Act One: The Arrival
Chapter Two: Point For Dad

Yelena looked around her new room which she just finished unpacking everything tapping her chin and trying to decide how she wanted to decorate it since she was going to be here for who knew how long.

"So she decided to get an expert opinion on what to do, she pulled her phone out and dialed her mom's number, her mom was an interior designer. "Hi sweetheart, what's going on."

"Hey mom, so as you know, I was forced to go with Isabella to live with her dad and I can't decide how I want to decorate my new room Charlie said I could do whatever I wanted with the room, so I called you for some insight."

"All right Lena, text me pictures of the room and I will see what I can do with it."

"Okay thanks, mom." she put the call on hold and pulled up the camera on her phone and snapped pictures of the room, and then sent them to her mom. "Okay, they should be coming through anytime time now."

"I just got them, ooh it's an attic loft-type room nice, I like doing those types of designs, I'll see what I can come up with and get back to you on it."

"Sounds good to me, mom thank you."

"Of course baby, so how do you like it there so far?"

"Well it's really green, but I haven't been anywhere in town to get a true feel for it and I haven't met anybody besides Charlie yet but he seems nice, so that means Isabella gets her bitchy attitude and personality from her mother because Charlie has been nothing but nice since I met him at the airport." Kassia laughed, she hadn't met either of them yet but from what she was told by her daughter knew that she wouldn't get along with either of them.

"All right so switching the topic, I have everything set up and the apartment will be ready for us June 5th, this summer is going to be a good one Lena... I can feel it."

Lena grinned, "I can't wait to explore Italy, it's one of the few places that I haven't been to yet."

Kassia chuckled, "yeah well it's not going to be all fun, I do have a job to do while we're there which is the reason for the trip in the first place but we will still be tourists some of the time though."

Lena laughed "okay fair enough." Lena caught up with her mom for a bit longer before she heard a horn from the front of the house, which reminded her of the thing that her dad had gotten her, "I've got to go mom, but I love you I'll call you tomorrow after my first day at Forks High."

"All right Lena love you too and you'll be one of the 'it' girls before the end of the day sweetie, I just know it."

The blonde teenager laughed "well you're not wrong mom, it usually happens that way." Kassia laughed again before they hung up the phone and Lena made her way down the stairs and then outside.

Charlie smiled at the teenager and waved her over to introduce her to Billy and Jacob. "Yelena, this is Billy Black and his son Jacob, Billy Jacob this is Yelena."

Yelena gave them both a friendly smile, "Hi, it's nice to meet you both."

Billy gave her a smile, "it's nice to meet you too Yelena." Jacob gave her a look but said nothing and looked towards the house as Bella walked out. Lena saw the way he was looking at Bella and slightly unnoticeably rolled her eyes, she knew that Jacob was going to hate her because Bella did. Not that Lena cared though because she didn't need him or necessarily want him if he was attracted to Isabella.

Charlie looked at Bella as she walked up to them "Bella, you remember Billy Black?"

Bella smiled awkwardly at the wheel-chair bound man but said nothing since she really didn't remember him. "Glad you're finally here. Charlie hasn't shut up about it since you told him you were coming."

Lena smiled at the two of them, it reminded her a little bit of her dad and uncle Wesley, well he's not actually her uncle but her dad's best friend but she called him uncle Wes since she was old enough to talk pretty much. (yes I just made him up as a side character in this book XD he is going to be played by Daniel Gillies.)

Charlie looked at his best friend "Keep exaggerating, I'll wheel you down the hill."

Billy gave him a playful look "Right after I ram you in the ankles." Billy starts rolling towards Charlie who dodges and the two men in end up down the driveway a little play fighting, Lena looks amused definitely reminded her of her dad and uncle Wes.

Jacob shakes his head at their two fathers as he shyly approaches Bella. Ignoring Lena completely which she didn't mind at all. "I'm Jacob. We made mud pies together when we were little kids. "

Bella nodded at him and internally smirked seeing that he was paying attention to her and not Yelena, which made the brunette slightly puff her chest out a little, Lena held back a snort seeing exactly what Isabella was trying to do. "Yeah... I think I remember... " then she nods towards their dads, "Are they always like this?"

Jacob looked at the two and then back at Bella reveling in the attention that his childhood crush was giving him, "It's getting worse with old age."

Charlie and Billy made their way back up to the teenagers, and Charlie patted the burnt orange truck while looking at Bella, "So what do you think of your homecoming gift?"

Bella looked from her dad to the truck and smiled, "No way. The truck is for me?"

Charlie nodded at her, "Just bought it off Billy, here. " Bella gave Lena a smug look that nobody else seemed to notice, making the blonde roll her eyes that truck was nothing to be smug about it was a piece of crap but Lena didn't say a word.

