well I was actually joking but it does seem logical….time travel was howI got here but it's too advanced to recreate here in present day" Alita explained
"So who's doing what?" Peter said
"Well we're gonna try to talk Tony into this but we'll leave you out of it until we can break it to him slowly." Steve explained "if that doesn't work we have a couple of back up plans in mind. In the meantime I want you all to stay here and hang tight. If these people you mentioned show up have them wait here. Call Sonic if you guys get bored."
"And above all if anything goes wrong. Stay alert and call us if it's serious. Trini, Alita I need you to come with us… i feel like you both can help us." Nat said
"Understood" Alita said
"I'll back as soon as I can." Trini assured Peter. She honestly DIDN'T want to leave him, but whne Captain freaking America asks for your help, you deliver. Besides, Peter needed more rest. "You try to relax a bit alright?"
"Alright" Peter said as Trini kissed his cheek and left
"Jason, Kim you're in charge til we get back" Nat said
"Understood ma'am" Jason said
"We'll be back" Steve said as they exited the room
"So….what do we do now?" Sam asked
"I…don't know, i guess we can just go chill out for a bit, we have plenty of movies and something to eat. I'll call Quill head in a minute" Kim said.
"Quill head?" Robby asked
"Long story" Kim said as she dialed the phone.
"Hey. Mr Wackowski, is Sonic there? We have Avenger business and we kinda need him as soon as he can" Kim said on the phone "Really? That's great! Just tell him to ring the bell when he gets here. Alright Mr Wackowski thank you very much!"
DING DONG!
"Must be him now" Jason said
"That was quick" Rahne said.
"Oh, You have no idea." Peter said. "Wait, when did the Avengers get a doorbell?"
Kim opened the door as a blue blur zipped by everyone, causing Sam to fall backwards
"WHOA...what in the world?" Sam said as he got back up.
"Hey quill head!" Kim said
"Hey guys What-" Sonic stops as he stares at Peter.
"Hey Sonic. How are you?" Peter asked
"You're….you're back? I saw you turn to dust...how are you back?" Sonic asked
"It's a Long story but it's good to see you" Peter said as he hugged Sonic.
"I have so many questions right now" Robby said
"Oh right sorry, for those who don't know, I'm Sonic. Nice to meet you all and yes as you can see i am a hedgehog." Sonic introduced himself
"A super fast hedgehog but a hedgehog" Jason said
"Yeah we kind of figured that out" Illyanna said
"Rude much?" Kim said which drew a look from Ilyana.
"OK before people kill each other here we should probably introduce ourselves." Jason said
"Good idea" Peter said
"I'm Sam, its a pleasure to meet you" Sam shook Jason's hand
"I'm Jason" Jason returned the handshake
"I'm Rahne, it really is a pleasure" Rahne said grabbing a cup of water.
"Robby, it is a pleasure to meet a woman of your beauty." Robby flirtaously smiled at Kimblery.
"Um well I'm flattered but im taken." Kim said as Jason gave Robby the boyfriend look.
"Noted, my apologies" Robby said
"Ya know, you guys never did tell me how that happened." Peter mused. He went ignored.
"I'm Dani, it really is a pleasure and you already met Illyanna" Dani introduced herself and Ilyana
"And this is Lockheed" Ilyana put on the dragon puppet
"Ok, do i even need to ask?" Kim asked the group who nodded their heads. "Good to know"
"Anyway, I'm Jason and this is Kim" Jason introduced himself.
"So...what should we know about you guys?" Peter asked
"Nothing much to talk about, we're basically the breakfast club" Sam said as he took off his cap.
"There has to be something, i mean there has to be a reason all of you know each other." Jason said
"We know each other because we lived close that's all you need to know" Illyanna said
"Alright well are you guys hungry? You must be starving after all this excitement." Kim asked.

"So you're this Scott hm?" Alita asked
"Yeah? Who are you two?" Scott asked.
"Alita and that's Trini" Alita introduced themselves.
"Oh, yeah! Cap mentioned you two! The cy..."
Alita grabbed his shirt and pulled him in.
"Scott, we've only just met so that's why I'm gonna be nice about it...i am NOT a cyborg i am an android...get it?" Alita said calmly as Scott shook his head and shook in fear.
"Good" Alita said as she let go of Scott.
"Yeah...long story short she hates that word" Trini says
"Yeah...I've noticed" Scott said as Trini shook his hand and Alita let him go. "Pleased to meet both of you."
"Thanks...you're the giant guy my boyfriend beat up?...no offence but you seem more like a...taxi driver if anything" Trini said
"And pray tell who's your boyfriend?" Scott asked
"Spider Man" Trini said as Scott's eyes popped open
"Oh yeah that guy...i know of him but i don't know him" Scott said reminiscing.
"Gotcha" Alita said as she exchanged a look at Trini.
"So whats the plan exactly?" Trini asks.
"We're gonna talk Tony into helping us while at the same time trying not to break him...especially with Parker coming back" Steve explained
"Chances are he probably knows...never know what tech that man has at his disposal" Alita says.
