Chapter CCLXXII: The Palace of Alexandra Part XV
Aching as he was pushing himself to move forwards, Pete was finally making it to the hole in the glass, "Now yer gonna get it!" He muttered mad!
Then with his massive weapon held above his head, he shouted loudly, "Look out here comes the payload!" With that he threw it straight down as he aimed it as his target!
He grinned smugly, thinking it would be great when Xehanort would get his-!
But suddenly his faded into the darkness and his overweight body fell through the hole too...
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
GLOW...!
As Reeve's form began to break down into glowing yellow shards, Nozomi felt tears come to her eyes. They'd lost another one! Another of their friends and now-!
"Agh!"
Then she heard another voice cry out, it was "Cait sith!?"
Looking on she saw to her horror-!
GLOW!
He began to glow with the same light! He too was beginning to break down into shards of yellow light too!
As he saw this, he uttered, "Darn it lads... looks like I don't have...too long left either!"
"No!" Nozomi cried out, this was horrible! What were they supposed to do now to-!
"Look out here comes the payload!"
Hearing this loud announcement as Reeve's body continued to break down, a giant block of marble fell from above and struck straight down onto Xehanort!
"Urgh!"
Seeing him plummet down, Nozomi and Timbre couldn't believe it!? Quickly the female Keyblader cried out, "Where the heck did that-!"
Then with shock they both saw with alarm Pete fall through the glass! His massive form was helpless as he plummeted down!
"Oh no!" Shocked quickly Nozomi and rushed forwards to catch him! As they did, she asked, "Timbre can you catch him?!"
"I'll try!" With that he cast his power and quickly Pete's whole body glowed all over with purple light! His descent was stopped immediately!
"Thank goodness!" Nozomi cried out, then as she did she let go of Timbre who continued to hold Pete with his power. But now, "We've got to do something! We've got to help Reeve to-!"
"You're not going to help anyone!"
It was then the small party saw that coming to take them down now, it was none other than Rosso! She grinned at them menacingly as she decreed, "You're all going to be mine!" With that she aimed her burning Keyblade at them all!
Nozomi and Timbre were terrified! They had barely much power left! If they fought now, they'd be-!
"I've said this before...!"
Shocked hearing this voice, it was then they saw above them Reeve and with his disintegrating hand aimed at the dangerous woman, he told her, "You neither of you can have them!"
SHINE!
Suddenly Rosso's whole body was quickly encased within a shining yellow shield! It was an impenetrable bubble, proven when-!
SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH!
None of her blows were able to make a dent that protective power! Angered the woman cried out, "YOU!"
Reeve though with the last of his power moved his hand quickly-!
"AGH!"
She was cast down below into the shadows of the forest! Seeing him do this, Nozomi and Timbre both cried out, "Reeve!?"
As they both flew up to him, it was then Timbre asked him, "Is there anyhing we can!? Can we stop this?! Can we-!"
Shaking his head as the Unlocking process continued to eat away at his body, he told them, "There's nothing...either of you can do..." With that he pointed to the hole above them all. Doing this, he then said finally, "You all must heal!"
"Heal?" Nozomi asked him.
Reeve didn't answer her, instead he turned to his other half and asked him, "Cait sith... lead them to the Crystal Spring..." then as he grimaced in pain, he asked, "Can you do that?"
"Aye...least I can do... as a last favour." The small cat joked as he continued to break apart.
Shaking her head though Nozomi told him mad, "Don't say last! I don't want you to-!"
"Nozomi c'mon!" With that Timbre pulled on her arm and with that he began to float up, carrying Pete with them. As he did he urged her, "We have to go!"
"But-!"
"Lass...!" Feeling the anger in his voice, Nozomi stopped and then she heard him say, "This ain't no time to..." He couldn't finish his sentence though and seeing the pain he was in too from the Unlocking. Nozomi was hurt deeply, her eyes were tearing up... but she nodded though in understanding.
With that they all floated on high and as they did, Nozomi looked down to Reeve and as she did, she saw her friend's Knight smiling up gently to them despite his pain. This was the sight she was left with as they escaped through the glass window and his body finally gave in and became the Fifth Fragment that flew down to it's new Master...

