Chapter CCLIV: The Weapon Known As Lachesis Part IX
The aged Magician listening on, had heard all that the young Kagi had to say. For a fair few hours they had discussed many important things while eating various snacks, cookies and drinking many cups of tea together. Stroking his long white beard for a few long quiet moments, he thought over all the information he'd been given and after a little time as the young boy stared up to him, he decided to ask him, "So...? This woman, Rosso? She's been keeping yourself and a friend of yours captive?"
Kagi nodded simply in reply.
"And this friend of yours is her daughter?" Merlin asked the young boy again.
"Yes, she's been experimented on... all the time I've known her," then tightening his hands around his tea cup depressed. Kagi continued on to say, "And probably before that, throughout her entire childhood."
Nodding simply as he heard this, though with a troubled frown. Merlin then decided to ask, "Do you know why this woman is doing this to your friend though?"
Kagi quiet hearing this question, then thought to himself and remembered the conversations that had occurred between himself and her. Then as he reminisced, he revealed, "She told me that she was born to become a weapon... to defeat a man named Xehanort."
Hearing this name, puzzled Merlin repeated, "Xehanort?"
Nodding again, Kagi replied, "Yeah, she said that she was being attuned to this... Fragment thing, and I too have been told I have a power like that, which is what I think has let me meet you here."
Quiet as he heard this explanation, Merlin contemplated a little before he replied, "I see..." Then as that particular name remained on his mind, he said, "Give me a moment" With that he walked to another part of his study and went to fetch something.
Watching him do this, Kagi looking down to his tea cup couldn't help but wonder. Was Hari alright back at the lab? Was she safe? Was Rosso performing even more terrible experiments on her? Also Oliver and the others, he could only hope they'd been left untouched.
As he looked stressed and upset, he shook ever so slightly in his seat when-!
Plop!
He turned with surprise and he saw that the moving sugar pot, had placed cube in his remaining tea.
Blinking as he saw this, Kagi at first said nothing. But after a few more moments, he couldn't help but reveal a small smile and say, "Trying to sweeten the mood are you?"
The pot couldn't obviously reply, but it stood to attention with its spoon over its shoulder. Ready to give him more cubes if they were needed.
Kagi's smile lingered as he stirred his sugar into the tea and said, "Well I don't usually take it this way but... thanks for the thought." With that he began to drink.
"Ah this is it!"
"Huh?" Kagi uttered confused.
He didn't get an immediate answer though, for Merlin was walking over and in his hand was a written letter. The young boy watching him, then heard the master wizard say, "This is a letter I received from an important associate of mine some time gao... it has the report, of the status of the man you named."
Listening to him though quickly becoming puzzled, Kagi repeated, "Status?"
Merlin though didn't explain more, instead he opened up the letter and recited,
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
"To Merlin,
I need to tell you, that much to my horror and shock the world that we knew as the Radiant Gardens is now no more...
I know it is a terrible reality to face, but all the people on that land have surely perished.
This includes sadly my dear friend Ansem, along with all his students and assistants.
I will need to investigate more as time passes, to see if his suspicions about the student he had known as Xehanort was correct.
But if the facts are true and that man is responsible for all the loss and devastation that has occurred. He has payed the ultimate price too and has succumbed to the darkness that tempted him so much.
I will write back to you as soon as I learn more, or another series of events are triggered by this series of events.
Sincerely,
Mickey.

Listening to all this information, Kagi was shocked into silence. But learning this truth he repeated, "No more? Then that mean's that-?"
"The man that your friend is being trained to take down, is no longer of the living world." Merlin informed the young boy.
Hearing this, Kagi didn't know what to think or say. It was simply shock, it was overwhelming for him to know this... but now terribly other people other than his friend had suffered because of this one man.
As he took this in, he had to ask, "...When did that happen?"
"About four or five years ago, as far as I can recall?" Merlin responded.
"That long ago?" Kagi asked.
"Indeed," Merlin answered then he continued on to say, "Now, your friend no longer has such a sinister role to fulfil."
With this revealed to him, Kagi then realised one fact, "She's... free?"
