Bob: Almost done. That's it. Good. Breathe in then out.
(The contraction stops then Petunia turns to Bob)
Petunia: That one wasn't so bad.
(Bob chuckles then mops down Petunia's forehead)
Bob: I think it's only cause you're starting out.
Petunia: Yeah. That could be it. (Turns back to Bob) Are you still worried about Katrina?
Bob: (Sighs) Is it that obvious?
Petunia: You know, you don't have to stay here anymore. Archie should be in here any minute. If you want to, you can go ahead and be with Katrina now.
Bob: You sure you wouldn't mind?
Petunia: Of course not. Katrina needs you more than ever. Go on.
(Bob smiles then kisses Petunia's cheek then frowns in concern)
Bob: You sure you're okay though?
Petunia: Yeah. Now go.
Bob: Thanks. And good luck. I'll see you guys later.
(Petunia nods then Bob hops off the chair then leaves the room then Petunia continues breathing in and out then begins to relax then she hears the door open and looks up and sees Archibald standing there staring back at her worriedly)
Petunia: (Chuckles) There you are.
(Archibald hurries over to the bed then kisses Petunia)
Archibald: Sweetheart, I tried to get back here as fast I could. There were just so many papers and...
(Petunia kisses Archibald making him relax then they pull away then Petunia kisses the tip of Archibald's nose)
Petunia: You're here now.
(Archibald smiles then kisses Petunia's forehead then invisibly brushes her hair away from her eyes)
Archibald: How are you feeling so far?
Petunia: The contractions really aren't that bad yet. I'm doing okay.
Archibald: Have you been hooked up to the fetal monitor yet?
(Petunia lifts up some of her gown enough to expose her belly that has the monitor around it)
Petunia: Check.
Archibald: How are they...?
Petunia: The baby's heartbeat sounds great. But I think someone's been missing their Daddy.
(Archibald chuckles then leans over and kisses Petunia's belly)
Archibald: (To Petunia's belly, cooing) Daddy's here. You've got a beautiful heartbeat. Daddy can hear it. Who is Daddy's little one?
(Archibald kisses Petunia's belly then stands back up then kisses Petunia then presses their foreheads together)
Archibald: We're getting there.
Petunia: We sure are.

Katrina: Hey, you.
(Bob smiles then goes over to Katrina's hospital bed then hops onto the chair next to Katrina's side then reaches over and kisses Katrina)
Bob: How you've been doing so far?
Katrina: Like I told you before, been handling it just fine. I kept remembering the exercises and having those ice chips nearby helped too.
(Bob looks down at Katrina's belly affectionately then turns back to her)
Bob: How's the baby?
Katrina: Dr. Carrot came in about a minute ago and told me the baby's also doing great. I'm not quite there yet but...
(Katrina suddenly grunts in pain then begins groaning quietly then Bob quickly holds onto her)
Bob: (Softly) Easy. Easy. Slow down. Breathe.
(Katrina slowly exhales then turns back to Bob)
Katrina: ...I'm not quite there yet but the doctor said it shouldn't be too much longer before things really pick up.
Bob: (Worriedly) Babe, are you sure you don't want any pain medicine right now?
Katrina: Nah. I can wait awhile. It's not too bad.
(Bob nods then kisses Katrina's cheek)
Bob: I'm not leaving you or our baby's side again.
Katrina: (Giggles) We always enjoy hearing that.
(Katrina pecks Bob on the forehead)

(Bob mops down Katrina's forehead)
Bob: (Softly) It's okay, sweetheart. Relax.

Katrina: (Pained) Honey, I need the pain medicine...now!
(Bob kisses Katrina's cheek then looks at her sadly)
Bob: It's kinda late for that, babe.
Katrina: (Groans) But this hurts!
Bob: (Softly) I know it does but if you were given any medicine now, there might be some risks since you're nearly there.
(Katrina frowns then looks down then Bob invisibly removes a strand of her hair away from her eyes)
Bob: (Softly) And it won't be long before we're holding our little guy.
(Katrina smiles then turns to Bob then kisses him)
Katrina: You always know what to say to cheer me up.
Bob: And it's only cause I love you.
Katrina: Oh, Bob...I...
(Katrina aims to kiss Bob then suddenly begins groaning loudly then she quickly turns back to Bob)
Bob: (Panicked) Babe, what's wrong?
Katrina: (Groaning) I feel like I need to push!
(Bob quickly turns where the doctor is checking over Katrina's chart)
Bob: Dr. Carrot!
