And we're back with the next chapter of Meta-Verse. In this chapter, the team will now be looking for Sailor Moon after what has happened back in Africa. But, unfortunately, an evil author wants to dispose of them. Let's open the book and read the chapter, shall we?

Meanwhile, in the Meta-Verse Department Agency, we see Katy Caterpillar and Milk Chan walking into the apartment center.

"Um, guys. We do have some bad news." Milk said.

"I feel like all we ever get is bad news," Joe said.

Tai shrugged and said, "What's going on, Milk?"

Katy cleared her throat. "Remember I taught you guys about the Space Core Element?"

"Yeah, I remember," Matt said.

Sora nodded. "Same here. What about it?"

"Well, I said if it falls into the wrong hands, something bad will happen. And it must have, but we don't know. Cause, Wheatley has a hold of the Space Core Element now. He even wrote a note about it as plain as day." Katy said.

"What will happen if he uses the Space Core Element?" Agumon asked.

Katy shrugged. "Who knows?"

"Great, so the bad robot has the Space Core Element," Tai groaned. "So, what are we going to do about it? We can't let him keep it."

"We're gonna find a way to get the Space Core Element away from Wheatley. But, the problem is, where is that robot gonna be located next?" Katy said.

"I'm sure he's going to make his presence known sooner rather than later," Izzy said. "Problem is getting it away from him. Is the core temperamental? Like, will it explode if we handle it wrong?"

Katy thinks about it. She didn't quite know everything about the Element, just how it all works and all and what it is…sort of. She tries to think back. "Well, if it's handled wrong…" She thinks more than a light bulb flashed in her mind. "Got it. If it is handled wrong, then it can control your whole entire body, making you not in control of it. And that will be a bad thing, as it can cause a person to become corrupted and filled with hatred."

"Sounds as bad as the Black Gears," T.K. said.

"Then we'll need to be careful around it," Tentomon acknowledged.

"In the meantime, what should we do?" Tai asked.

"Sit back and hang tight until we find that one-eyed ball. With handles." Katy said.

Tai folded his arms and leaned on one leg. He hated the idea of waiting around, but there didn't seem to be anything that could be done at the moment. He sighed. "I guess that's all we can do, huh?"

"Pretty much." Katy said.

Milk sighed. "Well, I might as well stick around here for a while."

Katy nodded. "Just thought I'd let you know on this, since this is very concerning." She then gets off Milk, then crawls out of the room.

"Is it time to eat yet?" Agumon asked. "I'm starving."

"It's not gonna be a little while, but…" Milk then grabs out some homemade chocolate chip cookies out of thin air. "Tetsuko made these. They're good."

Agumon and the other digimon happily eat the cookies. "You're right, these are good!" Gabumon said.

Milk then turns to…us. "Now that's what I call, success in sweetness." She then turns to the kids and Digimon. "Glad you like them."

"So, what are you gonna do now, Milk?" Biyomon asks.

"Me? Well, while we're just sticking around for a while, I might as well do a little Call of Duty to tie me over." Milk then grabs out the PS4 and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare out of thin air.

"That sounds fun!" T.K. exclaimed. "Can I play too?"

Milk looks at the game. "It's a shooter game. Are you sure you want to?"

Matt put his hand on T.K.'s shoulder and said, "I think you're a little too young to be playing that, kiddo."

T.K. pouted but didn't put up a fight. "Well, now what are we gonna do?"

"Trust me, I'm only five, but I still play this. Just because." Milk then looks around. "What else can you do, hmm? Good question." She then thinks for a moment. "Ha! I know. Instead of just sticking around here, why don't we head to the mall? We can do that, right?"

"The mall!" Mimi said excitedly. "That sounds great!"

"Woo-hoo! Let's head there then!" Milk said.

The kids and Digimon were all in agreement and followed Milk-Chan to the mall.

Later, instead of taking Flandre's van truck, they did take Milk's car, with the kids shocked that a five-year-old can drive.

"When exactly did you get your driver's license, Milk?" Tai asked.

"Hmm…good question. Been a while since I've got my license. I always drive to places when I am given missions by my good pal, Mr. President. I'll let you meet him sometime soon." Milk said.

Without putting too much thought in it, the kids and digimon all piled into the car.

"Let's roll out! Transformer pun." Milk then drove the car out of the Agency and into the Field of Eternity, trying to find a portal to Normal Earth. "So, may I ask you a question here?" She sighed. "How long has it been since you and your partners know each other?"

That was a good question. The kids thought about how to answer it. It felt like they had been in the digital world for months, yet no time had passed in the real world when they had returned. "I would guess maybe half a year?" Tai replied.

"Oh. So it's not that long then. Huh. Okay. Thought I may ask. So, this might be a very stupid question to ask. If you have faced Devimon and Myotismon before, have you ever faced the Dark Masters yet?"

The kids looked at each other and shook their heads. "Never heard of them before," Agumon said.

Milk nodded. "I see." She then looked at the road. "So they haven't made it past the Myotismon arc yet, huh? I guess that's fine. Although I should tell them, but, maybe one of the Dark Masters will pop up. Hopefully not that clown-faced Piedmon. I hate that guy so very much. So fucking much."

Normal Earth

They then drove out of the Field of Eternity and into Normal Earth, where everything seems normal here.

"Everything looks fine so far," Joe said. "Nothing terrifyingly out of the ordinary."

"Feels kind of weird, things being normal that is." Sora nodded.

"Welcome to Normal Earth. This is an earth where everything seems like the real world. All your apartment buildings here, all your stores here, all your streets here, all your fast food places here, everything here is normal. This earth is never attacked, since it is protected under a type of…oh I forgot." Milk explains.

"See? Now, this is the kind of Earth I can get behind," Joe said. "Something without danger all the time."

"Ah, come on, Joe," Gomamon said. "If you didn't live in your world then we never would have met."

Joe sighed. "Yeah, guess you're right about that."

Milk chuckled. "You guys seem to have…I don't know some type of agree and disagree relationship between you guys."

Gomamon smiled. "You know what they say. Sometimes opposites attract. We're nothing alike, but that doesn't mean we aren't best pals."

Joe nodded. "Despite everything, I am glad to have met Gomamon."

