I should also mention to clear up after the plane accident if chapter 3 the main trio were taken to a Canadian hospital for convenience of plot

for context Draco in the time between joining Harry and miles and first year started painting and miles well him being based on if I was around in the 80's and 90's and a massive fortune loves playing guitar.
one more extra thing I apologize but more ocean liners will be mentioned here (miles has a massive love for them and will save as many as he can from the scrapyards no matter the, somehow not draining his fortune, cost)

Montreal Canada in a park somewhere in or near the city (just guessing as author is a brit who has only been to the land of white flags (France) that is outside his country and refuses to use Google maps). july 28th 1992
Harry, Draco and miles are sitting on a park bench waiting for Draco and miles's 'muggle' friend Leonardo Anderson.
"why did i have to come along to this meeting i could be with Sirius right now working on spells" Harry said after being bored for the 20 minutes of waiting so far completed
"you forgot Sirius brought a girl over and you said you didn't want to be in the same building as Sirius when that happens after last time" Draco says.
"wh-wh-what i-i-is this last ti-ti-time your *pause* talking ab-abo-about?" a voice that the trio had heard only though conversation frim hospital beds said.
(A/N leo's speech pattern is based off of a student in my collage that I have befriended)
"leo it's good to see you again hopefully fully recovered" miles said.
"ye-y-yes I see y-you ha-have st-still" leo stops and instead just points to miles's missing eye.
"yes eyes unfortunately don't grow back anyway you said there an 2 interesting places you wanted to show me and Draco in the city."
"I Re-remem *pause* remember fol*pause*low m-me"
"what about me?" Harry asked.
"well you were the one of us three in a coma for the longest and leo didn't stay long so he didn't get to know you as much so that's probably why" Draco said to avoid another long wait for leo to finish speaking.
the 4 then walked a distance into the city centre where the 2 stops whete almost next to eachother.
"s-so o-on the l-le-left is a a a mu-music s-t-ore th-that's the pl-place for y-you Miles" miles didn't need anymore as he shot off into the store "Dr-ake-co over ov-over there is an art a-and c-cr"
Draco just did the same as miles seeing as Leo was saying arts and crafts in a long winded way with harry chasing after Draco mind made up leo went over to the music store.
with Draco and harry in the arts and crafts store.
"what's with the speech with leo?" harry asks Draco as Draco is looking at the paints
"it's not my story to tell Harry" Draco says picking up in true malfoy fashion the most expensive paints.
"Draco you can tell me i would not tell" Harry said
"not my story if you want to know get to know him more if I tell you then I am going to lose the trust Leo already has in me." Draco says going towards the paint brushes "best way to get to know him would be going to see him and you'll have miles there it will be fine Harry" Draco said now looking to see if the store had the right sized paint brush for what wants to paint.
Harry leaves the store and walks up the street to the music store to find miles arguing with a music store employee.
"I have told you kid I am not letting someone as young as you try a guitar as expensive as that" the employee said
"hey miles what's going on here?" Harry asked
"well Mr unhelpful here won't let me try out a guitar I asked to try out due to it being 'too expensive to be given to a kid' I never knew it was easier to buy old ocean liners then it is a much cheaper guitar well I guess I will take my money and go somewhere else this place would hate to lose the chance for a high net worth customer" miles replayed on purposely saying the last part loud enough for the employee to hear
"I *sigh* the boss is going to kill me either way I will get it down for you" the employee went over to the guitar rack and pulled down a 1974 Gibson L6s.
"M-Miles -y-you you got h-him to finally g-g-get the guitar d-d-down" Leo said coming back from the percussion side of the store
(A/N I should really have not done Leo's speech like I have well too late to go back)
"yes helpful when you have a large inheritance"
"hello there Leo I never properly introduced myself I am Harry, miles and Draco friend..."
after 30 minutes the trio left the store miles with the new guitar and a horrible idea and Leo and Harry knowing a bit more about eachother.