(Dr. Carrot turns and sees Katrina groaning and yelling then she hurries over and examines Katrina then looks over at her and Bob while he invisibly strokes her hair then kisses her forehead)
Dr. Carrot: Katrina...
(The two look over at Dr. Carrot)
Bob: Is it time?
Dr. Carrot: It's time.
(Katrina turns to Bob)
Katrina: Bob...
(Bob holds onto Katrina then quickly pecks her on the lips)
Bob: This is it, babe.
Katrina: (Groans) Bob, I don't know if I can.
(Bob kisses Katrina's nose then presses their foreheads together)
Bob: Think about our baby being born, remember? He's ready to meet us.
(Katrina nods then they both turn back to Dr. Carrot)
Dr. Carrot: Okay Katrina...push!
(Katrina begins pushing and pushing while groaning then Bob mops down her forehead then leans close to her)
Bob: (Whispering) You're doing perfect, sweetheart. Keep going.
(Katrina continues pushing and pushing now yelling and screaming then she looks over at Bob glowering)
Katrina: (Angrily) I thought I told you I should've gotten the pain medicine before this! I'll never let you live this down Bob! Sometimes you just...(groaning) frustrate me!
Bob: Katrina...
Katrina: (Groaning) I want you out now Bob! Get out!
Bob: (Surprised) Babe...
(Katrina suddenly screams then begins panting then groans loudly then she quickly turns back to Bob)
Katrina: (Crying, groaning) No! Honey, I need you here! I need you here!
(Bob quickly kisses Katrina's forehead then lips)
Bob: It's okay, it's okay. I'm not going anywhere. I'm not leaving.
Dr. Carrot: He's almost here. (Looks up at Katrina) Two more pushes, Katrina!
(Katrina pushes then yells and yells while Bob leans against her)
Bob: That's it, sweetheart. Keep pushing.
(Katrina pushes again then screams then she and Bob both hear a baby crying then look and see the doctor holding the baby)
Dr. Carrot: And here he is!
(Bob turns to Katrina then kisses her, tears running down both their cheeks)
Bob: (Chuckles, crying) Our son's here, babe. He's here. I love you.
Katrina: (Giggles, crying) I love you too, honey.
(They continue kissing then they pull away then Bob kisses Katrina's forehead)
Bob: I'm gonna go see him.
(Katrina nods then pecks Bob on the forehead then Bob hops off the chair then goes over to the station then pushes the swivel chair over then hops onto it then looks down at the cooing baby who's shaped like Katrina but has red skin and a tuft of green hair on the top of his head)
Bob: (Cooing) Hi. Look at you. Hey, Stark. There's Daddy's boy.
Nurse: He's about 4 pound and has the best health ever.
(The nurse picks up Stark then wraps him in a blue blanket then gives him to Bob)
Nurse: Congratulations, Daddy.
Bob: Thank you. (Looks at Stark) Let's go meet your Mommy.
(Bob goes back over to Katrina's bed holding Stark then carefully hops back onto the chair then gently gives Stark over to Katrina)
Bob: Here he is, dear.
(Bob leans against Katrina while she looks down at Stark)
Katrina: (Softly) Look at you. You look so cute. No...you're perfect. And you're here with us. (Kisses Stark's forehead) We've been waiting for you, sweetie.
(The baby begins fussing then Bob looks over at Katrina concerned)
Bob: Is he okay?
Katrina: I think I know what's wrong with him.
(Katrina motions her head over to a nearby blanket then Bob puts it around her then Katrina holds Stark close against her then he begins nursing while staying hidden against the blanket then Bob kisses Katrina's cheek)
Bob: I don't think I've seen a more amazing sight in front of me. (Strokes Katrina's hair) He looks like you.
Katrina: And you.
(Stark stops nursing then Katrina shows him to Bob)
Katrina: You wanna hold him again?
Bob: Of course.
(Bob carefully takes Stark from Katrina then gently kisses his forehead)
Bob: (Cooing) Hey, baby.
(The baby begins whimpering then Bob gently rocks him)
Bob: (Softly) Shh, shh, shh. Daddy's got you.
(The baby stops fussing then begins closing his eyes then Bob turns to Katrina)
Bob: (Whispering) Now we have two of the most greatest kids in the world.
Katrina: Mmm-hmm.
(Bob kisses Katrina)
Bob: (Whispering) And I think that I'm married to the most incredible woman in the world.
Katrina: (Giggles, whispering) I appreciate the compliment.
(Bob kisses Katrina's forehead)
Bob: (Whispering) You earned it. (Looks at Stark) Babe, look at him. Our boy.
(Katrina leans against Bob)
Katrina: Two of the most handsomest veggies are here and they belong to me.

