The Many Kids of Danny Fenton
Chapter 27: Felix and Felicity
Clockwork and his guests had just finished watching Mako's entire day. They all smiled, happy for her.
"Another timeline, another joyous day for Danny and his chosen girl..."Clockwork said, smiling.
"Subarashidesu!..."BeConfuzzled Writer said as the others nodded.
"I'm just happy that Mako managed to work the courage to ask Fuyuki out..."FP11 said, happy to see things work out as everyone else nodded to what she said too.
"Good morning..."Luiz4200 said as he appeared.
"Glad to see you joined us. Take a seat..."Clockwork said.
"Yeah, we were waiting for you..."FP11 said, as Luiz accepted Clockwork's offer.
"You have missed quite a show so far..."FP11 said.
"Actually, I've been up to date on this thanks to you. At worst, I forgot a few details but I'm here now..." Luiz4200 replied.
"We'll catch you up..."NeoMark said, wanting to see more and the others nodded.
Clockwork nodded.
"Anyway, I still have a job to do. We really should be moving along..."CW said as he made sure that everything was in order in that timeline.
He then closed it and used his time staff to show an image of which child is next. Or rather, children. Flower Princess11 smiled, as did BeConfuzzled Writer who leaned back with a joyful face.
"So, Felix and Felicity are next..."FP11 said, while the male author looked excited.
"How fortuitous!..."BCW said, his smile widening slightly.
Clockwork smiled and nodded as the time window appeared to show the next timeline.
The one where Danny Phantom had chosen an alluring and ever so troublesome cat burglar as his perfect match, a decision that eventually lead to said cat burglar's reformation and eventually their marriage.
A world that included spiders, mutants, thievery( a lot of it), and various situations that defied odds, as well as Danny and Felicia's relationship going through a LOT of ups and downs, even from before Danny revealed himself after the Disasteroid incident. Even after the event, life was still a roller coaster before they were ready to settle down and starting a family together.
A family that had 2 beautiful, healthy children who proved everyday to be a mix of their parents, including Felicia's brains and trouble making, as well as Danny's powers.
"Finally, I've been waiting for us to get to this one for so long..."NeoMark said, eager to see more.
"You said it!..." BCW added, excited.
"Indeed..."Luiz4200 said, glad to see how the kids are faring.
The others nodded and turned to Clockwork, curious to see what a day in the life of the children of Danny and the Black Cat... now at this point, Felicia Fenton.
Clockwork nodded as his staff glowed as a new time window appeared.
Soon, they all saw images of the two siblings who were sired from Danny Phantom and the once infamous cat burglar who has now given up much, if not all, of her criminal activities.
Even so, she was still as wild as ever and always finds a way to keep Danny from ever being bored of her with "certain games" that she plays with him.
Old habits die hard.
Anyway, they saw the kind of life they would have together and what kind of children they'd have. With everyone ready to see it, the time master rose his staff and aimed it at the screen.
"Time in!..."Clockwork said as he pressed the button, seeing the monitor flash.
Soon, they began to witness a day in the life of Felix and Felicity Fenton, as well as their parents.
In that timeline
It was a beautiful day in the town known as Amity Park.
The sun was shining, birds were singing and families from all over were getting up and getting ready to start their day, and that meant getting ready for another school day.
In a large, nice looking house, Amity Park's most famous and special family had just woken up and were getting ready for their day.
"Last night sure was enthralling, but it's time to get this brand new day started..."A man thought, as he was in the kitchen, making breakfast.
It was the father, Daniel Fenton, who went by Danny, but most knew him by his Danny Phantom persona as he is known by the public.
After getting up, bathing and getting dressed, he started making breakfast for his family as he was used to. Due to his wife's lack of interest/talent in cooking, he did most of the cooking in the family, but it was something he learned to enjoy doing and was really good at it by now.
It had gotten to a point where he could sometime earn favors when needed, mostly from his wife.
"And with this, breakfast is done. Everyone's going to love this..."He thought as he placed some omelets, bacon, pancakes and some fruit for breakfast.
All that was left were the condiments and the arrangement of the food. After a few moments, he was ready.
"Perfect. Almost makes me want to start tweeting this stuff...almost..."He said, pleased with himself as he felt that he did this just perfect in his own unique style.
The man went to the sink to wash his hands before putting all the dirty dishes into the dishwasher. He had forgotten to do them last night, but this would help fix things quick.