"I am glad you did too. Otherwise the Digimon franchise would have never existed. How sad if it isn't." Milk said.

The kids didn't quite understand what she meant by "franchise" but there was a lot about the multiverse that they didn't understand.

"So, about this mall?" Mimi asked.

"I might as well tell you one thing about it. If there are any more questions, go for it. But, the mall is very huge. The size of a skyscraper when you put it on its side." Milk said.

This only made Mimi all the more excited. She loved shopping, so a skyscraper sized mall sounded heavenly to her. "I can't wait!"

"There we go. Now that's some spirit, girl." Milk said.

After a few more minutes, they reached the mall. Everyone has gotten out of the car.

"This is it folks. Lo and behold, the mall." Milk points at the mall right in front of them.

The children and digimon marveled at its sheer size. It was massive. Mimi's eyes lit up the moment she saw it. She immediately ran for the doors with Palmon close behind her.

"Welp, she's happy." Milk said.

"Yeah, she's pretty girly in that regard," Matt said. "Well, shall we head inside too?"

"Yes we should." Milk said.

They then walked towards the entrance of the mall. They then saw a map of the whole entire place when they first got in.

"Where should we go first?" Tai asked.

"Do they have one of those stores where you can build your own teddy bear?" T.K. asked.

Kari nodded. "I want to do that!"

"Well they have it here." Milk nodded, seeing that the Build-a-Bear Workshop is on the map.

"Great, let's head there. Does everyone want to go, or do you guys want to do your own thing?"

"I'd like to see if they have any computer stores here," Izzy said.

Sora looked around and noticed that Mimi was nowhere to be found. "I'd better go hunt down Mimi. Make sure that she doesn't get into any trouble."

Joe nodded. "I'll go with you then, Sora."

Matt and Tai exchanged looks and Matt said, "Guess we're taking our siblings to Build-a-Bear."

"Perfect. While I try to find myself another anime to watch in Vintage Stock. I need to get something new every once in a while." Milk said.

With that said, the team split up for the moment. Tai and Matt took T.K. and Kari to Build-a-Bear Workshop while the others went to the stores they were interested in. While they walked by Vintage Stock, Sora and Joe were surprised to find Mimi in the store, looking at manga.

"Holy shit. You're here. Well that's a surprise." Milk came to Mimi and Palmon.

Mimi was holding the manga called Sailor Moon. "You know, I want to know more about magical girls," Mimi said. "This seemed like a good place to start researching."

"Sailor Moon. Most popular series of all time. You know there's also an anime series to it. Just fyi." Milk points out.

"I'll have to check that out too," Mimi said. "I'm really liking this manga. I can't believe I never tried magical girl stuff out before. I guess I just never paid all that much attention to anime or manga before."

Milk nodded. "With that being said, have fun. I'm gonna search for what I need to find here." She then walks off to search for something of her own.

At the same time, on top of Palmon's head, inside the flower, we do see the tiny insect-sized women, Hakumei and Mikochi, just relaxing.

"Feels nice here." Hakumei said.

"She's gonna find out we're in here." Mikochi whispered.

"It'll be fine. We shouldn't be noticed here." Hakumei said.

Palmon thought she heard talking but couldn't quite place where it was. "Did you hear that?" she asked.

"Hear what, Palmon?" Mimi asked.

"I swear I heard someone talking."

Mimi laughed. "You're probably just hearing things. We have been under a lot of stress lately and you're probably just exhausted."

Mikochi's eyes widened. "See?" She whispered.

"They haven't caught us yet. Just let me relax in this beautiful flower." Hakumei tried to relax herself in Palmon's flower.

Palmon definitely heard it that time. "Mimi, is there something in my flower?"

"Your flower?" Mimi peered into it and yelped when she saw the two women. "What are you doing in there?"

"Aw great, we got caught." Mikochi said.

Hakumei saw Mimi and sighed. "And here I was having a relaxing day here." She got up. "I'm just relaxing here."

"Oh, well if you aren't going to cause any trouble, then I don't mind if you stay up there," Palmon said.

"Oh don't worry, I'm not going to." Hakumei sat back down, then rested herself up a bit.

Mikochi sighed. "At least she doesn't mind after all."

Meanwhile, with Tai and the others, they were in the Workshop, when they saw Laetitia working on a teddy bear of her own.

T.K. had picked out a frog and Kari went with a cute cat, much to Gatomon's delight. While the kids were getting their dolls stuffed, Tai noticed the girl and gave her a friendly wave.

Laetitia notices Tai, and gives him a wave, although showing no emotion at all. "So, you're the ones that got sucked out of your own reality as well. I knew of this. Because I encountered it before, two years ago. I was not a victim of the portals if that's what you're gonna ask me."

Matt had heard her too, and he and Tai stared at her in disbelief. "Wait, how did you know about us?" Tai asked.

Laetitia just stared at Tai in a cold gaze. "Because, it's obvious you guys are not of this reality." She then turns to face them. "My name is Laetitia. And I am a pretty mysterious girl as you can see."

"Yeah, I'd guess that," Matt replied.

"So, do you know about the Meta-Verse Department Agency, too?"

"I am a part of the Agency. I was a member back in 2011. Nine years ago. After some incident that involves mysterious books of power and all. And an ongoing war. It's stopped now. But for how long? I wouldn't know." Laetitia explains.

"Sounds like you've been through a lot," Tai said. "And you don't seem all that old either."

Laetitia smiled. "Well, we don't age in the Field of Eternity where the Agency is at. You should know that by now since you've been in the Agency for a little while. So you don't need to worry about aging at all while in the Field of Eternity."

That was a relief. None of the kids had thought much about aging at the agency as they hadn't been there all that long. "Do you know how time passes in the other worlds? Like, how long have we been away from our world?"

"It varies. Some worlds' time passes by, depending on what time we're looking at in these worlds. And sometimes, time stops in some worlds. It varies on which world has time passing by or which world has time stop." Laetitia explains.

T.K. and Kari had just finished picking out clothes for their new stuffed animals when they noticed the conversation their brothers were having. They headed over to them to see what was going on.

"Hi!" T.K. said happily to Laetitia. "I'm T.K., how are you?"

"Okay, I guess." Laetitia then turned to the teddy bear and was about to finish. "So, may I ask what all happened while you guys were here?"

