A/N 29/1/23 look below for reason this took so long
A/N 18/12/22
a lot has fucking happened between even the last post and this chapter.
to keep a long story short I have had to come open about being abused by my now ex stepdad for 10 and half years and having to then only a few days after (the morning of day this A/N was written) hear the news that a close family friend becomes the only fatality in a multi car crash leaving 3 kids who now have mother this close to Christmas and between trying to comfort said kids, police interviews and also my music stuff I do has just caused this to be as late as it is coming out anyway here's the next chapter.
Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry 1999
"good morning remaining prisoners today is going to be different as first we have to see who actually figured out that we never locked the door to the small room that then leads out to the entry hall and don't try now we locked it before entering" Harry said
and after everyone left (dumbledore and Voldemort included) were tied up again and the only person to escape (Stan from the knight bus was the only one to leave and he would live the rest of his days in Australia).
"ok with that done we will now wait for Miles and Draco and then let the reporters outside in for one round of memories" just as Harry said this everyone got to hear playing loudly bad company by bad company (it's one of those song named after the band) and miles entered.
"sorry I'm late we had to stop over at the medical centre in Paris as it seams male wizards could become pregnant and also news no from of protection magical or other wise works powerful Wizards, Harry you should start panicking, Draco is on the way he's just recovering from finding he's going to be a dad and our other partner is no longer going to join us out side of the memories as he is the carrier but anyhow I opened the gates and now 3 2 1"
and the doors yet again open and in flood reporters including everyone's favourite Beatle and of course flooded questions left and right only answers given was most things from before first year and then the recently entered darco got the crowd under control so Harry could explain the next memory
"What your all going to see now is the night of the end of first year the night where professor Quarial died and the true events not the what we made it look like"

"Why have you called this emergency meeting Harry it's 11 at night" theo asked
"because Hermione told me dumbledore is not in the castle and for some reason she knows about the stone here and thinks someone's after it" Harry replied.
"well something makes me think you should use the gear Bones gave you" a now fitter prefect knight said.
"but is this serious enough for the use of it so early?" Susan said
"well what I know from the claw's I sent to look and those 2 said *points at Weasley twins* there has been no replacement for shadow and that there's a trapdoor that looking in they can see devils snare and that's it for what we know." miles added what he knew.
Fred: "what we want to know"
George: "is how Hermione even knows this"
"an even more important question is what are students doing out of bed at this time" said everyone's favourite dungeon bat.
needless to say everyone bar snape where shocked but Also some of the training had stuck as they all had their wands out
"what are you doing here snape" Harry asked.
"when I notice one of my snakes missing I unlike my colleagues look for them but this, this is the best news ever I can finally get a potter in trouble."
"hold on quick question does a diplomatic immunity work in school?" miles asked
"depends on what country it is signed for Mr Prower"
"here look in this list hopefully Britain should be there" miles said
"cutting it close there miles if this was tomorrow then you wouldn't have been able to use it" snape said with the dungeon bat snear he always uses
"yeah hate it's the only non permanent one as of now anyway it not only covers me but accomplices and anyway Harry and Draco have their own as well"
"damn claws anyway as to why miss Granger knows dumbledore told her" snape said then tried to cover his mouth
"oh I forgot professor Snape I may have accidentally on purpose invoked the slave bond that goes with not passing on the information at the earliest convenience of a life dept is owed to a house after the original person who you owe the dept to died that kind of means you're with us if you like it or not" Harry said.
"hey Harry stealing miles's job of having slaves now"
"shut up Theo, now what traps cover the stone in the castle" Harry asked Snape
"other then what was told there are flying keys one of them open the door but as soon as someone flies they all attack and then there is a chess board you have to pass by playing another troll and then my potions but that's easy either drink the smallest bottle, flame freeze or get really badly drunk" Snape disclosed "now could I please leave I'm already delayed as it is in my makeup routine to make sure I still look this way you don't want to know how annoying using what I use to make me look horrible and that part of my job of being a now triple agent and also again i have had to loose a batch of my truth potions to find why students hate me"
"ok Snape you can leave but meet with which ever one of us is not injured after today here tomorrow after dinner" Harry said.
"now before we continue if any of you ask where the hell Snape is his portrait should be complete by the time we finish" Draco said.
"and why we stopped now is to see what the silenced Ron Weasley wants to say he looks like he needs to tell us something" Harry said unsilencing Ron
"you lie you were in our common room when you thought he who must not be named was going after the stone and brought me and Hermione along and one of us incapacitated Neville" Ron said
"I did get incapacitated that night Ron but by you" Neville said entering the room
"hey Neville how did the holiday go?" miles asked
"fine although I thought you died before I left"
"so you didn't see me knock Voldemort out"
"didn't see who did it just saw he fell so left for the trip"
"ok we will carry on now and reporters we have just done the spell to remove false information form your notes" Harry said
3rd floor corridor 1992 may 6th 00:02 AM
Harry, Draco, miles, Theo, prefect knight and susan are entering the corridor when they see ron trying to open the door
"hey you lot did Fred and George send you here too?"
the group not expecting Ron there decided to quickly make up the story of what Is seen is the first actual Harry potter book and then using a spell none of them tried before sent those memories into his mind and then unlocked the door with obviously nothing there all 7 go down the trap door this is where the first incapacitation happened as knight was allergic to devils snare and so after going through a large plant of it passed out and so then his involvement was wiped from Ron's mind.
"ok so we're down Draco you stay back and help Alex as your the medic then meet us if you can at the end or help any injuries so see on your way" miles ordered.
meanwhile Harry, Ron, Theo and Susan went ahead to the room of keys and as in the memories Ron was loaded with, Harry went around on a broom and took the key needed but unfortunately Theo got too badly cut to Carry on from the key spam attacking him and his involvement was also wiped from Ron's head
and with a entering miles went on to the next room the chess room.
now this room was where the most change had to happen as everyone but Harry and Draco (who had entered mid game and so didn't actually have to be in the board) were knocked out so Draco stayed behind and Harry carried on Ron of course given the memory that Hermione came along instead and then left there while Draco asked Dobby to first evacuate all but Ron and Harry then inform and bring along Hermione.
during this Harry had solved Snape's riddle and had entered the room with Quirrell/lord Voldemort who was looking at a mirror (the turban was already off)
"someone here" Voldemort's voice said to Quirrell who despite being caught by surprise turn too quickly for a normal human and stunned Harry before he could do anything
"you see Harry Potter what you have done to me what I have had to do to live" Voldemort said "no matter as soon as I get this stone it will go back to the way it was me taking control of wizarding Britain and you could join me if you want, join me and I can bring you what you desire most"
"haha I don't even think you know my true desire" Harry replied thinking of a plan to escape.
"I do you want your parents back"
"hahahaha hahahaha most people assume that no actually it's something called none of your fucking business" Harry said then jumped on Quirrellmort burning him alive but not passing Harry out.
no that's was another memory charm what really happened was he got the stone and banished it back to the Flamiels (sorry for horrible spelling) and then passed out.
back to 1999
"I am glad I took that ritual that made me feel no pain after that potter, hindsight says I should have just killing cursed you" Voldemort said.
"well could have anyway that wraps up first year just about only just that I had to convince dumbledore that I was actually at the dursleys and also the human copies for Draco's parents as to not make it seam that they had disappeared." Harry said
"now would you excuse us all we have to leave for today reporters leave as well or join them tied up where the only confirmed good thing is that the somehow wizarding favourite music of Duran Duran songs will play sometimes"
that's it a chapter that due to life reasons took 3 months will be quicker next time