This revelation was too much to take! But... it made sense now, she really was free! If he told this to her, even showed her this letter that would mean-! In seconds the young boy went to get up, to go! But before he could take too many steps. Merlin stopped him asking, "Where are you going lad!"
Kagi was practically rambling as he tried to explain,"I have to get back! I have to tell her! That she doesn't have to fight anymore! I can get her away from-!"
"But how will you get back?" This stopped the young boy, just as he had made it to the closed door. For becoming startled he hadn't thought of that.
Then Merlin standing up proceeded to ask him, "Young lad, when I found you, you were all alone lying in the open grass. If you don't know the means to get back, how will you be able to make it to your friend again?"
Quiet with another moment of shock as he heard this. Kagi's mind raced as he tried to think of something. But then he remembered what had appeared in his room, "But the door... the one I came through, it must be in the woods! It must be to-!"
"Lad!" Halting his hurried actions, Merlin tried to restore some calm and said, "Listen I know you want to return quickly, but until we find that door or even prove that was what led you here, you must take it easy." With that Merlin led the young boy, back into his study.
As he did this, he continued on to tell him, "Now look, I need to make some enquiries and see if I can find out more, about this woman you mentioned named Rosso and see if I can give you assistance of some kind." With that he kneeled down and looked to the young boy face to face and asked him again, "Could you please be patient with me for a little while?"
It was clear Kagi really didn't want to. That he wanted to get back to Hari and save her along with all his animal friends. But... grudgingly he had to admit, he didn't know if that door would work again and what's more, he could be in that forest lost for hours without Merlin's assistance. Irritated he had concede as he replied..." Alright, I'll do that for a bit."
Sighing with relief, Merlin then moved Kagi further in and with that he did as much research as he could. To see first of all, what help he could give the young boy and also learn whatever other information that could be useful to them from Kagi's memories...
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
"I must say lad, you really have captured those moments almost to a perfect T!" Merlin couldn't help but compliment.
Feeling a little humbled hearing this, Kagi then replied, "Well I'm glad you think so, Merlin."
Watching then a montage of images as the young Kagi assisted Merlin, looking through many old books and using various instruments. It was then Riku decided to ask them, "So? How long did it take for you both to do this research?"
Merlin recounting from his own recollections then replied, "Hmmm, well from what I can recall it took us at least a few days..." then as the aged Magician turned to look back at the screen he added, "But on the third night of his stay...we experienced something quite unexpected."
With that he turned back to the screen as did everyone else, to see what this 'unexpected' thing was...
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Kagi was deep in the realms of sleep, resting upon a bed that Merlin had magically prepared for him. The research that the two of them had done together, had taken many long hours and he had tried his best to answer all the questions Merlin had asked of him.
Obviously all this work had tired him out, just as much as the physical work he'd been made to do. But still these days were making his anxiety become worse and worse... he knew he had to get back to Hari. He had to save Oliver and the others... he had to ASAP!
These thoughts turned over and over again everyday in his mind. But in turn these anxieties were creating troubled dreams in the young boy's mind and that night, he was experiencing yet another terrible nightmare.
He was alone and running, the floor beneath him seemed to splash with every step he took. But he felt no cool liquid against his skin, there was just nothingness. That was what he was immersed within a sea of total dark nothingness...
Hating this, he tried to call out loudly. All the name's that mattered to him, he called for his parents. His sister, Oliver... and Hari. But no-one responded to him. No-one was there who would come to me.
This isolation, this loneliness... it was horrible. He didn't want to be alone like this! He had to do something!
Again he tried again to cry out and somehow his voice was able to be heard at last in his dream,
"Someone! Anyone! Is there anyone! Please answer me!"
At first there was nothing that seemed to respond to his calls... this was awful and it made him fall helplessly to the floor onto his knees. This was horrible, why was everything like this now? Was he doomed to be forever alone like this-!
SHINE!
Suddenly ahead of him emerged a silver, white door, from a shining pillar of light. As it did so, Kagi wide eyed uttered, "That door it's-?"
But he didn't linger on his thoughts, for this was his only chance to escape. To get back to the place he needed to be! Running to the door, he cried out with a smile, "Hari!"
But the moment he opened the door... all he saw was grey... a black and grey world.
