Chapter CLVII: Searching For Harmony, Onwards To Atlantica! Part III

Looking out of the opened window, the heartless continued to fly in the darkened skies of 'The World That Was.' Watching them was the silent but deadly keyblade user, Hari who was standing stone still.

The creatures as they flew past her window were clearly aimless as they simply hovered everywhere, ignoring the girl's cold gaze as she looked on with her emerald green eyes. However Hari knew that as one of the monster's let out a loud frustrated roar and as it thrashed slightly in the air as it flew, these creatures were becoming impatient... knowing this she put her hand upon the wall and said softly, "it won't be too long now..."

"Heya! Hari!"

Stopping her contemplation, the silent girl turned around and there in the doorway to the room it was none other than her over-sized and often clumsy accomplice, Pete. She was quiet as he walked across the room and said, "I had a feelin' I'd find ya up in here! It's been sometime since we were both last in this spot huh?"

Hearing the question being put to her, she looked away as she turned back to the window again and said, "indeed."

At this one word reply, Pete knew it was to be expected of her and so continuing to smile away, he stood himself beside her as he looked out the window too. Looking into the darkened landscape as the lifeless illuminated city stood under them and the heartless continued to fly around for a few moments, he decided to ask her, "so what made ya wanna come up and look at this gloomy view?"

Listening to this question, Hari simply continued to gaze away as she gave him the answer, "my lady simply declared that we wait... and since that was the case, I decided to come here and make observations of the heartless."

"Oh?" Pete replied thinking that wasn't really much to do for a break and as this thought came to him he asked her, "and have they been doin' anythin' that different?"

At this question the girl was quiet but then closing her eyes she told him, "they are working optimally... which is to be expected."

Hearing this Pete replied to her, "oh well that's good news then I guess?"

There was no response to this comment. Sighing exasperated as the quietness returned, Pete turned his gaze back as he saw one particular item. The couch, remembering that time from a while ago he looked to her again and decided to ask her with a smile, "Hari?"

At the mentioning of her name, the cold girl replied still not changing the direction of her gaze, "yes Pete?"

Seeing that she was listening made him glad as he asked her, "what percentage are ya at for ya recovery thingy?"

Hearing him ask this question, the girl let her gaze linger for a little longer on the heartless before she turned around to look at him. Looking at him with her almost robotic eyes she told him, "I am at seventy seven percent for the recovery rate, this last three percent can be simply regained by-"

"By ya havin' a nap!" Pete declared proudly as he put his hands on his hips.

Pausing as she was interrupted the girl then enquired, "a nap?"

Nodding at this feeling smug that he'd caught her out, Pete told her, "that's right! A good little R and R will get ya patched up in no time flat!"

Looking at him with almost curious eyes Hari repeated, "R and R? What do these two abbreviations-"

However stopping her from asking anymore, Pete grabbed Hari's right hand as he took her across to the couch. Quickly he sat himself down upon the cushiony seats and as he did he patted the spot next to him and as he did he told her, "sit yaself down Hari!"

Seeing the gesture and hearing the 'soft' command Pete had told her to do, the female servant to Maleficent then took her moment before sitting herself down beside him. She sat with her back straight looking on ahead as she once again looked like she was at a formal social event.

Pete looking at her behaviour and seeing she was being the same as ever told her, "ya never learn to just relax do ya?"

Hari looking ahead then told him, "I have not been commanded to do so..." with that turning her gaze to him she asked, "do you not realize this simple procedure I have informed you of before?"

Hearing her say this, it almost sounded as though she was back talking! This surprised Pete and he was amused as he said letting out a small laugh, "no I guess not?"

Hari simply turned her gaze away from him again at this response as she looked away into the distance.

Seeing her do this, the overweight accomplice told her still amused, "you ain't gotta be sore about this Hari."

