Chapter 5

Batgirl and Batwing were sitting in the Batmobile, waiting for any crime.

"Do you think any villains will be out?" Batwing asked.

"I'm sure there will be." Batgirl said.

As if to answer the question, a bank alarm rang nearby.

"Here we go!" Batgirl said as she drove to the bank. The two looked inside and saw Poison Ivy working with Two-Face to rob the vault.

"This is pretty big. Roger, stay here in the Batmobile and wait until I give you a signal to disable anyone." Batgirl said before she ran inside the bank. Roger watched as she beat up the thugs, shooting any that tried to escape with the cannon.

Meanwhile, Batgirl had managed to incapacitate Two-Face, but found herself caught off-guard by Poison Ivy, who had her wrapped in a vine.

"Looks like the green wins, Batgirl." Poison Ivy said as she had the vine squeeze Batgirl tightly. Batgirl screamed before she started to feel her breath slipping away from her.

Outside, Roger saw it and was trying to think of a way to help her, when he saw Two-Face get back up.

"Let's see if we should let her die slowly or quickly." Two-Face said as he flipped his coin. Suddenly, he felt something stick him in the back before he was pulled back and whacked in the head, knocking him unconscious.

"What's this?!" Poison Ivy asked as she and Batgirl looked and saw Batwing. Batwing looked at her with a determined face.

"Drop her, Poison Ivy!" Batwing said.

"Oh, this is precious! Some little squirt rebelling against Mother Nature." Poison Ivy said before she sent vines at him, only for him to run out of the way. The vines kept pursuing him left and right, up and down, until he stopped and looked at them with a proud smirk. He had led the vines so that they tangled themselves up.

"Smart kid." Ivy said before she shot some darts at him, only for him to dodge. He then spotted something in a nearby utility drawer. He grabbed it before sneaking stealthily near Poison Ivy before jumping out and spraying her with weed killer, causing her to fall to the ground, coughing, before a released Batgirl knocked her out.

"Batwing, are you okay?" Batgirl asked.

"Fine, Batgirl." Batwing said.

"Didn't I tell you to wait in the Batmobile?" Batgirl asked.

"Yeah, but you needed help." Batwing said.

"Well, I'm just glad you're not hurt." Batgirl said.

"Sorry." Batwing said.

"It's okay. Now, how about some ice cream?" Batgirl said as she led him to the Batmobile.

"Ice cream?" Batwing asked.

"Why not?" Batgirl asked.
