Outside
Boros hit the ground with a loud clash, the collision sending shockwaves as Geryuganshoop sent a flurry of projectiles towards her. She already had all of her armor off, but restrained herself from releasing her power whilst maintaining her light blue completion. It was still fun, especially when her movement had a sense of fluidity that made fighting more efficient. It was clash after clash, with the two of them getting into each other as usual. Geryuganshoop's increase in strength was now kept in check with a stronger form that reminded her of her first fight with him, though they had more experience. Her acrobatics and pure blistering speed was enough to disorient Geryuganshoop, but he was able to get in his attacks. His body ached, but he prevailed despite the daunting task of matching Boros.
Off in the distance Morphis watched with his jaw hanging, every few seconds having to find Geryuganshoop and Boros again due to their blistering speed. They were blurry, almost like beams of light that fully revealed them when one got hit by a projectile or if a punch landed, but then it lead to a huge burst of wind and debris that would go away with the next big move. He had his hands on the barrier's walls, angered yet grateful for their existence. The occasional boulder would hit it, causing the gooey coworker to skip a heartbeat, yet it barely made a difference when the spectacular fight was playing out in front of him.
At a certain point Boros landed a grueling punch onto Geryuganshoop, his face implanting itself onto the floor. Instead of getting up, he groaned as he laid there. She looked down at him, before sitting down and flipping him over. "Are you okay? Must you require any medical attention?" She asked, checking out his injuries.
The telekinetic was bruised and bloody, probably the worst set of injuries by far. His face was bloody, with one and closed and the other one cracked open to see her. His shoulders were shaky and slashed, having deep gashes that remained due to a lack of time to heal. All of his tentacles were dirty, covered in dirt, sweat, and blood. He was disgusting.
Geryuganshoop cracked opened both of his eyes and looked over at Boros. "I'm...exhausted, and I feel far more dilapidated. May I... may I go to my room to clean myself? I feel, I feel sick..." he muttered.
His voiced softened as he closed his eyes. A soft snoring could be heard as the barrier around Morphis disappeared. Boros checked his pulse and breathing, they were a little high but overall nothing life threatening. Morphis ran over the rough and warm terrain to where Boros was, looking at Geryuganshoop.
"Is...is he alright?" He asked, looking at the silent Boros.
Boros glanced over at him and kneeled over to pick up Geryuganshoop. "Yes, he's alright. I should probably, get Geryuganshoop to his room."
"That was battle was something else, I almost went more pale then Felix after he realized that he was in front of a crowd. Oh wait do you know what show I'm talking about?" He asked.
Boros looked over at him and nodded. He awkwardly chuckled. Boros proceeded to grab Geryuganshoop and take him to the ship. Her travel was near instantaneous, primarily due to Geryuganshoop's health. Morphis was okay with walking, since it allowed him to view the scenery. She took him to his room, and took him the bathroom that came with it. Boros then got his attention by shaking him mildly, getting him to open his eyes.
"Yes...hello?" He said softly. Geryuganshoop looked ahead to see Boros, waving a hand in his face. He was in his room, and he smiled softly as he relished the cooler temperature in his room. She wiped the blood off of his face, flicking it from her fingers.
"Geryuganshoop, you've lost an unreasonable amount of blood. Go take a bath and I'll get some food and medication for you. You've earned it," she whispered softly. Boros patted him on the back, prompting the telekinetic to cough a little bit.
He weakly smiled and stood up, the pain barely tolerable. She smiled softly and left. Geryuganshoop breathed in a surplus of air, groggy and shifted his body to look at the pain killers. He popped in the recommended dose and waited for the to take effect. Over time his nerves numbed out, making each movement tolerable. Now satisfied, Geryuganshoop went over to his room's bathroom and opened the door. The door slid open as he slowly made to his tub. Water cascaded over his body as he sighed in relief. The warm water washed the blood off of his body, and with the addition soap he made sure to not smell like his insides. His body then became rather clean, only covered in the gashes and cuts left by him and Boros' sparring match. He smiled softly, looking over at the cuts. Each cut provided a brief glimpse into his battles, like a piece of history. He looked over across his rooms and got a medical kit that came with his room. He wrapped himself in bandages for the more serious wounds inflicted, his eyes growing a little tired in the process.
By the time he arrived back at his room, Boros came in with some food and some medicine. It was a big bowl of some specialized for of crackers, but it still looked like it was above his league none the less. She also had a some medication. She smiled and sat on Geryuganshoop's bed.
"Seems like you're awfully chipper," complimented Geryuganshoop, his smile slowly showing.
Boros nodded, crossing her legs. "Yes, but it's because it's the best way to cure those who lost chips of themself," she joked. She then grabbed the medication. "Here, this is so you don't get any infections. I'm sorry that I didn't get it earlier."
Geryuganshoop grabbed a cracker and ate it. It was coated in a nice substance that gave it a nice texture. "It's okay, as long as you've given it to me the then I have no complaints. By the way these crackers are pretty good. What are they?" He asked quietly.
Boros sighed in relief. "They're a snack that I quickly ordered from my chefs. They have ingredients that aid in muscle recovery. Are they good?"
Geryuganshoop nodded. "Oh, for sure Boros. Take some yourself, I can tell you're also hungry."
