Chapter 16-The Attack of the Kaguya Clan
Night...it should have been representing calmness yet it was representing despair
"LORD MIZUKAGE THE KAGUYA CLAN ARE ATTACKING" said The Chunin
"WHAT?!" said Our Mizukage
(Some hours before)
In The Kaguya´s clan coumpond
"Listen all our territory as you know is only a mere 50 square kilometers(1.553 miles) in fact it´s nothing compared to these recent villages but that´s nothing compared to the insult that they have done to us you see according to these Villages those who refuse to join the 5 Great Shinnobi Villagers are weak...weak...WE ARE NOT WEAK WE WILL PROVE IT TO THEM" said the Kaguya´s clan Leader
"Yeah yeah let´s prove it to them" said the Clan Members
"The Plan is simple we will atack Kirigakure at night and kill all of them then we will kill the Water Daimyo and rule all the Land of Water and we will show the others the Power of the Kaguya Clan since for some reason they forgot the time when they feared us" said the Kaguya´s Clan Leader
The Kaguya Clan in the warring states period they were feared for a simple thing their brutality they fought only with taijutsu and kenjutsu altought it´s worth saying that their swords were their bones. They fought quite well in their style yet they didn´t advance and when the villages started forming and groups started to be made to make missions have a better rate of sucess they the Kaguyas kept doing solo missions and when the art of strategy appeared they simply became obsolete for example they were in a battle against the 1st Mizukage and they simply charged foward not caring but the Mizukage had troops hidden on their right and left so when they engaged the Mizukage they found themselfs surround by all their sides except their back side yet the Kaguyas instead of fleeing didn´t care and died fighting to the participated in all Great Shinnobi Wars but each war they tried to attack Kirigakure but to no avail in fact after the Mist defeated them in the Second Shinnobi War the only reason why they weren´t conquered wasen´t because the Mist was in that war in fact they weren´t it was because the 3rd Mizukage after facing the Samurai in the 1st Shinnobi Great War realized that swords were usefull so he was creating the 7 legendary swords and creating the Bloody mist so that strong ninja could be created wich made that the 3rd simply ignore them in fact in the 3rd´s time the Kaguya´s Clan territory was already encircled by the Water Country and was treated as if it never existed in fact the Mist didn´t even consider the Kaguya a threath due to how it was only needed a basic strategy to wipe their armies that and the Village was preocupied with more important things
But the barbaric and pridefull Kaguyas couldn´t accept that the world didn´t fear them no longer so they decided to attack Kirigakure to prove themselfs
"We will get Kimimaru to attack them and remember NO ONE WILL BE SPARED NOT EVEN THE CHILDREEN" said The Kaguya´s Clan Leader
"HEHEHEHE LET´S SHOW THEM LET´S KILL THEM" said The Members
There he was Kimimaru the man who hadn´t no pourpouse in life
"Who is there?" asked Kimimaru
"It dosen´t matter" said the Kaguya´s Clan Leader
"Come Kimimaru" said The Kaguya´s Clan Leader
And so he went to a empty grass field
"Listen well Kimimaru we will attack the Village Hidden in the Mist and you will participate and use your special ability" said the Leader
"But I don´t know what to do" said Kimimaru
"It´s simple just let your emotions flow" said the Leader
Then all of Kimimaru´s clansmen disappeared
The Leader and his followers were ready now they would start their war and the first victimis would be these 11 Gate Guards
"Let´s go" said The Leader
"Halt..." said the Guard before having it´s troath cutted out
"Run warn the Mizukage" said one of the Guards
"Yes!" said the Chunin
"Today you will pay for saying that we of the Kaguya were weak" said the Leader
The Guards got overunned and killed for there was more Kaguya´s then Guards
"Kiri is open let´s go" said The Leader
Then like savages they entered burning down house and killing civilians while the Kiri Shinnobi tried to stop them
"THE KAGUYA ARE ATTACKING THE KAGUYA ARE ATTACKING" said The Chunin while running towards our Mizukage
"DIE" said one Kaguya trying to attack a Kiri Shinnobi
The kaguya members including Kimimaru were fighting against Kiri Nin
"Thunder storm" said Raiga
Then his attack killed 5 Kaguya
Troughout the village all Kiri Shinnobi were fighting the Kaguya while the Genin evacuated the civilians
"LORD MIZUKAGE THE KAGUYA CLAN ARE ATTACKING" said The Chunin
"WHAT?!" said Our Mizukage
"THEY WANT TO DESTROY US ALL" said the Chunin