At this one adjective she looked to him again and explained, "the term 'sore' is not an appropriate word for this, for you already no I do not-"

Interrupting her again, Pete told her batting it away, "yeah! Yeah I know! I get the routine," then looking at he gave her the order, "just relax Hari! I want ya to rest yer head..." with that he patted his knee to give the direction of where she was going to rest.

Hearing the order and seeing what he was doing, the girl was silent but then quick to obey she lay herself across the couch and without a word she put her head upon Pete's knee. As she finished with what she had been tasked with, she asked, "is this sufficient?"

Seeing her do this Pete nodded as he smiled gently and said, "yeah it is... that it completely is!"

There was then a quiet moment between them both again and as it came nothing was exchanged at all... until Pete told her, "ya know I wish ya would just relax properly when ya need to... it ain't no good for no one if ya can't be easy on yaself once in a while."

Hari listening to this sentence replied, "I see..."

Pete hearing her nodded and he was glad to feel her warmth again, for it'd been too long since he and her had had a chance to talk to one another like this... it made a surprisingly nice feeling flower within his heart.

The now lying girl was quiet when she decided to enquire, "is there anything else you require of me?"

At this question Pete asked her a little puzzled, "require of ya?"

Seeing he may not have understood her, Hari rephrased herself, "do you want me to do anything more for you?"

Hearing her ask this question, Pete was quiet for a little but then looking up to the ceiling he told her, "... nah there ain't, I don't want ya to do anythin' more than relax."

Listening to this Hari replied, "I see... so you do not need me to smile for you?"

Surprised that she'd brought this up herself, Pete asked her, "smile?"

Hari didn't respond at the sound of questioning in his tone, but seeing her ask Pete told her smiling again, "nah I ain't gonna be askin' ya to do that..." then feeling somehow she might not understand why, Pete explained, "cause if I did for ya to do it, it wouldn't be sincere and I'd rather see ya smile without me askin' ya to do it."

Listening to this Hari was silent still as Pete finally summed up, "cause back then when I told ya to, I was just upset about the whole sha bang about being separated from ya, and now lookin' at it after givin' meself the time, I can see things differently... I can't just force things to come from ya... but if there's one thing I'm gonna ask ya to do it's this."

Hearing another potential order coming, Hari asked not moving, "yes?"

He then told her smiling gently again, "I'd like ya ta get some shut eye, if ya can... cause I am..." with that he yawned loudly patting his opened mouth before closing his eyes. Then as he moved his shoulders and felt sleep coming he told her, "goodnight... Hari..." with that the loud snores came as he drifted away into the realms of sleep...

Hearing him go into the realms of unconsciousness, Hari with one of her hands on Pete's knee squeezed it gently enough not to wake him as she whispered gently just before sleep came to her too, "Pete..."

Running forth the corridors were now completely barren and empty. Since the incredible event that occurred half an hour or so ago, the knight's that had all been cutting into each other had all vanished! Though there had been stragglers the two of them had to care of, the enormous main army were now nowhere to be seen! Where could they have all gone!? Aqua couldn't believe this... nor could she believe what had transpired before! That power that Terra had demonstrated! It was shocking how he could tear through someone so easily and the way he'd destroyed the corridor! How did he have one? How did he manage to get his hands on-

Suddenly Ventus called out as they both ran on he noticed something! Quickly he got his fellow knight's attention, "Aqua! This way!"

Hearing him the female knight then saw the young boy run down another corridor! Seeing him go she called out to him, "Ven!" With that she chased after him! Running down it she quickly arrived into the meeting chamber that she and him along with Terra had been in so long ago.

However the sight that they were confronted with was terrible!

For the entire room had been ransacked and ruined! The many bookshelves of documents were spread about messily everywhere! Also thrown across and destroyed was the white desk that-

"Your Majesty!" For there their royal highness was, lying against the wall underneath the rich red stained glass window. His head was lowered seemingly unconscious as his long light brown hair covered his face, a majestic keyblade was held in his still right hand, while his left was clung to the left side of his chest.

Seeing him like this immediately Aqua went to his side sick with anxiousness as Ven looked on with horror! Shaking him she called out, "your majesty! Can you hear me! Please respond!?"