Still trapped within the shining yellow protective bubble, angrily Rosso cried out mad, "Disappear! Vanish! Fade away!"
SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH!
The bubble though didn't give into her demands and seeing this, rage fuelled Rosso's being and is it did, she radiated with vibrant red energy! It sparked all around her and as it did, she shouted, "LET ME OUT NOW!" Then suddenly-!
CRACK! CRACK! CRACK!
The bubble around her cracked all over as broke apart and in another moment-!
SMASH!
It was blown apart as it completely vanished! Seeing this, Rosso wasn't even shocked, she was simply irritated as she spat hatefully, "Finally!"
With those words, she called upon her wings and was getting ready to take off into the air as she said, "Those irritating Vessels are-!"
"The best aren't they?"
Shocked hearing this, Rosso turned and there she saw appearing from the thicket, Xehanort. He looked slightly unkempt with some leaves in his hair and scuffed, not just from her attacks but from the unexpected heavy load that had been dumped onto him.
Rosso looking at him was quiet, then she said with a bitter smile, "No, but they are better when having to look at the disgusting sight that's you."
"Oh harsh!" Xehanort joked. Then doing so, dusting himself off he told her, "It's no wonder you were never be able to keep a good standing with others! That's how it all became mine!"
This irked Rosso immediately, then as her power radiated violently around her again. She decided, "I'm going to kill you first before I claim what's mine!"
"Go ahead then!" Xehanort told her, his arms wide and open to her, welcoming a challenge.
With that the terrifying duel between the two villains began once more...!

"There lads...over there!"
Following Cait sith's directions, Nozomi and Timbre followed his instructions as Pete was brought with them floating behind still unconscious. As they did, they came across a golden door that seemed to be decorated with green and blue jewels, it was stunning!
But they had no time to observe it, instead they pushed on through. There they discovered a more amazing sight!
"Whoa!" "Amazing!"
Neither Timbre nor Nozomi could believe the sight they were seeing. For there in the room, it looked like a chapel decorated with various rich white marble pillars and elaborate painted blue and green tiled walls. But more than that in this lustrous centre was an unexpected sight.
"Is that... a crystal tree?" Nozomi asked for she'd never seen such a sight before.
For there in the centre of the room, was a huge crystal like object that definitely resembled a tree, the way it glistened though with emerald light, there was no way it was something merely decorative as the floor beneath it was a huge pool of tranquil blue water.
"It's...a Myrrh...tree" Cait sith uttered as he struggled to speak. Hearing him as they approached it, they then heard the crowned cat tell them, "An ancient treasure, it's waters... got healin' abilities, it'll fix-!"
Seeing him flinch in pain, Nozomi cried out, "Cait sith!" Then looking to the water she told him, "Hang on!"
With that she rushed on ahead, "Hey wait up!" Timbre then followed behind pulling Pete's limp floating body in the air with his power!
SPLASH! SPLASH! SPLASH! SPLASH!
Running straight into the water, almost tripping over herself, Nozomi knelt down in the water and holding Cait sith in her arms, she told him as her mask fell back so she could see him, "Here this will heal you too! You'll be okay Cait sith! You'll-!"
"I won't lass..."
"What?" Stopping in her tracks as she continued to hold Cait sith in her arms, the water wrapping him in it's soothing blue and her too, she could feel it restoring her. Why couldn't it do the same for him?
"Me existence is...dependent on Reeve," with that holding up his gloved hand up to her, he saw even that was beginning to disappear too as it did, he revealed to her, "Without him... I'll gonna turn back into nothin'!"
"No! No!" Then holding him close to herself cradling him close, her tears poured out. She was trembling as she begged him, "Please don't leave me too! I don't want to lose anyone else! Cait sith please!"
"Ha ha..." Chuckling hearing her say this, Cait sith felt himself couldn't but whimper too, "I don't want to...really lass." Then putting a hand to her cheek, he told her, "I'm scared ya know, that...I'll never see any of ya again!" Then as he felt a huge pang of pain that made him gasp, he said, "I don't wanna say goodbye!"