"Huh?" Looking on at this sight, he didn't understand. What was this place, why were all these strange animal like people there, it looked like something was being created in the centre of an open field but what? He didn't understand this, what was going on!? But as he thought that-!
"Huh! Whoa!"
"Aghhh!"
Suddenly leaping through his body, came two figures! Startled, he backed away in seconds as he looked at them petrified.
Watching them both lay on the ground, he saw one of them was a tall gawky looking dog like person. Then the other one was a young man with spiky hair, staring at them Kagi didn't understand what was going on at all!
But then quickly he heard,
"Hey look! There's the Cornerstone of Light!"
Puzzled, Kagi repeated, "Cornerstone?" For he had no idea what they were talking about. Then unnerving him more, a walking duck person came past him! This was not something at all he was going to get used to!
But watching these three figures, he looked on and saw them make it over to an orb of glowing light in the distance. As he did, he could only assume that this thing was the Cornerstone they were talking about.
Looking on, he saw the spiky haired young man stand up. As he did, he walked over to the stone. Then looking down at himself and all around he asked, "What's going on? Everything's black and white!"
Seeing that this person was as curious as he was about this phenomena too, Kagi though said nothing. For still, he didn't know who these guys were? But again... could they not see him? For they hadn't greeted him or interacted him in any way at all.
Keeping his vigil, he then heard the duck ask, "Hey, this is kinda like...um...uh...?"
Wondering what he was trying to get at Kagi remained quiet.
Then the doggy figure said simply, "Déjà vu?"
"Yeah that's it!" The duck cried out.
Then the young man asked, "Really? Have you been here before?"
It was at this point, the young boy tried to say something to them. But in seconds-!
SHINE!
The vision came to an end...
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Gasping awake, Kagi felt himself sweating. Shaking his head which hurt and feeling his heart throb, the young man didn't understand what had happened. What was that vision he had and-!
"Gee hooseafet!"
Looking he saw that Merlin was now awake and was sitting up in his own bed, dressed in his pyjama robes. As he saw this, Kagi was confused asked, "What's wrong Merlin?"
"That door!" The wizard cried.
"Door?" Kagi repeated confused.
"The door lad! There's a door that's appeared in here!" With that old man pointed to where he was looking to.
Turning to that direction as well, Kagi then saw what the old man had seen. In shock, what he saw was the door that he had seen in his own dream! He couldn't believe it and cried out, "It's here!"
"Here?" Merlin asked, for now he was becoming more baffled.
"The door! The door from my dream!" Kagi cried out, with that he got out of bed as did Merlin and with that they looked at the object and together began their further investigations...
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
"Whoa!"
Hearing Goofy, Donald and Sora cry this out all simultaneously everyone else was quiet. But again everyone looking on at them, they couldn't be blamed for their reaction.
Sora though had to ask Kagi, "You were the one that created the door that took us to Timeless River?"
As this question was put to him, Kagi responded, "Yeah..." with that putting his hand over his heart, he explained, "The power of my Fragment I discovered with Merlin's help... had the ability to create door's of time, based upon a person's wish."
"A person's wish?" Leon asked the young man.
With a single nod, Kagi explained a little more, "Yes... I don't know why, but when someone has a wish to go somewhere throughout the rivers of time and if it's strong enough, my power makes that desire a reality."
With this said to them all, Leon and the rest of Restoration members who were with him. He couldn't help but realise, "So? Is that why you put Kagi further away into your house after the doors of time appeared in the Radiant Gardens Merlin?"
With a single nod, the wizard explained, "Yes... for those doors that had emerged before the King and the rest took care of them, they were all born of wishes I realised of some of the people who are here now."
"Really?" Nozomi asked, then as she did she thought quietly to herself and wondered, "But why would anyone want to go to the sort of worlds we went to?"
"Where did you go?" Yuffie asked her now curious.
Remembering their destinations, Nozomi recalled, "The first was the Pridelands where the lions ruled, then we went to Atlantica which is in the depths of the oceans... then finally it was a place called Treasure Planet, that exists far in the future."
Hearing the descriptions of these areas, it was then realisation came across Leon, Yuffie and Aeris's faces. As it did, Cait sith clued in spying hese reactions and asked them, "Those looks mates, were ya the ones that made them wishes?"