"MEI GO WITH THE CIVILIANS AND LEAVE KIRI UNTIL THIS SITUATION IS DONE" Said Our Mizukage
"NO I WILL FIGHT" Said Mei
"YOU ARE WITH 8 MONTHS WICH MAKES IT VERY HARD FOR YOU TO FIGHT SO GO" Said Our Mizukage
"BUT..." said Mei
"FOR OUR CHILDREEN GO!" Said Our Mizukage
"Yes my love" said Mei
Then Our Mizukage put his Hat
"Lead me to the Kaguya´s Leader" said Our Mizukage
"Yes!" said The Chunin
While the conversation happend all of the 7 swordsman of the Mist,Team Ganryo,AO,the 3 Jinchurikis,The AMBU including all of it´s subsections like the Hunters and Chypher division and all of Kiri´s Nin and clans like the Yuki,Hoshigaki and Hozuki were already fightning
Raiga,Zabuza,Kisame,Chojuro and Miru were fighting
"My love I never fought that we would be doing this together" said Miru
"Neither did I yet I would lie if I said that I wasen´t enjoying this battle" said Kisame
"People are dying" said Miru
"A tragedy but I am really a fan of fights" said Kisame
"And yet you can be so sweet and calm when alone with me" said Miru
Kisame smilled
"I guess so Zabuza,Raiga and Chojuro let´s make a game who kills the most Kaguya wins" said Kisame
"I like the Idea" said Zabuza
"Me to" said Raiga
"What about you Chojuro?" asked Raiga
"I don´t really like the Idea" said Chojuro
"Always a softy Chojuro" said Zabuza
"It´s just that..." said Chojuro
"Come on have some faith in yourself" said Kisame
"I...Yes I will and I will participate in the game starting now HAMMER" said Chojuro transforming his sword into a hammer and beating a Kagura instanty killing him
"That´s the spirit" said the 3 Swordsman
"Also how are Haku and Ranmaru?" asked Kisame
"Ranmaru is only a academy student yet he wanted to help evacuate the civilians" said Raiga
"Haku is doing the same both are not even Genin yet they want to help the village truly I am proud" said Zabuza
"It´s funny we hated the guts of each others but now look at us working together to save the Mist" said Raiga
"Life truly spins itself around" said Kisame
Now we go to Ganryo´s team
"How are they so many?" asked Junsai
"Apparently the Kaguya have been breding like rabbits so that they can have enough soldiers to destroy a village" said Ganryo
"Then I guess that both of us will have to do that to give Kiri more manpower" teased Suiren
"Suiren really? in this situation" asked Ganryo
"But of course I do like to tease you" said Suiren
Now with the Jinchuriki
"There´s to many of them" said Utakata
"We should go to version 2" said Yugito
"I agree it will make killing the Kaguya´s easier" said Rin
"Then let´s go" said Utakata
Then the three Jinchuriki transformed themselfs and now they were stronger in everything and with the help of their Tailed Beasts they wouldn´t get burned by the trasnformation
Now with AO
"His bones it dosen´t matter how many ninja stars,kunai or slashes I trow or make his bones don´t seem to be affected in fact he is able to manipulate a ton of his own bones and his body is diferent from ours" said AO with his byakugan activated
Kimimaru advanced towards AO trying to strik him but AO was a Jounin and was able to dodge Kimimaru´s attacks
"Lightning Release" said Ao
The jutsu hit Kimimaru who screammed of pain
"ahhhhh" said Kimimaru
"It works the Jutsu dosen´t kill him but the lightning hurts his body if I make the volts stronger I might make him faint but first" said AO
Then AO with high speed kicked Kimimaru to a tree while the boy hited his back on the tree and fell to the ground
"Why do you attack us child?" asked AO
"Because it´s my only pourpouse to live" said kimimaru raising himself up
"Boy quit your clan and come join us we shall give you a greater pourpouse the the mindless killing and savagery of your clan" said AO
"Uh I..." said Kimimaru
Then a member of the Kaguya arrived
"Kimimaru what are you doing attack him" said the Member while also charging towards AO
Both fought but AO was able to slain him
Then he looked and no sight of the Boy
With Our Mizukage
There he was the Mizukage of The Village Hidden In The Mist running atop of the roofs together with The Chunin
"Are we close?" asked Our Mizukage
"Yes!" Said the Chunin
Then both arrived and there he was the Kaguya´s Clan Headmaster surrounded by 10 other members with civilian and ninja corpeses on the ground
"Ohhh look who is it the Head of Kirigakure no sato the Mizukage the 5th to be precise" said the Kaguya Clan Leader
"The Kaguya Clan Leader tell me why attack us who did nothing to you?" said Our Mizukage
"Because you dare to tink that we were weak SO MUCH SO THAT YOU THE GREAT NINJA VILLAGES IGNORED US AND TREATED US LIKE NOTHING...Like a stupid and easy enemy...NO ONE TREATS THE KAGUYA LIKE THAT" said The Leader