Nodding, Nozomi told him, "I know, I know...I don't either!"
Gasping, now knowing these were his last few words he could say, Cait sith then told her, "Ya just gotta... ya gotta win then!" With that he told her, "Blast them creeps! Get our Fragments back..."
All Nozomi could do was nod hurriedly, she was beyond words of sorrow as Cait sith's body was flickering in and out of existence. Like a faint dying light...
"I'll be countin' on ya...be seein' ya...lass..." Then with those last words, Cait sith's body completely faded and in another moment-!
SHINE!
It disappeared into a sparkle of light as Reeve's beloved creation faded from reality, in seconds looking into the air as this light faded...
"NOOOOOO!"
Crying out loudly, Nozomi was left crying in total tears breaking down into a mess of sorrow! Soaking wet in the healing waters of the Myrrh tree, then in another moment-!
SPLASH! SPLASH! SPLASH!
GRAB!
Suddenly Nozomi felt arms come around from behind her, as it did she felt someone shaking in pain in too. She didn't have to ask who or why, as she saw his clawed hands she saw that it was Timbre.
Feeling his warmth as she trembled too, she heard the Pink haired Sphynx tell her, "I'm sorry, I'm so sorry...!"
Nozomi though couldn't say a word then, all she and him could both do was cry at the losses they had both suffered. Of a sister and two dear friends, although the drooping crystal tree and it's waters were healing them... there was nothing that could ever repair the terrible pain of loss they were both suffering...

"FIRE BLASTER!"
BLAST!
Rosso unleashed her scorching red power! As she did, it struck her target fast and furiously! He couldn't avoid it and smirking with blood thirst she told him, "You have no chance against my power!"
"You believe that do you?"
Surprised to hear him say this so calmly amongst the dark depths of smoke she'd left him in, Rosso though didn't allow him to see this as she disguised it with irritation, demanding, "What're you talking about?"
"I think you're forgetting about the powers I now hold, thanks you my new acquisition." With those words the smoke from Rosso's attack finally cleared and as it did, Xehanort finally displayed his own Fragment he had obtained.
Seeing it's beautiful yellow glow, the sight of it filled Rosso with utter unease as she realised, "The fifth, that means-!"
"Yes, I have the shield!" Xehanort told her and in seconds, he quickly absorbed it into his chest and said, "Now that all of it's existnce has finally returned into one form, I think it's time for you to have the full taste of it!" With that he brought his own horrible Keyblade forward with his right hand, as his left shone with the yellow light of the protection magic of the Fifth Fragment!
Rosso knew that the Fifth was the total opposite to her own Daughter's Fragment, this would mean that their powers would cancel out against each other. But she wasn't going to miss this chance to beat her enemy down and so disregarding that fact from her mind, she spat, "Protection or no, I'll rip you to shreds!" With that the two of them began to viscously attack each other!

"Urgh...darn it!"
Finally moving to get up, Pete shook his head trying to get rid of the headache he was feeling. As he did, he couldn't help but ask, "What did clonk my head on this time? What-?"
…
It was then he became quiet as he heard the sounds of sobbing. Confused by this, he looked around himself and saw the place he was in, looking around he asked seeing the state he was in, "How'd I get here in this place all wet with a...tree?"
However no-one was there to answer him as Nozomi and Timbre was still in the midst of their tears, seeing this Pete was becoming annoyed feeling his strength restored he got up and walking over he asked, "Hey! What're you two dumb dumbs cryin' for! Are you both forgettin' what we're up against here?"
As this question was put to him, Timbre pink eyed from his tears looked at Pete was anger and told him mad, "Shut up you dumb fatso! You don't even remember...you wouldn't understand."
"Hey them be fightin' words!" Pete told Timbre mad, he was ready to sucker punch him for that comment when-!
BLAST!
Spooked Pete turned around and asked, "Just what the heck is-!"
SHAKE! SHAKE! SHAKE! SHAKE! SHAKE!