Everyone now really surprised, then stared at the trio wondering what desires they had, that had created the doors. Leon seeing everyone's eyes were on them, he really didn't want to admit what his was, but he didn't want to be bothered by these stares anymore. So feeling a bit awkward he admitted, "...I just wished I could see a lion, because I've never seen a live one."
Zidane hearing this confession from someone who looked so tough couldn't help but mutter under his breath, "Pfft! That's cute!"
Timbre hearing him couldn't help but agree and whispered back, "You got that right!" They were both shot a dirty look from the scar faced warrior.
Yuffie though wasn't bothered at all and simply said, "Well, I remember sometime ago and even now... I've wanted to go to the beach for so long." Then looking to Sora and Kairi who were standing next to each other, she added, "Especially hearing the stories you guys have talked about living there."
With that both sweethearts looked embarrassed themselves. Had they really talked about their home that much in company?
Then Aeris feeling it was only right now to say something did. "Well I suppose the only reason then that the door of time that took you to that futuristic world you described... that was because of me."
Surprised by this, Ody then asked her, "Why would you want a place like that Aeris?"
Hearing this question, she then thought to herself and after she made some considerations she answered, "Well, I wasn't exactly wishing for a precise place, I just made a wish that things would turn out really well in the future... that it would be wondrous, full of marvels and that through our hard work we would truly achieve something."
Hearing her say those words, Kagi then said, "And it's those kinds of desires that my power responds to." With those words, their attention was placed back onto him. As it was, he continued, "Even if the wish isn't exactly precise in where it wants to go, my power will still create a door that matches as closely as it can to what the individual desires."
Riku listening to this then realised, "Now it all makes sense..." with that looking to the monitor again, he then deduced, "And this is what you both figured out eventually together right?"
Merlin then told him, "That's right lad," with that he looked at the montage of changing memories too. Doing this he explained, "What I was able to ultimately deduce was that this particular door that led to the Timeless River, was one I had wished for."
Surprised by this, Sora asked, "You wished for it Merlin?"
"That's correct lad," the old Wizard responded. Then he added stroking his white beard, "Subconsciously though this time, I had asked for a way to assist those in the past and future... so, that was how I was able to secure that door, ahead of Pete's desire in the future."
"Gwarsh...!" Goofy cried out, then looking to Kagi he couldn't help but tell the young boy, "That's some special power you got that Kagi! It's a real blessin'!"
However the young man didn't smile brightly to this. Instead, it was a small sad one as he replied, "I wish myself I was able to see it that way, but..." with that looking to the screen again, he finished saying, "I would learn the hard way, that it wasn't the miraculous promising ability I had been wanting it to be."
Curious about his words then, nobody though thought to ask what he meant. For soon again it would be revealed upon the computer monitor as the next set of memories began to play...
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
After a full day of learning what they could about the door and seeing where it led to, Kagi couldn't help but exclaim, "Wow! I really do have a special power!" Feeling excited again in so long, the young boy couldn't help but say, "And it's something I can use to get everyone out! I can save Hari and the others, I can-!"
"Hold on lad!" Merlin told the young boy, for though he was glad his young friend was happy he had to inform him, "This power to traverse time cannot be used so lightly, if you tamper with it's fabrics too much, you can cause undue harm to many people and many worlds, do you understand this?"
As this was said to him, Kagi became quiet. But as he did thinking briefly he replied, "Of course I do understand that but-!"
Looking at him then sternly, Merlin asked him, "Do you...lad?"
Seeing this critical look being directed to him, Kagi was quiet looking uncertain for a moment. But quickly added with annoyance, "Yes I do!" With that he told the old man, "Look I'm only going to use it to save my friends and take them away from that horrible laboratory! I don't have any intentions to use it to mess up time! What's wrong with me wanting to save people?"
Merlin understanding this plight though had to tell him, "Nothing lad, but you have to remember this, don't be careless with power, be cautious with it... otherwise it can lead to detrimental consequences."
With that looking at the door that had been created for him, he continued on to say, "And I don't want it to affect you nor your friends, nor others..." with that he told him, "So, I propose that you lead your friends back to this place, bring them here and I'm sure it should be safe for them."