She smirked and grabbed a few chips. They proceeded to eat and talk for a little bit as they ate. Although she was ashamed of him being damaged, Geryuganshoop provided a level of solace to her in that the battle damage was a little consensual. He wanted to push himself, and this was an effect of this. It was more satisfying than the workplace cramps he would sometimes get. He asked if Morphis liked the fight, to which Boros nodded. She laughed and stayed with him until he grew tired, sharing stories about their work experiences. At some point Geryuganshoop smiled and got comfortable.
"You're too gracious to me Boros. Wait for me to save you before you shower me like this," he joked. His body practically melted into the sheets as Boros softly smiled.
"I just want you to be comfortable, that's all. You're not that annoying," she teased.
Geryuganshoop playfully scoffed and leaned over to the side of the bed that Boros sat on. "Only when gaining distance I am," he muttered. He then grabbed a cracker with his telekinesis and flicked it past Boros' head until he consumed it. They laughed a little before Geryuganshoop yawned.
"It's okay, Take your time to heal, I want you to feel good about yourself. I want to get my deserved rematch in that board game," she whispered.
Geryuganshoop smirked. "Thank you," he mumbled. He then placed a tentacle on Boros' hand and falls asleep. Boros smiles before leaving the bowl on his nightstand. She caressed his shoulder, causing him to smile in his sleep. After stifling a laugh, she set the temperature of the room to a warmer 73 degrees as she leaves. He should rest.
Outside The Ship
Morphis walked along the streets, admiring the the area around him as he walked. The dirt under him felt nice, and the air felt warm. The bugs were a little annoying, but it was a nice experience. As he twiddled his thumbs walking in the general direction of the ship, something zoomed past him. He covered his eyes to avoid dirt getting there and wondered if Boros had forgot something. He shrugged before moving along, until he was met with Asriel behind him.
"Morphis!" She yelled.
He jumped at the sight of her. He rubbed his forehead, mildly aggravated before calming down immediately. "Hey, whatcha doing?"
Asriel looked at him at him, biting her bottom lip as she waited for him to finish his sentence. She was a little twitchy, with her eyes showing a shade of red around the corners. "I'm...trying to finish a way to spar with Geryuganshoop. I've already beaten that piranha head Groribas too many times. I just need to find Geryuganshoop," she muttered frantically. She had her hands behind her back, tapping her foot impatiently.
Morphis shrugged. "Sorry, but um he and Boros already sparred. You can talk to him in his room I guess. Anyway, why are you so frantic all of a sudden? You look like an escaped convict."
Asriel laughed. "Yea, I'm for sure a killer," she joked, eliciting an awkward laugh from Morphis. "I'm doing great, peachy even. It's just that I have stuff to do. Have to admit, being with you is fun, but I have to go the extra mile now."
"Wait, what are you doing? You look sick, and high. I think you need to calm-"
"You need to calm down!" She yelled, "You're the one walking randomly in the woods!"
Morphis put a hand on her shoulder to try and calm her down. Something tells him that she wouldn't be too chipper about him saying that he was with Boros and Geryuganshoop. "I'm just relaxing right now, absorbing the fresh air. Now, can you do that-"
"I am. Thanks for the news flash buddy, now I'm just going to be be talking to Geryuganshoop. I left some aquatic food for you. Have fun."
Before he could react, she ran back to the ship. He was confused to say the least, having a brief pause. The encounter made him consider a bunch of questions in his mind, all of them swirling around ask g to be prioritized. Maybe this will be just another day in his life. He wished that he had some caffeine right now. As he took another step toward the ship, he stepped in something wet. He sighed and checked it what he stepped in, hoping that it wasn't crap. He looked down and saw...blood? Out of curiosity he touched the liquid on his feet as his eyes widened. It was blood. It certainly wasn't Asriel's blood based on the color. Did she spar with Groribas again? Wait, she said she did, but how-
His mind went on a little frenzy when he realized that Asriel was perfectly fine. Her arm wasn't bandaged or anything. It was fine. Something didn't add up. She couldn't heal that quickly. He'd have to ask her later.
Morphis decided to ask her later on what was happening.
In Geryuganshoop's Room
Geryuganshoop slept in his room quietly. The room hummed with the traditional noises that you would expect to hear. There was the occasional creak or sound of humming that echoed in the walls. This time, the door the his room went up, allowing Asriel to walk inside. She gazed at the interior, marveling at it for a moment before honing her eyes on him. Luckily he was asleep in his bed, softly snoring. She slowly walked over to the bed, softly caressing the corners of it with her fingers. Her face hovered over his, her eyes focusing on his features. He was vulnerable, laying underneath a thin layer of protection unaware of the danger in the room. A devilish grin made it's way on her face.
Her hand caressed his bedsheets and slowly made it's way to his shoulders. He reacted with a sniffle and a sigh. Her hands glided over to his neck, almost tempted to dig her claws into it. She hesitated, and went over to his face. She could feel his breath as hovered her hand over his mouth. If only it could be be made easy. He shifted his position, almost grazing her bloody claws, but she retracted. She stifled a laugh before placing a bloody hand on his right cheek. A drop of blood made it's way down his face, grazing his lips. He instinctively tried to wipe it in his sleep, but couldn't.
"Hello darling," she whispered quietly.
His eyes opened.