Jacob gave Bella is lovesick eyes as he spoke to her, "I rebuilt the engine and-"

But Bella cut him off, "It's perfect." that was probably to most genuine emotion that Bella had shown since they arrived in Forks. The brunette rushed toward the truck and Jacob eagerly followed her like a lovesick puppy.

Lena noticed the covered item on the other side of the truck it looked like a covered car, "hey Charlie, what's that over there beside Isabella's truck?"

The police chief smiled, at the blonde, "that is yours from your father, I was asked to keep it covered until you noticed it." that was when Isabella noticed Lena walk around her truck and noticed the covered car parked beside her truck.

The brunette watched as the blonde lifted the cover off the car and glared seeing that it was a shiny black new car. Lena grinned seeing that it was the car that she had asked her dad if she could come up with the money for it if she could get it, it was a new black 2005 Mercedes-Benz CLK320 Convertible.

Lena grinned thinking, 'well-played dad, well played looks like you've earned yourself a point, meaning you are now one point ahead of mom.' "Oh my god... he didn't."

Charlie gave the girl a look "so I take that you like your present from your father? Also, the keys are in the car."

The legacy of Aphrodite nodded with a grin "yeah I love it, and okay cool... this is the car that I wanted, I have been in the process of coming up with the money to buy it myself since my dad said that I could get it, if I came up with the money just like I had asked him."

Yelena opened the door and climbed into the car finding the keys in the cupholder, she grabbed them and started the car, and put the top down just to test it out, she had a grin on her face.

Isabella scowled at the blonde from inside her truck, how was that fair that Lena got a new car from Phil, while she just got a preowned truck... sure she loved the truck already but still she hated that Lena had once again outdone her.

Lena had put the top back up and turned the car off and climbed out of the car with her keys in hand making sure that she locked the door not trusting Isabella not to try and sabotage her new car. She smiled at Billy again "it was really meeting you Billy, but I am going inside to go and call my dad."

Billy smiled back at her "of course it was a pleasure meeting you as well Yelena." Lena walked into the house after that and headed up to her new room, she pulled up her dad's number and pressed the call button.

"Hey sweetheart, did you get to Charlie's okay?"

"Yeah dad, been here a couple of hours, took some time to unpack and settle in, I talked to mom for a bit to get her expertise on how I should decorate my new room here and then I met one of Charlie's friends, and his son, and then I saw it."

"Do you love it, like I expected you would?"

"Oh my god dad, you literally didn't..."

"But as you can see sweetheart, I did, I knew you were saving up the money for it, so I figured it could be a present since I know you didn't want to go and live with Bella and Charlie."

Lena smiled, she really did love her father, "well-played dad, well played..."

The smile could be heard in the man's voice, "so is your mother and her trip to Italy still winning?"

"Well, I'll say that is a point for you dad, meaning you are just one point ahead of mom and her trip to Italy but you are winning by that one point."

"Yes! I knew that would put me in the lead since it was something that you wanted as well." Lena laughed.

"Thank you, dad, for the car, really I appreciate it."

Phil smiled, his daughter was his favorite person period, even above his new wife, he had always planned to help her, get the car she wanted, he just hadn't told her that because he was going to surprise her anyway so this really worked out. "Of course sweetheart, truth be told I was going to help you out with getting it anyway I just wasn't going to tell you until I took you to pick it up before we decided about the whole Forks thing."

The blonde grinned "I love you, dad."

"I love you too Lena." then Bella barged into the room glaring at Lena, making the blonde sigh.

"I have to go, dad, I'll talk to you probably tomorrow night."

"All right Lena, love you, sweetheart."

"Love you too dad." and then she hung up the phone looking at her stepsister, "can I help you with something? That was rude, I was on the phone and this is my room now, so you definitely shouldn't just be barging in here unannounced like that."

Bella just glared "give me the keys, there was obviously a mistake and that was supposed to be for me!"

Lena snorted "yeah right, like that's gonna happen, the keys are mine and there was no mistake, that car was a gift for me from my father as a sort of consolation for having to be stuck here with you, instead of being able to stay with my mother like I wanted to... so in case you need it spelled out for you no I am not giving you my keys... now get out" Bella scoffed and stomped out of the room angry that she didn't get her way.

Lena rolled her eyes once Isabella was out of her sight... the girl really did try her patience most of the time.

Here is chapter two :D I hope you guys enjoy it, chapter three will be Lena starting at Forks High and maybe making some friends XD of course she'll make friends.

Literally only two chapters in and I already can't wait for Lena and Felix to meet.