Then the floor beneath them rumbled and shook! As it did, it was nearly enough to unbalance the former lackey as it splashed the water in the space.
Turning back to look behind him, remembering Rosso and that weirdo who'd come out of nowhere he realised, "Oh darn it! That old bat and that creep are havin' it at each other aren't they!?"
Rubbing his eyes trying to remove the stinging his tears had brought them both, Timbre told him, "Of course they are... but now there's nothing we can do is there?"
Shocked to hear this, Pete didn't get it and to ask, "What? What do ya mean there's nothin' we can do now?"
"What do you mean what do I mean?" Timbre told him, then mad he practically shouted, "Look us! We're all that's damn left here! We haven't got the firepower anymore... we...we've lost nearly everyone!" Timbre then felt more tears come and the terrible stinging returned.
Hearing this, Pete's ears drooped down and as they did he uttered simply, "Oh..." He felt bad, he could see now something really terrible had happened to Nozomi and Timbre, he couldn't imagine what. He didn't know what to say. There was then silence, everything looked hopeless then. Mickey wasn't there with them nor the other heroes who'd been knocked out cold or been struck by Maleficent's power... they really were all alone.
There was nothing he could do as a dumb crony to a witch... what he could he possibly do?
"Just keep being yourself and try your best."
Suddenly Hari's words from sometime back came back to him and they did, he remembered some more of what she said,
"That's all you need to do and you will always find something that only you as an individual can accomplish."
Hearing her words in his head, he gripped his fist and his determination rose straight back up! As it did, he told Timbre, "Nah I don't believe that! We just gotta keep tryin' our best here!"
Timbre looking at him with total dismissal uttered, "What're you talking about!"
"Ya heard ya runt! We can't be quittin' here! We got people who are dependin' on us! We gotta just do what's the best with the three of us here!" Pete told him.
"Us three?" Timbre asked, then laughing at Pete he told him, "What the heck do you think you can accomplish! We haven't got the power with just us two to take them down we-!"
"You won't have nothin' if ya keep wallowin' in yer own miseries! We gotta find a way to beat that creep down and to get Hari back once and for all! I don't wanna give up to either of 'em! Do ya think the rest of yer pals do!?"
Shaking hearing the mention of them, Nozomi who'd remained quiet her arms down by her sides, she finally uttered, "Our friends?"
With that she thought of Mickey, Riku. What would they say to them then?
"C'mon fella's chin up! Yer not alone here! There's gotta be somethin' we can do!"
"Didn't you say you wanted to grow up to be someone strong and reliable? C'mon, get up! You can do something...I believe in you!"
Shaking hearing their voices in her head, Nozomi uttered, "Guys..." then the last voice that came to her mind was-!
"Crikey lass! Don't be a crybaby here! Didn't ya hear me! I want ya ta Blast them creeps! I'm countin' on ya y'know..."
Gripping her right hand tightly almost to the point of digging her nails in, Nozomi got up and taking a deep breath, to try and chase the sorrow away. She did the one thing she knew that Cait sith would do to her then...
"Ow..."
Turning around, ceasing their fighting for a moment, Timbre and Pete saw Nozomi was doing something unexpected. She was pulling down on her own hair on one side, as she did this she simply uttered with a sad chuckle, "That hurt."
Staring at her puzzled, Pete asked her, "What're you doing?"
"Getting my act together I guess," With that she turned around and taking some more deep breaths. She walked over to Pete and said, "Thanks, that'll little speech there really helped."
Hearing praise who was formerly his enemy, Pete didn't know what to think. However he then told her, "You mutts really are in trouble if yer havin' to rely on someone like me for a pep talk!"
"You're telling me..." Timbre told him. However he wasn't fully buying it and so asked, "Nozomi, should we really keep going? There's only two of us left?"
Cough! Cough!
Hearing Pete cough into his fist with annoyance, Timbre then corrected himself and said," Fine, three of us left who can do something... we don't have the firepower on our own."
Feeling a little saddened hearing this she replied, "Yeah, that's true..." Then suddenly-!
SHINE!