Blinking as he heard this, Kagi asked the aged wizard, "What? You're willing to help us Merlin?"
With a single nod, the old man told him, "As much as I am able to," then walking to another part of his study he told him, "Now come, I will give you some instruments and tools that should help with your escape plans, then afterwards I will take you back to the forest where your door is."
Brightening as he heard this, Kagi then told him, "Great!" With that the young boy followed him and together the two began their preparations for the rescue operation.
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Finally, it was time for Kagi to return to his own world. With a backpack now on him, he was standing before the very same entry way he had used some days before. Turning to look behind himself, he looked to his helper and told him with a smile, "Thank you Merlin!"
"It's alright lad, you just take care of yourself!" Melin told him.
Kagi nodded, but as he placed his hand upon the sleek white wood. He turned around and asked him, "So you'll secure the door after me right?"
With a single nod, Merlin told him, "Yes, I will wait for your magical signal from the other side before I release the lock."
"Okay," Kagi said with that he went to open the door and before leaving him said, "Wish me luck then Merlin!"
"I will lad," with that he watched the young boy vanish through the door, then quickly he began preparing the spell to secure the door...
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
"Whoa!"
Tumbling out from the other side of the door, the young boy stood up and dusted himself off. As he did, he couldn't help but say, "Man! Do you always have to tumble out every time you use this thing! It's-!"
SLAM!
Suddenly the door behind him was slammed shut and in another moment-!
A great sound of ringing filled the air and in seconds, around the door emerged great gold chains that quickly sealed the door, binding it down so no-one from his side could open it. Gazing on at this dazzling sight as it occurred, Kagi couldn't help but say, "Wow! It looks like the spell worked, no-one can get through it now!"
"Too bad..."
Spooked as he heard that particular feminine tone, Kagi didn't have time to look behind himself for quickly-!
"Agh!"
He was grabbed from behind and his arms were secured, as he was tried resist crying out, "Hey! What're you doing! Ow! Let go of me! Let-!"
"Yoink!" Quickly the backpack he'd been given by Merlin was yanked immediately away from him! As it was, he looked on with horror as he saw one of the terrible researchers who had bullied him had taken it!
As he looked at the young boy he asked him, "Missin' this are ya?"
"Give that back! It's mine-!" Quickly Kagi was cut off as someone had grabbed him by the chin. Being forced to look up by a sharp nailed hand, he saw that the person doing this to him, was none other than Rosso herself!
Shocked seeing that she was there right in front of him. Kagi shivered in fear, but the sinister woman herself only smiled down and asked him, "It seems you finally have awakened, am I right Kagi."
The young boy was trying his best to avert his eyes away from her. He couldn't believe it! He'd been found out so quickly! He had no opportunity to prepare for anything again! He was-!
"Ow!"
Being forced to turn back to her again by a sharp grasp, he flinched from the sharp stabs of her nails, as he was he heard the woman say, "You performed even better than I could expect, I will have to give you a token of thanks." With that she leaned into him and-!
"Urgh!"
Kagi felt the awful uncomfortable sensation of his cheek being kissed by the horrible woman! Then after a few moments, she released his face with a chuckle.
Feeling absolutely creeped out and disgusted, the young boy would have given anything then to have a basin to wash his face clean of her awful touch!
Not caring in the slightest though for his juvenile reaction, Rosso had stood up and making it over to the new phenomenon that had appeared. She then commented, "So? This a legendary door of time is it?" With that she reached her hand to touch it, but in another moment-!
ZAP!
"Urgh!"
"Lady Rosso!"
Hearing one of her cohorts call out to her, she though stilled him in from moving with a halting left hand. Looking to her now right harmed hand which had been thrown away from the protective power of the lock, she could only lament saying, "It seems I have been rejected..." then turning around and looking down at her captive Vessel, she said, "Though it's no matter, for we can simply make other doors with you now."
Kagi angered with her barked back, "Not that easily! I'll get away from you quicker than anything!" With that the young boy squeezed his eyes shut and began to wish desperately with all his might for another door appear! He had to get away from Rosso! He had to save Hari and the others, he had to use the power to-!
