first off I would like to thank any readers that actually made it to this point of the story as it shows me that I am actually getting people read this.

second is I am restarting work on on old story of mine that i stopped work in due to family tragedy so updates here would be less frequent as it already is. (edit before upload make it 3 storys i am working on another idea came to mind)

three i have more time in my hands again so again i can write more and for once have a consistent upload time.

finally i am trying to release this on my 17th birthday (June 8th) along side the restart of the old story.

plan failed i didn't even get this out on time anyway on with the story

Hogwarts Halloween 1992.

the year so far had been quiet too quiet for a year with harry in hogwarts.

harry was walking down the corridor to the great hall to go towards the feast when 2 ravenclaws pulled him into the nearest abandoned classroom in there is the rest of the team and one member not there before.

"what is Neville doing here and why was draged here?"

"you need to explain to Nev what's going on and as your the only one good at memory charms we need you to wipe his of this if he doesn't like this" Alex explained as miles was not in the room.

"Ok Neville what have you been told so far?" Harry asks

Neville hesitates but the says "the twins told me that my 'talents' could be used for a project your working on with them"

"a half truth but not all of it you see everyone here they along side 3 others not here are members of a group i lead that is to reform magical Britain that includes overthrowing the ministry fully killing Voldemort and this is the part you might hate we have to neutralize dumbledore."

"why do you have to neutralise dumbledore?"

"he holds too much power in magicial Britain and also personal reasons, he tried brainwash 2 loving and kind people amd their son in to abusive family members, tried to keep me uninformed of my wizarding roots, indirectly caused a plane crash that nearly killed me amd kill a couple hundred others, set up a plan that almost sunk i boat I was on and almost killed many more people, wouldn't even consider my godfather didn't do the crimes he did and lastly used a magial artifact to have me face Voldemort." harry responded "now Neville nothing will change much if you join us just have to put up with miles going in about ships and magical creatures."

"I head that potter" a now entering miles said.

"also Nev your the only person we can trust not to be suspicious to Dumbledore as who would expect the quote unquote squib as a threat also we could help you with your confidence" harry continued

"can i think about it?" Neville asked sitting in the nearest chair.

"we can give you time but not to long and we need an answer before we leave"

Hogwarts 1999

"author why?" Draco this time asks

the memory projector stopped working that why i sent us back here anyway you need prepare everyone for the next memory.

"ok as that mysterious voice from the sky said we need to explain the next memory it is just after Neville agreed to join and we did spells to make sure it wasn't our threats that made him also if you don't like dead body or dead looking people too bad deal with"

just then theo gets the memory projecter working and the memorys continue

the group leave the room and unfortunately pass near the 2nd floor girls bathroom and come across the cat I am not bothering to remember the name of.

"um guys we might have a problem" Alex said looking at the wall "i hear footsteps others are coming this way i bet 5 gallions that they blame harry"

the rest of the scene carrys on as normal just without harry having the excuse of being with the second worse DADA teacher he ever has (only beaten by umbridge).

Hogwarts 1992 2 weeks after helloween (no Halloween i should have never have listened to German power metal music)

a couple of weeks later it again happened harry was found with a petrified victim this time human and. in the form of one camera hold student known as Colin harry this time had evidence he was not involved as he was in the great hall and only discovered colin first as he was the first ine of the students to turn onto the corridor (harry is not in the quiditch team so is not injured) after this Lockhart (and snape) start a dualing club this is where we pick up the story

"hello can everyone see my beautiful face and can everyone hear me good good now welcome to the dueling club where i will teach you to defend yourself against whoever is causing these attacks" lockhart said

Harry internally thought they couldn't fight off a large snake that wasn't the cause this time around as he had gone down and made sure the snake knew that harry had the Slytherin house lordship and had the snake not attack anyone unless Harry ordered it.

during this time Lockhart had tried and failed to defeat snape and he was being called up to fight with this reality's harry worst enemy in the student population Ron lets say the fight went the way it did in the books between Harry and malfoy after memory charms were used as harry went a little too far and almost cut Ron's legs off.

Hogwarts 1999

"snape rightfully gave me a detention for that anyway 2 nd year ended up not much more happening because we found the person who did the attacks it was Lockhart and he became the first prisoner on the SS Blue Ribbon and last checked he's now a a living skeleton one of Bellatrix's experiments that reminds me Miles have you got the memorys of the event of getting her out if askaban in the summer"

"Harry my who are you speaking to your the only one of your group here" dumbledore said

"as for your friend he left with the malfoy kid" Voldemort added

"damn you author he was here 30 seconds ago" garry said

don't look at me i can't help it that he and Draco have been fucking like rabbits since they were 16 well I can but then i would also have to stop you going on you night-time activities when your off screen text whatever the fuck i should call this.

"i hate being a book character that people like you write fanfic about, ok because that voice form the sky you all heard is an idiot anyone have questions?"

"I do" Voldemort said "when can i have my fair duel to the death with miles?"

"sorry Tom but that can't be allowed fate in the form of J.K whatever her sername was decided thay only i can kill you and you or old age can kill me but we both can't live much longer with the other still alive"

"then why not kill me"

"we need to show we had you tricked, Albus anything you want to say?"

"Harry my boy if i had known you have gone this dark i would have not have bothered keeping you alive now let me go and I can fix all this."

that's the end of this chapter i am sorry it's that good but 2nd years plot was mostly avoided by miles being from 30 years in the future and i hinted a bit of 3 rd year (yes this year won't have a character from the future to ruin any plot) also i will be updating the Ocean liner list in filler chapter 2 that will be moved to just after this chapter at time of release.