The four kids and their digimon explained the events from their last two missions, going over everything in great detail.

Laetitia's eyes widened when she heard them say the Light One. She then turned to them. "You mean they're after Kari because they believe she's the Light One?"

"That's what they said," Tai replied.

"I have no idea what it means," Kari said. "I barely even know what this Light One is, how could I be the reincarnation of her?"

Laetitia thinks for a moment. "I've heard of the Light One before. She was an ancient goddess of light. She gives light and hope to all people in the world. But, dark forces want the Light One. The Light One has vanished from the world, knowing she isn't safe, but she got killed by demons, and she was never to be seen again. These are ancient legends I heard about the Light One while at my time in an alternate universe of my own universe."

The kids grew silent, taking in everything that Laetita just told them. "I just find it hard to believe," Tai said. "I just can't fathom my little sister being some reincarnation of some kind of ancient goddess."

"Maybe there's a mistake?" Kari said.

"We won't know until closer to time." Laetitia then goes back to the teddy bear, and gets it all stuffed up and ready.

WIth their bears done, Tai and Matt paid for the (more expensive then they were anticipating) dolls. They turned to Laetitia and said, "Do you stay at the agency too?"

"I do." Laetitia nodded.

"Do you want to hang out with us for a little bit then, since we're teammates and all?" Tai asked. "We'll be heading back to the agency after this."

Laetitia nodded. "I can do that." She then grabs the teddy bear and her own doll that she kept for…ages now? Then she walked towards the group. "I'm ready now."

"Great, why don't we try to meet up with Izzy? If we don't pull him out of the computer store, he'll be in there for ages."

Laetitia chuckled. "Wow. I never thought of that before."

They then go in search of Izzy. They then were heading to Best Buy where they saw Izzy and Tentomon there.

Izzy was messing around on a laptop while Tentomon was curiously looking over video game titles. They noticed Tai and the others walking over to them.

"Hey, guys," Izzy said. He then took notice of Laetitia. "Who's this?"

"Laetitia," Matt replied. "She works at the agency too."

"Nice to meet you." Laetitia said, showing no emotion at all, as usual.

"You just about done here, Izzy?" Tai asked. "Because we should definitely look for the others next. Any idea where they slipped off to?"

Izzy shrugged. "I'm guessing they're clothes shopping if they went after Mimi."

"Then we look for them there." Laetitia said.

After they walked out of the computer store and headed further into the mall, they passed by Vintage Stock and noticed Sora, Joe, and Mimi inside, looking at various anime. The group decided to head inside and see what their friends were up to.

"Hello to you all." Laetitia said.

Tai introduced her to the group and the three were happy to meet a new team member. "So, I guess all we need to do is wait for Milk to finish up," Sora said.

"I'll say." Hakumei is still relaxing inside Palmon's flower, feeling relieved.

"Do I want to know?" Tai asked, pointing to the two tiny women inside of Palmon's flower.

"Palmon's just hanging out with some friends," Mimi replied with a chuckle.

Kari walked away from the group to look at various toys and games. She stopped when she came across one anime that caught her eye, Puella Magi Madoka Magica. She picked it up and looked it over, curious. It looked like one of those magical girl series as well.

"That one isn't what you think." Milk came to Kari. "It looks like fun, but it can be a horror anime as well. So don't let that fool you."

"Oh," Kari said as she put the video back. "Anything that you'd recommend, Milk?"

Milk thinks for a moment. "Not quite sure at the moment." She then faces Kari. "So, I'm assuming you might be done with the workshop then."

Kari held up her kitty with the sorcerer's outfit on. "Yup, I think she turned out great."

"Nice touch. Anyways, I came for what I needed." Milk then shows her what she got. "The Rising of the Shield Hero. I know, it's not the same genre as PMMM, short for Puella Magi Madoka Magica, but I've been waiting for this one to get released. Finally, I'm about to get it."

"It looks neat," Kari said, looking over the blu-ray case. "Are we about ready to head out then?"

"I think so. Oh, and while I was at it, I got myself a shit ton of this." Milk then grabs out a bag out of thin air, revealing that she did get every season of Sailor Moon, and some seasons of the new series, Sailor Moon Crystal.

Meanwhile, Mimi had just gotten done purchasing the first four volumes of the Sailor Moon manga and was showing the others some of the pages, telling them about the story and how excited she was to keep reading it.

"Looks interesting. I never knew much about Sailor Moon's story. I wonder where she is now. She is also an Agent at the Agency, but it seems we lost all communications with her ever since an attack from eldritch alien beings. Some of our Agents are on the search to find her now." Laetitia said.

"You mean you've actually met her?" Mimi's eyes widened. She was kind of jealous, she wished she could meet Sailor Moon as well. "I hope she's all right."

"A member of the Sailor Scouts, Sailor Chibi Moon, is worrying about her. We tried to comfort her, telling her that we'll find Sailor Moon, but she still kept worrying and worrying. Poor girl. I wish she wasn't like this." Laetitia then looks solemn.

"Is there anything we can do to help?" Sora asked.

"Well, if we can just locate where Sailor Moon would have been, then that'll help. We have Lain Iwakura searching for her, but she isn't getting any luck." Laetitia said.

"Poor Sailor Moon. I wish she was still in this fanfiction series. I'm hoping she's okay." Milk came to them, with the Sailor Moon seasons and The Rising of the Shield Hero in hand, and Kari tagged along with Milk.

"Is it possible for us to go help look for her?" Tai asked, "or are we strictly on the mission to stop Wheatly right now?"

"Whichever you wanna do." Hakumei has her eyes closed.

"Maybe we should talk to Katy?" Mimi said. "She knows a bunch of stuff and could give us an idea on what to do."

"Let's do that." Laetitia said.

"Alright then. Once I'm done scanning all these." Milk said.

"You mean you stole the bag?" Laetitia asked.

"I didn't steal the bag, I grabbed it for the Sailor Moon seasons since I can't carry all of this since they're too heavy. And besides, five whole sets of the original and three whole sets of the new one. Can you even carry all that by yourself?" Milk asked.

"We can help you out, Milk," Matt said. "You don't have to carry all that by yourself."

"Thank you." Milk said.