He worked for NASA as an astronaut and he always took his duties as a superhero seriously. He also put all that same effort and heart into providing and caring for his family. Even so, it was his day off and on days like this, he liked making a nice big breakfast, sometimes going all out.
Like right now, while the food his cooked was still freshly made and remained sitting on the dining table. Not to mention, the table looked like it belong in a movie than your standard family kitchen, which was helpful given the life he lived.
"Breakfast is ready!..."Danny called out to the other members of the family.
As he waited, a silent presence entered the room, undetected by the ghost man as he whistled innocently. The lady was not noticed until she wrapped her arms around his waist, playfully trapping her query.
Danny smiled as he got a whiff of alluring perfume and felt some lips on his cheek.
He then got a hug from the source, more specifically one of her arms wrapping around Danny's upper body and her other arm reaching down on his lower. All while her body is pressing firmly on the half ghost man's strong back.
It was his wife, Felicia, who was dressed in a simple fashion of an elegant yet profession black business suit with a white business shirt underneath, a matching black business skirt that reached below her knee, stockings and black business heels that fit perfectly her business outfit.
One would never know she was a thief with that outfit, but then again, only the police would have any idea.
Anyway, the blonde woman smiled at him and let out a breath through her nose in satisfaction.
"Morning, Blue Eyes!~..."Felicia'a voice was a sultry as ever.
The only difference now was the amount of tender love one could hear in her tone towards her husband. Said husband smiled at her and staring into her eyes, as he decided to give her wife a taste of her own medicine.
"Morning, Honey. Or should I say MRS. Fenton? Then again, you do like it when I call you Mrs. Phantom too..."Danny said, counting off the compliments on his fingers.
"I do!~..."Felicia teased, sending him a playful look.
"Call me whatever...or would you rather that I call you the woman you love, since we're currently alone at the moment?..."Her husband said, showing that he can still match her sultry teasing after all these years that they've spent together.
As he his wife slightly bit her lower lip, she was about to reply with a playful counter, but smelled something that caught her attention and made her stomach growl a little.
Felicia saw the breakfast spread, tightening the squeeze on her husband and pressing herself against him.
"Hmmm…a banquet for breakfast, the kids are going to love what you made, you're about to be overdressed for your day off, and for what I have planned for us…you ready?…"Felicia teased.
Danny chuckled at that, blushing slightly at his wife's words.
"That depends…"Danny phased through Felicia's hug, going behind the lady and wrapping his arms around her waist.
"Can YOU handle your husband on his day off?..."Danny said with an eyebrow raised.
"Good to see staying up all night ghost hunting hasn't hurt your stamina…"Felicia cooed.
"It doesn't hurt when your wife can practically stay up for days. I can't let you have free reign all the time..."Danny said flirtatiously, squeezing the woman tighter.
"If it helps put you at ease, I'll promise not to cheat by using my duplication powers next time..."Danny said flirtatiously, making his wife slightly hide the blush she had from that remark from her husband.
The blonde hair lady giggled as she felt her husband kissing her on the neck, before they began lip-locking again. Once they pulled away, they stared into each other's eyes.
"I love you..."Danny said, as he also thought that her classic teasing hadn't changed all that much when they were teenagers.
"I love you too..."Felicia said, as her husband went back to kissing her neck.
A moan escaped her lips as a dangerous glint appeared in her eyes. In an instant, she turned around, bending a leg as she gave an enticed expression.
"But last time I checked, you still can't outrun me..."Felicia said, planting a kiss on the lips.
"Yeah, before I started catching up..."Danny said, kissing her back.
"Then…show me…"Felicia whispered, letting sparks fly as she kissed Danny passionately.
She had barely any intention of letting go, wrapping her arms around the man's neck and pulling him into her embrace.
However, the two were not teens or young adults, although no one could tell the difference from how well they kept themselves, and soon the couple pulled away.
"MUAH!~..."Was heard after they pulled away to take a breath.
The married couple sent each other loving looks.
It was only when they heard nothing that they realized they were missing the most important people in their lives, besides themselves.
"Honey...Can you go get the kids? I already called them, but no answer..."Danny said.
"On it, but that doesn't mean we're finished..."Felicia said, pointing at him.
"I know..."Danny said, sending her a grin.
"Good...so long as you brew the my coffee the way I love it, Blue Eyes..."Felicia said, as she went to collect their children.
