Chapter 9 - Meant To Be?

In the previous chapter, Jennah and her teammates along with the army forces of Spain had finally fought against the army forces of British. Somehow, Tino aided Jennah by using his secret ability, in which Mark Corine was getting jealous and resented at him. But later on, he finally realized that Jennah and Tino were confessing their feelings for each other, making him heartbroken and desperate.

Will Jennah can able to figure out the true origin story of Tino and his secret connection with Lieutenant Margeret? Whom she gonna choose with: her first love or her true love of her life?

Jennah, had been totally sympathize to Tino, due to the fact that he was been feared by Lieutenant Margeret for one unknown reason.

" Tell me.. about your secret past. "

" My past? " with his head raised a little bit

" Yes, I just wanted to know everything about you and your secret connection with Lieutenant Margeret. "

" And why you asking me about that? "

" And why shouldn't I be? Did I offended you that much to ask you? "

" No, not exactly, Jennah my love.. I know you understand of what I had truly feel for you.. but okay, I will gonna tell you everything about my old life back then.. "

He looks at the long chain rope that it was placed on a wooden chair.

He deep sigh in deep breath and said " To tell you this that.. I'm actually born from the country named Japan. My actual real name was Ruri Ishimura. "

" So.. you are an Asian then? "

" Yes, it is. I was lived in a low poor class family.. near in a rural area.. when I was a young child, I had developed strange ability in which I could see the near future... but some other people were making fun of me.. thinking that I was an evil wizard or sorcerer.. My parents were passed away when I was 8 or 9 years old.. and those of my relatives were raised me.. but however, my new life was so very miserable as my relatives treated me as a toy slave.. until I was been held captive by Lieutenant Margeret... took in a secret camp base.. in which me and the other young boys were in the same age.. were badly tortured and assaulted without any mercy.. by those female soldiers.. even so.. "

And then he started to cry with emotions while Jennah was looked at him, with pity on her face.

" even so.. she had even forcing me so hardly.. to become her own secret lover. But somehow, I had attempted to escaped from their base. But unfortunately, I was been chased by Margeret's servants and one of them had shoot me and fell on the ground. Nowhere to go to seek help, my foster adopted father had been found me and brought me to America.. and that how he named me Tino Feriner. They were the only ones who knows about my real secret. Whenever someone mentioned the name of Lieutenant Margeret, my body was felt shivering and I can't move faster and quickly. I was so very scared.. that she forcefully wants me to go back to her but I was totally refuse her so... "

Jennah closed her eyes and said " I had finally understand now of your secret past, Tino. "

" And you.. you having a vengeance against her? "

" Exactly it is. She was the responsible for killing my parents when I was so very young back then. I swear to that I will gonna seek justice by eliminating her out from the picture.. and also to help the lost and oppressed.. just like you.. "

" Jennah.. my love.. "

Upon seeing her anger on her face, he had realized that she was a person who fights for justice of others but also to protect the people's rights from harm and oppression, including the innocents. He truly believe that she was the right woman that he looking for, to be embraced and showed the real meaning of love, strong loyalty to the people whom closest to her, brave, beautiful and the most important thing in her: compassionate and kindness in her heart.

" Oh, I had almost forgot.. I guess you should sleep now. It was getting nighttime. "

" Thanks, my love.. but somehow.. can you slept with me? "

" Yeah, but.. "

He hold her other hand, tightly.

" please, just once? "

She sigh in deep breath for a few moments and after that she responded " If that was your choice, then I will gonna embraced it. "

" My love.. "

And so, she undressed her clothes and then she went to his side, holding him by both of her hands and after that, they were have making love with each other. She even also seduced him as well.

Tino, had never felt or embraced a strong love passion from a woman from before. Even so that he was a mere victim of the man eater and female sexual predator (Lieutenant Margeret), his love and feelings was truly belonged to Jennah and nothing else, despite of their differences between each other. He even realize on his mind that age is doesn't matter when it comes to love relationship.

She kissed passionately on his neck.

" I love you, Tino. " in a whispered tone manner

" I love you too, my only Jennah.. after all, we will gonna getting marry in the near future.. when the war invasion was over.. "

" Of course.. I swear that I will gonna protect you.. and to take care of your precious wild heart... " still in the same voice tone manner

" Promise to me that? "

" Of course "

" please, hold me and touched me.. "

And they continued haved making love with each other until after a hour later, they fell asleep, without any clothes.

The next morning, Jennah met up with Mica and the others at the cafeteria. But somehow, she was getting curious that Mark Corine was not around.

" So... how was your private time with Tino last night, huh? " Valerie asked her

" Seems going well.. but I don't see Mark anywhere. "

" Well, uh.. he had just went out last night. " Hender answered in response

She was surprised of what he had said.

" went out? in where? "

" I have no idea. I guess he was felt so sad or something.. I had wondered what got into him.. " Hender said

Then, Jennah quickly run out from the spot.

" I do might be thinking that Mark was felt heartbroken and sad due to that.. Jennah was truly fell in love to Tino Feriner.. " Pobo stated, while drinking juice on a glass

" I do agree the same thing as well. " Mica said

" Do you think that he was getting frustrated that much? " Valerie asked

" I'm not so sure.. I guess it was up to her to think the right decision. " Mica answered in response

Back when, Jennah had been searching for Mark in every corners and place spots for an hour until she found him at the nearby river, sat on a large rock.

She tries went approached to him. When he recognized her presence, he asked " Why are you doing here? Why are you keep looking for me? "

" I'm getting worried of course so that it is why that I had been looking for you. "

" worried? Are you truly worried for me or that Tino anyhow? " not in a good mood

She became speechless in silence.

Then, Mark stands up, did not turn his back at her, with guilt expression on his face.

" I knew that you truly loved him, isn't it? " in a painful expression

" Mark, listen. I had already know about his real origin.. and that was the reason why I pitied at him from the very first place when I first laid eyes on him. He was much different from you. And also, you are also very important to my life.. that's all. "

He was surprised of what she had said and then he turned his back, facing at her, said " Why do you really say such a thing like that? "

" Is because I had loved you also, Mark.. since back when... when we were working together.. "

" Jennah... "

The two were looking at each other, in different facial expressions. That very moment, he went approached to her, faces were getting nearer to each other and they shared a passionate kiss.

Back when, after taking a shower, Tino went to Valerie and the others and he asked them where is Jennah was.

" Uh.. she was looking for Mark Corine perhaps.. " Pobo responded

Surprising in astonished, he hurriedly to find her. After a few minutes, he had found Jennah but he shocked when he seen her and Mark kissing together from afar, in which makes him to be jealous in rage for the very first time in his life.

After a few seconds later, he run off from the spot. But however, Jennah did felt his presence, realized that he was watching from afar.

" Is there's something a matter? " Mark asked her

She did not respond, went silent, felt a little sadness on her face, thinking that she had forgotten about him at all the time.

The another war battle has been approaching on the way. But however, the love triangle between Jennah, Tino and Mark are getting intensing with love, romance, passion, jealousy and betrayal.