Meta-Verse Department Agency

After that was done and out of the way, they returned back to the Agency, where they headed towards the Revengers Base and went to Katy's quarters. They reached there and they saw Katy on her desk, while Kikyo Kushida was standing near the window.

"Hey, Katy, we have something to ask you," Tai began but noticed Kikyo standing there. "I'm sorry, are we interrupting something?"

"Oh no, you guys are good." Kikyo said.

"What is it that you need to discuss?" Katy asked.

"We wanted to help look for Sailor Moon," Mimi said. "We heard that she was lost and we want to help bring her back."

Katy looked at them for a moment, then sighed. "So someone told you about it?" She nodded. "It is true that she is lost due to the eldritch alien attack." She looked at them for a moment. "Yes, we might need all the help we can get. I might call in Chibiusa and tell her to join you."

"That's great," Sora said. "Where should we begin the search?"

"Why don't we begin in her home world? Maybe she got herself to go home after what happened, is what we might assume, but we wouldn't know if she did or if she went somewhere else. But, I say start in her home world first before anything else." Kikyo said.

"Just tell us how to get to her homeworld and we'll head over there as soon as Chibiusa joins us," Tai said.

"Well, we take the van truck to her home world. That'll be no problem. I'll tell Flandre that you're joining in on the search." Katy said.

"Sounds great," Agumon said. Now all that was left was to wait for Chibiusa.

Later, everyone is gathered at the parking lot. Chibiusa Tsukino ran towards the group, then panted. "I heard you guys are gonna look for my friend."

"That's right," T.K. said. Patamon was resting on top of his head and smiled at Chibiusa.

"Don't worry, we'll find Sailor Moon," Patamon added.

Chibiusa nodded. "Thanks for the help you guys."

"Not a problem," Gabumon said. "We're a team and we always help our out teammates."

With that said, the DigiDestined and digimon piled into the van truck.

"Let's go." Nanachi said.

They got in as well, then they drove off.

Unknown World

Meanwhile, back in a dark laboratory, we see Wheatley looking through some stuff, while Seadramon is behind him.

"What are you looking for?" Seadramon asked.

"Seeing where the Agents might be next. I wanna strike there and kill them off, as well as the DigiDestineds. But there is one that you shouldn't kill off. And that is the girl…Kari." Wheatley said.

"Why can't I just wipe them all out?" Seadramon demanded. "I want to crush them all for my humiliating defeat."

Wheatley turns to face Seadramon. "The reason why I don't want you to wipe out Kari is because she is the reincarnation of a goddess, the Light One. With her power, I can finally unleash the goddess of death onto the world, and victory will be ours. But I need her to revive the goddess of death."

Seadramon snarled but didn't argue. He didn't understand all this talk of goddesses and revival, and quite frankly, he didn't care. All that was on his mind was wiping out the children and their partners and getting revenge for his lost pride. "When do we strike?" he asked.

"When I find out where they'll be." Wheatley said.

"I did find zeir location." Scalpel said.

"You did? Where?" Wheatley asked.

"Zey're heading towards Tokyo right now. Sailor Moon's Tokyo." Scalpel said.

"Ah. So they're there, I see?" Wheatley then turns to Seadramon. "Get yourself ready. It seems we've finally located them."

Seadramon clicked his teeth and said with a wicked grin, "I'm more than ready."

Tokyo

Meanwhile, back with the Meta-Verse Agents, they're heading towards Tokyo right now.

"Tokyo is always famous for everything." Milk said.

"Anime, advanced technology, and monster attacks. Tokyo has it all," Tai said with a laugh.

"Monster attacks? Ooo, ooo. You mean Godzilla? Yeah, that always happens here. Sometimes." Milk said.

"Wonder if we'll have any monster attacks today?" Joe said.

"Knowing our luck, probably," Matt replied.

Raggedy Ann then turned to…us. "And they're right. A monster attack is gonna happen today. Not Godzilla anyways."

The kids hadn't even noticed Ann and were more focused on looking out at all the sights that Tokyo had to offer. It was all so familiar, yet strangely different somehow. Perhaps it was because they weren't in their version of Tokyo.

"So, where do we start looking for our Sailor friend?" Milk asked.

Katy looks at the digital map of this version of Tokyo they're in. "Well, we can try some cities here. See if she's in one of those."

Tai turned to Chibiusa and asked, "Did she have any particular hangouts or anything like that?"

Chibiusa thinks for a moment. "Well, sometimes she goes out to do some shopping sometimes. Sometimes she likes that."

"Isn't that what all girls do anymore? Shopping?" Ann asked.

"Depends on the girl," Sora replied. She wasn't one that was die-hard about shopping, but she did enjoy it. She definitely didn't like it as much as Mimi did, that was for sure.

"I know where we can go. Let's check the Juban District. Because, that's where all the Sailor Moon episodes and manga focuses on…sort of. In the Juban District." Milk said.

"Seems like a good place to start," Kari said.

"Alright, let's head for the Juban District," Tai said.

They then headed that way. They drove for a while to the Juban District, went there and the first place they stopped was the Jewelry OSA-P.

"Oh yeah, a jewelry store. Perfect place to start out with." Milk said.

They walked into the jewelry store and Mimi immediately ran over to see all the various items for sale. She stopped by some necklaces and looked them over.

"They're so pretty. Too bad they're so expensive," Mimi said.

"Yeah, they're damned expensive. But, that's their value." Milk said.

"Value, huh?" A little girl appeared out of thin air to them.

This girl has blonde hair and grayish blue eyes. She wears a white short-sleeve dress and is barefoot. This is Miyo Akino.

"I would like to hear you explain what value is." Miyo said.

"Huh? Well…value…um…let's see." Milk tries to think for a moment.

Miyo sighed. "Forget I said anything. Anyways. Is there a real reason you came here?"

"We're looking for someone," Mimi replied. She pulled out the manga of Sailor Moon from her bag and showed Miyo the cover. "We're looking for her."

Miyo looked at the cover, then she shook her head. "She's not here."

"Well, do you have an idea of where she might be?" Katy asked.

Miyo shook her head again. "I don't. No."

"Then that means keep searching then." Milk said.

"If you need some help searching for her, we'll be glad to help." Another female came to them, and two other females.

The first female has pink hair and blue eyes. She wears a dark blue sleeveless dress, metal gauntlets and metal boots. This is Presea Combatir.