The father and husband smiled as he loaded the dishwasher, ready to get their silverware and dishes cleaned.
He watched the way his wife walked away, which he knew that Felicia knew he was watching her. Especially once she briefly stared back flashed her catty grin that he had seen on her many times before to know what she must be thinking.
"Who knew my life could be filled with such...trouble...the good kind..."He thought as he finished his task.
Upstairs
Felicia was upstairs and first went to her son's room.
"Rise and shine, Felix. You better not have been up all night again. It's a school day..."Felicia said, as she entered her son's room.
"Mom, relax, I'm up and ready. Just packing up all my school work and ghost-gear, just in case. I got up like an hour ago..."Her son, already showered and dressed.
Felix is a 13-year-old boy with his mother's platinum blonde hair, and his father's glowing green eyes. Since he became a teenager, he started losing the "baby fat" and became taller, growing into his features, which was showed rather quickly once he started taking his training with his parents more seriously about a year ago.
With his Dad teaching him how to better make use of his inherited ghost powers and his mom teaching him not to rely solely on his superpowers and train his natural human abilities too, Felicia effectively wanted to make him the best of both sides of his family.
Overall, he was an athletic boy and that was part of the reason he was quite popular with his peers.
Especially the girls.
Yeah, with the combined looks of his mother and both halves of his father, the boy was a teen heartthrob in Casper High. He could start an early model career if he wanted but he never had the interest in doing so.
That didn't stop Felicia from toying with the idea of putting him through that.
"He really does take after his father..."The mother thought, smiling at him.
Anyway, Felicia walked up to her son, holding his face as she inspected the bags of his eyes. Her son had a habit of staying up, doing whatever he fancied at the moment.
It reminded the mother of her youth, and that's what made it hard not to spoil her children, much to the annoyance of the father.
Anyway, thankfully she didn't see or spot any scars or scratches on him, like she sometimes used to get back then. Thanking her lucky stars that her son was too impulsive or reckless like her when she was in her teens.
"That's a relief..."Felicia said, before she smiled at her son and kissed him on the forehead.
"Good. Be a good boy..."She said, watching as her son rubbed the spot kissed.
"Mom, I'm a teenager now! You don't need to keep treating me like a baby anymore and guys don't get kisses on the forehead from their moms!..."He complained while his mother sent him a teasing smile.
"Now listen here young man, I decide how and when I get to stop treating my baby boy the way I always have when I first met you..."Felicia said in a "stern" way, while her son pouted.
Felicia then giggled, finding him adorable like this.
"Anyway, hurry up. Your dad made omelets and bacon, and they are gonna get cold..."She said.
"And I bet there might be some fish eggs too. I wonder if having cat-like names give us a similar palette..."Felix said as he finished up, putting his books in his bag.
The blonde mother giggled at her son's brief childish moments, namely his naps and having no problems loving seafood.
Felicia soon went to the room next door.
It was Felicity's room, and inside was a 12-year-old girl who looked like a miniature version of Felicia, only with Danny's skin tone, nose and cute dimples. And she was just as mischievous and intelligent as her mother, making her a bundle of trouble around the corner.
Her mother saw her daughter and spoke up.
"Felicity, you better not be hacking into the school mainframe again. The school board has asked us several times to make sure you don't. We don't need any more attention than we already have. Don't I need to confiscate your laptop again?..."The mother said as she watched her frantic daughter still getting ready.
Felicity saw her barge in and frowned.
"Mom, there's something called privacy! I thought crime fighters were all about it!..."She complained.
"Hey, I changed your diapers and spent twelve hours giving birth. And as your mother, I need to make sure you're ready for the day and not hacking into the school mainframe, sending false emails of rabid ghost attacks or saying the campus is being fumigated for lice, again…"Felicia quipped, used to her daughter's attics.
Felicity frowned at that.
School was boring to her, and the only way she saw fit to go was to cause trouble or try to pull the wool over everyone's eyes and maybe launch a few pranks on some bullies that haven't learned that bullying is outdated with her impressive computer skills.
Sadly, her intelligence also earned the envy of others. Being a kid genius had its ups and downs.
Even so, she kept denying her mother's accusations.
"It's not my fault that my classmates are dumb or that the school won't let me skip another grade. I should practically graduate by now. And that lice infection was real though..."Felicity muttered, scratching the side of her head.