"YOU BASTARDS THE REASON THAT WE TREAT YOU LIKE THAT IS BECAUSE YOU ARE A BUNCH OF SAVAGES WHO ARE BACKWARDS AND YOU PROVE THIS BY KILLING CHILDREEN YOU MONSTER YOU WILL ALL PAY WE WILL END YOU HERE AND DO WHAT WE SHOULD HAVE DONE A LONG TIME AGO CONQUER YOU" SAID Our Mizukage
"Then fight me only with Kenjutsu and we will see who ends you but before you die I want you to know that when we destroy you all we will have a fun time with your wife we´ve heard that she is quite the bombshell" said The Leader with an maliciouse grin
"You are right in one thing my wife is a veeeery pretty lady but if you fools tink that you can touch her you are wrong she will make sure to melt all of you but tell me why should I fight with Kenjutsu against you why should not use Ninjutsu?" Asked Our Mizukage
"Because if you do we will all attack you and your Shinnobi friend but if you are very powerfull then this 10 men will leave and help destroy the Mist but if you accept this fight then this 10 men will stay and will only watch that away you can avoid colateral damage but your friend must also stay here and only watch" said The Leader
"I don´t know if I can keep them all here as I am certain that they won´t overwell me besides it would be minus 10 Kaguya attacking the Village wich it would be very helpfull I must accept" Tought Our Mizukage
"Very well I accept" said Our Mizukage
"Very well then let´s start" said the Leader
"Kill him Leader Sama Yeah obliterate him" said The Kaguya Clan Members
"Good Luck Lord Mizukage" said the Shinnobi
The Leader rushed Our Mizukage with a foward jump ready to pierce his chest but Our Mizukage was no fool and deflected the Kaguya´s Leader Spine Bone blade with his own Cimitar Blade(The cimitar has a very big blade in the end( envios/2021-09-16-000000 go here to see how the blade looked) but it´s guard of the sword had a protection( /co-pt-3869-xx-espadas-coloniais-e-pirata-1492-s. see the first gold sword to understand the guards protection)) and hit the Leader´s face with sword hilt
You see while The Leader didn´t have a Shikotsumyaku as strong and developed as Kimimaru´s it still could allow The Leader to take his vital bones altought it didn´t allow to make his bones who weren´t removed to have the hardeness of steel unlike Kimimaru´s Shikotsumyaku that allowed even his untapped bones to have the strengh of steel
While Our mizukage and the Kaguya Clan Leader fought there was a man watching all of the chaos
"It has already Kaguya,this ridicolouse clan sees in battle the only motive for it´s existence,they don´t have any other motive of interest in the world,in the past it´s simplicity and taste for massacres brought them big benefities but now the times have changed,who tries to face firm leadership organizations resorting only to brute force is nothing but an idiot headed for extermination" said the Man
"Hmm that kid looks interesting phearps I might recruit him" said the Man
This man his name was Orochimaru once a Leaf Shinnobi now a traitor he was seeing all and he looked at Kimimaru and liked what he saw who knows phearps he could use him as a host
Our Mizukage striked the Leader at the leg cutting
"It´s over Kaguya" said Our Mizukage
"Hrrr no it isn´t" said the Leader
Then the Leader took a seringe with a weird purple liquid and ejected it
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHR" screamed the Leader
"What?!" said Our Mizukage
The Leader was bigger,more muscular and in a state of fury basicly he was a giant musclar monster and this as to an such extenct that Our Mizukage who as 1.85m(6.06 feet or 6.1 if you round the number) and was a bit more musclar then Kisame seemed like a short and not musclar man
He charged towards Our Mizukage but Our Mizukage dodged yet the Leader kept charging and after a while he was able to punch Our Mizukage in the stomach
"AHHHH" said Our Mizukage
"LORD MZUKAGE" said The Chunin
Our Mizukage fell to his hands
"DIE MIZUKAGE" said The Leader holding a two bladed two handed bone axe
He couldn´t he had to protect his village so with pain he dodge the axe using a roll to the left
He then pierced the Leader arm
"AHHHHH" sceamed the Leader
The Leader tried to swing the axe to decapitate Our Mizukage but he lowerd himself and the charged piercing the Leader stomach and
"I AM THE MIZUKAGE AND TODAY YOU KAGUYA WILL PERISH" said OUR Mizukage then he decapitated the Leader
The other 10 Kaguya were shoocked and angry so they decided to charge towards Our Mizukage
But he and the Chunin made quick work out of them and went to fininsh the rest
So they tried to find the other Kaguya only to witness Tsurigi,Utakata´s sensei Harusame and some AMBU killing the Kaguya like they were nothing
