Geryuganshoop laid in his bed, his body curled into a little cocoon. His body tossed and turned, only ending up as futile attempt to actually get some good rest. His body refused to let him sleep, the injuries sustained from two battles made the simple task of sleeping unbearable. His head pounded, occasionally causing him to sweat. His limbs felt weak, as if any wrong move would tear them right open. Every few minutes he would wake up andlook at the pain killers, but would turn away at the sight of them. He already took some yesterday, and taking too much would create an over reliance on them. Besides, numbing the pain wouldn't fix the injuries. He had to heal, naturally. Despite that it felt like healing would take an extraordinary amount of time.

Geryuganshoop sighed, and moved slowly to grab his tablet. The aching pain that resulted from which still hurt him, but at the end of the day he still had to do his work, plus some personal research. He spent the next few minutes looking at the ship's condition through his device, stifling sounds of discomfort that came with every movement. Luckily there were barely any tasks, all of them could be done on his bed. To be fair he couldn't train with Boros while confined in his bed which means a message must be sent, but he'd live without a day of training, but messages to Asriel and Morphis would have to be sent so that they didn't kill themselves before he had a chance to. After a few minutes, messages were sent tasks were dealt with, and tea was...only halfway done.

Now satisfied with his efficiency, Geryuganshoop laid his head back on the bed and tried his best to get comfortable. Despite more tossing and turning, he still felt too sore to get some proper shut eye. He groaned, before searching through his tablet. He was stuck, confined to this temporary tomb of his in a conscious state. After even more time a final attempt to rest was made, but instead he heard a knock on the door.

"Come in!" he managed to yell, which was followed with Boros' arrival.

"Hello Geryuganshoop," Boros greeted.

Boros came in with her armor, but before Geryuganshoop could get in a word she took off her chest plate and leggings, revealing a less baggy set of white pants and a silky purple long sleeve shirt. Geryuganshoop was rather confused, his mouth hung open. Why was Boros here? What is with the casual clothes? Why is he attracted to this?! Regardless she made her way to the side of his bed and took note of his current state. Geryuganshoop knew he was being examined, yet decided to find the right words in his mouth.

"Greetings my lord," he got out, "What brings you here?"

"It's rather simple," Boros explained, "You're message to me about your condition has gotten me to revoke our training for today, though I have other plans. I want to accompany you, I have a selection of films for us," she stated calmly.

Geryuganshoop couldn't help but be crunched by his conflicting emotions. A part of him was glad about this, he had grown enough of a connection to enjoy her company, but for her to go this far seemed too odd to be true. A request this personal, this intimate, felt odd. Still, even if it was a waste of time, it was going to be a fun waste of time.

"I gladly accept, though may I ask, why spend such menial time with me my lord?" He asked.

Boros looked at the floor with a mild blush on her face, surprising Geryuganshoop.

"It's because...you're the only person on my mind as of recently, and only you're the only one who makes me feel...nice," she whispered quietly.

"Alright then," he muttered, scooting over to make a lot room for her to sit.

Luckily his bed was decently big, more suited for someone of his height. She sat down beside him, her legs crossed and his tablet in her hands. They both glanced at each other before looking at the tablet. Luckily for them the tablet had a projector mode, where it displayed the screen on a wall with proper audio balancing.

"So, any movies in mind?" Geryuganshoop asked.

"Oh a few. I think you'll like this," she bragged, scrolling through a selection of films.

"I bet I'll enjoy this," he complimented.

1 Movie In

This film was certainly light hearted. It was about a mercenary who has to protect a baby, then realizing that the baby was a weapon. It had a decent amount of good jokes for both of them, with both of them laughing a few times. Boros seemed to really like the film with her finding the side characters interesting. Geryuganshoop also liked it, but was more interested in the soundtrack. What also made the experience a little awkward was seeing each other laugh, which made the both of them turn away at points.

Somewhere in the middle of the movie she laid down similarly to Geryuganshoop. He offered part of his blanket, to which she accepted.

This film was a psychological horror film. It had a group of an intelligent species navigating a seemingly infinite maze using it's patterns and numbers. They eventually start killing eachother. Geryuganshoop appreciated it's consistency in logic, although found the math a little easy. The concept and characters were more interesting to him personally. The fact that intelligent creatures can devolve into something so ape-ish is unsettling. Boros liked the maze, with all it's twists and turns. Geryuganshoop could tell she was doing mental math in her head, making small comments on the few montages of the film.

By this time Geryuganshoop felt better about his injuries. The major discomfort was now more bearable, allowing him to move more fluidly. Boros took note of this, leaning her body over to face him mid-way through the film.

"How's the injuries? Can you move more efficiently?" She asked, supporting her head up with her arm.

"Yes, I feel like I'll be finally able to nap it off. This time has been wonderful," he answered peacefully, "The bed sheets feel so much better."

