Geryuganshoop moved around slightly, trying to wake up. His eye would open slightly, but it would be met with a light that would cause him to turn away. It was much easier to sink himself into the dark abyss of the bedsheets. They were so soft, and so warm, almost like a cloud that encircled his tentacles. It was amazing, almost addicting. It almost felt like fine wine, it even tasted like wine. Wait a second.

Geryuganshoop opened his eyes to see Boros skimming on her tablet. He suppressed a small shriek, though it still didn't help as Boros looked over to see him.

"Morning Geryuganshoop, did you sleep well?" She asked, slowly getting out of bed.

He perked his head up, almost speechless. "Um...wait, I don't understand, how am I here?"

Boros softly chuckled, running a hand through her hair. "It's...a funny story. For your sanity I won't tell you, or give you too much to drink."

Geryuganshoop's looked past her to see 2 bottles of expensive wine on the nearby nightstand. His brain seemingly deflated, the flooding memories already resurfacing in his mind. A few films with funny commentary, an odd yet insightful political debate, and a bunch of drunk comments, with each phrase he recalled was as embarrassing as the last, deflating him even more.

"Ah shoot," he whispered under his breath, before clearing his throat, "I'll take your word for it. Any thoughts about that time? Was it an entertaining experience?"

"I certainly had a fun time with you, but is there anything I could do to improve your experience?"

"Other than the alcohol, no not really, it was wonderful. Why did you ask for that?" he asked.

Boros chuckled as she moved closer to Geryuganshoop. "It's because I want to know how you're doing. I want to make you feel emotionally stimulated like you've done to me. This friendship between us will not just be one sided." She gave him a hug, patting the back of his neck.

After a second of complete awkwardness from Geryuganshoop, he thought for a bit. He had taken orders for a long time, but a sense of individuality bubbled within him. What did he want to do with Boros? It wasn't yes or no, wasn't mathematical, or political. What did he want to do? He patted her back with a tentacle. "How...wholesome. Thank you," he whispered.

After some time they separated. They took a moment to look at each other before he recalled, oh his work. He then sat up as he started to stretch, his body making satisfying popping noises. "Well Boros, I have duties to attend to. I don't want those little scoundrels to end up burning down the ship."

She laughed again, then setting her tablet onto her nightstand. "Oh that's fine. I'll be attending to my duties as well before having some fun with you," she said with a coy grin.

"And I'll attend to my duties," he commented, "I need time to think about some things," he then whispered under his breath.

"Bye Geryuganshoop, have fun."

"Have fun, come and visit if you need to," he mustered, getting out of bed.

He slowly walked to the door, giving Boros a look and wave before leaving.

The Maintenance Room

Asriel got to her work, typing hastily on her computer. The work was dwindling as she typed, thanks to a new found sense of speed and motivation. She had arrived an hour early just to do this, around the time Morphis comes in. They would have some small chats, the least of which being his horrible taste in caffeinated drinks, but it would often be about life things. Who knew that he had a book collection?

Regardless she had to finish her work. A few messages here, some memos there, and a whole lot of other dumb things. At some point Asriel just felt like spinning in her chair, because this felt stupid.

Geryuganshoop suddenly came in silently and looked around. "Morning you two," he spoke out.

Morphis jumped a little, and Asriel sighed. The gooey alien then spun around and saluted, "Morning Geryuganshoop," he yelled.

Geryuganshoop shook his head. "Agh seriously? Just greet me like you normally do. Don't act like those little pirates that fear me. I'm not going to kill you."

"Sorry then," he responded quietly.

Asriel then finished all of her work, turning off her computer. She wiped sweat off of her forehead and cracked her fingers, earning a confused look form Geryuganshoop. "Are you done already?"

She kicked her chair into place and looked over at him, "Faster than you can you can react you snail," she retorted, "Anyway I got stuff to do. I'll be on my way, and you'll be on your way to your queen's legs, right?"

Geryuganshoop, before grabbing her with his telekinesis and throwing her down the hall. "There, I made your trip shorter," he spat back. Agh, she was being a nuisance for the past few days and this is how she treats him?

Morphis looked on with a sense of fear, moving back in his chair. Geryuganshoop looked him. There was an underlying sense of fear, shoot. He sighed as he moved over to his general area. "My apologies, Morphis. It seems that you're friend just pushed the wrong buttons, but...I'll take responsibility. I don't want you to fear me."

"Oh...em ok. I'm sorry. I think she's just jealous...," he said quietly, "thanks for the apology."

They both kind of awkwardly proceeded to just do nothing until Geryuganshoop turned around to do his work. They both did their usual tasks and as the hours passed with Geryuganshoop checking up on Morphis to see if he was still scared, but he had to make sure. He was already done with his work, with only a few extra things to check, so he wasn't too busy. There was a cup next to Morphis, maybe that could create something. "Hey, what kind of beverage is that?" he asked.