"One you helped cause..."Felicia said.
"Allegedly..."Felicity said.
"Patience, darling. You're a Fenton. That means you don't go for the silver, but you can't rush to get the gold..."Her mother walked up and gave the girl a hug.
The two enjoyed a bonding moment before the former let go to get ready.
"Hurry, cause your father cooked up quite the banquet for breakfast so please come down to eat it before your big brother finishes your share first..."Her mother said, knowing that both of her children have appetites that nearly match Danielle's eating habits.
Felicity smiled at that.
"I'll be down in a minute. I woke up to some monster bed head and need to comb it..."The pre-teen girl said as she tried to get her blonde locks in place.
Felicia shook her head at this, having hoped with all her being that her daughter would use her smarts for some good in the near future.
"Sometimes it hard to tell you skipped a grade…"Felicia said, going back to the kitchen.
The daughter shrugged, seeing no issue.
Felicity grabbed a brush and began working on her hair as she watched her mother leave. After a few seconds, she dropped the comb and checked to see the latter was out of earshot, before going to her brother's room.
"Hey Big brother. are you ready for what I've got planned this week? I am..."Felicity said teasingly, while her brother had nearly finished packing everything he needed for school today.
He groaned.
Due to being so close in height and in the same grade, as well as their similar appearance, they often got mistaken as twins and it annoyed him.
"Sis, get out. I'm getting ready…"Felix said, as he zipped up his backpack. "I don't have time for whatever scheme you have this time!…"He shouted.
"Not even getting revenge so Dash Jr is stuck with math camp over the summer so he can't bother either of us during that time?…"Felicity said, as her wickedness could be felt from the hallway.
Felix heard this and smirked.
"As fun as that be...I sadly have to put that on hold. Let's focus on the here and now first, before making any new plans for pranks later. That and someone needs to get first dibs on the bacon..."Felix said, as he phased downstairs.
"Hey, no fair. You know how much I love our Dad's cooking! You are so not getting first dibs! Especially if he made waffles with chocolate syrup and kiwi toppings!..."Felicity yelled, as she did the same thing.
"Not if I get there first! Also, Dad's stacks of pancakes with chocolate chip and pickled kiwis on top are way better anyway!..." Felix quickly relayed in a competitive manner, which her younger sister was equally quick to refuse his opinion on their father's best breakfast dish.
Their mother saw all this and shook her head in amusement.
"Sometimes I wonder if we need to be worried about those powers..."She said as she went down the stairs, flipping over the railing and somersaulting to the kitchen.
It was now a race to the breakfast table. Winner brings home the bacon.
Literally!
Downstairs
Felicia and the kids soon arrived at the table where the breakfast was available. The kids were salivating at the sight of it.
"Awesome. I love it when dad cooks!..."Felix said, as his mother served him a plate.
"I had the day off and thought what better way to start it than making a feast for my family..."Danny said.
"I can think of a few ways..."Felicia said. "Even so, this is a perfect way to start a lovely morning, Blue-eyes..."She said, as their children sat down.
Soon, the family sat together to have breakfast. It was not a rare occurrence, but always one of the most cherished times for this family.
"I'm just glad you made breakfast this time, Dad. I didn't want to think about mom trying to cook again..."Felicity said, as she shuddered while her mother frowned.
"Hey, my cooking is not that bad..."Felicia said.
"Uh...you burned water. How is that possible?..."Felix said, not even sure how that is even possible.
"Be thankful you have bad luck under some control..."Felicia said, while her children and husband sent her shared looks.
"You do know that's not an excuse, right?..."Danny said, looking at her.
"And before that you skipped any cooking in home Economics. The only reason they let you passed was because I did all the cooking for us..."Danny pointed out.
"Well, I don't need to learn how to cook..."Felicia said, but her daughter disagreed.
"You do remember how you roasted the Thanksgiving turkey beyond human or even ghost consumption, right Mom?..."Felicity said, recalling that incident.
"I was going for a the well-done roasted approach..."Felicia said, failing to convince her family.
"You "roasted" the turkey so much that it turned blacker than the Santa's Christmas coals that he give to bad kids on Christmas eve..."Felix reminded.
"And before that you added that flammable cooking oil instead of lemon juice when you marinated it..."Danny pointed out and his wife frowned.