Geryuganshoop stretched a little, then moved over to face Boros. They stared at each other, almost forgetting the fact that they're having a conversation. His pupil-less eyes was staring at her one visible eye. There was so much detail in that eye, telling a little story in each differing section of her iris. Boros looked at his eyes, admiring the simplicity of his eyes yet the complexity of what they covered. It was almost a puzzling thing they noticed about each other, yet it radiated such a positive energy.

A character in the film moaned as a sex scene started happening. They came to their senses, both of them widening their eyes as they're faces both went red with embarrassment. Boros immediately retracted her face, retracting to her original position. Geryuganshoop took in a big breath before looking at the film.

Boros had a huge sigh of relief, sitting up and wiping her forehead. They both smiled awkwardly at each other as the movie continued, though all that they could think about was that moment. Yeah some of the characters died tragically, but for a second Boros and Geryuganshoop died. After it finished she got out of bed, as if what happened still lingered on within her mind. Boros went to picking up her armor and putting it on, each piece coming on as naturally as that interaction. Geryuganshoop wondered why she even keeps the armor, when it looked so awkward to put on.

Geryuganshoop wanted to brighten up the mood a little, so after clearing up his throat he said, "Shall we do some training tomorrow? And maybe another film? I could bring in some snacks if you'd like."

"Yeah, sounds splendid," she replied with a smile, "Although next time don't overwork yourself too hard. Neither of us want you confined to your bed."

"Yeah, unless you want to be confined to...the screen," he remarked.

Boros chuckled awkwardly, finally opening the door to let herself out.

"Good night Geryuganshoop."

"Good night my lord."

Boros went through and closed the door, allowing Geryuganshoop to sleep, to which he did, but not immediately. As is eyes closed he had one thought ringing within his head.

What is his body on fire?

Elsewhere on the ship

The sounds of loud impacts rang across the room. To any person not paying attention, they would assume that the ship was being attacked, but no. It was Asriel, fighting Groribas in a training room. They had sparred at Asriel's request. It had been been thirty minutes, and there was no real progress yet other than new and creative ways they insulted eachother. It became readily apparent that teeth for hands isn't really the most accurate weapon, with Asriel avoiding many of the attacks and using her smaller body to go circles around him. While she got many hits, they were lacking the impact that Groribas created when simply slamming onto the floor. Actually surprising that a slim and sharp dark grey body can't penetrate what might as well be acidic weed. When Groribas did so much as backhand her, it would send her flying. She would have to bounce off the wall and launch herself at him. It was even, an unstoppable force meeting an immovable object, well it was until Groribas cold clocked her in the face. The impact knocked out Asriel for a second, her senses coming back to her as she hit a wall. Groribas laughed with a stupid grin in his face.

"And I thought I would need acid! Pfft, you're easy," he bragged.

Asriel grunted, gritting her teeth as she cracked her knuckles. This dumb son of a bitch. She then charged at Groribas. A quick dodge a quick after a swing and then she hit him square in the shoulder with both of her legs, creating a cracking sound. The sheer impact launching him onto the floor. He hit the floor with a loud thud, with Asriel standing on his chest. Her fist clenched up as the fire within her still burned. She then proceeded to mercilessly punch his face, each hit creating a loud thud. You. Annoying. Piece. Of. SHIT.

Her swinging slowly stopped as she realized her fists were covered in blood. Asriel looked back at Groribas, who was breathing heavily with a bloody face. She gave a final kick before heading out, making sure that he was alive. Too bad for him. She walked out of the room, wiping the blood off of her knuckles.

She traveled back to the room she does her work, where Morphis was looking up questions on the internet. He turned around, looking over to see her sit on a seat. She smirked, moving over to face him and stretched a little bit.

"Hey, um where were you?" He asked, switching tabs before looking at her.

"I...humbled Groribas, actually beat the snot out of him," Asriel stated confidently, observing her own palms.

Morphis looked at her in awe before clapping his hands.

"Wow! I c-can't believe you did it. How hard was it? Is he okay?" He requested, clapping hands together.

"Yeah, he's fine. Too bad for him he can't do anything against my power, don't ya think?" she bragged, rubbing some extra blood off as she smiled at his amazement.

"Well, that's great. You could probably increase your power tenfold if your really wanted to, or plateau like me," he retorted, putting a hand behind the back of his head, "But anyway, wanna go gamble later? I actually was able to trade with some other coworkers and got myself some good stuff. Thinkin about inviting some other pals," he asked.

Asriel looked at him, interpreting his offer. He was a good gambler, a fun one too despite him being his oily texture making each night end up with them cleaning the games.

"Nah, I'll pass this time. I want to start something real quick. A project," she answered confidently.

"Oh, uh ok. See ya later," he replied, shrugging his shoulders as he left the room.

She cracked her knuckles and let Morphis pass, but glanced at the device he worked on. After he left she went over to examine it. Apparently he left it on, and has a weird taste in species.