Tsurigi he was the second in command of the AMBU after AO he was skilled and generaly a nice guy
Harusame he was Utakata´s Sensei and had a good philosophy of a life being important in fact he was a christian he tought of removing Saiken from Utakata due to tinking that it would be a burdeen to Utakata but he saw how Saiken and Utakata were friends so he gave up the is really suportive of the marriage between Yugito and Utakata as he tinks that Yugito is the perfect woman for is okay in relation to Rin as in the beggining he didn´t trust a Leaf Shinnobi but gradually came to accept her as a Kiri is the best with Fūinjutsu in KiriThe AMBU once they were divided in 6 subdivisions:
1.-The Regular Ambu
2.- The Protection Unit 3.- The Hunter-nin 4.- The Mūn 5.- The Investigation Unit6.-The Cypher Division
The Regular AMBU was created to do the AMBU work like high level missions,assassinations etc. They didn´t suffer a severe change with the change of regime only making the age that is permitted to join to pass from 13 to 18 as Our Mizukage didn´t want childreen doing and let´s be honest fucked up work in the new Kiri era they operate normaly as they once did in the Blood Mist since their work stayed "normal" (for AMBU standerds) troughouth the times and they were created in the 3rd Mizukage´s era by the 4th Mizukage Yagura him being the first Leader with AO being the most recent
The Protection Unit was created by the recomendation of the Elders of the Village after Itachi and Juzo attacked Yagura they were "A specialized unit set to defend the Mizukage against danger, from both inside and outside the village. These were hand-picked, very skilled ANBU who, unlike the traditional bodyguards, kept an eye on the Mizukage from the shadows. This position also incorporated great administrative aspects, as they needed to know everything about anyone who the Mizukage meets, to make sure they're not terrorists or missing-nin trying to harm or kidnap the Mizukage" .Their Leader was Kirasei who isn´t protecting the Village against the Kaguya because he is on a due to the stabilization of the Water Nation and Kirigakure Our Mizukage disbanded them and incorporated the members into the Regular AMBU and if Our Mizukage feels that he needed bodyguards we can just go to the regular AMBU and pick some and now the protection unit can be more useful by using themselfs to help the regular AMBU instead of doing nothing
The Hunter Nin were created in Yagura´s Reign by Yagura himsef they were and are a "are a special team within Kirigakure's ANBU, given the specific duty of hunting down missing-nin. They kill their target, taking the head as proof, and then completely dispose of the body by using various methods, such as cremation or the summoning of wild carrion crows to devour the corpse. This is done in order to make sure the village secrets which a ninja's body holds — such as chakra types, herbs eaten, ninjutsu, special medicine, and kekkei genkai — will not be revealed to outsiders." but the situation of the return of a lot of missing Nin to Kiri made them less important still they continue to be a sub-division altought Our Mizukage as introduced reforms like making them try to settle things by diplomacy and make them try always to use non lethal force with letal force being the last ´s Leader is Tsurugi and as it was said they are almost irrelavant but Our Mizukage recognized that they might be needed to hunt some threath so he decided to allow their existence and to let them focus in their special trainning(not that the regular AMBU training isn´t special but this one is more special to their needs of hunt)
The Mūn they "were originally created by the water daimyo to control the various mob wars within Kirigakure and Land of Water as the civil wars in the land of water,high corruption and loss of control by the Water daimyo over some parts of the country made criminals rule the they became corrupted over time, controlling the criminal activity depending on how much money they received from the were a very isolated group, and communicated little to not with other divisions or units of the Military."The Daimyo gave control of the The Mūn to Saizō Terumī a member of Mei´s Clan the Terumi clan in fact togheter with Mei they were the only two members of the clan as the rest were wipped out in Kekegen Kai purge(as the reader should know before Our Mizukage and after the 3rd Mizukage the Kekegenkai user weren´t that apreciated by Kiri and the Land of Water(for a example go to chapter 2 when Our Mizukage at the time Our Shinobi and AO see a woman killing an Yuki Clan Old Man)) but Saizō Terumī corrupted