At her touch there was movement as the king struggled and winced with pain! Seeing he was alive, Aqua quickly turned as she told her fellow knight, "Ven! Call the matron and the doctor immediately! His highness needs-"

"Ven...Aqua..." Hearing their names being called the female knight turned to his royal highness quickly, she then saw him smiling at her as he said, "you've both managed to return?"

Seeing him speak, Aqua quickly told him, "your majesty! Please don't move! You'll be fine soon! We'll-"

"I'm afraid it's too late now..." the king told her with sad melancholy.

Aqua's eyes were with wide worry as she heard him say this, Ven too became just as distressed as he walked across and asked, "what do you mean your majesty?"

With that hearing the question, the king sadly revealed the answer as he removed his clenched left hand and there it could be seen. The damage that had been done to his heart as glittering white light was beginning to leak from it!
This horrified both of them! Gasping Aqua had covered her mouth as she said trembling, "oh no... no..."

Ven simply stared on with widened terrified eyes, seeing them become like this, the king explained, "I was attacked... an assassin of Xehanort'-s!" He then gasped in pain! He was barely holding on!
Seeing him flinch from the pain, Ven cried out, "your highness!" With that he stood by his side as he sat down next to Aqua.

Hearing who had done this the female knight whispered, "Xehanort?"

The king struggling still replied as he wanted to explain, "yes... this man was sent by his orders... he'd used that which has the ability to trespass into different worlds without the use of a vessel, " with that he opened his left clenched hand and revealed what it was. It was a glittering light turquoise blue glass like shard that spun around slowly in his opened palm.

Realising what it was, Aqua asked the king, "this man was-"

The king nodded, "yes a vessel!... Though he damaged me to this point, I was able to deal him the death blow... but now... it's too late!"

Ven though didn't want this to be true! "No your majesty! Please don't give up! We'll find a way to save you! Me! Aqua and I'm sure Terra will-"

"Terra..." the king spoke, then a small smile coming to his face he asked, "I wonder how he's doing now..."

Hearing this immediately Aqua had to ask, "your majesty? Do you know where Terra is now!?"

At her question the king replied, "I believe... he has gone to the final battlefield... he has taken those quarrelling and stubborn fools there...using the portals of darkness... I suspect he might be trying to persuade them to stop fighting... but I doubt he'll succeed anymore than I was able to..."

Ven hearing this asked, "final battlefield? Where is that your majesty? Where-"

With that the king held the glittering shard out towards both of his knight's and as he did, he told them, "this will take you there... just will it and it shall bring you Terra's side! I'm sure..."

Seeing him handing this priceless treasure to them both Aqua had to speak, "but your majesty! We can't just-"
"Urgh!" The king was upon his last ounce of strength, knowing this he told her, "please take it... I cannot use it myself now... you must bring this terrible war to an end... it is what I ... and all those who live in the worlds want..."

Hearing him say these words, both Aqua and Ven were pained horribly, as they both said their words, "your highness..." "your majesty..."

Looking at his two beloved knight's he asked softly, "are those tears in your eyes? You're both too kind..." then as he said those words his entire body began to glitter and glow with white light and as it did, he whispered with his last words of happiness, "the three of you... will always stand... as my best..." with that his body smashed apart into shards as they glittered and vanished away into the glowing light! Seeing him vanish, they both knew it was truly over! The peace that and happiness they had once all knew... it would never return now...

Ven smashed his armoured fist into the floor as his tears streamed forth! He whispered out his sad frustrations, "Damn it!"

Aqua beside him now stood with the glittering turquoise blue shard in her opened hands, looking at it she too had tears in her eyes, one of which dropped onto the treasure making it glow sadly in the golden light of the stained glass window. It shone for both the knight's sadness amidst the destruction and ruin the royal palace was left shattered in...