With that shocking everyone and Nozomi herself, her Summon Gem Bracelet shone brightly with light! As it did and she saw this, no-one knew what to think but quickly the female Keyblader realised, "Oh, no...no we're not alone here! We have do have some more allies!" With that bringing her wrist to her lips, she gave it a gentle caress against her cheek telling them all, "Sorry guys."
Seeing this, Timbre felt a warmth seeing this, but he had to burst the bubble and say, "Well that's cute that they wanna help us and all, but how're they supposed to? I mean we'd need an endless source of magic to-?"
It was then he stopped and the three of them realised, looking to the Myrrh tree that they were with and the spring of healing magic... there was something they could do! It was now time for some fast thinking and planning, they only hoped that they'd have some luck on their side too...

"Blazing Arablest!"
BLAST!
Rosso unleashed her destructive powers in a massive wave! It destroyed countless numbers of the enchanted trees that Xehanort had called upon, the Master of Darkness though feeling that she'd go for a direct assault like this simply smirked and said, "How predictable!" Then-!
SHINE!
The force of her attack though couldn't get through the shining yellow magical shield of power he had called upon to protect himself! As it's ferocity quickly dissipated making a smouldering space of ash and embers, Xehanort lowered the shield and told her, "But sadly not good enough!"
"Tch!" Angered, Rosso couldn't stand this! The shield was too good! She'd need to get in close to-!
FLASH! FLASH! FLASH! FLASH!
Quickly again, all the destroyed magical trees started to spring forth again! As they did so, it was then that Xehanort told her, "Now I believe it's my turn!"
With those words the last of the trees had sprouted forth and as they did-!
SWISH! SWISH! SWISH! SWISH! SWISH!
From all corners of the shadows the trees created more and more Heartless emerged! All of them eager for a new heart to devour upon!
Seeing this this irritation, Rosso quickly called upon her parasitic blazing wings again and in moments they came apart from her back! She didn't bother to cry out the attack as they came apart and became countless swords that hacked into and destroyed many of the Heartless that came running towards her.
As they continued to while she wiped them out effortlessly, she taunted Xehanort asking him, "Is that all you're good at doing? Ordering lackeys to do all the work for you?"
"How could I refuse such great numbers?" With that said, the Master of Darkness lifted up his hand and-!
CLICK!
In seconds the monsters all ceased their pitiful attempts at trying to come at Rosso and instead, they all started scurrying straight towards their Master!
Confused at first the evil woman could understand them at first, when she looked at Xehanort. Then quickly with the power of the Sixth Fragment, she quickly realised what it was he was intending! In seconds, she called back her wings and went to rush at him crying out, "Don't you dare-!"
However all her hated enemy did was smile and in another second-!
VOOM!
All the monsters gathered around and seemingly piled on top of each other in huge numbers, like massive colonies of insects making one giant symbiotic living dark mass that all swarmed around Xehanort!
Rosso went to slice them all apart when-!
SHINE!
Quickly the power of the Fifth Fragment activated and in seconds she was thrown back!
"Tch!"
Angered as she landed poised and ready, she looked on angrily at the horrible squirming mass of living darkness as it became tall in height and took on a more human-like shape. Xehanort had transformed himself into a massive Darkside with a giant gaping hole in it's middle.
However looking on, Rosso saw that Xehanort had surrounded it's limbs and torso with the Fifth Fragment. Covering it in yellow glistening armour, it flexed it's claws at hers as it gazed down at her with it's alien yellow eyes. Showing it was ready to engage with her.
However looking at this sight, Rosso only spat out one word, "Disgusting!"
CRASH!
With that the monster unleashed it's attack upon her, crashing it's massive clawed fist down to smash her into pieces!
However she'd avoided this attack and quickly as she burned again with scarlet light, she charged straight at her adversary again as the two monsters unleashed their horrible powers against each other!

"Okay! Okay! This should work!"
Hearing him as she made her preparations, with Pete with her. Nozomi turned around and asked Timbre, "You got lucky, huh?"
"You bet I was!" The pink haired Sphynx replied, with that he waved his hand and showed off his lucky haul, which was a numerous amount of spears floating in the air!