The second female has yellow hair with pigtails that are slightly curled into ringlets and blue eyes. She wears a white long-sleeve shirt, blue checkered skirt, white socks and black shoes. This is Miyako Gotokuji

The third female has dark purple hair and purple eyes. She wears a purple scarf, white and black long-sleeve shirt, white and black shorts, black thigh-high socks and black shoes. This is Rei Kuroki.

Mimi happily showed the newcomers the manga. "This is the woman we're looking for," she explained. "Have you seen anyone that looks like this?"

The newcomers shook their heads.

"I don't think I saw her, but I do think I ran into her cat though." Miyako said.

"You have?" she asked excitedly. Mimi and Palmon exchanged smiles. "Do you think you could take us to her?"

Presea nodded.

"Then follow them then." Milk said.

They then went out of the jewelry store and took the van truck, in search of Sailor Moon's cat, Luna. They stopped by a bridge.

"There she is." Presea points at the side of the bridge.

Flandre stops the van truck, then everyone has gone out to see Luna just looking at the sky.

Mimi and Palmon were the first to approach her. "Excuse me, Luna?" Mimi said.

Luna just looked at the sky for a moment, then turned around to see Mimi and Palmon, looking solemn. "Why are you here?"

"We're trying to find Sailor Moon," Palmon replied. "We heard she went missing. We want to help."

Luna looked at them for a moment, then sighed. "Thanks." She smiled. "I owe you one."

The other DigiDestined walked over as well. "Any idea where to start, Luna?" Sora asked.

Luna shook her head. "No idea. It's been some days now…a week, and I still can't find her."

"A week?" Hakumei came out of Palmon's flower. "That does sound bad."

Luna nodded. "After a week, I just gave up. Days of endless searching, and nothing. Where did she go, I wonder. I made her a Sailor Guardian, and it is her duty to be a Sailor Guardian. Now, where did that Sailor Guardian go?"

Milk thinks for a moment. "I got another place we can try out."

"What do you have in mind, Milk?" Matt asked.

"We need to search everywhere," Gabumon added.

"I know that. Let's try Game Center Crown. She might be there, looking at the Sailor V game or something. I don't know." Milk said.

Sora nodded. "That's a good idea."

"What are we waiting for?" Tai asked. "Let's head to this Game Center Crown!"

They then got back into the van truck and they drove there. After a while, they got to the place called Game Center Crown and they got out of the van truck.

Reg then catches something in his eye. And that is being the Sailor V game poster. He notices some similarities to her. "Does Sailor V almost look like Sailor Moon?"

Milk shrugged. "She might be."

Tai was the first to walk inside and look around. He found the Sailor V game and walked over to it. He picked up the game and looked it over. "They do look a lot alike."

"They do, don't they?" Something pushes Tai off of the floor and onto the ceiling, then he falls to the ground.

Time seemed to stop after that had happened. The DigiDestined ran over to their fallen friend and helped him stand back up."

"Tai!" Kari exclaimed. "Are you okay?"

Tai rubbed his sore back and groaned. "I think so. What was that?"

"Let me introduce myself." The old man made himself visible to them.

The old man has white hair and has a white beard and brown eyes. He wears a rainbow-colored feathered hat, green vest, black long-sleeve shirt, black pants and brown boots. "I am Drosselmeyer. Pleased to meet you."

"Drosselmeyer? Oh please. You look like a wide-eyed hippy." Milk said.

"Oh, is that how you treat someone you just met, hmm? Now then, where is Duck?" Drosselmeyer asked.

"Why do you want her?" Katy glared at Drosselmeyer.

"Oh, so I can torture her more." Drosselmeyer said.

"That tells me you're a bitch." Milk said.

"He sure looks like a bad guy," Biyomon said. She flew over. "You aren't going to hurt anyone. Spiral Twister!" She unleashed a vortex of green fire at Drosselmeyer.

"Oh please." Drosselmeyer then reveals brown gears and they absorb Biyomon's Spiral Twister. "It just makes things a lot, lot. Worse."

Behind them, on the floor, the floor cracks open and brown gears come out of the floor.

"What are those?" T.K. asked.

Patamon hovered in the air and watched the gears as they moved.

"Oh, those are gears to a clock, my friend." Drosselmeyer said.

"Hmm. You sure know how to tick the wrong person off." Milk grabs out her milk sword and is about to stab Drosselmeyer, but the notorious author grabs the sword, then he throws her to the wall.

"We have to get out of here." Reg said.

"Oh, you can run." Drosselmeyer turns to the group. "But you can't hide."

"Digimon, attack!" Agumon commanded and he and the seven digimon charged for Drosselmeyer, unleashing their attacks upon them.

"Hurry, we'll hold him off," Gabumon said.

"You guys need to run," Tentomon added.

Snow White ran to Milk, grabbed her, then she ran back towards the team. "Let's go!"

The team, excluding the Digimon, then ran out of the game store and back onto the van truck.

Back in the game store, Drosselmeyer uses his brown gears to attack the Digimon, unleashing elemental powers out of the brown gears, from water, to fire, to earth, to air, he unleashes these attacks from the brown gears onto the Digimon.

The digimon were blasted by the attack and were thrown through the wall, landing on the city streets. Tai stopped running when he saw Agumon land.

"Agumon, hold on!" he cried out as he ran back over to his partner. "Hurry, digivolve!"

Agumon pushed himself back up and quickly digivolve into Greymon. The massive t-rex stomped over to Drosselmeyer and breathed a jet of fire at him.

Drosselmeyer disappears into thin air.

"Where did he go?" Reg looks around to find where Drosselmeyer went, but, so far, he couldn't find him.

Silence

"That can't be good." Nanachi looked around.

Still nothing

The Digimon were all beginning to recover from the blast and were starting to get back onto their feet. Their human partners joined them and readied their digivices.

All of a sudden, a mechanical hand grabs Gatomon from behind in a building, then it lifts her up. Then, the thing has gotten out of the building. It is revealed to be Wheatley.

"That jerk again!" Patamon exclaimed.

"Let go of Gatomon!" Kari cried out.

"Not until you hand yourself over, first." Wheatley then turns around.

The team notices this, and they turn around as well.