Morphis, who was understandably confused looked back at him. "Um...it's some drink that some of our space pirates are selling. Helps me get through organizing records."

"Huh, is it the drink that has the swirly cream on top?"

"Yeah, it's a cheap drink, but everyone else says that my taste in drinks are mind numbing."

Geryuganshoop chuckled, "That has to be ridiculous, people hate that drink? It's actually pretty good."

"Agh, Thank you!" Morphis yelled, leaning back into his chair. "All of my friends back in artillery district make fun of me for this."

He tilted his head, confused at the comment, "In the artillery district?" He asked, "Why do you have friends in such a lower district?"

Morphis shrugged, "I like them, and they're fun to play poker with. I don't really look at in a class or district sense."

"Oh. Interesting. I never considered it in that way. I hope that this conversation was interesting. I have other activities to attend to."

Morphis waved at him. "Ok Geryuganshoop. Have a nice one."

Geryuganshoop went to the door and looked at him awkwardly, "Yeah, have a nice one."

In The Ship's Training Room

Asriel sweat as she sparred with Groribas. Compared to the last fight there were a few improvements, although in some way it was harder. Maybe Groribas decided to take take things more seriously for once. He was certainly quicker than before, swinging at speeds that she would get hit by if she wasn't careful, but the strength gap between them already dwindled. Every time she got hit, she was only sent back tens of feet, and every time she hit him in the side a squeal of pain could be heard. She was finally seeing progress! It was happening.

Groribas smacked his left arm onto the floor, but Asriel simply jumped on it and kicked him straight in the jaw. The attack was the one to send him onto the floor, to which she utilized by beating him up again. This time, he tried using a smaller mouth to surprise her, but Asriel simply punched it away.

Groribas then slapped her away with his right arm. "You think you're going to beat me ya chump? I'm one of the strongest people in this ship!"

Asriel stood up after a harsh landing on the floor and cracked her knuckles, "Maybe, but try to actually do something with that power other than being my bitch," she responded.

Groribas stood up and tried to tackle her in pure rage. She jumped over him, leaving him to crash into the wall. She then took the opportunity to hum ride in the back of his head. Not just once, but again, and again, and again. The final hit rang across the room, which was followed with some silence. Asriel checked on Groribas, only to see that the big guy went unconscious. Aww...too bad. She had taken much less damage then her first fight, which was another sign of improvement. Heck, she could go for a round 2.

The door to the training room opened, with an individual peaking in.

"Is everything alright in here?" Boros asked, looking around the room.

Everything was normal, except for Groribas and Asriel, the latter of which being petrified. "Oh, my lord! It's fine, just a simple sparring match between me and Groribas," she answered incoherently.

Boros stepped into the middle of the room. She had her armor on, and an interesting sight to behold. Groribas was unconscious? This person might be impressive. "Alright. It seems like you won, what's your name?" She asked.

"Asriel. It's Asriel my lord."

"Asriel? Interesting. Well then, you've shown that you can defeat the third strongest person on this ship, so I'm curious. Hit me."

Asriel tilted her head, before an eager grin came across her face. She can hit Boros? Finally after so long she can get some pent up aggression out and finally show this bitch something. It was amazing, and now she'll know the true gap between them. She ran up to Boros in a quick dash, preparing a strong attack as she got closer. She got closer, and closer, and closer before hitting Boros with her swift fist, a for sure strike to the face. A loud thud rang across the telling Asriel that she made impact. It was so strong, so new of her. She looked over to see Boros, but what she saw terrified her. Boros was pushing back the punch with two fingers. A disappointed look on her face. She dropped to the floor dumbfounded, almost having the feeling to gasp for air.

Boros sighed, rolling her eyes. "Not even on the level of Groribas. This is a waste of time," she said nonchalantly.

What? WHAT?! Asriel couldn't help but yell as she then strikes Boros' stomach. Nothing. A series of punches and kicks were then delivered, trying to do anything. At this point Boros just waited, to feel if she could feel anything. It was another depressing reminder of her strength, when one of her most powerful fighters on the ship gave what felt like pokes, and another reason to go to the halls to get what she really wanted.

After what felt like a few seconds, Boros delivered a non lethal blow, sending Asriel flying to Groribas' shoulder. It wasn't even that much effort, and that person was already knocked cold.

Boros shrugged before walking out of the ship's training room. By her recollection the ship's storage area should be nearby. Maybe she can find herself something useful in that place, hopefully something Geryuganshoop wouldn't be too familiar with. It had to be fun, but he'll make it fun regardless, so it had to be good enough.