"Whoa! Now that's somethin' there alright!" Pete exclaimed, for even he couldn't help but be impressed.
"I know right! These riyal types really shouldn't leave weapons like this just displayed around someone like me could nab them!" Timbre simply wiped his nose pleased. But realising time was of the essence, he told them, "Okay! I'm gonna go and get in position!" With that he went to proceed with their plan, however before he fully left, he told them, "Just be careful you guys, we don't know who's going to arrive first!"
Nodding, Nozomi told him, "Yeah we will don't worry!" With that Timbre was on his way.
"Alright..." With him leaving, Nozomi looked up to Pete and asked him, "Are you sure you're ready to do this?"
"You bet I am!" He replied, then with that looking on behind them, he added, "I've been willin' to take that woman down since the moment I saw her have Hari's heart broken!"
Nozomi smiled and then she admitted, "She's lucky to have someone like you who cares about her that much."
Feeling awkward hearing this, Pete wasn't used to words of praise like this and said, "Hey! C'mon this ain't the time to be gushin' on me!"
The female Keyblader laughed at his reaction, however after this. She passed a small item to him and doing this she told him, "I'll be counting on you Pete... we'll win against them, together!"
"You don't need to tell me twice!" He told her, with that he took the item in both hands and gripped it tightly with both hands, showing his determination.
"Yeah I know," Nozomi replied. However after a little bit, she had to admit to him..."Pete, there's something I need to tell you."
Blinking puzzled, the former lackey asked, "Huh? Is there some detail I missed in our plannin'?"
Shaking her head Nozomi replied, "Not quite...it's something I've realised for a little bit since we've all been talking."
"Well what is it?" He asked not understanding her clear hesitation.
"...I think, if I'm going to properly defeat Rosso and save Hari," with that taking a deep breath she told him, "I think I'll need to Unlock her."
In seconds, Pete's ears lowered in shock as the very idea of that had never occurred to him. He couldn't believe it and only stared on at Nozomi, when suddenly-!

KABOOM!
Her arm over her eyes as she avoided another one of her enemy's hated attacks, angry Rosso uttered with gritted teeth, "You're so damn persistent!"
For since gaining his new form, Xehanort within his new monstrosity had started to unleash missiles of darkness from an orb that he contained within in his clawed right hand!
Then as she gathered her bearings in one of the enchanted called trees, she uttered to herself, "I have to destroy him at the core!" But as she said this-!
SWISH! SWISH! SWISH! SWISH! SWISH!
To her irritation, she saw more Heartless coming for her who'd appeared from the portal of darkness that had opened when he'd crashed his massive fist into the floor! Seeing them coming for her, she uttered mad, "You pests!" With that she slashed some away from herself. Then-!
FLASH! FLASH! FLASH! FLASH! FLASH!
She turned and saw to her irritation, more missiles of darkness coming her way! Quickly with a scowl she took off into the air again as the Heartless beneath her on tree were-!
KABOOM! KABOOM! KABOOM! KABOOM! KABOOM!
Were all annihilated in seconds! Flying high into the air as he decimated the landscape beneath her, Rosso looked on ahead and saw that he again he was gathering power. But not into his fist this time, instead it was in the centre of his empty heart! Seeing this, she knew there was no time to hesitate! She had to make her move fast! So quickly she started to gather her own deadly power as her body began to glow once more with that violent red light...

RUMBLE! RUMBLE! RUMBLE! RUMBLE! RUMBLE!
Feeling the force of something powerful, everyone in that space felt the structure of the Palace shake. It was unnerving, but despite the pressure and destruction, Pete though had to protest, "What do ya mean!? Ya can't do that! She'll cease exist to if ya do! She'll-!"
"She'll be Rosso's slave forever!" Nozomi spoke up interrupting him.
Pete immediately then halted in his protests as he did, he saw Nozomi look sad but determined as she explained to him, "Think back to what you learned and what I did, she said herself, Rosso put a digital version of herself in the Lock itself and it's holdin' Hari's heart captive with the Fragment... she won't be free from it unless I do the Unlocking, she'd be too devious to have it be removed any other way."