Silence

Then, one of the buildings is completely destroyed. And who destroyed the building was no other than Seadramon.

"Ice Blast!" Seadramon bellowed as he unleashed a jet of icy wind at a nearby building, causing it to completely freeze over.

"What's Seadramon doing here?" Izzy asked worriedly.

Wheatley turns to the team, then points at Gabumon. "I know he defeated him. So I give Seadramon a chance for revenge on you all. Including you, you pathetic piece of shit."

"We beat him once and we can do it again," Matt shouted. "Now, Gabumon, digivolve!"

"Gabumon digivolve to… Garurumon!" The wolf cried out as he finished his evolution. Garurumon charged for Seadramon and yelled, "Howling Blaster!" and unleashed a blast of fire.

Seadramon chuckled as the fire did little against him. "I'm far stronger than you now," he sneered. "Ice Blast!"

The icy wind hit Garurumon and he began to freeze over, just like the building from before.

Katy's eyes widened. "The Space Core Element!"

"Aw shit. That's what happens?" Nanachi then thinks for a moment. "So that's what the Space Core Element does, huh? Dammit. What do we do?" She looks up at Seadramon. "He became much stronger than anything I've ever encountered before."

"We have to find a way to defeat this sea dragon somehow." Hakumei said.

"Everyone, digivolve to ultimate level!" Tai said, "It's the only way we can hold a candle against him."

All the digimon evolved into their Ultimate Levels. MetalGreymon, Garudamon, MegaKabuterimon, Lillymon, Zudomon, and MagnaAngemon all readied themselves for battle. Garurumon was now a frozen block of ice and Gatomon was still being held by Wheatly. The team then split up to fight these foes.

MetalGreymon, Garudamon, and Lillymon went after Wheatly, while the others went after Seadramon.

"You can't stop me, you idiots!" Wheatley grows another metallic arm and he shoots out a ray blast at them.

Hakumei, who is on top of Lillymon, gets her staff ready. "Keep him distracted. I'm gonna power this thing up."

"You got it," Lillymon replied. "Flower Cannon!" she fired a blast of energy at Wheatly but made sure to keep her distance from him.

Wheatley blocks the attack with his metallic arm, but is thrown only a few inches from them. "You fools. You see, these Digimon are made for a reason. To kill. You? Nothing but trash being lied around in the middle of your stupid disgrace. I should also warn you that Etemon will be back. And he will give you a damned handful."

Hakumei then shoots the beam out of the staff, to which Wheatley did not see, and he then gets thrown off to the wall, but he does release Gatomon from his grasp.

"Gatomon, now!" Kari shouted.

"Gatomon digivolve to… Angewomon!" The newly evolved angel flew over to Wheatly and cried out, "Heaven's Charm!" and unleashed a cross-shaped beam of holy light at the robot.

Wheatley then blocks the attack, but he sort of fails to, as he was sent flying out of the building. He was thrown a few feet away from the building, but he regained balance. "Curse you!"

Reg runs towards Seadramon, then he shoots out a small blast out of his hand.

The blast didn't seem to even affect Seadramon as he advanced on Garurumon, who was still frozen solid. "I'll shatter you, vermin!" he bellowed as he lifted his tail, ready to bring it down on him.

"Vulcan's Hammer!" Zudomon shouted as he struck the ground with his hammer and sent a beam of electricity at Seadramon, stopping him in his tracks. MagnaAngemon and MegaKabuterimon followed, unleashing their attacks on him as well.

Seadramon stayed strong and endured the onslaught. The power of the core was giving him unbridled strength and endurance. He felt invincible, and in a way, he might have been.

"Dammit! Nothing's affecting him!" Nanachi said.

Katy thinks for a moment. "There has to be a weakness to the core. Just think, little caterpillar, just think." She thinks for a moment.

"Something has to stop him." A blast of energy has been shot at Seadramon. And who shot the blast is a little child magical girl.

This girl has blonde hair and green eyes. She wears a pink bow on top of her head, pink short-sleeve dress and red dress shoes. This is Mary Bell.

"Thanks for that!" MegaKabuterimon said.

MagnaAngemon flew over to Garurumon and said, "Magna Antidote!" His wings began to shine like a rainbow and a beam of light shot out of them at Garurumon. The ice began to melt and Garurumon was back to normal.

"Now, let's wipe this guy out for good!" Matt said.

Garurumon digivolve into WereGarurumon and leaped into the air, slashing at Seadramon's face with his claws. "Wolf Claw!" he exclaimed as he brought his claws down, but Seadramon's helm was stronger than the claws. As long as he was powered by the Space Core Element, he appeared far stronger than an ultimate level.

"Even that does not work." Katy said.

Mary then grabs out her flower gun. "Something has to." She shoots it at Seadramon, but it does little damage to the sea dragon Digimon.

Wheatley then flew to the team. "You see? This is not what you think it is anymore. It is more of a mere chance than you think."

"We can't give up," Tai said. "There has to be a way to beat these guys."

Kari stood stock still and grasped the whistle around her neck. She was scared, but she was more worried about her friends. She ran over to Katy and asked, "Do you know any way to get the core's power out of Seadramon?"

"That's what I'm still thinking." Katy thinks for a moment, but then notices the whistle around Kari's neck. "Wait a moment. Try the whistle."

"My whistle?" she asked, confused. "What good will it do?"

"Just do it." Katy said.

Kari took a deep breath and blew into her whistle, the loud shriek of the instrument echoed through the area.

"Ha! I know it does not work!" Wheatley then sees that the core's power is draining out of Seadramon. "Wait no!"

"Well, I'll be!" Kari said. "It did work!"

Seadramon stared down the ultimate level digimon standing before him and shuddered. He felt completely stripped of all power and knew that he wouldn't stand a chance against these numbers. Without a second thought, Seadramon began to flee.

"You fucking idiot! Come back!" Wheatley then flew to Seadramon, fleeing from them as well.

"Phew. I think we did good on our part." Katy then looks up at Kari. "Well, at least that whistle did something alright."

Izzy pulled out his laptop and began researching. "I'm very curious as to why that whistle trick managed to work. Perhaps the core reacts to noise frequencies?"

"Maybe." Ann said. "I knew this was gonna happen."

"We already knew that. Since you fourth-wall break a lot." Milk sighed.