Continuing to slumber away as their boat was being pulled, Melody lay against Nozomi's shoulder and arm feeling warm and comfortable despite the icy mists they were both surrounded by. As she breathed in deeply her consciousness was beginning to stir as she felt a shadow come over them both, opening her eyes she asked sleepily, "where...?"

Then she became startled as she saw all around both her and Nozomi that they were surrounded by snow, icebergs and glaciers! They were all spiky, tall and ominous as they hung over them both as they rode through underneath them all! Seeing the environment they were in she was high on alert as she held the green blanket tightly to her and quickly she went to stir her friend awake as she shook her, "Nozomi! Nozomi look where we are! We're-"

However she stopped for she became startled as she looked at her, for in her sleep Nozomi's eyes were leaking with tears! Seeing this she cried out worried now, "Nozomi!?"

At the call of her name, it was then the female keyblader finally awoke and as she did, she looked drained somehow as she asked puzzled, "Melody...?"

Seeing her like this as the tears stained her face, the young girl asked her, "are you alright!?"

Hearing this question, tiredly Nozomi repeated, "am I alright?" Then feeling the tears herself she put her right hand to her cheek and as she did she asked, "tears... why would I be...?" Then as the dream replayed in her mind, more tears came however she couldn't understand what this terrible ache and pain that was in her heart! She tried to speak again as she said, "I shouldn't be..." however she couldn't contain herself as she sobbed strongly. For a single sentence repeated herself in her mind as she saw his sad figure over and over again 'your majesty'...

Melody seeing her do this thought she knew what was wrong as she hugged her gently and told her, "it's alright don't be sad! We'll get your memory back soon! I'm sure we will! So please calm down!"

Hearing her say this Nozomi almost felt like laughing, for the reason for this sadness she'd got was completely wrong! But she did feel comforted despite the situation, so she couldn't really laugh at that moment so instead all she did was smile and say, "thanks Melody..."

Then as their boat was dragged on forwards the two girls came to an even bigger glacier, this one seemed to be even more spiker and crooked than the others... it also seemed to be more ominous. However this one had an opened cave like entrance which they were quickly both taken into which led into the inner heart of the icy spectacle.

As they were being led through the tunnel of the glacier, gradually Nozomi was calming down and finally feeling more in control she told her young friend, "it's okay, I'm alright now Melody... you don't have to worry anymore."

However still uncertain she had to ask, "are you sure?"

Nozomi nodded and then after wiping her eyes with her tears she proved it with a smile and said, "yep definitely!" Then looking around she finally took notice of where they were. Looking at the icy cavern they had now gone into as shades of blue shone in the light she asked, "this place is-"

"Angels!"

Distracted the two girls saw it was Undertow who was talking to them, he had a smile upon his sharp toothed jaws as he announced to them with a fin to his chest as he pointed out proudly, "meet the one and only...Morgana!"

With that looking ahead, both Melody and Nozomi saw an icy altar of some kind and upon it there were various coloured vases, bowls and bottles. There were also various frames which contained faded paintings and mirrors. The objects glittered in the light making it seem very glamourous somehow, but the thing that caught their attention the most was a huge pink coloured shell and as it turned around, a surprised and smiling face greeted them as a female voice cried out, "oh! Welcome my dear ones!"

Seeing this person though inside immediately Nozomi became shocked for as this woman came across towards her and Melody, she saw she was slithering over on black octopus legs which seemed to make up a long living dress! It was clear she was an older woman as she saw her pulled back white hair and aged light green skin with the many spots upon her shoulders.

Looking at her with widened eyes she thought to herself, 'an octopus lady?'

However before she could say anything both her and Melody's boat stopped by the icy ledge this 'Morgana' was on. As they came to a stand still the woman came across to them both as she continued to speak in her sweet concerned voice as she said, "oh don't be shy, come in! Come in out of the cold!"

Seeing her welcoming gestures, Nozomi still felt really unsure about this woman, but she replied, "um... sure, okay?" With that she got out of the boat and in turn Melody followed behind her.