As he listened to his, he knew that Nozomi was telling truth... but he still hated the idea of an Unlocking and said with his ears down, "But, but I don't want that to happen." Feeling his own heart thinking of the one thing this would lead to, he told the dark haired Keyblader, "I don't wanna forget about Hari!"
Nodding it was clear this was painful for Nozomi too, "Yeah I know you don't." However she added him trying to be remeasuring, "But if I do it quick, I'll have four more Frgaments on my side! I could beat Xehanort then and take back Reeve, afterwards you'd be reunited with Hari quicker than you think!" With that she added take one of his big shaking hands into one of her own, "Also it would be better! She'd restored completely! She'd be normal girl you saw before, you'd both be free!"
Surprised she'd that, Pete then repeated, "Free?"
Nodding again, Nozomi then said, "Yeah! You can do whatever you both want to, you won't be controlled by either of them any more, you can decide what you want to do then from now on."
Hearing this, Pete had never come to that realisation before, thinking of freedom for both of them like that was-!
RUMBLE! RUMBLE! RUMBLE!
However quickly the floor was shook viscously again, making them both almost lose their balance!
Annoyed at this, Pete then uttered mad as he managed to keep both himself and Nozomi upright, "Those two creeps don't when to let up do they!?"
The female Keyblader hearing this was quiet, she was scared inside thinking of who it was they were soon going to have to face but then she felt Pete grip her hand tightly. Puzzled she looked up to him and it was clear he'd come to a decision too,
"You know for a little twerp, you really make tough deals that are hard to say no to." "So? You're okay then with-?"
"There's no way in heck I'll forever be okay with an Unlocking!" Pete told her annoyed, however with a sigh seeing her look bad he added, "But... if ya got no choice, I get it."
"Pete..." Nozomi uttered as she felt him take his hands away from her.
"Though just try something else first! Do whatever else ya can! Just... use that one thing as a last means okay?" He asked her.
Nozomi hearing this was quiet, she couldn't make an absolute promise. But she nodded and told him, "Okay, I'll do that... I'll try hard!"
"You better!" With that Pete then moved one of his big hands down and gave her a firm one handed noogie, he added swivelling it down hard, "Otherwise I'll give ya a real clobberin' ya won't soon forget!"
"Ow! Yeah I get it! I get it, ow! Would you stop!" Nozomi protested.
"Hmph!" With that Pete then stopped and doing this, he went to get into his planned postion, as he made it over to it. He turned and told her, "Good luck to ya."
Nozomi then after fixing her hair, told him, "Yeah thanks Pete." With that she then lifted up her Keyblade and began her part...

BLAST! BLAST! BLAST!
Casting her violent power forwards, Rosso blasted the Heartless with her that rested within the Fourth Fragment! In seconds it blasted straight into Darkside's heart shaped hole! As It did she saw that it disrupted the flow of power in seconds and as it's dark power radiated against hers in seconds-!
EXPLODE!
It exploded creating terrible burns within it's middle and it was clear it incurred great damage as it stumbled and landed on one knee.
Seeing it kneel before her, Rosso grinned manically! Doing this she then knew it was time! Flying forwards she aimed her power again and with a swing of Keyblade-!
SLASH!
She unleashed a powerful slicing red cut against the Monster, which in seconds split it's head in half! This quickly caused it to fall onto it's knees completely!
Feeling victorious, Rosso then making it to her target started slicing into the remnants of the Beast's head! Making wisps of Darkness fly about everywhere! It was gruesome!
Rosso didn't care though as she was upon her prey! As the darkness all began to fall about around her, it was then she saw within it's depths who it was she was looking for!
There Xehanort was his face clutched in his right hand, as though he'd felt the pain of the blow! The sight of which fuelled Rosso's blood lust even more! As it did, she cried out, "There you are!"
It was then Xehanort looked up, gritting his teeth in pain. As he did, her power fuelled to maximum, Rosso was ready to unleash more of her power!
"Scarlet Blaze Strike!"
With the blast coming his way, she declared with mad delight, "You're mine!"