"There's one thing that is bothering me, though. And that's what he said. Bringing back Etemon." ID-3 Hoihoi-san said.

"We beat Etemon a while back," Tai said, "But if Wheatly was able to bring back Seadramon, then I won't be surprised if we see that weird monkey again."

"I agree. Weird hip-hop monkey." Milk said.

"There you are." Drosselmeyer's two eyes are visible to them.

"I got a feeling he was here." Reg said.

"Just what do you want?" Tai demanded to Drosselmeyer.

"Oh, just for Duck. That's all." Drosselmeyer said.

"Well she isn't here, so fuck off." Milk said.

"Oh, she is here somewhere." Drosselmeyer then unleashes his brown gears again. Two of them seem to have opened up portals, then Cranberry and Fav came out of them.

"Man, and here I was hoping we were done," Joe groaned.

"Back off, you two," Tai said. MetalGreymon stood in front of him and let out a deafening roar.

"You really have a chance, pom. But, that doesn't seem to work that way, pom." Fav said.

"Chances are chances. Whether you like it or not." Milk said.

Snow White grabs out her bow and arrow and shoots at Fav, but the evil mascot grabs the arrow with a grown hand.

Drosselmeyer then unleashes fire, water, earth and air gears and they go to attack the team.

"Gears at six o'clock." Ripple readies her katana.

The rest of the digimon also readied themselves into battle stances. Garudamon was the first to act. "Wing Blade!" she bellowed as she unleashed a massive, fiery bird from her body at Cranberry and Fav.

Cranberry blocked the attack with her grown vines, and they disintegrated from the Wing Blade. "How fascinating."

Chibiusa steps up, then she goes into her pose. "Moon Prism Power, make up!" She then begins to take the transformation. She transformed from Chibiusa, to Sailor Chibi Moon. "I am the Pretty Guardian who fights for Love and Justice! I am Sailor Chibi Moon! And now in the name of the Moon, I'll punish you!" She did her pose.

"Oh, now we're about to have some fun." Drosselmeyer fully reveals himself.

"Get ready, guys," Sora said. "I think something bad's about to happen."

WereGarurumon charged for Drosselmeyer and slashed at him with his claws. "Wolf Claw!"

Drosselmeyer tried to dodge them, to which he did, but he got himself clawed up some. He then grabs WereGarurumon and throws him to a building.

Sailor Chibi Moon goes up to Cranberry. "Pink Heart Cosmic Attack!" She shoots out a blast of energy and it goes towards Cranberry.

Cranberry used her soundwaves to stop the Pink Heart Cosmic Attack.

MegaKabuterimon swooped in next, aiming his horn at Drosselmeyer. "Horn Buster!" he shouted as a blast of electricity fired out of the horn.

Drosselmeyer has gotten himself some damage from the Horn Blaster. "Sheesh!" He controlled the fire gear to attack MegaKabuterimon.

The fire gear blasted MegaKabuterimon and sent him crashing to the ground. The earth shook from the fall. WereGarurumon was beginning to recover and was making his way back to the battlefield.

"Don't get in the way, pom." Fav then shoots out a red beam out of his left eye at WereGarurumon.

WereGarurumon backflipped and managed to just avoid the beam. He growled as he went in for a spinning kick against Fav. "Get out of my way," he shouted.

Fav got kicked by WereGarurumon's kick and was sent flying towards a building.

"Fools!" Cranberry was about to attack, but she got attacked by something.

"Whoa, who blew the whistle?" Milk said.

Katy saw who it was. "Sailor Moon."

Sailor Moon was walking towards the team, with her wand already blasted Cranberry.

"I don't believe it!" Mimi said with awe. "It's really her."

"Who would have guessed?" Tai chuckled. "We went looking for her, but instead she found us." He then turned back to Cranberry and said, "Why don't you just give up already? You're outnumbered and we're way stronger than you."

"No. You're lying. I'm the strongest one here." Cranberry then sends out her vines to attack the team.

"Moon Tiara Action!" Sailor Moon then throws her tiara at the vines, with it glowing. The vines then disintegrated into moondust due to the attack.

"You see?" Tai said.

MetalGreymon growled and his chest panels opened up, revealing twin missiles. "Give up or else," he said.

All of a sudden, an air gear attacked MetalGreymon, using some strong winds on the giant metal-armored t-rex.

"Guess they still have some fight left in them," Matt said as MetalGreymon faltered from the gear attack.

Lillymon swooped in and aimed her Flower Cannon at Cranberry.

One of the brown gears swooped in front of Cranberry and it absorbed the Flower Cannon.

Drosselmeyer flies to Lillymon and grabs her by the neck. "Don't underestimate us."

Hakumei blasts Drosselmeyer with her staff, sending him off balance.

Lillymon managed to break free of his hold and kicked him.

Drosselmeyer then falls to the ground. He did get kicked in the back, to which it is revealed that a female has done that.

This female has blue hair tied in pigtails and blue eyes. She wears a black t-shirt, black skirt, black thigh-high socks and brown loafers. This is Nijimi Anazawa.

"There we go. Now that's how you do a good kick." Nijimi said.

With Drosselmeyer down for the moment, Garudamon and Lillymon focused on Cranberry, unleashing their Wing Blade and Flower Cannon attacks at her.

Cranberry blocks the Flower Cannon, but she then gets thrown by the Wing Blade.

"We need to retreat, pom." Fav said.

Cranberry gets up. "No. I'm not giving up yet."

"You can't, pom. We have to go, pom." Fav said.

Cranberry gritted her teeth, then she got up. "We'll be back."

Drosselmeyer gets up and sees Cranberry and Fav leaving. "Well, looks like the show's over. Until next time." He then disappears into thin air.

"Well, that's over." Snow White sighed in relief.

"When do you think those guys are going to learn that they can't beat this team?" Tai asked.

"Don't get cocky, Tai," Joe said. "Seadramon alone nearly wiped us out."

"That is true." Katy is on Kari's shoulder. "He nearly wiped us out. And Wheatley still has the core."

Tai shrugged. "I guess, but now that we know that Kari's whistle can stop it, then who cares?"

"That's true." Milk nodded in agreement.

"But I do wonder…" Riko said. "...why did that whistle do something to stop Seadramon?"