"Danny, there were so many steps in preparing a turkey for Thanksgiving that I lost track of what I was doing. Plus, in my defense, we were being attacked at home during that holiday. Which thankfully we managed to wrap that up rather quick as a family..."Felicia said, but her daughter added one more detail of that "memorable event".
"You got the house on fire!…"Felicity slammed her fists.
"Which ironically had nothing to do with what the bad guys had in store for us in the first place. Not to mention, that the fire department has us on speed dial because of it..."Felix said, and Danny said nothing.
Felicia heard all of this and pouted.
"That was one time and cooking had nothing to do with it. How was I supposed to know you shouldn't put that much oil? It was just a classic case of bad luck, that's all, I swear!..."She said, while her husband handed her a plate.
"Just eat and forget, Felicia..."Danny said, as he placed an omelet in front of his wife. "Here. I even got salmon eggs and soy sauce for you to put on your eggs, so cheer up..."The husband said.
Felicia smiled at that.
"Thank you, Dear..."Felicia said, before kissing his cheek and ignoring the grossed-out looks from their kids.
"So Blue-eyes, since you're on your day off today, I'm assuming that you already have something planned and maybe brewing for dinner later tonight, are you?.." Felicia said.
"Of course I do, but I'd rather not spoil the surprise of the other feast that I decided on making tonight..." Danny said, grinning at her.
"Ooh, now my interest is peaked. Are you sure that you can't just give your loving wife a little hint of what to expect for later?..." Felicia said.
"Well the main dish will remain a secret, but I can tell you that it'll be nostalgic. Here's another hint, the side dishes will involve some chicken which is now marinating, ready to cook for dinner later today..." Danny said.
"Wonderful, I can hardly wait to sink my teeth on your next tasty meal..." Felicia said, sounding happy.
"I can't wait either, Felicia..." Danny replied.
"You know, everyday, you make me the happiest woman in the world..."Felicia said, sounding happy.
"And you make me the happiest man..." Danny replied, sounding even happier than her.
Both Felix and Felicity cringed at this display between their parents.
Felix knew his parents loved each passionately but rather not see how much. Kissing was tame, but it was still gross for a teen his age.
"Not again..."The teenage boy muttered, trying to look away from this lovey dovey scene.
"Ick!..."Felicity gagged.
Their parents heard this, laughed, and continued with their antics.
One of the many unexpected perks of being parents that Felicia and Danny discovered is that they enjoy embarrassing their children with some of their move lovey-dovey acts of affection towards each other. Which has has happened more time than either of their kids would have preferred.
Way more.
"My little alley cat!~..."Danny cooed.
"Oh, Blue Eyes!~..."Felicia cooed back ,while their kids kept complaining.
Felicity tried to ignore them, stuffing her face, but eventually settled for taking her plate under the table.
Their parents saw all of this, and Felicia giggled.
She then turned to her children, already switching from dotting wife to attentive mother in a snap.
"Felicity, don't eat eat under the table. You're my daughter, not a dog..."Felicia said.
"Plus, we'll stop...Danny said.
"For now..."Felicia said, sending her husband a knowing look.
The family went back to breakfast and discussing their agendas for the day.
"So, any plans after school?..."Felicia asked.
"I'm gonna hang out with the guys and I might head to the arcade after school, since neither of us have club activities today. Maybe I'll see if Mayday wants to join..."Felix said.
"And I'm going to the mall. I already have my book report ready and I hear Clover's next line of clothes already came out..."Felicity said, before eating a slice of bacon.
Her mother, however, knew her kids quite better than believing such easy white lies that she could read from their voices.
"Don't try and play coy with me, young lady. You should know better than to lie to a master..."Felicia said, making her daughter flinch.
"Just know that I have connections and so long as my dear tech-savvy friend, Oracle doesn't inform me of any suspicious computer activity happening with your school, then there shouldn't be anything to worry about..."The mother said in a knowing way.
"Darn it, how is it that she always know?!..."Felicity thought as she now tried to rework her plan.
Now, she might have to involve some old school methods to throw off her mother's suspicions, which will be a huge challenge in itself, with the many connections that Felicia has at her disposal from a lot of her old friends and "work acquaintances", who were willing enough to do her a solid whenever it involves checking up on her children.
"Maybe TJ can help me out..."The blonde preteen mused, grabbing another piece of bacon and eating it.
"She's a smart girl, but still a little too green..."Felicia thought, taking another bite of her omelet.