The Mūn so after discovering this Mei asked Our Mizukage to allow her to gather some AMBU and let her destroy The Mūn and Saizō Terumī as Mei refused to accept and allow a member of her clan doing evil things so after toghter killing The Mūn AMBU she Mei Terumi finished Saizō Terumī using her two Kekegenkai´s to melt the body of the the extinction of the group Our Mizukage with the permission of the Water Daimyo has created the Land of Water police an organization that respond´s directly to the Daimyo they tanks to trade have an mixture of samurai and crusader armor using crossbows for the archer division and Two Handed katanas or Mediaval two handed swords for the infantry division (How the Land of Water Police looked like it´s an AI generated Image that I requested the AI to make...look at the 4th picture of the man with the helmet to see how they appear and imagine that they had grey iron gloves) they are composed only of normal man this meaning man that aren´t shinnobi altought they are taught by Kiri Shinnobi in how to use their weapons being the swords and crosswbows and for a non Shinnobi unit their are very good at kenjutsu and Kyudojutsu(the art of the bow) and they don´t know how to use Chackra as that would be to costly to teach the higher ranks of the unit sometimes train with the 7 swordsman of the Mist and it´s Leader Supuringukatto(the cut of spring)(How Supuringukatto looks(Supuringukatto is the second man in the first line in the right or if you preffer the image on top of the man with the helmet)) has even trainned with Our Mizukage in fact he is the strongest man of the unit and know for it´s kindness,justice and honour.
It should be noted that a normal police would have a ton of dificulties to defeat a Genin and that Supuringukatto in the best of his days and at peak performance would only be able to defeat a normal Chunin this means that altought the unit was able to defeat tons of mobs proving that against normal enemies they are good they would suffer against Shinnobi.
It´s also important to know that the Land of Water is now a nice place to live as the daimyo did all he could to make the goverment present at all of the Land of Water islands to make sure that the people will have goverment assistance and to prevent new mob bosses to rise
This police became infamouse when they defeated and imprisionned Tenzen Daikoku the biggest of crime bossesThe Investigation Unit were and are a "division designed to continuously gather information about the other villages, Kage and infamous missing-nin, in case of war or assassination." this unit didn´t suffer an attenution like the hunter nin due to their extreme importance,they are the best at gathering information and work very closly with the Cypher Division as they gather the intel and the cypher division decodes the information their leader is Torejāhantā who was also in a mission making him unavailable to help defeat the Kaguya
The Cypher Division they are the ones who decript information and trasmite the intel troughout the Land of Water normaly Shinnobi escort the Shinnobi to guarant safety specially outside of the Land of Water their Director is Miru
Now to finish it´s worth noting that
1.-the Sub-divisions of the AMBU are just that parts not diferent AMBU meaning that altought they have their Leaders all of them respond to AO who is the Leader of all of THE AMBU in fact this leaders only exist to help manage the AMBU
2.-The Land of Water police aren´t part of the AMBU rather they are an independent force that his controlled by the Daimyo
3.-In case of a conflict the betwen the police and shinnobi a special cort created to resolve this probelm will say who as the reason and their have 5 judges and when a simple majority is achieved meaning 3 judges say one thing it´s the resolution of the case if thre is a stalement the judges should all agree in wich "ad hoc"(for a single use) judge should be a 6th judge to break the tie if the judges can´t decide then a random 6th judge will be picked by the trowing of an game dice by the Water Daimyo in a list of all of the Land of Water judges and where the dice lands it shall be thre 6th Judges are choosen by the Mizukage and other two by the Land of Water Daimyo with the dice tecnic used to decid the 5th judged where the mizukage and Daimyo pick the same dice and trow it Judges have a 9-year non-renewable(with the exception of the ad hoc 6th Judge who could be a member that has already served) term altought if for some reason all of the Judges have been in this court then they could be relected;if the dice lands on a judge who has already served then the Daimyo and Mizukage must trow it again.