Bob: (Sighs) They still can't hear you. (Turns to Mr. Nezzer, whispering) Fight for her, Mr. Nezzer.
Priest: ...man and wife.
(Esther and Cedric lean in to kiss then Mr. Nezzer's eyes widen then he stands up quickly)
Mr. Nezzer: (Yells) I OBJECT!
(Esther, Cedric and the guests turn to Mr. Nezzer then he turns to Bob who motions his head towards Esther)
Bob: Go get her.
(Mr. Nezzer nods then goes over to where Esther and Cedric are standing)
Priest: You say you object, sir?
Mr. Nezzer: That's right. I do.
Esther: Nebby, what are you doing?
Mr. Nezzer: Esther, I can't let you marry Cedric...at least not until you know how I really feel.
Esther: (Angrily) I thought you already told me how you feel.
Mr. Nezzer: (Confused) What?
Esther: That letter I got from you a couple days ago.
Mr. Nezzer: (Confused) What letter?
Cedric: (Clears throat) Esther my darling, I believe this is where we're supposed to kiss now.
Esther: (To Cedric) In a minute, Cedric. (Turns to Mr. Nezzer) You know exactly what letter I'm talking about.
Mr. Nezzer: Essie, I don't.
Esther: The one where you said and I quote, 'Why would I ever want to end up with someone who is naive, loud and obnoxious? Who's most likely to dump me? The only thing she is good at is at least knowing she's dumb.'?
(The crowd gasps while Mr. Nezzer looks shocked)
Mr. Nezzer: Esther, I never wrote that. I'd never say all those horrible things about you.
Esther: Well, you did. And now it's too late.
Cedric: Exactly. So do us a favor Nezzer and sit back down, hmm?
Mr. Nezzer: I don't take orders from you, Cedric Scallon! I only obey my Mama and more importantly God.
Cedric: And yet here you are interrupting something important.
Esther: (Sighs) He's right, Nebby. Give it up. You said enough.
Mr. Nezzer: Esther, wait. I did write a letter to you but it was the total opposite of what said in that other one but I never got to send it. Somebody stole my laptop that day.
(Esther turns back to Mr. Nezzer still scowling)
Esther: Why should I believe you?
Mr. Nezzer: Because I'd never lie about how I feel about those I care and love most.
(Esther continues staring at Mr. Nezzer still not looking convinced)
Mr. Nezzer: Essie, give me a chance.
(Esther turns to Cedric who's waiting impatiently then to the priest who shrugs then back to Mr. Nezzer)
Esther: ...Okay.
Mr. Nezzer: I...I really can't remember all I said in the letter but I do remember most of it. Here's how it went 'Dear Esther...I am writing this letter with words coming directly from my heart because...I am scared to tell you how I feel in front of you. Before I met you, my life was full of nothing but loneliness. I never felt happy. But that all changed when you showed up in my life. You had touched me in so many ways. You were there to make me smile and laugh and show me how to have fun and appreciate all that the world has to offer. When I'm with you, I feel like you are the only one that matters. You and nobody or nothing else. I know I can never give you anything other male veggies out there have to offer you. Fancy jewelry, expensive cars, a big house. All I can give you is just...me.'
(Esther begins to smile)
Mr. Nezzer: 'I don't know if you'll ever feel the way that I do and if you don't...(swallows, choking back a sob)...I'll accept your answer. All I care about is your happiness and yours alone. But know one thing in the end...'
(Mr. Nezzer moves closer to Esther then they stare at each other)
Mr. Nezzer: I love you, Esther. I truly love you.
(The crowd 'awws' causing Cedric to roll his eyes then turn to Esther)
Cedric: Esther dear...I am still waiting for my kiss.
Esther: Nebby...Do you mean what you said?
Mr. Nezzer: Every word.
Esther: You know...you really didn't have to be nervous about telling me all this.
Mr. Nezzer: Why not?
Esther: Because...I already felt the same way.
Mr. Nezzer: You did?
Cedric: Esther...?
Esther: ...And I still do.
(The crowd gasps then 'awws' again then Mr. Nezzer moves an inch closer to Esther)
Mr. Nezzer: Then...now that you know...
Esther: Yes?
Mr. Nezzer: ...Will you marry me?
(The crowd gasps quietly then Esther stares at Mr. Nezzer then smiles lovingly)
Esther: Yes. Yes, I will.
(Mr. Nezzer's eyes fill with tears followed by Esther then Mr. Nezzer pulls Esther closer then kisses her romantically while the crowd cheers and Cedric stands there looking shocked)