Felicity just shrugged as she decided not to voice her thoughts.
Guess that's what Danny gets for marrying a former crook turned good guy.
"Felicity takes it from someone..."Felix said, knowing how tough his mother can be.
While he once commented that his mother was a harsher teacher than his father, his parents laughed and briefly mentioned that if someone who was known as the Black Fox trained him then he'd see that his mother was actually going easy on him.
The young quarter ghost still had no idea who this Black Fox person was, but he asked his mother she just told him that it was a complicated question to answer. So he just eventually dropped it and went on with his train and life.
Hopefully, he wouldn't have to meet this figure.
Anyway, the family continue eating breakfast and conversing on some of the school and job related activities. Such times felt rare, given they were one of the most celebrity families on the planet, but not many superheroes were public.
"So, anything illegal I should know about?..."Danny asked, as he eyed his wife.
"If by illegal, you mean breaking into people's homes to solve certain cases or following suspicious creeps to get dirt on them, then yes..."Felicia said, talking about her job.
When Felicity was five and old enough to read and form some independent thought, Felicia got bored with being a housewife. She needed to find more excitement beyond her "night job," and that's when she had the brilliant idea to become a private eye.
She eventually decided to put her more deductive skills to better use and with enough money to start her own detective agency, the Cat's Eye agency. Felicia was already gaining a reputation for solving the most unusual cases, even if she did not always use legal methods in finding clues.
It soon became successful and even opened several branches across the country such as in New York, Beverly Hills, Greendale, Metropolis, Gotham, Canada and other places, with talk of an international branch in Paris within the next few years.
Even Felicia herself was surprised by how well her business was booming.
So much that even she could barely handle all the clerical work, administration and bookkeeping on her own. Thankfully she had some old and new friends from all those places to pick-up the slack in her stead as branch representatives.
It seemed reforming had its advantages, since it let her get her kicks without getting in trouble with the law.
Anyway, the husband and wife kept talking.
"Say Honey, how was locking up the New Hammerhead gang for trying to smuggle unlicensed weapons into Amity Park been, now that Joseph Martello AKA old Hammerhead finally retired?..." Danny said.
"Swimmingly, if you can believe it. The Hammerhead crew isn't the mobster gang like it used to be, especially not with Tully running it at least. It's even got worse when he partnered up with Youngblood. The two of them are two manchild sizes of headaches that I don't need in my life..." Felicia said, noticing the some downsides that have become a mental pain in her job that she had to deal with from time to time.
If it weren't for Danny, she'd have snapped by now.
As the family talked, Felicia heard her phone ping. Sighing playfully, she looked at the notification as time made its appearance known.
"I really gotta get to the agency early. Diana has me going over some notes she found involving our current case. She's said about something fishy guy, the file as probably buried under all the unfinished paperwork that I left on her desk. Which may or may not contain some of my own share in the pile..."Felicia said, mentioning her friend and colleague.
"You are so lucky that deputy detective Diana's hasn't stormed to our home to yell your eardrums off for dumping most of your desk work on her..."Felix said.
"It's more than luck..."The mother said.
"Even so...if it wasn't for Diana, I doubt you'd find the time for all your cases..."Danny said.
"Yeah, Diana is life saver and is really earning her Christmas bonus..."Felicia purred.
"With her focus, diligence and her intelligence, I can keep up to date when I'm dealing with the kids or a case. Not to mention she's not a bad looker, not by a long shot. Honestly, if I didn't have you Danny, I'd have probably asked her out by now..."Felicia joked.
Her husband chuckled at that.
"I see. So now another woman has caught your eye. Should I be jealous?..."He asked in a joking manner.
"Oh, come on Blue Eyes. You know I only have eyes for you. and besides-..."Felicia said lovingly, before whispering into the man's ear.
Felix and Felicity could not hear their parents, but a gasp from their father and the mad blush on his face told them they were too young to know.
"I SO don't wanna know what they are talking about!..."Felix thought, as he went back to his plate and tried to place all his attention on eating his breakfast
"Is this going to be something we're going to find out after we go to college?..."Felicity thought, but their parents lovey-dovey antics continued.
"You know, maybe one day, I'll take you up on that offer..."Danny said, eliciting a snort from his wife.
"You wouldn't..."Felicia said playfully.
"I would. Not to mention that I still know all of your weak spots too, my alley cat..."Danny teased, trying to get one over on her with his wife staring back alluring look in her eyes.