Morgana glad to see them follow smiled as she approached her pink shell again, Nozomi in the meantime had to move her hand to her mouth as she whispered to Melody, "this is way different than I was expecting!"

Melody nodded as she whispered, "yeah I know! Amazing isn't it?"

However this wasn't exactly the right description the female keyblader had for it, but before she could say anymore Morgana spoke to them both again, "sit! Sit!" With that both girls came to the pink sea shell and as their host sat herself down upon the yellow spongy like cushion in it's centre, both of them did too and surprisingly it was soft and comfy!

Morgana then seeing this added a little something else as she said, "put your feet up!" With that she moved a small block of ice across with a move from her tentacles and a little push of her left hand.

Getting comfy with this block underneath her Nozomi thought to herself, 'good thing I've got my trainers on or I'd be getting cold feet!' But then looking to Melody who she was beside she asked as she saw Morgana fishing for something from the side, "your feet aren't too cold are they Melody?"

Hearing the question her young friend told her, "oh no I'm fine! Don't worry Nozomi I'm-"

"Hungry are you both? I'm afraid all I have is a cold plate," with that Morgana suddenly brought forth a silver platter which had upon it some odd fishy treats. They were a mixture of still purple squids, some green fish on sticks, a squishy something sandwich and a... purple slug burger?

Gulping feeling uncomfortable as she looked at the dishes, Nozomi heard Morgana say, "smelt sickle? Kelp chip? Hush guppy?" With that suddenly one of the purple squid things started to move! Immediately though Morgana stilled it by smacking it with one of the green fish sticks.

Melody clearly also not keen on these dishes replied politely to her host, "uh... no thank you?"

Seeing that she didn't want any the octopus limbed woman turned to Nozomi as she asked her, "what about you my dear?"

Pursing her lips feeling totally put off eating anything, she told her as politely as she could, "uh... no, I'm fine thanks," then as Morgana moved the platter away smiling gently Nozomi thought to herself, 'I never eat anything that's still moving!'

It was finally then after Morgana had put the platter away, Melody decided to get straight into asking her questions, "I was hoping you could help us, " with that she looked to Nozomi as she said, "my friend here has lost her memory."

In response the female keyblader looked saddened again as the felt bad for the deceit, but then she looked on and watched as Melody continued as she removed her locket from around her neck, as she did she asked the question that had started off her quest, "and that you could tell me about this locket? Why it has my name on it?" The young girl then looked very sad as she said, "my mother wouldn't tell me... she just doesn't understand."

With that as she said this Nozomi became saddened again, however before she could say anything Morgana began to speak as she put a couple of her long tentacles around both the girls shoulders, "oh you poor things... you have so many troubles weighing you both down don't you?"

Nozomi not so keen on feeling this sticky thing on her shoulder made a reply as she said, "yeah we both do..." then looking down as her conscience was nagging her again she said, "we really do."

Morgana nodded at this sentence and then she told Melody understanding her plight, "and my dear, you're not the only one with a mother who doesn't understand you... believe me, I know just how you feel."

Hearing this Nozomi wondered how Morgana could understand that? However this wasn't the time time to get deep about the past... but when she thought of her own mother... how could she help Melody with her problems? Or even how was she going to get back to Mickey, Cait sith and Riku? What could she-

"My dear child did you ever consider that it has your name on it? Because it has your destiny in it?" Morgana asked as she gently put a stand of Melody's dark hair back into place with her tentacle. As she did she removed the other one she had around Nozomi's shoulders.

Curious as she said this Nozomi asked, "destiny in it?"

However Morgana had opened up the locket and again the magical and musical imagery began to play again! Dazzled once more as she saw the Merpeople swimming in around the golden palace that was in it's watery and bubbly domain, Nozomi looked on with wide eyes as Melody did the same.

Morgana spoke again as she told the young girl, "you know deep down... you were never meant to be a lowly human, what you are... is something far more enchanting."