…
But try as he might, to use that same power that had been activated before. He found with a horrible realisation that he could no longer make it work for himself now. Seeing this with confusion and panic the young boy cried out, "Why?! Why won't it work! Why can't I make another-!"
"HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!"
Hearing this horrible bout of laughter ring out from Rosso, the young boy felt himself paralyse with fear. As he did, he then heard the awful woman say after she had recovered her icy cold composure, "Oh, my poor child... did you think this power would simply activate whenever you wish it?"
"What...?" Not understanding how she could know something he didn't, all Kagi could do was stare on at her in shock.
Seeing him do this, Rosso though smiling away continued on to say, "You are the Wish Time Maker, your power activates by the wish of others... and it's already clear you've already used your one time chance to make a door for yourself."
His mind racing with a horrible sense of doom, Kagi couldn't bear to process this as he asked, "You mean I-"
"Can make a door of time for yourself only once," with that looking at the sealed door of time again herself, she added, "Though of course it's the same for all of us, only one door for each unique individual...unless one is able to acquire all eight Fragments into one piece."
Hearing this Kagi then realised the amazing power he thought was limitless, was now pitifully so weak. He couldn't do anything for himself now and-!
"But at least you have given me a great opportunity," Rosso said again. With that thinking of the great victory she would soon achieve, she continued on to say, "Soon, soon I will wipe out that disgrace of an existence that is Xehanort!"
Bitter now, Kagi couldn't stand hearing her say this and not bothering to contain himself he shouted, "Xehanort is dead!"
…
"What did you say?"
Hearing her Rosso ask him this, the young boy didn't care for the rage that would come, nor the shocked expressions of the lackey's that held him. Instead all that he did was tell the hated woman what he had learned, "I was told! The man you hate, the one who ruined you! He's dead, he no longer exists in the world! You no longer have anything to eradicate anymore."
Then taking in a deep breath he quickly added, "That mean's you can't use and abuse Lachesis anymore to-!"
"Agh!"
Quickly though Kagi was dragged back and out of his room by Rosso's cohorts and then taken to one of the large windows that was in the corridor. As he was placed in front of one of the large transparent panes, he was told, "You are absolutely incorrect!"
"Tch!"
Locks of his green hair were grabbed from above and he was forced by his captor Rosso to look in one particular direction and told him, "Look at the forces he has sent to take my domain!"
"Huh!?"
There in the far distance of the borders of the city, he could see fleets upon fleets of white monstrosities advancing across the barren land! Seeing these widened shocked eyes, he heard Rosso tell him, "That man has come to take back what I stole from him long ago, he aims to eradicate all that I have created with his armies of Nobodies!"
Kagi though didn't understand! How could this be?! How could a man who was dead be controlling those horrible monsters!? Just what-!
"But now... thanks to you, I will have the means, time and space to thwart him!" With that looking down at her terrified captive, she told him, "That man is a far more despicable and undying parasite that you will ever know compared to me!"
With that she released him and commanded her cohorts, "Take him away!" With that they did just that.
Kagi though couldn't think of anything to do or say then... he had nothing now to-!
However surprising him, walking on beside him it was none other than Sidolfus who told him with a smirk, "Now at least you will have your wish come true."
"What?" Kagi uttered pitifully.
"You will finally be reunited Lachesis..." with that he accompanied the young boy, to the place where he would at last meet the person he'd been wanting to for so long...
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
"Agh!"
Thrown into a dark cell unceremoniously, Kagi heard then-!
CLICK!
The iron barred door had been locked instantly behind him, as it had he immediately rose up and grabbing the bars he cried out, "Hey! Let me out of here!"
However lackey's ignored him, seeing this he rattled the bars and again cried out, "Let me out! You said I'd see Lachesis! You said-!"
"I did!"
Turning, Kagi then saw again that it was none other than Sidolfus again. Confused Kagi was about to ask what he was playing at when-!
"Kagi?"
Shocked he heard her familiar voice sound from something. Looking down, he saw it was a device where there she was staring at him from the window of a digital tablet screen.
Seeing the shocked look that was now on the young boy's face, he heard Sidolfus tell him, "But I never said you would meet each other face to face..."