Felicia laughed madly, pointing at the ghost man's face and booping him on the nose like a cat.
"Amazing. No matter how old you are, I'll always pull one over you…"Felicia leaned into her husband's face, kissing him passionately, much to the disgust of their children.
"GROSS!..."Felicity complained, grossed out by the parental PDA.
"Mom! Dad! We're trying to eat here!..."Felix said, also grossed out.
Danny and Felicia looked to their children before laughing.
The mother also couldn't help but keep teasing her kids. Part of her enjoyed seeing her kids act like kids.
"You two should be happy to have parents who are still madly in love with each other and as passionate as we towards each other too. Especially ones who get to take you to exotic places others can't..."Felicia said, before planting another kiss on her husband.
"That's right. Though before you ask, no, we'll never take you to one of the Ghost Zone's Christmas parties. I took your mother once, and she already causes enough trouble...of course..."Danny said, before returning the kiss.
His kids kept making grossed out noises and complaints, Almost spilling up their breakfast on the spot, Almost.
"Mom! Dad! Please!..."Felix groaned wanting to keep his breakfast inside his guts instead of out.
It was too early for this stuff, and now they actually wanted to go to school.
Anything was better than watching that.
Anyway, Felix kept his eyes closed as his parents resumed their reenactment of their teen teen years. It didn't matter which it was, but his brotherly instincts went into first gear as he put a hand over his sister's eyes.
"Seriously! There's only so much we can take!..."Felicity said while their parents laughed.
Danny blushed, remembering how he did not want to see any moments his parents acted in such a way. Granted, Jack and Maddie were mostly ghost obsessed in his youth. He and Jazz still felt as grossed out as his children currently were whenever they got romantic with each other.
Eventually all good things had to come to an end, for the time being at least and much to the Fenton kids appetites.
"Alright, alright. Relax. Look. See? I'll want till you kids leave..."Felicia said as she got out of Danny's arms and straightened her suit a bit.
"I don't think they want to hear when we resume either..."Danny said.
"They sure don't. I guess we'll have to continue were we left off later..."Felicia whispered to her husband.
"You can definitely count on that happening very soon..."Danny whispered.
"You asked for it..."His wife whispered back, with a suggestive smile.
"Is this going to be like the time you lunged at me?..."Danny whispered back, placing a hand between his mouth and the kids. "Cause I thought we agreed that had to end after we had Felix..."He whispered into her ear.
The blonde woman blushed before playfully pushing the man back. An innocent laugh erupted from her as she recalled those days before and after her marriage.
"Oh, you!~..."She said with a giggle.
They soon tried to get back to their breakfast, happy that the parental PDA was over and done with, leaving time to enjoy each other and the meal.
Danny eyed his son, who had quietly been eating away at the supply of bacon
"So, Felix, after school, meet me for some practice when you have the ..."The father said.
"You and Mom both know that I will, Dad. If I wasn't already a quarter ghost then the guys would've thought that I was superhuman or had a meta gene or something else like that..." Felix said.
"In another life, perhaps..."Danny said.
"Okay. I'll squeeze you into my tight schedule. Just hope I can manage with my luck..."Felix snarked with a playful tone like his mother.
This brought a smile to Felicia.
"Then perhaps you want to train with mom afterward? I know you still go out at night..."She said before turning to her daughter. "Much like your sister. You two are becoming quite the nocturnals..."She said.
"I'm a growing girl with endless curiosity..."Felicity said as she took another bite of her omelet. "Besides, what's the point of having powers if you don't train and use them?..."She asked out loud.
"True..."Felicia admitted while her husband sent a stern look.
"You're suppose to use your powers responsibly..."Danny said.
"Yeah, yeah..."Felicia and Felicity both said in sync.
"Wow, they really are mother and daughter..."Danny thought in amusement before continuing.
"You know it..."Felicia said while her husband made a face at that.
"Hopefully, we don't have to deal with the Thieves' Guild or anything else supernatural..."Danny sighed with a shake of his head.
The ghost man's mind ran through the years up till the present. So much had happened, spanning mutating viruses, international
criminal underworld, supervillains in all shapes and sizes, and, of course, ghosts.
His life has gotten more hectic, but he also has adapted.
"No sweat..."Felicity said, sounding casual.