Draco walks up to them with Sirius in tow
"hello boys how are we" Sirius asks
"fine Miles has a 'new' guitar and don't mind me asking why are you here" Harry asked
back in 1999
suddenly the 1999 Miles, Harry and Draco jumped up from the game of Twister they were paying unprepared for the memory to end
"hey you idiot author why did you say back to 1999" Draco said breaking the 4th wall while landing on Harry and making me technically talk to myself
"due to plot convenience of having the person who caused the reason for Sirius be there to explain what they did" I using author magical powers powers of it my story anything works logic to say that message in their heads.
"oh yeah" said a now bruised Harry "and Draco you gained weight"
after untangling themselves Harry carries on from where he left off
"the memory you saw there was the first in many fun summer events that got ruined by someone not apart of our group this time dumbledore did with help from the Lucius Malfoy copy that had a mind of it's own had set up an audit for us." everyone in the room immediately shivered in fear even Voldemort
"wait dark lords fear auditors as well?" Miles asks Voldemort
"of we do as it in the rules that even dark lords follow never try and distract, attack, injure, kill or capture auditors if those are followed then they don't reveal our plans" Voldemort said.
"but yes we had them, well miles did, and so I went back to the Dersleys home what a bad choice that was, no offense to the twins, as I got unnecessarily recused and spent that last part of summer outside of reach" Harry said.
"Harry I have the next memory available it's on when we all met on the train for 2nd year" theo said.
"YOU WERE IN THE TRAIN YOU WERE IN THE CAR WITH ME" Ron shouted to Harry
"one of the few times both me and dumbledore had the same plan made it look like I came with you but I was really on the train here's the memory"
Hogwarts express somewhere on the British rail system just north of London.
"Hello everyone how are we all?" asks miles the last of the group to enter the compartment that they had chosen
"all good aunty has asked me to make sure not to pass on the news that some dragonhide gear has gone missing into gringots vault 1262." Susan said
"so miles did you fail your audit?" Theo asked
"Harry did you tell them I wanted to keep it secret. anyway no Theo I didn't fail although I almost did as the paperwork on me buying the MS victoria off of chandris line and the sister ships Galileo also from chandris and Costa Riviera of Costa cruises."
(A/N both sister ships were originally owned by one company but were sold to different ones in the 80's)
"you bought more ships miles we need to talk about this as you said no more" Harry said
"should I mention I had my fingers crossed behind my back and that the old seawise university is now a ship I own as well or the few others that the past members of the prower family bought for some reason while they were still alive that I only found out about"
Harry sighs.
"anyway I found out some nice information when stuck with the Weasley family, the twins are not the only ones who could be on our side in the family the oldest 2 might help if they get the information of what is uncovered so far with dumbledore."
"like him purposely letting the death eaters that are free off the hook and putting innocent people in askaban" the twins say in twin speak entering the room.
"hello you two did you happen to see knight on your way here?"
"No he has important meetings with prefects him being 'head boy' but he be around soon" George replyed.
"well it good to see you two have finally chosen to give a small hint to Which one of you is really fred and which one is George it helps us in these meetings have dumbledore or your mother tried to bring you in on what they are planning if anything involving your family?" Harry said
"well we hope we are the only Weasley's involved in the whole thing right now" twins in twin speak say.
"so you don't suspect a thing?" theo asked
"No"
"good anyway theo and susan I asked you 2 too look out for potential people to join us have you found any?"
"one form our year Harry Neville Longbottom from grifendor so you should be easily able to speak with him." susan said
the door opens an din comes a blond girl with radish earrings in "could I sit here it seams this place isn't filled with whakspoots" (A/N i am trying my best with luna amd her creatures but spellings will be a problem)
"sure thing miss"
"Lovegood Luna Lovegood and you are Harry potter, miles Prower-black, Draco Malfoy, Fred and George Weasley, Theodore Nott, Susan Bones and behind me with a wand pointing at my back head boy Alexander knight"
"Alex stand down miss lovegood how do you know all this?" miles asks.
"I will only say when you tell everyone about your little accident" luna replyed
"what accident is she talking about miles your not telling us something"
cliffhanger as I really need a new chapter out and i have been up too late working in this (it's time if writing 3 AM 18th march started work 7PM 17th march.