However in seconds-!
SHINE!
Again the power of the Fifth Fragment blocked her onslaught! As it did and she saw it vanish against the brilliant yellow glow, she heard Xehanort say with keen evil grin of his own, "No it's you who's now mine!"
Rosso didn't understand! But quickly the darkness that was all around them began to throb and move with more terrible force! As it did, tendrils then reached up and quickly began to wrap themselves all around the crazed woman!
SWIRL! SWIRL! SWIRL! SWIRL!
As they did she became furious again and quickly-!
SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH!
She cut away all the tendrils that had come for her! Mad she moved quickly again and with her Keyblade ready she went to strike him down again, but-!
CLASH!
He stopped her blade with his own. Then grinning as she looked at him shocked, he told her, "You've been so eager to show me your power, I haven't had a chance to show you mine!" With that moving his free hand back he cried out his attack,
"DARK CALAMITY!"
Within the centre of darkness they were both within in moments it radiated with tremendous energy! It sparked a fierce purple colour and as it sparked and flashed around them both it was too late for Rosso to do anything as-!
FLASH!
"AAAGGGHHH!"
In seconds the powers of the darkness swarmed all over her! As it did, she felt it quickly drain what energy she had! It was going to take everything from her! If she didn't do anything-!
"FIRE BLASTER!"
With that she unleashed her fiery power and quickly it propelled her backwards! Escaping the clutches of the darkness! As it swirled all around Xehanort who looked up to her with sinister glee. She gritted her teeth mad and heard her internal system tell her,
"Physical Performance at Forty Percent, recovery recommended now to-"
Irritated Rosso couldn't believe that Xehanort had drained that much out of her! He was going to pay! However as she clenched her right fist, she could feel her power was waning. If she had a chance at all, she needed to recharge! But more than that as she looked to him, staring from the still remains of the Heartless she heard him say, "What's wrong? Too tired for another round?"
She bit her lip in frustration and almost raced forwards to strike him down again! However-!
SHINE!
She noticed that around him, that he had the power of the Eight Fragment ready to go! If she went now! She'd only be falling straight for his primitive trap! She couldn't get past the Fifth Fragment with just her power... she would need-!
It was then she remembered... looking up to the hole in the ceiling, the one that could win her this fight! The Seventh Fragment! The ability to transport where ever she wished!
Looking back to him she smiled then, knowing a plan of attack now! So grinning, she told him, "No, I just thought I'd take out for a spin!" With that she moved forwards and making a spinning motion in the air as she called upon her wings, she called forth her attack,
"Kali De Do La Maelstrom!"
SWOOSH!
BLAST!
With that a whirlwind of crimson came forth and started to cut straight into Xehanort and his Heartless, blinding them and keeping them back! Seeing she had chance, Rosso went then to escape into the hole in the glass ceiling when-!
SWIRL! SWIRL! SWIRL! SWIRL!
More tendrils of darkness tried to stop her escape! Irritated by this, she uttered mad, "Get away from me!" With that-!
SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH!
She cut them all into pathetic wisps before finally she made it and escaped! Then as she did this, quickly-!
SHINE!
The attack that she unleashed, was quickly wiped away by Xehanort's new power! Grinning he was very pleased with it's results and said, "You really were the right choice to go for first!" However as he said that, he grimaced and uttered mad, "So loud..."
However it didn't last long as he stepped forwards out of the remains of his Heartless. Looking up to the hole he was quiet. But thinking of the few Fragments that were left for him to gain... he decided on a little something.
With a wave of his hand, he called upon an old favourite type of his and as he did, he instructed it, "I have a little task I need you to do for you me..."
Then as he said those words, he grimaced once more hearing something within his head. As he did, he told this irritating voice, "Be quiet! You're certainly most irksome to listen to," however he then couldn't help but chuckle and say as he continued hearing it's protests, "Though I suppose it's only in your nature to want to protect those like yourself." Then grinning as he saw the Heartless was now awaiting his orders, he added, "But you'll no longer feel those anxieties for much longer, for soon the rest of you will all come together and become my ultimate Keyblade..."