So the Chunin and Our Mizukage decided to help them slain the Kaguya´s
"Lord Mizukage apparently the Kaguya have been breeding like rabbits thus justifing their big numbers" said the AMBU and then imediatly cutting down an Kaguya
"I see" said Our Mizukage
"Water and Lightning style Eletric Water" said Our Mizukage
THEN a wave surrounded the 5 Men and went straight to 30 Kaguya hitting them and electrifing them with suck high volts that they died
"Let´s go" said Our Mizukage
And they went
Some kaguya tried to attack them but...
"Fūton: Shinkūha(Wind Release: Vacuum Wave)" said Our MizukageWith a simple breath he cutted down the Kaguya
(With the Last of the Kaguya)
"Where´s Our Leader?" asked oe of the Kaguya
"Dead" said another Kaguya
"Very well then let´s make sure to take as many of this Kiri Nin as possble with us" said Another Kaguya
"Yeeeah let´s have fun" said another Kaguya
Then the fools got killed by the Kiri Nin who had already encircled them
By morning all the dead had been conted and burried and the reconstruction was being started
"Lord Mizukage 15 Shinnobi 13 Chunin and 2 Jounin have perished combined with 30 civilians and the destruction of 70 buildings all of them were houses" said the Shinnobi
"Very well tank you very much" said Our Mizukage
"Lord Mizukage" said AO
"Yes?" asked Our Mizukage
"There was a kid that I was fighting he had very powerfull bones in fact a ton of jutsu i tried didn´t work due to the resistence of his bones" said AO
Our Mizukage looked with atention he knew of the Shikotsumyaku but could that kid be the one with the strongest manifestation of the Shikotsumyaku ever?
"Where is he?" asked Our Mizukage
"I don´t know he disappeared when another Kaguya member attacked me" said AO
"I see AO tell 20 members of the AMBU to go annex the Kaguya territory" said Our Mizukage
"Yes Lord Mozukage" said AO
(1 hour later)
Kimimaru was sleeping in a tree branch then he woke up
"They are all dead" said Kimimaru looking at the pile of bodies of it´s clan
(Sound of tree leaves being shaken)
"Uh" said Kimimaru looking at Our Mizukage,AO and the 7 swordsman of the mist
"There you are i´ve been looking for you" said Our Mizukage
"Uh" then Kimimaru picked on a bone sword and charged towards Our Mizukage
But Our Mizukage with speed didn´t even allow Kimimaru to try to strike him and pinned him against the trunk of the tree with the blade of the sword in his neck
Kimimaru couldn´t even touch the branch of the tree with his feet
"Tell me boy why did attack us?" said Our Mizukage
"I-I don´t know grr(sound of the hardeness to talk to to the blade in the neck) it grrr it grr IT´S MY ONLY POURPOSE TO WAGE WAR" said Kimimaru with tears flowing trough his face
"uh" said all
"So you don´t have a pourpose" said Our Mizukage
"N-no" said Kimimaru
Our Mizukage took the sword out of Kimimaru´s neck while Kimimaru fell on his butt on the branch
Our Mizukage lowerd himself
"What´s your name?" asked Our Mizukage
"Kimimaru Kaguya" said Kimimaru
"I am (REDACTED) and those are AO,Zabuza,Kisame,Raiga and Chojuro" said Our Mizukage
"Kid do you want to became a Shinobi from here and make this place your home?" asked Our Mizukage
"I don´t know I-I don´t know" cried Kimimaru