"What about you, Sweetie? Don't tell me that you've been slacking off with your hacking attics instead training yourself to be just as or strongly than your brother, are you?..." Felicia said before turning to her daughter.
"Of course not, like I'd ever let Felix get the upper hand on me again..." Felicity said, as she took another bite of her omelet.
"That's my girl! No offense Son. I love you both equally..." Danny said, trying to not choose favorites between his two apples of his eyes.
"Some taken, but I'll let it slide. Since I know that I'm still the strongest Fenton kid in this family..." Felix confidently said, much to Felicity's annoyance.
Felicity stuck her tongue out at him in response.
Danny chuckled at that.
"Some things never change..."He thought, amused.
The ghost man then look at the digital clock and thought about the schedules of the entire Fenton Family and noticed that they had some time left to eat. Before everyone needed to get in a hurry with school and their jobs, both civilian and super-powered related ones.
"Best hurry up..." He thought.
That's when Danny remembered something and spoke up.
"Felix, don't forget to talk to Mayday about Peter. There's something I need to talk to him about, but he's not answering his phone..."The father said.
The ghost man had important business with his old friend, but it seemed being a superhero put them both in positions that made it hard to communicate. Only when the family was in New York the two could meet in person.
His son heard this and nodded.
"I won't forget, Dad. I know you and Uncle Pete have trying to talk for a while..."Felix said before finishing his milk.
Danny nodded, going back to his meal.
He reached out for some more bacon but found the plate empty. Looking at the table, he saw two plates greased to the edge, courtesy of his children. A small giggle came from his wife.
"Next time, think twice before making a small pile..."Felicia said, taking another piece of her omelet.
With breakfast eaten, school supplies packed, and all parental displays of affection nowhere in sight, the two Fenton siblings grabbed their things and darted out the door, ready for school today.
"Bye Mom. Bye Dad..."Felix said as he ran out the door.
"Bye..." Felicity said as she headed outside with her big brother.
Danny smiled as Felicia held onto his side.
The two watched as their kids phased through the door, making the father have mixed feeling of dread and pride, wondering if they'll cause trouble.
"Bye kids..." Danny said.
"Remember, stay out of trouble...and you're only in trouble if you get caught..."Felicia said, waving at her kids.
"Felicia!..."Danny scolded.
"What?..."Felicia asked with a playful shrug, playing innocent.
Unlike Danny, she showed pride in teetering on the edge of law and order. The adrenaline was too much at times to ignore, and she taught their kids to test their limits.
Sure, she was technically a "law abiding citizen" and a detective now, but old habits could still die hard.
Once they saw that their kids had left for school, the parents turned to each other.
"So, when did you say that you need to meet with Diana again?..."Danny asked.
"In about 25 minutes...maybe 30 minutes, in case of a traffic jam..."She said, walking two fingers up the man's chest.
"Your office is about a 20 minute drive from here..."Danny grabbed the hand and pulled it behind him.
"True...or 5 minutes by flight..."Felicia said in a hinting way, sending a clear signal.
Danny smirked when he heard this.
"I thought you said we'd continue later..."He said playfully.
"It is later now..."Felicia said playfully.
"Good point..."Danny said, before his wife yanked him in for a kiss.
The married couple started making out again before while the ghost man grabbed hold of his wife tightly and floated them through the walls, taking their affection into the living room for more romantic privacy.
Those two married lovebirds can do a lot in just 20 minutes when they're completely alone with each other and right now, they can't help themselves from lovingly embracing each other with so much passion for their other half.
"What a man!~..."Felicia thought joyfully, as she slides her hand down Danny's chest that had been toned beyond Felicia's imagination.
"I just love this woman!~..."Danny said, as the kiss deepened.
After year of ghost and crime fighting, while also training with equally strong super-powered peers, he chose a thief.
And he doesn't regret it.
Not one bit.
"MUAH!~..."The couple continued kissing and embracing each other, just as much in love with each other as ever.
Whether there was enough time did not make a difference to them, but they had to be mindful, or Diana might bust Felicia's chops.
Being a superhero family was not all sunshine and rainbows. Still had its perks though...
"Mmm!~..."Felicia moaned, as she and her husband continued to make out.
And this is one of them.
The couple continued to make out for a good 20 minutes before it was time for Felicia to get to work and perform her mission in time to get home early.
Even so, it was clear that the spark between the parents was still there and hasn't dimmed.
Not by a long shot.
