HELLO EVERYONE, MINITENNYSON HERE WITH A HUGE, AND I MEAN HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT!!
I DECIDED TO ASCEND PAST THE DOMAIN OF JUST FANFICTION AND CREATED MY OWN FAN COMIC FOR STEVEN UNIVERSE KNOWN AS CORRUPTED SOUL STEVEN THAT WILL BE HOSTED ON TUMBLR AS AN ASKBLOG.
FOR THOSE INTERESTED HERE ARE THE DETAILS:
Q: What is this?
A: This is an alternate universe where instead of reverting to his human form after his corruption, Steven remained half-corrupted like Jasper, with his human and feral sides fighting for control.
Q: How different is this from canon?
A: This is not too different to canon and remains the same up to the events of the episode "Future" and then it changes from there and branches off into its own thing.
Q: How different is CorruptedSoul!Steven from Canon! Steven?
A: He is more or less the same Steven we all know and love but this version of him is more anxious, agressive, hothead and cold. He now has a black iris with a pink diamond-shaped pupil, horns and scales. He dislikes talking about his eyes or issues.
Q: Does Steven know that there is something wrong with him?
A: He knows but won't admit it or deal with the trauma through a therapist.
Q: What kind of questions can we ask?
A: Any question as long as it is related to the AU or story. Questions that may be spoilers or unrelated to the AU won't be answered. You need to specify if the question is for me(MiniTennyson/Tibi) or for the characters.
Q: What inspired you to make this AU?
A: I recently finished an awesome anime known as Parasyte and I've been reading an AU with a similar idea to mine known as the Falsification AU by TopazIllustrates. So I decided to do a similar AU but add elements of alternate personality disorder and possession as if Steven isn't in control…and I thought…why the heck not make the idea into a comic.
Q: How often will the comic be updated?
A: Most probably weekly or bi-weekly depending on whether anyone asks questions and seems interested or not.
Q: You mentioned Steven having more than just one personality? What are the other ones he has?
A: Steven has 3 entities livinhg inside of him as of now battling for control: himself, Pink Diamond and The Monster. He is the voice of reason, Pink is the voice of manipulation/deceit and The Monster is Steven's inner rage and anxiety.
Q: Does Steven have an in-AU askblog or will we(the askers) be just voices that anyone can hear?
A: This will also be an in-universe askblog owned by Steven, and askers can ask different characters questions just if they can see the blog(for example: if Steven is away from the gems they won't be able to answer to your questions).
Q: How is this AU called?
A: It's called Corrupted Soul AU, but you can also call it CS! or Tortured Souls.
OTHER THAN THIS I'M WORKING ON AN UPCOMING CHAINSAW MAN X HAZBIN HOTEL FANFICTION THAT SHOULD COME OUT SOON ENOUGH AND I HAVE SOMETHING TO CONFESS TO YOU ALL...
I think I may take a break from Fanfiction for a while a while following the release of Chainsaw Man X Hazbin Hotel's first chapter and won't return for quite a while to focus on some other stuff.
Also before I go...my real name is Tibi(of course I wouldn't reveal my full name here no matter how much I trust my fans, I can't let my last and family name fly around on the internet for anyone to use as of now), through you guys can call me that or still call me MiniTennyson if you need. I hope you guys understand why I'm taking a break and making the comic a reality. I've been wishing to do this comic for quite a while.
