Geryuganshoop traveled along the halls of the ship, this time with a slow pace to not hurt himself even more. Every part of his body ached with a sense of soreness that made his wish for the days of falling over as a child, and this was with Boros going a little soft on him. Despite it all, he kept going forward. The teasing from Groribas would cost him a life time, but that was a footnote compared to the off putting energy Boros was giving. She should be annoyed, having to reassure everyone that there was no attack on the ship, and that the planet they were on was desolate, but she wasn't, or maybe it's because she saved an hour by switching out armor in a spare room. Regardless, after that mess she still demanded to walk with Geryuganshoop to his room.

Sometime during the walk Boros opened a door to a different room, letting Geryuganshoop walk forward. "Hey Geryuganshoop, you're little spear attack reminded me of one of someone from my home-world."

Geryuganshoop tilted his head, placing a tentacle under his chin, "How so? Another psychic?"

Boros shook her head, "No, merchant. It was a rather idiotic thing where he took a spear and in demonstrating his own attack, he killed himself by stabbing his head. Luckily you're not an idiot, or else I would've stuck you with Groribas."

They both laughed at the comment, with Geryuganshoop partially bewildered at her facial expressions. He straightened his throat before looking over to Boros, "Agh, don't compare me with meat for brains. Anyway I thought of this as we were walking, why did you choose me? As amazing as I am, Groribas is physically stronger and Melzargard is certainly a tougher foe."

Boros smirked, "You really sell you're telekinesis and barriers that short? Please, the fact that you can hurt me puts you above them, to which both of us wasn't expecting. Besides, I find myself more interested in telekinesis than acid or regeneration."

"Heh, the irony. Acid is too basic," Geryuganshoop commented. After a second Boros let out a hearty laugh, filling the halls with the sounds of laughter and a confused octopus muttering to himself. After a few more minutes Geryuganshoop looked ahead to see his room, "Ah yes, my headquarters. Thanks for accompanying me my lord. I hope today has pleased you, you seem rather chipper today."

He went over and pressed a few buttons to open the sliding door, to which Boros let out a soft smile, "Yeah, I couldn't have fathomed that for the longest time. Have a nice sleep."

Geryuganshoop smiled before opening the door. Making his way through he turned back to close it, to which as he was about to when Boros interrupted.

"Wait, I almost forgot-" She recalled.

Confused, Geryuganshoop looked at Boros, (who may I remind is triple her height) and answered, "Yes my lord?"

"I've wanted to ask you, this scuffle between us has been a light in my abysmal time for the past few years, so for the sake of my sanity I must know, is there any time where I can mentor you?"

He paused, taken back by the question. Training with Boros? The question was simple, no doubt about it, but the answer was multilayered. He was more of a brain then a brawn, tied to the inner mechanisms of the ship, but the ship had clearly taken a toll on him. He would have to direct the same workers every day, look at the same few screens every day, and manage the same few resources and possible ship stops. Besides, it won't hurt, right? Ok it will hurt but not in it being boring. Giving it a try would tighten his schedule, which would pinch him but hey, it could be worth it.

Geryuganshoop looked down and sighed, "Every day or so I can cut an hour out of my schedule. Will that satisfy your needs?"

Boros nodded, an eager smile on her face, "Yes. Perfect. Anyway have a nice nap. I'll be awaiting your arrival when you're open."

He smiled softly and closed the door. What an interesting experience.

Geryuganshoop looked around the room, almost forgetting how it looked. He shook his head, putting a tentacle on it. The bed was already making him fuzzy. He looked over to a screen next to the door, and set his preferred climate. 69 degrees Fahrenheit, 43% humidity, and a liter of water as a small drink. The drink then emerged from a dispenser next to his bed, to which he gulped it down. Geryuganshoop smiled to himself, before reaching for one more thing. It was a tablet, one that contained the current data of the cosmos, but more importantly a brief rundown of the ship. Everything was fine, except for the throne room, to which Geryuganshoop was grateful for. Less work, more sleep, although he didn't immediately fall asleep just yet. He thought for a second.

Boros actually fought him, now she wants to train him. Is this a dream? He was the greatest telekinetic being of the cosmos, but doing damage to the dominator of the universe, and now he's her disciple? It was so strange, so odd. Maybe it could be fun. With Boros in a better mood the possibilities have increased exponentially, especially outside of combat. She seems, interesting, polite even. Geryuganshoop nuzzled himself into his bed and dozed off.

Elsewhere

Boros took her first steps onto the planet she was on. Breathing in the air, she felt the environment around her. The ground was firm with nice grass, the air was fine, albeit a little too humid for her liking, and there was barely any wind. There could be complex life, but it sure as hell wasn't present, and definitely primitive to not have utilized the fine land. On the plus side this planet would most definitely have a decent amount of minerals, which would be good for rebuilding the ship, although they already had spare materials. That wasn't important at the moment, because she needed to prepare.

Boros cracked her joints before bolting over to an area far away from her ship, to which it's environment was a little more alive. There were trees, bushes, and plants of a wide variety. A few miles past that there was a clearing, fine enough for a little bit of training, and even better there was a pond nearby in case they were too desperate for water. Now she needed to make it better. With her speed she carved out the area, removing the grass. She smirked, smoothing out the ground to create a hardened surface for battle. The battleground looked fine enough. It would be nice, quiet, and unpopulated.

Boros sat on the ground, taking in the environment. It was certainly more natural then the ship, even more than most civilizations, to which felt calculated and controlled. It had imperfections, but it was alive. Maybe they could make this planet a relaxing spot. This certainly felt nicer than the spas of some planets.

Her thoughts were interrupted by an random animal biting her hair. She looked at it with an emotionless expression before blowing it away as if it were a candle. This prompted Boros to stand up, remembering her strength, and Geryuganshoop's. This whole expedition had no physical effect. She wasn't tired, hurt, or even inconvenienced. She was fine. Geryuganshoop left scratches, marks even, to which she refused to heal. It was almost like a trophy, one to admire for the time her biology allowed it.

Boros took off a piece of armor on her right hand and observed her knuckles. They had scratches, and even a large cut that went down her pointer finger. She gazed at them, poking it and touching it with a sense of curiosity. An odd, yet basic thing to look at. Basic?

Oh the joke, so stupid yet oddly funny. Groribas being basic, despite spitting acid. Who knew Geryuganshoop could say something funny. She brought him on the ship for his brain, not his humor. To be fair she didn't really know him too well. He was another general, a smart one, but just a general. A tool to use in the midst of war. Surprisingly he seemed...nice. A bit odd, but interesting nonetheless. The training sessions could prove useful in more than one way. Maybe she can get to know him better.

After a few minutes Boros put her armor back on and got up, now looking up to the sky. Tomorrow is a another day, with more work to do. She ran towards the ship, now having to attend to her duties.