Hearing this snapping out of her dazzled moment Nozomi was getting curious at this sentence, she wondered to herself, 'what does she mean by-'

"A mermaid?" A happy smile came across Melody's face at the idea of her becoming such a wonderful thing! However the realness of reality set in as she looked down and said, "but it's not possible..."

However smiling at this Morgana told the girl, "darling! Anything's possible!"

Nozomi was becoming astounded with surprise at where this was leading to! Melody however was becoming quickly delighted as she asked, "you can change me into a mermaid?"

With that snapping up the locket shutting away the music and imagery, Morgana replied, "piece of fish cake honey!" Then looking to Nozomi she added, "and I can do the same thing for your friend here!"

Blinking at this information as it came, Nozomi asked curiously as she pointed to herself, "me? You're talking about me?"

Melody was clearly becoming really excited about the idea while Morgana replied, "oh yeah sure honey! Besides if I remember correctly, you've lost your memory haven't you?"

Hearing this being asked to her, Nozomi quickly began to feel awkward with all this attention on her and so she replied laughing a little unsure, "uh... something like that, yeah?"

Continuing to smile, Morgana told her her some words of wisdom, "well the best way to recover from an episode like is to be with a good friend! I'd say the longer and more time you can spend together the better..." then becoming cunning in her smile she added, "besides I know a little watery exploration does wonders for the mind too!"

Hearing this one word, 'exploration' it was then that Nozomi's eyes widened! If she became a mermaid she could move through this world more easily! Maybe she could find Riku and the others! But then looking to the water again that was around them she remembered the one core problem she had! She couldn't swim! So she answered feeling really uncertain, "uh...well I don't know if I should-"

"Oh please!" Melody begged as she grasped both of her hands, surprising the keyblader she heard her say, "Nozomi! We'll have a great time together! Plus if it's going to help you get your memory back then!"

Nozomi hearing this and seeing the pleading look in Melody's eyes felt struck inside with awe, but at the same time she was still unsure as she said, "yeah I know that it's just..." however looking at her friend Nozomi could feel her wishing in her eyes and touch... then looking at her she could feel one of the other real reasons to want her do this with her. She didn't want to be alone!

So realising this and knowing she had to make some real progress in this world, though she still was uncertain about the swimming aspect... she consented, "okay... I'll do it Melody."

Really glad to hear this her young friend told her smiling, "great! This is gonna be so much fun!" To which Nozomi smiled a little awkwardly as she laughed a little again.

Morgana seeing that both the girls were now ready to proceed got up and said, "wonderful! Now let me fetch a little something!" With that she got up and headed towards a bookshelf beside her pink sea shell chair.

Watching her as she was getting whatever she was looking for from those shelves, Nozomi wondered what it was going to be like? Looking to Melody again she could see she was really excited, under other circumstances she might have been too, but still something inside was-

Then looking up she saw a hole in the ice, it almost looked like a window? Looking she squinted, was there something moving there? What-

"Ah! Here we are!" Turning Nozomi then turned and saw along with Melody what Morgana had brought out.

In her out laid hands there were two bracelets, they were made with black intertwining threads and in their centres were two big dark blue stones! Looking at these two items Nozomi asked, "those are-"

Smiling further Morgana replied joyfully, "bingo! Just slip on these babies and Batta Bing! Batta boom! You'll both be in fin city! Wee!"

Melody astounded asked, "really!?"

In turn Morgana nodded and then she asked, "now stretch out your wrists and I'll do the rest!"

With that said immediately Melody extended out her bare left wrist! Then looking to her friend she told her, "c'mon Nozomi!"

Hearing her call, the female keyblader replied, "oh right okay!" With that she quickly in turn rolled up her own left striped sleeve and as she did, she too exposed her wrist.

With that seeing the girls were ready, Morgana smiled as she moved the bracelets forward and then suddenly as though they had a life of their own, the blue stoned pieces of jewellery wrapped themselves around the girls wrists!

Shocked at this Nozomi cried, "ah!"

As this happened Melody felt something too as she cried out, "huh!?"