"I still think it may have to do with sound frequencies," Izzy said, "but I wonder if other factors aren't in play as well."

"Such as?" Joe asked.

Izzy nodded. "I think Kari's crest of light might have something to do with it as well."

Ann notices that for a moment. "If that's true, then that'll mean that darker forces might go after her whistle as well."

"Shit. How come Kari is always the main target?" Milk rolled her eyes.

"They do act like Kari poses the biggest threat to them," Joe said. "I guess it has to do with her being the reincarnation of a goddess."

"I would like to know who that goddess even is, and what connection she has with this girl here." Nijimi points at Kari.

"I'd like to know that, too," Kari said. "I'm tired of these guys hounding us because of me."

"So, now what guys?" Mimi said. "Should we just head back to base now?"

"Well, since we finally found Sailor Moon, mission accomplished. I always say this in the end: "Let's go get sushi or something." Milk said.

"Sushi?!" The digimons' eyes lit up with excitement.

"Oh boy, I bet they're extra hungry now, since they had that huge battle," Tai laughed.

"Yep." Milk nodded.

Meta-Verse Department Agency

A day later, the DigiDestined and Digimon are in the apartment center of the Agency, chilling and relaxing. Until Ann and Katy came in.

"Hi Ann and Katy!" The DigiDestined greeted them warmly.

"What's up, you two?" Sora asked.

"Well, we found something out about the core." Ann said.

"I did some research on it. The core works differently for each Digimon. Kari's whistle worked on Seadramon, because its effect isn't that strong against sound frequencies. But, there might be some Digimon that will resist sound frequencies, so, I might as well inform you of this." Katy explains.

"Etemon probably wouldn't be affected by sound frequencies," Izzy pondered aloud. "He uses music as a weapon, so even if the whistle trick did work on him, he could drown it out."

"Great. So if he shows up, we're going to be in big trouble," Tai groaned.

"We have to get that core away from Wheatley," Kari said. "But how?"

"That's the problem. I'm not sure." Katy said.

Ann nodded. "I think it's safe to assume that we should just find weaknesses on these Digimon. That's the key there. Weaknesses. If Kari's whistle does not work, then there has to be an alternative that would work."

Izzy opened his laptop and pulled up his digimon analyzer. "I think this should help with that."

"The digimon analyzer?" Katy asked.

"It gives in depth information on digimon of all kinds, including strengths and weaknesses. If we can pinpoint a digimon's weakness, then we should be able to figure out a way to interrupt the dark core's power."

"There's an idea." Hoihoi-san is seen sweeping the floor.

"Hmm. Alright then. Let's make sure this works then." Katy said.

"I just wonder where they'll strike next…" Joe said. "Do they know where this place is? Like, they aren't going to be storming the agency anytime soon, right?"

Katy sighed. "This Agency got attacked quite a few times now, so if they find out the location of this Agency, then they'll likely attack here."

"We should probably be careful when we come and go from this place, then," Sora said. "It definitely seems like they can attack us at any time."

"Oh you're wrong, Sora. They can locate this place easily without following us or anything. If they try, anyways." Katy points out.

The digidestined all sighed. They were now worried about being attacked in their temporary home. That didn't sound good at all. Tai was the most worried out of the group, even though he tried to not let it show. He was worried about Kari. What if they attacked when they weren't prepared and she ended up falling into their clutches. He could never forgive himself if something like that were to happen.

"What should we do then?" he asked.

"Well, just chill for a while, and if we need you for anything else, we'll let you know." Katy said.

"Thank you for letting us in on all of this Katy," Izzy said.

"Yes, and hopefully our next mission will go smoothly," Tentomon said.

Mimi then turned to them and asked, "How's Sailor Moon doing since she's come back? Did she ever say what happened to her?"

"She reverted back into her civilian form after what happened." Ann sighed. "She told us that after the attack back last year, she just ran off, knowing that she might not be anything anymore. After hearing our attack, she had a choice to make. And that is to save us all. She is glad that she saved us before we are…well, dead."

"She really did save our butts back there." Tai nodded.

"She did." Katy said.

"Well, might as well leave you be." Ann said.

Then, the two of them left.

Hoihoi-san gasped. "It seems that I foresaw the future."

"What did you see Hoihoi-san?" T.K. asked.

Hoihoi-san turns and looks up at T.K. "More realities coming here."

"That's kind of cryptic," Gomamon said. "Anything in particular?"

Hoihoi-san thinks for a moment. "One seems to have a Reg, one seems to have magical girls, one seems to have witches, one seems to have a battle tank. That's all I can say."

A Reg, magical girls, witches, and a battle tank… just what did these things have to do with the future, they wondered.

"Any idea what any of that means?" Tai asked her.

Hoihoi-san walks up to Tai and looks up at him. "It does mean that you won't be the only ones that'll be sucked here in this reality."

The kids and digimon gasped. More people falling into this world? What else was about to happen to them.

"Do you think it's the Borg Queen?" Mimi asked. "Do you think she's going to be responsible for that?"

"She may attack other worlds like she did ours," Matt added.

"While that may seem true, I don't think she's the one responsible for bringing you guys here." Hoihoi-san said.

The DigiDestined were quiet as they thought things over. There was a lot about their situation that they didn't really understand.

"I guess our team's just going to keep getting bigger, huh?" Tai said.

"That seems to be the case, yes." Hoihoi-san nodded.

"Well, we can definitely use more reinforcements," T.K. said. "The more warriors we have, the better off we'll be."

"I wonder when those visions of yours are going to come true…" Kari said softly.

Hoihoi-san looks up at Kari. "It'll happen sooner than we think."

"Can't say that surprises me much," Sora said.

"We'll just have to get ourselves ready," Matt said. "I've been thinking, but maybe we should be doing more to be prepared for the next attack."

"Like what?" Joe asked.

"Maybe we should spar together?"

The kids all thought it over and nodded. "Maybe we can ask the others to help us?" Mimi said.

"That would help us get stronger," Izzy said in agreement.

Hoihoi-san nodded. "Maybe you should help these newcomers out as well whenever the time comes. They might need some training as well for what would come in the future."

"Sounds good to me," T.K. said. The kids began chatting with one another about training and other ways that they could be ready for the next fight.