Suddenly all at once two huge watery bubbles enveloped both of the girls! Immediately as the two were lifted up and they were rolled up inside of them, the bubbles swarmed and sparkled with magic! As they did below Morgana was laughing manically as she watched the transformation that was occurring!

In the domains of their bubbles both of the girls were breathless with worry! They felt cold all over as their legs moved everywhere with them struggling! But then as they continued to roll within the sparkling tides their worry began to drift away as they became strangely relaxed. Gradually they both took on a fetal position as they hugged their knees calmly, they felt their legs coming together more and more as they rolled on and the surging tide inside the bubble increased! Then suddenly only one thing was swinging in their place! The bubbles glowed brightly with white light!

FLASH!

All at once the magic transformation had ended as the two enormous bubbles burst and turned into a flood of sparkling foam which quickly faded away into nothing!

Feeling strange all over with an odd coolness on her skin, Nozomi asked confused as she felt herself descend in the air, "that was-"

"I don't believe it!"

Surprised Nozomi turned over as she landed and then she saw just across from her, Melody had changed!

The female keyblader couldn't believe it! For there sitting on the ground Melody was still wearing her white vest with the small green ribbon in it's centre. But now she had a long red tail with a transparent pair of fishy fins at the end! She'd become a-

"I'm a mermaid!" Melody cried out!

Morgana seeing she was thrilled cried out, "say it loud! Say it proud!" With that she cackled loudly again!

Splash!

At once Melody dived into the water that was nearby and as she did, she laughed happily then jumping out of the waters making a huge splash she cried out with pure happiness and joy, "I'm a mermaid!"

Splash!

Seeing her go and dive about in the water Nozomi cried out surprised, "Melody wait I-"

However quickly the female keyblader stopped as she saw what had now happened to her! For now she too had a fish tail! It was a long turquoise blue tail, on either side of her hips were two small light pink fins! The fin at the end of her tail was also pink! Then looking at the rest of her, she saw she was no longer wearing her long sleeved shirt or pink waistcoat! Instead she had two long stripy glove like sleeves that went up to just below her shoulders. They had white veils around the tops of them, then she also saw she was wearing something like a bikini top which was a dark blue colour. It also had a pink ribbon that went around neck and was fastened in place by a red gem! Then feeling this surprised she felt her crescent moon locket with her left hand, which was now tied her neck by a black choker! She really had become something unique! She was absolutely startled!

"Nozomi!"

Surprising her as she felt water droplets fall on her the female keyblader cried out, "agh!" Then gasping she saw who it was and recovering she said, "oh hi again Melody!"

Smiling truly brimming with happiness the young girl told her, "isn't this great we're mermaids now! This is amazing!"

Nozomi still not quite as excited replied to her laughing a little awkwardly, "yeah! Yeah it is!"

"Are you ready to swim?" Melody asked her happily.

"Uh..."It was like someone had dropped an anvil inside her head! Nozomi then tried to reply properly, "I think so but-"

However not giving her the time to finish Melody cried out, "great let's go!" With that suddenly she pulled Nozomi across!

As she did this the female keyblader cried out flipping her tail around left and right , "hey! Wait! Slow down Melody I-"

Then once again she looked up to that hole in the glacier and again she swore she saw something moving but then-

"Here we go!" With that Melody dived into the water!

Nozomi being dragged with her by her left hand cried out, "whoa!"

Splash!

With that as both girls disappeared into the water while Morgana grinned on cunningly, then looking up to the hole in the ice. She smiled up to it for inside she saw her benefactor, he was lying against the wall of the ice and as he saw Morgana looking at him he simply nodded to her solemnly.

Grinning seeing that all was going to plan, she looked down at Undertow who asked her grinning himself, "so... what's the plan now?"

To which Morgana told him now sliding into the water gently herself, "we're gonna reel them in some more..." with that both she and Undertow disappeared from sight and as they did, the unknown presence in the walls of the glacier turned and headed in another direction... for he was preparing his own part of the plot...
